The waiter was great but he was the only good thing about the experience. The place was empty and it still took forever to get our food. Then when it arrived it just wasnt good. Some food was cold, some was prepared wrong, and only 1-2 members of our party of 10 actually enjoyed their meals. Definitely do not recommend.
We enjoyed ourselves the food was excellent, the place was cleaned, the servers was wonderful and very patient. It was very nice when all the servers came to sing Happy Birthday took my God Daughter by surprise Well return back very soon...🙂🙃👍
Drove all the way from Kentucky to pickup a pool table and decided we would have a nice dinner. Showed up at 8pm (chili’s is open till 11pm) and would not seat us. Said they had no more tables and the place was empty. But happily serving the customers that were seated, maybe one or two tables. But yet, still couldn’t seat us.
Didnt get a chance to eat there even though we stopped to eat and it wont even a busy time of the day they dont have enough employees and you still had to wait 45 minutes heck with that we left
Great atmosphere and phenomenal staff. However, my girlfriend ordered her steak medium rare and got it barely medium. When she sent it back she got it seared on both sides and cold in the middle. C’mon, y’all, steak really isn’t that hard!
Experience was poor. It would have been better if we had been told that certain items were unavailable before bringing the food out. Servers should be trained on service recovery for the guest experience. Food was just ok, Ive had better from this restaurant chain. My friend ordered a sirloin and shrimp combo but was told when the steak was brought to the table that they didnt have any shrimp that werent frozen to serve with the dish. My brisket was sandwiched between the toast that came with the meal. I had originally ordered the brisket quesadilla but was told by server thats not what he heard and the smoked brisket is what typically comes with the choose your own smokehouse combo. This isnt even one slice of brisket shredded up as a part of my smokehouse combo.
Chilis had a wonderful atmosphere with delicious food. I enjoyed my delicious salad and my family enjoyed their food. The waitress was respectful and attentive, professional and pleasant.
I love Chilis its one of my favorite places to eat! It was delicious. I think they were short on staff but still done a great job.
Bad service. Went there today with my son the restaurant was no busy at all. Order my food wich when I got was the wrong order. Have to wait 35 min to get the new food and got half off the order and warm not hot. Not once I was offer refill for my water.
Enjoyed meal with family as we relaxed in Savannah. Service was great and the your man serving us was attentive to our needs.
Myself and my youngest son came here for a late lunch. They are in need of help, so the service was kind of slow, but our server was attentive and tried to keep up with his tables and the food was awesome!
We sat at the Bar for Dinner since it would be a 35 - 45 minute wait for the Dining Room. Dinner was very good! Bartenders could have been a little friendlier.

Sat at the bar because the wait for a table was so long, ecen though half the doning room was empty. We just wanted dessert and the wait to place our order was ridiculously long. Our wait for our cake was long as well. The bartender wouldnt look at us so we had to find someone else to refill our tea and diet coke. I wont be going back here.
Had a ribeye ordered medium rare. Came out slightly cooked more. Still delicous though for steak at Chilis. Server Christina was great. Also knowledgeable about historic savannah

Went in for lunch on 4/8 at 12 noon. We were told it was a 30 minute wait. She took our phone number and told us she would text us when table was ready. We sat in car for 30 minutes and finally went elsewhere. It is now almost midnight and never got a text. We will probably have to think hard about going back there.
Had the fajita trio. It came hot still sizzling and fresh. It was very good. Mango margaritas were good also.
Food was wonderful once again. Best ribs around. Service was slow due to staffing problems. But they were friendly and conscientious just a bit overwhelmed (yes we did tip well). Well be back.
Great place to go on a Wednesday night? I dont frequently eat here although from the service I received and timelines, I would consider going again.

My husband and I have been ordering out and decided to try Chilis for dinner the food was horrible and I would not recommend for delivery!Before the pandemic Chilis was still not a favorite however the appetizers are about the only thing thats decent.After ordering appetizers for dinner to be delivered home I feel they may need to work on some things.Heres a picture of their nachos (appetizer) I didnt even eat it.

