I have had a car in a body shop for a MONTH in the past, so getting my car back only 2 weeks from tow-in to pick-up was very nice, especially considering the Thanksgiving holiday thrown in there. Bryan is professional, kind and friendly. He called me almost every single day during the process. The repair work was great, like the accident never happened! Would definitely recommend this location and staff! My drivers window did stick a bit, but I took it back and they gladly fixed it within 15-20 minutes, with no hassles. Great experience for me and my beloved car!
This has been, by far, the worst experience I have ever had with any business whatsoever. Communication was not lacking, but completely absent. No updates, no phone calls or texts or emails; they only picked up the slack SLIGHTLY when my car had to be returned to them for the parts they messed up in my car during repairs. They did not relay that there were more repairs done to my car than they previously thought were needed. They let me go home with a car that had a broken seat lever, a completely dead battery, and faulty brakes - all things that they did to my car, but initially did not take responsibility for. When telling them about the battery they simply said that I should “take it somewhere else” to have it looked at. Service was slow, sloppy, and they left my car filthy. This whole experience has been a mess and the attached Geico office is not any better either, considering the agents that talked to me and my family about the damages done to my car during a rear-end collision repair were condescending, rude, unsympathetic, and uncaring. I rarely ever write a review, and I don’t want to be that one customer who just complains to complain. But as a young woman who was constantly talked down to during this whole experience I feel as if the service I received was completely unacceptable. I hope no one that chooses to go here experiences the same thing I did.
Hit a deer and needed to get my car fixed. Progressive only gave me classic collision as an option. However my adjuster and I spent several hours trying to contact this location only to find out their phones were down due to construction. Not their fault. I was able to get in contact with another location and was advised to bring my car in they would take care of it.I went to them and requested that they have OEM parts replaced on my car and was told they they could not do that since insurance wouldnt cover it. Not their fault either. However, Gerber up the street will work with Toyota (also up the street) to get a price match so I can have OEM parts. Went home due to time constrictions and called my insurance to request a new company. Since Gerber wasnt originally on the list of offered places and Id asked about alternatives to classic collision, I assumed I wouldnt be able to go there. I got permission to change shops and tried to have Progressive contact classic collision so they would move no further with my car but was insane to get them. Had to wait until I got off work and drive back but theyd already taken everything off my car. Now my car is undrivable and I have to tow it to move it.I ask the receptionist how Im supposed to contact her since Im calling my insurance to tow and she gives me their number. Didnt offer it to me earlier after I had expressed difficulties getting in contact with them. Knew I wouldnt have even considered them after I couldnt even get in contact.
Classic collision has a great service team. Steven has been a great guy to work with. He has been following up with me everyday on the updates. No surprises at all. Great service. I received my car back in a perfectly new condition. Thank you so much for the service. It would be my go to place if I have any troubles. Keep up the great job guys.!!
The manager and Office people lied on 2 different occasions to give me my car as promised. I was called at home and told my car was ready to be picked up. I arrived and they had me wait 1.5 hours on 2 different occasions while they told me everything from car is being washed to they are vaccuming it out. Then after an hour they said they found a fuse blown. I can not trust this type of Business and now I questions the entire repair process, This will be the last time i will ever use this repair shop. Customers beware and be warned.
Just received our car back after 3 weeks for a bumper repair from a fender bender. The fixes were very basic, but they could not turn it around for three weeks. No rental car insurance so cost a fortune waiting for them to complete a simple repair. Received a lot of mixed messages regarding when it would be done. Called every day but nobody would call me back. When they did complete the repair, they told me car would be ready between 5 and 5:30. Basically had me wait until after 6 when the shop was closing to get the car. Rediculous! definitely would not recommend.
Although my car wasnt completely fixed upon picking it up I returned it and was immediately put in a rental that was taken care of by the shop. I got my vehicle back a few days later in perfect condition if not better! Big thanks to John for all of his help and keeping me informed in perfect detail throughout the process. I personally will return if an issue ever arrises with my vehicle.
They did excellent work on repairing my s2000. The negative review is not based on their body and paint work. When I picked up my car I found out the drivers side lock was broken. Im not sure whether it was tempered with or what, but they offered to replace it at no cost. On my way home from picking up the car, I found out that the hardtop latches were unlocked. You do NOT need to take off the hardtop to a convertible when repairing a front bumper.Following the repair, Robbin was supposed to call me 30 days after i picked up my car, to allow to paint to fully cure, so the car could go back to them for a clear bra installation. Not only did she never call me back, but she never called me back even after I called multiple times within a two week window and leaving her multiple messages. The customer service was completely atrocious. The front desk phone operator felt some embarrassed and said she would tell her manager if it continued. After she finally picked up, she basically gave me the phone number of the guy who does onsite clear bra installation work for them and told me to set it up with him.I hope Classic Collision reads this review and takes time to address the issues within their staff. I will not be returning to them again.
Worst service ever. Took 2 weeks to complete my car . When got it back they had painted the repaired section the wrong color. When called and asked that claimed couldnt match 100 % due to age of car. Luckily it was an insurance repair job. They paid to take it to another shop. Color is now matched perfect. CC said would repaint but would not give me a rental. Worst company ever
The repair work was very good but their communication is less than desirable. I was given a Wednesday morning appointment my car was dropped off Tuesday afternoon. I received a call Monday the car was being taken apart and a detailed estimate of repairs was being written up. The following Tuesday I received a call my car was almost complete and would be reviewed by a mechanic and should be ready Thursday and I would receive a call. Thursday came no call I called Monday afternoon and was told my car was completed on Wednesday. Heres the issue my car sat for 10 days, 5 before it was even looked at and another 5 while it was finished. In the meantime I racked up rental car charges. I will add my advisor sent an email that Thursday my car was ready but it was the incorrect email address and that had not been our form of communication so I was expecting a call. I was told by the Manager Kevin he would pay five days of car rental charges but that has yet to happen and that was over a week ago. Customer service (time) is part of the total service process and classic collision totally failed me.
Had a really good experience. They made sure my car was ready even before the estimated delivery date. They kept me in the loop and were very responsive to calls and texts. Special shout out to Eric and Stephen. They personally pushed for the car to be fixed well and fast. Thank you guys.
My car has been in the shop for 2, almost 3 weeks now, following a tree limb falling on it while I was at work. They have had to re-order parts 3 times now, the first two times the parts ordered were damaged. Also, the shop has been failing to keep me updated as they said they would at drop off. The representative from my insurance has been doing a great job keeping me up to date on the goings on, and has been most helpful. Is there no way of knowing beforehand the condition of the parts they are ordering? If so, they should ensure the quality of the parts before ordering so their customers can be in and out as soon as possible.
