We had a great experience! We recently switched to Children’s dental zone and we are so thankful we did. Dr Hamilton was so wonderful and made my daughter feel so calm. She has anxiety and had a dental procedure with him. It was unbelievable how easy it went. I would highly recommend Dr Hamilton for all children. She had a great experience and didn’t even flinch! What a great place and amazing staff!
Great experience!From check-in to check-out, (including the introduction from the very up beat and fun coordinator, the work by the hygienist, the interactions with the Dr. Proctor, followed by the Genna, who checked us out)we had an awesome experience. Very thorough. My three daughters absolutely loved their experience and as a parent, I was impressed by the level of care and attentiveness towards the kids. We’ve found our new dentist. In the words of my girls, “this place is awesome!”
Childrens Dental Zone has handled my two children with the most intentional care. Our first visit was flawless from check in to leaving as my children asked to stay. The time they take to speak with the parents and the organization of communication is topnotch. I feel valued as a parent and heard. Im currently in the waiting room while my daughter is having a procedure. The entire process leading up to this day is comparable to a 5 star luxury concierge service for both my child and myself. All thank to Genny who has worked with us from start to finish. She even checked on me in the waiting room to see if I needed lunch!You can sense the warm environment when you walk into the doors as they greet your children by name and look them into the eyes. This is huge because it allows my children to feel seen and valuable. They are the patient after all; not the parents!Love, love, love this practice- from the efficient front desk, Genny who is a fairy godmother here, Dr. King, the anesthesiologists and the cleanliness and attention to the smaller detail. You cant go wrong here!
They never cease to AMAZE the children. They are always updating things the kids to play with. Its always clean and I feel safe bringing my kids here. The staff are ALL amazing. The receptionists are so sweet. The hygienists are awesome. Everyone made their experiences fun unlike the previous dentists we have been too. I wish they had this when I was growing up.
Great experience!! My kids feel comfortable and happy to come. The office is clean and well organized. They follow all the protocols and the staff is very professional. The absolute best staff!! Everyone who works there is so sweet and nice! They have all kinds of entertainment to keep kids busy and have a very nice experience with the dentist. They always have the best movie selections and toys for the kids so very child friendly. Just amazing!!
We just moved from Spain to the US to live and among all the things we needed for me and my family from this new place was finding a dentist. And let me tell you, We won the lottery with this place!!!!!! My kids were captivated from the very beginning (literally with the tunnel at the entrance) until the end. This place was magic for them. The theater, the gaming zone, the slide AND the movies while they were being attended. The staff (from the front desk until the administration) was lovely! We had a little to nothing waiting time, received a welcome gift, a tour around the amazing facilities. Wow! I loved that everyone, took the time to explain everything at each step of the process and were very patience listening to us with our poor english and even trying to speak spanish hahaha and making us feel confortable and welcome. If I have the chance, I will definitely recommend this place to anyone with kids. Thank you guys for this amazing work you’re doing.
So Incredibly impressed by the level of patience, efficiency, and kindness my children were shown at their first dental visit with children’s dental zone! My 2 year old twins were very nervous at first but after a short while due to the friendly staff and the overall kid friendly environment they warmed up quickly and we were in and out! The place is pristine and fun! The staff was over the top helpful and just down right great people. Kita and Danielle our hygienists were absolutely stellar and so down to earth! We can’t wait for our next visit! I could not recommend a better place to take your children!
My son CRIED so hard... but only when we had to leave haha! I had to promise him we would come back soon 🤣 We are new patients and cant thank Childrens Dental Zone and their amazing and welcoming staff enough for making my little superheroes first visit to the dentist a fun experience. Thats right, the dentist was FUN! The staff is beyond sweet and you can tell they care about their patients. My only complaint is that they dont accept adults 😂
Ive been taking my 6.5 year old to CDZ since she was 3 and just recently took my 3 year old for her initial visit, as well. We absolutely love CDZ. They do everything AND MORE to quell a childs fear of the dental experience. From the movie playing in the ceiling, to the flavored paste and bedside manner, theyre top notch in their approach to childrens dentistry in my book! The place is always very clean and the staff - from the hygienist and dentist to the x-ray tech and front desk personnel - is very friendly and professional. The wall of toy machines and photo documentation of the first visit are also a nice touch! I only wish they took adult patients!!!
All 3 of our sons have been patients here for almost 7 years and couldn’t be happier. Such a kid-friendly atmosphere to make going to the dentist “fun” and less scary! Even our now teenagers prefer coming here. The staff is friendly, responsive, caring, and treatments are explained in great detail. Highly recommend!
AMAZING!!! We just moved to Georgia and are blown away by Children’s Dental Zone. It’s welcoming for kids (even pre-teen ages) and busy parents. They have really mastered the personal experience- well beyond a regular Doctors visit. The kids feel so comfortable with the full entertainment package - and I’m so appreciative that I was asked for our families unique values, concerns and goals. We just LOVE Childrens Dental Zone! My youngest son had a trauma to his front teeth and gums when he was 1.5 and turned out that trauma turned into an infection 3 years later in his gums that led into 2 teeth. We ended up having to have only the one pulled luckily and were never pushed to do both. The infection cleared up within days!! My son was so cared for during this scary time and actually wants to come back to get more teeth pulled! ( says no kid ever lol) If you dont try them out your are truly missing out on the best dentist experience youll ever have!! Today was my second time there with my Teen. I loved how the staff and hygienist were so kind. The Hygienist was very good at cleaning her teeth. I appreciated the way she spoke to my daughter and held her accountable. In addition, they were cleaning things constantly and keeping everything safe and clean for the next people. This was including the coffee maker, seats and counters. Greatly appreciated
The experience I had a Dental Zone was top notch. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming. Dr. King was very professional and nice. My son and I came for his very first visit. He is a very active one and a half-year-old and they were so nice and understanding. I would definitely recommend this place!
We’ve been patients since 2014 and are continuously happy with the care and service Children’s Dental Zone provides. From the clinical to the administrative staff, everyone puts 110 percent effort into making sure you and your child are comfortable and happy with care. All questions are answered quickly, thoroughly, and courteously, and as the kids grow older, they’re included in such discussions. My kids LOVE coming for their visits! It makes me wish I’d had a pediatric dentist when growing up! Thank you, CDZ.
I was new to the area and after years of struggling trying to find a denistry where my 13 year old child with autism could feel comfortable felt impossible until now. The staff make us feel at ease from check in to check out and my child finally after 13 years is comfortable with letting both the dental assistant and dentist do a thorough exam and cleaning. Dr. King had a lot to do our first visit but he has given my child Laith a confidence I had not seen before, my child smiles more than ever and enjoys coming for visits. I could not ask for a better more trustworthy denistry for my children.
I can’t say enough good things about this practice! My kids always look forward to going- between the slide and toys they are sold! Genuinely caring and friendly staff and practitioners, and it’s always a smooth experience. We also recently had somewhat of a dental emergency and they got my daughter in right away, provided detailed care and advice, and were extremely available and helpful when we had a weekend follow up question. They do everything right here!
Highly recommend this Pediatric Dentistry. We have been coming here for a year and so glad we found this place. Everyone I interact with and at each and every visit has been awesome and welcoming. Each person really loves what they do and makes each patient a priority. My 3 year old looks forward to her dental visits and honestly I look forward to taking her because this dentistry has this whole process down and makes it easy for parents and children!
*Review Update*: weve been struggling to get my son off the binky/pacifier. We tried cutting the tip, replacing it with another soothing toy, making it taste gross. Nothing worked! After our last visit the dentist (Ariana I think?) told my son if he puts his binky under his pillow the binky fairy will come and leave him a present. WOO HOO!! It worked! The binky fairy came and my son was so excited! THANK YOU SO MUCH! ❤️ This was brilliant!My son says, I love the dentist! 😂 Me too buddy! Everyone is so sweet and knowledgeable. We so recommend Childrens Dental Zone!
5 stars are not enough. I WISH I took photos to share and I will when we go back, because YES we will be back. My daughter went yesterday for her first visit and to say they know children and how to make them feel calm and relaxed is a complete understatement.From the waiting room with a full 1-story slide (no parents allowed 😢), games, kids theater and library, to the amazing warm and loving attitude of 100% of the staff and even a tv over the dental chairs which give the kids a way to pass the time and enjoy the experience.To who never created this place, the only ask I have is to make an adult version! I’ll promise to go to the dentist more often!😂
After hearing recommendations from friends, I decided to switch pediatric dentist’s and try Dental Zone for my two boys, 5 and 8. I only wish I had taken my friends advice sooner! My boys had the best experience! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! My boys got a thorough exam, and I’m feeling confident in their dental health. For anyone with children, this is the place to go!!

