Chiliss is always consistent and better than the competitors in this tier. It isnt the best food in town, but you know what you are going to get. There are plenty of options so the whole family can find something they want to eat for every visit. The staff usually does a great job. If you use the app you can get free chips and salsa or a free drink every time you visit which is a nice bonus.
Ordered online using Chilis.com. Waited in my car for the notification that my order was ready. Walked in and picked it up after I was notified. Food was room temperature at best. Order was inaccurate even though the receipt printed was correct. Burger bites were severely overcooked and might as well be missing a 4th slider because of how pitiful it is by comparison to the others.
Food was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes. Went to go pick up the order, waited another 25 mins for the person working the counter to cancel my order because it didnt look like it was going to get made at all and that they have quit taking togo oders. Right when I was going to cancel the order another sales person ended up bring out my order. So finally got my order only to realize that one the food was cold which makes no sense since I waited for my order to be made and stay 4 minutes away. Also the wings I ordered were supposed to be BBQ came out hot. Horrible experience, food was not what I was expecting at all. Wasted 45 dollars on food for nothing.
I like there burger because it is grilled meat, but the meat is kinda dry. It is not as juicy as Fiveguys.Their fries are thick and tasty.They sometimes forgets to put in sauce on the side, fillings on the side, and extra request that you put in. Make sure you check food before leaving.
I will never go back to this place my husband and I food was so dang cold and nasty. My loaded potato look like it was made yesterday my husbands burger and fries were cold. The salads look thrown together with little to no dressing in the cups. Crispers was disgusting and dont get me started on the customer service. She forgot my corn so I went in she didnt apologize for messing up my order she act as if I was a bother to her. For us to spend our hard earn money on such trash of a service. I will never come back or recommend anyone.
On half of the occasions I visit this location, service was slow, however, the other half times, service would be outstanding! During all my visits, they would have the same amount of people seated, but all around, this restaurant is a good eat and Id recommend this place to anyone in the area that isnt in a rush for anything.
I specifically like ordering the original chicken crispers from Chilis as they are the only place Ive ever been that cooks their chicken like this with the fish batter style. Sadly Ive both dined in and gotndelivery and every time their chicken its saugy and not soft and crispy.
So I order online and not what I expected , bad experience. The nachos are burnt, feels like they would send the online order like trash because obviously you’re not in the restaurant to actually complain to them. 2/4/22 3:58 pm Go totake out short short ribs combo.. Got home to eat food eat food short ribs was raw covered with barbecue sauce. Call Manager to report the incident then. He state he will take care of it and Forward a gift card. Did not receive gift card by via email. Also forces you to give tip on take out . Apparently theyre not paying their employees enoutgh just to do take out order forcing customers to give tip.. Wil not Visit this location Again. Will contact health department.. Chilis surprised me with a very good service, tasty food, good and friendly staff. The host was amazing too. For some reason I always thought Chilis was a low end, fast food place, my mistake for not doing my research; but I got to say, I was wrong! I loved that they have a lot of healthy choices; yet, super delicious. The service we received made a difference! Super satisfied, I will definitely visit this place more often!
We ordered from the 10 dollar menu and food was plentiful and good. I ordered the queso burger it was pretty good. We ordered take out we did have to check our food the restaurant forget a few items but they corrected and we were off. We will do this again meal includes a drink and a side our bill for 4 43.00 dollars.
I had such an amazing experience at the Chilis in Duluth all due to the exceptional service I received from Lance! He is OUTSTANDING! Covid has everyone tired and overworked, but Lance sets the bar HIGH when it comes to servicing the customer! His smile could be seen through his mask and his high energy and attentiveness was something that every table he served felt. He checked back with us frequently, gave great recommendations, and made me want to stay and spend more. ♥♥♥♥♥ Chilis dont lose him because I am coming back to snatch him up ;)
Lance!!!!!!!!! He is just lovely! We had an amazing experience at the Chilis in Duluth and it was due in large part to the impeccable service we received from Lance. He has a beautiful personality, amazing attention to detail, checked on us regularly, and I swear I could see his smile through his mask. Ever met someone who truly loves people and enjoys their job? Thats Lance. And, our food was cooked to perfection! Thank you, Chilis Duluth!!
One of the best chilis locations so far in my book, not only are the togo employees friendly but also very attentive. First they opened the door for me then gave me so many option to pick from. Not only did they explain everything to me but made sure everything was actually in the bag.If you want something fast and easy 100% recommend. Thank you to the three employees that made my night☺️☺️☺️☺️
3 for 10 Bacon burger with fries. Soup potato (which I forgot to snap a picture of) was the best thing from the combo. My fries were cold, and the burger was over cooked.That being said the 3 for 10 menu does offer a lot for the price and some other options. If you haven’t tried it you definitely should.Don’t forget to tip your waitress. 😉
Food is terrible, and the employees can work on attitude. The vibe is off, also one of the serves was arguing with another employee in the kitchen about a piece of steak. So embarrassing, the lady sitting next to apologized to another server because she heard them arguing and felt like she was the cause. I would not recommend this place at all
Approximately, after 1:00 PM last Sunday March 1, 2020, I visited this location, after church with a party of 5 including myself in the total. We were seated to the left of the restaurant next to the window. In the beginning, we had a pleasant experience. The waiter took our drink order. I requested water with lime. Next, she brought our drinks back that we requested. However, my drink had a particle of some kind floating within my water. As a result, I requested to have another glass of water. In the meantime, I receive my appetizer. I order chips with guacamole. This was the best guacamole I have had in a long time. I also order pasta, but I requested shrimp instead of chicken. Tawnia (the waiter said this was her name and she spelled it for me).As time went on, the situation worsen. One of the members of my party request another glass of water for me to no avail. Consequently, I had to go to the bar to request a glass of water. The bartender gave me a glass of water and I requested a manager for my table. Additionally, our table was never cleaned from our appetizers. We had to place plates on the window sill to make space.When the order finally, came explain to the person that brought the order that I request shrimp instead of chicken. He took the order back, but moments later, the same plate of chicken pasta was brought back the table. The waiter proceeds to ask me you order this. I explain that I wanted shrimp not chicken. She proceeds ask some irrelevant questions … “Do you want tomatoes on it?” I replied, “I wanted shrimp, I change my mind. By this time, I did not want anything.”Finally, the manager comes to the table and I explain the situation. He asked if I wanted to order something else, but I did not feel comfortable placing another order. I feel that manager could have offered me a gift card. Moreover, my experience in the past has been a good overall.Three Months Ago 2020The chocolate cookie is so delicious.
