Very disappointed with the to go orders. Orders have consistently less food in them than if I went inside. I always order extra steak and I’m not sure I even got that. It’s a very dishonest practice to treat to go orders differently than if I was standing in front of them while they were making it. Half of the bowl is eaten, but the other half is untouched and you can see how little is there.
Chipotle is great but consistency is horrible at every location. Portion sizes, seasoning of rice, guac, stale chips bagged hours earlier. Staffing is hard right now so wait times are also always long. If consistency wasnt an issue I could see waiting, but you never know what you end up getting. Wait 15min in line for stale chips and clumpy guac?
I normally never post a bad review but I had a bit of experience here this week. I went it when it opened so I was the first customer. I got a burrito. The employee put it under the press and removed it, just covered with black soot. I mean covered! I have no idea what it was. I really wanted to say something as she began to put toppings on. Eventually I asked Is... is that stuff ok to eat? Its just like heat residue or something from the press right? The waitress just looked at me and said, I honestly dont know. I sat for a moment until I finally asked for a new one. She was compliant and just pressed another one, which still had about 25% covered in black soot She looked at me expectantly and I was like Yeah... I am sure its fine. She then didnt put new toppings, she just rolled the old burrito with the soot covered toppings onto the new semi soot covered casing. At that point I just said screw it, paid for it, and left.I am sure it was probably not going to kill me and was just some random food thing, but still. Dont hand your customer anything covered in black dust.
Worst chipotle ever. I have always had trouble or issues going to this chipotle and I figured I would give them another try since it’s been a few months. They are constantly out of main entrees, the potion size is a joke, they are missing sides that you have paid for. Absolutely terrible experience.Last time I will ever visit.
Literally the worst chipotle I have ever experienced, closing is the worst time so I thought I went in the middle of the day and had the same issues. Everyone complains about the portion of meat that chipotle gives you but it is ridiculous at this point. I’m literally watching them preserve food everytime. I have never left a review in my life before but this is ridiculous I’m mad it’s right across the street from my home. Smh tin drum it is 🤷🏽♂️ Oh and they charged me for extra chicken after giving me seven pieces the first time lol
The last 2 times I’ve ordered from this location, my order has been messed up. Last time they forgot my chips & guacamole. This time they left off more than half the ingredients I asked for. Luckily, Chipotle Customer Service is pretty great so I was able to either get a refund or a credit for a future order. But goodness!!
I feel like I’ve been robed never coming back! I paid $33 for a steak burrito and steak burrito bowl you would think 🤔 for that price you would get a decent amount of meat .. but no all I got was 6 squares of steak and when I question the employee she said well that’s the amount of meat. Lesson learned next go somewhere else where they care of customers services and satisfaction. Unfortunately I forgot why I stopped coming to this place. I’m feeling like a dummy with my 6 squares of meat
I understand not everyone believes in Coronavirus, but still....dont let the ordering customer lean over the glass to talk without a mask and possibly spitting all over the food. Thats just nasty!!I saw this lady talked on and on for several minutes. No employee asked her to put the mask on, or at least step back from the bar. Very disappointed.
I came in close to closing time. they were running low on some selections. completely understand. All the associates were working together to help take care of the customers. except for one lady dressed all in black. I asked an associate if she was the manager and he said yes. her concern was closing the store down. she ignored all customers in line. slowed progress as she pulled each ingredient bucket out and weighed it and logged it on a sheet. the ironic thing is if she just helped the customer she wouldnt have had anything to weigh. So thank you for the team working late. No thank you to the manager that was supposed to be leading the team. She only was getting in their way. my visit was Tuesday 12/7 at 9:30pm
These folks are having a haaaaaaard time. Steady traffic, online orders backed up. We had a 55 minute turn around on three bowls. Half hour of waiting in store for the order.But I get it - pretty tricky times. You’re not the only customer with challenges, and they are trying to handle it with grace. Reciprocate and receive delicious burritos.And stay human! I am talking to you Karen!
The line was very long. I ordered via the app for pickup. I did not have to wait in the very long line. Unfortunately, my order was missing several items. Items missing was guacamole, salsa, fajita vegetables, and some other seasonings. The food was ok, cold, but, tasted ok despite not being very accurate. I bet those who waited in the long line will get a more accurate order. After eating my meal, I felt that Taco Bell would have been just as good and more accurate. Ordered 8/03, order was butchered and all sauces came open. Food was wet. They compensated with coupons. Tried to use, can only use one at a time, stupid when we are a family of 3. Placed 3 separate orders today 8/28, one never arrived and is marked as delivered. Location doesn’t pick up phone. Had to place order again and are not able to eat as a family, the other orders will get cold. Service is unacceptable and not worth it. They don’t even deserve one star.
