They have a sign on the door warning you of things to come, mainly the worst service you wont ever get. Let me explain. Read the sign, hosted approached, never said a word. Sat at table, our server walked by our table 3 times, avoiding us, he went and stood at the bar talking to other staff, non talking hostest sat table behind us, their server came right away, our server showed up as I was leaving he said he was sorry, and I reassured him that he was in fact sorry. As I was in the parking lot called store to speak to a manager, who was likely cooking cause he wasnt managing. I got the bla black bla. I asked to speak to the store manager and left my name and number, that was over a week ago and no call from Matt the store manager. If a restaurant put a sign on the warning you of bad service, then that is what you will get. The problem is not with the service its with the management, employees only get away with what their bosses alow. No management equals bad service.
This is the first place my family and I have been to in such a long time where we were treated so great. We were ordering to go, and my mother couldnt make it to the booth you place to go orders at because of her limited mobility. The staff was so nice and helpful, and they made sure we were very well taken care of. Honestly, most places would have been waiting for us to move on. They made sure we had a drink right away, and made us feel like we werent in the way or being a bother since we didnt make it to the ordering area we needed to be at. Best part, our food order was correct. Thats definitely another first in a very,very,very long time. Thank you so much.
The staff was nice and professional, the food was ok, but the bathroom was by far the most disgusting restaurant restroom bathroom Ive been in. The floors were so grimmy Im not sure what the original color was. There was a film so thick on the diaper changing station I didnt use it. The manger tried to have it cleaned while we were there, but it needs more than a toilet flush and a sweep.Id be nervous to see what the kitchen looks like.
Been here 3 times hoping for a better experience, never got that. Service has been terrible each time. We were given a 10 minute wait time even though there were empty tables. We waited about 15 minutes before we went back inside and asked how much longer and she then decided to have someone clean a table. A family of 2 had just walked out as we were walking in because they couldn’t get a table, walking in we saw at least 3 dirty tables and they just didn’t want to clean them so they turned them away. We sat at our table for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. The place really needed to be cleaned. There was a ton of servers just standing around that could have done stuff. Our drinks tasted and smelled like bleach. I ordered a medium well steak and it was completely burned to the point the whole thing was black. The steak was supposed to be 6oz, but it was maybe 3oz max. Waitress never checked on us.
Probably one of the worse service experience Ive had in a long time , the food was okay and good but our experience was not , two of the three hostess were rude and very unfriendly, we got a table after a long wait , was not given a menu or told anything about looking online , finally we got our drink order in... The drinks were finally brought and server asked what we wanted and we said we had no menus , so then we were provided one menu then one of the hostess come over we could use our phones , we didnt all have phone but we finally ordered and I was using my phone to look at menu but I guess it was old or wrong I was looking at ...I really would like a current menu instead of using my personal phone. Then we ordered food and food came and some food didnt come and we had to get a different waiter to help us as ours disappeared , we asked for ranch from our waiter and again had to ask a random one after awhile, refill on drinks was hard to get but I guess it was better than the other table down from us they sat there for half hour waiting to get there food or drink order took . Kind of sad it was this bad almost like a impossible time .
Last night my experience ordering curbside was horrible. My roasted corn 🌽 was burned beyond recognition. When I called to make a complaint about it I was told by the nice lady the manager Matt was unavailable because he was busy cooking and preparing orders in the kitchen because they were short on cooks. She did tell me I could bring back the food but considering I had already made it home I was not wanting to drive all the way across town. This is second time I had a not so pleasant experience with this establishment but because I believe in second chances I decided to return. The first time was when I ordered curbside and the server nearly threw my order at me. (Not the young ladies last night) They were very friendly and courteous. My issue is with the burnt food and the lack of acknowledgement of management when I called back to the restaurant. There will not be a third.
I walked in and ordered egg rolls to go..more than a half hour later, still waiting.. I actually had to ask for order so they could remake it because, apparently, someone else took it, ( I was under the impression that you put tickets on food for a reason). I could somewhat understand the situation if the restaurant had more than 15% occupancy at the time.
