Great experience! In and out with minor replacement repair work in an hour as staff was professional enough to order parts, get it painted and then call me for installation. Laura, Jason and all staff were awesome. The estimate was very reasonable and Jason with his professional expertise saved me money on things I would have spent $$$ at other places. I would definitely recommend this place.
My experience with Elite Auto Collision was absolutely amazing. The customer service was excellent and each staff member was able to keep me updated on the process of my vehicle and explain to me what was going on. It was the only Collision shop I went to where I was treated as a person and not a dollar sign. Amazing job to the management and staff at Elite Auto Collision in Athens.
Just called to set up an appointment to get an estimate. The lady that answered the phone stated that I did not need an estimate. I explained that I was getting estimates to give to the insurance company, and she seemed to not want my business. I called 5 other body shops that want my business and are willing to give me an estimate. I have been in enough fender benders to know how to deal with insurance companies. I dont need a receptionist to tell me that the insurance company will come out and do an adjustment. I want to find the best body shop. The price is not the issue and the insurance is not either. I was just wanting an appointment to get an estimate. Sorry we could not do business. You may want to train those answering phones not to turn away business.
I went in with my brother to see about having his car repaired there, everyone was so nice and explained everything that would happen from the estimate to the insurance co. to repair details and time. Tricia was very professional and explained in laymen terms what was needed. She was a great help. McKayla at the front desk was so nice and helpful from drop-off to pick up. The car is black and they had it detailed and it looked so nice and shiny. I have used Elite myself in the past and will continue to tell my friends and family what a great place it is.
I have used Elite before so this is not my first rodeo with them, the reason I chose elite over any other body shop was because of the detail work and timely manner in which I received my vehicle in. The staff was so friendly from the receptionist to the guy who did the estimate. They started out by booking my rental reservation for me and giving me a run down on all cost, then keeping me in the loop on what stage/prcess my vehicle was in. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and was told I would get my car back the following Monday I got a call that Friday saying my car was ready and I could come pick it up. That’s what you call great timing and the work was like when I first got it. So I recommend you try them out you want be disappointed.
Trish is extremely professional.i got rear ended Remembered my name after meeting me once, for the estimate, over a week ago. Another gentleman came in behind me and she remembered his name as well. She answered all my questions, and has made this process much easier. To top it off, already had my rental car ready to pick me up. Highly recommend.

Elite was amazing to me! I talked to Ethan and Trish during my time with them and they both were great! Trish kept me up to date and made sure I was informed on EVERYTHING that happened with my car. I would highly recommend Elite to anyone! They made the repair process so easy for me. They called and updated me as soon as updates were available. They worked flawlessly with my insurance company and the rental car company. They also coordinated paintless dent repairs with the in-town specialist. I couldn’t think of a complaint if I tried. We have never had better service, with a better team, or better prices in all of Athens, GA! Have had 5 different vehicles serviced at Elite and each time the experience was stellar! My wife, my landlord, and myself have all been well taken care of and everything far exceeded our expectations. They were not only met, but done quickly, professionally, and at the lowest local prices. We have continued having our vehicles serviced there for every thing short of a detail. Body repair, mechanical repair, brake work, just to name a few. We will definitely be taking our vehicles back, if the need arises, of course I hope it wont!

This place is crooked as the day is long they persuaded me to pick up my car with their tow service and then said they could not repair it, and charged me $140 to tow it to another auto body repair shop that could repair it. They knew my car had to be restored because it is a classic vintage car and needed salvage title to be repaired and then inspected by ga dept or revenue state inspector. What a rip off. I do not recommend elite auto collision. I also am a US Veteran and feel robbed by this place. Beware
Elite in Athens was a breeze to work with! The staff were professional and efficient! I only needed a minor repair, but I walked in for a quote and my car was ready for pickup in under 3 hours, and at about 1/2 the price I was quoted at the dealership. Would definitely recommend!
If you need body/mechanic work done quick, fast, and in a hurry, Elite Auto Collision here in Athens is top notch. When I told them I would have to Uber home, they drove me home (a good 20-25 minutes) for free. They had my car done in three days, and made the process super simple for me. Wonderful customer service from reception to the estimate writer. They knew my insurance didnt cover a rental car, so they made sure I wasnt afoot for too long. When I called to check on the status of my repairs, they knew which car was mine as soon as I gave them my last name. This was my first auto accident, and it could have been a nightmare for me, but Elite made it a breeze.

