I enjoyed the grilled Chicken, black beans and rice and ate it all. The meal was well prepared and hot when I received it! I would also recommend the Blueberry lemonade. Though our waiter was new ( only working there a week) he was very helpful and checked on us constantly to make sure everything was good.
The Boss burger: I got just what I asked for, a pile of meat between some bread. In most cases, thats a normal dream for me. While it was definitely bomb! (Im 40, do we still say that?).. All the meat was delicious individually, but I think I would have appreciated each individual type of meat separately. I had too many flavors going on at one time, but I just had to try it! Coleslaw wasnt bad. Or course, youd have to like coleslaw otherwise its not just going to blow your hair back. Foodies visit me at Youtube: Freddy Cooks International
Such a great place for dinner! They have so many different options as well as excellent steaks! The staff is always very friendly and the whole restaurant is always clean! Inside there are multiple sections to choose from including a lounge and booth seats. We will definitely be returning very soon!
Worst experience I’ve had at this location. Everyone’s order at our table of 4 was cold. Saw our waitress once at the begging for drinks and order and then not again till food came and we all had empty drinks. Not her fault their understaffed but I didn’t see the manager or hostess helping the only 2 waiters. Poor communication among the staff and poorer leadership.
Loved it. First time visiting this restaurant chain and glad to report I wasnt disappointed. The service was a little bit slow which is understandable as it was peak period. The servers were all very nice and assiting each other and courteous to patrons. The food itself was super delicious; from the starter to the entree and the dessert, everything was superb. Only negative, restroom wasnt that clean. Overall, great experience, definitely will return.
Really enjoyed our trip here, went with my children to meet my father while he was passing through town. I had a Boneless Buffalo Chicken Salad, it was fantastic, my father had the Ribs (actually the meal for 2 and brought one to my mother) and had nothing but good things to say, all sides were enjoyed and the onion blossom appetizer was enjoyed by all who wanted it. Best of all, we were very pleasantly surprised by the price, it was much less than we expected (based on our normal bill when going out to eat) and they do give a Military Discount which we greatly appreciated. To those servers, yes every penny that was saved went into a larger tip for the server. Great experience, great food, great service, keep up the good work. (Side Note: People TIP your server!, most places that is 98% of their income and they do not make minimum wage. People do not work for free, theyre not your servant, and you know dang well this is the deal when going into a restaurant. And tell your kids the same thing)
On a friends recommendation that the ribs were very good I thought Id try them out. They are were okay at best. There had been no evidence at all that these ribs had been anywhere in the same county with the barbecue fire. If you want the real deal barbecue ribs go to # 1 Sams in East Cobb, Dave Poes Powder Springs Road Marietta and Williamson Brothers just about anywhere.
The manager here is accommodating. I pulled up and waited in the to go parking for my order for about 10 minutes. I called the restaurant and saw a girl inside with her AirPods on talking on the phone while my order was on the counter. I had to go inside and get my order in the manager did not charge me. I wouldn’t do to go orders here though. They just stand in the corner on the phone.
I’m sad to say I’m coming back with another bad review if you look at the picture you’ll see why. This was my THIRD drink from them the first one was a sweet tea that tasted funny so I got a sprite instead. The first sprite had a gnat in it and this is the second one it looks like a spider and I’m sad to say I took a sip of both. After receiving my food none of it was hot it was lukewarm at best. For my first time there I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there until they get the bug problem checked out. 🤷🏽♀️
Hi,When my family & I went to this particular location of Chilis for dinner because it was a day before my oldest daughters 13th birthday. She had picked the place to eat & we were all very much excited just as she was! However, we arrived before a family of (sorry to say this) white people came in & they were not only served before my family & I however, they also received way more napkins then we did. We noticed & we did not say anything because we did not want ANYTHING to happen to our food & drinks!! I had to apologize to my family especially, my oldest daughter. The servers in the dining area we sat in (some) noticed & did nothing about it. Theres NO EXCUSE FOR BEING TREATED LIKE THAT! My family & I are not sure if we will be returning to this location or any other locations. THIS SHOULD NOT GO IGNORED! THIS SHOULD BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY SO, THAT THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO ANY OTHER FAMILY/PEOPLE/ OF COLOR! This definitely needs to end. AND ANOTHER THING... How come there isnt a location in the Smyrna area or is it? From where I live it is a far ride to get there. Thanks for taking the time to read this post.
