Cilantros Grill & Cantina in other cities:
My husband and I 1st visited a few years ago and was very impressed. Each time since has become progressively worse with tonight being the deciding factor of No Return.Drinks were not served until after a few bowls of salsa/chips and meal. Had to ask for them twice or at least water. Drink (alcohol) tasted like a Shirley Temple and was thick like strawberry sauce on a cheap cheese cake. Daughter ordered 1 taco and recd 3 which is what we were charged for. Meat on enchilada rancheros tasted very close to ruined. No one ever came back to check on us the through out whole meal. I do not want to have to pay for terrible food and service. Leaving now, wont be back.
Each time I’ve been it’s gotten worse and worse food was awful service was awful use to be a great place to eat as soon as I left began to feel sick hoping I don’t have food poisoning very unfortunate I will not be returning as a server I very rarely complain but was ready to send everything back
Cool lively busy established joint off Golden Isles ExpresswayMany many TVs in and around the bar so u wont miss any sports or news, god forbidThe tap selection is as expected w Modelo, Bud, Dos EPatrons look younger, and LouderSaw a couple fake ids ;)Of course chips n very fresh salsa came gratisOrdered the shrimp Diablo; first time here, gave it a shotCame in v v nicely and piceyPopular place; kind friendly helpful fast attentive waitstaffComing back for the Shrimp Chili poblanos
I love this place. Unfortunately theyve raised their prices to a point where I dont think well be able to go there as often as wed like or used to. There is no reason a couple of ounces of melted queso blanco should be $9. Really disappointed, because it used to be one of my favorite places in town.
I am a vegetarian and I just ate here and it was a pretty cool place. We sat down and they brought us some chips and salsa and it was pretty good. I saw a little vegetarian section in the menu that contains 2 vegetarian options and I got the fajitas. It was a good price for what I got and Im pretty full. The one thing is that the food was just vegetables and it wasnt seasoned or anything it was just grilled. Presentation though was amazing.
This is one of the most expensive Mexican restaurants at this tier that I’ve ever been to. Yes we are typically happy with our experience and my kids love the game room. However, $85 for lunch for two adults, 2 kids and a toddler seems really excessive to me. I think it’s time to expand our horizons a little.
Worst Tamale dont waste your time. No mix of tacos just 3 of the same kind. Salsa is good and service. No cheese on top of enchiladas so to get cheese I had to pay over $2 for a small cup. Just plain food. Try Blue Bay when youre in the SSI/Brunswick area, theyre more authentic.
Absolutely the most atrocious Mexican restaurant experience I have ever had. I don’t even know where to start. The zombie waiter Alfredo who seemed to barely care about us? The stale tortilla chips? The off tasting iced tea? Seriously, our server acted like he was half asleep and was beyond apathetic. Add on top of all this the food was bland and overpriced. I get that the pandemic has taken a toll on the restaurant industry but this place is a shell of what it was the last time we ate there. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ZERO STARS!
It was okay. We had high hopes based on the reviews but were disappointed. The hostess was very sweet and we were seated promptly. The restaurant was sort of dirty... like it has seen better days. Nothing atrocious, but noticeable. The salsa was almost unbearably salty - like soy sauce. The food was served very quickly and was fine. Nothing remarkable there. My margarita was crazy strong... I actually asked for a glass of mix to cut the alcohol. It didnt really help and I ended up leaving the majority of it on the table. We wont be back.
We arrived on the island around 7 pm. We settled into rental then proceeded to locate something to eat Around 8:30. Stopped at Sals Italian pizzeria they were closing early. Then went to Zaxbys they closed early saw sign and tried for third time to locate place to eat. Cilantros Grill was open. We were seated and order taken. Drinks delivered, chips and salsa brought to us. Food arrived shortly after and everything was as ordered, tasted great and was plentiful. We (party of 5) were impressed and satisfied and full when we received the check.waitress asked us where we were from, suggested things to see and do.
