They wait tonight was only suppose to 20 minutes. Atleast that’s what was given to us. We waiting 37 minute before receiving a table. After receiving the table we waited and addition 20 minutes before we were greeted only for the server to tell us that she’ll be with us shortly. Meanwhile we are watching her serve everyone else collect checks, run back and forth to gather food for other table. I wasn’t even offered a drink. Horrible service, I totally understand some restaurants are low on staff between Covid and taxes but this is ridiculous. The host didn’t even notice that we were never waited on and continued to wish us a good night After waiting another 8 minutes. we just assumed we were not going to be served and left the establishment. Literally waisted two hours of my night to receive no service.
This place should be condemned.The restaurant is disgusting. Dirty tables everywhere you look, sticky, torn up menus, no real silverware (they give you plastic to-go forks), no real napkins (they gave us cocktail napkins), and the worst service in the history of chain restaurants.Once our waitress took our order, we never saw her again. I had to ask the bartender to go find her after about 30 minutes of receiving our food.The food we received was missing ingredients and dry. At one point I asked a food runner for ranch and she brought it to the table (half full) and said, “I know that’s not a lot of ranch, but I don’t feel like walking to the back for more”.I think it’s safe to say nobody here cares about the cleanliness of the restaurant or the care of their customers.
If I could give this place a zero I would, but aside from the fact that our car got broken into, the food was at least good. This Chilis specifically has a lot of car break ins according to the manager, so be careful. Bring all belongings inside. Staff was nice in letting us know about the incident but its something had I known was a regular occurrence, I never wouldve come here. Manager also thinks its ex employees that are apart of the robberies at this location. Kinda sketchy that he thinks that... cameras dont seems to work very well either. Police take hours to show up if your car does get broken into. Its a terrible location. Be careful.
This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I would give ot 0 stars if I could. Service was terrible. Bar tender completely ignored my 3 requests for a refill of my drink. Everyone else at the bar was getting their alcohol refilled but I wasnt important enough because I wasnt drinking. My corn came out ice cold and when I sent it back I never got it. Dont waste your money here go somewhere where you can get waited on. Manager sucked as well.
Short staffed, is equal to horrible customer service. Party of 4 brought 3 plates out and DIDNT EVEN BOTHER bringing mine out until I asked another server about it. And she comes back not even two minutes later, which means my plate was sitting in the window. Cold fries and all smh. Waiter took our order and only saw her again when we stopped her to ask for Togo boxes. This store is going down… cause it always wasn’t like this.
Pretty decent place to grab lunch. I avoid going here after 5 because the traffic and the crowd are not my thing. But the chipotle chicken tenders are my absolute fav and the cooks get it right every time. Next time I’m going back to try the new burger menu. I always I curb side pick up and I never waited more than 10 mins. The lunch staff always deserve a tip.
Went to the restaurant located in CampCreek and the service was HORRIBLE. Got there at 2:30 p.m. party of 3 and the light skinned male said he would be back to get our drinks. At that time it was not crowded. Ten minutes passed and hes at everybody else table. Another female worker came to our table saying she was new and would assist us. She brought us utensils and our drinks. The lazy guy worker come after her asking did she get our drinks. He probably sent her to our table and didnt want to serve us. We still waited before the guy came back to get our order. After placing our order, two of us has starter salads, we NEVER got those. The food arrived an hour later. The guy server did not come to our table to apologize for our wait, he never uodated us on how long our food will be. One of our table guest had to inquire just to get answers. At that time he stated there were 2 cooks in the kitchen and not many servers. After I adked to speak with a mgr the guy come back saying the manager was in the kitchen helping to cook. The food magically arrived with our salads that shouldve arrived before the food. One guest quesadillas were cold and another guest food still was not out. We immediately left and went to eat at TGIF. People value their time and ours were wasted. That guy server needs to be FIRED as he was not attentive, had poor customer service, smelled like alcohol according to a guest at our table, and twist better than us all. When one guest told him we were leaving he just said okay. The manager also needs to be FIRED. If you cant ensure your team is taking care of guests or at least directly go to tables yourself to ensure satisfaction, then you dont need to be in leadership. Do NOT go to this restaurant. They need to be SHUT DOWN.
Of course I would give zero stars if possible, this establishment would rather you wait 45min - 1hour for your order rather than turn OFF the To-Go System when they clearly dont have the staff to keep up with the work load. Absolutely atrocious. Food took forever and I still didnt have my whole order.
Order through the website for curbside pickup. The order ETA was at 7:18 pm. Arrived at 7:25 and checked in. 20 mins go by and I haven’t received my food. Called in to see what’s going on, just to tell me that I have to pick it up inside. The food itself wasn’t all that great. First and last time ordering from this location
I went in and sat down at the bar,the bar tender told me the kitchen is closed. It was around 9:30pm when the staff told me the kitchen is closed. If the facility is going to close earlier than the scheduled hours,then they need to have signs up stating that theyre closing earlier than schedule. I find it strange,that they were taking other peoples orders in the restaurant, but refused to take my order.
If i could give it zero stars. Service was horrible. Waited more than 35 mins to get food and when it came it was cold. Let the manager know, and didnt seem to care. No apologies or comp were giving. Cannot blame it on short of staff because they have PLENTY.. Will never be returning to this location.
This place is pure garbage. Food, trash. Service, trash. Management, trash. Food looked microwaved and tasted like expired dog food. Management had an issue when I complained about it. Giving this place a 1 star isnt deserving because theyre less than that. If you have love and respect for yourself, dont eat there. Theres a gas station across the street with better food and service.