The worst chipotle i’ve ordered from. I thankfully ordered through IberEats because i couldn’t go in person and was greeting with a completely inaccurate order. the crazy part? i don’t think they gave me someone else’s order because everything was labeled as mine and the kids said what was supposed to be in the bowls. Luckily i got a refund but it’s still unacceptable. When i tried to contact the store about it it was impossible for me to speak to someone which i found to be very frustrating. i will not be ordering from here and would heavily suggest anyone to not order from here either
This location has some problems.1st visit there was a sticker in the guacamole.2nd visit, the brisket was burned.3rd visit, the chicken was cold.4th and final visit, the black beans werent cooked all the way (you trying to kill me?)I used to frequent here because its the healthiest-ish bite I can get that doesnt taste like air, but I cant in good consciousness go here anymore.
I often order for pickup from this location as its on my way home from work. I come here less and less because the portions have been ridiculously small. Im not one to ever leave a review but today was absolutely unacceptable. My burrito bowl is not even half full, barely even a third of the bowl is covered with food and I ordered extra portions knowing their portions have gotten bad. Whoever works the to go orders needs to be fired honestly. I will not be coming back to this location and I suggest you try the one by the mall; even though that locations portions are small too I doubt they could mess it up this badly. Really wish I had checked my food before I got home because I would have requested a refund. Absolutely ridiculous.
My wife and I stopped by to pick up food to go about three weeks ago. This was my first visit to a Chipotle Mexican Grill since the food poisoning scare a few years back. I was surprised at the good quality of the food and the good customer service. This has sparked my interest in Chipotle once again. The employees at this location were polite and quick at service. The food was hot and fresh. It depends on which employee you get as to the quality of the food portion you receive. You have to watch carefully and you may have to say something if you feel shorted. I will stop at this location again.
I came here at 1045am when they were suppose to be open. All the employees were just sitting inside with the door locked. When i knocked they wouldnt let me in. I had to go around to the other side of the building and knock on the window and the other employee decuded to let me in. When i got inside nobody helped me and I spoke to the group that happened to have the manager Jessica sitting with then and she told me to stand in line. Except nobody was on the line to help me. They made me the smallest burrito probably because i.made them get up and work and when i was leaving i told Jessica she needed to open the store at the appropriate time and she said very aggressively that i dont need to worry about that.
The servers gives such little portions and I have to constantly tell him/her to constantly put more food in the bowl and then they have the nerve to try to charge me extra. I have been to multiple Chipotles and no one else has ever tried to charge me extra. It’s also not like I’m ordering extra meat (I’m a vegan) I always just ask for more rice and more beans (I’m an athlete and I eat a lot of food). When I got to the register once the manager told them to charge me extra even though it says nowhere on their menu to charge someone extra money for extra rice and beans! You can’t charge someone for something that’s literally not on the menu!!! I told him that I’ve never been charged extra and he said that they charge extra at this location!😑. I said to him you can either change the price to what it’s supposed to be or you can lose a customer and waste good food. Guess what he did.😑. I love Chipotle but not this one. Don’t waste your time on this place.
Edit: This location is clearly managed well.During the lunch rush, the manager stepped in to assist with orders.Even when I mobile ordered to the wrong store, he immediately said not to worry about it and just made my bowl for me. They care about customer satisfaction over just profit here. 👍👍Friendly staff, great quality food.
Gotta be one of the laziest, most inaccurate chipotles in the country. I order delivery from this chipotle on a regular occasion as it is local to me and my family. I’d say 2 out of 3 orders are completely wrong (missing 50% of the ingredients we requested or missing entire entrees). They’ll gladly refund over the app, but it is a continuous let down…
I never ever write reviews but the take out experience was absolutely horrible today. the steak was almost inedible, tasted like a piece of rubber. $36 for lunch and regret every penny. will never go back except for my refund. the service was also unacceptable, i get these are teenagers and respect their willingness to work but the people behind the counter were clueless. this place needs to get their act together.
I attempted to order a burrito bowl with half chicken and half beef. The server gave a very small portion of meat and it was very evident that the customers before me and after me were given a lot more meat. When this was brought to their attention they did not attempt to give a fair serving size and wanted to up charge for double meat.
Love this Chipotle when I go in and order directly. Placed an online order today for 2 chicken bowls with double chicken and one with double rice and got less than a normal serving if I were to order in person. I know its busy but it was really disappointing. When we called to speak to the staff, the phone number didnt work. Will probably go to North Point Chipotle going forward for pick-up orders.