We just went for our first dentist visit with my 2 year old and were completely blown away! Aside from the amazing and fun facilities, the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. They really know how to comfort kids who are nervous and make going to the dentist fun.
We’ve been coming to this practice for 8 years and make the drive from Milton because the kids love it. Always friendly, always fun for the kids, always pain free and stress free. We’ve had teeth extracted and cavities, and the kids walk out every time wondering when they get to come back. All of the dentists and hygienists here are fabulous!!
This place is phenomenal. The staff member were super friendly and knowledgeable. They provide as much or as little detail as you can handle. Very thorough and comprehensive and the best part is that in each area they have designed this office with kids in mind. There is a theater room, a gaming room and a nice slide to keep kids entertained. They also have tvs above every exam chair equipped with headphones to block out the sound of the instruments. Im glad my child had his first dental appointment here. Now going to the dentist is a fun experience!
If there was an option for 10 stars, I would have taken that! This whole practice is amazing. It is like a dental Disney World. More importantly was the level of care that was taken with my son. My son suffers from a legit phobia of all medical procedures, following a bad experience. We transferred to Childrens Dental Zone after a previous dentist was unable to talk my son through a procedure. Dr. King performed a miracle and was amazing with him. He and his amazing dental asst. Kayla, spent over an hour simply talking my son through his fear and ultimately enabling him to make the decision to proceed. Seeing his pride in conquering his fear was amazing. He had a follow-up visit, that also required shots and he powered through with no issue whatsoever.I have since transferred all of my children to this practice and wish I would have found it sooner! I cant recommend this practice enough.
We’ve been seeing Dr. Lulu for years but she is out on maternity leave. I was hesitant to see anyone else but was really pleasantly surprised by their new dentist, Dr. Hamilton today. He was really fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly, was great with my of my boys, and had a good sense of humor and personality. I never felt rushed either. I appreciated that he gave my son the choice if he needed/wanted the laughing gas for a simple extraction rather than just assuming he needed it and charging us for it. We ended up saving $$ because we didn’t use it It’s nice feeling undercharged by a doctor/dentist for once!
My three children are patients here and we love the doctors and staff! Scheduling is easy and the waiting room offers coffee and Wi-Fi if I need to work.
Fun and professional staff. Love the report cards given at each cleaning; makes it easy for my three kids to understand if their brushing is up to par. And nobody wants a dental emergency, but in our experience their after-hours service (christmas eve eve!) was prompt and assuring ... Dr Proctor had to bond my sons front permanent tooth, and the result was PERFECT! Beautiful job; I cant tell at all he had to have work done!
I started taking my son for annual cleanup here since 2020.. The place is so much fun to be, the slide inside is my sons favorite.. The nurses and doctor and staff are very polite and informative in nature. I would highly recommend this place for kids especially who feel anxious going to dentist..
I absolutely love Dental Zone! I have been taking my daughter here since we move to Alpharetta 4 years ago. When I walked in I was greeted by their friendly staff who offered me water, coffee and tea. Talk about southern hospitality!The staff really cares about the children and the care of their teeth. Shoot, I wish I was still child so I could come here. I would definitely recommend Dental Zone !
We just had our first visit at Children’s Dental Zone for a teeth cleaning. Our experience was nothing but amazing. Upon arriving, my daughter was greeted with a sweet welcome gift bag followed by an office tour for us to be familiar with the team and where everything was. They were on time with little to no wait, we were in and out within an hour!!! We will be back with her dental care along with my other kids. It’s the Disney World of pediatric dentistry in the dental world. The whole team made us all feel welcomed.
I absolutely LOVE this practice. I recommended it to my sister and now my nieces come here as well. My daughter doesn’t even mind coming to the dentist anymore. Friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff from the minute you walk in the door until you walk back out. HIGHLY recommend this practice!
I have been taking my 3 kids here for 6 years. Last week, my child had a dental emergency where he knocked half of his front tooth out. The staff knew exactly what to say to calm me down, told me what to do to preserve his tooth, and to come to the office right away. The dentist did a fantastic job fixing my child’s tooth, can’t even tell where he broke it. The look of relief that washed over my son’s face when he saw his repaired tooth was everything. Love this place.
Great experience. The dentists and staff were informative about procedures and feedback to the kids on proper dental care and techniques. Sealants were recommended and the staff was upfront about cost ( zero with insurance) and fit us into the schedule right after treatment so no need for return visit. Highly recommend
Had an amazing experience with Dr. Diaz! Today was the first time meeting her and she did an awesome job explaining to me about the dental plan for my youngest daughter. She is almost 3 and usually fussy during doctor visits. She sang to her during the cleaning and that helped tremendously! She gave several options for our dental care for both girls and helpede feel better about my mom guilt. I am completely satisfied with my experience and recommend them. Everyone from receptionists to assistants were amazing as well.
A good children’s dentist is so hard to find and add the fact that if you’re military, you’re even more limited in your options due to insurance. Children’s Dental Zone is a real gem! They tick all the boxes you could want in a children’s dentist: patient and kind and a fun environment. My daughter is always happy to go for her checkups — no complaints or crying (a relief for any parent). I would highly recommend them to any military PCSing to the area as we never had any insurance issues. We’re definitely going to miss this place when it’s time to move again.
We took our 14 month old (who already has a mouth full of teeth) to Childrens Dental Zone for his first appointment today, and I cannot say enough how amazing this place is.Our son absolutely hates us brushing his teeth, so I did not have high hopes for this and assumed it would take forever; however, the staff did everything from the very beginning to make him feel comfortable.Their office is set up to allow the kids to have fun and relax into what can be a stressful experience. They would take us into a new space and then leave us alone with our son for a few minutes to help him get acclimated before bringing in any staff member.They also ask you at the beginning what is most important to us and how we like to be communicated with and then followed through on our requests.The appointment itself only took 20 mins -- we were in and out so quick and our son got exactly what he needed at his age.I will highly recommend this place to any parent -- we are first time parents with busy work schedules and Childrens Dental Zone honestly made this an easy process.
Wow! Childrens Dental Zone is absolutely AMAZING and blew me away. The atmosphere is very upbeat and now my child is EXCITED about going to the dentist! He absolutely loved the amenities- such as the 2nd floor slide, game room and theater. As a parent, I enjoyed the wifi & complimentary coffee bar with coffee, tea or bottled water.I was also impressed with the New Patient Coordinator that gave us a tour, explained processes and took the time to understand and evaluate our needs.Everyone in the office was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. The hygienist was kind and thorough, as was the dentist, Dr. Diaz. I especially liked the way she took time to answer all my questions about care and possible future treatments.I believe we will be loyal customers for a very long time!