What in the actual F did I just order. $25 for a to go order of a 10on Steak with Avacado, Asparagus and a side of broccoli. The absolute worst meal I have had in a while. The steak was burnt, rough, not seasoned and inedible. Completely missing from the meal was the Avacado and Asparagus. Not even included. Now the broccoli was raw and had no seasoning on it. What is this trash Chilis? What is this absolute trash for TWENTY FIVE dollars lmfao.
Good fajita after it was made right the 2nd time. Waitress was pretty good. Though she didnt write down or verify how I wanted my fajita and offered to take the rice off the 1st time(which I declined as I could do that and tried realizing the rice was everywhere in it) she wound up bringing me a whole new one. And of course when you have dining companions, they finish before you start.
At this point they need to just close. This is my second time going to this location in the last six month. Both times I came aroun 9:30ish and they closing time is 12am. Each time , my time was wasted because once arriving they say they are no longer serving due to short staffed at this point CLOSE. wasting my time and gas.
This place is a mess! Bartender rude (needs a belt bc his pants are being held up by his apron) and kitchen is screwing up orders. I’m at bar now waiting on my food and the water I requested with my cocktail. 2 people next to me just got up and walked out after asking for their food twice.
It took forever for the food to come out. My friends food came out at 1002 and mine arrive at 1019. The food beat the drinks out. The drink came to the table half salted. From my seat I could clearly see the chef with locks and a black shower cap own eating while cooking. 2nd time trying this place. I would not recommend this location.
This place is absolutely horrible, I went on a Saturday night around 8:30 and they were already out of food. They also didnt have any drinks available either. Everything I asked for they waitress said they didnt have. On top of not having anything they were slow it took 40 minutes for a ceasar salad to get made. Horrible service horrible food. DONT GO HERE
So I just ordered a to go order of the shrimp bowl. I opened it when I got home and there was barely any food in it. I wish I had taken a pic. About a teaspoon of each ingredient and 3 1/2 shrimp. Seriously? I had to go and get another plate of food elsewhere just to get a normal portion. A waste of my money. The only positive was that the server that brought me the food was quick and polite.
I placed my order at 12:20 pm. Arrived at the restaurant to find it closed. I rechecked my order on the app, and was told it wouldnt be ready till 1:30-1:35 pm. I went back to work, clocked back in. went back at 1:30 pm. My order still was not ready. I received my order at 1:53pm. Late from my lunch break. also what is this in my container? this is a hot mess and a waste of my money, time, and tardiness!
Ordered curbside and ended up having to go in because no one would bring my food out. Customer service was trash. I ordered a half rack of ribs with corn and broccoli, and the spinach queso dip. With the exception of the ribs (thank God) everything was undercooked and completely unseasoned. Even the spinach in my “dip” was still whole, crunchy and looked like it had been added after the fact; the cheese was literally in a block & most of the cup contained guacamole and tomatoes. Disappointing to say the least.
The food was hot and fresh. Today I found out that they offer Black bean burgers!! All you have to do is pick your set up and ask to sub the regular for a Black Bean patty. The patties are well seasoned and dont fall apart when you are eating. The atmosphere was nice and my waitress was very attentive.
This location use to be ready to give customers Great Service, however times has changed! Our server was nice and wore a smile, but she took long periods of time in between returning to give us our drinks and food. There was 16 customers in the whole building and most of them was at the bar.🍺Come on Camp Creek Restaurant Representatives, we gotta do better than this.I know we are all capable of Greatness🤗
Nobody working the door to greet and seat customers. Long wait once we were seated before drink orders were taken. Meanwhile, two female employees stood together, leaning on a counter, just chatting.When we finished the meal, we waited so long without seeing our server that I went up front to ask someone to get us the bill.This locale is short on customer focus, and the quality of food doesnt make up for that. Not a place I would recommend or return to.
Awful service. After we got out drinks, waited for half an hour and no server to take our order. We finally got the opportunity to order, and the server was rude. On top of this, had a friend who had belongings stolen from his vehicle. I would go to the Applebees before I came back to this Chilis, and I hate Applebees.
Do not stop here!! I have notified all the Fort Benning support groups that I am in about what happened at this location to my family and I on Wednesday February 23, 2022. For everyones safety. Our rental was broken into right infront of the restaurant around 2pm. With in 10 mins of our arrival. The crooks stole everything. Our luggage. Our laptop and cellphones. Still NO response from Chilis Corporate. Police were called and we were told this is an on going situationat at this location. When we took our rental back to exchange, they even said they have had a few broken into there as well recently. Do not stop here. If you value your safety, do not stop here. Please do not stop there.
DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!! We rented a vehicle at the airport after a long day of travel. Shortly after arriving at Chilis, the back window was broken out and our luggage, phone, and laptop was stolen. After getting the police report, we returned to the rental facility to exchange vehicles. Even the rental personnel knew about the reputation of thievery at this location. The manager at Chilis was less than empathetic and also mentioned other incidents. The camera at the place didnt pick up much. Theyve got a serious issue happening here. How does it go on this long? How does it have a reputation with the rental car facility? GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!!!
Don’t waste your time at this chilis. Sat at the bar for 30 minutes without being greeted or even acknowledged by the bartender. We only saw her twice for a total of maybe 15sec each. I can’t say the service was terrible because there wasn’t any. Go to any other chilis in the ATL metro besides this one.
Ordered online for pickup. When I came inside there was 7 people waiting ahead me. My order said ready between 6:37 and 6:41. I did not get my food and walk out till 7:34! When i got my food home, only 2 meals no drinks, i had to reheat everything up! It was cold! There were doordash orders on back counter just sitting there. Doordashers started walking behind counter and just picking up their order. The 1 person working to-go stayed gone in kitchen majority of the 1 hour i was there, and only bringing 1 order out at a time then disappearing again. I get being short staffed, but when i wait 1 hour for pick-up and my food is cold, thats an issue.
