The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. This is definitely not one of those places that tries to pull the wool over your eyes. I trust them and their quality of work is fantastic.
Our SUV has been service a couple of times Christian Brothers Service. They are the most honest service center around. The text messages and E-mails keep informed about your service. The estimates have pictures. Reasonably priced service.

They where nice I don’t like the fact that we discuss something over the phone and when I come in person it was a different issue.I call and ask how much to install a hybrid battery on my car they said $96.96 ( to make sound good instead of a $100. I guess) I when in today they told it was just the 12 Voltage battery they where sayingWhich is crazy because to install the small battery is going to cost more then the battery. Christian brothers???I ask them since I told here can they towed it back when clear I know what battery we talk about. Yesterday l> Added NO EXtrea benefit >
Very professional, courteous, and timely! I had something hit under my car, causing something to come out of place. Brought it in around lunchtime and got it back a few hours later with door-to-door service to my house in between. Thank you!
Everyone was very nice, they helped me a bunch (my oil drain plug was stripped) and they even changed my oil for me with the oil and filter I brought in. Inexpensive service and nice comfortable lobby.
Christian Brothers performed a pre purchase inspection for me.They were both thorough and professional. I received a comprehensive report and a phone call explaining the report to me. I am purchasing the vehicle from 800 miles away and dealing with Stephanie and Josh was a pleasure. I would recommend Christian Brothers to anyone in the same situation.

Communication was timely, consistent and detailed! When I called, the team there seemed to know what the issue was and gave me a quote that was what I was expecting. They also offered to drop my car off at my house since I was in a close radius. I will be returning to CBA for all of my car needs.

The shop is as good as I had heard and I had heard many good recommendations for it. The employees are incredibly honest and helpful and in fact charged me nothing for a very long inspection that they did of my steering issues in my car. I highly recommend them and Jason in particular went above and beyond
We had a pre-purchase inspection on a used car that interested us. As usual, Christian Brothers did a great job, providing us with details not only on the condition of the car, which was excellent, but also on maintenance items which were past due or due soon. We were able to take this report to the car dealership and get maintenance items done at time of purchase. This alone saved us more than the cost of the inspection.

Wow! I had a really simple, stupid issue - tail light out, and Id unsuccessfully tried replacing the bulb. Brought to Christian Brothers and within 5 minutes, the tech/rep had fixed it. And when I asked how much I owed, he said 0. I was stunned and delighted. Im so grateful a friend recommended Christian Brothers - they are now my absolute go to source for any automotive issues.

They also will break down other services needed as critical, recommended and future with pictures and brief explanation to the benefits of the service. Not your typical mechanic that is trying to upsell services using scare tactics. Pricing is reasonable and fair. If something seems over priced, simply ask and they will clearly explain. The periodic updates via text keep you informed.
I had never used CBA before but needed a new shop on short notice. They have great communication, give honest assessments, and have extremely helpful associates who went above and beyond to help with a messy situation. We will definitely be back with our familys other vehicles!
I LOVE this place! From the moment I called them looking for a new auto repair shop to take my car, the customer service from Tony was awesome. They were completely transparent and up front with their pricing. I dropped my car off before work in the morning and it was ready to pick up when I finished work. Dropped our car off after closing and received detailed repair recommendations with pictures early the next morning. Was told what had to be fixed and what could wait for the moment. Tony was personable, professional, and responsive to all our questions. We ended up needing to replace the transmission, usually a painful expense, but the shop was easy to work with. We will trust them for future car repair.

They are super friendly, honest, and prompt. They drop me off at work and pick me up when its finished. Ive been coming here for years and trust them to save me money and do a great job. Now my daughter takes her car here when she needs repair for her car. I received photos of my diagnostics and a text when my car was being worked on and every step of the way. They also didnt pressure me to do all the suggested repairs, only what I was comfortable doing. Im very impressed!

