On Saturday December 12th we contact Clash for possible quote via phone (Saturday closed per Eli but send email)and email. We followed advised instructions. We were referred to them from a Tyler Perry Studio Rep who has high regards for this business. Now after calling numerous times requesting a quote sheet for CD ORDER IN QUANTITY QUOTES, we were told that we needed to provide a MASTER CD for Duplication since they dont download Music Files via computer for duplication. We hired another vendor for Master CD copy $60, only to be told that Eli was handling our project and that the would contact us with their specifics of taking our order accurately. After delivering Master Cd, sending CD Artwork and contacting them numerous times to submit payment those customer service reps on the phone appeared to be helpful, but were very unprofessional on Friday December 18th. After 2 courier rides 35 miles one way, submitted our order in a timely given matter 2-3days process, only to be advised it would take weeks to produce for order we requested. Eli, Julia, The platinum blonde girl and the other guy failed epicly verbage fluff Extraordinaire. Lessoned learned royally, Website very deceiving and Customer Service as well... I PRAY that COVID19 (Its REAL no one exempt, False excuse period) isnt running through your business as told to us as too why you couldnt process our order, wereshort staff, etc. We had a set planned Event for Saturday December 19th, which we couldnt deliver as a positive during this Pandemic Season, Very disappointed in this another BUCKHEAD Business overrated Establishment. Word from the wise You reap what you sow, whether Good or Bad, wasnt asking to cut a deal at all, just trying to bless your business $2500 sale, keep hope alive from a positive for All Mankind ❣✌🙏

I had a bad experience with this company. Clash Graphic is far from the cheapest option out there, but I initially chose it because I hoped they would provide good quality prints.Unfortunately, they really disappointed me. I ordered two sets of business cards for my company, but the two sets came out with a completely different background color, which was also different from the color in the electronic file. I care about the color because it is one of the brand colors for my company, and I ended up with two sets of cards, which looked like they were from two different companies.When I brought up this issue to Clash Graphics, they refused to reprint or to issue a refund even though I offered to return the cards to them. They told me they had a disclaimer. Furthermore, their receptionist didnt seem to care about my problem and treated me like an annoyance. So, now I will be trashing the cards from Clash Graphics and ordering again with someone else.Please be aware that if you are not happy with your prints, this company will hide behind their disclaimers. Dont waste your time and money on them.
Clash Graphics is the best Atlanta printing company in my book. My flyers and business cards showed up on my door step after 2 days from ordering them and they were shipped for free. They are very creative and talented. I explained a rough idea of what I wanted and they designed the perfect logo. I have used Clash a handful of times and will continue to order all my printing needs. The excellent, fast turn around and customer service beats my expectations every time.
Very poor customer service. I contacted this company before placing an order with them to let them know exactly what I needed and they told me to leave a comment for the size that I needed although their website said a different size. After sending my designs, comments with the sizes and payment over they called me the next day to clarify what I wanted. I explained the exact sizes that I needed to them over the phone! They still printed my designs the wrong size and then blamed me and said that they didn’t understand because my comments were confusing! I would not recommend this company! Now I see that they have done this to many other people!

Last week I placed two orders with Clash Graphics. The first was for business cards - not only were they were done SO fast, but the colors were perfect, too. The 2nd order was for flyers which were designed by Mike and he did an amazing job on the design. I highly recommend this company for your graphic design and printing needs.
We have used Clash Graphics for the printing of dozens of time sensitive orders for 10s of thousands of flyers and they always come through on time with high quality work. The staff is great and always available to answer questions or lend help with design. Having the ability to pick up orders later in the evening when traffic thins out is a huge plus for us.