I would have gave them 5 stars for the food.. It actually taste great. My co worker had the shrimp salad and it was great as well. However, the reason for the one star is because we both had shrimp and felt ill later that evening.. We were just both sick to our stomachs so not sure if the shrimp was fresh or cleaned properly. But we both decided, we will not be returning to this establishment.
Worst service ever they literally take forever to give you your food, and don’t order curbside they won’t even bring your food out to you the employees stand around and chitchat instead of serving the customers you will be waiting forever to get your food that you prepaid for smh
Although the food was good.. the server was overwhelmed and didnt receive adequate help. The timing is service was deplorable. The manager didnt take over to escalate our service. Some of the vast drinks were watered down. Some people from our party received incorrect food, if it came out at all. Overall, it wasnt busy on theyre foot us to have experienced everything we faced- especially since this was a celebratory occasion. A few members of our party actually left without eating because of how slow and incorrect the orders were being fulfilled. The manager didnt have appropriate control, if any, over the restaurant that day.. he was pretty much just acting as a food runner. One of the bartenders eventually stepped up to help our table when he was finally looped in on the matter, since our drinks were being sent back due to poor taste.
Service used to be better but it’s drastically gone down. Restaurant wasn’t too busy but it took over an hour for our food to come & it wasn’t even cooked properly. Waitress handled it as best as she could but the biggest issues were the wait time & quality of the food.
After waiting 40 mins for my food, I learn from the manager that all the servers had been fired (after also witnessing loud argumentscoming from the kitchen) and that my food hadnt been put in yet. I still had not even received my drink at this point. After he puts my order in, he comes over and makes my drink free (ooooo what great compensation for the horrible service). Then when I get my burger, I left most of it on the plate because it was utterly raw, pink and cold in the middle. If I could give less than one star, I would. But free strawberry lemonade tho😒😒😒😒
Arrived when it wasnt busy at all 10/16 on an early Saturday evening sat down at 4:32pm. I ordered the Spiderita Drink that I never gotten. My family and I food came after 45min of waiting. Still no drink from the bartender, he never made my damn drink. Besides initially asking for certain condiments that took awhile to get I can over look that but I never gotten my drink and it was not busy. Terrible I was watching him the whole time he just did not make it. My waitress said she doesnt know whats taking so either.
I don’t know if they are short of staff or not but whatever the case was, it took 2 hours for the food to come out and the order was wrong on top of that. Then another 1hr for the bar drinks. On top of that, there is no one standing in the front for you to be seated so hopefully you’ll get lucky with that. By the time the food came out, I was ready to go. Make sure you’re looking at your receipt as well. They tried to over charge us.
The 2 people working did the best that they knew to put my sante fe salad and original tenders..the broccoli came in a plastic bag with writing and the meal itself was packaged in a bag that said Just Wings..hilarious..but they should close this location and relocate the 2 nice guys that were working this week
I ordered food online with a pickup time of 7:05. I decided to get here a little early just in case the food was early. That part is on me. However, it is now 7:32 and I still don’t have my food. The lady beside me said she has been waiting forever an hour. This is beyond ridiculous. I’ve tried calling but that’s a fail. No one is answering. I have two small kids with me so I can’t get out. This is the last time I spend my money here.
My first experience here kind of had me skeptical of going back to this location again but I’m so glad I did. The staff was amazing and the food was great! Our waiter was very attentive and so were the other waiters/cooks. Everyone worked together and had very positive attitudes, I will be going back to this location!
It was only 14 people in the restaurant but the service was slow, food was cold on the appetizer and not appealingat all... Had to wait on different items on the meal to come separately. The sweet was a pitcher of syrup they have me a rush even after mixing it with half water. Just not worth $60 dollars
I’m new to the area, and I tried to give them a second chance!First Attempt: I placed a curbside order. It stated that my food was ready and someone would be bringing it out shortly. How about, I sat and waited for 20 minutes, continuously trying to reach them by phone, but I ended up having to go inside. They had my order sitting on a rack with the delivery pick-up food. I was told by another customer that my food had been sitting there for a GOOD minute (way before I decided to come inside). Then, they were missing some items from my order. Luckily, my food was still hot. I asked the server why didn’t anyone bring my food out to my car, and she claimed because they were too busy.Second Attempt: I received an email from Chili’s stating that I could get free delivery on an order. I placed an order for my food and once it was received, it arrived extremely cold like it had been sitting (I only live less than 10 mins away). My corn was hard as a brick/burnt, and my ribs were burnt. My receipt stated that my driver was supposed to BEEN delivered my food an hour prior to the actual delivery. Now, I have conflict between Door Dash and Chili’s about getting a full refund.I will NEVER choose to eat at this particular location anymore!!! I am disgusted and horrified with their bad customer service and lack of empathy about their customers’ satisfaction!
Bad customer service so unprofessional I ordered online and was there a hour n still dont receive me food so I asked for a refund n my refund receipt thays when the manger n 1 if the team member start to get real rude I felt so disrespected I will never took my family there again

This evening I came to Chilis Camp Creek. I waited for 30 minutes to get seated.We ordered at 8:17, and by 9;18 we did not even have appetizers come out. There was laughter coming from the kitchen and joke telling but no food coming out. The server did not come back to our table to check on us or let us know what was going on. After he saw us get up and leave he stated that he was sorry he didnt know what was going on, and it was a bad day for him because coworkers were fighting in the back earlier.This is totally unacceptable. We had a party of 8 and waited a hour for nothing. I wanted to make you aware of what was going on at this location. I will NEVER patronize this business again.
