A very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They explained each step of the process and there were no hidden fees. They showed me how to use all the features and made sure I was comfortable before getting on my way. I would definitely do business with them again.
This is a MUST STOP family owned RV place that will take care of you from day one you buy your next camper or motorhome! The owners Shonn and Leanne were great to work with! Their brother showed us how everything worked, prepped our new camper for delivery, etc... The whole experience was great and very informative. I took my 2019 Grand Design to them to sell. In 3 weeks they had it sold and I had a check in my hand for amount I wanted. I highly recommend them for selling your RV. Very professional, motivated and friendly. They made the sale exceptionally easy.
We blew a tire on the highway that damaged our brakes and propane lines. Cleveland RV took us right in even though they were busy. They had us back on the road in an hour! They were a lifesaver in a very stressful situation.
Very helpful. I needed an urgent water pump replaced. They did a great job and used a high quality part without breaking the bank. The did damage my capture plate but they made it right and ordered a brand new one in the next day. Great service!!
We had a wonderful experience with the owner and decided to consign our 40 foot Class A motor home. The staff was very professional and things were well organized.
I took my camper over to talk about them selling for me. They acted thrilled to be helping me. They gave it a good going over and suggested some repairs it needs before selling it. I agreed for them to make the repairs. I know now we are selling a camper in good condition. I really enjoyed working with them and hopefully they will get in a small motor home that suits me.
We will not be going back to this place. We went to Cleveland RV twice to look at their inventory. BOTH times they decided to close early and asked us to leave. The second time the salesman asked if we were ready to buy right then and we said we needed to look more. This is a huge investment after all. 5 minutes later he came and said My anniversary is tomorrow so I am closing now. Im not kicking yall out but I am kicking yall out It was 2 hours before they were supposed to close. Ridiculously unprofessional!!! These people had no idea we were minutes away from buying the unit we loved. Even though we really should have looked more, we were ready to take it. We even had family there with us to help us make the decision. I guess if you look young, or look like you have no money, you are worthless to these people. What a shame. I hope people who are putting their units here to be sold read these reviews! I have, and will continue to, spread the word about this place.
We had a positive experience w Cleveland RV. After purchasing a travel trailer Bob in the Shop was knowledgeable and extremely helpful on more than one occassion. He went over all aspects of the camper, how everything worked, the sway bars and trailer brakes, etc.I would give 5 stars except one of the several times we stopped by Cleveland RV one of the salesman kept telling us we dont have anything for you when discussed the budget we wanted to stay within. Campers are sold there on consignment, you never know what youre going to get in. Just like the one we did buy 2 weeks later.....from a different salesperson.