Julia did a flyer for my father, who was seeking a kidney donor. I gave her 3 pictures and the text foe the flyer. She came up with the concept and gave me a proof the same day. I was highly impressed with her work and her customer service.CONS: I have tried to use this company twice since the flyer design and did not receive the same customer service. I was told someone would call me back on the last 2 projects and nobody contacted me so I am researching other designers
BEST EXPERIENCE FOR A BRIDE TO BE! With so many details to worry about when it comes to planning a wedding, Clash Graphics made our wedding invitations the easiest thing we had to do (they also do Save the Dates, wedding programs, business cards, postcards, etc). My fiance and I had no idea what we wanted them to look like other then something that wasnt the typical wedding invite. After giving Clash a brief description and our color theme, within one day we had a proof and a detailed outline. Their graphic artists were extremely easy to work with assuring us if we wanted to change even the smallest thing, it was no problem at all.We received them in a perfect timely manner and to this day we still get compliments on our invitations. I would highly recommend Clash Graphics to any bride or groom that wants an excellent, stress free invitation selection process. If I could give this company 10 stars I would in a heart beat. I called Clash Graphics on 10/4/19 in a panic because I paid another company to do my flyer for my braiding class and the company typed in the wrong date. I literally have been waiting over a week for the other company to make it right and give me the correct date on a new updated flye . I finally got tired of waiting and stated googling another company. I went through plenty and decided to call Clash Graphics. Once I called I spoke to Denna who I explained everything to and she had me email over my original flyer and made the correction in under 2mins and had the new copy emailed back to me. Not only was I initially impressed with their same day turn around option, but their customer service is the some of the best I experienced. I made a mistake on my initial printed items and Eli did so much to help me get a new batch printed. Words cannot explain how much he helped me out!Plus my printed designs were great quality !You all just made a loyal customer.
I was in Atlanta for an event in May 2014. My business partner (from Boston) and I (from Florida) needed flyers to pass out to potential attendees. We only had 1 day to pass out flyers; with no flyers on hand. We called almost every print shop in and around Atlanta and no one was able to help. Clash Graphics was able to produce 1,000 3x4 two sided flyers the same evening of our call. Even with incorrect jpg image and different information needed to be printed on 500 of the 1,000 flyers; Clash Graphics came through without a single error. Flawless work! We were completely satisfied. We were able to pick up our order after business hours same day.The event was not a huge success. Awesome First Experience and Customer Service. I got my first order from them today. Although there was a hiccup at first it was a good one. Making sure I approved the Proofs before they printed. I missed the email and the day I wanted them but I commend them for taking this extra step in the customer satisfaction process. And when I arrived the manager mustve have heard me talking. He came Immediately from the back to clarify the situation which showed me that even though this was my first order I was important. This is the best customer service I have received from any business since I moved to the area in 9 months ago. They will be my goto printer. Oh and the Flyers were very High Quality...lol

The team at Clash Graphics is able to manage pretty much any project we give them from printing simple business cards, to larger printing jobs, or projects with complex binding and lamination requirements. They are all pros. We have been printing with them for almost 6 years and I would not do business with anyone else.
Worked with Eli at Clash Graphics on a corporate business card order - I was happy to find a local Atlanta business that offers competitive prices to the big online printers like PSPrint. After our first order came back grainy and pixelated, I contacted them and they bumped our order from 250 to 500 cards and reprinted for free.The second order of cards came back looking great and we appreciate them making the effort to get the product quality up to speed and get the cards to us in a timely manner.Thanks for the help and great service!
OUTSTANDING!! From the first phone call we made to Clash through the ordering process, we felt so completely taken care of. Genuine concern for our needs, and some really great advice on making our flyers look their best. We called at 1:15pm on a Friday, had gone back and forth with two proofs by 1:50pm, and had a final design ready for pickup this evening. Wont bother with anyone else in town from here on.
Disappointed in the customer service provided by the owner/manager.As a graphic designer I have been recommending Clash Graphics to my customers in the past, but recently I had my client going there having a bad experience which affects my business too. The way she was treated is unacceptable. Shes had to fight so much to get them to reprint the bad color job they did on her business cards. After she left a bad review they finally told her they will reprint the job. Why does it even have to reach that point to leave a bad review to make someone do their job right? So after she drove all the way there only to be told they will give her half of it and they will print the other half after she removes the bad review. Really?After all this they decided to give her a refund and have told her they hope they never hear from her again and then respond AGAIN calling her crazy lady? Really?Well you will never hear from any of my customers either.

Coming up with your design is very important and you want it to be perfect so the last thing you need is more stress. This place was awesome!
I waited an entire day to hear that they could not complete my order after being told that they typically print books in 2 days. I explained the urgency prior to requesting and still was made to wait hours. This company should be clearer when advertising same day or fast service. I am so disappointed because I thought for sure I would be assisted and I feel mislead.