Was told I would get text notified when my table was ready. Was never notified. Waited an extra 10 minutes before our drinks orders were taken (would be slightly understandable if it was packed but the restaurant was at maybe half capacity.) Wasnt even asked if we wanted appetizers or if we were ready to order our meals, just walked away and said ok . Drinks came fairly quickly but when they did all I could smell (and probably taste) was DISH CLEANER. Food took a little bit to get to our table and it was terrible. My burger had no flavor to it whatsoever and my wife ordered a 6 oz. steak that came out looking like it was maybe 2-3 oz. If that! And it was completely burned black on the bottom. I have had a few bad restaurant experiences but this one was by far the worst. This is the first time I have ever left a restaurant visibly upset.
Update 2019:Bumped them up to 5 stars!!Came in, got greeted and seated instantly.One of the managers came over and took my order before the server showed up. The server got surprised that my order was already in and on its way!Food was great and satisfying!Had a chat with the manager to let him know how this place has gotten better over time and that it deserves a 5 star!2018: It was a super busy Friday and they were short on staff!Waitress rushed me and I felt uncomfortable.I felt they wanted me to leave as soon as I was done with my meal!Food came out wrong and overcooked.Why the 3 stars instead of 1? Because I came back a few days later when it was empty and told the manager about my experience, he apologized and even gave me some orders on the house!Looks like I will be coming again!
The food was fresh and hot when it came out. Our server was amazing, anticipated our needs and pre bussed the table. She was informative, kind and patient. The food is actually better than I remember. Everything on the menu was reasonably priced. No wheelchair accessible entry but there is front row handicapped parking.
Edited review: I decided to come back and try this chilis again, and had an otherworldly improved experience. Drink and food order were both taken within 5 minutes of being seated and food was brought to the table within 20 minutes after that. I had the southwest egg rolls and a steak fajita plate.The egg rolls were fantastic, but the steak could have been prepared better. It was dry and tough, but the fajitas were at least fulfilling.I hope that Chilis stays consistent with the service and continues to find ways to improve the dining experience for all of its customers.Original review:Went into Chilis at 12:43 today. We were greeted and seated. As we waited for our waiter/waitress to take our drink order, we thought about what we were going to order for food. With no drinks, and no evidence that we had already eaten we sat patiently until 1:01 pm before walking out of the restaurant. The host told us to have a great day, clueless that we never even got a chance to order our drinks. I counted 4 different waiters and waitresses that passed by us and looked right at us without bothering to ask us if weve ordered. One Waiter was right next to us for 5 minutes chatting with another party with no acknowledgement of our presence. To sum it up, the service was terrible to the point we couldnt even order.
Service was pretty bad. We seen our waiter maybe 2 times while we were dinning she didnt even bring us out our food some random person did I think it was the cook I guess he was tired of waiting on her too. The floor was also dirty which was confusing since there were so many workers just standing around on our side. Also ordered a half rack of ribs got at best a 4th of a rack. The side with the bar looking like a completely different restaurant. Will never go back there.
Ive tried taking my family here 3 different times in the last couple of months and the service is terrible. Every time weve gone in, the host/hostess has told us there is a 10 minute wait, even though we can see multiple open tables. Even under COVID dinning regulations going on. Tonight was the 3rd Strike, my family will never attempt to visit this 🌶s in Valdosta ever again. This is a clear failure on management.
I really like the baked potato soup, so thats usually what I get here. Their deserts are delicious and have large portions, which makes it easy to share. On this particular trip, our bartender was especially helpful (I dont remember her name). The drinks were strong and very good! Usually, the wait isnt too bad for food, but it took a little longer than normal this visit. That was the only complaint.
Ordered chips/salsa as an app.Never got them while 3 tables who were seated after me got them.Ordered a pasta dish. Was not very good and waitress didnt bring the bread until I pointed out.....at the end of my meal, that I never got it, either.My recommendation is to order NOTHING at this place except a burger......as they are generally good.Food was poor, order accuracy was poor, and service was also poor...friendly, but poor.James
Food was good. Service was better than average. Then the bartender looked over and saw I did not put a tip on my card, I like to leave a cash tip when I can. It was like pulling teeth to get her to come back so I could get change. I still left a tip, it could have been so much better for her.
