Its hit and miss sometimes the food portions are bigger than other times. Also they are very stingy with their ketchup and their Chick-fil-A packs. We spent 60 plus dollars ordered six entree meals for six people and we asked them for 12 packs of ketchup which would be two packs per customer. The black lady at the drive-thru said no youre not getting that many this happened approximately at 10:30 or so am on January 18th 2022. Rude!
Everyones not friendly. Some of the cashiers are rude. Some of the employees where playing around, goofing off, just very unprofessional. One thing thats very important, theres a lot of people piled together in one little small area, preparing peoples food, without mask on. Theyre talking, laughing, and goofing off without a mask on over peoples food they paid for. Its not safe... I dont care if theyre vaccinated or not. Its the respect that should be shown to customers. I hear more people complaining about these same issues other than myself. Until they improve my family and I wont be going back.
Here, they have closed at 10 p.m. and it has LITERALLY been 9:50 p.m. and there I was trying to buy a cookies and cream . I could tell in the voice of the employee they were tired BUT it WASNT in a rude or disrespectful manner. I drove up to the window and each person was ALL smiles. Thank you Thank you Thank you. I suggest each person gets a raise even if its only 50 cent added to their pay.... Some PEOPLE can go anywhere to eat BUT the SERVICE is what draws the people its not ALWAYS the food.
This is a Chick-fil-A that I wont return to. We placed our order using the mobile app. The order was for a chicken strips meal and a reward of just chicken strips. The reward was on the receipt but it was not delivered in the bag. We told the delivery person the item was missing but she was only permitted to call the manager for the missing item. The manager took about five minutes to arrive. One of the delivery people said the food had been delivered to every order before the manager decided to stroll around the corner. Once the manager arrived she was insistent at looking at my wifes phone and mobile app rather than taking the time to look at the order for the items on the receipt. My wife had other rewards on her phone and she insisted on scanning and cashing in another reward rather than honoring the reward that was redeemed in the online order. When they did deliver the chicken strips they were in a box someone had spilled ketchup on and in. It was disgusting. We had no ketchup in our order anywhere. I highly recommend you stay away from this Chick-fil-A. I wont be back.
Food is always hot and fresh. Since the 2 lanes have been there, the employees are constantly improving on drive-thru times and getting people out quickly and efficiently. Ive never had to wait long at this Chick-fil-A which makes them one of the best; along with the personable staff.
Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, delicious. Biscuit seemed smaller than the last one. I guess the price goes up or the portions get smaller. Hash browns dipped in honey mustard,really tasty Orange juice, a national brand in a sealed bottle, not the best Ive had. Coffee, just bad, too hot to drink, too bitter after it cooled. Just black coffee, no sugar or cream. We have asked for ice to cool the coffee but this cup was filled to the top, no space to add anything. Not my first cup of coffee at Chick-fil-A but next time I will get a Coke. My wife did finish her cup but had nothing good to say about it.
Thomasville Chick-fil-A is the absolute worst one I have ever been to! I couldnt believe how unorganized it was. I have never had to pull into a parking space to wait for my food.... until yesterday. My drink was running out of the top of the cup and all down the sides. I will never go back to Thomasville Chick-fil-A.
First time I have ever rated you anything less than good. My 2nd visit in a row...different location. 2nd not so great visit. 2 months between. Mind blowing because yall are my favorite. Last time no one got in touch which surprised me. Yesterday the sandwich was old, lukewarm and very dry. A first. My fries were soggy and cold. My tea was good. Im ready to not come back for a long while.
Chic-Fail-A: do me a favor and not lose anymore customers. When somebody asks for no straws, dont force them through the car window, just listen to the customer and leave them out!! Seriously, at this store, they didnt listen to our requests MANY times not to include straws, and they also forgot the blueberries on my salad. Good advice coming from a waitress, dont shrug off a customers order.
Great service! The drive-thru has been absolutely phenomenal during the pandemic. I recommend ordering in advance for a great contact free option. Then youll really only need to open your window all the way to receive your food. As long as the line looks, it moves impressively fast.