This place is awesome. This has only been my second time here...and the food didnt disappoint this time either. Went for lunch and between 3 entrees, 2 sodas, and a margarita, the bill was only $41 and we all left full. I will for sure be back for a third and forth time.
My friends and I refer to Cilantros as a Margarita Restaurant instead of a Mexican Restaurant because while the drinks are delicious and decently alcoholic, the food can be sub par with erratic quality. Some days the cheese dip and salsa are banging, others leave something to be desired. However the drinks and Bar service are always excellent.
Mexican food is my absolute favorite and this place has some of the best I’ve ever eaten! The amount of food that you get for the price is great. I always take home leftovers and they are just as good the second time around. Every time I’ve been, my food comes out in about 5 minutes as well. Super quick. The place is always very clean. I could probably eat here every other day or so and never get tired of it. Definitely recommend!
My friend ate there while I went to get a tire put on my car. He said it was horrible. They basically ignored him when he walked in to be seated. He had to ask to be seated twice & still had to wait on someone to come seat him. He said the food wasnt even good either. Had some cheese dip that stayed cold from the time it was brought out, couldnt see how it even stayed melted. But the reason for the one star is bc I couldnt just give a zero & still leave a review.
The waiter took forever to get our drink order. Basically all we could order was fajitas or burritos neither of which i wanted, so sent him after drinks so i could decide. 30 minutes later he comes back with our drinks and my husbands food. He never took my food order cause we didnt see him anymore.
In town on vacation. This place must cater to the drinking crowd. We wanted something quick and not fast food, Cilantros was close to the hotel and open late enough. We ordered beef and bean nachos, with jalapeños. They did not put beans on the nachos, and they charged $1.99 for jalapeños that were cut in halves and had carrots in the bowl as well.Fajita steak salad, the shell was mushy and stale, seemed very old.I ordered a vegetarian quesadilla, it was okay. But it was a terribly small quesadilla for $10.95.Overall we ate because we were tired. We would never come back and I regret the money I spent.
Great quality food and amazing service ,everything on the menu is wonderful, just point your finger at anything and its going to be good. The margaritas are huge and fresh tasting. Let the kids play in the game room while your food is prepared. There are plenty of televisions arranged with sporte and family shows to watch. Have a good time.
Dining in is available. Tables are not distanced. Every table seems open. 5 tables right next to us all had people. Not comfortable feeling especially when someone started coughing unmasked and uncovered. Food was just okay. Fajita quesadilla and fish tacos needed some salt. Salsa served in small covered jar, but no plate or bowl for dipping was given. So you had to pour salsa on individual chip to eat. Probably wont return.
Good is great and service is normally fast. Im three starting this because last time I was there it took them 15 minutes to get me a drink refilled and the server just didnt wanna serve anyone. The first and only time Ive never tipped someone was here. Also, they have a gameroom for kids that has arcade games and claw machines and a slide. Good atmosphere but the service the last time I went has kept me from going back and I used to go there all of the time
Came here Tuesday night.. restaurant did a great job with covid guidelines so that was nice! Great atmosphere! SUPER CLEAN! Food was a little pricey for what you get but, it’s good! Server was very polite and very descriptive about what I was ordering! Food came really fast. Manager came by the table she was really cute, if you go you got to try the chimichangas! 10/10.
We were seated at 3:50, ordered margaritas that came back strong enough to take the paint off your car, went to order lunch fajitas and were told we couldn’t because it was after 4. Afterward the wait staff was rude and short with us even though we simply changed our order (even though it was 4:03 and we had been seated prior.) The food came out and if was the blandest burrito, enchilada, and taco I have ever tasted. The only saving grace was they were quick and we paid/left by 4:40.