CDZ is the most efficient and well run dental office I have ever been in. With four kids, time matters and these professionals get the job done and have a fun vibe while doing it. Our children actually look forward to visiting Dr. King and his team! We drive out of our way to go here because the service is so top notch.
Took my 6 year old daughter there because of a cavity. Upon checking in Genny Altwies greeted us along with the office having a kids play area which made my daughter feel a little more comfortable. Then came time for the procedure and both the dentist and assistant did a wonderful job because she didn’t even budge or cry which had me amazed. Super happy we found a spot to take our kids now!
If I could give this place more stars, I would. Everyone and everything there is geared toward children. From the 2-story slide and movie cave in the lobby, to Dr. Hamilton who literally performed an A-Z rendition of all the princesses names while he counted her teeth, to the wall of toy vending machines, to the amazing staff, I cannot thank my friends for the referral here enough. And we were in and out in 30 MINUTES! With 2 toddlers! Just incredible.
This will be my 10th year going to Children’s Dental Zone and keeping up with my dental hygiene. I was with them before they moved from their previous location a few years ago and I followed them to Old Alabama Road. All the dentists and technicians are super nice and understanding. Everyone is treated with respect and everyone that works their works great with kids. They know how to make it a fun experience and I truly hope I can continue to come for as long as they allow.
Kids actually look forward to coming here for their regular check ups! Great kid friendly set up with very friendly staff and TVs to keep the kids distracted while the work gets done! Very clean place as well!
Childrens Dental Zone has been our childs dental provider for over 5 years. The entire team is patient and thorough. They truly provide the best pediatric dental experience for children of all ages and comfort levels as it relates to receiving dental care. We highly recommend them to any parent.
We have been bringing our 4 children (2 with special needs) here for years and because of the wonderful staff and atmosphere, they have not once ever feared going to the dentist. They actually look forward to it. We also have friends with special needs kids who now bring their children here because of our recommendation. Highly recommend to anyone!
Took my 4 and 2 year old here for their first appointment. They had a blast, staff is very friendly. They are efficient and great with the kids. We saw Dr.Diaz, she took time to answer our questions and was very thorough. Overall great experience, would recommend!
My daughter called me from school with a toothache, Childrens Dental Zone, fit her in same day and did her cleaning, x-rays and everything while we were there so we didnt have to come back for another trip. Beautiful facility, AMAZING staff. Paula did an amazing job showing us the office and made my shy 6 year old warm up very quickly, Amanda and Shelby took great care of him during x rays and cleaning. Dr. Diaz came in all smiles even behind a mask I could see her kindness. Everyone is very warm and welcoming, the facility is clean and on several occasions throughout our visit I’ve seen DA’s cleaning and sanitizing. It’s our first time here and it felt like we’ve been here a million times before.
We absolutely love Childrens Dental Zone. My 4 yr. old daughter is always so comfortable here. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. She has had to have 2 fillings and they made the process very smooth for her, making sure she was comfortable watching a movie with a blanket, encouraged her through the entire process and gave her a popsicle afterwards. We cant wait to bring our 18 month old here when he gets older. We highly recommend Dr. King & Childrens Dental Zone!!
This is hands down the best experience you could possibly have at a children’s dentist’s office, from start to finish. When you enter the lobby, there’s an awesome mini-tunnel for the kids to climb through to get into the office. The waiting area has activities tailored to EVERYONE. There’s a play area with baby toys, a giant slide that leads from upstairs to downstairs and a theater room for the kids, Xbox consoles for the teenagers, and magazines, WiFi, and a work area for the adults. There’s even a coffee bar!My child absolutely loved her experience in the dentist’s chair as well. The kids wear cool little sunglasses and headphones and there are movies playing on screens on the ceiling.The staff is also fantastic. They genuinely engage with my child and she loves them. They do a great job cleaning her teeth and making recommendations. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a children’s dentist.

This place is TOP NOTCH. In addition to providing wonderful dental care, the facility is very clean and modern. In a world where customer service barely exists anymore-Children’s Dental Zone goes above and beyond. Each and every staff member was so pleasant, happy, and engaged. From check in, to check out. The wonderful lady at the check in desk offered to watch my infant so I could take my toddler and 5 year old on the slide. There is a movie theater, video games, baby area, coffee (a mommy bonus), and an awesome prize wall for after. The kids watch tv watch on the ceiling while they get their teeth cleaned. The entire staff worked so hard to build rapport with not only my 5 year old who had the appt but my 1 year old and infant too. I know they will be excited to come when it is their turn. I was crazy enough to bring 3 kids to the dentist by myself and it was still a wonderful experience. I can tell this place is managed well- it is a well-oiled machine. Everything goes smoothly every time and the staff seems to really enjoy what they do. We have found our dentist for life and will never go anywhere else. I just wish they had a place like this when I was a kid! Thank you so much for going above and beyond most dentists and making the dental experience something my kids are excited about and look forward to!

I happen to work in pediatric primary care, and had a patient tell me once that CDZ is like the Disney World of dentists. After my young daughters first visit there today, they definitely lived up to their name. I was thoroughly impressed...and would highly recommend to any family looking for a pediatric dentist. Every part of the visit (the facility, the staff, the amenities, etc.) was equally as impressive. As a fellow pediatric caregiver, its always encouraging to find a place like CDZ that seems to genuinely care for the kiddos. We will absolutely be back!
I’ve been taking my kids to CDZ for years. They are friendly, fast and the facilities are immaculate. Dr King is great. My daughter chipped her front tooth and he bonded it. He did such a spectacular job you can’t even tell anything happened.

When my son was very young he had a a few bad dentist visits at several other dentists before we found Childrens dental Zone. They have patiently and kindly taken the time at each visit to make him as comfortable as possible and have helped him move past his previous traumatic experiences. They have excellent staff, which makes all the difference. On top of that, my son has had some dental challenges and the doctors are extremely professional. Would highly recommend.

We love Childrens Dental Zone. Staff is very patient with little ones and makes them feel very comfortable. I am a kindergarten teacher and one of their staff members came as the tooth fairy to my school which was adorable
I started taking my oldest to CDZ at three-years-old. He is now almost seven and his younger brother and sister (three and five) are now also patients. We absolutely love the practice and since moving drive out of our way to get there. The staff is amazing from the minute you walk through the door until the time you leave. The office is designed for children, with slides, video games and a play area in the waiting room to bright colors, fun decor and prize machines in the back! The hygienists and the dentists are all kind, gentle and thorough, explaining everything along the way so that both kiddos and parents are comfortable and understand what’s going on. Bonus points for also never making us wait long periods of time before being called back like many offices! CDZ is truly fantastic!
Childrens Dental Zone is amazing! I have a child that has sensory processing disorder and anxiety about going to the dentist. CDZ is kind, patient, and makes the experience a breeze. Best customer service and cleaning! Professional staff, clean environment, and (most importantly) super kind to my kids.
My daughter loves going to Children’s Dental Zone. The staff is so friendly, the lobby has fun activities for the kids, and there are tv’s above the chairs. She enjoys getting a coin for a prize at the end of her appointment. It makes going to the dentist an entertaining & exciting event.