If you place a Togo curbside any order for that just know its about a two hour wait for someone to speak to you great you or even acknowledge your presence. I placed an order at 745 order wasnt ready until 915. Place it for curbside not one person came to my car I go inside wait 30 mins before someone spoke to me them the manger say we are just backed up a little!! I asked him.if he can check on my order and still nothing finally 15 mins after that they come around and ask my name and order! If you short staff shut down your Togo orders dont expect them because for a person to wait that long to be acknowledge and receive food is plan out poor taste.
Old: I went there after my graduation and our assistant was wonderful. I had the Smokehouse combo with two meats and the ribs were good, loved the corn, and the pickles were delicious.New: Went there recently with my mom and one of the Blaxk employees at the front was rude and disrespectful. She let two white girls go ahead of two Black families after we all were there before them. She said because they were sitting at the front, she thought they were first. Then she points a menu towards the seating area and tells us, “y’all can go have a seat.” Unprofessional, we left. NOT EVER eating chilis again.
I placed an order for the cajun pasta. It was ready 15 minutes late but thats the least of the problem. My food was just thrown in the container. It was not closed properly, and the bread was soggy. I wont be ordering here again unless Im sitting down in the restaurant, if that even makes a difference!
Place was empty, but adequately staffed (something you have to pay attention to nowadays, especially if youre gonna complain about service). Service was good, but the food was disappointing. I absolutely LOVE Chilis, but this one just wasnt worth the money. I was alone and in a rush, so I ate it, but will probably stick to drinks only, if I visit this location again.
This location is the worst on earth. After ordering almost $100 worth of food, you would think the kitchen and staff would take care to ensure the order was correct. This happened a few months ago and a good manager saved them from this review. This time around, the people need to know. My steak was tough and cooked at the wrong temperature. Two of our sides were missing. The soup and pasta were cold upon arrival and the salads arrived with no dressing. I’ll never order food from this location again. Only getting one star because I can’t give zero.
We arrived when the restaurant opened. We had to wait outside, due to covid, 20 minutes for a table. We sat at the table another 20 minutes waiting for our drinks. The table and chairs had not been cleaned since the night before. The floor was covered with spills, food and trash. The restroom waste containers were overflowing. The comodes and sinks were filthy. I can only hope and pray our meals were prepared on clean surfaces and plates.
I ordered via their app. My order was to be ready at 2:33. Pulled in at 232 amd checked in. About 10 min later someone came out asked my name and that was it. Over 30 mins later I have no food and no additional visit from any Chilies rep. Finally at 257pm the chili rep gives food to the car next to me who pulled in 15 mins after I did. I told them to cancel the to go order and asked for the managers contact info. Another 15 mins later here comes the rep with my food (that I cancelled) and a business card. Would have been better to dine in!
The waiting staff was disrespectful. We were the 2nd couple to get up and leave because it was taking so long for food and drinks. The manager of the restaurant did not even care that the customers were leaving. I usually LOVE Chilis but this is the worst. I would pass this up and go somewhere else.
The Drink Trifecta (strawberry flavor)Was Delicious but the Customer service Was TRASH. Well from Lashay it was. After pointing out something was wrong with the order, We received ATTITUDE from there. So unprofessional. The general manager stepped in to fix things after several instances. 2 stars for the good drink, and the manager.
This was the worse experience I have ever had at a Chilis. I ordered my food online curbside pick-up at 8:23pm I didnt get my food until almost 10pm. When I finally got my food all of it was cold. The ice cream that came with my desert fully melted. They didnt even have the decency to give me a fresh ice cream. I will never order takeout again from this location.
The only saving grace of this experience was that the food was pretty good. I worked in the restaurant industry for 7 years so I rarely leave a bad review but this was really bad. I waited almost 10 minutes at the bar on a Sunday night for the bartender to take my food order. Once my order was placed for a trio of appetizers I waited almost an hour for my food. When I asked for a manager he acted like it was really busy and it wasnt a big deal and mostly blew me off. I would be understanding on a Friday or Saturday but it wasnt very busy and there was no excuse for the wait or the service.
If I could give it ZERO I would. Worst of the worst! It never fails. Everytime I try to give this place another chance it always disappoints. Ordered salmon and Mexican street corn this time. The salmon was just as dry as the corn. Being that Im 7 months pregnant, I was craving that corn and I tell you it tasted like 2 week old corn on the cob. Not 1 kernel had juice smh. And not to mention the rude staff working there. This place should be shut down and boarded up. Extremely dissatisfied!
I waited in my car for 30 minutes past the expected time for my curbside food order to be ready. They forgot the apple juice for my son’s kids meal, so I waited another 5 minutes just to be told that they were out of apple juice and replaced it with pineapple juice. My child did not drink it. The lettuce in the salad was old, so I had to pick through it. But the burgers were pretty good. I like chili’s, but I will not be returning to this one.
This is the second time I give this place a chance. The staff is lazy and slow paced.. you just see them all walking around. I waited a good 15 minutes for host to appear, after being seated I waited probably another 15 minutes for a server. When a server finally showed up she had the worst attitude ever. At that point they seemed like they did not want to serve us. This is not the first time we’ve received this type of treatment.. not sure if it’s a race issue. They were very attentive with other customers from a different race.