This has to be the WORST Chili’s I have ever been to. First let’s start with when me and my husband arrived we was greeted by a representative that look like she had just woke up from a nap and was told that it was a 10-15 min wait which we were ok with. So we asked to sit at the bar area until our table was ready and was told that they didn’t have a bartender on duty @around 8:30 on a Monday evening. So my husband ordered a beer. As we were sitting at the bar I noticed that there was a girl behind the bar that was fixing a vodka and cranberry for a customer. After waiting at the bar over 20 min we asked the bartender was our table ready and she said she didn’t know we were waiting for a table and rushed and wiped one off and sat up down. I tried to order a chip and dip with my rewards but was told they didn’t have any. ( to see a another waitress bring some to someone about 20 min later) so we ordered a appetizer ,bone in buffalo wings which we got and as soon as I looked at them I knew something was wrong so me and my husband bit into one and there we go blood. I immediately called the waitress over shows her and she apologized and offered to take them off the bill (which she did). So we finally get our food after waiting more than 30 min to come and having to ask the waitress if it was ready. Get the food and it was ok but it was COLD. As we are sitting down eating i am witnessing several workers on their cellphone not working and talking to their friends while my waitress the only one who was working and waiting on over 6 tables alone. Didn’t want to make a big deal about it because it wasn’t our waitress fault she did the best she could but whoever the owner of this Chili’s is you DEFINITELY need to check on your business because these employees are not it. Also the bathrooms were NASTY….
IF U WANT THE GREAT CHILIS EXPERIENCE DONT GO TO SAVANNAH-CHILIS ON ABERCORN ST!!!Long day of driving n moving my granddaughter into Savannah State Univ.I understand the current dilemma but this was unacceptable!!! Advised wait 35minsUpon being seated waited 18mins no acknowledgement. I inquired to hostess n mgr. Mgr took drink order. Incorrect drink order delivered by waitress whom advised she didnt take order shes new.....I again inquired to mgr, who now was short n rude. Meal came 22mins later (yes im stickler for time keeping) No utensils of which i spent 6mins trying to get attention of passing servers...Ill be back, in sorry ill send ur server, 1 min responses..... when utensils arrived dirty fork with food, my grand had spoon with dried food particles... DISGUSTING!!!Get it together Savannah ILL B AROUND FOR 4YRS!!

Arrived at opening at 12 noon 1st person to be seated, only ordered appetizers and kids meals and it took over an hour to receive our food only for my boneless chicken to come out cold.. Havent been here in awhile and probably wont be back for another long time.. Very disappointing