Was here Friday and Saturday night, food was bland. Little did we know that the food was the least of our concern. We should of left when we walked in if I’m being utterly honest. Where do I start? This is a two day review. ( idk why I came back the second time)Friday, we walked in around 9pm.. should of Walked out when we saw 30 people on top of each other at the bar. This restaurant was not practicing social distancing.. good thing the hostess sat us in the back of the restaurant away from the bar. But still had a whole family sneezing and coughing next to us not even 4 feet away. food came quick but it was bland no flavor. Meat was like leather!Margaritas were so strong they were un drinkable.Service was good.but I wish they would wear name tags. so I could remember who my server was. So I don’t confuse them with someone else!Saturday, I was so disappointed when I saw that not only was this restaurant not complying with covid rules but they also went back to regular menus and silverware. Hostess wasn’t wearing gloves when she touched our menus and silver wear! She was handicapped so we didn’t wanna make her feel bad but We walked right out after she sat us. As we walked out we saw the bar packed once again.Don’t come here unless you want covid!Update: came in again last night.. everything seems to be running like covid didn’t exist. But what ever. Food was amazing, my server was amazing, bar was amazing! Management is doing a great job! They really changed my mind about everything. I did have an issue with siting next to people so close but the female manager made sure I had enough room to eat comfortably! This restaurant made a full turn around from last time! Great job.
Food excellent, prices good for the huge amount of food you get. Carnitas dinner is fantastic. Service was sub par as was the cleanliness. Cleaning supplies were left lying around, on and near the bar. The bathroom was very dirty and it wasnt busy at all. So, its a mix of good and bad, but the food is stellar.
Really good food, fast service. This place is on my lunch rotation. The menu is extensive and there is something for everyone. They are flexible with requests to adjust the standard dishes to match your preferences. They mix shrimp into various dishes which come out very well. Will be going back over and over.
Stopped by Cilantros for an early dinner last Saturday. This was our first visit to this restaurant. Food was good, not special in any way, but typical Mexican. Service was courteous but kind of slow. We could tell from the uncleared tables they had been busy before we arrived but it was not very busy while we were there. We will try it again.
Really nice just had to put a 4 star because we waited for 20 minutes for someone to check us in. I can understand about waiting for a table, but being signed in i thought that was a little to long. Plus when we got seated and got our delicious dinner I had to ask the waitress about 15 minutes or longer did they not give refills on soda or water because our drinks was empty and she said no they are free refills so she got us a to go cups with drinks instead of pouring more into our glasses. The food was great but service really wasnt though if they wouldnt have taken the tip already out in our check I would have giving her lower than what they took out of our ticket for the order.
Just left this place. Horrible service, we went in and 3 staff talking at bar just looked at us for five min or so and the young hostess came over and was so rude and huffy to us and threw her hands up and walked off to get something I guess so we walked out, sucks for them because we tip really well!
As I entered I wasnt sure if I had to wait to be seated or just pick a table. Once the hostess escorted me to the table I couldnt help to notice it was freshly wiped however it looked and felt greasy, so did the menu. For drinks the Horchata was too sweet for my taste but not bad. The plastic cup in which it was served has seen better days. The nachos had no salt whatsoever, the salsa provided tasted like purchased instead of made and very watery. I noticed some prices were a little excessive. The mexican rice was bland. The onions on the plate some were caramelized some were not. Portions are a hit or miss, there is no real consistency. The food was edible. Not up to par with prices. Service was a little less than adequate but friendly. Servers lack actual training, not their fault. I was not impressed by any means. To the management: wake up! There is work to do in order to make that place a great one. I wish them the best and hope they put forth the effort.
Subpar Mexican. Not authentic. The margaritas are weak in alcohol. I ordered the chimichanga made of beef and got a chimichanga that was sauced like an enchilada. Not a fan. The beans were coated with cheese and I was not a fan. The guacamole was under salted and under flavored. The Service and cleanliness saves the location. I would dare to return and give this place another shot.
Place was very busy but the wait time to get a table wasnt bad. Food came out in under ten minutes, Ive never received food that quickly at a restaurant before. I ordered chicken enchiladas which were very good, the passion fruit margarita was top notch as well, would definitely recommend Cilantros to anyone.
It was really good. Taco was a little stale. Severe may have been new. Wasnt too familiar with the menu. But put in the extra effort. Biggest problem was the children unattended in the game area while the parents were drinking at the bar. I like to have a few drinks but children should always be attached to. Wasnt that clean either. It was pretty busy though. I give it 3 stars because the taco was stale, children were unattended, and it could have been a little cleaner than what it was.