Weve been coming to Childrens Dental Zone for 7 years. The staff and doctors make trips to the dentist fun and relaxing. As a result, my kids love going to the dentist! This place is the best!
I have 2 children that HATE the dentist. Both of my kids HATE going their as well once it is time to sit in the chair. The staff though, especially this last time, did a great job. A secret complaint I had was a previous time an employee gave me the feeling that she was intimidated by my then 6-yo son who was complaining about pain when using the XRay. This time! No hide nor hair of that person, and instead great staff who were respectful and kind. And, my 4yo daughter was given 2 toys from the prize wall despite causing a COMPLETE ruckus. I am a happy Mom and a happy client.
My daughter was referred by her former dentist to this place for a filling because they specialize in kids and now she wont go back to her former dentist. She loves it here. Based on our latest visit yesterday, I think shes definitely staying put 😍

Top notch. They take my insurance! Also the fact that I would drive past many dental offices, just to go here says something. They go out of their way to make my children feel comfortable. They listen and take extra special care of any kids anxiety. The fact that they have movies, a play structure & coffee bar for grown-ups is icing on the cake!

I had an amazing experience with the staff, the dental hygienist and the dentist. My son was very comfortable and happy with the dental experience, the environment and ofcourse all the fun activities in the office.

We switched to Dental Zone after a poor experience from another dental office. Dental some welcomed us with open arms immediately for a tour and was able to get both kids in within days of our visit. The staff is friendly, most importantly caring, and exceptional with children (ours are 6 & 8 y/o). We could not be happier with our experience with our new dental family.
From the time you enter the office ,kids crawl through the fun tunnel you are met with a smile from the friendly staff.Paula is Director of 1st Impressions and a delightful lady who puts you at ease.While you check in you child is free to go to the open theater room, play station area, toy area or read from updated magazine/book rack.From there you are taken to x-ray area where Geoffrey the giraffe peeks down from the ceiling. After that you are taken to the fun treatment area where a talented experienced friendly staff awaits to get your child ready. Sunglasses and headphones are dawned and your child can watch their favorite program through the treatment. No tears or fears in this dentist office. Then they get a token to take to the toy vending wall.Check out is effortless and they take most insurance. Today was our first appointment with this practice and I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience! Previously, at a different dentist, my 7 year-old had a traumatic experience making us nervous to try somewhere new. I am so glad that we did! From the beginning with Avery taking us on a tour and giving us a gift, to Fatima the ABSOLUTE BEST dental hygienist with the kindest heart and most gentle hand taking care of my son as if he was her own and to the end with Genny walking me step by step through the treatment plan for our next visit! If I could give this place 1 million stars, I would! Thank you for changing my son’s opinion of going to the dentist! He did not want to leave and he cannot wait to go back! My kids both love going here- there is a slide, a mini movie theater and toys for all of the kids in the waiting room. All of the dental hygienists and dentists here are super friendly and patient and do a great job. Highly recommend going here.
We just LOVE our dentist! Dr. King and Dr. Lulu have always been fantastic....been coming here for years and all the staff is really great too. So convenient that they partner with Brookhaven Ortho who is at the same location so they can consult with one another easily and quickly. Great waiting room for kids and adults also! Weve never had a single issue in over 7+ years.

This is truly one of the best dental practices I have seen. My children love coming here. They have a mini theater, play area, huge slide and games. The staff is stellar, friendly and truly care about the kids. Weve met Dr. Lulu and Dr. Hamilton who are super sweet and great at making the kids feel comfortable and at ease!

Everyone has been very professional, electronic form process is nice and easy, I have watched how they treat other kids than mine and it’s amazing how they adapt to everyone, and the most important, my child likes going there.

We love the dentists and the stuff. They are great calming my nervous kids. We even had a procedure with general anestesia. We love this place from simple routine visitis all the way to pulling teeth or for crowns.
We were patients of Dr. Lulus for 8 years, and Ive recommended Childrens Dental Zone to families forever...but things seem to have changed.For a regular 6-month cleaning last week, we were first told that we had no insurance on file. When I corrected the clinical staff member, I was then told that the insurance information was located and that all preventative services were covered for no cost to me.AFTER the staff began performing services on my kids, I was told that we were out of network and now owed $700, that Dr. Lulu would not be our dentist, and that the private room we always used for one of our kids would no longer be free.Its a shame that things have gone downhill with Childrens Dental Zone -- Id suggest looking elsewhere locally for a pediatric dentist.
We absolutely love Childrens Dental Zone. Our daughter has always enjoyed going to get appointments. I just wish they were around even I was her age.
Children’s Dental Zone is an amazing practice. They truly care about and cater to the dental health and needs of children. The doctors, hygienists, and assistants are all very thorough and detailed in their examinations, analysis, and caring of my daughter’s teeth. The front desk staff, which I consider to be the face of every company, is always professional, courteous, and accommodating. The facility itself is awesome! It has a theater, indoor playground, and video games to occupy the children until it’s their time of service. Overall, Children’s Dental Zone is the best dental practice I’ve ever experienced. My daughter loves it here and always leaves with a beautiful smile on her face.
By far the most unprofessional organization ever. They scheduled my appointment with Dr. King a month ago for a post surgery check up. My wife and I took time off from work since appointments were scheduled for 2 children. They proceeded to call me 45 minutes prior to the appointment to tell me that the day I was going in was Dr. King scheduled day off. Not a month ago. Not days ago. Not weeks ago. But minutes before my appointment. Now my wife and I have missed time from work and a prior excused absence for my children has now become an unexcused absence due to negligence from this dental provider.
I usually do not like to write negative reviews but in this case I feel it is my responsibility to explain to parents how this practice works. Unfortunately most people do not question the dentist’s diagnosis or do not try to get second opinion and that is what this practice utilizes to pocket money on unnecessary operations. Of course the place is the fanciest dentistry probably in the entire county with the most interesting atmosphere for kids and that is what we fell for initially thinking they must be great. When you walk in, you will be greeted with the nicest people with great smiles and wonderful attitude, making you feel great to build the trust. But that is where everyone becomes a victim and from there they will do their best to make the most money from you/your insurance by making up issues that do not exist. We took both of our sons here and after taking some xrays, they sent us home with 11 cavities, 2 crowns and one extraction. They wanted to put our 3 year old kid to general anesthesia to do all the operations. We fell like this is outrageous and needed to get a second opinion. We visited 2 other well-known dentists and we actually were able to see actual doctors which never happens at this place. Both other doctors took full xrays and other than two very minor cavities, could not find any issues reported at this place. They also said general anesthesia is not necessary at all. Even the quality of xrays taken at this place was so poor that they were wondering how any doctor can find cavities by looking at them.. Long story short, both our kids are already treated by another doctor and they had great experience during the treatment. No general anesthesia, no extraction and no crowns. They both are happy and fully treated. We would have spent all the money in the world for our kids if any of these were true problems but turned out to be mostly false diagnosis. So my advice to parents is to not fall for their money making scheme covered underneath the beautiful facade at this place. Do your kids a favor and just get a second opinion on what you get from this place. You will be surprised to learn what we learned. I am so sad to see so many happy parents trust this practice and put their kids under unnecessary operations at this place for no reason other than pocketing money, thinking they are being taken care of. This is simply unethical and inhumane.
We LOVE Children’s Dental Zone! My four year old has had two appointments with you all so far and he LOVES going to the dentist. All of the staff are so nice and accommodating. I wish I had a place to go to the dentist like this when I was a kid. I am looking forward to bringing my son here for many more years to come. Thanks for being so awesome from the time we walk in the door to the time that we leave. This is such an amazing environment for kids!