WARNING READ YELP REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS PLACE (OTHERS HAVE GONE THROUGH THE SAME THING)I should have looked at how old the reviews are and noticed the manager asking people to pull negative reviews down to get a order corrected this is unbelievable, customers shouldn’t have to barter reviews to get what they paid forNew to Atlanta and the Buckhead area I was very happy to support any Buisness that’s related to marketing and branding, I had my guy design me a stunning flyer with the perfect color and details. I sent them to this company for print and thought what could go wrong. When I picked my flyers up I noticed a discrepancy in the color and tinting, a young lady at the front desk begins to tell me that I’m seeing the color wrong because my phones screen is up to bright and that indeed the flyer color is right, then the gentleman comes out from the back with this defensive energy and begins to agree with what the young lady says, My phone is connected to my IMAC so I’m able to pull the image I sent them up directly from my desktop and the young man tells me that he will look in the system to see what they received, and as I suspected they received the correct image that I want in the right color and dimensions. I advised him that if you put the two side by side they are not the same and the clarity is important as it is a web design flyer, he then goes on to tell me that because it is a gang run there is nothing he can do about it, and that I should have paid $1000 for color correction and read the disclaimer before I agreed to purchase, I found that odd because the color didn’t need correcting from the image I sent to them, and $1000 to correct a color? For $100 box of flyers you have to be kidding me, I have spent money with the best and worst and never had a problem with color or was handled so poorly over a discrepancy that wasn’t my own. The young man that came out to assist me is very haulty, arrogant, and passive aggressive, and told me that if I didn’t know how to upload a picture and didn’t know what I was doing I should have called first, but I’m looking at a picture they received that’s in perfect printing color and format come on, it’s never good to disrespect a customer by insulting their intelligence as if upload a picture of industry standard quality was going to be difficult when it was designed by one of the best in the business, absolute nightmare, I didn’t get rude, I held my composure but I guess this is what I get for going with this company that goes by 2 different names online clashgraphics, flyersasap, be aware I’m sure when they get it right they get it right, but when they don’t it will be blamed on you! I also have invoices to prove that I am a real customer so please make sure that’s noted when there is an attempt to remove this review by a reputation agency
I live in New york city and found Clash Graphics online. Their staff did the graphic design for my business cards and flyers for only $100- in just a few hours! Then the printing was delivered for way cheaper than other internet printing campaniles and it arrived in just a few days. I highly recommend this company for graphic design an printing.

Please avoid this business if you do not want to be ripped off. I sent them an design of what I wanted printed on business cards. They did not wait for my approval and the design and printed the incorrect image on the cards. The paper used was so cheap and flimsy as well. When I inquired about the correct I received three different resolutions. First they told me I could do nothing. Then when I asked them to provide my approval, which they did not have, they offered me 20%. Next, I copied and pasted their policy that states you will not be invoiced until you give approval of your proof, then the manager tells me that they cannot reprint for free, but they can give me 50% off. They want to give me 50% off of something that I never gave my approval of. I was floored at that point and did not respond. Because of the principal and being ripped off, I will be pursuing legal action. Please stay away from this place unless you are okay with being ripped off.
Customer Service is very Poor. Hired them to print some Spot UV Cards. They did not Print what We Ordered. They did NOT try to make it rigjt or offer to resolve the problem. They kept the cards and I had to dispute my Amex charge to get a Credit.I overlooked the situation and went back to order more business cards on 3 occusains and still no one would help me and go over what I needed and wanted.Stay away. They are not sensitive to Customer Service.
Ordered 5000 next day flyers, submitted Adobe Photoshop files. They came back quickly with a PDF proof, I approved it, and the flyers were ready by 9pm the next evening. The flyers were on a thick stock, glossy, and absolutely gorgeous. Will definitely use this company again.

Ordered some rush (2 day) brochures for an event tonight that turned out wonderfully! They had a medical emergency in the store that caused them to shut down for the day as I arrived to pick them up, while I thought this meant I would be unable to get my order (which wouldnt have been their fault at all) they went above and beyond leaving my order out after hours for me to return and pick up after they were able to return to the building. Would highly recommend! If only they were in Alpharetta 😜

Ridiculous... no matter if you send email, call them explain what you need, if the print it wrong is miss communication, they wont be responsable for their mistake(s), is your employee. she makes a mistake is hers not the customer, she doesnt explain to the customer properly, or doesnt relate the informtaion given, she is obviusly not well train (by you) The customer should not be held responsable by her mistakes.