I was disappointed. the service was good, but the food was mediocre. salsa did not have enough kick for me. I had a quesadilla, and the tortilla was scorched on one side which gave it a smoky, burned taste. it was edible, just tasted smoky. My dad commented that his chicken soup was so- so. The restaurant was not crowded. We arrived about 4:30 on a Monday. Ample parking. Clean restrooms. Friendly staff.
Food is pretty good. Average. Service is ok. The man that greeted us, showed us to a table , dropped menus & silverware & kept going. Never looked at us or said a word. Had a toddler & never offered highchair or booster. Food is glorified taco bell but pricier. Not in a rush to go back
Let me start by saying that nearly all of my visits to restaurants leave me disappointed and feeling like I threw my hard earned money away. With that said, Cilantros is one of the ONLY places I KNOW we wont be unhappy with. Food is fantastic and we always leave full, with leftovers to boot. We spend less here than we do at any other typical restaurant such as Ruby Tuesday, which sucks, or Applebees, which sucks even more. We have never spent over $50, not including tip. That is with 2 adults and a hungry teen boy eating, plus an appetizer. Service is perfectly fine, and I never have to ask for a soda to be refilled. I didnt give it 5 stars because they have a bar, and drunks are watching sports and yelling and screaming when a big play happens. It gets annoying. Plus the floor can get kind of rough with people dropping food, etc..., but I always see the servers cleaning it up as soon as they get a chance. Keep up the good work Cilantros. We will come back again and again.
We ordered taco salads. Mine was fine. My wifes was horrible. I found out later. She doesnt like to make a scene. It was oozing with grease. She tried to let it run out by leaning it and poking a few holes but in the end she was sick for two days and didnt eat anything. Usually great food. But this was terrible. The waiter was outstanding. I would not recommend the salad.
Dont waste your time or especially your money. Im easily pleased as long as most importantly the service is where it needs to be and the food is at least decent. Cilantros didnt even begin to offer either to my family of 5. The service was horrible, I sat with the stack of menus in front of me for 15 minutes before our waiter ever returned to take our order and it wasnt busy at all. Had to hail the waiter down to get a refill and even then, a 3 minute wait was required. Food was bland and very overpriced. Taco Bell offers more authentic Mexican food than this dump. Its no wonder they push the bar and sports more than their food, youd have to be drunk in order for the food to taste good. Trust me, DONT BOTHER.
Food was nasty! Rice was overly dry and the refried beans had a weird taste. Had to drench my burrito and enchilada in White cheese because the taste was bland. Ended up barely touching my food. Was not asked how everything was and all around was a bad experience. Will def stay in Savannah for Mexican food.
Driving from SC to FL stopped here to grab a bite and take a break from the road. I was seated right away my server greeted me few moment after and gave me complementary chips and salsa. She was pleasant and her uniform and apron were clean. I ordered shrimp quesadilla. My food came out in less than 10 minutes. It was hot and looked delicious!!! Everything tasted great except shrimp was a little tough but still it made a great meal. So all together this was a good experience! If Im ever in town again I would go back for a second visit!
I thought it was good the first time I went. I had the steak & shrimp. The second time I was not happy with the nachos and sent them back. The wait staff are not skilled in customer service and pushed back saying there were fine.Just a fyi to the owners. You need to up your standards. soagy chips, flavorless ground beef, watery cheese with iceberg lettuce heaped on top and whole pickled jalapenos Is not at all appetizing. Nachos are pretty basic. Try wiping down the menus periodically. We were in there at 5pm, it wasnt busy and still had terribly slow service. Quit sprinkling unmelted cheese on everything!