I had my first visit to Childrens Dental Zone today and I was beyond happy with my experience. My 5 year old actually had a fun time at the dentist! The entire staff was awesome and if I could give them 100 stars I would. I got to stay with my child so the dentist and hygienist could communicate with me and I could ask them questions. They had me checked out before the cleaning was even done so there was no need to wait at the desk with an antsy kid. Highly recommend :-)
Seriously such a top notch, fantastic experience. Just got home from appointments for my 1 year old and 3 year old sons and immediately sat down to write this - thats how good it was! We were nervous - this was my 1 year olds first ever appointment and our 3 year olds first real full cleaning with XRays but quite literally from the moment we walked through the door, we were treated with such kindness and patience from every single member of the staff. We got a full tour before the exams and the sweetest welcome gift/letter. These people are PROs at working with young kids - like... mind blowing. They have it down to a science and we could not be happier. Literally had to pull my 3 year old out of the building because he wanted to keep playing! Thank you thank you thank you! We look forward to coming back here for years to come.
With so many dentist practices in the area, I took a chance and brought my daughter here. I’m so glad I did. Everyone is great !! The hygienist was so patient with her and explained everything she was doing to her. Dr Procter and Dr King both made sure she was, and stayed comfortable during her visits. A great experience from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. We thought this office was so nice, we got my sister to change dentists for her girls to come here. Highly recommended !!
My two daughters ages 4 and 3 had their first dental visit EVER! The experience was top notch from the moment we entered the facilities. They made the girls feel so welcome and comfortable that they surprised me on how well they did through their cleaning. I highly recommend this place.... So happy that we made the choice to drive 20 mins and take them here. Looking forward to future visits.
My girls love coming to the dentist! The staff is amazing! They have the patience with my two year old that not many have, as well as with my 6 year old. The office is always clean and waiting time is not long. Not to mention the front desk staff, they are also nice and ready to answer any questions you might have. Best dentist so far.

Words can’t describe how beautiful our experience was. I took my daughter in today after a little accident we had the night before . It felt like Christmas in there . As a mom, I was so happy for taking my daughter in to Children’s Dental Zone to have such a beautiful experience . The staff were so friendly and warm and so so sweet. Everything felt so dreamy and I too felt like a child again! I highly recommend this office!
CDZ is truly one of the most amazing dental experiences to be had. I have 3 kids who love this place, the staff and the Dentists. They are attentive and informative. I have never left without knowing what I need to know and neither have the kids. I cannot recommend them enough. I wish my adult dentist office and experience was like this :)You need to abandon your current kids dentist and come here now. You will not regret it.
I have trusted Dr. King and his practice with the dental care of all three of my children. The practice has grown tremendously since we first became patients 12 years ago. It’s amazing they have never lost that personal touch. You can tell the staff sincerely cares. We LOVE Dr. Lulu! Recently my son had a sports accident and needed to be seen immediately. The staff was overly helpful and got us in ASAP. Dr. Lulu and her team checked him thoroughly and put him at ease while taking great care of his injury. I can’t say enough about this place!
Our 3 kids have been patients at Children’s dental zone for over 10 years! All the dentists have been amazing and trustworthy! The facility is immaculate. They have the most friendly staff who make the kids feel at ease during any procedure. We highly recommend them for any age children…. Our oldest is 18 and still goes here because so comfortable with the staff and his dental care! And they have Brookhaven orthodontics right there with the fantastic Dr. Cox & another amazing staff to take care of my 2 out of 3 who required braces! It’s been great!
Had a filling done for kid. Asked for no gas. They said no problem. Bill came and had gas. I said I thought I said no gas. They said your wife called and said do gas. I called wife and she said she didnt call. They said oopsies, that was a different patient, well take off the charge for the gas.So either they lied to me or they actually got patients mixed up. Either way - never coming back.
Kid Approved! I really really enjoy coming to my dentist visits here at Children Dental Zone there is always stuff to keep my brother and I busy from the time we walk in and even while we are getting our teeth cleaned. There’s a game room upstairs and a movie theater down stairs where I like to pretend I’m putting on play for everyone. I’m 11 years old and this is the best dental office I’ve been to and I’ve been to 5 total in life. When you go in with dentist you get cool headphones to watch a movie of your choice a total distraction technique but before you know it your exam is done and your teeth of bright white. They also give away super cool prizes for no reason all the time, this month is a peleton work out bike how many dental offices does this! My family would love this at home and I could train for track season if covid lets it happen anyway it’s nice to have things and places you enjoy going to with Covid in the air and I like that children dental zone can be this place for us. My mom gave me permission to write thoughts.
My son is 16 now and we have been coming to Children’s Dental Zone since he was 18 months old. And my 10 year old daughter has been coming here her whole life! Dr. King has always been awesome. The whole staff is very pleasant and take the time that needed to deal with patient anxieties. Check in and check out are streamlined and going to the dentist is EASY! I drive 24 minutes to come to this office for my kids because they are so wonderful!
Fist time visit because we just moved here… this place is amazing the theater, the game consoles, the sterilization center is most impressive..the personal care from the patient care agent that walks your through the visit is so much appreciated and valued..Let talk gifts ppl my kid was given a gift bag and a letter personalized which he was so comforted by receiving..The personal attention given is by far the best I have ever experienced in a dentist office my son is excited about the dentist y’all!!!!On the table he was given a headset to look at the movie above him again such personal care to kids needs and keeping them calm..As for explanation and details given by the actual dentist I felt like she was my family..Ok I can go on and say More good things but bottom line is this is the place for kids dentistry if your thinking of switching stop thinking and just switch or if new person searching this is the place search no more

Childrens Dental Zone never ceases to amaze me with their friendly staff, awesome kid-friendly amenities and willingness to work with the kids so that its a fun place to visit! My 2 year old had her first cleaning today and just sat there thru the whole thing. My 4 year old son had his cleaning at the same time. They are begging me to go back. A big shout out to our fave Sabrina Ann Bradley for getting them in at the same time. She is the greatest.
We have been patients at Children’s Dental Zone for about 7 years. While there are many pediatric dentists closer to our home, we never regret to longer ride for our children’s’ check ups. The staff is welcoming and kind. The hygienists are friendly and attentive, and know just how to speak with their young patients. Care is thorough and never rushed, and preventative measures are always encouraged. We have never had an experience that was anything but wonderful. And the slide, movie, and free coffee in the lobby don’t hurt! Our entire family highly recommends!
We have been going to Childrens Dental Zone since my oldest needed a dentist, about 7 years ago, and I cannot say enough good things about the practice. The building is immaculately clean, the staff are so kind and patient, and they are very thorough with their cleaning and medical advice. My kids love watching movies during their cleaning and the coins they get after a cleaning keep them motivated to do well. From the front desk, to the technicians, to the doctors, and checkout- it is all 5 stars.
This place is INCREDIBLE! We cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. All three of our children go here (one teenager, and two younger boys both with autism) and all of the staff make each of them feel so comfortable, and excited about returning. How do they accomplish that??!! Our boys not only love the incredible play area, but they love each of the staff members too (and the fun prize they get at the end of each appointment). Every appointment has been incredible. And for us older folks, they have comfortable seating and a coffee bar. We come a little early so the kids can get a little play in as we sit back and enjoy some caffeineIf you’re looking for a place to help your kids get over and through the fear of the dreaded dentist (like we were for our younger two), this is the place (plus Paula is AWESOME. She greets new patients).If your kids already love the dentist, this is still the place. We live so close we can walk, but regardless of how far a drive should we ever move, we will only be coming here.Thank you for your incredible, above and beyond service.
My kids love THe Dental Zone. They have a lot of fun activities for the kids to do in the waiting area, but we never have to wait. I’ve never had an issue with making their appointments. My son even had a tooth that was halfway out and we needed him in ASAP. We got an appointment the very next morning from when I called. My son and daughter are always excited to come to the dental zone. My daughter was upset she didn’t get to come when my son had the rest of his tooth extracted. They made him super comfortable and not even a little peep out of him during the process. You know you’ve found a good dental practice when the kids are excited to go and ask when their next cleaning is. Thanks Dr. Lulu and Ms. Kayla for making their experience with dentists a pleasant one. I know my children will never be afraid of the dentist which is a hard battle to overcome for some.
I am so impressed with Childrens Dental Zone and wont go anywhere else. Not only is the dental care top notch and the employees super nice, they are always ON TIME!! In and out lickety split. One time we waited 15 minutes for our appointment. While my son was having his teeth cleaned they brought me a Starbucks gift card to compensate for the wait. This happened only once and weve been going there for 6+ year. HIGHLY recommend this amazing practice
This place is phenomenal. We had our first appointment here yesterday and my kids haven’t stopped talking about their experience, from the slide, to the prizes, and the welcome gift. My 5 and 3 year old to laid perfectly still during their cleanings and xrays, and I credit that to how welcomed and comfortable they felt, the choices they were given over their experience, and the calm demeanor of all the hygienists. Dr Diaz was so incredibly kind and a joy to speak to, and I truly couldn’t recommend this place enough.
The office was clean and well kept. The staff was super friendly, informative, and caring. They put my child at ease by explaining every thing they were going to do, in a child appropriate way, and now she cant wait to go back in 6 months! The play area, toothpaste choices, movie/headphones, goody bag, and tokens for the toys were a bonus!

