WOO, one of the best ever experience I ever had in any healthcare facility ever in my lifetime. We checked.in like 10 minutes waited for around 5 and get out after the screening in next ten minutes. I suggest this screening facility to anybody who need Radiology or similar screening services.

I waited on the phone for 15 minutes for someone from appointments to pick up to schedule an MRI. The order for the MRI is in the system. I was then told because the order needs to be reviewed by a nurse they would have to call me back. I worked in radiology, specifically the MRI business for many years. The order is simple and once in the system it should be able to be scheduled. I have to wait another day for someone to call me back. Very frustrating!

Entrance was really efficient, getting temp checked as soon as we walked in and sitting far away from other patients. Its so nice to not need an appointment. The wait time for us was over 30 minutes, but we went in the middle of the day vs 1st thing in the morning. The staff was great with our children as they needed both x-rays and bloodwork drawn. They really helped calm down our toddlers and even gave them a really nice toy after!

Please don’t go this place. Highly don’t recommend this place. We went this morning(5/18/2019) for doing labs for my special need kid. There is only person to do the lab and other work. We have been waiting too long and they never took us for doing the lab. When we asked they mentioned only person and there are appointments at the same time for other work. We waited till 10:15am and came back home. He need to take medication for his seizure and we can’t wait long for doing the lab. Either they need to increase the staff or take care of special situations like this well.

Waited 3 weeks for an ultrasound for my new born.. the day before my appointment they called to tell me I would have to pay over $1000 up front because they don’t “deal with” my insurance. When I asked if they do a lower rate since I would have to pay out of pocket I was told “it’s not our problem you can’t afford to pay it” ..... needless to say I canceled my appointment, my insurance company found me a place that would take the insurance and I’ll be going there instead. When I was cancelling the appointment they tried to tell me I would be charged for cancelling when 1. It was before 24 hours and 2. My insurance would have paid for it but they wouldn’t “deal with” them so shouldn’t they have told me 3 weeks before when I booked the appointment.... I’ll make sure to mention my experience to everyone I speak to in the future.

Visited this CHOA center on 02/23 for my son’s blood work, the technician name is Seletia, she has done a wonderful job, she is very experienced technician and draw blood in fraction of seconds from a special need child with out any ones help. I don’t think my son noticed blood draw. Keep it up good work.

Everyone there is lovely. However, our doctor said this is the only place we can go...NOT. They charge double the amount then anywhere else. Childrens hospital will pressure you to go to their overpriced facility. DONT.

Lisa at the front desk was amazing as were Theresa and Valencia! Highly recommend.
