John did a great job tuning up my wifes bike. I was pleasantly surprised that it was done two days early also. He was great to work with and knocked it out of the park for us!
John and Dawn helped me find the perfect bike to fit my needs. I really appreciated the attitude and knowledge they had when showing me around. If you need anything bike related give them a shout!
John was great! Answered all my questions, didn’t pressure an up-sell on some of his nicer stuff, and gave friendly conversation. I’m pleased with the bike I purchased too!

2022-06-25Cannot to begin to explain how amazing this bike shop is. John is friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Would highly recommend either renting or buying.Came in to rent bikes and with his help it made our trip a great one! Thank you John for everything.

2021-05-21Great Place! I went to rent a bike while volunteering for next 4 months. I bought a bike. I went here because of the reviews. I wasn’t disappointed!! I was asked questions. I test drove bikes. I had stickers shock! I left with a used bike and am very happy. I will probably be back for rack or way take my bike in my RV when I leave. I know I will be back for accessories!!

2020-12-26Great bike shop! The owners are super nice and knowledgeable. We stopped in while camping for a few days at the nearby state park, and ended up buying two very nice used bikes. Highly recommend this shop, and we will be back.-Luke

2021-06-05John was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful beyond expectation. You dont get this kind of service anywhere but from small business owners who really have a passion for what they do. John spent a ton of time explaining bikes and the components to me and my kids and helped us get our bikes in better shape for a safe, comfortable ride. We will be back!

2021-08-24Chipley Cycle located in Pine Mountain is not only an attractive bike shop but have some of the kindest most friendliest customer service skills, very patient, and knowledgeable owners of a bike shop I have ever met. They were also fun to ride with and made our tour of bike riding enjoyable! I highly recommend everyone visiting the area to check them out and support local especially if you are looking to rent or buy a bike!

2021-02-10The owner is fantastic! I am a very casual rider and really had no idea what I was doing with bikes. He was incredibly knowledgeable and spent a long time explaining everything I need to know from how bikes work, what bike would work best for my size (Im 5ft 0in) and what I want to do with it, and how different aspects of the bike change how it rides. He definitely focused on getting a bike that works for ME. Harris County needs more people like him. I did buy a bike and found the prices to be good. Will definitely keep coming back for all my bike needs.

2021-09-08This is the place you want to go if you need anything from renting a bike to ride around the area, to repairs, or to buy a bike. John is VERY knowledgeable and he is filled with information about the surrounding area. He does group rides in the evenings and doesnt hesitate to invite you even if youre just there for vacation. Definitely go in and meet them when you are in town!!!

2020-09-07Nice shop great personal attention. Found out buying a bike is like buying shoes. They try to make sure you get the one that fits and are willing to customize to make it so. Very community minded. This shop is not Wal Mart or Amazon. Its about service. Also consider showing up for the Saturday morning rides. They also day rent quality bikes.

2021-05-25Wonderful service as we rented bikes from John and highly recommend riding to Callaway Gardens from the bike shop. About a mile down the road on REAL bike trails, once in the gardens you will be happy you got bikes as the different sites are miles apart.

2020-12-27This is a great small bike shop with tons of inventory and accessories. Stopped in a couple of times while camping at FDR and ended up getting a few bikes repaired and purchasing a few more. We will be sure to stop in next time we camp here!
