Great customer service. Mike even held my scooter in the color I wanted since it took me a delay to get there. Him and his wife take their time to deal with you one on one to explain everything.Scooter is well assembled and had a couple miles on it from where they tested it first before selling. Already put 200 miles on mine in a couple weeks, runs flawless.
I am a first-time scooter buyer. They were very kind and helped me through every step, and I left with an AMAZING new scooter for college! I would definitely recommend here for anyone who asked! I will be coming back for maintenance!
Took very good care of us and our scooter. Service was fast and priced right for the work done. Would easily come back here for anything we need related to our bike. Bike went in with no top end speed and poor acceleration. Came out riding like new.

They will sell you broken down scooters/mopeds and NOT give a refund. Read the reviews, all 4+ stars only talk about customer service, which is good customer service, however they wont talk about the scooters.Mine I had gotten had broken down the same day I had gotten it, it had gotten replaced by another, however that same one broken down.Do not deal with these people. I have already told many coworkers about them and those people have received similar treatment.Go at your own risk.

Very Good Customer Service at Chicken Little Scooters! They take the time to show you how everything works, as well as maintenance that you can do such as changing oil. Had some electrical problems at the very beginning and Mike was very helpful with resolving the issue, such as sending the necessary parts. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good scooter dealership in the Marietta area.

I bought a scooter from here almost a year ago. The people were very friendly but they were extremely forceful with the purchasing and paperwork process. After getting the scooter home, it would not turn on. I have had NUMEROUS issues with the scooter since purchasing it and I have had to get the battery replaced TWICE within the 9 months I have had it. When I took it to a bike place to get it worked on, they found many issues with it including loose handlebars! This is not safe at all and its sad that this company is more concerned about making money than producing a quality vehicle. They knew my intentions were to use this scooter during school to get to work and the fact that they sold me the scooter knowing they threw it together in a day, is discouraging. DO NOT go to Chicken Little Scooters if youre interested in a moped or anything really. NOT worth your money or safety.
I dont understand why these people get terrible reviews. they have always been pleasant with me and helped me quickly getting parts and have even done a free tune up on my sons scooter. They have swapped out faulty items for me at no charge. These people are decent people just doing business and certain people want everything for free. The scooters are decent and I have 2. 1 has 1000 miles no issues and the other has a 100 miles and the carburetor had to be cleaned BUT the scooters are ok quality for being Chinese items. These are NOT YAMAHA, SUZUKI so you do get what you pay for. They are decent so quit complaining about the people here please.
Helpful for me getting a scooter and able to hold on it when I got someone help me move my scooter to my apartment. Still learning and practicing with my scooter when I off from work. The owner is great help.
The first two of months I bought my scooter in had multiple problems and every time i had to pay 50 dollars just to have him look at it and it was very inconvenient on me and I racked up $500 just from him looking and paying for the labor over the months. I can see how they stay in business, they steal from people on extra bogus stuff. The owner is so bipolar, you cant say he did anything wrong because he will go off on you and kick you out of the store.They sell defective scooters and they dont even know it. I suggest you GO TO MOONEY MOTORSPORTS LLC the owner will say the same thing that i am telling you.
I bought a scooter a few days before Christmas. Everyone is real nice at first like someone else said, but I really wasnt paying attention how quickly they take you through the paperwork. Needless to say they have a small section on bill of sale where it says all sales are final no refunds. I wanted a refund because my electrical broke down within a few days and traction on tires could not handle the rain. Be Careful!!!! They act fraudulant once its sold!!!
I brought one of my employees in to this store earlier this week looking for a scooter so he could get back and forth to work,we were greeted with a warm welcome,service was quick and he was approved and signing his contract the same day.And thats not all!!! Then the manager took him outside in the parking lot and taught him how to ride his scooter!!! Now thats customer service!!! They were super friendly!!! (and funny lol) I would recommend this place to anyone and their scooters are very nice ☺. I WILL BE BACK!!!
I put in a credit application at chicken little scoooters not too long ago when our car broke down and our current scooter wouldnt start. I forgot about the credit app completely until i got a call from chicken little and the person was so friendly on the phone. I will be going up there soon to pick us up a nice new scooter I might even get one for my husband Just have to go open a bank account in my name i guess since it says on the paperwork i have to have a bank account i usually only deal in cash looking forward to getting a new scooter wonder if i can get my current scooter fixed there too and get a new battery for it
We had a great experience, Mike and his family were awesome. He was a well of information. He showed my daughter how to crank, do maintanace and showed us how it drove since none of us had ever rode a scooter. His daughter made sure we had all of our paperwork. He even threw in a bike chain because we had drove 70+miles to see them. The scooter we baught drive great my daughter love it! We definitely see them again.
My second time getting a scooter from these guys, both times were awesome and they always make sure I know the features of my new ride, its secured on the truck, and its in top shape before I leave. Theyre always so friendly even when I call with a question or problem!