I work nearby and had an issue where we ordered several lunch combos but were told over the phone that they didnt come with sides. Didnt think much about it until today, 2 days later when ordering again, this time via the app. When I double checked that the 2 of the 3 combos we had ordered did indeed come with a side, I went in with our receipt and spoke to a manager. She was more than nice and made it right!
We formerly had excellent to very good experiences at the location.Tonight was extremely disappointing when we ordered TAKEOUT. My wife and I ordered the thick Ribeye (Charred outside/Pink center.First of all, neither steak was thicker than 1/2 inch At THE MOST. Secondly, both were Waaaay over-cooked, brown throughout.as it was takeout and we live 20 minutes away, we had no choice but to eat what CHILIS gave us.We wont make that mistake again!
We ordered a grilled cheese and really couldnt believe what they served! Two pieces of bread with a slice of cheese --- not grilled --- not even close! My husband had a burger which was ok but he ordered fries WELL DONE and got fries that were half done. They need someone to run the kitchen there --- been going for many years but this last trip was just that - the last!
Totally understaffed. I sat at the bar after waiting to be seated for 10+ minutes. Bartender was serving everyone seated at the bar and 3+ tables. Not fair to him or the customers.Chicken on appetizer was horrible. Fatty chicken soaked in oil. Probably set out for to long before being served.Wont be back anytime soon.
Great 2 person $25 special. A lot of great food - friendly and attentive service - TAKE ADVANTAGE of this while crowds way down. I had chicken fajitas with all the trimmings and my wife had the 6oz sirloin with two sides. Plus large appetizer - AND A HUGE PIECE of cheesecake for desert. Hard to find a bargain like that!
Theyre okay. We ordered takeout at the start of Covid because we wanted to support the business and local workers and the staff was terrible and we did not go back for almost 9 months. The new lady that greeted us was very nice and attentive and why Im giving them four stars.
I feel so disheartened about my experience there today. We haven’t had a meal out in a long time and I was looking forward to a nice outing with them. My oldest sons food came and it was fine. My youngest sons food took over an hour, all he had was macaroni and fries. I ordered spinach queso and the waiter didn’t put it in at all until he came back and asked me about it. 35 minutes after our order was in. I asked for garlic butter and ranch to go with my meal and never got it. None of us got refills on our drinks I still haven’t eaten. Just ridiculous. They gave us discounts but to be honest we sat there 2hrs waiting for our food. Shouldn’t of had to pay for it at all.
I flippin love Chilis. I’ve been to other locations but this one has the best cooks/service. Im a regular at the to-go section on Fri, Sat or Sun nights and food is always fresh and theyre quick about getting it to you. I havent been inside since COVID but their curbside is awesome. Dont ever change yall! (Lorraine - you’re awesome!)

Great place to go for lunch or dinner specifically Lunch. Because my crew workers and I went here and was in and out fast. Food was hot fresh and fast served. The woman FOH manager was great she was a runner for BOH as well. She really show what it is to be a manager and jump in to help your team. Even if it includes running food to tables. She assisted her team and that was great to see. The server we had India was wonderful as well. Very attentive, sense of urgency, polite, and eagered to assist her tables the best way she knows how. India repeats back the orders just to make sure she has it correct as she stated. She wants everyone to have correct food and beverages with no issues provided from her end. I always come to this Chilis because they are kind, clean, and never that packed. They follow the Covid procedures in place and thats great.
I like the ridiculous food that they serve at Chili’s, but this location has a staffing problem that seriously effects their ability to offer good service. We went for dinner recently and were told there was a 45 minute wait time, while half the restaurant was empty. The manager told us they didn’t have the staff to serve anyone and had closed down half the restaurant because of this. Displeased that management’s inability to staff properly caused this issue. Still love the skillet queso, just wish I was able to enjoy it in a timely manner.