The boy at the drive through wasn’t very friendly. We were not greeted properly, just a “can i have a name”. Employee named Ashley i guess was very rude for no reason. I asked for a lemonade w strawberry topping in it. She told me “we can’t do that”. I’m an employee at chick-fil-a and we can in fact “do that”. We do it all the time. The two girls at the window were nice however. Ashley either needs to be fired or be trained again on her customer service. It’s not what she said and how she said it. She was so rude to my mom as we asked for simple things like straws and napkins. I as a chick-fil-a employee would have NEVER treated a guest like the way she did me and my family.
This is by far the worst chick fil la I have experienced. And that says a lot because all chik fil las are awesome!! They don’t greet you and they treat you as if you are a burden to serve. On one occasion I complained to the store manager and she was just as rude as her employees. Very low customer service standards compared to all chik fil las.

No matter how busy they are, and theyre usually busy, you wont have to wait long. The staff and management are friendly and courteous. Ive even seen them go above and beyond to help their customers. Dead battery, helping disabled customers to and from their vehicles, and so much more. Theres no other place in Thomasville like it. Customers really do come first here.
I got the chicken sandwich and it was awesome. I was expecting white sandwich meat and I got it. The service speed was very fast. I am used to sitting down and waiting for my food. I couldnt even get my fingerprint in to unlock my phone and it came. Food was awesome and delicious. Definitely eat here again. Five stars.

No straw, or sauce. 6 people standing there and for 9 dollars no one looked or check or did anything. Carried it back to the hotel excited. Took it back for a refund. Look its either this service and 4 dollar combo meals or 9 bucks and its right. 6 people and we could get the 4 items I actually cared about in the bag for 9 bucks. 20 years. First bad experience I have ever had at a chikfila
The only reason I am giving this place two stars is because the food is good. My wife and I have been going here for a few years and have put up with the drive through shenanigans. Every Chick-fil-a I go to has a busy line, especially during the meal rushes.6/15/18: I arrived in the parking lot and noticed two men standing outside the restaurant. One approached my vehicle and told me to drive to the line. As I was driving forward, he ran up beside my vehicle and knocked on my vehicle while yelling that I needed to drive around the restaurant and get into the line. The line was not backed all the way around and I was doing as he just asked me to do. I am fairly certain that this was the store manager not just a shift manager. I will not tolerate being yelled at from someone I do business with. I have never experienced such disrespect from a restaurant.Over the past few weeks this restaurant has experimented with getting as many people through the line as possible, like having employees stand outside to take your order in any weather. I feel bad for the employees stuck in the heat and the rain. They have also started walking your food from the drive through window to your vehicle. Not only am I unable to view a menu and take my time ordering, I also feel rushed with my payment.I should have wrote this weeks ago when I saw the employees being treated badly. They then started rushing my wife and I causing us inconvenience. Now today we were completely disrespected. I doubt we will ever return. I hope this helps others to know more about this restaurant before they get there and have this same experience.
I love Chick-fil-a, just not this one. I go because it is the only one. The drive through is a nightmare. You have to circle the building no matter the direction you enter from. Whoever set that up did not have convenience in mind. Always double check your order because it is usually missing something. If you go at night be prepared for sub-par service. Food is usually good, but you need to be sure you have everything you paid for before leaving.
5/13/2020 @0915I ordered two burritos and a large sweet tea. The burritos were perfect. The tea, I kept getting grit with every sip. I opened the cup. there was about a quarter inch of tea grinds in the bottom of the cup! How the hell does that happen!?? Yall have really gone down since you have opened!
Drive thru was packed so went inside where there was barely anyone. Fast friendly service. Food was great until I got to one chicken tender that had a raw spot in it....then couldnt stomach trying to finish the other two. Accidents happen, will try again in a few+ months once the thought of tonights experience doesnt sour my tummy...
First visit they gave dog treats to my dogs! Tonight my dogs scared them. They accidentally gave us the wrong order along with our order. They were very sincere and apologetic. Got an extra fry order though! We stop almost everytime we pass through, and they are always friendly and kind! Love chickfila! See you again next trip!