When I ate here their grill was down but they never told anyone. After waiting 30 mins and sitting down and to be told you couldnt order steaks or burgers... it was a joke. I got the pasta which was overcooked. The ribs seemed to be fine. We ate our food with no napkins. Drinks took forever. I get the grill being down, which was out of anyones control. The thing that bothered me was the cleanliness. The bathrooms were disheveled and not very clean. I walked by the kitchen and it was outrageous. Nasty water on the floor and food particles... I had to walk to the front just to see their restaurant score, which was 92 but it was from Jan 2020. No doubt this place would not pass today. Scary place to eat. Hard to believe I waited 30 mins for this meal. I blame management for sure for the controllable.
OMG.... Where do I start? We arrived just before 8pm. We were seated at a table in a reasonable amount of time (approximately 10 minutes). We sat at our table for twenty minutes waiting on a server. A server finally came over and asked if we had been helped. Our server finally came over and took our drink orders. The drinks came 45 minutes later. We ordered food when we got drinks. The food came 45 minutes later. Long story short.... It was a three hour tour. A THREE HOUR TOUR! I would have understood if the restaurant was busy but this was a Sunday evening and it was only half full. Needless to say, I wont return to Chilis.
Ms. Carla took my order, she was so sweet and professional. Although I did ask for a few things one at a time, she did not get frustrated with my requests. She was all smiles and reassured me that she was there if I needed anything else. My order came up in a timely manner and was fresh and hot! The food was great and I will definitely come again
The service was very poor. We waited 40 minutes to give our order , we waited 45 minutes to be seated ( that we understood) the waitor past us 4 times, someone had to tell him this was his table. The manager was unwilling to comp one of the meals as a courtesy! It was a $15 meal. Instead you have a very dissatisfied customer! I travel 6 times a year and truly this was the poorest service I have experienced in the last 5 years!The food was tasty.
My food was fine but I was there with a group. It took a while to be started and those seats just happened to be right by the bathroom... not always the best seat. Lol. I rated a 4 based on the number of plates that had to go back. My group was about 15 to 16 folks. 3 orders went back. Another 2 needed correcting. The waitress wasnt mean, but not entirely friendly either. You could tell she was having a rough day. The manager did give each ticket a10%discount though. The food at this location is usually very good. I have been many times before. I have been during lunch and dinner. BUT, today 3/29/19 around 4pm, the ribs were hard and dry. The meat always just falls off the bone. I dont know what went wrong today.I will go back again because the wait staff is always amazing. They always give excellent customer service.I hope the food will be better next time.
They may normally be good and on point, but not that day. It started with our drinks didnt come till the food came. No silverware even when the food came. I had to ask for it. They didnt bring the appetizer out to when the food was delivered and they forgot to bring out my salad and to top it off the pasta was dry and barely warm. Very disappointed on this visit. I gave a 3 because the waitress was nice.
TRASH! This place could have been okay... the service was basic... an untrained baby could have done better!!!! Our food came out looking like something a blind man could have put together! Definitely unimpressed and unsatisfactory! The drinks tho where on POINT! Cheers!
My grown children and I had family time/ dinner here last night and it was a Wonderful time(something we havent done in long time) and I thank God for provision, protection family, good hot food and fun! The waitress was very pleasant and made sure we were satisfied she even offer us items( complimentary) due to the wait time. She was surprised at her tip and said,Thank you!! with joy in her heart. To God be the glory for a delightful experience for us all!!!🙌🙌🙋😇
The hostess has horrible customer service and welcoming skills. My family and I visited this location twice this month and both encounters were less than favorable. The wait time to be sat and for food to arrive at the table is considerably long waiting period. They refused to sit us together when she could make space. She tried to force us to separate knowing we came as a group. We asked to move to a table because it was no way 10 people could fit in a booth she was upset about everything and didn’t want to deal with us
Hasn’t changed at all...still HORRIBLE!! Haven’t been to this location in almost a year. Ended up on this side of town, so I was hopeful things had improved. I placed my order online for contactless pick up. Waited over 30 minutes AFTER my food was supposed to be ready, then called store twice. After waiting almost 1 hour total, the employee gave my food to someone else and then tried to give it to me, although the description of my car was on the ticket. Manager was ok, but got a whole lot of attitude from one of the workers. Asked for my money back only got a $5 gift card even though I spent over a quarter tank of gas and over 1 hour waiting on food I never got. Also have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Ended up going to Chili’s in Austell and got excellent service.
Yet again, i go here and don’t get why I expect more. this chili’s is the WORST chili’s to go to. the have all of like 2 1/2 servers. the wait just to sit two people is 45 minutes then wait another 15 for drinks then another 45 for your cold food. they have a huge sitting area by the bar that’s apparently “closed” for some reason. you can’t sit on a bench inside w no one else in the waiting area. no hospitality or warmth by workers. won’t waste my money here against
Worst chili’s I have EVER been to. My waiter was very slow. It took him at least 30min to get to us. My boyfriend ordered a drink that never came. Our food took forever to get to us! entree came out before our appetizer.... I ordered Cajun chicken pasta. The chicken was like jello almost as if someone boiled it for 5min and slapped it on my noodles which were cold and hard with barely any sauce. I will NEVER go to this establishment again and will save as many people from the hassle of dealing with this place as I can. I have never in my life experienced such a bad experience and by the time we realized that it was time to leave (after waiting almost 2hours to be fed) everything else was closed!!!!! Thank you chili’s you are officially the WORST restaurant on my side of town.
Nov 2021… BATHROOMS ARE NASTY, the server was nice and Patient with my party of 12 the drinks was good but the food was bad and It took to long to come out I only ordered cheese fries and the cheese was burnt NOT melted also the fries the food took soo long other people of my party just got to go plates I will not be returning there!