The restaurant was very clean and we were taken care of right away from the moment we entered. The staff helped assist us immediately and took care of all of our needs although they were very busy. The food was amazing and I definitely will be coming back . Emy took care of us throughout the whole day and I will definitely be coming back for her. Joey & Ty greeted us and helped us to be seated and taken care of immediately. I appreciate the team they have & I’m happy I have a new place I can trust and feel comfortable in .
They were good. Not sure what happened to them as of late because todays experience was terrible. The guac pictured there is obviously old, and we were still served it! It was BROWN. My broccoli was black in the center, so it was either old or rotting, and lastly the steak, that I had ordered medium, came out so well done it was dry. This was such a disappointment from what was one of our favorite restaurants. Not all locations are bad, though; if you want a better experience, go to the location right by the Mall of Georgia.
We were declined service at the Chilis in Duluth, near the Gwinnett Place Mall. The hostess decided she is not seating a party of 8. We told her she could separate us because we were two separate families. She then said she had to check to see. The restaurant was practically empty. She came back and said they could not serve us. We asked if she would separate us. She said, are yall paying together. We said no and she said, well it is going to be a 30 minute wait. We said ok but she then said we cant do it because you already said you are a party of 8. Im so sad to say, I believe it was because we are black but it seems pretty obvious that was the case. We were not rude. We are citizens with equal rights and to see that we were denied service for being a large black family is beyond me. Im so disappointed is Chilis for allowing this to occur. I will no longer support and ask for anyone reading to join me in this decision.
Great spot to host your business’ Dundee Awards! This is just your classic Chili’s and the company has done a great job ensuring you get the same food and service regardless of which location you go to. Good conversation at the bar with Pete, who apparently is a regular here.
Once again awful service. Gave the wrong order to DoorDash( driver fault for not checking). When I called DoorDash, they started a 3 way call and the manager of the Chilis, he never picked up. We were on hold for over 10 minutes. Last time, the server took forever and never refilled the drinks. I believe in second chances, they wasted all of them. Never getting food from there.
The wait to be seated wasn’t bad, but once we were seated it took literally an hour to get our food. We saw our waitress a total of 3 times and then watched her leave before even giving us our check. I had to get up and find someone to get us a box and to pay so we could leave. The food was subpar for the wait.
I ordered from their “Just Wings” menu off of Door Dash. The in-person service had a good bit of miscommunication, where they told me that they would bring the order out to me. Instead, I waited around 40 minutes before walking in and seeing my order sitting in the pick-up area. Other than that, the food was very good.
Chili’s across the metro have been struggling with staffing and consistency. I’mSure that’s the reason for the service not being great. My waitress was very nice but she had like 7 tables, the kitchen sent the food out after waiting about half an hour so cold that I wondered if they were even making food fresh or was it in a holding pan. I’m going to come back to chili’s I just hope they can get their staffing issues together
Everytime I place an order there seems to be a problem. The extra ranch requested is ignored, the special requests ignored, unable to request regular sweet tea through the app, missing items, attitude from the staff, system is down, burger is over cooked, no wings, no queso, its ALWAYS an issue. Today, I arrived at 6:22 p.m. when the order was supposed to be ready and it was not. I was not given a reason why nor was I told how long it was going to take for them to prepare it. I received attitude from the wait staff and the order was not ready till almost 6:40 p.m. When I arrived at my destination I realized I was missing one corn on the cob and called the restaurant to inform them. I again received an attitude from the lady that answered the phone. She told me if I returned I needed to have my receipt I explained it was an online order and the information is in their system. She responded with how she was trying to do me a favor and save time and not have to go into the computer but that it was fine she would deal with it when we returned for the corn on the cob. I truly do not understand the need for the attitude because you didnt do your job right the first time. This location is horrible! Unfortunately, its the closest one to me so I will have to start going farther out to get better service.
I will not be ordering food To Go from Chili’s in Duluth anymore. The first time I placed an order and had to wait over 30 mins for the food. I gave them grace because I was told they were short-staffed and decided I would give them another shot. Today I waited over an hour for my food. I was told it would take 30 mins so I was prepared to wait. But once I went back in and my order was not completed I was fed up. A lady from another party called 15 mins before I did and she didn’t receive her food until I was walking out the door with mine. Poor service. Won’t be going back.
Our server was good and food was great as usual. Service was super slow though. We had to wait 10min to get seated and the restaurant was kinda empty and not busy at all. The employees seemed overwhelmed with work but there were barely anyone customers. Maybe some staffing issues, but food was slow and didnt come out all at the same time. My party were waiting for each other to eat.