I love Chick-fil-A because of their quick service, their people are always friendly and smiling, and the food is great! I especially like the Market salad. Also I love the way they help by taking your food to the table, no matter what your problem, if you have your hands full or you walk with a cane as I do. Keep up the good work people, you rock!
Workers do not want to serve you if you come back more than one time They treat you bad if you come back more than one time . before you can come inside they laugh at you and say we already know what you want being very funny, not funny to me. One day I was ask is there any other foods I like to eat besides eating at chick - filter-A what s this to say to your Faithful customer asked spent 70.00 every time I came inside me and my grandchildren. I reported this incident and never got a response Back.
We pulled up in our big camping rig and realized it was drive thru only which we could not fit thru. My husband got out and spoke to the employees in the parking lot. They were extremely helpful, took our order and we were back on the road in just a few minutesThank you Chick-fil-a
Great service very fast and the orders are correct. Howerver on a heavy note due to the pandemic they have quite a few of there employees out in the south Georgia heat in full uniform and latex gloves and mask and I know they are not being paid more for that and its a shame. I felt bad today sitting there in my AC while watching these great people sweat for minimum wage. I work in the heat all day every day but Im paid greatly for it. Thats the only reason I didnt give 5 stars.
This is a consistently good fast food place in Thomasville. Today, the service was so fast that the food was brought out before I could withdraw my card from the card reader. The staff is usually friendly. And of course the play area for the kids is one of the few remaining in America. This Chick-fil-a is a safe bet!
A disappointing experience to say the least. Ive been a customer to this location in Thomasville, GA numerous times and have always enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and especially the service. On 11-26-18, my family of 4 waited over 30 minutes for our meal (which we never recieved), were ignored by every employee and were made to feel as though their error in losing/forgetting our food was not only our fault but a huge inconvenience for them. Again, such a disappointment from a company that claims to put customer service above everything else.
The manager working drive thru was terribly rude. I just wanted a cup of water but before I drank..i notice the rim of the cup had a stain on it. Many it was an employee cup or some thing..who knows but I kindly ask for a new cup of water. She had a few negative things to say. I just wanted a clean cup of water dats all. There were no need for her rude remarks. However, I decided to be the bigger person n just leave a quietly.
Took over 25 minutes and three requests to get a milkshake all with a denial from the cashier that one was even ordered. The receipt proved otherwise. It was so frustrating because everytime we asked about the shake they were dismissive and said someone will bring it out. After watching milkshakes leave and go to the drive thru the manager said we ran out of mix. Those were ordered and received AFTER our order was placed. The manager was just like oh well, sorry. Its his second day. Looks like manager needs better training on management skills of new employees. I do not recommend this location.
I am very disappointed ☹️ tonight. I went to Chick-fil-A at 9:23pm after a long day at work just to receive old, cold, soft fries and old barely warm, soggy chicken strips. I called the store three times and no one answered. I gave up around 9:40pm. The store doesn’t close until 10pm. Customer Service wasn’t the usual friendly smile either. What I did see and hear was other workers talking and laughing loudly about if someone’s mom/dad was going to let them keep the truck that long. I chose Chick-fil-A because normally the services are great even around closing time. Tired and hungry!
I LOVE Chick-fil-A, but this one puts a bad taste in my mouth! I ordered the original meal plus two sandwiches through drive thru. I didnt receive my third sandwich but I didnt realize it until I was half way home. Of course, I turned around and went back to the restaurant. They acted as if I were a criminal attempting to get food for free. When I arrived home with my sandwiches, we discovered they were horribly overcooked. The meat was literally rubberized. The bread was old and falling apart. The only reason I am giving this restaurant 2 stars is the waffle fries. They are still the very best! The oil must be very fresh, because they taste so good!
They always bring my tray when my hands are full of kids, once my debit card kept declining because come to find out the bank had put the deposit in my savings instead of checking.. the girl said just come back and pay when you can. Who does that? :) Needless to say i found a credit card I rarely used, but they were willing to just let me pay later. The place is always clean. Love it!