Just coming in a party of 3 standing waiting to to get seated. While standing another party of 5 came in waiting to be seated let me remind you we were all black Americans. No one was at the front to host or acknowledge that we were standing waiting patiently to be seated. My party begin to set ourselves 10min later a party of 4 Caucasian walk in an the manager came an set them an gave them there menus. This is unprofessional, treat everyone the same.
Fridays next door is probably a better decision for dinner...From the moment I walked in I knew this was not going to be impressive.Upon arriving I had to inform the hostess of your free chips and salsa at the bar seating area. After seating ourselves we proceeded to order drinks which took 30 minutes (aka a whole order of free chips and salsa) or worse to arrive. Now typically the waitress will inform you of the happy hour that happens daily and offer to bring you two drinks so you dont have to wait. Not here... Once again I had to take the bar menu out to show the employee the happy hour policy and hours which we were currently in. There was trash and dirty dishes everywhere on the bar and workstation and the bartender was constantly not at the bar to tend to it. After making a little progress on my meal that came out ten minutes after the other plate that was ordered at my table the waitress disappeared until it was time to leave. I had to ask for a refill on my sweet tea after she walked by multiple times. Sad thing is I specifically sought out a chain restaurant to get some sort of consistency but did not get that.
This was my first time ordering to go. Very disappointed with the cajun pasta. I had it a few times here so i know this was not it. Noodles was not cooked correctly. Soggy and mushy. Very pasty! Very little sauce. Dry. Made the issue with the noodles very obvious. Too much cajun seasoning. 😒
Awful and rude service. We got hung up on when we were trying to be kind and let them know we were here but had to park in a spot other than the designated togo spots, since they were full. Its also 45 min PAST the time we were given that our meal was supposed to be ready and we STILL have not gotten our order. So be the time we ordered and right this moment its been about an hr and a half.
Went out to Chilis for the first time in probably a year last night. We got a table quick, and our server/waiter AJ took care of us so well!! Only thing I didnt care for was the cajun pasta. It was bland and the sauce was kind of gross. AJ speedily took care of changing it out for me. He was the BEST. Next time yall go, request him!
This Chili’s always disappoints.... they don’t have enough staff and the staff they do have is rude...they stay messing up orders and just all around make you fell like you should have either kept your money or spent it elsewhere.... and it’s been that way for years .. don’t bother save yourself the disappointment and go to a different location.
Went on 3.8.18. It was crowded but my friend & I were seated after 10 minutes. It took about 20 to 30 minutes to get our food. Whoever cooked that steak, did a great job. Our server started off great but I think the crowds & back & forth got to her. She stopped smiling and forgot to bring my second drink. But she was cool. I will come back again.
Haven’t been to this Chili’s in almost a year due to a hour wait for my curbside to go order. Decide to give them another try. This time my order was on time but I didn’t get all my items that was in my order. Check your orders folks if you visit here. I’m going back next door to TGIF like I’ve been doing. I haven’t had any missing items there.
Ive been here numerous times and had a decent experience, always leaving satisfied with my meal. Today however I waited 15 minutes for my order to get taken, longer to get water. Soup and salad took ages to come out and when it did we had to request silverware and napkins. When my app came out it was room temperature, not sizzling. Fortunately the manager apologized and comped it. The mains werent better. All the food was room temperature and the chicken in my fajitas were rubbery, to the point I couldnt eat them. The burger and fries had a good taste, but they too were cold. I dont know if it was an off day or what, but my entire party left majorly disappointed. Needless to say I wont be coming back for a while.
According to Four Square ratings on my GPS, this Chilis location had average reviews. We were hungry and decided to stop and give it a try. We decided to sit at the bar. The food came out very quickly. The last couple of times we ordered potato soup it came at luke warm and we sent it back. This time it was actually hot. The bar tender (Jermaine) worked very quickly and was extremely professional. We did not even have to request drink refills. This alone made the meal more enjoyable. One of the best experiences we have encountered at a Chilis.. A+
It was decent. Nothing to brag about. The service was slow. Especially for lunch hour. I ordered a steak that came out well done. I ordered medium. Our margaritas were watered down. We complained and the bar tender said we should order the president margarita, and they were better. Ive always gotten the perfect margarita I dont understand why it was bad that day. So changed our order. The bathrooms was dirty. Like I said it wasnt the worst but definitely wasnt the best experience either.
The food was good but the overall service sucks. I waited 25 minutes to be seated in a virtually empty restaurant. At least 9 tables were filthy and covered with past customers leftovers. The air conditioner was blasting when the outside temperature was 35 degrees. Not a good experience.
If I could, I would leave 0 stars. The service was terrible and we weren’t even seated. Upon our arrival at this location, we were told it would be a 10 minute wait. As I looked around, I noticed several tables that needed to be cleaned before we could be sat. This location seemed as if it was understaffed. The host took our name and number and told us that the system would text us when a table was available. We sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting for our table. I never received a text. It’s two days later and I’m still in the parking lot waiting for my table !
Hostess was rude and trashed talked about one of the waitress in front of customers who were waiting to be seated. She was the older hostess. We went here on Saturday night around 8. Also our food was over cooked. Took way too long to check out. Only really good thing was our waiter. Very nice young man.