Me, my husband, and my 2 year old son were treated with disrespect Sunday night an hour before closing. We called and were told to come. We came and got denied to eat here. Completely disrespectful and wasted my family’s time. There’s a lot more to the story but I will be back to see the name of that disrespectful girl to finish my review. If I could give this place 0 stars I will. Not an atmosphere for Hispanic families. Spend your money somewhere else where they will treat you with respect and not waste your time. Terrible service. Hundreds of restaurants, don’t choose this Chili’s.
Food was great and hot. I went here with a friend and the portion sizes are big for the 2 for 25 special and a desert is included! The cheesecake is actually delicious ( I usually dont enjoy cheesecake) and a good size for 2 people. The drink we got were really fruity which is what we prefer. Overall 4 stars!
What a mess. I went there today and after standing for something the hostess sat me. To my surprise no one came and waited on me. After sitting at the abandoned table I got up and told the hostess no one came to my table. She looked dazed and I then asked for a manager. The hostess was just standing there and I asked if the manager was in and the hostess said “ I don’t know”.Finally a waitress who recognized me from my many visits came and took my order.Chili’s Management: you need to better train your employees and if additional staff is needed then hire them.The only reason you got a one start because zero wasn’t an option.
We had the most absent minded server EVER! BLESS HER HEART, SHE COULDNT REMEMBER ANYTHING! Waited 15 to get served once we sat down. We ordered dessert had to remind her twice we finally had enough and told her we wanted it to go. Now mind you we had already settled our check. It was like once we paid she stopped serving us. It took about 10 minutes for her to bring out out cheese cake. She said she was waiting for our order to come up.. Yeah, wont be back!
The kitchen manager and entire kitchen crew staff were really a phenomenal group of loving, considerably very caring, and all the while also exuberating great smiling faces to me as each one passed me within the bathroom facilities as I was within transitioning mode from one place to the next and according to myself that day just was not equally working itself out for my fabulous day remaining that way.
I was disappointed that out of all the restaurants I couldve celebrate my birthday at I choice chilis. Our first waitress acted like he never saw us seating for more than 20 minutes. He wasnt wearing a mask, it was under his chain. I asked nicely if he could put it on and he walked behind me to talk badly about me to another waitress. He came back with the mask covering only his lips. While taking our order he kept making us repeat our order over and over until I asked for the manger he started getting loud. I wouldve put no stars but our second waitress was super nice
I love chilis. I stopped going to Applebees yrs ago once i started coming to Chilis. This place hasnt disappointed yet. And the its just wings they have are great too. Not sure if its chilis or another resturant within them but great wings. Love the burger sliders too & long islands ice teas
The food was hot.... thats about the best I can say. Server was not attentive and even after asking for the smaller sized beer, was served large. Wore the required mask below the nose the entire time. When the bill finally came we asked to not use the table payment system, our card was then grabbed from the table and still ran thru the system which was not the point. We still has to touch the table system which didnt appear to have been cleaned any time recently as it had food on it. Very disappointed.
I usually love going to this location with my family and everything is always perfect but the last time we went the server was rude. When we were paying she said that tablet at our tablwas not working so she had to grab one from a different table she then proceeded to hold the tablet and didn’t even let us do it ourselves when it came to the tip we felt pressured to give a her good tip because that’s the only time she handed the tablet to us standing way too close saying this is for my tip. To top it all off we found a hair in our dessert. They just apologized and took the dessert off our receipt.
Come here often but yesterday I dont know what was going on tried to place a Togo never could get anyone to take my order so I left . Went back to hotel and placed my order online. Came back stood at the togo counter for about 10 minutes with other guest many employees keep walking by without saying a thing even called the store and asked for a manager. As we all watched a server answer the phone place me on hold and never went and got a manager. As Im still on hold my food comes out she yells my name tosses my food on the counter and asked how am I paying. Never a hello ,how are you or anything. Like she was bothered that I placed a togo order . Last time I checked guest coming in to eat is what pays your bills, well not from me this time because I didnt tip. And I usually do . I have been in the restaurant business for a long t time and in order to get tips you have to be nice and at least act like you care about the guest being there.I did call back again and finally got a Manager on the phone named Becky she was very nice and said would take care of the problem. Well I went back in today and was spoke to by the servers that walked by . But after 12 minutes of waiting I left .I think the key to ordering togo here is to place your order online then come and get it...
Management was at its highest quality here in Gwinnett Place. The server was attentive and the manager showed their face from time to time. We were a party of eight and they took care of us. We went to Chillis in Snellville 1st....complete opposite. They were short staffed, 1 chef on a Wednesday night, kids are out of school, you got people coming out of graduations. You would think that they would be staffed up for situations like these. You could tell the manager was stressed. I completely understand that you cant seat anybody over a party of 6 because of your staffing problems, but after having a chat with management they let in like 3 or 4 parties of 2 and 4 and people were still coming because we stayed in the parking lot for a while to plot our next move, thats well over our capacity of 8. So that seemed pretty strange. It didnt seem like a pretty good night for the Snellville location. But Gwinnett Place took care of us.