I didnt give you a 3rd star due to a sloppy server & an incident (see below). For bad service I give 15%, which she rcvd. If you view my other reviews youll know I never give 5stars unless its absolutely perfect but its hard to attain. I believe people rate too high because they dont have the wherewithal to notice their surroundings to see whats actually going on & they dont take the time to actually care & think about things. If you do it at all, do it right, otherwise dont do it!The store is clean. However, cleanliness is an issue - if you pay attention! My partner had chorizo added to meal but they forgot it the 1st time they brought out our food. They returned the plate to the kitchen (indicating they KNEW it was wrong to take from 1table & deliver to the next!) then came RIGHT BACK OUT WITH IT & TOOK IT TO ANOTHER TABLE --AFTER THEY SET IT IN FRONT OF US--. Once its been on/to/at a table it stays or its pitched. They did NOT do that in this case. The Health Dept considers that to be cross-contamination & unhealthy so I consider it to be unhealthy, as well. If I was at a BBQ then not so much. Restaurants have standards to follow so their customers, whom they rely on for repeat business, dont get sick. That, & poor service, is why have you 2stars - only because that didnt happen to me at our table where they brought someone else our food then brought it to me. After they delivered food my partner had to the other table they then brought his plate which he liked.I had steak taco salad. Before I rcvd steak they delivered it with chicken. They then replaced it with steak. They added pretty much ALL the liquid & grease leftover from cooking steak & was more soup & then towards end of meal it turned into a stew. Lettuce was ruined - not crunchy - just limp. Everything tasted like steak. Sour cream, bell pepper, tomato, taco shell - EVERYTHING tasted like steak. I asked for no Pico de galo. Then I rqstd tomato only, for which I was charged $1.00 for A FEW small SLICES OF TOMATO - NOT EVEN A WHOLE TOMATO CHOPPED for $1. They couldve substituted Pico for tomato & called it a day. Instead she decided to charge me for a FEW slices. I wasnt pleased with my soup or with being price gouged. All were nice & store LOOKS clean - the reason I didnt hate it for a 1star.Bathroom is nice but we dislike liquid soap. Kudos on having paper towels.Server:Shes nice But not good. There were half a dozen tables, 6pm-730p 11.13.19 (we were there 1.5hrs - my time wasted!), a guy at the bar & someone picked up her ToGo. But they were NOT busy!-She made us wait to deliver 2 waters (2 WATERS ONLY!) while she took care of her bar customer & mixing drinks for other servers tables.-She made us wait to refill chips & salsa.-She made us wait on checking to see if things were ok.-She made us wait for refills of 2 waters. She couldve asked, can I get you anything but didnt.-We made a point to ask for the check then after we waited some more she returned & made us wait MORE for her to even ASK if we thought it was time for her to bring check (did she forget about us or about the fact we asked for it?) then made us wait for her to actually deliver it. - ONLY for a table of 2 people. We werent overly demanding. We rqstd normal things & asked for them when she was at our table, not stopping her while dealing with something else. We also rqstd for those things for when she came around next & not make a special trip. We were obviously not important enough as being bartender was for her.I was even thinking about bringing a bunch of people from work but then the switching food thing happened & the bad service so the likelihood for our return is slim.If you want to refund me, gift me a $50 gift card for fuel, correct your servers so they dont do that (in case health dept does a secret shopping), get rid of that gal then Id consider returning. You shouldve comped my entire check but she added more charges onto it than necessary.Awful.
Uhhh... probably worst Mexican food place I’ve ever been to. Spinach Dip is watery queso with spinach tossed in. Chips stale. Salsa weak. I got the beef flauta was stringy beef in a hallow shell. Taco Bell better option for taste, price, and presentation.Wait staff great, no complaints there.
Youll pay $14 for a meal that will taste like you should have paid $8. The burrito variety is subpar, and the dining area is a bit dirty, but we did go for dinner at 5:30, and they seemed short staffed. On a positive note, they have an arcade room that also sports a slide. Also, our waiter sounded annoyed with my hillbilly butchering of his language. At least I said pollo correctly. That one is easy, just take the a off apollo.