Came in for a to go order no one came out to get are order on the take out side so I had to go ask the person working the bar if someone wants taking orders on that side she said let me check and came rite back and said she will take the order. After ordering we waited 30 min for are food to came out and they didnt get it rite they missed the fries so they put it in and we waited another 15 min just for fries. They had no business at that time it took way too long to get are food to just go home and have to reheat it up because now my other food is cold. I will not be going back to this Chilis again. And on top of that 2 managers working at this time and seen us waiting that long and never came over to see what we was waiting now got to do better. Giving it one star because cant do zero
The food is good at this location, but waited very long for my drink. It didnt arrive to the table until halfway through my main course. Also something that really disturb me was the customer service. There was a family of about six sitting across from my family; which included kids that hadnt been served. The older gentlemen tried to get the attention of the 4 servers that were standing right there, and they all just looked, turned their backs, and walked away. Being in the hospitality business this was unacceptable. Needless to say the whole family left, and the kids were crying. Just ruined my experience to witness that.
We arrived for simple drinks and had to greet the hostess who was more interested in leaning on the hostess stand & playing with her tablet. She said that we couldn’t sit at the tables around the bar, with a attitude and was told that there was a waitlist and no tables available when there were several empty but dirty tables around the bar. Staff there needs to know that they are there to service the patrons who can certainly choose other places to spend their money...just as we did and will likely not return.
Has very nice large portions all the food is seasoned very well and good service. I ordered a lava cake and it was a big enough for three people to eat and very very good. The steak was a little overdone I ordered a medium rare steak and it was more medium but that was fine with me.
How are you out of all the things to make certain Margaritas? Oh but having to leave my table to go to the bar to find out what is really going on is crazy. Then for people are the bar to tell me they are out of A LOT of things. Servers claim waiting on a shipment. Okay well that seem to be it for every establishment in GA then. This is ridiculous!!!!
It took 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive, the food took forever, and when one of our meals came back incorrect, the waitress preceded to tell us She never said that but...ok. then took the whole plate away instead of just brining the extra side. If I could give a lower rating I would. Im really tired of having to leave my community to get decent service.
I ordered my food ahead of time, they told me it would be ready by 1:43. I didn’t leave out of the restaurant until 2:40 ( which is an hour later) and my food wasn’t even hot. Then had me wait again because they forgot to tell me they didn’t have my drinks... customer service was sub par , they went in any order they felt like. Never should a customer have to wait an hour for something that was promised at a certain time.
I waited 20 minutes past the time my food was supposed to be ready. Once I got home and opened my food, I discovered there was no ranch and plasticware (both were requested). The corn had NO seasoning or anything on it. The rice bowl was extremely skimp on rice. The crispers were cold. The lettuce in the salad was not fresh. I called and made a complaint and was told I could come back and have it remade but Im a bit discouraged now and honestly also nervous about employees using spite in the remaking process. Additionally, one of the workers was outside loudly explaining to someone on her phone that a worker there has coronavirus. Ive been to this location several times for dine-in and to go. Usually there are hiccups. This was my worst experience. I will not be returning.
The ABSOLUTE WORST service. When first arrive no one at door to greet but i did not make an issue of that because we were going to the bar area anyway. None the less there were no clean tables to sit out of the about 8 available booths and tables. No one still acknowledged us for about 5 min before i had to reach out to the bartender who waa playing on her phone. Well it turned out that there was only 1 waitress that was working the area who i can say was pleasant. As we waited a very long time to get our entrees the bartender decided to turn off the televisions except 1. When asked to turn back on by my Son he was told that they were about to close even though there was another 30 min before that time. Outside of our waitress the attitudes of the employees were not professional and it did not seem like the Manager had any control of the place especially when they were arguing more than once in the kitchen. My 1 star is way more than I want to suggest. If i could give negative mark, that would be more in line of my opinion of the service and that restaurant.
So...we havent dined at Chilis Camp Creek since the only drinks they served were Margaritas(very long time ago). We decided to stop by on a Saturday(04/28/18) afternoon. There was no wait for seating, mostly because the location was almost empty. We were promptly seated however a server never came to take our order. After about 20 minutes of browsing through the menu the host came back and apologized for a server not stopping by to take our order and asked for our drink order to get us started. After another 15 to 10 minutes the host came back over inquired if a server had been over and since they hadnt she offered to take our food order. Not too soon after the manager came over and repeated our order ( I guess to confirm what the host wrote down.) He left and not too soon later came back with our drinks apologized for the wait and introduced us to a server who just came in for her shift. She attempted to take our order, but we advised her that the manager already did.There was no delay in receiving our food because they have a different crew just for that. Our food was good, cant fault them for that. We attempted to order our 2nd round of drinks and unfortunately were only able to finally receive them after we had finished our food.The problem i have is that the entire time we were at this establishment we felt ignored and forgotten.That should have not been the reason when they were only 75% full. I see why now why we stopped coming to Chilis and will make sure we never return. Now we are aware that Chilis has the option to reorder food from your table, but our on table machine was out of paper and even after bringing to their attention, it was never fixed.The fact that I am able to sit here and right this complaint while awaiting our check is ridiculous...smh never again.
Went there for late lunch. The side was not what I ordered and the chicken did not taste done, I had to send it back, but not before I was asked to take my mashed potatoes and corn off of my plate to wait for more meat in which I change it to the ribs. I talked with a manager and asked was I supposed to hold these sides until the meat was finished? He apologized and another meal was brought out. I discovered that employees called in and the waitress was new. Understandable!
Alice was amazing! She was very attentive, despite having other large parties in her section. She made sure to take and place my 10-year old daughter’s order, making it a priority to make she sure was fed first (a huge plus in my book!). She was extremely personable and owned the fact that she was busy but compensated with great service. We will definitely be back and asking to be in Alice’s section. Kudos on a great job!