Tonight we ordered out, and I ordered a medium rare ribeye, not only didnt they forget the garlic butter, the steak was cooked to the point one side was hard and dry. No pink inside what so ever.This is the last time we will order from chilis, I have yet to be impressed by one.They also on top of that, they forgot the caesar salad as well, which we paid extra for.
This chilis is horrible. They turned my group away for service and told us we had to call and make a reso, then I seen the managers call our server Lauren and said something to her and she took our drinks back to the back for a few seconds and then brought our drinks and the manager is staring at me thebwhole time we were there. Made our party of 4 feel uncomfortable the whole time. They set us outside and they was bugs and it was chilly and it made us not even order.
Chilis is always our go-to spot. Awhile back, we had a few different bad experiences. Yes, more than one. But, always been one of our favorite restaurants, so waited awhile, and went back. Service is better than ever, and loaded baked potato soup is still the best!!!!
I placed an online to go order for my spouse to pick up. After receiving the order, it wasnt correct. I ordered chicken crispers with loaded mashed potatoes but instead I got fries which was disappointing because I had ordered fries as an appetizer so I definitely did not want double fries. Also, the chicken tenders werent as good as they usually are, less breading and didnt taste fresh, seems as if they werent cooked to order. The to go cup was different as well, just a plain white cup with straw berry lemonade hand written on the cup, not the usual large to go cup with the chillis logo. The whole experience was horrible, I called and spoke to Heath ledger the manager and he wasnt professional at all, initially he offered for me to come and get the missing mashed potatoes and stated I had to come within a week because his last day will be Sunday, then he put me on hold, I hung up and called back and he seemed to be a bit more professional but never apologized for the inconvience, he did offer to refund my purchase, which I gladly accepted considering I wont ever come back to this establishment again, Applebees is my usual, they would never allow a to go order to be incorrect and not properly rectify the situation. From my understanding, they werent busy as this order was picked up around 9:30 close to closing time, theres no reason why my order shouldve been wrong other than the fact that they are careless at night and I wouldnt advise anyone to place an order close to closing, better yet, dont place an order and expect 100% good quality food, order accuracy and customer service, they failed miserably and Heth ledger as a manager is a joke, glad hes leaving because no paying customer should ever have to endure his unprofessionalism and lack of care or concern regarding issues that clearly couldve been fixed with a simple apology and a solution to resolve the issue, instead he made it clear why this establishment isnt worth the time, money or effort to patronize. Save your money and go where your business is appreciated. Worse chillis Ive ever been to and Ive been living in Valdosta for 10 years, this place has gotten worse with time. Hopefully they close soon or get new staff and better training. TERRIBLE customer service.
4 people standing around doing little or nothing. Finger prints and dirty glass all over the restaurant. Toilets did not flush in womans restroom. Disconnected waitress. Unusually long wait times for bottom less dishes at peak lunch times. A manager walked to the front and kicked dirt and icecubes rather than picking it up. Very mismanaged establishment. Menu options seem appealing. Food quality is average.
We arrived close to closing, without realizing that, after attending a movie close by. So I think that probably influenced our experience here. We didnt get exactly what we ordered, despite having ordered the same thing for each of us. I think its possible that the server, after a long day, simply misheard me. But what she did bring was close enough, and the food was good and fresh. I didnt want to send it back at that point in the day, because it wasnt exactly what we ordered. Our server was cheerful, and didnt rush us, which I appreciated. Had we received the correct order, this would have been a four-star review. Will go back again.
Went in for lunch with my with wife and child. We were sat in bar area which was ok cause we wanted to be sat quick. But the waitress in the bar didnt seem like she was very concerned with us. She had a couple guys at the bar and seemed more interested in talk to them than checking on her table. Also when she didnt check on us it was just while she was walking by she didnt even stop to talk to us. I left a tip but it was one of those times were it wasnt earned.