Tonights experience was the worst experience ive had in a while. We got there around 430pm got seated took 10 minutes to order our drinks and another 20 minutes to order our food. It was not busy. Our server took the couple behind us order within minutes of sitting down. When we do get our food it was hot but it wasnt what we were expecting it didnt taste right. All in all it wasnt a great experience.
The worst Chilis we ever visited!! Too bad I had to give them a star!! Slow service, unprofessional staff including the manger!!! We waited 30 minutes once we arrived at our table to be acknowledged. We had to ask the hostess to get our server. After being ignored we walked out and found a fantastic wing store, 520 Wings. Reviewed next.They were horrible!! My tip for Chilis is train your staff in the way they should go so if they depart, they should be fired!!
Short staffed and the service was good and the food tasty
Me and my boyfriend just went there we havent been to Chilis in years.. we stood at the front door waiting to be seated for 15 minutes I didnt proceeded to call them to see if we could be seated.. FYI the restaurant was half empty there was only a couple of tables there. I cannot speak on the food we did not even get served but it was 20 minutes before we got seated and then by the time we received it and I signed up for the mobile app and everything we waited and waited and waited and waited and no one even came to get our drink order or anything we just sat there and waited.. we had problems with the mobile app all of it was a nightmare this was not a good dining experience I am a chef I know a good dining experience and this was absolutely horrendous if I could give it a negative five stars I would.. its disappointing too because we came in hungry and ready to eat
It smelled disgusting in there even though it was clean, floor was really greasy and I was the 1st customer, and the food I got my taste buds werent pleased at all.. I threw it away applebees Cajun shrimp pasta taste wayyyyyy better... I wouldnt recommend shrimp was too salty . Chilis definitely didnt understand the assignment!
Absolutely Ridiculous!!!! What do I say to explain how AMAZING this meal was! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! And I have a very pick family. Kyah (I hope Im spelling it correctly) was perfect! The one ... ONE!! and only complaint I have is the little computer thing glitched out when trying to get to the bill and had to wait 20 minutes for it to reset. Everything else was amazing!! I hope it stays this way we will return in probably 2 weeks or so to test the waters again. I will most definitely update this post if something changes if not Ill probably just update the comment section with date and enjoyment levels! So great to find a restaurant again that isnt just complete dog Sh*+. Hopefully you will enjoy this place as well. Until later ✌
Its chilis so the food is average and the service is ok. I frequent this location because Nikki the daytime bartender makes the best blue long island iced teas a.k.a blue mother$$%%&...mmmm tasty. I also love the southwest eggrolls with the advacado ranch dressing. If youre ever on the southside and looking for a refereshing yet effective beverage go see Nikki.
The restaurant is not following CDC guidelines, non of the staff wears masks and they do not sit guests far enough apart. Took forever to get service and follow-up check-ins. I had to raise my hand to get the hostesss attention to getting our server.
No asparagus and they tried to make the meal to look like pic..lol very slow and the waitress acted like she had a cold it was very disappointing experience. Manager said they were under new management which I think its a cover up cause its been slow and iv done three door dashes of two days ago from my visit and each time has been disappointing.
The other night I got fried pickles and a sampler of sliders, mango habanero chicken and egg rolls.The first two pieces were awesome. But the third one gave me FOOD POISONING!!! I was watching TV and eating and bit into this chicken that was a lot chewier. I didnt think of it at first....but then when I went for a second bite I looked down and the chicken was NOT cooked all the way through. I had diarrhea and threw up. Will NEVER be back.
Brought my fiancé and son. Hostess was nice but I felt bad she had to buss tables to seat guests. After being seated we waited for about ten minutes and within that time we notice guests that had clearly been waiting even longer and was apparently dissatisfied. The deal breaker was no one had even acknowledged us or gave us so much as a head nod and yet there were guests who got seated after us already with drinks on their table and giving their orders. Short story long, we left.

Went for my daughters birthday. We had a long wait before being seated. I kind of expected it so we waited patiently. However, once seated it took forever to get anything. We had a party of 10 and I tried to be understanding that a lot of restaurant are understaffed and overworked but... it shouldnt have taken as long as it did. The fries were already warm, not hot, when they came out. We had kids WAITING almost 30 minutes for ketchup, we asked not only our server, but also who we assumed was the manager TWICE, and it still took forever. They were serving other tables Refills on water, for the kids to get their drinks, for our food, for dessert, it seems like we had to wait 30 minutes or more for EVERYTHING. My husband ordered a chicken, shrimp and steak fajita and while it was HOT, he ordered the steak cooked medium and it came out well done. It took them over 30 minutes and us, once again,, having to ask multiple people just to bring us to-go boxes and bags.

Horrible restaurant. First, I stood at door for 5 minutes and the hostess didn’t even acknowledge me l!! I literally had to her if I should sit my self. Second, I finally Got to table and it was filthy. Third, my waitress didn’t even come to table until 15 minutes later!! At this point I knew I was getting disgusted with this restaurant. Then Finally my waitress arrived and took my order and I ask her to wipe table and she took forever to do that. I literally sat there 20 more minutes and my waitress finally came to me said they were out of my appetizer I just got up and walked away frustrated because I sat there for 20 minutes no drink, no appetizer, no entree and a dirty table.Plus waited 15 for my Waitress so 35 minutes of my time wasted !!!!

Service was amazing for the 15 top that we had for my nieces 11th birthday. Our server Jonye was absolutely astounding, patient, super friendly and didnt miss a beat. Food was great as well, everything came out quick and hot. We will definitely go back for Jonyes section, best service weve had in savannah in a while. The bartender, sorry I didnt get her name was amazing also.

I know things are hard for restaurants right now but they were sitting tables before us and im pretty sure I know why but no matter what your dynamics are its 2021 get over it. Are servers were great. If I were a manager I would definitely not have someone that rude at the front or even in my restaurant at that.