Was terrible no one was in the place made us wait like 30 minutes and finally took us in made us wait In the hot sun and other people got to wait inside where it was cold and warm took them long to bring drinks and the food kept forgetting the chips and dip the waitress was nice but did not listen she kept picking up plates and stuff when we kept asking for a to go plate I was so ready to leave but the food was 👍🏽 great so definitely try the food and the lemonade yes so good
What is up with the 9 oclock close. It is about worse than BS. People work late and there is no reason other than the laziness of the Manager and the staff. Turning people away is bad business and looking at them being turned away and smilili g is just wrong on so many levels. Must be why your fat and your mama dressed you goofy.
Actually, my experience was a bit unique. I was picking up food from the East Cobb location that was accidentally ordered at the West Cobb location in Mariett, GA. Her team worked quickly and efficiently to turn my accidental birthday lunch experience into a reward in great customer service. I hope their location continues to thrive and serve people who appreciate their hard work. The restaurant was clean and the staff was professional and understanding.
Food was great as usual, overall experience was very uncomfortable. Service was slow considering the 3-4 couples in the entire restaurant on a Wednesday night, and our waitress made several weird comments about our party members ages and relationships. When we got our food, she stopped by every 2-3 minutes to say Are you guys done? often while we still had food in our mouths... Very weird experience.
I mean, its Chilis. Its a good Chilis, but its still your pretty standard bar food fare. This could be a 4 star rating (5 is very difficult for restaurants to achieve with me), and while the service is mostly good, Ive had a few pretty rough experiences here that unfortunately force me to take away another star. They once forgot/missed my online order and a 5 minute trip became a 45 min wait, and then were completely unapologetic acting like nothing happened or it was my fault or something. Maybe if I go back and I have a great experience Ill give that star back, but until then I have to stick with 3. I can confidently say Id go back though.
Horrible service. Waited 30 minutes for salt then three meals were wrong. My daughter never got the garlic butter and ranch she asked for. I never got ketchup mustard and mayo which was supposed to be on my burger. My other daughter never got the dressing for her salad. My grandsons meal was request multiple times and it came when we were leaving. A waitress brought out a bowl of soup and handed it to my daughter. She handed it back because it wasn’t hers. The waitress then delivers it to another person. That is not safe. Very disappointed. Oh, I received a dollar discount.
The New GM is AWESOME!!!! Her professionalism & approachable demeanor was a fresh of breath air. Didnt even know she was the GM until we were leaving. She naturally jumped in to assist her staff with taking orders, greet customers & even cleaned up. Her smile & personality are infectious! BEST experience!
Arrived close to 4pm on 1/11 to a fairly empty restaurant. We decided to just grab a seat at the bar which was completely without any customers nor did the adjacent area have any patrons. Two female servers quickly made their departure from the area without uttering a word. The bartender whom had been in conversation with another male staff member were engaged in a friendly conversation and they too offer no words as we sat patiently at the bar top that had yet to be cleaned... after several minutes the bartender grabbed some menus and tossed them on the dirty bar top in front of us and then asked what would we be having....... to which I responded absolutely NOTHING. Totally had that 3/5 a person type of moment. Unbelievable that in 2020 we are still dealing with this type of ignorance, I simply won’t tolerate it nor will I be quiet about it. Hopefully they have surveillance and management doesn’t have to just take my words.....
Marquis is amazing! Flawless order and maximum effort. This has been a 180 turn around from when we’ve been here before. You can tell that the management cares about the customers and tries to get everything right the first time. The food comes out promptly and the staff appears genuinely happy to be there. We will definitely come back soon. Kudos to the management!!!
The food was good. The service wasnt bad but I did feel forgot about by our waiter. Thanks to his crew for helping him. Order the 2 for $25 and never received our dessert we didnt notice until we were home because we were always waiting for our waiter to come back and check on us. Just pay attention to your bill before you leave.