Best Chipotle location Ive ever been to by far, and Ive been to a LOT! The employees here are always bright and cheery, my orders are always ready on time, and my food is always prepared correctly. Aside from ordering lunches to go, I have lunch here once per week with a friend in which we play board games for at least two hours. The employees always come over and say hello. They are just the sweetest people! I love my home Chipotle!!!
Let me be clear up front. It was a bad day for this particular store. The food was very good with the exception of my friends bowl not having the double portion of meat that she ordered. Apparently they had a problem with some equipment and opened late. We placed our order online with a noon pick up time. I arrived at noon and our order was not prepared until 12:20. The long line of customers ordering their food was moving faster than our online order. When my order was finally ready, the young lady at the cash register - who knew how long I had been waiting - only offered me an apology for the wait. There should have been a coupon, free drinks, or something offered for the amount of time I had to wait, but nothing was offered. I would certainly have rated this visit higher if they had done something to offset the long wait. I was in my lunch hour. I spent 10 minutes driving to the store, 20 minutes waiting for an order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived, then 10 minutes back to work. You do the math!
Ordered on Uber eats and they totally messed up the order. I ordered a cheese quesadilla for my daughter and instead they gave her only the tortillas. They also left out e juice box and fruit. I ended up having to make my daughter a quesadilla at home after spending money on chipotle. 🙄
This is the weirdest chipotle Ive ever visited. They are out of everything, staff is not listening the order, PIC is rude, she asked me to leave when I tried to stop employee messing up with my order and follow the order details.Owner should pay attention who do they hiring to be a face of the franchise.
I ordered via the app a vegetarian bowl with chips and queso. Found a chunk of chicken at the bottom of my queso dip, its obvious it was placed there purposefully by one of the workers. Better order in person so you can keep your eyes on them, who knows what else theyre doing.
I had the worst service. It was my bday and last minute I decided to treat my staff for lunch. So I went to Chipotle. So I ordered 10 burritos and spent 95.00. But what made my experience bad was the person fixing the burritos kept saying I should have ordered online. As if I didnt know that again I apologized and said this was a last minute thing. Then I get to the register the manager is frustrated and tells me I could of went online. I said Sir I know that again this was last minute should I have gone to Moes. And hes telling me fyi. I just apologized 1,000xs to the person making my burritos. So he says we want your business just its easier online. Welp so I have 10 different burrito orders and none of them are labeled. So my staff and myself are cutting trying not to touch anyones burrito to see what was inside. I guess this was payback for not ordering online. This was a nightmare.
***Changing my review to 1 star. Wish I could give 0 stars. 4 years later and this place is even WORSE. Didnt think that was possible. The food quality sucks and the staff is rude. Corporate should run the franchisee out the door. Inconsistent, unable to get an order right, really a disappointment. I know they can be better because I have been to many Chipotles. This one just sucks.Would love to get word to the manager here - We eat at this Chipotle at least once if not twice a week. It is the one on the way home from work. I would say 60-70% of the time, the rice is severely undercooked. No one likes their rice crunchy. Quality control - check the rice before you serve it.
I went to get my food today April 5 /2021 food great, server great 👍 but the cashier need to give attention to the costumer ... very rude, unhappy and careless girl in glass. I won’t come back at all and I will let my friends know about that. As I am part of a Latino community I feel very sorry for a such ungry cashier ☹️
The food was good as usual. But the reason for not getting 5 stars is because of the lack of enforcement of the mask requirements posted on the door. 3 customers in line in front of us were not wearing masks and talking/laughing loud and should have been asked to comply or leave.
This is my favorite Chipotle! Recently I’ve been getting off of work and being too lazy to cook, so I order here once or twice a week for delivery. This location always gets my order right and it’s prepared as expected each time. Shout out to the staff that’s working through this pandemic and being amazing at what they do! It’s super appreciated! 😃
Really only go to this location for pure convenience purposes. The staff are not very friendly and give off the vibe that they really dont want to be there. Food is usually borderline fresh, with the pico looking old and brown most of the time. Pros: fast, in a good location but thats about it. Dont expect no Chickfila quality customer service here.
Terrible experience! Order a chicken bowl. The chicken was charred. Made it home and realized how inedible the bowl was and I called the location. I was offered a refund or a do-over on my order. When I arrived, the young ladies up front provided average service, however when the inquired to the young lady on the grill in the back about the chicken, she responded, “What?!? It’s all the same.” She them retrieved a container of chicken from under the counter, slammed it on the counter and shoved it forward. I immediately requested a refund instead of the order so-over. I shared my experience with the manager when he came to the register to provide my refund and he stated that he would speak with the young lady. I was EXTREMELY disappointed!!