I was expecting great service when I stopped by for an estimate not too long ago. Unfortunately, the receptionist was extremely rude. It was my first time dealing with an insurance/accident situation and the receptionist did not make it any better. I was then told it was pointless to get an estimate. I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere. Would have loved to given them a try.
Its my second time using EAC for body work and they have exceeded expectations both times. Gotten my car back faster than promised and always looks like brand new. The staff is so nice and very informative.
First of ALL, let me start my saying how AMAZING and PROFESSIONAL the quality of the service is! We’ve gotten repairs twice, and twice now we have been very impressed. The detail, and helpfulness of the staff and easiness of the process blows my mind. They drive you to enterprise to get your rental, they have someone pick it up when you turn it in once the repairs are over, they make sure your vehicle is clean, and ready for pick up and they are SO helpful when you need an extra hand! One of the gentlemen even reinstalled the infant carseat base from the rental back into my vehicle!! It blows my mind we’ve never gotten such professional and friendly service as with ELITE. I don’t have enough words to praise them and recommend them. But if you’re looking into who can repair your vehicle LOOK NO FURTHER. You NEED to go to ELITE AUSTRALIA COLLISION!!

I took my truck into Elite to get repaired after a deer ran out in front of my truck and they did a great job. McKayla at the front desk did a great job of keeping me informed of everything going on with my truck, and Trish was also very helpful throughout the entire process.

Elite could be great, but the apparently newer receptionist made my experience extremely displeasing. She was very unorganized, gave out incorrect information, and seemed very un knowledgeable about most things. However, the more veteran receptionist is phenomenal & creates an entirely different experience.

I own a classic Mercedes - Badged car meaning I have most of the service records and its 100% MB parts. VERY picky about my car. Any way, the front bumper was damaged with the car in front of me picked up something off the road and slung it into my car. I was so pissed. Was really concerned about the repair since the car had never been wrecked. Elite, when above and beyond in the repair of my car. All new MB parts! Gave me invoices for the parts. You can not tell the front bumper was replaced! MORE than happy with the work they did. 5 stars only because they dont have a six star rating
I had the best experience from start to finish. I was updated frequently by phone or email, so I never had to wonder what was going on. The day I picked up my vehicle, Ethan made sure I understood what had been done and made sure I was completely satisfied.
Old fashioned service is what youll get at Elite! This place is a rare gem in the age of cold, couldnt care less, non-existent customer service establishments. I presented with an issue with my 2018 Benz thats black in color. I was prepared to pay hundreds in a re-paint of the affected area, but Ethan did not think it was necessary. Going above and beyond, Ethan took it upon himself, took my car back, fixed the problem and sent me on my way in less than 15 minutes and saved me hundreds, if not a grand or more. Ethan is a fine example of service in action. He earned Elite a life-long customer and a voice that will refer anyone and everyone to Elite on every occasion I get. Kudos, Ethan and Elite!
Very friendly folks. Knowledgeable young lady behind the front desk greeted us, processed our paperwork, and advised of the different ways they could keep us up to date on the progress of our claim. Very efficient, courteous, and willing to answer any questions we had. Very nice clean waiting area as well. We are well pleased.

My inside door latch broke today, I immediately thought of Elite. I had them work on collisions before, always with great service. Today was no different. I was literally in and out in less than 30 minutes. They fixed my latch quickly, and for an unbelievable price! Way to go Elite!
The Receptionist is very nice and helpful. The body and paint staff do a pretty good job. But client BEWARE their management works for your insurance company! If you have an issue that you expect to pay cash for this company will do a decent job, but if this is an insurance claim, look for a company that works for their clients, not the insurance company or plan to pay way too much out of pocket.

Referred here by the person who hit mes insurance. They did a good job, took a long time (almost 3 weeks) BUT they repaired things about my body I didnt even know were wrong. Overall great. Also, someone was always available to talk when I called to check on the status of my car.

I will never use Elite again. They say they guarantee there work. If something goes wrong afterwards and you take your car back. They want fix it. The man I spoke to thought just because I was a women he could tell me anything and I would believe it. They want ever get my business again.😠😠I dont think it was the insurance responsibility to fix something that yall didnt fix. It should have been Elites responsibility to. I like the sign out front we meet the nicest people by accident, so I dropped by to ask someone to look at what appeared to be a black scrape on the fender of my car that happened while it was parked at a shopping center. Ethan looked at it and said he thought he could completely get rid of the scrape in a couple of minutes. To my amazement he removed all evidence which turned out to be someones rubber tire mark! I offered him a gratuity which he politely refused, asking instead for a Google review, so here it is! Thanks for earning my future business which I hope I will never need!