AMAZING WORK! GREAT SERVICE! GREAT ATTITUDES! LOVED IT!I had a great experience! They worked directly with the auto insurance company and all I had to do was drop my car off. When I went to pick up my car they even let me leave the rental with them and they made sure it was picked up.My bumper was badly dented by a crazy dude in a parking lot. The damage was pretty contained to my bumper but it was pretty smushed and scratched. I figured they would just try and pop it out and re-paint but they totally replaced the part. They were amazing, really looked over the problem and did the best work I have ever seen. When I picked up my car it had been washed and the inside was vacuumed and dusted. It was amazing! I was totally impressed.I will recommend this company to anyone who ever needs work done. I could not have been more impressed!!! AMAZING WORK! GREAT SERVICE! GREAT ATTITUDES! LOVED IT!
The car looked great when I first picked it up. Everyone was nice and accommodating. Then the repair failed (lets just call it a fluke) and thats when the nightmare started. I kept getting pushed off. I think Ive taken it back 4 or 5 times now for them to look at it before they finally tried to fix it again. If you have to take it back for any reason, know youll be fed excuses and theyll be hard to get a hold of (at least the receptionists have all been very nice). All that and Im still not happy with the repair. Also, the assistant manager blatantly lied to my face. I knew he did, but now I actually have concrete proof he did.
I chose this repair shop because of them having a partnership with GEICO. At first everything was smooth and easy but it turned into something much worse. My car was supposed to be ready in 15 days and day by day then ended up pushing my car to 30 days and then used up all my rental days with my insurance. I had to keep calling to be sure I could get my car back in time so I didnt have to start paying for the rental. Got my car back on the absolute last day only to have it break down 3 days later. I had to get my car towed in and thats when no one could ever answer questions nor could I get a return call back unless I called GEICO and had them call the shop. I had to get a rental in my name due to their mistake and they guaranteed they would pay for it, but once it came time for Enterprise to charge for the rental, they ended up charging me for the whole thing. Ive called a few times and left messages for Greg and no one has called back and its been a few weeks since this happened. It has been a completely unprofessional experience with no apologies and I would never recommend anyone bring their car here due to the serious lack of customer service.
Be aware! They go back on their words quite a lot. First they said it is going to be ready two weeks ago on Friday then last Tuesday then last Thursday finally when I went there on Friday the manager made me another promise. I told them from the start that I need to drive back to Raleigh on 19th because my school started then from the beginning. Now, despite the promise that they are going to give my car back at worst today on Wednesday 19th! They say it is not going to be ready until tomorrow evening. My suggestion is never trust what they say because when they told me the car was in the paint shop it really was not and it went there yesterday, one week later. so they can straight lie to your face. Go check on your car regularly at least once a week. Phone calls will not do the job. Especially if you need your car by a certain date tell them you need it earlier than that and never ever be honest with them. Finally if you know a better place, take it there and do not go through all I went through.
I recently was involved in an accident and had repairs done at Classic Collision of Roswell, I was very pleased with their thoroughness, attention to detail, feedback and timeliness. Brit was especially awesome, always kept me informed! My car looks brand new (its a 2008)! This shop is highly recommended by me!
I’m proud to have had the opportunity to have my truck repaired at classic collision at Carland, unfortunately my neighbor backed into my truck which I’m a complete neat freak about (ocd) and it is black in color with a few years of sun bleaching and and swirl marks from years of cleaning and being used as a truck, it almost looked brand new when they were done with it. The whole team is awesome from the receptionist to John which handled the insurance process for me, kudos to the body repair person, painter, and detailer. Keep up the good work gang. I hope we don’t make it a habit to visit a body shop but I would chose these folks again! Thanks for your time, I hope this helps future customer make a wise choice!
My car has been in the shop for a month. Encompass is threatening to take my rent a car away from me. John is refused to talk to them. When I call they say he went to lunch. This is Regina Hill with Encompass Insurance. I work closely with the shops and Enterprise regarding your rentals. Here is the email from Regina at Encompass. This is Regina Hill with Encompass Insurance. I work closely with the shops and Enterprise regarding your rentals. We spoke on the 28th as I needed the name and number for your repair facility. I called John that day to discuss this repair. I had to leave him a VM concerning status. The shop advised there was a supplement. Advised we never received. I spoke with Miriam who was going to send the supplement to us again. On 1/29 the shop requested extension to the 8th stating this was the estimated completion date and still waiting on authorization from Encompass. We received the supplement in the office the afternoon of 1/29. It was assigned to an appraiser and the supplement was complete on 1/31. Shop received the supplement from Encompass and payment was issued to them for the supplement the same day. Our labor hrs extend the rental to the 13th . The shop has not completed the vehicle. They indicate that they need until the 15th. There appeared to have been an issue with the 1st quarter panel so they had to obtain another. This was on the 11th. They asked us to extend to Friday the 15th. When I called the shop this morning, I was advised John was not available but the vehicle would not be ready prior to Tuesday of next week. I’ve discussed this rental with the file handler and we will extend the rental to the 15th but will not extend beyond that date.I will wait to hear from John again but if he does not have a supplement for additional damages, we will be unable to extend the rental beyond Friday the 15th. I’ve copied your file handler on this email in the event you need to discuss the additional days.I apologize for any inconvenience you may experience. Thank you
So - I didnt bring my car here to get serviced - I couldnt get anyone on the phone to even talk to about my issue. REALLY poor phone customer service. Like seriously awful. I called another body shop and got a person on the phone immediately who could talk to me about my needs and provide a rough estimate. And that person at THAT body shop (which had the best reviews on yelp) made me feel comfortable enough to come down in person during my lunch hour and the in person customer service there was super awesome too. Moral to the story: IMPROVE YOUR PHONE SUPPORT FOR CUSTOMERS - or continue losing them like you lost me. Your receptionist is the first contact and you want it to be a good one. And if she transfers me to your phone after telling me that you are sitting back there - answer your phone.
NOTHING BUT A CHOP SHOP!Beware of this chop shop 9/10 your car will be totaled out as a complete loss, and before you can come collect your things, parts of your car will already be broken down and missing. I selected to be communicated with daily and in a week did not get 1 text, call or email. I will be calling the BBB for further investigation. The WORST experience I have ever had with a “collision center”.
Dont drop your car off here for any extended period of time. My 2016 Dodge Challenger was there for a week for a fender ding, and when I went to pick it up there where 21 additional miles on my vehicle!!!..I guess the minimum wage workers get off on joy riding clients vehicles!!!!
Had an issue where I took my car here and they forgot to repair some damage. At first, it was a nightmare getting it worked on and took a long time to get things straightened out but their GM, Mike, went above and beyond once it was brought to his attention. Would be 5 stars if not for the other people there, but the top guy is on top of things and his response to my issues alone merits 4 stars. Mike has great customer service skills and promptly handles problems with no delay.