One of the worst experiences ever. Ordered our food for Curbside pick up. Went to pick up the food and waited for over an hour and a half. Went inside to find out what was going on after having called 45 minutes before where they told us in a short tone that it would be right out. When I went inside, our food was sitting on the table. It was cold. The lady told me to call tomorrow to get a refund. When we got home with the food, the food was cold and chewy. The chips were stale and loaded with salt and the queso tasted like old meat. I understand that with everything going on they may be short staffed and behind, but there is no excuse for poor service and bad food quality. There is also a large lack of communication all the way around. When someone comes out after your food being 45 minutes late, asking for your name and telling you theyd check and be right back then you have to go inside after another 45 minutes to find your food sitting there getting cold, thats just not inexcusable
It was ok. I dont wanna go back. The food was aaaah. The service was horrible. The manager met us as we walked in and told us that someone would be with us in a minute and walked away. We waited for 15 min to be seated. As we were getting ready to walk away a waitress stopped us and sat us down. It took forever for the food to come out. So why didnt the manager seat us. She saw how long we were there and did nothing. And then had the nerve to come to our table and ask hiw everything was. Ummm you let us stand there for 15 minutes. And your the manager. How do you think everything was??!!!
The bartender greeted me when I came in but never stopped to see what I, a patron standing versus sitting at the bar, needed for over 20 minutes after my order was placed on the web. She doesn’t even stop to help the other patrons at the bar who have been waiting for over 30 minutes she leaves the bar to start talking to patrons who aren’t sitting at the bars’ order. She takes another 15 min to take their order to which I started calling the location to while standing at the bar to see who can I speak with to get my food so I can go. She then goes to answer the phone and ask did I check in the bar knowing she’s been away from the bar 22 minutes before I called. Very irritated at this point, ask to speak to a manager takes another 6 minutes to get my food and other patrons are commenting on how slow the service is in a barely full restaurant. He offers a gift card for the inconvenience but I’m not looking for pacification. This is horrible service and disrespectful to my time and patronage as well as others. Get a bartender who can multi-task, it would have taken her 2 seconds to see what was needed at the bar which was her assigned work station anyway. We aren’t asking for super hero’s or best friends just decent customer service.
If you want a to-go order or curbside pickup pass by this chilis and go somewhere else. The first time I did to-go, went in and waited. (With 3 other people who were never acknowledged) I had to track down an employee. I got cold food and an apology.2nd time - I ordered curbside today and paid online. Tipped also because someone has to prep the food and bring it out. I was told between 1pm - 1:15pm. I arrived at 1:15pm and checked in. I sat for 30 minutes!!! Waiting. I called after the 30 minutes and informed them of how long I had been waiting. Again, I received cold food but minus the apology!!They look like theyre going out of business. Wonder why. 🤔
Fantastic experience at this Chilis! Rhonda was our server, and man, was she wonderful! Friendly, outgoing, held conversation, made recommendations, kept drinks filled at all times! I just cant say enough good things about her! Good was good and hot. I was really impressed with this location!
My husband and I ordered the 10oz steak (medium) with an order of shrimp, & loaded mashed potatoes & street corn for our sides. We also ordered the premium Long Island Tea drinks. Our steaks were soo good, though they had different levels of pinkness on the inside, but still tasty nonetheless. The shrimp & our sides were both delicious as well (highly recommend the street corn!!). Our drinks were so strong!!! Our waitress was really nice & continued checking up on us as well, which I value a lot.
Top 5 worst service Ive ever received and Ive worked in restaurants for 5+ years. 8 minute greet (4 people at bar), 10 minute refills, 25 minutes to get food (sat in window under heat lamp for at least 10 minutes). Super unattentive bartender. It was literally soul-sucking. Leaving was the best part and Im easily impressed. Good God, I wouldnt wish that on my worst enemy.
This location consistently messes up my order every time I get it delivered. June 10 they sent me a RAW, not rare actually raw and cold in the middle, sirloin when I asked for a medium. The broccoli was also hard and undercooked. Tonight, June 14, I ordered a dessert only for it to coming missing two items and in a still open container. They also gave me a condiment cup(like what they’d put ketchup in) with my ice cream in it. That’s a stark difference from how much I was actually supposed to receive. This Chili’s consistently drops the ball; they don’t seem to care about quality. I never have these issues with the Chili’s by the Mall of GA.
Normally Id let this go but if nothing is said, then nothing will get done. Ordered online for togo and I arrived 5 minutes early. The food wasnt finished until 25 minutes after I arrived. From start to finish the food took 50 minutes to finish. The restaurant wasnt packed and everyone was getting their togo orders except me. Pretty bad experience so I probably wont be going here anymorw
Should’ve trusted my instincts when I step foot here and gone else where. Food was cold and on top of that it took 30 minutes to get my draft. There is many other restaurants around where you can enjoy your meal. One reason I gave an extra star is because the beer is as good other than that this place is horrible
I used to love Chilis but havent been in awhile. I wont be going to this one again anytime soon. The food was sub par. The server charged me for a tall beer when I ordered a small. The money difference wasnt much, but the server got another credit for an upsell. She was also quite inattentive. Everyone working there seemed bored and not wanting to be there. Given the state of the world, I would think it would be easy to find people who actually wanted to work.
My family and I went to Chili’s last night. There was a couple in front of us. An employee comes behind and tells the couple you guys are lucky because we’re going on a 30 minute. Now the dude clearly saw us so I assumed he was speaking to us as well. He seats them and walk away. Shortly after a woman comes and says there’s a 30 wait. My husband said there’s plenty of seats. She said the kitchen needs to catch up. While we are talking a group of privileged people about 5 people in all just walked in from outside right pass up and went to the bar. I said oh so they just walked in she responds by telling me they weren’t supposed to do that. Meanwhile she didn’t say anything to them. I felt singled out. I felt like this was a color thing. I’m very disappointed. I WILL NEVER EAT at this location again.