I usually love chick-fil-a but this one is often out of something and don’t tell you until you are at the window paying. Not thrilled with this. I’ve also gotten the wrong order about three times but since I didn’t notice until I was on the road it was too late. I complained a few times but got tired of bothering. The service is otherwise good.
Never been to a Chick-fil-A that wasnt immaculately maintained, staffed with very friendly and well-trained people, and WAY ahead of the lunch rush. Plus, the food is unparalleled. Still wishing theyd bring back the coleslaw and carrot and raisin salad! Their signature crispy chicken has a fabulous crust, and the chicken is never dry. They put it in that insulated bag that keeps it hot for the whole drive home or back to the office. The waffle fries really grab onto and hold as much ketchup as you want. And even the sodas are rarely overbalanced toward syrup/water/carbonation. I could go on, but this is a definite high quality, delicious, and reliable option wherever you find yourself.
Food is always good at chick-fil-A. I don’t live in town just passing through I stoped at this location ordered a 6 pc kids chicken nuggets meal. Get going down the road headed out of town to open the box and only find 4. I say it all the time check the order before you leave.
Great really fast service BUT and this is a BIG BUT I find it difficult to taste that all the chicken in the menu are VERY SALTY !!!. I got the kids meal hoping that it would be lightly salted or UNSALTED, but to my GREAT disappointment it was more salty than the adult version. . Even my two blood pressure medications would not be able to combat that. Before meal my BP was 120/75An hour later it went up to 200/85!!! I know the BP is multifactorial and BPs normally go up after a meal, but The SALTINES of that chicken so upset me that my BP went sky highTo the manager of Chicken Fil-A of Thomasville, GA, you have someone who loves to shake that salt- shaker with gusto so PLEASE put a STOP to this practice so I can (and all hypertensive adults and children who will get the high BP) can breath a sigh of relief. They can be a little short - for Chicfila employees. Most Chicfila workers are very nice and accommodating. I was in line for breakfast once for 10 minutes, and by the time I got to the drive thru speaker, they told me that it was no longer breakfast. Never had that happen at a Chic fila before...
The food is always good and fresh no complaints there but the prices are inconsistent. To get a chicken wrap...the outside board says 7.49, the inside board says 7.69, BUT the price was on the ticket was 7.99. If you add a salad, then add another .94 (without being told that there is an upcharge for the salad!) So, you are looking at $8.00 for a grilled chicken combo - pricey! Also, got a childs 6 piece meal at the drive thru. NO TOY! Disappointed little boy! The people are wonderful, polite and eager to please! Please work on your pricing. If you post it at a price then stick to that price.
Another Thomasville restaurant haunt for our family, we often make the trip to get the kids favorite chicken. The play area is popular with our gaggle of small children, so it gives the added bonus of letting mom and dad enjoy some eating in peace while the teenagers play with the littles. The food is excellent, and the service time is the usual CFA speedy. We are always welcomed with a smile.
Silverlake is filled with families with young children. All of them must eat at this restaurant because its always packed. Despite the volume of customers, you never wait long.I dont know how Chick-fil-A processes the orders so quickly; its a model of efficiency and accuracy. They recently added a second drive-thru lane. Remarkably, my to-go order is always accurate.If you are in a hurry, breeze through the drive-thru. You wont be in line for long!
Place was in a fair location but the service was ..actually the manager came out from the back and looked me right in the eyes and turned his back and started talking to other workers. I waited a minute or two and still no one took my order. There was no one behind me or in front of me. I walked out hungry and angry. Wont visit there again

2022-03-26Love CFA and especially love how quick the drive thru is at this one. Sad to say that this CFA has gotten progressively worse over the last 6 months. Last time I came I got all the way home and had been given no sauce or fries in which I paid for. Yesterday I came and the staff was rude and the food was cold. Today I got a salad, got 10 minutes down the road and realized I had no fork or napkins. Pretty bummed about my recent 3 experiences! Definitely not a reflection of how it’s always been.