Place wasnt very busy. They are like a lot of other places, short handed. We had to wait for a table(no problem), we had to wait awhile for our food(no problem) but when it come to the table barely warm( a little problem) and then the waitress says shell be right back will silverware and then doesnt, thats a problem. After about 20-30 minutes she makes it back to the table to check on us, our dinners hadnt been touched. She said again shell get our silverware, we told her by now our dinners where cold, just remove them from the bill and wed pay for the drinks. Then the manager comes over saying with a big smile who needs silverware again we told her just to adjust the bill so we could leave. On the way out, the servers where sitting in the closed section laughing an playing around, could be the reason we didnt get our silverware when or before our meals. Definitely will not be back. Cant blame bad service on being short staffed here. I wouldnt have given them the 1 star but...

Food was great. Try the Triple Dipper as an appetizer or even as a main course. Server Gypsy was positive, great attitude and personality, friendly and a great smile. Be sure to see if shes working for great customer service.

Word of advice if you order the Cajun chicken pasta to go aways get 2 to 3 extra sides of Alfredo sauce. Dry evertime I order it, very little sauce. Otherwise its a great dish. They just need to add more sauce on to go orders.

The restaurant was EMPTY. Still took over 10 minutes for our sour-faced waitress to come get our drink order. She barely checked on us. Our food (kids grilled cheese, two salads and a turkey club) took almost 30 minutes to come out. My husband who was on lunch break, almost didnt get to eat. And my kids grilled cheese, looked so unappealing that my two hungry toddlers who LOVE refused to eat more than one bite. Seriously, how do you screw up a grilled cheese?! And why did it take almost 30 minutes to make salad and a sandwich?!Chilies, I we were severely disappointed and wont waste our money on you again.

I ordered a Door Dash from this place and it took them over an hour and a half to complete a simple order just for Door Dash to come pick it up and deliver it. Once we finally got our over/inflated priced food it was cold. That means it was sitting there for a long time because our food shouldve been steaming hot. I will never spend money at this place again. If I could give negative stars I would. Dont even waste your time nor your money at this place.

Im usually very easy going and understanding but If I could give a zero I would. Extremely slow cooks and horrible customer service. Online/to-go orders dont seem to be a priority. Online told me my order would be ready at a certain time and 45 minutes later is when I received my very COLD and hard to chew order. An absolute waste of money and food!

Worse experience ever .Ribs were ice cold..sent back came back as cold as they left the first two times. Broccoli was never cooked shrimp was cold and old not fresh. Mashed potato were cold. I will say that the service was good and the hot wings were great hot and fresh unfortunate the rest of my meal was not as good. Cooks , expeditior, servers need to make sure food temperature are up to par. Would have complained but I know that nothing would come of this.
Went with a friend at the height of lunch time and it was a pleasurable experience. Our waitress had the biggest area and most customers that day, but we didnt notice until we were ready to leave. She was quick, attentive to our needs, and had such caring and detail with her work. She suggested food items based on what she thought was the best of what we struggled to decide from the array of choices available. We were not disappointed! Our food came out quickly, and piping hot, with each dish ready for close ups! Our cups were never emptied. What a great experience in regards to the meal; as two old friends played catch up. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend and returning!