I love Chilis ! I have never had a bad experience there but today was the best so far. We had a waitress today who was basically running the floor alone . She was our hostess , waitress, and the bartender. Yet she still made sure we had a great dining experience. Very attentive and got all our stuff to us on time. 5 stars for her and this location !
Poor service and communication between server and customer. We got seated and waited a while to be served.so we ordered drinks and no water was brought to us and she never said the specials for that day. So we ordered from Happy hr menu. Food took forever and margaritas were very syrupy. The server was rude. So we sent back the drinks at that time she could of said the specials to us but she didnt. We usually give nice tips but not today poor service we will not be coming back.another group came and sat behind my friend and they were told the specials when they sat down. They just pick and choose who they wont to give specials to or have good costomer service too
Took 20 minutes for someone to take the 2go order, wanted to order some side dishes and I was told that they were not available to order. It took close to an hour for the order to be completed.Asked how foe the order to be ready?? I was told.. we dont know keep checking.Poor service,bad attitude..very disappointing
We went to this location one night with free kids meal coupons that we had received from a manager maybe a month prior. It was a rough time for my family so we decided to use the coupon that we had previously given so both of my children could eat for free as they did previously with just one ticket. When giving the waitress the coupon she stated it’s only for one child meal and when I informed her that I had come maybe a month prior and used one for both of my children, she then explained, “there are two different managers, one of them allows for both kids to eat on the coupon, but the other manager doesn’t”. This makes absolutely no sense and if you’re managing the same restaurant then you definitely need to be on the same page when it comes to things like this whether it was don’t the wrong or right way the first time. You never know if the family using that coupon was able to pay for the child’s meal when they’re under the assumption that the same rules apply. Needless to say I did end up having the money to pay for my 6 year old, I just wish they had their management on the same page and no false advertising.
Great food, good service, and nice people. Its extremely cold in there, my daughter didnt want to finish eating her food, it was that cold. Their dessert cookie and ice cream was good even the day after. Simple menu with specials is what I thrive for when Im our eating
Hands down the best restaurant of its kind in the area. The Red Lobster and Olive Garden have been lacking each time I go there, but this Chilis consistently delivers. I travel a lot and end up staying in this area due to its easy access to the highway. I have probably been here a dozen times. The staff is always warm and friendly, the food is affordable, fast and great, and the bartenders always remember me and make me feel welcome.
With the new overhaul of the menu I knew I had to give Chilis a try. I have to say cutting the menu to focus in everything they are known for was a smart move. Had a new waitress shadowing but they were both good with service. Our drinks were never empty and the food was great, I cant wait to come back again.
This was the worst visit Ive had from there. We were a party of 7 there to celebrate 2 birthdays. We waited 20 mins after our drinks were order for anyone to come take our food order. Then we waited another 45 to start getting the food. Its wasnt even served at the same time. I had to send mine back for being ice cold and nasty. We reorder my food which took another 30 mins to get. I was never asked if Id pike a refill on my drink. Everyone else was able to enjoy their food while I sat there waiting
The shrimp tacos are fair. The shrimp are approx 51-60 size, sort of small for the money in my opinion but the avocado lime and cilantro combo were nice. A little more heat wouldve been nice; they were a little too mild for my taste. Everyone else seemed pretty satisfied with their meals. It was busy and a little hectic but service was pretty good. The table was very wobbly; it needed a leveler. A nice evening all in all.
First time being at this location and couldn’t have gone better. Went Sunday night 3/8/2020 and whole staff was on point. Hostess was kind and happy and greeted everyone that walked in door and acknowledged them before seating someone in front of them letting them know she would be right with them. I saw the manager walking around the restaurant constantly making sure things were good. Restaurant was clean. My server was Svett (I probably spelled that wrong) but he is a white guy with glasses lol and hes awesome. He was very personable and knew when to come to the table and when to not, attentive but not over the top. He was down to earth and not fake. Our food came out hot and fresh and cooked just right. We got the 2 for $25 deal and some drinks. I got the grilled chicken fajitas and my fiancé got the burger and fries. They were both good. We had the Texas cheese fries for app and cookie and ice cream for dessert. Everything was good and fresh and came out prompt so kudos to the chef as well. We had our 6 month old with us and the car seat was able to sit beside me in the booth and my 6’4 fiancé was able to sit across from me comfortably. They had different sports games on, the atmosphere was nice, not too bright lighting. Mixed crowd, calm vibes. Very chill comfortable location for family or friends outing with cool, chill staff. Honestly probably one of the most smooth, happy outings we’ve had recently compared to some of the restaurants we’ve tried out the past sundays around Atlanta. I’m surprised too because they closed at 11pm but still were letting people come in and seating them and letting them sit at the bar at like 10:50pm without any attitude or looks or anything like they appreciated customers wanting to be there. Definitely will be back to this location. Ask for Svett’s section he’s an awesome server.
This is absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable what I experienced today I thought pick up & go was just that simple right? However I was notified via text & email my online order was ready so I drive 15 min to get it & their is a couple proceeding to order & asking questions about the menu while Im waiting & noone addresses or acknowledged me . So whats the point of online order if youre going to inconvenience people like this & rhey get their food before me? Incredible will not patronize this particular establishment again & Im a regular customer insane that customer service is fleetingly!!