Came in today (Sunday, 7/7/19 around 1:30). Had to wait for a table even though we saw empty tables. Finally got seated in the bar area, booth. Never were greeted by anyone even though several employees walked by. Employees were actually grabbing silverware off the bar next to us, and not one server or bartender ever acknowledged us. We got up and left. Horrible service!
Have had no problems at this restaurant until lately. The last couple times I have been there there had been something wrong with our order. I understand that the staff rotates, but it just hasnt been the same.Edit. Went back and had a good experience. Israel was a good waiter and the food was exactly as it should be.
The manager was very helpful since our waitress was not. Our table top machine didnt work, we spent most of our hour waiting for food thirsty. The hostess was rude and not very welcoming at all. She actually told us she was going to get us a new table top machine and never came back. The food was good but took extremely too long.
The $5 margarita at the bar was ok. Very sweet. The service at the bar was not good so we paid for our drinks and were leaving to get dinner somewhere else. The manager was at the door and asked us to stay and he made it right. Which we appreciated because we usually like Chilis.
Really dont deserve even 1 star. The service was awful. We were a party of 7 and the restaurant only had 20 people in it. The rest of the table got thier food and ate while we waited. The waitress finally came back by and asked how we were and we reminded her that our appetizer and 2 meals hadnt come out. She went to the kitchen and came back a little later with our appetizer and the cheese on top was not fully melted and the Frys were not hot.
Service was good. We got there a little over an hour before it closed so I figured it was enough time and I had eaten there once before and it was really good. This time not so much! I was pretty disappointed. I ordered the house salad and enchilada soup. Had both at other chilis restaurants and was always good. This time about half the salad was wilted, the soup was really thick and didnt taste very good. Since it was so late I just picked out all the bad lettuce and only took a couple bites of the soup. I really didnt want to have to worry about getting spit on food back so I just let the waiter know and showed him and he asked if I wanted anything else but that was it. Probably wont ever go back.
Ive worked in busy restaurants my entire adult life so im typically very forgiving and understanding, but Ive never sent food back until tonight. The service was pretty abysmal and we all had a pretty lousy time. Its not bad around lunch time, but they just didnt seem capable or competent enough to handle a dinner service. What a fiasco.
The service itself was good and the food was amazing. However I ordered the house margaritas that was posted for $2.50 and charged $3.75 for each. When asked why, I was informed it was a different size. Also after paying I did not get back the correct change and was shorted almost $40. Thankfully I counted it and she corrected it.
The wait at the entry was a little more than expected. Our waitress was good but the food needs improvement. I ordered a lighter side menu plate for dinner. It was 6 Oz sirloin and had a considerable amount of fat, could not eat and left to the side of the plate. Came with small amount of lettuce with some cheese sparsely decorating the lettuce for 12.99.
Ive gone to Chilis for years and it is very noticeable how things have changed. The quality of their food has gone down but yet they are charging more for the same food and the portions are smaller. I remember when their egg rolls were a lot larger they were served on a bed of lettuce and they had an avocado ranch dipping sauce with tomatoes in it now they look more like little spring rolls absolutely no lettuce and tomato, and the dipping sauce portion its almost half but yet theyre charging a dollar more. Very clearly you can tell theyre trying to make more money and not caring that their quality of the food has gone so bad.
I ate at Chilis once when they first opened in Valdosta a few years ago. I was not impressed and had never been back up until recently. I received a $50 Chilis gift card for Christmas so I decided to try them again. I ordered to go. Food was ready within 20 minutes of ordering. Everything was delicious and well prepared. They have excellent burgers with good quality ground beef. The quesadillas full of meat and tasty as well. I was pleasantly surprised and I will be back!
I ordered food for pickup, using the Chilis app. My husband went to pick it up, but it wasnt ready when he arrived. He waited 20 minutes, and then when it was finally time to pay and leave, the credit card machine was offline. The manager told my husband not to worry about it, and that our food would be comped. Flash forward 2 days later-we were charged for our food. When we tried to call the restaurant, the phones werent working, so my husband drove over to speak to the manager, who had a bad attitude, said that he never said our food would be taken care of, and that the district manager would be contacting us that same day. The district manager never called us. We are definitely really disappointed in this restaurant, and luckily there are plenty of other places to eat in Valdosta.