Brought my wife’s car in because of a rattling noise in the wheel area. Thought it was going to be an expensive repair. It ended up being minor. Christian Brothers were thorough, efficient, detailed. Fixed the problem and did not charge me (just had to tighten a few bolts). I will use them again!!
Overall Ive heard good things but after taking my car Ive been very unsatisfied. I worked in toyota for about a year and this is probably the worst oil change Ive had. My coolant went bad and wasnt flushed and changed recommendations werent done well and tried to upsell me on multiple things. Taking my car to another shop and never stepping foot back here. Also had about a quart of oil spilled onto my engine. I went in to let them know and they kept trying to sell me things. Terrible.
The employees and technicians at Christian Bros. are absolutely the best. They diagnosed an issue with our 2005 SUV, and were very clear about what the issues were, what needed to be fixed asap, and what items could wait. Exceptional service from start to finish. I will never take my car anywhere else ever again! Every member of staff is friendly and professional. There is continuous meaningful communication. The repairs on my car were justified in advance with pictures and explanations. They promised me a safe, repaired car by a certain time and they delivered! Never once did I feel that I was being taken advantage of.

Had a hell of a time trying to get some 02 sensors in my car replaced before coming here. After one place was unable to fix it that was closer to my house and being told to go the the dealership, an then being quoted by the dealership a 1500 dollar repair cost i called around to shops farther out and requested some quotes. I spoke with Kevin over the phone who got back to me with a reasonable quote quite quickly. He had a very wide knowledge of the specifics of who makes parts for Honda and their shop had a vendor so he was able to get ahold of the exact part numbers that was needed to fix my vehicle as Honda’s only take Honda parts. The quote given was very reasonable. After fixing the vehicle the check engine light came back on which was odd. Brought it right back in and he reset it for me and when it came on again he scheduled me to come back in to get it diagnosed as my new parts were under warranty. I brought the car back in and they did a complete diagnostic check and went through each of my wires for 2 hours and ended up finding one that had been cut behind some insulation. Not sure which of the previous 2 places had done it. They fixed it before the end of day and the car has been running smoothly since. End cost was a little under 800 dollars for all replacement parts and repairs. 700 dollars saved. Kevin kept me updated through email and phone on each step of the repairs and was wonderfully helpful and reassuring. Won’t be taking my car to anyplace else. Highly recommend.
I could not be more unhappy with this repair shop. I went to this location for years and was very satisfied. However a few years ago I began to notice I was bringing my car back each time because the issue was not resolved the first time. I am not sure what changed, Ownership? In any case I quit going for several years. Recently I gave them another chance. Again I had to visit the shop 3 times (hopefully it is resolved now) before the job was completed. This time the issue was leaking coolant. To be fair I told them I believed it was the water pump. When I picked the car up the coolant was all over the ground. I was told it was residual.
Nice and well maintained workshop. Tony (service manager) was great in communicating via text and emails to keep me updated. He sent me the diagnostics and quote to fix it very quickly. Cost of repairs were rather reasonable than what I am used to paying in the West coast. Work was done to my satisfaction and vehicle is runs smooth.

Christian Brothers is hands down the best auto repair shop around. The staff are incredibly polite and professional, very communicative and they seem to go above and beyond without being asked. I have a mechanical background and their work is always top notch and completed very quickly and efficiently, even major things are typically done within 1-2 business days and usually same day. The office is always spotless and nice and feels very professional if that is important to you, but I think it reflects on the overall business as well.It is such a refreshing experience to work with them compared to all of the other mechanics I have had experience with. Their prices are more than fair and they are always very honest and straightforward with you on what needs to be done. So nice not to be jerked around and be able to trust them to treat you right.Anyone that complains about slightly higher prices is forgetting the fact that they use really high quality, new parts instead of god knows what, and there are no hidden BS fees or charges on the bill that drive the price up. Because they get it right the first time and dont mess around with you, I find it saves a ton of money overall.Everything is itemized and explained by the mechanic performing the service. I cannot recommend them enough, my family has been going there for at least 5 or 6 years and they have become the only repair shop I will use as long as I live in Atlanta.