2022-02-09My truck was wrecked through no fault of mine. Classic accepted the estimate from an insurance company. They handled all of the work and did excellent job and also dealt with the insurance company so I did not have to. They had my rental ready when I showed up and everything came out beautiful. The repair was slow due to Parts shortages and transportation of those parts. All in all Im super happy and recommend Classic Collision.

2022-02-12I was a prior customer of this place, and they had done a decent job. Unfortunately I was rear ended again and decided to return to CC to get an estimate for the damage. This time however, unlike last time, they refused to give me an estimate unless they were able to intake my vehicle at that point (strange, as another customer right after me was able to have an estimate done in the parking lot for what was apparently more damage on their car). No appointment needed for this gentlemen, he was a walk-in just like myself. So, I mentioned to them that I could not commit my car to get repaired here without knowing what the cost would roughly be upfront, and without any parts having been ordered first. This is pretty much standard operating procedure, so I was shocked that they were standing firm on not giving an estimate- especially for what would clearly have shown as a return customer. As I’m going through insurance, they won’t cover a rental car while waiting on parts - obviously, as it’s just trunk trim and a bumper cover plus some plastic bits. I’m guessing this is simply a technique to ensure I use their services and refrain from shopping around? What it actually achieved for them was the loss of a customer. I called the insurance company whilst in their waiting room, and was told by the insurance agent to take my car elsewhere, as it was indeed not normal at this point in the process to have to leave my vehicle. I took my car right down the street to another shop that was more than happy to give me an estimate and then go ahead and order the needed parts. Very simple - I was in and out with my estimate in under 15 minutes with my parts ordered. All these actions on the part of CC indicate to me that this was an attempt to secure my business by locking me in upfront, but I would certainly hope I’m wrong on this and it was simply something they momentarily overlooked.