Food was good. I was dissapointed that they didnt offer mushroom fajita on the 3 for 10 even though its online. Its the only reason I went. 10 people were in our party. Service was incredibly slow. Waitress seemed to have an attitude. My daughter didnt like the boneless bbq wings. She didnt eat them. Food was good besides that.
I asked about chips and salsa which in Tampa was free and as far as we recall was free here in Valdosta as well. I asked the waitress about getting some and she informed me that its free to rewards members, I said no thanks. After our order was taken, drinks brought out, about 15 minutes later as she was passing by she asked if we wanted chips and salsa while we wait. I asked wasnt it free to rewards, she replied yes!Why she didnt inform or upsell while taking our order? Why did she offer after I had already declined?Sign on the entrance door also said free chips and salsa! Not sure if theres fine print to stop and read, but not the place to read it or see it!
They have a friendly service. Place is clean but the wait to get your food is way too long. we came in at 9:50 p.m one night, didnt get our food until 10:35 and we ate for like 15 minutes. so the wait was 3 times the amount of time we ate. Also i understand its a busy restaurant but it was not busy on this night.
My husbsnd and I went out shopping today thought we would stop for lunch at Chilis, well let me tell you it was very disappointing, very slow service food was not good at all, very bland tasting, my fajita meat was just that did not taste even close to a fajita and was close to raw and very chewy. My husband ate his meal and never even got it all after asking several times for the missing food. We finished what we had and not once did the waitress say anything to us about the missing food even after he asked about it. We were both to pissed of to even say anything we just paid our bill and left. I would not recommend Chilis restaurant to anyone.Sorry Chilis, not sorry!!!!!Very disappointed!!!!!!
I have to start this by saying chilis is normally my favorite restaurant. However, this chilis does not come close to being that. My husband and I were seated right away, but it took 10 minutes to be greeted by anyone. The lady who did great us was a host. Her name is Kaneisha and she was the only thing that was amazing about our experience. My husband told her that he did not wamt our assigned waiter due to the lack of attention that was being received in his section. One table had to get up to get their own silverware. Another, who arrived before us, wasnt served until after us. They also had to tell tge waiter that the table next to them wasnt being served. There was also a pair of older ladies who sat behind us who stated that they needed to remember not to come to this restaurant again due to the terrible service. The floor manager was requested twice before coming onto the floor to talk with the table. Just based off the managers appearance you could tell why the restaurant was operating the way it was. All of the servers had terrible attitudes and no one smiled. Overall, my husband and I were displeased, especially once we found out the general manager was at the location and multiple people were leaving without being addressed. Needless to say we will not be going back. I do have to reiterate that Kaneisha was awesome and we were the first table she ever served.
Great food and excellent service! Went there for Fathers Day and tried some of their Smoke House recipes, the jalapeno cheddar cheese smoked sausage, the loaded mashed potatoes, garlic butter Texas toast, in-house pickles with a couple of ice cold beers and it was delicious! We will be going back and I high reccomend this place, and they also have a full service bar!
Mathew Thomas treated us very real. The server was nice. We order and got our food on time. Served hot and delicious. The food was soo good I almost ate the plate. My wife had to 🛑 me. “I LOVE THIS PLACE”. 👍🏿. I will travel from Accra-Ghana, West Africa just to eat at this restaurant and go back to Africa
We’ve been to the Chili’s in Valdosta about 5 times. There was only one time that I could say it was a good experience. Getting good service there is almost nonexistent but we kept going back because we love the food. Can’t ever find your waitress or get what you asked for. Well the last time we went we of course got terrible service as expected but this time the food was terrible too. That was it for us. We will stick to the Chili’s in Tallahassee from now on.
