Went above and beyond to secure us the trailer we were looking for. We made a 6 hour drive and they stopped what they were doing to get us settled and back on the road in no time.
Ive message several different people online with this company about different items. They always answered right away, and if they needed to get more information they would give me a day they could answer my question by(generally following Monday because I typically sit up on weekend nights looking for equipment) Their prices are very fair. Customer service is awesome. I dont know how anything else could be asked of them.

Called in to get information for a trailer on Monday. I wasnt able to get any help or ANY additional information regarding the questions I asked after waiting 2 business days. I finally get to speak to Chris who stated he was the owner and instead of listening to my concerns as a customer he over talks me and acts as if my concerns dont matter. He was very rude and quite frankly just unprofessional. Terrible customer service.
I had a great experience with Chipper LLC, as they have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are family owned and the owner is there working and helping just as much as the rest of the staff. Frankie was great to work with as well as Chase (the owner’s nephew; I believe that’s his name; I’m sorry, I’m bad with names). I have purchased several pieces of equipment from Chipper and will be returning in the future.

I thought what if someone didnt have a credit card and wanted to rent a skidsteer or a piece of equipment ? Chipper llc will accept credit card and/or debit card. I have been reaching out to this company since February to get a chord of wood delivered. I have checked back with them several times over the last 4 months. Each time I am told...Yes Maam, you are on our list, we will call you next week to finalize a time... guess what... I never get that call. As of the end of May, I still have no firewood. I have been assured each time I call or stop by that my delivery is on its way within a day or two... still no delivery or phone call back. The last guy I spoke with just looked at me and said...Sorry, I am preoccupied, well get to you in a short and almost rude tone of voice.

The guys over at chipper were very helpful I was robbed of my marine batteries and wiring on my 40 foot pj trailer. Frankie went above and beyond to help me find a controller and cable for my hydraulic tail pump he had to search everywhere but ended up finding me what I needed thank you guys

Nice guys (on the surface) and good prices. Customer service and keeping their word... not their strong suit. Needed chipper machine work to be done. What started out as lets put you on the schedule, set an appt for a specific time, turned into well try to make it if we finish up around the shop and our guy has time. Thats not a summary... thats Robbys words! Followed by... maybe tomorrow, but not sure. Bottom line, any service they offer is second to tasks around the shop, equipment SALES, and maybe firewood. I suppose if you dont really care about your own schedule or what you asked for gets done at all... by all means, give these guys a call!And then theres the chipper I rented, since they couldnt be bothered to show up. I cant believe I actually decided to rent from them. I was blinded by the considerably lessor price they had compared to HD, Lowes, or even Talisman. I live 15 min from their shop. Picked up the chipper 1.5 hrs. before they closed for the day. Highly unlikely anyone else was going to show up for the day to rent THAT, much less the others just like it sitting in the yard. I brought the chipper home, found that it was simply just going to be too dangerous to position the chipper to actually use. Never even turned the key to run the machine. Literally... ZERO time put on the machine. Called them about the time they were closing to let them know, they said sure... bring it back and well figure it out. Only thing they figured is they wanted to keep the $200+. Their logic? Well.. it left the yard. Well... we had to fill out the paper work. Well, he had to grease the machine to get it ready. Literally, again... Robbys words! Collectively, all of this took 15 mins... not that it should matter. Wound up getting 1/2 the money back... which took 20 mins. worth of conversation and convincing. Unbelievable these guys... Customer Service is really measured when things are not black and white. These guys failed.
Today was the 2nd time I have rented equipment from Chippers LLC. 1st time a 12 chipper and the other a 4 trencher. Quick and easy process each time. Equipment worked as it should. I would recommend anyone needing to rent equipment to go to Chippers.

Horrible customer service & extremely rude. They don’t care about after you drive off that lot & give them your money. Called Frankie on several different occasions trying to get help after I purchased my trailer & was never able to get him on the phone. Even when I picked up my trailer, the young man in the office working with him was complaining about how he needed to get to work & was never there to attend to his customers. & went as far to say he wasn’t getting paid to do both of their jobs. The young man in the office was always super helpful & attentive tho and always answered the phone! Wish I could’ve worked with him instead from the beginning!
The experience was very pleasant and the price is very good. I recommend that you come and buy your ah work tool as a trailer, if anything, other kinds of tools that they have have

2022-05-02I needed a MASSIVE oak tree evaluated for removal. Over 60 ft tall with a 45 to 50 ft canopy. I had an arborist inspect the tree last year and was told the tree was dying and so was the tree in my neighbors yard right behind mine but on other side of the fence. After calling 3 or 4 companies, I found Chipper LLC conveniently located 5 minutes from my home. I spoke with Nathan, and he came out to survey the job the next day and confirmed what the arborist said, and offered me some very helpful additional legal advise regarding my neighbors tree (I confirmed by doing my own research). Nathan had an estimate in my inbox the same night. I requested my 811 locate tickets and got HOA approvals and coordinated with Nathan a start date.The 4 man dream team that arrived 9am sharp! on day 1 of 2 was not only professional, personable, and friendly but true pros at what they do. Gustavo (lead chainsaw operator) is a surgeon, and his supporting crew where on point, hard working and didnt stop moving, cutting, working, cleaning, except for a short lunch break. THEY finished in 1 DAY! my wife and I were blown away. and they cleaned my yard so well I had to tell them to stop sweeping the back yard. It was cleaner than the inside of my house!.Honestly if you want pros and great service. especially for delicate, and precision work. 2022-01-17Purchased a Giant 3500. Drove from NC to look at a used machine and ended up buying a new one along with several attachments. Good folks with a no nonsense approach to equipment sales. I saved 5000k on the machine. Dont expect a flashy show room and sales office but the guys are knowledgeable and they keep a large amount of equipment in stock.

2021-11-30BEWARE of doing business with this company. They rented me a potential death trap, a auto trailer not worthy of being on any public roads no less with the weight of a car on it.I had to pick up a car in Ocala FL and this company came up on a Google search as having a Auto Tilt Trailer. I called and explain what I was doing with the trailer and I reserved the trailer with Caleb. The plan was to pick up the trailer for a 3 day round trip that turned into 6 days because I had to make many repairs to their trailer. Also missed Thanksgiving with my family due to their POS trailer.Heres the laundry list of what was wrong with the trailer that I only discovered while in Ocala:1). Trailer brakes not working, 2). All left side lights (running, brake, turn) not working, 3). Right rear tire completely BALD, 4). Left front tire uneven egg shape wear due to the bent axle, 5). No emergency brake nor battery, 6). Bent left front axle (caused egg shape uneven wear), 7). Brakes are installed backwards, 8). trailer latch broken causing the top to bounce up and down. What responsible company would allow a customer to drive off with a trailer in the condition they allowed it to leave their place of business.I had to pay for two new tires and a trailer guy to repair the brakes and the left side lighting. I asked Frankie at Chipper LLC to just credit the rental charge of $208 since I repaired their trailer and Im stuck having to waste time trying to sell two trailer tires that I dont need. Both Caleb and Frankie are a joke and were rude.

I can include printed estimates from you and the place in TennesseeTennessee $13,500 You $14,695 (plus tax)I came in to buy a new PJ dump trailer. The price I was given was $1200 - $1600 higher than their competitors. When asked if they would match or even just lower the price a little, I received a hearty laugh and firm no from the kid. It was worth the tank of diesel to drive to Wholesale Trailer Sales and Rental in Fayetteville TN to get a better price and a nice smile.