Horrible experience yet again. This establishment has steadily gone downhill over the past few years. Was told wait was 30 to 35 minutes, did not get seated for over an hour. Others came in after my party and were seated first for reasons I can only guess but will not mention here. The only portion of restaurant open was the bar. The 2/3 of the building for dining was closed. When i pointed out to the manager on duty that crowding everyone into the bar area in middle of pandemic was asinine, she stated that the bar area met social distancing requirements (apparently for chilis this means 3 feet not 6). Groups sitting at bar had even less distancing. Service was horrible. Food is good but not worth the experience of poor service or aggravation.
The CEOs need to figure out how to get workers and pay better with benefits because living is not getting cheaper and people cant live on minimum wage .
The food was really good, and the waiter George kept our glasses full and kept checking on us while we were there. George accommodated me when I sat down and really nice.
Our drinks took to long to come we waited like 20 mins for our drinks when it normally should take 3 to 4 mins and out and the chips were cold out food took forever too my Cajun chickens was burnt and it was dry and so was my grandma’s you have a good bit of people in the kitchen and food turns out be dry and burnt is crazy. And the service was just slow. Normally it would be better than this but today it was horrible
Absolutely terrible service. We went this past week with my parents who were in town and our newborn baby. After being seated it took 20 minuted to be greeted by our waitress. She then took our order and drinks and never came back with the drinks. She had 3 other tables who we watched her serve wonderfully but for some reason we were ignored. The only difference between us and the 3 other tables was our race but we want to give the benefit of the doubt and hope that wasn’t the reason for the poor service. When our food finally came it was wrong. We asked for our drinks again. When they came they were also wrong. We were never checked on again or given a refill. The poor hostess got us the corrected drink and a box. The waitress never apologized and only came back to drop off the check which was full price despite the wrong items. The entire trip took 2 and a half hour. We absolutely will not go here again.

This was one of the worst experiences I had with this restaurant. We arrived at 8:25 for dinner. After waiting for the host to sanitize (which Im happy they are staying on top of doing) we were seated. We sat for almost 10 minutes before the BARTENDER came to take our drink order because NO servers had done so. We went ahead and ordered the food as well at about 8:40. While waiting for the food to come out, we never once were checked on, had refills for the drinks that were empty or told why the food was taking so long. There were servers standing in the kitchen talking and even sitting at the bar on their phones! At 9:30 the food finally arrived. There was bacon all over my fiances food after he specifically requested there be none. The bartender literally looked at him said oh and proceeded to tell us to enjoy our meal. Like what? He didnt even apologize or attempt to fix the situation! He never came back to the table. I refused to leave a tip! There was NO service provided whatsoever!! I live in Atlanta and the service is better in the city on a slow night!

I actually like this place and when we are out of town we go to Chilis... However, this location disappointed us both. They do have inside seating now, which is good. But the order took a long time to come out. The food was cooked wrong and had to be sent back twice. The manager was attentive and tried to make it right. He made it a little better.The two for $25 is a good value. See picture posted.Im leaving it a 2 because one bad restaurant experience should not reflect the whole chain. But it appears if you go to this location just be prepared for a long dinner with possible mistakes with your food.
Worst chilis Ive ever been to. We stood at the front for about 15 minutes before someone acknowledged we were there. The restaurant was not busy at all but our service was horrible. The waitress was not very friendly or observant. I had to hunt her down just to get a refill. Definitely wont be back to this location.

The waitress was friendly but not very attentive. She gave most of her attentions to the men sitting at the bar. She didnt ask to refill our water or tea. I ordered the Tripple Dipper, it was superb. He ordered the fajitas. It didnt quite taste like it smelled. It was edible though. It just needed more seasoning.
Nicki was a great server/bartender.
Overall, good food and good customer service! Im so glad they brought back dry rub for those ribs!!
I don’t expect much from a Chili’s but this place is dog water 😳 service takes forever, food takes forever, refills take forever (I didn’t get one the entire time), etc. My chicken in the pasta was clearly canned or from a microwave, no grill marks or anything. I’m far from a Karen but I’ll pass on this place from now on. 👍
I normally go during lunchtime and sit at the bar. Nikkie is the best bartender in town and the owners of Chilis are fortunate to have her because that is one of the main reasons I come to this establishment. She knows how to take care of their guests. Highly recommend...
In all fairness this was probably due to covid. Half the dining area shut down. The bar side small area is open with one waitress to wait tables and and bus tables . We didnt stay we could tell this was a bad choice.

Aubrey is amazing..lovely waitress and person. Ive always loved chilis but last night went out for date night and they were very understaffed..but she was holding the fort down..so much respect. Thanks for your friendly service and great food.