Chicken little scooters is not worth going to . me and my friends went to get scooters their at first they are very sweet and do anything to get you financed. And why wouldnt they. How ever a few days later my friends broke down. Which in the end they fixed his after they found out it really was their fault. How ever when I tried to explain to mike what was wrong with mine after only 2 weeks of use. I was called a lier. Until my friend put a new battery in and fixed every thing that they said would be wrong with it and still did not work. The scooters look nice but apparently only 1 in 3 works. Pretty bad odds. So I am screwed paying for a scooter I dont get to use. The Bahama dose NOT get 100 miles to the gallon either. What they dont tell you is that the millage is in kilometer. It might get 50 kilometer to the gallon . so they also lie about what you really get just to get the sale
I got a moped for a good price and Mike was very helpful in showing me the ins and outs of operating the thing. They clearly show caring and dedication to their customers and I highly recommend Chicken Little Scooters so anyone looking to buy their first moped or scooter.
Just left the store dealing with Mike 😣. I forgot how bipolar he can be. One day he’s cool, the next day his wife has to calm him down on the sale of a darn moped charger. The first time I met him I walked out. Not a people person by far!!!! But I came back to give him another chance. So he sold me a moped in August of 2017 for my son. I asked for a red moped, he brought me a black one. But I still kept it. I called numerous times to ask questions since this was all new to us. 3 months later the battery dies, he tells me I should have gotten a charger for 12.99 so that wouldn’t happen😳. So I drive all the way in traffic from Chamblee, GA to buy one from HIM. And because I thought we had established a friendship over the past 7 months, I simply said “I wish you would have told me about the charger when I purchased the moped”. He snaps like “IM NOT A MIND READER, I GUESS I SHOULD HAVE TOLD YOU TO WEAR RED TODAY TOO HUH”?! 👀 Wooooow. Because I know how he can get, I just said “let me just get the charger, I don’t want to argue with you today”. He tells me to go elsewhere to buy the charger. So now his wife has to intervene. And guess what I still did? Bought the darn charger from his establishment any way. Just a word of advice Mike, it’s never too late to get help for your bipolar disease!!!! Because I have a feeling this isn’t the first time you’ve heard this. So folks, if you want a cheap moped with horrible customer service, Mike is your guy.
***Please Read Its Long But Worth It To Know What Type Business/Owner Your Dealing With***I posted YouTube videos of the incident titled...Racist Chicken Little Scooter Experience pt 1-6...I purchased my scooter from Chicken Little back in April 2014. Ive had my scooter in for repairs several times and a couple times for the same issue. My interaction with the owner Michael Riggs has always been cordial until today. Chicken Little had my scooter for close to a month and after being told it was repaired and riding away on it, only to have the issue reoccur was very concerning. Upon taking my scooter back and asking that it be looked at because it was my only means of transportation at the time, I was treated like a criminal, literally. I calmly explained the situation to Michael Riggs and his response was, I dont have time I have other scooters ahead of you, Im going on vacation, I want you to leave before I get mad and call the police. This is literally less than 10 seconds into the conversation. I wasnt asking him to stay, there was still a mechanic in the shop that could have taken a few minutes to look at it. I am a minority and I dont think a caucasian would had the same experience I had. The police was called on me and Chicken Little Scooters wanted them to issue me a criminal trespass notice. Again this was done because I wanted to voice my concerns over his business practices. Not once did I say or do anything threatening to Michael Riggs or any of his employees. I will be posting YouTube videos soon of the incident.Im posting the Owners response here so that he cant edit or delete it...Response from the ownerin the last weekSorry! We do not know anyone named Cedric Redd. The only person EVER to be removed from our store by the police is Brian Mason, a customer that would have a perfectly running and repaired scooter had he brought it in Monday morning or any other weekday. Our mechanic usually doesnt work on Saturdays just like most other scooter stores.My response to the Owners response...I purposely waited for his response to see if he would be dishonest and he was. The one thing thats true in what hes saying is my name which Im glad he did so youll know what type of scum bag he is knowing me by first and last name and wanting to call the police within 10 secs of our discourse which didnt escalate at all.Here are the facts...1. He told me to come back Wednesday not Monday, after I explained to him my scooter was my only means of transportation at the time and after the paid service they performed didnt resolve my issue.2. I wouldnt have a perfectly running scooter because I took the scooter to another shop ATL Motorcycle and I was informed that my scooter has a totally different issue than what was repaired by Chicken Little.3. Notice he conveniently left out why he threatened to call the police on me in less than 10secs of our conversation that didnt escalate to anything. But maybe he is bipolar but if he is he hasnt apologize yet and continued to pursue wanting me to be issued a criminal trespass notice.4. His mechanic does work weekends and he was there at that time and as he has been there other weekends, Ive been to the store. Given the above scenario and the statement he made about me being the first person he EVER called the police on because I didnt approve of the service he did on my scooter which left me stranded. Also him calling the police within 10secs of some civilized discourse.***Please be warned***
Fix or repair daily.😥...first of all I been ask you about my dim lights your answer its probably blown you took no time to look at it so now that I had no lights.And sat for two hour and you had the audacity to cuss me out and still did fix and return on Monday no light but yet you a business man yeah you might be good on bike cycle but. Not mopeds people can see work on bike cycle. Not mopeds so maybe you need to close and say chicken Little bike cycles and you learn how to treat your customers.Dont call this number it been changed😣😣😣😣😣 this is what I saw Saturday😈👿😈..
Chicken little has been extremely helpful in financing my scooter with Wilkes Finance Co. Ive rode over 4100 miles in 2 yrs. on this thing planning to ride on another 4100. Thank you Chicken Little Scooters.
Ive dealt with chicken little scooter for a long time and am disappointed, everytime i bring it in to get it fixed its broken a couple weeks or a month later, brought the scooter in and got it back with lights wired wrong and it not starting so they came to pick it up, then they have me come get it and it doesnt start and mike has to kick start it to get it to work and then the lights were wired wrong again. So i called to tell them this and am told to go elsewhere because i didnt pay the pick up fee. 1. You didnt fix my bike, then i say well ill get a lawyer and he threatens to call the cops if i come in there, then says hes blocking my number and i ask if i can get a copy of my receipts and he say no he threw them away. WHAT!!!! Ok mike see ya in court.

