The food and Customer Service is phenomenal! They have the best macaroni and cheese I have ever had! The wings, salmon, lamb chops, potato salad, green beans, yams, banana pudding ,lemonade and that MACARONI and Cheese!!! Everything thing is good. These ladies need 10 stars!!!

Clevelands Concessions has the best food around. Everything is seasoned to perfection! I promise you wont be disappointed and you will definitely have leftovers.Even better than the food though, are the sweet ladies who keep things running smoothly and effortlessly. They are so personable and kind.
If you haven’t had this food before get down there even if you live two hours away it’s worth the drive and worth every dollar most food places don’t give you enough food their plates you can eat for two or at least have lunch and dinner

This is some of the best food I have ever had! The wings, fish, ALL the sides, and everything else is so yummy. Not only is the food delicious, the customer service is unmatched! They greet me and my family by name lol. I will be a forever customer. Thanks ladies for changing the food game!!!

2022-04-10My favorite food truck in the world! Customer service is impeccable. When I tell you we literally can eat off of one plate for a couple of days I’m not exaggerating. They give you your moneys worth. My favorite plates are the steak bites and the vegan burger and sides the Mac attack and the candy yams but really you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Slushes/snow cones whatever you call them where you’re from are great and affordable too.

2022-04-10Ive been rocking with this food truck since they started in the Douglasville/ Powder Springs area. Ive had about all the food that they sell. Their food is amazing. The flavor is always on point & the food is always super consistent. It taste the same way EVERY .SINGLE. TIME. This will always be my #1 food truck.

2022-05-01Everything is so good it’s hard to choose what to eat. Wings, fish, burgers, or hibachi all delicious. However sides are easy as they have the best Mac n cheese and green beans, gotta get them every time. Also love the ladies running the show!!!

I’m born and raised in the south and know good food when I taste it…and those lamb chops are on point! 2022-04-12It’s so hard to find consistency within the food industry but Cleveland’s Concessions has been nothing but consistent! My family and I absolutely LOVE THEM! Everything that comes off that truck is absolutely amazing. Their customer service is A1. I will forever support them!

The food is consistently good and the customer service is top notch. There have been times when I was running late to get my order. I simply communicated that with them and they adjusted my pickup time to accommodate. I always get my money worth when I buy from them. This is my favorite place to but food and definitely my favorite food truck.

2022-04-10****Update**** She then blocked me and proceeded to talk major trash about me on social media, never begged her to serve me just requested my money back. If you were done with orders then YOUR link should have be closed...I just had the worse customer experience Ever... Clevelands Concessions wow!!! My daughter suggested them, At 5:49 I submitted an ordered, PAID, and received an confirmation with pick up time. My husband and I are standing there at the window at pickup time and nobody acknowledged us... we hear them moving and talking but with the sun glare you cant see inside the lil trailer.Finally someone said were closed, I replied weve already ordered, they reply well we didnt know that, and we are closedI show my email with pick # and time , they Offer NO apology... just Pure attitude and said we will refund you but the computer didnt tell us we had a order 🤷🏾♀️.OKAY fine ..I stand and wait for refund, still no communication, No Im processing it NOTHING SAID, when I asked will I get a cancelation email, the other lady snaps at me that she is working on it!I told her I couldnt see inside due to the glare and no one was talking to tell whats going on .She Came OUT the trailer to look inside as if I were lying..... lady are u serious?Then they tell me my refund will take 9-14 business days... UNACCEPTABLENever had them and now I never will.

2022-04-12I’m new to Georgia and since I’ve found them on Facebook. I have been loyal they are amazing people and food will get you right whew a good nap we’ll be needed. 2022-04-10End of the day this is a small business people need to be patient and understanding. Some of these negative reviews , are obsessive and an nvasion of privacy. The food is excellent and we all know that. Will be coming back and continuing to as long as we are blessed with their business.