Tony, Jason & Jason went above and beyond to ensure that my truck was running smoothly (including some very patient and persistent detective work to properly diagnose a unique engine problem, and keeping me in the loop with the process). I initially took my vehicle for an emission issue which was properly diagnosedThey fixed it but still there were issues and I took the vehicle back. They acknowledged that the the part turned out to be faulty and replaced it at no cost .
Just had my first visit...this place rocks! Greeted with a warm cookie. Photos taken of my vehicle which were then presented to me. Text updates arriving when they got my car into the bay (and only minutes after my arrival) and when estimate completed. Super friendly staff willing to explain things in detail and answer all questions. And a super clean waiting room that looks more like an inn than a service shop. Great experience. Detailed explanation of everything they found, but no push to fix anything I didnt want or need to immediately. So refreshing compared to the up-charge experience you get from most dealerships. And the shuttle service was super helpful for me to get my car back.
We were new to this area and decided to try out Christian brothers based on their reviews and we werent disappointed. Like another reviewer said, they are trustworthy and their costumer service is excellent.We took in our car for the big 60k checkup and unlike the dealer they only replaced what was needed. If we had taken it to our Mercedes dealer it would have easily been 2k where they probably would have replaced everything, instead we got charged $500 for the oil change and things that needed to be changed.Another awesome thing is we had the air filter changed several months ago due to bad mildew smell and the smell wouldnt go away so I took my car in again and they changed out the filter again free of charge and checked everything to make sure it was ok.We definitely recommend this place!
I got my tire repaired at a local shop who wanted 120 for an alignment they said I needed. I decided to take it to christian bros because it was a little cheaper. They gave me a call back after checking it out saying it was an unnecessary service and that everything looked perfectly fine. They could have easily done an alignment and I would have been none the wiser. Speaks alot about integrity and exactly what you would expect about the brand.
Ive been a customer for several years and trust the quality work by CBA. I highly recommend them. I really enjoy how they incorporate technology in their service and let you know when repairs are likely needed.Lastly, if you need to wait for your car to be worked on, theres a great coffee shop (Peachtree Coffee) within 100 feet.

My boyfriend and I have been bringing our cars to Christian Brothers Automotive since we moved to the area. The managers have always been kind, informative, and accommodating. I believe they genuinely care about providing comprehensive (but not unnecessary) service for their customers, and I especially appreciate their clear communications about my vehicles status and pending work.
Recently, I wanted to ensure my daughters vehicle was in great working condition for her to take it back to college. Christian Brothers conducted a thorough evaluation and identified a number of things to address. For some, they recommended immediate attention and for others they counseled me to wait. They were very forthright in providing an estimate (parts and labor) and completed the work quickly. I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers Automotive and will use them again.
I don’t know where to begin other than they are ordained by God to do this work. Kevin was so calm and pleasant as I explained my situation with anxiety from being ripped off by another mechanic shop. He kept his word, had my vehicle inspected the next morning and repaired the same morning! We had been riding in the Georgia heat since May thinking we would have to pay the same high price again on the same repairs from another shop and it was just the opposite with Christian Brothers Automotive. This is the best auto repair company! My daughter is new to the Atlanta area and 2 hours away from family. Her Jeep broke down on the side of the road and the towing company recommended Christian Brothers. They were fast to diagnose the problem and helped ease the anxiety of the entire situation by staying in contact with me throughout the day while doing the repairs. They even sent pictures of the problem areas. My daughters was on a tight budget and they took that into consideration when quoting a price for all of the repairs. Very impressed with service manager, Mario. His sense of humor helped when I needed a new compressor to get air conditioning back in my car. This was a very expensive repair. But he helped me understand all the charges and was able to take un-necessary work off the final bill.
This was my first experience using Christian Brothers. It is good go find a auto repair shop where you dont feel like they are taking you for a ride. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, honest, and they treated me with respect. Thats a hard combination to find these days. I can definitely recommend them without hesitation, and I plan to use them in the future to work on my Mercedes Benz.