2022-03-20Great body work and paint on my F150. Wheel hub fell off after I picked up my truck. Called to get it replaced. No questions asked and replaced it at no charge. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Ill drive across town to use this bodyshop if the need arises again.

2022-02-16Worst customer service ever, communication, dishonesty, and follow-ups.Bryan is rude, no accountability taken nor an apology for any inconvenience’s. It’s NOT hard to say I’m sorry for the inconvenience or misunderstanding, but for them it is… you are just a number! Make sure you get everything on writing including verbal conversations.Save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that will treat you like a human.

2022-03-18Everyone was very helpful, they kept me informed almost daily, and my car looks great after the repair. I was very pleased with my experience here!

2017-07-13Very bad at communicating with customers and there is no accountability from anyone there -- especially the manager Danny. Took 1+ month to do 5 days worth of work because they didnt call to ask for authorization or when they said there was damage not included in the insurance update. They also kept delaying my pickup without explanation. Never returning here. The lobby wreaks of paint too and sometimes has employees children horse playing and taking up the lounge furniture as in my photo.UPDATE: After getting my car back more than a week late, the headlight assembly was disconnected. Clearly nobody is inspecting cars after they fix them. Hope my side airbag is really there still!

2021-10-20Brian is giving me the worst costumer service. I have been one month chasing him asking to give me information about the status of my car. Today it was supposed to be ready as they confirmed and after many many lies from the shop, they are keeping my car and they don’t wanna tell me when it’s gonna be ready. Maybe one more week? Or one more month? Or maybe next year?? DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO REPEAR TO THIS SHOP!!!!!!!!

2020-05-01I took my car in to Classic Collision since it was a Progressive network shop. I decided to not have my vehicle repaired here because I was pretty disappointed with the service. At the drop off everyone was pleasant. After determining that I would need to come out of pocket, I decided not to proceed with the repair. Especially during a time of such unprecedented economic uncertainty.I was told I could pick up my car after my bumper was reattached. 4 hours later I email for a status update and I’m told to come at 5pm.I get there at 5 and my service advisor isn’t there. A lady at the counter gets my name...walks to the back...and that’s it. Then someone else came out handed me my key and walked to the back.At this point it’s fine as long as my car was returned in the same condition.I emailed them the next day asking for a copy of the estimate (since I received NO paperwork saying this shop even had my car overnight or removed/ reattached my bumper) and I’m told they cannot give me a copy and to ask my insurance company.Won’t use an insurance recommended shop again because the entire thing was overall shady.