2022-03-17If you want your job done right we recommend bringing your business elsewhere.Our company had a very important event recently. We placed an order with Clash at the cost of $3,048. For that price, you expect nothing less than a perfect print.After picking up the order and bringing it back to our Office to prepare for our show we noticed that there was a Misprint on the first page of every single booklet. It would have been okay if it was just one or two but it was every single document. A black ink splotch on every single first page. This is a white page that is supposed to be completely blank. A major eye sore and for the price extremely unprofessional.The real issue here is that they thought it was okay to provide poor quality work for top dollar pricing and when called out about it were unwilling to make the situation right. Any professional printing company would have fixed the problem before releasing it to their customer. There is no way they did not notice the mistake as it was on EVERY SINGLE BOOKLET. It is standard procedure to proof the documents once they have been printed. This means they noticed the problem before releasing it to us and did nothing about it.Being that we were leaving Atlanta for our show on Thursday morning I explained the issue and requested that they either: A. Replace the booklets and get them completed prior to us leaving for our show. or B. Provide us with a minimum of 50% refund for the poor workmanship.Clash Graphics was not only unable to get the booklets fixed for us, but they also only offered a refund of just over $255 on a $3,048 order that they messed up. They offered to print stickers for us to cover it up So hold on a minute, you want us to go back through several hundred documents and cover up YOUR mistake with stickers with our Employees valuable time. Not only does this make the booklets look bad, it is wasting our time that could be used elsewhere. This is unacceptable.After their terrible refund offer of $255 I again explained that we would accept nothing other than the booklets being fixed ASAP so we can bring them to our show or provide us with a minimum of 50% refund. They refused. At this point, we are being forced to cover their mistake with our OWN stickers, not theirs, and they are providing us with NO REFUND. Not only does this look horrible, it also reflects poorly on Clash Graphics for being unwilling to right their mistake and fix the problem.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

2022-05-13Clash Graphics is excellent to work with. I was introduced to them this election season and have made them my go to and my first recommendation for all printing projects. They are easy to reach over the phone. They are friendly and attentive. Their response time throughout each of my 3 projects Ive found to be impressively swift. Their project completion time is fast, even close to Election Day, and certainly faster than other printers Ive worked with in the past. Their prices are competitively low. The quality of their products is everything I hoped for it to be. AND - theyre a union printer!I work with grassroots campaigns that work hard to raise dollars. Im so very grateful and impressed to have such a high quality experience that grassroots work can still access. Three cheers to Clash Graphics!!!

2021-12-21Ordered these overnight and received confirmation to pick up less than 24 hours later. I love how they provided a preview card and taped it to the box. The quality is great as well, will definitely be using this company more often.

2022-02-18I came to Clash Graphics with a (very) rush printing job, and not only did they produce beautiful marketing materials for me extremely quickly, they also went above and beyond with customer service, communication and follow-up. For example, they followed up several times (even after working hours) to made sure my materials and been received on time. I highly recommend Clash Graphics!

2021-09-24I contacted Clash on Friday to get some custom business cards made. They were very professional, accommodating, and prompt in response. I was given a deadline of Monday evening for when the cards would be ready. They had the draft designs to me by Monday morning, completely bringing my vision to life.I got an email Monday afternoon saying my cards would be ready for pickup after 6. The pickup directions/instructions were very clear and easy to follow. And I’m completely pleased with the entire order process! I’ll definitely use them again in the future!

2022-01-20I was pleased with my business cards however the corresponding between customer and customer service sucks. Make sure you have an understanding in what you’re purchasing! They’ll tell you one price then boom it’s another price! I just $75 on something I create through them and can’t use it. I had someone speak on my behalf and he was the only one who could get the situation handle. But once again I can’t use the actual PDF to resize or make changes. I’ll go back to vista print or elsewhere but will never use them again. I sent over $500 with this business

2018-08-30Terrific experience. We have worked with them on flyers, brochures and envelopes. They were very patient with us in going over various options. Their pricing model is fair. 2021-05-25Long story but my order was messed up and Clash Graphics went above and beyond to rectify the situation. My client wasnt happy but understand and Clash Graphics provided me quick responses, quick service, and immediate attention to help bring us replacements.