I love chillis !! But if your undecided let me help. Ordered take out and was more than impressed. Three for $10 is the way to go!! You get a drink an appetizer and a meal for $10. Read that again!! And im not talking ten bucks at a fast food place and your hungry again in an hour. I got 1/2 rack baby back ribs, loaded mashed potatoes and the fried onion strips with a cesar salad and a soda...one of my things was an extra $1 so all that for $11. I signed up for the emails and so I was able to add the ribs to the choices of $10 meals for no extra money. The food was hot, delicious and i felt like I stoled it at that price. Tey the 3 for $10 you cant go wrong.
Me and my lady come here at least once every two weeks, and EVERY SINGLE TIME we get horrible service. The food is good every time we come, but always takes ages to get to us. Today our server walked to us and said that she was waiting on the water pitcher to fill up and she would be right out, but it took 10 Min. until she actually did (we timed everything on our phone). Every time we go the servers seem disinterested, even though we always try to be friendly, and conversational. Im just wondering if anyone else has had this kind of service.
Outstanding experience. Took my daughter here on Valentine’s Day and we were treated like gold. Delicious food as always, and even better service. I’ve always had a consistently good experience here. It’s tucked away down a side street leading to the now defunct Gwinnett Place Mall. It’s a bit hidden, but drive slow and you’ll find it easily.
Atmosphere is up-beat and clean was seated in the bar area next to the kitchen music was quite loud couldnt really hear my dinner guest. Rap music was playing over the dining room music. Server was polite and attentive. Although I didnt receive the water I asked for along with my margarita and my guest didnt get a refill on his coke even though he finished it before his meal arrived. Meal was ok for the price but ribs didnt come with wet naps I got a napkin soaked in water instead all in all it was a 6 out of 10
One of my nicest experiences at this location and it wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing server: Sal! He was knowledgeable about the menu and recommended great items. He was courteous, kind, and professional. Thank you Sal and Chili’s for the great experience!
I placed a to go order and discovered that one of the meals was left out when I got home. My only options were to either drive back to the restaurant today or wait for a gift card to arrive by mail. I wanted to just wait until tomorrow to go back out for a replacement meal. The manager made it seem as if doing that would be as difficult as getting Congress to pass a stimulus. Check your orders before driving away.
Really good service. Food came out fast and our server was attentive. The food, however, was horrible. Our queso was solid when it got to the table like it didnt get heated up enough. My sisters asparagus was completely raw, and her steak was overcooked. My shrimp tacos were dry and tasteless. We usually have a great experience at Chilis but we wont be coming back to this location.
Over the last 25 or so years, I have eaten at this location on numerous occasions and have always been satisfied, overall, with my visit. This evening was no different. The atmosphere was updated for a retro type feel, and the cleanliness was average. The menu has been revamped since I last ate their, but the favorites are still there. In our party of three, two of us ordered burgers with fries, and the third a pasta meal. The portion seemed to be smaller on the pasta than I remembered, but it was delicious. Burgers were delicious, as always, though the fries could have been hotter/fresher. Ill keep visiting Chilis, as long as the service continues to be friendly and consistent.
No customer serviceJust left this place. I ordered the bacon quesadilla add steak. Got it with chicken and steak. If it had bacon you could not see or taste it. I asked the waitress. She said her mistake. I was fine and ate it. But when I got the bill I was charged 5.89 for chicken that I did not order or want. No offer to remove offbill.
I order online and got 2 $10 meals, one of my main entrees was missing from my order. I call the manager which she gave me a hard time and didnt want to replace my whole order, after she put me on hold twice she ended up making most of my order again. Most of the food was good but couldnt eat my fries because it was cold. Just make sure U check your order before U leave.
Today I had a terrible experience in this place: I had a to do order for doordash and asked the host for the order. She was rude and pointed to a bag on the counter. It was the wrong one. I offered the cliente to go back and complain about it. When I arrived a explained to the host it was the wrong order. She asked if I didnt know how to read... I tried to make it better just talking and she had such a bad response!
So, as a former chili-head, I came to dine in this chilis tonight for the first time in about 3 years. It was a relatively slow night, and the bartender had about 4 guests when my friend and I walked in. When i finally am ready to give my order, the guest sitting next to me interrupts my order to ask questions about a margarita. The bartender then interrupted my order to answer her question. So i had to then wait another 10 minutes to place the rest of my order. My fries took at least 20 minutes to come out, and i know they dont take more than 3 minutes to fry. I tried not to take offense to any of this. Then, halfway through my street corn, i found a hair in my food. The bartender seemed unnecessarily irritated with my complaint (even though i did not make a fuss.) I was told the manager would be out to handle the situation. He came out, but never even addressed me, although i did hear him and the bartender speaking about me and how i ate some of the corn, so apparently i shouldnt have been upset??? Chilis was the first restaraunt I ever worked for in my service industry career, and I was very disappointed tonight, especially considering that I had returned for the nostalgia. I will not be returning to this location.
The host that greeted us at the entrance got upset with me because I asked to sit in another area of the restaurant. If you dont like your job please find out what you want to do. Another opportunity the young lady that brought my food seemed as if I was bothering her. She walked off as I was asking for a plate for my salad. Wasnt a good experience with some of the staff. Our waitress was attentive and somewhat helpful. The score for the restaurant is an 80. Dont know how I didnt see the score of the restaurant before I walked into the restaurant.
Chilis is a mid-priced chain restaurant with good consistency in my experience. This location wasnt any different. We enjoyed our meal, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. Their menu didnt seem as interesting as the other times weve been to a Chilis - perhaps thats a seasonal thing? But what we ordered was made well & tasted delicious.