As expected, this place was busy yet fluent with the consistency of taking orders to make the line flow easily. Prices as I recalled where unchanged, having not been at this particular restaurant in awhile. Tried a burrito bowl with the spicy chicken. It was huge to my standards......I realized I had been missing out for a number of years! Definitely recommend trying it atleast once or twice. Friendly faces, fast service & a hopping atmosphere! Could of used a bit more tidying up, but there was plenty of seating available inside & out. Great place to bring kids as well.
Most definitely the worst chipotle I have been too. Food still tasted fine just service was incredible weird. The person who made my burrito didnt say a single word and did not put beans on one of the items ordered. He also scooped very small amounts of rice into everything even though the rice tray was full (like 3-4 TABLESPOONS). Im not sure if they were being extremely stingy or if the person making my food was just odd but it was disappointing.
Very disappointed with the quality of the food. The guacamole was almost inedible. Huge chunks of gross, unbeatable avocado. We ended up growing away and entire large side of guacamole, plus most of the guacamole that we ordered on our food. Completely ruined the meal.
By far the worst location in the Metro Atlanta... It tastes like straight salt, could not taste other ingredients ( corn, rice, beans, chicken, lettuce ). My buddy said the same thing about his order. I gave this location another try after another bad experience, and it was worst than the first time. Had to throw the food away... complete waste of money. Going to a different location now for now on.
We love Chipolte, but this store has consistent issues. They have run out of chips or guac on MANY occasions. The food is good when we get it, but weve placed orders ahead of time only to get there and be told that an item is out. Im not sure why they dont let us know that on the phone first. We keep trying them since they are the closest to us, but if we have a choice - we go to a better run store.
The employees were very friendly but the food was not what I was use to from other chipotle locations. I ordered steak bowls for me and my husband and chicken for our daughter. Our steak was very chewy and when i tried my daughter chicken it was also very chewy. I ended up throwing the meat a way. Other than that everything else was good.
Not sure what time they close this location but the store was really empty so I did get my order thru quickly. But the rice was hard and dried out!it seemed like they made my orders skimping so that they wouldnt run out of food as well. I went straight home and all 3 of my orders were cold by the time I got there. Usually the burrito retains its heat but not this time. Couldnt reheat as sour cream guacamole and lettuce were included. Really just a waste of 30 dollars and still had to prepare something hot to eat.
GREATLY disappointed. I used to frequent this Chipotle all the time and I wanted to stop by again since I was in the area. This time - stale chips, old tomatoes, dried out rice and old-tasting chicken.. I dont know if they were just getting ready to close or if whoever was in the kitchen just didnt check the freshness of the ingredients but the quality is not what it should have been.
Solid Chipotle, at least when I visited. Friendly service and there is plenty of parking nearby as it is located inside a shopping center. Highly recommend ordering a burrito bowl with a tortilla on the bottom...its the best of both worlds in that you still get a tortilla without having the inevitable mess that comes with getting a burrito.
Definitely worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The staff doesnt pay you attention or listen. They are all super distracted. The place is dirty. Ice maker was crapping out and smelled funny. For some reason I have large chunks of salt in something. Maybe my rice. Cant figure it out. I hope Chipotle sends someone here to check this place out and get some different staff.
Never coming back to this place!Date of visit: April 23, 2017 around 6:45pm.First of all, I have to mention that I love Chipotle. In fact, my entire family are addicted to it. Id say we visit 2-3 times per week which results in about $60-75 per week. I have to say without exaggeration that this might be the last visit to this restaurant. To be fair in being upset about this visit, there are 2 Chipotles closer to my house and I chose to drive here because food is more flavorful at this location. But things have gone downhill at this place.When I walked into the restaurant I saw 3 employees on the floor and one on the grill. All 4 saw me, including the cook. One employee qas talking to a family about what sounded like a catering order (they were standing by the register). Another employee was cleaning tables and a third employee was in the line talking to the cook. I was the only person in line. Id say I waited a good 3 minutes before the girl that was in the line took my order (she had seen me in line but she was conversing with the cook). When she finally took my order, it was hard for me to pick which meat was edible. It all looked like it had been sitting out for days! I decided on the chicken.After she prepared my chicken bowl, she simply moved the bowl over closer to the register and turned around to go back to her conversation. So now Im standing in front of the register, thinking the girl working on the catering order would ring me up: Nope! I must have stood there for close to 4 minutes before the other girl came back from cleaning the tables. I kindly asked if I could pay and she told me she wasnt in the register. That was it!! I told her Id come back to pay after I ate my food because I was hungry and that I did not intend on leaving without paying; I told her Id been waiting to pay for 4 minutes. She would not let me go to my table, instead she started yelling for the cashier to come and charge me.Its never been this bad at this Chipotle and I really hope they fix things. But as for me, Im done with this place. As I post this review, I am supposed to bring home 3 more bowls for my wife and daughters. I guess Ill be stopping somewhere else for their food!