I pass by this place all the time and when my jeep started giving me issues, I brought it to them based on the reviews. I will say, yes the reviews are amazing because this place is just as amazing as you are reading.Not only did they return my jeep to fully functioning, but better than it ran before. In the beginning, my estimate was a large sum as my jeep is old and needed the work, and Was going to take almost a week.This matched what a few other places were saying also; however, they treated my jeep as if it was a personal vehicle.Their staff was able to find and fix the problems a different way and save me almost half the quote. Unlike other places who try to sell you more than you need and suggest unnecessary and ridiculous labor, they actually saved me money😱The emails with photos and texts were extra helpful. A very helpful staff and great service. Chuck was extremely easy to deal with, he helped us with some complications that we ran into with our car from a previous accident. They are quick and efficient. I would definitely refer friends/family to this place b/c of the service and staff being so GOOD!
Great follow-up throughout the repair from start to finish via text and email which I really liked! Also, sending a detailed copy of the repair bill to authorize the repair was very helpful. Working with Tony was a good experience as well - he was very courteous and knowledgeable which was refreshing. Also, it seems like the repair is working just fine so far and I like the 2 year/24 month warranty.
I loved everything from the friendliness and freshly baked cookies offers at 7 oclock in the morning, to the simplicity of the explanation of what was done to and with my vehicle. This was the first time ever I didnt feel like someone was taking advantage of vehicular mechanical ignorance. It was the first time ever I didnt feel the need to call my dad and verify legitimacy. I didnt have to guess the status of my vehicle because I received text message update and a phone call throughout the day. I found my new go-to mechanic and I couldnt be more pleased with my experience! Kevin and the team at Christian Brothers Automotive rescued me in a pinch. My timing belt snapped on my way out of town for my bachelorette party last weekend and I had to have it towed to be serviced. I found CBA online and chose them from their already great reviews. Needless to say-- trust the reviews! They were not only courteous and helpful, but Kevin was quick to respond and I had my car in and out of the shop for a major repair in less than a day. Lastly, their pricing was great and their quote was honest-- it came in over $1,200 less than another Volvo mechanic in the area! One more thing-- fresh baked cookies when I went to go pick my car up. I mean...seriously!? THANKS CHRISTIAN BROTHERS!
Very honest men! They told me that they found leaves in my air vent which caused noise when I turned on my vent. They said that they can not charge diagnostic fee because they did not use equipments even though they did spend time and began the diagnostic process. I would bring all my cars to this shop in the future. Happy new year to staff in Christian Brother Automotive.
Kevin is an incredible guy. He is very knowledgable and super accommodating. The best quality of the entire Christian Brothers team is their honesty. Theyll share recommendations, but they wont push any work that youd like to delay or turn down. The crew works extremely quickly, our vehicles are always ready within just a few days, even when undergoing serious repairs. They take the initial inspection very seriously, its an incredibly thorough inspections that runs through tons of points on the vehicle and includes a urgency rating of the recommended repairs. The management team is extremely flexible, always willing to add or subtract items from the initial work order and they always wait for approval before moving forward with any repairs. If you ask for someone directly and they are unavailable, they typically call back within just a few minutes. Everyone has a smile and are just plain friendly. Its refreshing for an industry that doesnt typically ma intain t hese standards. We have been customers for years and have no plans of changing that, as long as the aforementioned qualities are maintained. We recommend friends to Christian Brothers all of the time. I took my 02 Trans Am in to Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) because I needed a power steering fluid flush due to the fluid reservoir filler cap had worn out and would no longer seal. As a result, the power steering fluid was extremely contaminated with water. CBA found the REAL problem. Not only did the filler cap need replacing, but the power steering cooler leaked allowing radiator coolant to mix with the power steering fluid. Both systems needed flushing. That really impressed me that they took the extra time to fully investigate and determine the root of the problem. It also showed me they truly care about me and my car, and they take their reputation seriously. I will definitely be taking all my vehicles to Christian Brothers Automotive in the future for all my vehicles needs. Their shop is big and clean, the service is friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and their prices are a good value. Besides, the fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies are free!
I share in most of the reviews posted here. I just had a a lot of work done to my 2001 Dodge Dakota, 4cyl with 140k miles. They had the best price and all their recommendations for service were spot on. Great place to do business and very good experience. I will be back.
I have always recommended this facility, however this time I believe they attempted to take advantage of me, and their warranty is not worth the paper its written on. This is from a guy that spent a lot of years in the automotive repair industry.
I have worked in an auto shop before and these guys are doing everything right. They were able see my vehicle quickly and didnt try to sell unnecessary work. They have a shuttle so I didnt have to buy a Marta Bus pass when I left my vehicle there and was picked up the next day. Fair pricing for quality work. I will definitely return for routine maintenance and major repairs.
Was quoted over $900 for a standard brake job for one axle. Industry standard is $250-$500. Went to certified Toyota dealership and paid ~$350. Not sure if they are just hoping customers dont do their research
Weve been taking our cars here for a few years for anything from repairs to routine pile changes. They always do a great job keeping up to date on the overall health of my cars, and I dont feel like Im being nickel and dimed each visit.
The constant communication (updates, quotes, etc.) is a very unique & appreciated feature at Christian Brothers Automotive. Everyone I dealt with on the phone & in person was very friendly & helpful.
My service adviser, Kevin was upfront, honest and professional. The communication they provided with regard to the status of my vehicle was far better than any dealership I have encountered.My vehicle (BMW F10) was due for a GDI cleaning. The vehicle was ready when promised and the work they performed was explained and invoiced as they had quoted, actually lower!
Been taking my cars there for a few years incl my prized ‘87 Merc 560SL. Tony (and now also Drake in his absence) have always been truthful, honest, friendly & professional. When I need a repair or oil change that’s where I go. As always the unsung hero expert mechanics in the back recognize the cars they’ve worked on & provide straight-up assessments & invaluable advice when needed. Highly recommend them ALL!
What a place!! All the things said about them in the web were confirmed. Their service was spot on, they did not try to rip me off - actually on the contrary - I used to do all my services at the AUDI dealership. Christian Brothers showed me that AUDI was wrong and I did not have to replace a $2500 piece!! Amazing - completely recommendable... not going to Audi again.
The service I received from Christian Brothers is unmatched! Jason was my contact guy and he made sure to keep me informed on every detail. My car is running just fine and anything else that needs to be done will surely be done by them!
I took my 2014 Elantra to them in 2016 and was pleased with not only the customer service, but the service of my car and the price. Id called the dealer and of course the dealer was going to charge double for 30,000 mile tune up. It is now 2017, and I am taking my car back to them on tomorrow for a different kind of service. I will keep everyone posted as to whether the level of service repair and integrity of Christian Brothers has changed.
At the beginning they were ok.I have a commercial van and 3 other cars. I sent my daughter with an APPOINTMENT to them for a small repair. She waited for 7 hours so they to tell her what needs to be done and how much will cost. 7 HOURS????It was for a broken door handle and broken window robe.These people asked me for little bit more than 1000.00 $ for the repair.Can you believe that????? I told her on the phone to get in the car and get out of there. Of course they charged her 100.00 diagnostic fee. Ive put a stop on that check. I dont feel that I own then these money. Im charging 60.00 $ per hour. So 7 hours x 60.00 make 420.00 $.However I went to another auto service where they charged me 360.00 $ for all the repairs with ORIGINAL PARTS (BMW X5).Couple of days later they called me and asked me why I did put stop on the check. When I explain them why they said only O, OK and that was it.Shame on you , Christian brothers. What is so christian with your name?(probably this review not going to be posted) Doesnt surprise me.They just lost 4 more cars (4 more customers). Congratulations.No more with you, guys!!!
These guys are awesome. They have always been honest and very courteous with us every time we have taken our vehicle. Where the dealer was quoting us a ridiculous amount of money Christian Brothers were able to do the work for half the price.
Weve been taking our aged pet dog of a 2001 Ford Expedition to Christian Brothers for about 5 years, always great service.Took it in few days ago for alignment and they noticed a bunch of bushings that were bad and unfortunately meant more money than we want to pay out, lucky for us they are honest and didnt blindly do a wasteful alignment. they also diagnosed a persisting coil pack issue and the truck runs amazing, probably like new near enough. We brought it to them from our new home next to turner field to be repaired.
They quoted me on a part and repair, I approved, cleared my day and brought the car in. Few hours after bringing it in I received a call that a mistake has been made and the actual part is $200 more than what I was quoted for and approved . They were not willing to take responsibility on their mistake and make it right in anyway. 0 responsibility . 0 customer service. 0 relatability
We have been taking our cars to Chrstian Brothers for several years now. They are always prompt, responsive, and do excellent work. If there ever has been an issue where I dont feel like a problem was solved, they have bent over backward to make sure it was taken care of to my satisfaction.
Brought in my Mercedes for repairs. Tony was very professional. Way better service and cheaper than the Mercedes dealers. They also fixed my headlights and parking light free of charge! Highly recommend this shop .
Customer service is excellent with everyone you deal with. They have a shuttle service that takes you a reasonable distance while your car is being serviced. You also get text messages that update you on your cars progress. I would recommend this to everyone.