My family goes here often and the service has really declined. The food is not great and the servers forget often what they were getting for you. They bring your food and tell you they are going to refill your drinks then your about done eating when they get around to refilling your drinks. Most of them seem so spaced out I am surprised they can keep orders correct. We will be changing our frequency to this restaurant.
I arrived about 11:30. Seated promptly and greeted by server. My iced tea was not correct and I had to catch another server to correct. Food arrived with cold fries. Server never returned to check on me or to see if anything else was needed. Restaurant was not crowded. Server should have been more attentive.
Was not very busy at all, ordered drinks and they showed up around the time we asked for Togo boxes. The pasta was beyond under cooked and the burger was burned. This place has gone downhill fast. I felt bad for the waitress she was having to manage 15 tables while the rest of the staff was chatting it up at the bar.
We just moved to the area and definitely are happy with our new Chilis! We love Chilis but this restaurant is really above and beyond. Even with the take out service during the COVID situation. Everything is fresh and exactly how we ordered it. GM is super nice and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy! This will definitely be our go to place!
Corey was awesome. He was attentive and took care of us professionally during our visit. He made great suggestions. He even made it a point to make sure my youngest son did not have the cheese that I forgot to ask to take off remembering that he was allergic. I had mentioned it in a previous conversation. I had not been to that location before but will not have any qualms about visiting again. If you go there, definately ask for Corey.
Service is usually fine but the quality of the food has really declined over the past few years. You can smell the old oil when you walk in. My son ordered nachos and they tasted horrible. Im not sure if they fry their chips but that could explain the greasy, horrible after taste. The last time I went I ordered the mini cheeseburgers and was sick all night. I keep hoping they get it together but I cant do it anymore.
Great staff... Nick provided us with five star service!Food is mediocre at best. Overpriced for what you get. My hamburger was extremely thin and burnt around the edges. Margarita sucked. Tasted funny without a hint of tequila.Restaurant was clean. Music over speakers was awful. Not sure what crowd they were playing it for.I really miss the old Chilis that was my number one choice for burgers and drinks
Absolutely. Terrible. There was a long, brown hair in my food and the waitress wasnt apologetic at all. Clearly the manager couldnt be bothered because she/he didnt care enough to stop by our table and apologize for the grotesque mistake. Couldnt remember why I dont come to Chilis, but now I do. Never coming back.
Bad food and bad service. We waited forever for our sever to show up. The food was not good at all, topped with black old avocados and not good flavor. The only time our server came quickly was when the customer satisfaction survey popped on the screen, he demanded all 5 stars (joking about a bet with his manager) and took the pad away and said he will complete the survey for me. Im sure this is not ethical at all.Its weird that Reece woman claims she was sitting behind me since there were only 2 guys sitting on the opposite booth and the place was almost empty. Maybe Chilis write their own reviews now, discrediting their customers
Simply Terrible. Wait staff was good. But kitchen complete failure. Very slow. Chicken for fajita was some kind of pressed/processed garbage. Refused first burger as it looked like it came from the garbage. Forget this place. Stick with family operated establishments where they care about quality.
Worst service! Our poor son just finished a baseball game and wanted some chips and salsa not to mention to eat dinner. It was 4:40pm. Three different servers passed us by without even making eye contact. So sad! And then when one did they ignored us. We waited 15 minutes and then told the hostess. Though she was sweet enough, she just said sorry and didn’t even offer to get us a server. You just lost our business after baseball games.
Chili’s is a very institutionalized environment.We could tell that the food had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time before arriving at our table. Servers have a very relaxed mentality of service, noted that this is to be expected at a location of this stature, it’s not the best service in town, -by far.
Food is always good here. They have these specials in the back of their menu. One is called $22 for 2 where 2 people can order food together. We had plenty of it and the options were great. Serve was fast and attentive. With drinks and the 4 of us it came to $77 which was reasonable.