The food was good. Its been a while since I last ate Chipotle. I know they have had bad media lately, but man did my burrito taste good... And Im happy to report that my Dad and I had no bad reaction to the food. Good quality and delicious. Chipotle has never disappointed me to this day. I recommend.
06/18/20 - This Chipotle is still one of the best ive gone to. Staff is still extremely courteous and engaging which is why it saddens me to make a new review. Since the covid pandemic started I have only been able to order online and usually through a delivery service. I mainly order the exact same thing every time (x2 steak bowl). But the last few orders have provided less than a normal single portion when previously ordering while in person. After my food is delivered I had to drive back to show them the order was incomplete (items missing or a less then adequate amount for a double amount). It is usually remedied with a proportionate amount added, (equal to what I was expecting to receive for the price I paid). But due to the fact that I am paying a delivery service to provide it and I now have to leave my office to go back in person is a hassle. Im not certain if the serving utensils have gotten smaller (Moes Southwest Grill) or if the staff is moving too quickly with the orders. The food is still quality, soft fluffy rice and flavorful beans and other toppings. And still a wonderful group of people there with a smile on their faces. This location is still one of my favorite places to go in this area but its actions are beginning to tarnish that record.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------07/09/18 I came during the lunch rush and the staff was still fun and sociable. Did not make me feel rushed. They even asked if I could wait a second so they could bring me fresh queso since they were at the bottom and probably enough to give me a small but not as warm. Super courteous.
Always a wait at this location, no matter what time of day you go, but at least they dont burn their fajita vegetables at this one like they do at one of their other locations. Restaurant has been clean every time that Ive been there, food is the same from location to location but how the steak is cooked will differ, Ive noticed. This is one on the nicer side of the perimeter, along with the two in Alpharetta (one by Northpoint Mall and the other off of Windward Pkwy) and the ones at Perimeter (one in the mall and the other nearby), so the steak is usually always medium-rare to medium which is perfect.
I placed a pickup order online for a burrito bowl. The printed order slip did not match the order I placed by adding lettuce green into my bowl. When my wife picked up the order, she also placed an in-person order for a large cheese quesadilla. What she got was a chicken quesadilla, in which the chicken was too peppery/spicy for my child to eat. Even though the ingredients used were fresh, the orders did not match what we desired on this visit.
By far some of the worst service I have gotten from a restaurant .. as soon as I walked in, I said “hey how are you,” I didn’t get a response, then I proceeded to order.. Then I got, I don’t take orders and walks away.. no one was in there “stations,” had to wait 5 mins til I could order and had to wait to pay. It would have been understandable if it was busy, but I was one of the only people in the restaurant. Disorganized staff and not friendly. To top it off, the bathrooms are disgusting. The food was good, but from the poor service and cleanliness I will not be coming back to this location. Disappointing chipotle
Sadly, this Chipotle has really gone downhill in recent years. Im a huge fan of the chain and have been frequenting this location since it opened, but no more. Its been one thing after another recently; from slow service, to dirty tables, to attitudes from the employees. Tonight, we walked in at 8:52 and we were two people back from ordering. The girl who was supposed to be taking orders was instead cleaning and closing down her station (the tortilla press), leaving the one lone person on the line to take orders and prepare them. The guy in front of us was obviously perturbed and asked what time they closed, to which the girl closing her station said, Ten oclock. ... it wasnt even 9:00.Heres a thought: maybe its more important to take orders and work with a sense of urgency rather than trying to prematurely close up the restaurant. Or hell, just go out of business. No wonder the entire chain is doing horribly with customer service.
All around bad. Online order was not ready on time, and the cashier who had just touched money went behind the food counter, took the online order slip off the wall where it was hanging and placed it on the counter where all the food was in front of the girl wearing gloves. Gross. They then forgot the salad dressing... whats the point of ordering online if its not going to be ready on time and if you have to wait behind everyone in line? Worst part was no apologies for any inconvenience. Just attitude.