As a Christian, I really wanted to like Christian Bros. Unfortunately, after my most recent visit, I will not be going back again and would warn others thinking of going to them for service. I took my vehicle in to Christian brothers because it was making a rather strange sound when I drove it. When I called in to check on my vehicle, they said I needed $1,700 in repairs (including something I had just had repaired by another shop).I let them know I worked in non-profit and didn’t make much, so I needed to pay for only the issue that needed to be fixed. They informed me that I absolutely at the bare minimum needed to replace the front wheel bearing of my vehicle to fix the issue, conveying that the wheel bearing was coming loose, and I urgently needed new struts. They said that my struts were about to break and had liquid leaking down them. These two “urgent” repairs alone amounted to $900.I paid for the front wheel bearing but waited on any other repairs out of financial necessity. I intended to go back later to repair the struts, but then something strange happened. My car was still making the same noise as I drove it home. I wasn’t sure I could trust Christian Bros. so I took it to another car shop, Anthem Automotive. Anthem correctly diagnosed my problem. My front tire was literally coming apart and Anthem let me know it was dangerous to drive on.I was surprised by this because the report I have from Christian Bros. said my tires needed to be replaced soon but were not dangerous to drive on. Anthem doesn’t even sell tires, so they didn’t make any money off of me by helping me, so I went elsewhere. Not only did Christian bros. misdiagnose my problem and I paid them for a repair I didn’t need, the real issue was fixed by buying new tires.I asked Anthem about my struts and they said they were fine and nowhere near needing to be replaced (a fact confirmed by another car shop as well) and showed me my struts so I could see with my own eyes. I was shocked by Christian Brothers dishonesty. The real issue was diagnosed and repaired for less than $220 (not $900).The above does not speak well of Christian Bros. At best, they seriously misdiagnosed my vehicle out of inexperience or lack of understanding of cars. Or, at worst, they knowingly lied about any needed repairs and their “urgency.” Neither of these are good. And considering they not only didn’t fix the real issue but actually missed something that was dangerous (unlike my other “urgent” repairs), I can no longer trust them as a business. After this, I advised a family member not to go to them. Unfortunately, they didn’t listen and ended up with a very bad experience (their vehicle was also not fixed after they paid CBS for repairs).
After years and years of working with the car dealer service departments, it is so nice to work with Christian Brothers. I feel like I can trust them and believe that what they are saying to me is true and reasonable. It has been a gift in my life!
I have taken my Honda Accord to Christian Brothers for everything from simple oil changes to diagnostic services and repairs. Not only are they financially efficient/affordable they go above and beyond to ensure you are only receiving repairs and services that your car actually needs. They never try to sell you anything that isnt absolutely necessary or marked up and always offer discounts/coupons if you did not know they were available. I have observed their interactions with their other customers and have always seen them treat each and every person equally, fairly and with the upmost respect. Bottom line - they are by far the very best technicians, mechanics and customer service reps of any automotive repair shop in Alpharetta and metro Atlanta. Check them out!!
They gave me the best value quote over the phone. They were professional, and pleasant over the phone and in person. I enjoyed listening to the Christian music in the waiting room and the free wifi.