This location has never been a favorite but I decided to give them a shot again,after all I really do like their smoke house burger.We arrived around 3:30 and the first thing I noticed was the one hostess who clearly didnt care about her job and the patrons waiting, I went to the RR to wash my hands and still werent seated.after having been seated I immediately noticed the dirty table we were placed in and asked the hostess if she could get somebody to wipe down the table. I was not too pleased with the cleaning job.THEN I noticed the other dirty tables that surrounded us with plates and mounds of different foods, GROSS!!! I observed the girl try to clean those tables and it took her at least 30 minutes to do a 5 minute job.Meanwhile our appetizers arrive and the waitress did not give us plates or napkins, she was sweet but lacked knowledge in her job. I normally tip over 20% at all occasions as a standard but she earned a basic 15% from me. Forgot to say that she only had two tables to serve at the time and we were one of them. She mentioned it.Not too long after the food came out, I was disappointed in noticing my fries were extremely cold, like my food sat under a lamp for at least 10 minutes, again another let down. Seconds after biting into my burger, I notice how uncomfortably crunchy the onion rings were. Again, another disappointment.My overall experience was unwelcoming, unpleasant, and disappointing. However, the only thing I hope this accomplish from this review is to get the attention of those in charge because this place has some serious morale and management issues.Sincerely a person that works in management.
This is incredible, 4th of July and this people is giving worst service than ever, I waited for more than 10 min to be sited, with other 2 gentleman that had more time waiting, they left because they were tired of waiting. I saw 4 girls and 2 boys working, my husband had to walk over the restaurant to ask someone to find a table for us, this is a holiday and the restaurant wasnt busy at all, I wonder whos the manager that doesnt know how to handle the team, specially in a holiday. The first impression that we got was the big dirty table at the entrance. The worst part was that the 4 girls working there knew that we were waiting for long and they just decided to ignore us and the other 2 guys. Such a bad customer service, of course we left as well, this was just a red flag for the bad service that we were going to have, and so bad for the business to loose costumers because of bad employees that they dont care. Of course we are not going there anymore.
Literally writing this on my way to the car. Worst service I have ever received. After receiving our food we only saw our server when we asked for her. I had to ask for a refill from someone else who then got our server. My husband had to get up from the table just to get to go boxes. Again not from out server. Then as we are walking out our server comes and says Ill get you a bag. No thanks. People should not have to look for their server or wait as long as we did.
Its a Chilis. Like Applebees, Long Horn, Outback, and the like; you go here when its Friday/Saturday night and youre looking for decent food and service without breaking the bank. The servers at this specific location are pretty nice and are very accommodating. The cleanliness can vary depending on time of day and day itself, but when I went on Saturday night it was acceptable but only just. If youre nearby and wanna sit in a booth and eat something slightly better than fast food without having a bill over $30, Id say stop by.
Service was wonderful & quick. I ordered the Caribbean Grilled Chicken Salad. The chicken was precooked and cold. And kinda tasted like something you buy pre-made from the grocery store. Not very good. That should freshly grilled the chicken and then add to the salad. The chili was not bad could have been a little warmer in temperature.
I am usually happy with chilis . Our server Christopher was happy and doing his best to keep us happy! Due to management that night was what made our visit suck! Manager cut all the help before time and had people service time crazy. I never got my food my whole table had ate. I watch other people come in and leave unhappy due to how long they had to wait .Management looked as if she didnt know what was going, and never came around to see if her patriots were okay. I flagged her down she told me she was on the way and never came back! I hope Chilis can find a better management team for this location before its another empty lot in that area!
Didnt even get to give it a try. Walked in at 9:30 (they close @ 10) and was standing behind 2 other groups of people waiting to be seated. Stood there for over 10 minutes without any help. Finally decided to ask one of the workers to please seat us and he said they are no longer seating people. We along with everyone else left (8 people) because they didnt want to seat us 30 min before closing.What a waste.If I could give ZERO stars I would.
They are understaffed at the moment. We went for a late lunch as a family, we were seated and no one came by to take our drink orders. I had time to search for, find a different restaurant, call and reserve a table. So we just left. I think they need to work on their staffing.
Ive been to plenty of Chilis in my life and this location is a great one. We had fast service food tasted amazing and the restaurant was very clean along with the restrooms as well. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice dinner or lunch.
Food is okay, Ive only been here with a big group. This time they made us pay one by one on the tablet that they have on the table. Took forever and mid way it ran out of paper. Then the server had to manually print them. Waste of time. Would go again for the prices and food quality but please step up on service.
I love this food, but today I am really disappointed.I totally understand that you guys are busy and is actually really good your business is like that in this difficult times, but isnt NICE MESS UP AN ORDER FOR PICK UP and when the client call back you made them waiting on the phone for 30 min for the manager, when nobody answer back or give you any answers of how they can fix th issue, only apologies for being really busy are not enough.....Right now I am still on the phone waiting for someone to get the phone for 40 min, assuming no one is going to pick up specially now that the restaurant just close doors at 10:30 pm.Did somebody will be aviable to fix this tomorrow???Who know....
Had to wait for over 10 minutes just for a hostess to speak to us then wait longer to get the table cleaned off. Then our waiter took our order. And once he brought our drinks and appetizers we didnt see him again. We had to get another waiter to find out where our food was and to get us more drinks. It was not a pleasant experience.