Just picked up a steak bowl to-go and brought it home. Pretty quickly I realized how much fat was in the steak but then a few bites later I realized that most of the pieces were nothing BUT fat. Really upset that the majority of the meat was just chunks of fat mixed in with steak. I would say this is poor food prep from the kitchen. Will not be ordering steak from this location any time soon.
I always come here to eat but I always take it to go and its normally good, but today it was just gross. I wanted to sit down and eat but all the tables where dirty and the food was just bad today. The guacamole had no flavor to it whatsoever, the portion for meat was way too low(like half a scoop of chicken). I know its none of my business, but the guy at the register gave like 6 bags of chips to a kid FOR FREE,because he didnt want to deal with the kids dad. From now on Im definitely going to another Chipotle.
Ill always like Chipotle.The only thing Im disappointed with at times are there chips because I have asked at various locations, that Ive gone to, as to why they are always stale when I get them and Ill ask them if they keep them up under the heater? And theyll tell me that they just put these out and when I get in the car and eat one of them or if I get home and then eat, theyre stale! So I dont even bother buying their chips anymore the guacamole is so so I just make my own when I get home. But for the most part their meats dont taste like they have any hormones in them yes I know they say they dont have any hormone products which is a very good thing! So if you like Mexican I would say this restaurant is a heck of a lot better than most because Moes is dry as all get-out! So I just wish our company would cater from Chipotle versus Moes. Because when I hear that they are catering from Moes I bring my lunch LOL. So I hope you enjoy Chipotle as much as I do :-)
If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Had catering for my daughters graduation for 100 people,they claim they can cater for up to 200 people! My party was at 5:30 food was supposed to be ready at 4:00 didn’t have my food ready til 5:30!! Meat was dry and over cooked, beans had no salt, and order was not complete!! Worst Chipotle i have ever been too. Girls at the front were slow and inconsiderate. 4 of them were on the burrito line and only one was working. Line was out the door cause they were terrible.The counter where they make the burritos was a mess. They must not have wiped it for hours. Asked for some avocado. Not a bowl of it! Where was the manager???
I posted a while ago about loving their burritos but recently my experience at this location has been very inconsistent.On 5 separate occasions in the past month Ive been told theyve run out of barbacoa and have seen them closing their store atleast an hour early. I dont think that is very appropriate, especially when I go to other stores who can still serve me up until their posted hours of operation.Look, we get it, people want to go home; 10 minutes before start cleaning up? Sure I can look the other way, but an hour?You guys need to do your jobs.
I placed an order via the Chipotle app to pickup on my way home. Just before I was going to pick up my order, I got a call from the General Manager, Eduardo, who was calling to let me know they had made some.of my order but ran out of rice. So it would be another 30 mins but he would discount my order. I was in no hurry so I didnt mind the wait (plus it gave me time to venture into CD Warehouse next door). I really appreciated that he took the time to make my orders himself. And who doesnt like getting money back in their pocket!! Super friendly staff and hard workers!! Thanks again Eduardo!!
I love Chipotle! This location is my to-go lunch spot. Order online for pick up in store, the lines snake around the building during standard lunch hours. Staff if great. Ive been a regular once, twice and sometimes 3 times a week. Salad, beans, chicken, salsa and cheese for 6.50 - cant beat it! Barbacoa is also delicious (can be spicy, depending on the day)
I love me some chipotle burritos! And would love to grab me a barbacoa burrito after work, however I keep running into problems.First, I would like to say service industry can suck. People can be very frustrating to serve and at the end of those days you just want to leave. However, its not appropriate to start closing an hour early.The first time, I was told they ran out of barbacoa, and it was 9:30 and they practically had all the bins out to be cleaned and I figured ok, thats fine; it makes sense, theres no one in the store. This happened another time at 8:45 with a doordash order-- no barbacoa (that was a hassle to deal with canceling orders).The next time I walked in at 9pm and saw the grill was off and being cleaned and they had maybe a few scoops of steak and chicken left, and no barbacoa. At this point, I have to wonder is there a shortage or is it mismanagement? Ive never seen a shortage sign posted on this chipotle about barbacoa, so I have to assume the later.My experience culminated tonight when I walked in at 9:15 and was told they had no barbacoa and were cleaning the grill and putting their bins away. There was maybe 4 scoops of steak and chicken left and a half bin of carnitas left.Guys this isnt ok.
Im trying to stick to a low carb diet and Chipotle feels like Im cheating but Im not. I had a salad bowl and everything was perfect. The carnitas were perfect and the veggies had just the right amount of spice. I love the guac. I love the cheese. I LOVE IT ALL! For some reason, their fountain diet Coke tastes better than most others.