If you go in you should ask to sit in summers section she really understands what great customer service looks like. I’ve been in the customer service industry for 13 years and it’s always so refreshing to have the experience to dine with a server who even when busy is so personable, kind, and funny. Always smiling. She’s the reason this chili’s is so great!!
I really like Chilis but this was not a good night. I called to ask about a special and order it in advance. They put me on hold. I drove all the way there and about 20 minutes and was still on hold. I ordered there, they said it would be 15 or 20 minutes. I finally got my food about 30 minutes later. It is a holiday and they seem to be short-handed. But that is their problem.
This locations quality has gone downhill consistently over the past several of years. Last night went in for dinner - easily worst dinner ever at Chilis. Ordered small filet (2 for $22 menu - big mistake) - medium rare, it came out (after 30 minutes) so well done it was like a hockey puck. The chicken was like cardboard (same taste). We asked for the steak to be replaced, the server said that this has been going on all night with other tables. Finally it came, but it was just as over-cooked. At this point, we just wanted to leave, the place was like ChuckECheese - so loud and obnoxious. Then to top it off, when we went to pay, they had double charged us for the shoe-like steak. Dont waste your money.
Do NOT eat here if you have a food allergy - they dont take it seriously. I told the waitress when placing my order that I am allergic to black pepper and that it makes my throat close up. Lo and behold, they brought me a plate of steak fajitas and Mexican street corn loaded with black pepper. I saw it and said, I told the waitress Im allergic. They explained, Oh, the steak is marinated in black pepper; the waitress didnt know. So they asked what else they could get me. I said that either shrimp or chicken fajitas would be fine, if those could be made without pepper. So they brought that, after everyone else was finished eating -- and then when I saw suspicious black specks and asked if there was pepper, they told me that the vegetables underneath the meat had pepper and I just needed to avoid those (!!!). To avoid making a scene in front of friends, I just ate the shrimp and had an uncomfortable throat for the next few hours. Thanks, Chilis. I wont be back.
Weve come here a handful of times. Though its usually quick to get a seat, the servers are a tad slow. They also dont listen to well. We have had to send food back each time. My husband likes his good well done and it comes out medium. This time the shrimp still came out looking the same. Its ok if youre simply hungry but not our top choice at all. #cityexperts
If I could give this less than one star I would. We avoided it for awhile but have visited about 3x in the last few months. Problems ranging from poor service to food arriving lukewarm, orders late (my food arrived a good 10-15 min after my husbands), ignored while servers chatted, children given an old menu that apparently doesnt offer the same food anymore. Ridiculous! Dont waste your time or money here EVER!!
Since I met my wife in 2009, this has been and still remains our favorite resturant. The atmosphere is always friendly, fun, and exciting yet relaxing. Chilis has become know for (as much as anything else) their exception margaritas. All of their cocktails are among the finest. If you want one of the finest margaritas anywhere, order one of their Presidentes. However I will tell you that even their inexpensive house margaritas are delicious and very satisfying, on par with what youll get at any decent bar or night club. You cant go wrong with any of their cocktails, but most especially their margaritas. As for their food, its their own delicious Tex/Mex fusion, with other signature menu selections like their Southern Smoke House Burger. My only misgiving with this resturant, is the same as I have to say for 98% of the rest of the resturants in Marietta, and that is that I wish they stayed open a little later than they do. Even so, they close at 11pm on weekends which is a whole hour later than most Marietta resturants, so they do get extra credit from me for this.

I had a great experience here. I was sitting behind that Eliza woman when she was complaining. She was very rude to the wait staff and its unfortunate that people like her write reviews about people that are working hard to meet our sometimes unreachable expectations. The only thing unethical here is her review.
Been coming to this location for all kinds of reasons for 10 years. Ive yet to have a bad experience and the food has always been on point. If I had one gripe it would be that I miss the Memphis Dry Rub on the ribs. Shiner bock sauce is okay but no where near as good as what it once was.