Waiter didn’t write order down, then messed up order. Which was fine, it happens. Then they messed it up a second time. Another coworker came to table and was beyond rude when trying to figure out my order. Then gave me a nasty look on her way out, and then the girl walking out with her (i assume another employee) said we could meet outside if there was a problem. So a big LOL to this experience
Ive been to this place before and it was great, but this was not the case this time. I went with a friend. We ordered margaritas... No choice of frozen or on the rocks.... we got frozen. My friend ordered red enchiladas.... it looked terrible and covered in red sauce but it looked very unappetizing. My fajitas were just ok. Not as much food as usual. When the food arrived we got no silverware. It was like this was the first time they had ever been busy and wasnt sure how to handle it. This experience will likely prevent me from returning
They had 3 tries to cook my steak medium well, i sent it back 3 times and everytime it came back the same raw way that it was from the start. I canceled my whole meal, and didnt leave no tip, not only the steak issue but no one ever came to refill my tea. This was the Cillantros in Brunswick Ga
Obviously, they dont have a chef, just traditional cooks and the taste wear mediocrity, that soup was badly made. They dont have the true flavor, and its a shame that American people without knowing about crowded this place, by lack of food restaurants worth.Expensive! In the Bar they charge you even for the lemon or the frozen jalapeños, theres no courtesy.
A friend invited me to lunch, and we both were disappointed with our food appearance, and taste. It was like the previous times, I had been there. We both had taco salads. But it was wet and mushy. The lettuce and meat. It looked like wet mushy oatmeal. She also had a fajita that was wet and running. They used the soft cheese, and it was just messy. She complained. I picked over my taco salad and was still hungry when I left. So much fot taco tues.
Waitress was not nice...got bad lemons and the manager thought it was funny...food was spilled on my sister in law when they was delivering it to our table which was only half of what we ordered then to top it off they added the tip onto the bill! I was still planning on tipping but not what they had on the bill. Food did taste good....that was the only positive
The food was good but WAY over priced for what it was! I paid 15.95 for chicken onions and mushrooms with rice lettuce and sour cream which you can get for around 8 bucks at any other Mexican restaurant. The establishment was filthy with littered tables and a dirty floor covered in food strung from the back to the front !
Have been longtime customers, have never seen the restaurant so filthy. Tables not cleaned off, food taken off the tables that were cleaned off and put on the bar, chips everywhere in the floor, from the front door to the back door. Actually got fajita dinner and the fajita meat and the rice was cold! Not one employee attempted to clean anything up. Really disappointed.
If you have reservations for a large group this is not the place to go. Reservations were made for 7:30 on a saturday days in advanced for 20 people. The entire party was present at 7:25 at 8:15 the hostest came out and said they could sit 12 of us. No complaints about the food.
The food was not good, the server was terrible . He was not friendly at all, Alfredo need to find a different job. Because it seem like he didn’t want to be there at all he has an attitude. He pick up the lemons with his hands When there were a pair tongs on the counter beside him but he didn’t choose to use them as you can tell , the cheese sauce was cold. And he didn’t want to heat it up he just stood there but sadly to say this restaurant didn’t deserve a star because it was terrible.
This place is very pricey for what you get. $13 for a small shrimp quesadilla. I ordered it just shrimp with cheese and sour cream and lettuce and they didn’t give me the sour cream or lettuce. The cheese on the quesadilla was like water. Their cheese dip and salsa isn’t good and shrimp had zero flavor. Service sucks too. Won’t be back!
I placed a pick up order tonight and ordered the same thing I always order. Got home and it was wrong. When I called and asked about getting it remade I was told they could only give me a credit for a side of cheese. Armondo, the manager, was terrible and rude and didn’t care about fixing it. $16 for ONE entree that wasn’t made correctly and he has no intentions of making it right. This is the second time I’ve ran into a problem recently with this business and the same manager refuses to fix it.
This establishment could use some customer appreciation coaching and, kicking up the spice game in their cooking. From a strict policy of no substitution to items on the menu, which is unheard of, especially for Nachos, I mean really how hard can it be? Everything from salsa to main course was under seasoned and delivered by someone who obviously wore a tortilla chip on his shoulder.