After 5 years with Children’s Dental Zone, we are still extremely pleased with our overall experience. The team goes above and beyond to accommodate schedules, connect with the kids and help us understand the dental procedures. I have never heard of kids looking forward to dental visits, but my kids are excited every 6 months to visit their friends at the Dental Zone! Below is a review I left 5 years ago. After their latest checkup last week, they both received great feedback on their dental health on their dental report cards. I’m editing this post to add my experience from last week:My daughter has been a patient at CDZ since she was a toddler and we’ve always been happy there. But, she had to get a tooth pulled on Friday and she was very anxious and a handful, to say the least! Sumer, was AMAZING with her. She was so patient and was incredibly sweet, kind, and wonderful. It may not have been obvious, but she helped ease my daughters nerves tremendously. Dr. Diaz was great too. Thank you both!
Dr. King is the BEST and Childrens Dental Zone has the best team. My daughter had a dental procedure at the age of 3 that required anesthesia. Everyone there worked hard to make sure we were taken good care of. I cant say enough good things about this place. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
This was my oldest daughter’s first dental visit. The staff was absolutely amazing. Paula greeted us in the parking lot with the most enthusiastic and kid friendly welcome I could have ever asked for. My daughter was happy before she even stepped inside the building. We did not wait for anything. Everyone was prepared for our first visit and everyone had a welcoming smile. Everywhere we turned she received a sticker or a prize and they explained everything to her before doing anything. I am so appreciative of the level of attention and professionalism. Any doubts or hesitation my daughter had was wiped away from this first experience. Thank you to all the staff!!! I will definitely be back with my youngest daughter next time.

Awesome staff! We were referred here by another dentist because my kids were afraid of the dentist. They are very patient and attentive with my kids. My kids actually love and look forward to coming to the dentist now!
Best kids dentist ever, My kids want to go early so they can hang out in the waiting room as there are x boxes, movie theatre, slides and tunnels for them to play with. All staff are great and patient. Kids sit in chairs with movies and headsets. They get a gold coin at the end to get a gift from the coin machines. Wish my dentist was as fun! The dentisty of Dr King and Miss Eyda and all staff are top notch too!

Dr.Diaz saw my two sons for their yearly check up and the recommendations she made was absolutely unnecessary and only aimed on the revenue side of the BUSINESS instead of caring for my 5 and 3 year old.For example she wanted to extract a tooth which is absolutely not recommended by other Dentists.PLEASE Take your kids to get a second opinion since their primary goal is to make money.

My 4 yr old had his first ever dental appt at CDZ and they exceeded my expectations. He was very hesitant but quickly warmed up to the warmth of the staff and of course the play area. Avery was amazing with the x-rays and Kita was just a superstar.. made my son laugh and had fun while getting his teeth cleaned .. I didn’t think it was possible lol!..big sis goes here too and now my son can’t wait to go back !!

Dr. Díaz is hands down the best dentist anyone could ask for. My child is autistic and terrified of any medical office. She was recently seen for regular dental visit and then shortly after had an accident at school that required an emergency visit. Dr. Díaz helped me stay calm and informed of what was going on. She also treated my child better than any other professional ever has. I have been driving over an hour to come here the last 4 years and have always been extremely happy with our visits but Dr. Díaz put it over the top! My child left happy and calm and ready to go back to school.
We love taking our daughter here. The staff is great with and she loves going to the dentist.

After a bad experience at our old dentist I found Children’s Dental Zone and have been very happy so far! Very kid-friendly, nice staff and facilities. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you have dentist-averse kiddos!

Highly recommend this office. It’s incredible for kids... playground in the waiting room, individual movie screens at each chair with headphones and a toy machine at the end!! My son has zero anxiety about the dentist bc his experience has always been so fun and exciting. The staff and doctors are also amazing. Love this place!
My daughter has been a patient of this establishment for eight years, the service is outstanding. My daughter loves going to the dentist, they make the dental experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this dentist to family and friends. Thank you for excellent customer service.
This is the best dental office my daughter has ever been too. She loves it. We make 7 am appointments and the time does not interfere with our plans fir the day. The dental care is amazing.

Dr.King is great! He is great with the kids and great dentist. Staff and hygienists are all so wonderful. Their office is awesome. Kids never have an issue going to children’s dental zone and love everyone there.
I just want to thank everyone at this John’s Creek location of Children’s Dental Zone for such Awesome Customer Service!! The level of professionalism is Outstanding and Un-Touchable. This was my daughter’s first dentist experience and the ENTIRE staff (from the very kind woman under the white tent outside to Everyone inside) made Us feel very comfortable and Important. This is by far the most phenomenal dental center experience for children I have ever witnessed. Our family moved from Los Angeles a couple months ago and without knowing anyone here, we had to find a dentist for our two year old twins. After doing some research online, we decided to try Childrens Dental Zone. We had NO idea what we were getting ourselves into. The dental center FARRR exceeded our expectations. The online reviews, while great, dont serve it justice. This place is truly next level. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were immediately greeted and provided a seat. Within two minutes, Paula came out to introduce herself, get the kids buttered up, and gave us a full tour of the center. She was absolutely amazing, especially with the kiddos. The waiting room had a gigantic slide, toys, a childrens theatre, free wifi, and a cafe center with free coffee. There were tables for parents to work while waiting to be called. I plan to come early next time and work while the kids play.Paula then gave us a tour behind the scenes with all the state-of-the-art machines, George the Giraffe peeking from the ceiling, the wall of gum-ball machines filled with toys, and the tvs mounted above every chair. This place is seriously next-level. But the best part is the staff, professionalism, and care they showed our kids. Both my 2.5 year old twins didnt flinch AT ALL and went through the entire procedure with total comfort. Jan and Jennifer, our hygienists, were so gentle and good with the kids, and Dr. Sarah was equally amazing.But guess what, it doesnt stop there believe it or not.... our coordinator, Shelby, went out of her way to check us out on our behalf (because we indicated during onboarding that time is important for us). They take our feedback seriously and execute to perfection. I couldnt recommend this place enough and will be lifelong customers. What a phenomenal facility and job theyre doing here at Childrens Dental Zone. I wish all medical professionals followed this model for kids or adults. I would seriously pay an annual premium for this service, but its free. Absolutely amazing! Dont think... just go. You wont regret it.