The to-go orders need serious help! we got two chicken dishes both served with broccoli, one of them was raw uncooked broccoli !! who serves raw uncoocked broccoli with a chicken meal ?? Also we got a skillet cookie it was so overcooked and dried out it was totally unacceptable ! We will not be going back
Wrong food in order,forgot food items.no condiments or silverware and forgot my drink. Didnt realise my drink was missing because I kept going back to get my order correct and extremely irritated. One star because they were friendly while incorrectly filling my order .
I eat at chili’s all the time but for some reason the food at this location is always horrible. I don’t know what they do different but it’s wrong. No matter what I order or have eaten here it’s always been bad. I’ve tried ordering different things and it’s all still bad. I will still eat at chili’s but will never eat at this location again.
So beyond this place and it really has nothing to DL with this particular location. Chilis needs a REAL makeover. Something that resembles, somewhat, at least the 2000s. From plastic cups to the cliche huge entree dishes this place tries to hang on top the cross between the old school diner the 90s standard restaurant.

2022-06-17So this was not one of my better experiences at this location. The reason being I ordered the sampler and when it came out I noticed the boneless chicken wings looked horrific and immediately informed the server that Im going to need another order. Any explain to me that with a little bit of sarcasm? Well our coolers arent working well so the next ones will look just like that. I dont really appreciate it though. I let it pass and just told her to take it away and bring me something else. Point being knowing that the product isnt being kept well, should have never been served. Second, if you do serve it, dont give a reason or explanation. While it looks terrible. Just remove it from the table and bring the customer something better!

2022-06-02It was about a 4.5. The food was pretty good. Always too much cheese in every dish but quality was overall a 5. Service was pretty damn good too. Its Chilis so you know what you get. They should just improve their food ingredients a bit.

2022-03-21Ive been to this chilis quite a few times. This time they were short staffed. so the wait was a little longer but thats alright. Even though they were short the food still came out quickly, and the servers were very nice and helpful. I ordered the Bacon Burger and it was quite delicious. The place is pretty good.

2022-01-19We eat here more than any restaurant in East Cobb. Im a big fan. Its reasonable if predictable, in a good way, especially the specials, two for, etc. But the last visit was shak...ey. SO. 3.75 stars consistently but the $10.99 Anko salmon was dry. Wife fed it to the pup and she wasnt impressed. And the Creole shrimp pasta wasnt edible. It had an odor of (and I know seafood) of going bad. You know that smell. I put it down the garbage disposal.BUT, I WILL continue to patronize this Chillis (and you should, too). The waitstaff are great and it deserves supporting. Just wont be going New Orleans or salmon on the next order.

2022-05-01Food luke warm. Billed incorrectly. Ordered 2 for $25. Billed separately for each even though we told server were ordering from 2 for $25 menu. Item should have included a dessert we never received. Couple with us had $6 chips and salsa they didnt order added to their bill. Tabletop payment console is a nightmare. Doesnt register when touching touchscreen. I gave up trying to get a receipt emailed. There is no paper receipt option.Our server had disappeared by then and didn’t return. Had to flag down a random employee to fix bill.Same miss-billing happened on our previous visit.As my wife pointed out, if they scam everyone for a couple of dollars then they are seriously padding their profit.I wont go back unless at invitation of friends.

2020-10-08This is the nest Chili’s Restaurant that I have ever been too!! The food was so fresh!! Everything was perfect!! The Shrimp Tacos are my favorite. The first time I tried them was in Dallas, Texas. But this location in Marietta, Georgia beats them all. I will definitely be returning to this location!! Amazing experience. 😄😄😄😄

2020-02-17When we entered the door at 11:30 am the hostess/waitress just sat there with her phone, even though she saw us she didnt get to the front to seat us. After about a couple of minutes I walked around to look for someone to seat us or walk out, then she came over to seat us.

2021-11-14The food was good but the service could have been better. We were 3 adults and 1 young child. The adults food came out first, leaving the 5 year old wondering where her food was. That was the worst part. We got there right when they opened and they were nowhere near ready to start service. It was also very cold in there, they were still running the air conditioning. The salads were good, but the soup was lukewarm. And my husband ordered shrimp pasta and got chicken pasta.