Went here for lunch today. Manager opened the door for us i thought that was very nice and all restaurants should do this. But before entering i notice the front door was nasty it need to be cleaned ! Def over due for a lil Windex!!! as we walked in it smelled dirty. We sat at a booth the seats were nasty with Food and They appeared they hadnt been taken care of or Cleaned. Our waiter was super nice Guy. I thought the food came out fast. So no complaints there. But while wating i hear the lady running the bar and the hostess gossiping about another costumer wich I thought was extremly rude!!!! All in all it was ok 1. I think they need to clean (windows, bar , tables , the walls. ,The wood near the booths ,the floor we shouldnt see dust and food. Because it almost to the point of being disgusting 2. The staff as i looked around they look like some had Yoga pants on no one matched.Look like one girl had pajama pants on. 3 .staff. members shouldnt be gossiping about costumers where others can hear. If youre asking if you should go hear i would say Get it to go or go some where else. !!!
The food was good for something I didnt order. It took a decent 20 minutes for my food to show up at the table AFTER every other person at my table got there food so when I got mine everyone else was done and had to wait for me to eat. When I actually got my food they got my order wrong and still charged me for it all. I was not pleased.
Service was fine. Got 3 appetizers. Fried pickles(good), Texas fries(OK), Trippler(dont order the cheese crispers..tasted like salted bread balls). Final was my two mixed drinks with double shots...2 drinks was $30...who charges full price for an extra shot in the same glass..way too high on that price.
I came all the way down from Jacksonville, NC to visit family for Memorial Day with my boyfriend. We decided to come to Chilis. Came in, no one was at the front to greet us. The place was not even really busy, so I dont understand why we werent greeted. Then when we were finally greeted, she said she didnt have any menus and she was going to run and grab some. We asked to sit outside... she said yes that shes follow us out after she grabbed the menus. We get our seats and start looking at the menu. About 5 minutes later, still no server. At this point another table sits down and someone immediately greets them and get their order even though I had gotten there first. At this point Im aggravated. I told my bf if they didnt great us in 5 minutes, were leaving. Nothing, so we just got up and left. Not to mention the empty tables had food on them!! Unprofessional and nasty!! I will NOT be coming back!! Thanks for wasting my time!!
Awful!!! Got there with my three hungry boys. After being sitted by an awesome lady, things went down hill. The waiter did not show up for about 10 minutes. The hostess realized things were not going right came n took our drink order and said the waiter would be with us shortly. That didnt happen. Approximately 20 minutes later, the hostess came n took our food order. Brought the pizzas to the kids which was great. My order finally came, hmmmm, dry Quesadilla, hard as a rock. Called the so called waiter n he was the meanest looking man I have ever dealt with. The manager, Keith came and apologized for everything n covered the 2 pizza meal.Worst experience ever at a Chilis. I have eaten at Chilis throughout the my travels around the country but this was the worst.
Had a slight upset with my food order being that when I went to the restroom they threw all my food away after just a few bites. My stuff was still at the booth, I hadnt paid and I was gone maybe 3 minutes. They brought me and my kids replacement food, minus the appetizer we had barely had a chance to touch. No discount. No refill drinks after those had been cleared. Then I paid my bill and immediately lost access to the games my kid was playing on the device set at all the tables. That we had paid for. It was disappointing to say the least... We probably wont go back.
We stopped for lunch. Staff was very friendly and attentive!!!!! Beer n Drinks were ICE COLD!!!! We sat on the patio so that the wife could smoke!! Within driving distance to the La Quinta motel. With all of this going for it, I would not recommend!!!!! Food tasted funny/different and we did not eat much of it.
Ok our waitress was great...very attentive and nice...however sitting two grown adults at a small booth doesnt work not enough room on table to be able to enjoy your food for lack of room...food was alright nothing special..ribs alil dry from being around too long...chicken fajitas ok but where is the lettuce???? The app is ok but way too many peppers on it for its size drinks were made proper and had a great taste. Resturante was clean and busy feel they could of had a few more staff on floor but over all not a completely bad experience. And mr manager stop the staff from being all over the floor give them a section your running them ragged!!
My friends and I walked into the restaurant and we were sat down. Upon sitting, our waitress, Emily, already seemed as if she had an attitude. We were not rude whatsoever and continued to say thank you, despite her attitude. She was the worst server ever; however, we we then came in contact with Luz and she was amazing!