Visited July 14, 2018, the drinks were horrible the salmon was overcooked and not prepared according to the Menu the waitress nor the manager was knowledgeable of how this salmon was supposed to look. There was a couple with 3 children after they laugh there was a huge mess on the floor no one came to clean that floor from the time we sat down until the time we walked out they continue to seat people while the floor looked a hot mess this was the nastiest Chilis I have ever seen.
Visited a few weeks ago when my mom came into town to be with us when baby boy was born. Stopped here as it was close to her hotel. Food was bland and just not enjoyable at all. After ordering a root beer for me we were informed about the deal afterwards and my soda didnt count for the deal. They wouldnt even allow us to do it because it wasnt in our menus and the waitress told me afterwards. Kinda sneaky in my book. Add that to the poor food and I couldnt wait to get out of there.
My boyfriend & I came to this Chili’s & ordered the 3 for $10. We both ordered sweet teas to drink with our meals. Our waitress kept touching my boyfriend, as well as brought him the different flavored teas to try for free - the blackberry & mango. However, she never once brought me a refill, & as a matter of fact, I had to ask another waitress for a refill. After asking another waitress for a refill, our waitress finally came back & brought me a glass of water instead. I felt very disrespected & left feeling extremely insulted seeing as she brought my boyfriend refills + the different flavored tea.
We would always come here for dinner but today was really bad. They took forever to get our food and when we got our food it was very salty, my kids got their nuggets and fries first and then we got our food 30 minutes later. We also asked for another drink and that drink never came, also they never asked if we needed refills until i asked for the check. . Very disappointed with my visit .
I ordered my food online. It was simple and quick. My food was ready when I walked in the door. The young lady that was working the To Go Orders was professional and acknowledged me as I walked thru the door.My moms food was accurate and hot!! Keep up the great work!!!
I dont know why we choose to keep coming back here for another disappointment. How hard is it to make a burger and chicken crispers? Everything taste like its been in the fridge for a few months. We sat next to the kitchen there was 8 waiters and I only saw 1 cook smh. This place just needs new staff who can actually make the food correctly.

2022-03-11We came on a Thursday night and we were seated in a booth right away. Our server was named Rich. He had the best personality and provided great service. Rich suggested the $5 monthly margs and we had 3 rounds! The chips and salsa were really good. I ordered the Cajun pasta w chicken and it was very tasty. Hubby ordered the sizzling Fajita combo, but the pan didn’t come out sizzling. It was a first non-sizzle we ever had at Chili’s ordering this dish. But it was alright. The 5 stars is really owed to Rich’s service. 3 stars for the food.

2022-05-16Came here with my daughter, had a great experience. Ross was absolutely an amazing server, he was very attentive and kind. Very knowledgeable of menu and made very good recommendations. Definitely will be returning soon and hope to have Ross again as our server.☺️☺️☺️Also, the Smokehouse Combo with Brisket Quesadillas was amazing & tender.

2022-05-22This particular location is a bit shoddy for me. The device on our table wasnt working and I waitress didnt really want to be bothered. She rolled her eyes a couple of times and didnt check back with us to ensure our drinks were full. She was definitely ready to go home. The food was hot and pretty decent. If the service whats a little better, it would have been a pleasant experience.

2022-04-03If you order a bowl of soup to go the don’t even fill the bowl up it comes half full but they charge you full price, if you order a soda to go they give you a child size cup but charged you full price and if you order a skillet queso to go it comes less than half way full and again you pay full price!You call to try to discuss it with the manager and he is completely rude to you and actually thinks it’s ok that they are out of to go cups so they sent smaller cups in replacement but didn’t offer any kind of credit because I paid full price for something I didn’t get ! Absolutely the worst management I have ever encountered

2021-08-19Always a great night at Chilis. One of my favorite fast food chains to date. This one location in particular is one of our favorites since everyone is friendly and attentive. You will never have to flag someone down for service; they got your back. Food is consistently good and you can’t go wrong with most everything on the menu. I dream about the ribeye since it’s so fatty, I hardly get it, but it is great every-time. There is a good variety of dishes to suit everyone’s taste. This place is especially good if you want a taste of Mexican cuisine without leaving American roots. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and of course, I will keep coming back for more ribeye and margaritas !

2022-05-15The food here is absolutely fantastic. It was ready and out the door to my car in a quick manner, and amazingly even after reheating it when I got home it didnt lose its delectable integrity. This is clearly a location that cares. I would highly recommend the 2 for 25 meal deal. Its a good price and you get a lot for your buck. Naturally since I ordered takeout I didnt get to see inside the establishment or interact with the staff much, but the interaction I did have when they brought me my food to go was pleasant. I highly encourage you to show them some love the next time hunger strikes.I did forget to mention, my only concern was with the Mexican rice in my order - it was crunchy and stale in parts, despite being flavorful. It was almost like bottom-of-the-pot rice that was scraped off. But it was still edible and did not ruin the rest of the meal. I might just avoid it in the future.

2022-03-06Had my Granddaughters birthday dinner here. Server was extremely friendly, helpful and fast about all requests. Very much a people person, which made the dinner so much better. Food was good and served timely. They also brought back my favorite, the mushroom and Swiss burger, that had been missing from their menu for too long.

2022-04-04Tasty food and good service! Chilis is part of a large chain of restaurants that is also part of a group of restaurants that includes Maggianos Italian restaurant and others. Chilis is a nice place for an evening out, with moderate prices. The only reason this isnt five stars is because this place isnt going to get a Michelin star review. And just good and a lot of things but not the best at anything. But you cant go wrong coming here because theyve got food for most tastes.