I have been on the hunt for a dentist for my baby girl and i believe i have hit the jackpot. W have only had one visit but it was memorable and definitely set the tone for future visits. The staff was warm, welcoming and hyper focus on ensuring that my daughters visit was fun and enjoyable.There is tunnel for the kids to enter, TVs on the ceiling to distract or occupy their minds and a wall of toy dispensers for that aftercare reward. Overall, a great first impression, especially given that my daughter skipped out with a hug smile on her face.We didnt explore the entire wait room, due to COVID, but from what I saw and the other reviews, apparently there is a lot more in store.
I have been bringing my 3 children to Children’s Dental Zone for several years. Dr. King is amazing. Always makes the kids feel comfortable and at ease and will speak to me personally about any issue, always giving options. Prior to Dr King, we went to Imagix Dentistry and I cannot begin to tell you what an upgrade Children’s Dental Zone is.
Our first visit and it was a blast! Didnt think the dentist could be fun, but this place definitely makes sure you have a positive experience every time! We had a tour, welcome packet, and the kids loved watching a movie with headphones so they could actually watch the movie while their teeth were worked on. The new procedures for COVID made us feel very safe, and it was a streamlined process. Would definitely recommend to everyone who has kids.

UPDATE: Three years later & we still love this practice. Weve recommended the dentists at this practice to several friends. They did a great job throughout the pandemic & now easing back to normal procedures I could not be happier.Thank you Childrens Dental Zone for adapting to the needs of the kids at your practice & treating them with respect regardless of their age.The staff are so kind & have always been professional. We are very pleased with CDZ of Alpharetta. My children have been seeing Dr. King for 5 years and we are always pleased with our care. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and we are always well taken care of. We have had everything from typical cleanings to more extensive procedures. We have worked with the anesthesiologist for 2 kids procedures and are always very impressed with his level of pediatric care and ability to put the kids at ease. The coordinator, Jalesa was a pleasure to work with accommodating our family and making sure we are well taken care of. Highly recommend CDZ.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I like that we see the same one or two dentists each time. They have a great setup and I can take all four of my kids for a cleaning and most likely can be in and out in about an hour.
I just came from my first appointment with my kids after doing some research and I was BLOWN away! They are top notch and it doesnt even feel like they TRY. It feels like everyone there truly works as a team and loves working there and it shows! I was blown away with the welcome gift upon my arrival! I know they give it to all the new patients but I felt like it was just about me and them welcoming my kids. I have a 13 yr and and a 16 yr special needs daughter who has had a bad cleaning experience and it was VERY hard to convince her that she wasnt going to be hurt again. I shared this with the staff and they all were hands on to make sure this was a pleasurable experience for her. It made me SOOOO happy to see! The hygienist was an angel and I was watching her work in her gift!Im so glad to now be apart of the Childrent Dental Zone Family and my kids know now moving forward that they will never have to worry about another bad dental appoint again. I pray once they outgrow pediatric dentistry that they will find a dentist who will continue their confidence when their teeth are being cleaned.

Walking into the Childrens Dental Zone, my 6 year old son was so terrified he would need to get his tooth pulled. During the visit, Dr. LuLu and Ms. Kayla were absolutely amazing. They made him feel so comfortable. They sang a song and talked about wiggling the tooth (not pulling). It truly warmed my heart seeing how they were able to calm his anxious heart! We left and he said to me.. Mom that was fun! I got my tooth out and it didnt even hurt and I got prizes!... Never have I heard a kid say going to the dentist was FUN! I cant recommend Childrens Dental Zone enough!!
This is the best place to take your children for pediatric dentistry. Dr. Danny and the whole staff made my kids feel comfortable the whole time. They used to be scared to go to the dentist and now they like to go because of the atmosphere and the prize wall. Thank you Children’s Dental Zone.
Outstanding execution to convert a typically unpleasant task to a fun experience for everyone involved. This place could easily serve as a kids camp with kid-centric amenities yet thoughtful considerations for parents and caretakers. And the staff is amazingly service focused, with equal priority to child-care and medical professionalism.
I WISH I had found this place years ago. My kids (16, 7, 5) LOVE going to the dentist and ask when we are going back. The entire experience was designed with your kids in mind and the staff is amazing. Its like someone took the best of CHOA, Chick-fil-A and Disney and made Childrens Dental Zone.
I absolutely loved the Children’s dental zone! The office is kept very clean and filled with fun stuff to do for the kids. The staff is extremely kind and greeted my children and I with a smile. Dr. King had no problem answering any and all questions. They showered my kids with gifts and hugs before leaving.A special thanks to Jeanine who is absolutely phenomenal! She was patient with my oldest son who was afraid. She took her time with him and showed him a whole new perspective toward going to the dentist!I highly recommend the Children’s Dental Zone, and can’t wait to bring my children back in 6months! This place is amazing! After going to our local #1 rated pediatric dentist since my daughter, Posey Allen, was 2- she developed a large cavity in a rear tooth that was “patched” rather than treated. We decided upon a second opinion and found out that the damage was much worse-and that our very frightened 4 year old would need sedation surgery. Everything about the care, clear outlines of cost and benefits, and focus on destressing the environment for nervous children earns this place 5 stars. The fact that my boys are actually happy and excited when they find out they have a dentist appt says a lot!! The waiting area with a video game loft, slide, and movie theater, definitely are the highlight. They have a nice coffee/water bar for parents while they wait, and plenty of seating and space to find a spot to read, work, or scroll my phone while I wait. We have been coming to CDZ for many years and with four boys have had our share of not only cleanings and regular check-ups, but also cavity fillings and even sports injuries to the mouth that required dental observation. Through every appt and aspect, Dr King and Dr Lulu have been kind, patient, and helpful to not only my children, but also myself. 5 stars all the way around!!

Always a great experience at the Johns Creek location. I recently had a billing issue that Jenny in Billing helped to resolve painlessly. Her customer service skills are superb and she directly addressed my concerns by asking what they could do in the future to avoid any potential issues. I appreciate her attention to detail and was actually happy to pay my portion of the bill. Thanks Jenny!
TLDR: If Chick-Fil-A, Disney World and Willy Wonka had a lovechild, it would be this dentists office. I may end up disregarding the hygienists advice and give my kids extra gummy candies so we can go back sooner than in six months. Going here is the same as walking through the magic wardrobe to Narnia.--------I really shouldnt leave a review after one visit but here goes. I picked this place based on the ridiculously good reviews everyone else has given (I choose all my products and services based on the reviews of people rather than the marketing guarantees of companies while learning to sift out the fake reviews) but still remained skeptical it could be this good. I was wrong.Met by friendly staff outside that had me check off a standard COVID checklist super quick. Then was greeted at our car by another staff that showed us inside. They have an amazing play area for kids (closed now b/c of zombie apocalypse but will reopen eventually) where the kids will get to enter through a tunnel. She showed us a wall of toys for the kids, gave me a pseudo-enneagram 2 question test to see what was important to me and then showed us to our chairs.The dental hygienists were just as kind and friendly and able. The kids got to watch a show while having their teeth cleaned or could toss them aside as my 2 yo did. First visit for my 2 yo who told me repeatedly she would need to hold my hand the entire time BEFORE we got there and then felt so at ease that she didnt glance at me once while there.They let me stay back there like the hover parent I am and didnt make me feel bad about that. They worked efficiently but were always kind to my kids and not rushing them. People explained to me about x-rays and flouride treatment and any procedure I inquired about. But no one pushed anything on us.The dentist came and immediately noticed the kids church accessory on his shoe and chatted about it. He was able to tell us about one issue my middle child had that was causing us concern and hadnt been explained to us before. We set up our next 6 month appointment while waiting for the dentist so didnt even need to stop by the front desk to do that.Basically, I felt weird that my kids had such an amazing experience from beginning to end. My dentist office just had magazines literally no one reads and one fluorescent light buzzing in the corner of my view. Why should my gets kid all this? (Yes, I have issues).1) Kids loved it2) All staff was so friendly3) No upselling happened
Weve been coming to Childrens Dental Zone for about a year now. My children absolutely LOVE it there! The office is spacious, clean, and has tons of fun activities for the kids to do while they wait (toddler toys, video games, a movie playing, even a slide!). Its not loud and overwhelming like the other pediatric dentists weve been to. The front desk staff and providers have all been very sweet, patient, and take great care of my little ones. Even though weve moved 45 minutes away, well stick with this location because we love it that much!
The awesome fun atmosphere created at Childrens Dental Zone, has made my daughter actually enjoy going to the dentist! The waiting room has a movie theater, video games, and coffee for the parents, although we rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. Had the best experience at Childrens Dental. My daughter loved the slide! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It was our first ever appointment. They made my 2 year old feel comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend Childrens to anyone.