It was horrible. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks, then another 20 for the Spinach queso and chips, I ordered steak and chicken fajitas dinner my plate had steak and shrimp I got a plate with sliced chicken a few minutes later, my friend ordered a steak medium well it came rare the whole steak was pink, the waitress took his same steak to cook up again and still came back raw. I thought they forgot about us as we sat there waiting I told my friend. He asked the waitress to see what is going on. Finally they came out my friend asked if its going to take a long time if he gets something else, she said no he ordered I think the barbeque pork, he wanted the corn she asked if he wanted the street corn he said no just regular corn on the cob and mashed potatoes, we get home and no corn no potatoes. I will never eat there again.
Horrible to-go customer service. Carry out employees were rude and unwelcoming. The service itself was poor. My food was done at one time and I didn’t receive until an hour later. Unable to give correct after 3 times being corrected. Overall customer service would receive zero stars from me.
I love the Chilis, but this is ridiculous, we waited 25min before anyone came to the table, and then she didnt even take our order just said, Ill be right back. Another table was sat and she went and took their order. We left. This isnt the first time, its happened several times and its unacceptable. If you dont have enough waiters, hire more people.
We are in town from NC , and we just left this location. our food took forever to come cars that came after us were getting their food, I had to call inside the store to remind them we were waiting. Our food was COLD and put together any kind of way we even had missing items I paid $9 for egg rolls which were not prepared like they should’ve been. I want my money back or a free meal for the mess we got
I tried to grab a bite to eat at this location before seeing a movie. I was seated in the bar area (which was a total mess of filthy tables). A couple was seated after me and they appeared to be employees. One of the gentlemen got up and got togo beverages from the kitchen. A few employees came by to talk to the gentlemen. I wasn’t even greeted in the 10 minutes I sat there. Even when I do get service at this location; it is mediocre at best.
Food was great! The waitress was very nice! I ordered classic nachos and southwestern rolls so yummy! I did a to go order one-day also another day I order the chicken and waffles it was so good the only down side is the waffle had big sugar crystals in it which made it too sweet.

2022-06-16I ordered through door dash and it was a terrible experience. Once I started eating the food had a weird taste. I put my fork down because I thought I saw hair. When I picked it up it was instead a baby roach. I was disappointed and disgusted. I will never go again and I wouldnt recommend anyone else go.

2021-11-14This place should simply close. I arrived around 1:50 waited over 30 mins for a server. The host when we walked in informed us of everything they didn’t have, pasta, ranch, potatoes, and a few other essential food items … we agreed & sat as we were coming for $5 margaritas. There was no seats at the bar, the server eventually came… she was the only one working the dining room. 1 bartender 1 server & 1 host who sat on her phone in the corner… the food came first the margaritas came as desert I suppose… for a Sunday afternoon this was a hour plus wait for a quick bite & the best thing was the salad. I understand being understaffed due to pandemic but when you have 2 employees and 10 tables sat & a full bar you should close. The whole entire restaurant is in despair at this point.

PEOPLE IF ITS AFTER TEN AND YOU DONT CLOSE TIL 11:30 OR 12 .We the customers still want fresh food .Employees get lazy and just do paying customers any kind of way .

2021-11-21This was the WORST experience I have had. We sat down at 7:00 p.m and I’m writing this review at 9:00. We only have drinks that took 30 minutes to receive. We switched servers twice and on top of all the confusion we were giving a long, extended list of items that they were out of. We couldn’t order burgers, pasta, chicken fingers, salmon, no corn, no chili— at Chills, no lemonade, and no chips. I was jaw dropped honestly, he sat us and let us look at the menu; then proceeded to ask us what we wanted, knowing they we’re missing items. Another thing I found funny, was how we were rushed to order and half the menu was missing. We could’ve went to another restaurant and skipped all this but they were more concerned with the dollar, mind you the dollar that comes from the customer, which is us. If I could leave no stars I definitely would. Now… to top it all off the light above us is broken and there was PLENTY of places we could of sat. They honestly need to close until they can get it together. That’s all.

2022-03-20I placed an order through Uber Eats and it was horrible! The worst was the spinach queso dip. They sent a small cup of spinach leaves with about a teaspoon of queso and unmelted shredded cheese. An absolute joke. Needless to say, they’ll NEVER get anymore of my money.

2022-05-15Terrible service. Waitress/Bartender was slow and wouldn’t service our full party of 6. She wanted the hostess to split up the group. My wife didn’t want to breakup the group so we had to move to the other side of the restaurant opposite the bar. So we sat in that section for 10-15 minutes…no service, no drinks, no attention at all. The hostess was great but the Waitress/Bartender and the Waitress were terrible. By the way…the restaurant was practically empty. This is a May 12, Thursday at 3:30…so this wasn’t a busy time. This was a horrible experience and the Management should be fired. If you don’t want to serve the public/people then go get another job. Guests deserve better than this low class ghetto establishment.

2022-06-01What a mess. We arrived around 6:30 the place was almost empty. The hostess sat us quickly. Took server about 30 min to come by and greet us. We ordered when she finally arrived. Food came out quickly but was poor quality. Service was so bad the waitress just ran my check for the full amount and didnt even give me an option to tip her. Chilis Corporate needs to step in or close this location.

2022-07-07This was the worst experience Ive had at Chilis... My order was supposed to be ready between 10:07 and 10:12 pm. I finally received my order at 10:46. That said, the chips are grease laden and the cheesecake I ordered ended up being a chocolate lava cake that was cold. I really wanted to eat my chips and salsa... This stinks! 😣 Id call and complain, but they wont answer the phone... How do I know? They didnt answer it when I was calling them regarding my late order. Yall really need to do better!