Today, my family and I went to Chilis mainly because I wanted a turkey burger and it was not crowded. I have always loved going to Chilis even though the service is average in the Valdosta and Tifton Ga restaurant. I ordered a turkey burger and it was really good until I was almost done with it and noticed that it was not cooked all the way. I wanted to panic because I am 26 weeks pregnant and do not consume raw meats. Our waitress was really nice but she must have been new because she did not know how to handle the situation. A manager came over and discounted my bill but, did not make me feel like I was a valued customer. It will be a while before I decide to go back to Chilis!! :(
One of the worst restaurants in Valdosta!! The service is terrible. The waitresses and waiters are lazy, they always seem to forget something that you ordered. I have been there on a busy and a slow day and its the same sloppy ass service. I dont eat there anymore and I tell others to avoid that place. Their corporate office needs to start over and let it begin with management.
I get the fish tacos and beer on tap after work at the Valdosta Chilis. The food is great and service is great too. The times that I have been alone or with friends have been enjoyable experiences. I got signed up for the free chips/salsa program which is good. I recommend Chilis over Cheddars if youre looking for a fun night out with friends or drinks/food alone. Why Chilis is better than Cheddars: Chilis has a better bar, Chilis has better bartenders, Chilis has tex-mex, Chilis has better service, Chilis is not packed like Cheddars, Chilis on average has less parties and mass gatherings than Cheddars.
The service sucks we got seated pretty quickly but our server didnt show up until about 10 minutes just to get our drink order and didnt even ask if we wanted an appetizer we sat for another 15 minutes just waiting to get our drinks, when we finally had enough of just waiting we asked to speak to the manager and he took his sweet time to get to our table.

2022-04-30No complaints here. We showed up at happy hour and had the 2 for $25 with some Margaritas! We sat on the patio and the drinks were good! The burgers were awesome and our waitress was top notch. We would defiantly eat here again.

2021-07-15Overall not really satisfied with the product. Their fajitas and burgers are usually decent and some of their appetizers. Got the Cajun pasta with the grilled chicken and it was slightly warm. And the chicken seemed like it was a grilled chicken that came out of the freezer and was just thrown on top of the dish I would definitely not recommend getting the Cajun pasta. On the other hand we got the carnitas fajita and it was really good.

2022-04-06Ordered take out delivery to our hotel. Food was delivered but with no blue cheese dressing for my husbands wings nor dressing for my salad. Called the restaurant, spoke to the manager and he personally delivered the items to our hotel. That is great service.

2022-07-08Got seated quickly but they seemed understaffed. Everything took a while.Food was very good, tho some of it was no longer hot by the time it came out.Chilis margaritas had an odd chemical banana taste, wouldnt order the regular margarita again.

2022-06-03I realize food costs are going up but my last visit I ordered boneless wings with usually comes with fries. This time I was charged extra for the fries. The food and service was good but I will have to double think before I go back .

2022-04-11I ordered a Santa Fe Chicken Salad and it was absolutely horrible. I couldnt eat it. We will NEVER order from here again!!!!! It had brown lettuce a few mushy tomatoes and the chicken was ice cold with grisle. On top of all that I was given the smallest container of dressing. Like really? As much as you charge for your food and delivery feels you need to do 1000xs better on your food.

2022-02-24My husband & I are here out of town for work && decided to order to go food here. We showed up to get our food which was not ready even tho they told us it would be ready in 20 mins (we waited 25 mins in the store after waiting the 20 mins to leave to get the food) Once we got back to our hotel opened our food & were shocked! Our spinach queso wasnt even our spinach queso & it was as cold as in side of a refrigerator! Opened the chicken nachos & they were some sloppy, burnt mess! The salmon my hubby ordered was tasteless. Needless to say we threw the food back in the bag & returned back to the store. Once back at store we showed the manager our food & apparently he really didnt see anything wrong with it but gave us our money back after I said I wouldnt like anything else from them. Like why would I!? Yeah wont be coming back to a Chillis for awhile, if ever?