My family recently relocated to Johns Creek from south Florida and we had a great first experience at Children’s Dental Zone. The staff and Dentist were all very friendly and welcoming. My children are looking forward to going back.
We took our 3 year old to Childrens Dental Zone for his first cleaning and the experience was great! I was a little nervous because he tends to not do well with new situations, but the staff really put him (and my husband and me) at ease. By the end of his check up and cleaning, he was laughing and smiling and is still talking about his trip to the dentist. I highly recommend.
I really cant say enough about how great this office is. My oldest son was traumatized by our previous dentist and was terrified of dentists. One visit to this office changed everything for us. Now he asks me every week when we can go to the dentist again! The staff is friendly, upbeat, reassuring and understanding. They will go out of their way to make your children comfortable and happy. Plus the waiting room is spectacular! My youngest had his first dental visit here and they took and printed a souvenir photo. I really cant say enough. I just love this place!
The place is so kids friendly. All the staff people are so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Lulu is wonderful. All my kids love her. She is amazing with her skills and keeping kids calm and relaxed while the treatment is in progress

2022-03-19I wish I had a dentist practice as cool as this when I was a kid. The facility is extremely modern, it has all the bells and whistles. From a theater to a slide in the lobby, all the way to TV monitors over each chair for the kids to watch a movie.The entire staff was so friendly and nice, especially Mrs. Paula the new patient coordinator. The doctor was amazing. My daughter Greer, had a great time and is not scared of going to the dentist.This practice really provides a great experience for both the parents and the kids.

2022-08-04Weve been bringing our kids here for years and they love it. The tunnel the kids crawl through to come in(Ive been wanting to enter that way, lol), the play area while the kids wait keeps them calm before having to get their cleanings/exams is the best and the kids love the slide to come down when theyre called(Ive wanted to try that too).There is also an area for adults to work.The service is awesome, very friendly staff, which helps with kids who probably dont want to be there.I recommend this place for your kids.

2022-01-10We have been patients with Dr. King for 15 years and wouldn’t change dentists for anything! Dr. King and and his staff do a great job at making the children feel at ease and a super friendly environment with always cheerful staff. They work hard to make sure you are satisfied with all of your services. We moved further away from his office but continue to make the longer drive because he knows our family and genuinely cares about all of his patients. He is a one of kind pediatric dentist! 5 stars is not enough!

Not only is it a fantastic modern facility, but it is also elevated by the incredible caring staff that goes above and beyond to make it a fun experience for all!Today I took my 2-year old for his first dental visit, and the team was so welcoming, patient and made the experience pure magic! From letting my son play in their movie atrium, to asking me how I liked to be communicated with and what was most important to us for the visit, to Ms. Kita (dental hygienist) taking her time to explain everything she was doing, taking any fear or anxiety away. They seriously thought of everything from having TVs on the ceiling to having my son choose a fun toy from their wall of toy vending machines (WOW)!My son left the dentist in tears… not because he was scared… but because HE DIDN’T WANT TO LEAVE!!! Thank you to the fantastic team that put a smile on both of our faces.

2022-03-04My daughter LOVES going to the dentist! We have only had positive experiences with Children’s Dental Zone, even when my daughter had to have four teeth extracted. The layout is so kid-friendly and accommodating. She loves getting to watch movies during her cleaning. The waiting room is also super fun! The dentist and hygienists are great with kids. This dental experience is worth the slightly longer drive to get here. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

2022-06-15I refuse to take my kids anywhere else! The staff is consistently friendly welcoming, Dr. Diaz is attentive and my 5yr old absolutely loves going to the dentist. Even with the more invasive procedures( cavities in my case) they had a staff member privately sit down with me and go over in full detail about the cost, what to expect during the procedure and recovery expectations. Every time is a wonderful experience.

2022-06-22WORTH THE DRIVELet me first start off by saying that it took roughly 45-60 minutes for me and my kids to get to this location, but the experience was well worth the drive.It’s sad that you have to drive this far to feel comfortable, but I will continue to bring my kids here. I have a 16 month old and an 8 year old. Both received an exam on this visit. Several things stood out to me that I enjoyed:1. Very clean and welcoming. There were several air purifiers throughout the building.2. The kids were entertained by having several options from the start to the finish. My oldest enjoyed the giant slide and video game system! My youngest was fascinated by the books and blocks.3. Very friendly staff and plenty of people available to assist. Not once did I feel like I wasn’t being helped or thought about.4. I appreciated that during my son’s exam he was able to watch the tv on the ceiling and just relax. I was able to sit right with him and relax as well.5. My son said he appreciated being able to choose a prize at the end of every visit from the machines.6. Mostly I appreciated the attention to care we received. I felt supported and informed every step.Thank you so much for making our experience worth the drive!

2022-02-15If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I pass this establishment on my way to work and decided to look them up and give them a shot for my daughters 1st Dentist visit. We were greeted by a silver fox with an amazing haircut who gave us a red rose. While we waited to be seen, there was a play area, theater, slide ,and other amenities. Then Paula came to greet us,(amazing personality) and gave us a detailed tour of the facility and introduced us ro George🦒We received a gift bag with a tumblr and coloring book. Then we met Avery who took us to the area for her cleaning. Shayna(sorry if I spelled your name wrong) did Braylees cleaning. She was so gentle and patient with her. I think they became new friends by the end of the visit, sharing their love for mirrors 😉. Then the Dr came in to assess her teeth to make sure they were nice and healthy. She was also very polite and professional. We then were checked out by Trish, who was very sweet. Its safe to say we have found our new dental home. If you are considering this facility, go ahead and make your appointment now.

2022-04-28Best kids dental practice in the Alpharetta area! My kids look forward to going to the dentist! They have a fun slide, video games, and a movie theater in the waiting room, and offer movies and prizes during/after the cleaning. This office works hard to handle insurance for you, and takes care of all of the hassle that a kids dentist visit usually involves.

2022-05-11My 3 year old loves going to the dentist here. I have to pull her away when its time to leave. The movie in the ceiling makes her forget whats happening. She gets so excited about the indoor slide and toys and taking home a toy from the gumball machines. The staff are all super👌. I drive from Lilburn so shell have a happy dental experience. They make everything go as smoothly as possible.