Chipotle has gone down hill over the years especially with their customer service as well as the quality of their food. Also the cleanliness of the restaurant is not so good either. Why spend your money here when you can go to Qdoba and get great quality food, good customer service, and free chips, queso, and guacamole.
I go to this Chipotle often because it is close to my work. I LOVE the steak bowl at other locations but this location leaves all the fat on their meat. Other locations cut the majority of the fat off. Once or twice I have been there the steak was right. There is nothing worse than thinking you have steak in your mouth and its just a bunch of fat... There have been multiple times I had not one good piece of meat in my bowl.
Server behind counter had bad attitude. On top of that, there was 6 tables of loud high schoolers hanging out with no food. And the outdoor trashcan was overflowing. Saturday afternoon. My friends burrito had to be remade because the server didnt know how to roll it up. Food was good.
Very poorly managed. I was 1st customer of the day yet i still had to wait 10 minutes in line while the careless staff got it together. And then they waved an online order ahead of me, and of course this just led to more confusion. My burrito fell apart after one bite and there was no soap in the restroom. Meanwhile, kitchen staff were eating lunch in the dining room. What a joke 👎👎👎
Had a long line when we came in, I think they may have been under staffed, but they had the line moving pretty quick. Unfortunately, when gave our order they were out of many of their ingredients. No white rice, no chicken, no salsa verde. The guac looked like it was several days old, it was black., and most of the sodas were out. Food was ok, just like any other chipotle. Staff were friendly
I always come here during my lunch break. But I wish today I can give 5 stars but the way I got treated today was just not acceptable. I come in and order a burrito and a bowl. The lady thought I said 4 burrito I said no mam I said a flour burrito and a bowl and she said a bad word in Spanish PUTA MADRE thinking I wouldn’t understand and I did. Was just really rude I didn’t argue with her cause I have better things to do and go to work. And when I sat down and eat my food at my job the seed of the avocado was in my bowl and made my food just taste so sour and didn’t like it. That’s when I decided to call and complain I usually let it slide. But today I didint was really rude service.
I use to eat here all the time, as you can tell from the pics, but it was ALWAYS something wrong with my food, not made right, soupy, or someone elses order. My co-worker even found a piece of stone in her food. The manager gave us our money back and a free meal. After awhile you just get sick of getting your food wrong. All together I just stop going!

I was provided with the worst experience at Chipotle I have ever had and trust there have been more at this ONE location. Chipotles food is the only reason why I keep on coming back to this place!
I went in and ordered a bowl half steak and half chicken with both rice. The chicken looked diedd out and old and the steak was at the bottom of the pan with maybe 3 pieces left and I said I didnt want that because it was dried up. So ANNA threw my bowl away started to fix another one buy putting white rice on my bowl followed by chicken and I told him I asked for both rice when he was the one that fixes the ordere so he should already know, but Im guessing he had an attitude.. Following I said what is that you have my more meat on my first plate than this one so I ended up having to pay extra money for extra meat that I was ripped out of because this person had and attitude.. The rest of the line was nice though.. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS CHIPOTLE AGAIN..
Awesome location and fun crew. I ordered something that wasnt on the menu, got a nice laugh and passed a few jokes with the crew that work there about it. Food was warm and very tasty, I will be back to this location. Parking is a little awkward, or it could be the fact Im too lazy to walk 70 feet LOL
The staff here need to learn sanitation and cross contamination. I was out of luck when it was my turn when I asked for steak. This is after she puts in the rice and beans, she ran out of steak. She lifted the metal container for the steak and the water dripping, dripped on my bowl. I mean, do they give up already? or theyre just dumb?
Staff is always efficient, kind, and happy to oblige. Food is simple, relatively inexpensive and well seasoned with enough options to explore. Quick tip: the guacamole is fantastic and stands up so well on its own its worth getting an extra tortilla just to make a guacadilla.
My first time coming to this location.. during the lunch rush ..(packed) and received the best service I ever had at chipotle. No point in ordering online. I waited over 20 minutes for my order that I had already paid for. The people in line moved faster than me getting my online order. They did apologize for the wait. I just think they were possibly short staffed. I would go back just not order online.
I feel like I play Russian roulette every time I eat at a Chipotle. This place is meh. They burn the meat sometimes and sometimes they undercook it. Sometimes both if you can inagine. However I work around this location so I have eaten here more than I care to admit.