I loved the fact that the managers are a couple, makes the experience all the more enjoyable. There was no dull moment with these two at all. They kept a smile on my face while walking me through the process. Too bad i could only give them 5 stars though, they deserve 6.

2021-03-31Very nice staff. Informed me of every feature for my 2021 Magnum 50cc scooter. The staff are very experienced with scooters and are able to answer any questions you have. Very reasonable prices too for 49cc and 50cc scooter. They perform maintenance and repairs as well. So sort of a one-stop shop for mopeds and scooters.

2021-05-16Took my daughter here looking for a scooter and we were told they didnt have anything in stock and didnt know when they would get any. Half of the showroom was filled with broken down scooters, bikes and littered with parts. The lady that answered our inquiry was very nice which is why I gave them 3 stars instead of 1. We ended up going to Mooneys instead

2020-10-20This place kept my bike for three weeks. They did not start working on my bike for over a week and a half. I called in multiple times to see what the progress on my bike was. After three weeks they told me they didn’t want to fix it and told me to come pick it up. 70$ down the drain for nothing. Do not recommend this shop at all. Please avoid!

2021-05-19I purchased a bike in line and it didnt work. I have a Pony bike and couldnt find anyone to fix it.I came across Mike. Mike was the answer to my prayers.I took a lyft to both my jobs every day. Which cost $27+ each ride.My bike is fixed. Now I can ride to work. Make money and save money!!🤗🤗THANK YOU MIKE!!