Wow!!!!!!!!!What a refreshing experience!The serpentine belt came off my Ram 1500 and after several phone calls, I decided to try these guys. Kevin, the service manager, got me in right away and Jason put the belt that looked just fine to all of us back on after checking things over. They took it for a test drive and brought it back and said everything looked ok to them.It’s been ok since and it was no charge!NO CHARGE, I wanted to pay them for their time but they insisted, they have a customer for life!They even got me a bottle of water while I waited!OUTSTANDING!
Service Rep, (Jason), is the face of the organization, and you have a good one! Treats you like a family member and does not talk down to the customer. Feel like you can trust him. Im new to the area and this is where I will be bringing my vehicles for repair.
They were amazing! Fixed our vehicle and kept us posted. Price was good as well. We definitely would use them again and recommend them to everyone.
Out of all the CB locations i’ve been to this one is by far the worst in terms of quality. It took them 3 weeks to replace and repair a $27.98 part. Then tried to say a normally 6-8 hour labor job would take 2 - 3 days worth of labor to fix. They will milk you for every dime they can in labor to make the job “worth it” to them. On top of it 2 of their managers hit on me and offered to do “off the clock” work at their house after offering their personal cell numbers and home addresses to give me a better deal. Not very professional at all, to top it off when I left, 2 major problems occurred and nearly blew up my engine(brand new) and when i took it back the manager said it was his guys fault and they’d fix it...2 months later and the problem is still there. Not pleased. - mind you the work was only supposed to take 2 days, not 3 weeks.
This past week took my car into Christian Brothers, for probably the fourth time. Incredibly pleased with my results. After the diagnosis, the entire repair was completed for under $100... amazing!
The staff was friendly and the pick up and drop off process was easy!! My car was ready within the estimated time given to me as well.
They guys at CBA are amazing. I took my car in to have breaks and bearings done three weeks ago. Unbeknownst to any of us the bearing was bad. Took it back to them today and found out then that the bearing they replaced was bad. They are fixing my car under warranty. They also gave me a ride home and picked me back up both times. People say why dont you find a side mechanic. Nope I trust CBA with my car and their work ethic and professionalism. Thank You CBA