Was a terrible experience you could tell most of the staff had no sence of urgency the cook was doing a great job but the rest of the staff was just walking in circles you could tell there was no leadership directing and making sure staff was on point I literally had to walk out after watching this over 20 min and a staff member had no idea where the bowl I just had them half make was Ill never go to this location again there were many people upset i never leave bad reviews but this was a joke it put a bad taste in my mouth about chipotle all together
There was a hair in our food. When I went up to let them know they act like it’s my fault I found a hair in there, after that they try to tell me they make their chicken in batches trying to justify it, when in reality that means the whole batch was bad. I don’t want scalp with chicken. Seriously worst customer service ever.
I was a loyal customer at this chipotle i ate there everyday but the managers there are really disguisting the employees dont shave for work the managers Lizeth Lopez and Omar dont treat the customers the way they are supposed to be treated outside and on the line. And additionally to this there is bad leadership at this location i ask myself how does a person Lizeth and omar get to be managers they barely know english and i dont even think they are legally able to work in USA im not racist but this location is the worst i think the chipotle managers need to go back to school. Ive been to other restaurants and the managers are sweet. The employees at this location ive seen them not wash there hands and go back to work and they go on smoke brakes they smoke outside and then continue back on there job. I am absolutly dissapointed.

2022-05-29Recently i’ve started to have bad orders here and normally i don’t like writing online reviews but today was it for me. the guy was acting in a hurry to serve me when no one was behind me.I asked for half chicken and half steak and the dude didn’t give me any meat + charged me more than normal. i wish i had walked away but i didn’t want the food wasted. i hope this location picks back up bc the food and customer service has been terrible recently .

2021-11-23This Chipolte location has been hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great. Great meaning it looks and tastes like whats pictured on the menu. Other times its terrible. Last night we ordered delivery and it was just bad. Pictured, is what was sold to us as a quesadilla. What it actually was, was barbacoa meat wadded up in greasy, ripped up tortilla pieces. With small bits of of other meat and rice mixed in (which was not ordered). When I receive food prepared this poorly, I get the impression that whoever prepared this meal hates their job. This has happened many times this year. So its likely that we will not order from this location again.

2022-02-15Food is always consistent and good as I order a bowl with rice, chicken, etc. Recently, I will add that they are overly focused on portion control to the point of it being ridiculous. A 4-ounce serving of protein is more likely going to be a 3 ounce. Rice is barely enough to cover the bottom of bowl unless you ask for more. All the while the prices continue to go up. I like the food and the chain and what it stands for but if they want to not come across as ripping people off maybe they should loosen up on the portions or weigh the servings in the interest of giving people what the serving size they are paying for.

2022-03-14I give the food 5 stars. It is always wonderful. I know there are supply chain issues at work, but they didnt have forks at suppertime tonight. The staff was still wearing face diapers which is disgusting. The music was so loud and full of bass that we felt like we were at a discotech. Theres background music and then theres club volume music and this felt closer to club volumes. It was not conducive to catching up with friends and I have a bit of a headache after being there for two hours. I cant imagine how the employees can stand it for eight except that they are farther away from the speakers in the eating area.

2022-04-28We came in to this store around 7:15pm and ordered 2 bowls to-go with chicken. The chicken did not look fresh, and when I asked the staff if there was fresh chicken coming out, he answered with, this was just put out. Got home and started eating - the chicken was freezing and it was not due to the drive home. I have ordered the same thing from this store before and the chicken much more fresh and hot when I got home. This is unacceptable and @chipotle needs to do something to resolve this issue. Please make this right.

2021-06-22Every time we order from here, we get the weakest, worst excuse for a burrito and salad. Do they have tiny people with tiny hands making the burrito? So when it gets even slightly full they call it a day?? Why? Why does it feel like every order I get from here is half the size it should be? I have been to chipotle. Many chipotles. This isnt a problem. This location it happens every time.They made 3/4 of a salad this time rather than half. So thats a step up I guess.

2022-02-20So disappointed in my experience here. They refused to help accommodate my diet. I am a vegaterian and can not eat meats I had asked to sub out a meat with a vegetable. They absolutely refused to accommodate this. This blew my mind seeing that they promote vegan and vegetarian options. I had the worst experience ive ever had at a chipotle, here. The staff was rude, argumentative and did not care to make any suggestions, get a manager or help in any fashion. Needless to say I will not be going back to this location again.

2021-02-20This location has gone way down. Dont order online. The portion sizes are smaller than ordering in person. I now ask for extra and its still a small portion. They also can never seem to get the order right. Today they forgot my fajita veggies, once again! Several times they have omitted an ingredient(which they had plenty of), they left out my steak on a stake bowl, and last time they put pork instead of steak.