After these folks did a satisfactory job earlier in the year, I took my vehicle back to them last month for another insurance repair. This time has been a very different experience. My vehicle was put in their shop on Nov. 9th with their verbal commitment to have it finished in a couple of weeks. When I called to check on it on Nov. 20th (two weeks) I was told it was ready to paint and would be ready next Wednesday. Well I called next Wednesday (Nov. 19th) and was told again it was ready for paint and that it would be finished by the following Tuesday (Dec. 1st). Here I am on Dec. 3rd and I still dont have my vehicle. No phone calls to let me know why, no apologies from Ethan their rep. and no idea when it will be finished.Quite disappointing and really poor management of the situation. I am led to assume that these folks have better things to do than take care of their customers. Not sure who they work for but it seems not to be lowly old me... Not a problem, plenty of other shops in the area, guess next time Ill ask my friends who they would recommend since I can no longer rely on Elite Auto Collision to take care of me.

Worst experience I have had with a body shop. I went this this shop because Allstate had a bay and it would be easier for it; worst mistake ever. I was told that my car would be ready within a week, then they said a part wouldnt come in time. I had to fight and call to get told me this. NO ONE was forthcoming with any information. I had to fight to hear anything about it. I called and complained and the person on the home practically yelled at me telling me it was his part suppliers fault. I am furious.

Because of Elites affiliation with Nationwide Insurance, they offer nothing but the absolute worst body shop service in Georgia- maybe the Southeast. This place is a racket. Stay the heck away from here.
Went to and called SEVERAL different places because something was wrong with my seatbelts. I was really frustrated but I went here and explained the problem and it was fixed within 15 minutes! Super friendly and nice! Would highly recommend!

I am a Rideshare Driver and because of a miscommunication on Elitess part, I lost an entire weekend of earnings and was only compensated $100, even after they admitted they made a mistake. Rideshare is my only income.

I’ve never heard of them before, but they were highly recommended by my insurance company because I’ve always used Toyota collision center... but I was very please with how fast they finished my car, how well it looked when I picked it up, and also how the staff member explained exactly what they did to my car.... I will from now on use these guys if I ever need service again!

2022-07-15Vehicle was dropped off January 14 with “preorders parts” and it was ready for pick up until July 15th it was in the body shop for several months. On date of pick up they ordered wrong after market exhaust with 1 tip not dual tips. My paint has a lot of orange peel, dust/trash on new clear coat. And didn’t have my rear bumper badge ready to install once the repair was done and completed. When they had all the parts “pre ordered”.

2019-06-23Great location and place. Really nice people especially a shootout to Ms. Trish. We got into an accident, brought it there and she gave us an estimate. We felt it was a total loss for sure. But we had it there for almost 5 days, no charge. And they were really great.

2022-03-08Awesome repair center and very honest people. Could have made a lot of money off of our accident, but instead of trying to repair it with very significant structural damage, they were honest and the car ended up being a total loss. I would absolutely recommend Classic Collison to anyone!

2022-08-05I wrecked my car on May 20 my car sit in my yard for one whole month I took my car it’s a classic collision June 13 every time I call there it is a new lie that they tell me about my car and here it is August 5 they just got The part for my car that they have been waiting on so I was told by a rude employee that works the front desk oh I don’t know when your car is going to be ready and that’s been the whole problem the whole entire time the worst customer service ever the worst place to ever take your car because they do not know when it’s coming back and they didn’t know when my part was coming I had to contact the Dodge place personally myself for them to tell me when my part was coming for my own vehicle never take your car there

2021-09-01I went to Classic Collision because it was close, and I was in need of immediate help after a minor accident with a post that left my back bumper hanging. The staff was more than helpful. They quickly assessed my car and fixed it within 10 minutes. I can’t speak highly enough of the friendliness and helpfulness they gave me in my time of need! I would highly recommend them if your car needs body repair in the future.

2021-10-01A buck hit the side of my truck and did a decent amount of damage. Filed an online claim with SF and chose in-network Classic Collision due to their great rating, location, and reviews. CC did not disappoint. Zero hassle with insurance. CC took care of everything. Trish and Slyde were top notch and thorough from the start. A week and a half in the shop and my truck looks brand new. 5 stars all around!

Ethan and Tricia were professional from the very start of the process and put my mind at ease right down to setting up rental car arrangements to communicating with the insurance company for needed items not on the estimate.