I had my car towed in on Sunday night and they began work promptly on Monday morning and had work completed before closing. Their texting system worked great to quickly advise me of the status of my car.
I sent my Audi A6 2005 to Christian Brothers Auto for the low oil pan Gasket leaking issue. They did a throughout inspection. They spent a lot of time to pinpoint the cause. They would not stop the work until they fixed the problem. All they did was to make the customers satisfied 100%.
A+ service from Jason and the team, they really took care of me with the repairs to my Volkswagen. I would recommend anyone in need of vehicle repairs to go to these guys! Thanks again!
This was a really major repair. After dealing with so many repair shops over the years I just didnt feel good about, I felt comfortable with Jason and Christian Brothers. While I hope I never see them again under such circumstances, I wouldnt hesitate to go there if something else significant breaks.

We are new to Alpharetta and couple of firends highly recommended Christian brothers for my Toyota Solara with 220+K miles. That car has been with us for 14+ years and eventhough we love it, wanted to make sure we are not overinvesting in it. Mario really broke the work into three categories: immediate work, work that will need to be done in the next few months and then nice to haves. Eventhough I told him to start working on some things, he asked me to take my time, think about it and get back to him. I decided not to proceed with the work and without Marios input I could have made a bad decision. Obviously they have my business in the coming years. Keep it up guys!

I have been taking all my cars to Christian Brothers for 10 yrs. They are the fairest when it comes to pricing and are the most honest repair shop I have been to since coming to Georgis!
We took our car in to get a wheel alignment, and when Christian Brothers finished the job, the AC was no longer working. (It worked fine on the way there!) After calling Christian Brothers to report this problem, they suggested we bring the car back in. Instead, we took it someplace else, where an automotive professional said the AC belt appeared to have been CUT! We will not be going back to Christian Brothers in the future.
Since we moved 4 years ago, our Mercedes R class has been in good hands with them. They also checked our electric Mercedes Benz before we bought it.