When I was deciding to place my RV with Cleveland RV, they initially bragged about having over 40 years of knowledge in the RV business. They had my 5th wheel on their lot for over a year and never once called me with a offer. My unit was the nicest camper on their lot. I could never get help with an asking price from them on what my RV was worth so I could ask a proper amount. I had to do all the advertising because they told me they only list it on their (crappy) web page. I needed an awning motor replaced and they said no problem, we will get right on that....4 times!!! It was never fixed. I finally found a potential buyer myself to come take a look at it. I asked the owner if he could have it plugged in so the air and lights would be on. I knew it would show better. At first he said he couldn’t and when I met the potential buyers at the lot the next day, he had moved the camper near a work bay and had it plugged in. A few days ago, I had another local RV dealer come pick it up and move it to their lot a few miles away to make the repairs (which only took 1day). I got a call from her tonight and she wanted me to pay her $300 for moving it 100’ to plug it in. He never said anything about charging me to move it or I would have declined. She used the recent, unfortunate death of her son to try and get me to pity her and pay that crazy amount of money and also used it as an excuse to say why they were lax on their end of showing and repairing the camper. If she had said they were grieving her sons death and could not properly show my camper, I could have moved it sooner. He passed away 4 months ago serving our country. Tonight was the first time I have heard of his death. I’m glad he cannot see his mom using his death to leverage and coerce people. I think that’s despicable. Stay away.
Beware spent approx $3500.00 for repairs and maintenance.Slide repair not fixed. Three service charges no fix.Called another RV shop repaired slide repaired 3 hours.Awning and slide fabric replaced (always worked)First camping trip awning comes loose going down road stranded on shoulder. Contact dealer sorry no employees available. Found roll pin came loose from roller. (Note never open after picking up in rain) Dealer stated parts not available needed to replace roller and arm at my expense $350.00. Dealer doesn’t stand behind repairs.
Go somewhere else. They cannot fill out paperwork. I made three trips back to the dealership to fill out paperwork that should have been done when I was buying my camper. I like my camper just not the people that work at Cleveland RV. I got a phone call today from the finance company and they were trying to figure out why someone named Brook was on my title. I had thought I would take my camper back where I bought it once a year to do maintenance but that will not happen now. I will make sure I tell anyone I know that is looking for a camper or RV to go somewhere else. It is not worth the hassle.
Wents here to get my camper repaired. Repairs were completed but the owner is very unprofessional in the way she speaks to and treats her son in front of customers. Will not be going back. Can not stand to have someone constantly start to argue in front of me. I also had made a payment at time of estimate and is was a battle to get her to apply it to my bill. She acted as if it was a favor she was doing to take that money off my bill. I will find a new place to go.
4% charge to use credit/debit card in store is a ripoff. Credit card companies charge way less when person live in store, presenting the actual credit card. They claim that is what they are charged - seem like a lie. Beside, if this place cannot negotiate a lower credit card fee for live, in store transactions, then why use them. Also, credit cards are a big time convenience cuz you do not have to have a lot of cash on hand for change and dont need to take risk on checks. Why do these guys think they dont have to pay for that big time efficiency. 4%, come on.
These people have no morals, we told them money wasnt an issue, for them to fix our camper right because we have an infant living in the camper. They covered everything up only thing they did right was seal the roof . Charged us 3000 dollars for a cover up job and laughed when my wife said they needed to work on their customer service and that we were leaving bad reviews. So here it is, please, for your sake dont use these people unless you want to get screwed.
Did not meet mother...only the father and son. Both were helpful and courteous, especially the son. Limited selection of RV accessories on sales floor...but enough to get you by. Prices were fair. Selection of RVs on lot was excellent, but overpriced. Even the used ( or less than perfect ) ones were about twice what they were worth. Prices were listed inside RVs...and you were free to browse without a salesperson.
These are honest and dependable people. Dealt with Wayne, Manager, Bob and Pedro who came and looked at my rv at the camp site. They didnt waste time and pinpointed the problem. Communicated with me throughout the process. Highly recommend.
This is a small Mom and Pop business. We scheduled a date and time to have our bearings repacked. We pulled into the lot and were met by Kevin, the Pop. The staff got right on re-packing our bearings and replaced our seals. They also inspected our 5th wheel brakes and repaired our electric jacks (unforeseen, last-minute problem). We waited outside for about an hour or so with our children and we were treated like family. I will FOREVER take my RV there for any service. The staff and service is friendly and EXCELLENT!
Im a little late on giving a review, but me an my son bought a fifth wheel camper from cleveland rv an we ask them to check the camper out, I payed him $300.00 dollars to check it out I made it very clear that I wanted him to check it out from top to bottom the roof an floors, and when we picked it up he said that the camper was in great shape but to find out it wasnt the only thing he did was check the appliances an heat an air, he never told me that he wouldnt look at roof or floors an that the only thing he checks is the appliances, an when we got it home it rained the camper leaked we got on top of the camper had a tare in it an the roof was soft an there was a couple of other things too, my son ask him about it an he said to bring it back he would look at it but if it went over a couple hundred dollars he wouldnt back, it an we all know if its soft roof its going to be over that then we have to go threw the trouble of carring it back, just be very carefu when buying from them, we will not ever trust him again not good business!!!
If you need RV service, you can count on Wanye Thomas at Cleveland RV. I called them at 10 am and they saw us with our brand new 2019 Tiffin Bus at 1 pm. All the work were completed professionally and we were out by 4:30 pm. Great people including the head mechanic Bobby and others. Thank!
Young man was friendly but wanted 500 Earnest dollars to make offer on consignment. Needless to say we went somewhere else.
Came out to Top of Georgia to fix my propane heater. Did a good job, had the parts for a plier heater. Standard rates for today and took a check

Bought a toilet valve there today. Sticker shock about $50. These sale all over the internet for $15. They were friendly though.

2022-07-06We so enjoyed our experience purchasing our new camper from Cleveland RV. They were a 5 star experience from beginning to end. From sales to financing, accounting and service we could not be more pleased. The whole staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Not only was the process smooth from the start but before we hooked up and left they thoroughly cleaned the camper for us and expertly installed all the extras we had purchased and gave us a fantastic overview of how everything worked. And before we left made sure we were comfortable with everything. A lot of RV dealers try to tag on a lot of extras at the end of purchase like mandatory travel clubs and such. Cleveland RV does not participate in such ridiculous acts. Their process is straight forward and honest. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for an RV or camper.

We just picked our camper up from having the awning arms replaced. Service was quick and affordable, and the arms are better than when we bought the camper. We can’t recommend Cleveland RV enough!

2021-12-01Ryan is a very nice knowledgeable associate. But the dealership’s advertised prices do not include $600 prep fee. That is against GA law. They let me walk with out budging from price, prep fee and told me no hoses or kits are included.