Went to this mexican staple for lunch and we both got SPECIAL LUNCH #1. I think the chili relleno was the best I have ever had, a true, large poblano pepper. Excellent. The taco and refried beans were pretty much what you get everywhere. Really bad service - lazy employees - lots of dirty tables with waiters and helpers standing around chatting and not working. They need to hire a supervisor!
My wife and I walked in and we were seated near the bar. If you like strangers bumping into you while you eat. And locals yelling over what ever crap sport was on tv. Then this is the place for you. We felt very unwelcome. Almost like we were inconvientcing them by just being there. No problem. Never going back.
Cilantros is just to go to place when you want a taco and some queso cheese. I usually get it to go because this place attracts a trendy crowd who are looking for socialization and drinks. The food is good but I usually get mine to go to avoid the loud voice levels loud music and crowd.
The service was horrible , bad customer service. Our cheese dip was cold and we ask for lemons saw our waitor Alfredo stuck his hands in bowl instead using the spoon . Our food was warm not hot at all food wasn’t fresh at all it been seating all day they just warm it up .Always our waitor was rude and nasty he act like he didn’t want to be at work .. I would never recommend this Mexican restaurant to nobody .
I love cilantros but I come here for 1 thing every time and thats the super California big burrito. They used to put French fried in the burrito which make it a California burrito and for a couple years now they stopped putting French fries in the burrito but still claim it as a California burrito, and it really disappoints me. Please put the French fries back in it!!!

2022-05-03Nice restaurant with an extensive menu. The street corn appetizer was yummy. I ordered the chicken chimichangas but got beef instead. The flavors were great. I will probably to return and try out a burrito.

2022-06-23Five stars is not nearly enough. Friendly service as soon as you walk in the door and excellent food with generous portions. Our drink glasses never stayed below half the whole time we were there. Definitely recommend for a good mealtime experience!

2022-06-14Not really a recommendation for this place. Went for the second time in as many weeks and the place was still a mess. Wasnt even peak business time. Second time being placed at a dirty table. Floors had straw wrappers galore. There was even a section at the bar that remained unclean for 30 minutes even with the bartender present. I know folks rave about the place but I was unimpressed on my initial visit. The second visit made me leave within 5 minutes of being seated. Clean your restaurant.

2021-05-29I didnt get the opportunity to stay and take in the whole experience of this great Mexican restaurant because my friend got sick from another restaurant earlier in the day but it well worth the trip if you are in town or just passing by in Brunswick, GA. My hotel was just down the street so this location was not to far away to get a bite to eat.As you can see I got my go to while traveling which is two cheese enchiladas with beans and rice/ taco with a orchata to drink.I am gluten intolerant and this is why I choose this dish alot. Plus I grew up in South Texas and this was my staple as a kid. Dont worry this restaurant has many other options to choose from too.The one unique thing about this place as you go into the front door and pass the front desk turn right you will see a game room behind glass doors to enjoy. I have never seen a game room in a Mexican restaurant before till now but I like the concept. Having the kids go play while you have adult time or conversation is always good while out for dinner.I can honestly say this is an authentic Mexican restaurant so be prepared for great food and excellent 🍸 drinks. The bar seating looked very popular too.If you are in the area or just passing through I highly recommend this restaurant. You can follow me as I travel this great nation one review at a time.Peace out be safe

2022-06-14Had a Taco salad for take out. Food was good. Only gave four stars because I tried to call in the order and was told they dont take phone orders,so I had to download a app and it would have been so much easier to just tell them what I wanted.

2022-06-11Food was not good. Our bill should have been 92 and it end up being 145 because they charged us 20 in their own tip. Thats stupid. I would understand if it was a really good place to eat and they were very attentive but they werent and it wasnt. I feel sorry for everyone getting ripped off by that place

2022-03-08The people were extremely nice and welcoming. I had my two year old daughter with me it was hot and mommy forgot to bring her something to drink in her cup. I asked them for some ice and the lady took her sippy cup and filled it with ice so she could have something to drink.