Good atmosphere reasonable prices decent food selection I love their two-for-one happy hour everyday all day on draft beer. No one to service is pretty decent tonight it was just a little slow they were shorthanded but still managed to present a decent evening just a little longer than expected covid-19 unfortunately has affected most business says so instead of slamming a business we should take into consideration Cat dozer extenuating circumstances that make those of us who are less fortunate a lot more humble a good place to take your family and a good place to enjoy a decent meal its nice to be able to go somewhere under these circumstances
The pick up service was fast and friendly. They made sure that the order was correct and that you have utensils and condiments.
Waitress was rude, didnt want to do her job and serve without an attitude about going back & forth, food wasnt that great either. Got the chicken and waffles plate which the chicken was a tender split in half & definitely not as big as the chicken looked in the picture or worth it. Also, the steak wasnt cooked in the middle still looked like it came out the freezer, frozen. The only good thing was the drinks.

Absolutely terrible service. The server was rude and had an attitude. Took an hour just for the appetizer and another 20 min for the main course. Plus, they gave me the wrong order for my food. I highly recommend you do not go here, it was an awful experience.
The host was very underfriend and very rude I has to ask her did she need my name to add to the list for a table it took about and hour for a table floor had food every where mang walking around like she didnt have care in the world I wont eat here again and well tell family and friends not to eat here eithet

Food was good. Service was good. Very salty. I had the 6oz steak and ordered it medium rare. It came out nearly well done and drenched in very salty butter, but it was edible. Clean, casual, easy parking close to the door.
Update: we went to visit Chili’s about a month ago to give it another chance. We went during a Friday night, and sat in the bar side. The service was fast, accurate and the food, very good! It gave me hope that perhaps they’re doing better and I hope to go back again soon!We walked out of Chili’s today because we finally had enough of their substandard service! The WAIT to be acknowledged and sat, often near 10 minutes, is just rude. Not one server, who saw us and others, came by to greet us tonight. And it transfers to your whole food service! We’ve come to this Chili’s multiple times, and the food is good; but, whether you do the pickup or dine-in, the service is likely to just be bad! If you come to this Chili’s, bring something to entertain you while you wait.

From the minute we walked in the door it was very bizarre service. We had to find someone to help us get seated because we weren’t sure what to do. After being seated we waited awhile for someone to come get our drink order. The people who were seated after us got served before we did. it was no big deal until we finally had to ask someone to take our drink orders. The lady who took it obviously was ready to get off she was very impatient and not welcoming at all. It almost felt as if I was bothering her. Finally after getting our food I asked an employee walking by for some barbecue sauce and she came back telling us we need to talk to the manager because other employees were in the back playing around. After talking to the manager he got us the barbecue sauce and that was it. We Then went the rest of our meal without anyone checking on us or asking if we needed anything. We then waited even longer for assistance on our check. There was nobody around to even ask. The worst part is there were about 3 other tables with the same issue. The bartender working was very sweet and helped us so that was nice. But we definitely will not be back to this location again.
They dont even deserve one star. We were the out-of-towners, and after a long day (track meet), we were simply trying to feed the athletes. Greeters werent kind, kept making us wait longer and longer even though people continuously departed after their meal. It appeared that we werent welcome. If ever I visit Savannah, GA again, I wouldnt even consider going to this Chilis. Just ridiculous!!!!
Nikki was an absolute great server now that is what I like to see. I normally don’t do reviews unless the service is bad or super great and today was the day. Inspite of Covid-19 she had a beautiful smile on her face and I never had to ask for another refill the food came out hot and it was everything I wanted nothing was wrong once again thanks you guys and I will be returning soon.