I dont usually do reviews but everyone at Christian Brothers was so awesome I just had to... I just so happened to be in the area and my brake light came on and then I felt a release in my brake pedal... Im glad it happened when it did I was right there by Christian Brothers... I asked them could they look at my car for me.. They said yes and checked it out right away... Come to find out my CV axle exploded and cut into my brake line... I thank God because that could have been a disaster waiting to happen.... As I was waiting they asked me if I needed some refreshments something to drink and a snack... Every one on their staff made me feel very comfortable... They came back with a responsible price I needed some other things done.. I went head on and let them knock them right on out as well... A job that takes up to five hours was done in two... Ive been to a lot of Automotive mechanic shops and this is by far the most cleanest shop Ive ever been to... I live in Decatur I just so happened to be in Alpharetta from now on out, when I have car trouble... I will be bringing it to Christian Brothers in Alpharetta... My car has been running smoothly with no problems I would like to thank Christian Brothers team for a job well done...

2022-01-31Not sure what to point out. Everything was very nice. Brandon and other associates were all very respectful. There was no confusion. Communication was transparent. A few additional and small issues that I conveyed over phone were also taken care of without any hesitation. The initial estimate was over $3500. They explained that they were able to save a few of parts of the car. So, the final estimate reduced to about $2600. I would have possibly made it even a little cheaper if I would have gone to somewhere else. But, I decided to go with them finally because they were straightforward and transparent from the very beginning. They sent me email attaching pictures of all the problems in my car with clear explanations. No other shop so far sent me pictures in email explaining everything so clearly -- not even the dealers.

2022-06-27They are always wonderful. Very helpful, very nice, and extremely professional. They are usually booked solid with appointments, so it can be hard to get them to look at your car. But when I had a problem and drove over there, they came right out to look at my car and see if they could help me out. They all seem to know what theyre talking about and are even pretty good at explaining it to you. Highly recommend if you have car trouble.

2022-07-11Christian Brothers is AMAZING!! Absolutely 5 stars!!! They looked at every system on my car and provided me a detailed report (including pics) of what was wrong. They even rated the repairs based on what had to be done NOWand what I could wait and do later…Have you ever heard this ?! Plus, they were all so Nice including the GM Brandon and Tony the service writer whom kept me well informed on progress. When I came for pickup, Hector kindly pulled my car up as close as possible because it was raining.(He did not have to do that). The owner even said hello as he was walking out! What a great experience! I will be back soon to get my not so urgent repairs! Thank you CB!

2022-05-30I brought my Wifes Toyota in here for a brake inspection about 6 months ago and they told me I had no choice but to get brake rotors on the front and both brake Rotors on the rear as well as the brake pads, which I was expecting the pads. I was suspicious because Ive had my rotors resurfaced in the past on my Ford by my other mechanic that I used to have.I paid for the well over $1,000 worth of brake Rotors That I honestly could not afford at the time But I had no choice and I trusted them because of the Christian name on their building.A few days ago I brought my personal Toyota to them to inspect my brakes on my personal car, I repeat again! They told me that I needed both the front brake rotors and the rear brake rotors.I didnt trust him this time so I took it around the corner to get a second opinion at another shop.Their mechanic showed me with his measuring thingy that the industry standard was to resurface rotors when they have enough metal left on them such as the Rotors I had and that they will resurface them with no problem at all.He also told me that he has a friend that used to work for Christian Brothers and said that they would rip customers off by not telling them they could resurface rotors because they will take a $100 rotor that they buy at advance Auto parts and sell it to the customer for $300 each. I repeat They sell the same rotor that a customer can buy for $100 to them for $300.The Bible says that you will know them by the fruits that they bearBased upon the Bible this place should be called Sod and Gomorrah because of what they are doing to the customers like they did to the angels.

2022-05-22Came in on a short amount of time before going out of town for work. They squeezed me in the first time even though the earliest was booked and got it done that day and gave me helpful info. Also getting it done in such good time with more issues the day after with the car and getting them all resolved. the car drives so smooth compared to all the shaking and vibration when gassing it. i will definitely come back in the future for other cv axial and future problems.