I want to start off by saying I get it’s Covid and I am in the industry for 20+ years in the industry. What I saw today at the savannah locations was clearly poor management. On a holiday there was 1 hostess 1 server and 1 bartender in the foh no where was there ever a manager present. They were clearly busy and could of used help our bartender was amazing micky. She just kept trucking and with a smile. Several people walked out. During these times I get keeping Labor low and staying afloat. But clearly there is a disconnect in this location. Managers should have been present and on the front line to help the staff. The staff needs to be supported and able to give customer service. Today Micky wasn’t able to give the service she wanted to give and the one server who had about 8 tables n was expoing himself. These two could not give time to their customers due to no support. This is where poor management ruins good employees by not caring and setting up to fail. As a manager I never under schedule where it impacts the customer. This location is failing horribly. This place has such potential. The general manager is not bought in. If he/she was you would of had staff and sales.
Chilis in Savannah was awful. Got seated at a dirty table. The lady took our order And that was the last time we saw her. We waited and waited and waited...... We didnt even get our drinks. People who came in after us were being served before us. So we got up and left and we will not be back.
We were really looking forward to a nice lunch at Chilis, but were we ever disappointed. The service was the worst we have had in years. She NEVER came back to pick up the empty drink glasses, she just left them to stack up on our table. And refills themselves were few and far between. It took forever to get our food, and we had to keep asking for the items we had ordered (i.e. our chips and salsa, our mashed potatoes, our ranch dressing, our desert cookie, etc.) Somehow our dinners arrived without our sides on the plates and required yet another trip and separate plates and bowls and reminders. It took 40 minutes for our cookie to arrive (after we had to ask for it), and when we complained we were told by the manager sorry, we burnt it and had to make another. But we were only told this after we complained. The new cookie? It arrived burnt as well! We took a few bites and left the rest. All in all it took us 2 hours and 20 minutes to get lunch here, and it wasnt worth eating. We wont ever be back.

I ordered the chicken crispers tenders & my tenders were hard to break apart as if they weren’t done!! My ice cream for my desert was completely melted. I won’t be eating there again
We sat at the bar and had Wyatt as our bartender. Wyatt was great and the drinks were awesome. Sometimes it’s nice to go to a simple restaurant that you know and love. Would come back to this location frequently, but we were just visiting the area. Dinner was good, simple as that. P.S always get the bottomless chips & salsa
Its been a long time since I visited Chilis. The food was fresh and serving size was just right for the 3 for $10. On top of that, we had great service. Our Waitress was professional and very pleasant. I forgot her name and wish I could mention her here. She was Caucasian with short/medium length hair, glasses and a great smile.
Food was great. Sat at bar.. Nicki was a great server.

I sat at the bar to eat and have a few drinks. Food was good drinks were great the bar tender Aubrey was amazing! She was dealing with 6+ customers at one time including myself and still managed to make sure everyone had a drink in front of them and there order taken or at least a menu to look over. Been here for over 2 hours now because we are constantly waiting on service. I understand that COVID may reduce staff but I do not believe they have it under control here. The place is way under staffed. We are being waited on by the bartender who’s already got a full bar to wait on. Won’t be coming back despite our love for Chili’s :( bartender was very nice however, just in a bad position.
Great. Drinks was good. It kept being a problem with my bf and I, we ordered the rib smokehouse combo and they didnt give both of us our corn, they put his smoked brisket on his spicy garlic bread (we said NO SPICY ITEMS),They took his tray and forgot bout it. And the manager gave us a discount because the cooks or waitress couldnt get it right. And you have to be careful and read your ticket because they will put that entertainment table top fun on your ticket for $1.99 and we didnt even touch it.

The only reasons I’m giving this three stars is because we came and and weren’t greeted. I had to go up to the bartender after about 6-7 minutes of us standing at the hostess stand to ask what we were supposed to do. He had to go get someone. Also, when the girl came to the door to greet us, she tried to sit us in the bar area instead of her section. I’m assuming because she didn’t want anymore tables. But she was still very nice and the food was delicious. My shrimp tacos were honestly in the top three tacos I’ve ever had. I will go back and give it another try for sure. Just hope the service is better.
Ordered curbside pick-up on a Friday night. We had our food within 2 minutes of parking! Friendly and fast service and we will be ordering again.

This Chili’s is so sorry. I don’t know why we ever try to come here. Came in tonight and it took 30 minutes to even get our drink order which was a water, diet coke and an unsweetened tea. Our appetizers took forever and we had to get our food to go because it was taking so long and our 8 month old was over it. We never get to go out and we spent $60 and didn’t even get to eat our flipping food. This place needs new servers, new management, new everything. Worst Chili’s I have ever been to in my life. it is consistently terrible. stay away.
Came on a Friday night, wasn’t busy at all. Host took 10 minutes to greet us then mumbled and motioned in a random direction to follow him. I was waiting on my friend to come back and he gave me a stank eye when I was standing there. Our server greeted up promptly but that’s when the food service ended. We ordered drink and food at the same time but it took 20 minutes to get a Diet Coke and a IBC. An additional 10 minutes leading to 30 minutes for a plate of nachos and a medium steak. My friends food was supposed to come with a salad but instead was presented with asparagus. The server kept walking by us as if wanted to not deal with us. He was seat in 5 different areas so I’d understand if he was trying his best but he visibly wasn’t. The other servers were also unwilling to help. Don’t go to this establishment. There’s clearly no teamwork and people just want an “easy” job and don’t take it seriously. Never coming again.

My wife and I love this location. They recently acquired new management. Jeremy does a great job of motivating his employees by being a great boss. The food is great ,service sometimes lacks but usually it is because they are full of people looking for excellent food
Only had the bar side open because of limited staff but the part that made me leave was their was something in my water each time it was brought to me. 1st something black, 2nd idk what it couldve been kind of reminds me of if I put lemon in it. But I didnt order or put lemons in it.. I was turned off so I left... they really have fallen off to me.

I usually go to Chilis in Jacksonville Florida. Tody we were shopping in Savannah and stopped for lunch. After waiting for 10 minutes not being acknowledged we were seated at a high top table by the bar. I had no issue with where we were sat. We waited for another eight min for anyone to come over and take our beverage and food order at the same time. OK. We placed both and ordered appetizers. It felt a little rushed Wrong it took another ten min for drinks and almost fifteen for our appetizers to come. The resturant was not overly busy and I understand the dynamics with social distancing. But as I sat waiting for our entrees to be delivered I watched three more tables get sat and received there food and drinks before our tables entrees were even brought out. Our order was not complicated we had a bacon burger, shrimp Alfredo, chicken tenders and fries. Complicated right thirty min to get my daughter had the Alfredo and ate two bites and said it tasted strange. I tried and it had a strange after taste to it and my daughter went to the restroom and became ill. When I explained this to the server who was only refilling our drinks she informed me that it was cooked to order and would let our server know. I ordered the bacon burger and wen it came out to the table it was over cooked and rather dry. We waited for our server to bring the check because the device used to pay was removed from our table and taken to an adjacent table to be used. I asked our server who was also the bartender for our check, paid and left. I had to take my daughter on my drive home to the hospital to be treated for food born illness..I will not be going back to Chilis on Abercorn Street in Savannah Georgia. Look up Norovirus and Chilis for poisoning related cases.

2021-10-17Could not figure out where to eat after having such terrible service at another restaurant. Did a little search on Google maps for restaurants open now chillis was the third option and 3 is my favorite number so we came. thought it would be a minute before we got seated but sure enough we were immediately seated. The server have great suggestions . Though the pasta was dry and noodles still hard she was able to run Im the kitchen and fix the issue. Overall turned out to be a good spot.

2022-04-14Visited in the middle of the day on a Thursday. Service was fast and food was really good.We ordered the $25 meals for 2 people and was so stuffed, we had to take out dessert to go.I did take it 1 off star due to the cleanliness of the dining area. I think it could be a bit better kept.

2021-11-03Our server Jimaya was amazing. Pleasant demeanor, extremely accommodating and checked on us 3 times after we got our meal. The GM Kevin also made an appearance at our table and showed off some southern hospitality...even though hes a transplant from Cali. The food was tasty as well.

2022-04-19This was the most unprofessional management (Kevin) person I have ever met in my life. He allowed more than $300 to walk out of his restaurant after we’d been waiting to be seated for an hour and a half 4/14/22. Chardonnay (hostess) was phenomenal and you should make her the manager as she tried to no end to do service recovery even after the failure of leadership (Kevin). To corporate office, I believe it is best you understand that a team is only as good as it’s leader and you should consider someone else in that position at this location.

Sat for 10 minutes at the bar before anyone even came behind the bar, the lady who took our order forgot our fries, didn’t say more than three words to us the whole meal, and didn’t check on us one time. We wanted to ask about the southwest egg rolls that came out looking rotten. Had to ask a manager for her to come over and give us the check after sitting for 15 minutes waiting on her to come close enough to wave her down. Absolute worst service we’ve ever gotten (coming from two servers at a bar and grill). Don’t waste your time at this chili’s.
