It was all lies. I started the process explicitly tell them I want everything finalized before I drive 5.5 hours. The day before I got there they said I need more money down after a previous agreement. I ever clarified that the deal is good with the trade in and they said yes. I got there and said the deal can’t happen because of my trade in. I told them I have a trade in several times and told them I need the negative equity rolled over. The salesman Brooke lied to me. Hr told me to sell my car carmax. They will give me less for my car and the deal can happen and I can pay the remaining balance overtime. I went to carmax and they told me I had to pay the remaining balance right there. I was almost carless 5.5 hours away from home. This highlights the corruption in this dealership.
My salesman Frank Brook was the best salesman very polite and cares about his cusomers needs very multi tasked I bought a 2009 mercedes 550 that was in excellent condition , you need a ride go see Frank Brooks he will get you rolling. I must retract my statement i was asked to give a 5 star got 15 minutes down the road got a bad vibrtion from vehicle which i purchased on 5-17-2022 for $12,800 cash took it back to find out the trasmission was gone the vehile was sold to me as in excellent condtion this dealership had prior knowledge of this now the owner is ducking and dodging me and the staff is now very uncooperative beware of this dealership They have mechanics and a shop onsite but dont be fooled they are patching up car just to get them off the lot because the state of georgia has no lemon law and they are selling lemons the deception there is very real. On June 18th 2022 purchased a 2011 Buick Lacrosse in good faith and under the assumption that this dealership was on the level. I was not informed of any real problems with the above referenced vehicle. Outside of a cracked windshield which I was planning to replace anyway there were only superficial scrapes in the interior of the vehicle. Planning to drive back to New York something in me said have the car checked out. To my surprise there was literally a list of things that need to fixed. Rear brakes, the starter and coolant lines in addition to other unresolved issues. had to addressed out of my pocket. Now Im 2,000 deeper in the hole for repairsthey shouldhavemade prior to the sale of this vehicle. Do not purchase a vehicle from this establishment unless youre looking for a project to work on.
Very Bad For Business , did a credit app on Thursday was told my check stubs looked fraud from my current employer , told I needed to send in bank statements for proof of direct deposit did that was told on Monday it was sent over to bank should her something the afternoon never heard nothing called back the next day to get an answer still nothing now today I call they claim I need a co signer with a 650-700 credit score for a 12999 loan … ask for them to show me where the bank stated that they say they can’t , not only that it never showed where my credit was ran on my credit report …. This definitely is not my first time financing a car on my own so I know how all this goes I was just discriminated against and they just didn’t want to sell the vehicle to me or felt I can’t afford after I just financed my own Infiniti 3yrs ago. For a $24000 loan , my previous car was financed with just me for a $13000 loan and my first car I financed at 18 was $18000 I signed by myself they are bullshittin and definitely janky definitely doesn’t take a bank long to give a decision for a finance loanDEFINITELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VERNOON He Hung The Phone Up In My Face Once I Asked For Proof Of What The Bank Said Everyone Knows You Are Entitled To Knowing The Banks Decision Once They Respond Back With Information Especially When I’m The Buyer That Applied

I was on the market to purchase a used car. I was referred by a used car salesman off Memorial Drive who works at Olympic Auto, to a place called Cobb Luxury Cars (at it’s second location on 72 Atlanta St. Marietta GA 30060) to find the specific car I was looking for, an Audi Q5. I was referred to named Ralph.Before I even went on the test drive, he stated that he wanted to be forthcoming and he told me that the radio was out and that I would need to have it replaced, and that there was an Air Bag sensor that was out on the car. I was okay with that because again, they seemed to be minor issues and he assured me that they were minor and that the car was a solid car otherwise. I explained to him that I needed to have something reliable to get around in and to drive my three year old son around. My son was with me when I was on the test drive and when I made the purchase.After the test drive, Ralph and I continued to discuss the car and it’s total health. I realized that there is no lemon law for used cars in Georgia, so I asked plenty of questions to get an understanding of what I was getting with my purchase. He told me that the car even performed very well when he was behind the wheel and that I truly had nothing to worry about with the car, as he described it as being a “solid” car. So we went over the details on the repair of the radio and the air bag sensor. At the onset, he was offering to have the radio repaired before my purchase. Then suddenly he told me that he wanted to give me a discount so he could put the repair off on me. He sat with me and looked up replacement radios so he could give me an estimate on what it might cost to replace. It was a range of about $300-$400. I paid EZ Auto Inc $3,000 on the day I test drove the vehicle (12/9/19) and then came in the next day to pay the remaining $7,134.25 which was the full price of the car including the discount.Three days later, the car needed a jump again. I called Ralph to see if the car was giving me a “Weak Battery” notification in error because he never said anything about the car needing a new battery. I asked if the car needed any repairs and he previously assured me that there were those only two minor repairs. The next day or two passed and the car went dead while I was driving it. I lost all control over the vehicle with my three year old in the car with me.I tried to jump the car again, and it came on but would not accelerate. I had to leave it in a strangers driveway and then have it towed the next day to an auto repair shop. I took it to a place called Anthem Auto on 12/17/19 where they have a 5 star rating for import/luxury repairs. They ran a diagnostic and told me the car needed a new battery. I paid them $550 for the job. I got the car back and on the same day the car was dead again. The technicians at Anthem Auto were taken aback. They had the car towed back to their shop and they replaced the new battery again, but this time with an authentic Audi battery. They said it went dead again because the car was not programmed to receive a non-Audi battery.I got the car back and again, it went dead while I was driving it. I then had it towed to Audi where they programmed the car to receive the Audi battery which still did not work! Audi connected the car to their diagnostic system which exposed what is truly wrong with the vehicle. There are three computer nodes that are key to the brain functionality of the car that need to be replaced. The car cannot keep a charge because the computer is “Brain Dead” which basically means these people sold me the shell of a car. I arrived the day of the 27th and Ralph told me that the owner (Only referred to as “Alex” was only going to offer me the “trade-in value” of the car at $5,000 which was half of the money I paid for the car 17 days prior to that date. This let me further understand that I had been conned by these people. They knew the car was faulty and only worth $5,000 or so from the very beginning. You are taking a huge risk if you trust anything they say to you.
Nice owner and the person I worked with was Frank Collins. Frank was polite and professional and easy to speak with. I saw the vehicle on cargurus and called to find out if it was still available and it was. Went to check out the vehicle and test drive it. Was not ever pressured and was allowed to take my time on the test drive. Came back and I found 1 issue (brakes n rotors). That issue was scheduled to be taken care of and I was given a discount on price (300.00) for being prior military. I had my own financing so doing paperwork was easy. Came to pick up the vehicle the next day and Whomever did the cleaning/detail job did not do the best job and that is why I put 4 stars but I was told to come back Saturday for another cleaning and if it is up to par then I will change to 5 stars.Vehicle is 2014 Audi A6 3.0 with 65966 miles. Price was 17,999 and reduced to 17,699 and replacement of brakes/rotors were done. They didnt have a 2nd programmed key but I was given a blank and will have to get it programmed myself. I think that is fair. I would definitely recommend buying a car here.
Updated Review:Although I wrote a great review about a year ago for Frank Brooks and Nick, unfortunately I’m going to have to give an updated review.After buying one vehicle from the lot a year ago, I directed my brother to also look for a car from CLM. Frank Brooks helped him out in choosing a vehicle that was stated, “Everything was good with the car and it had a clean CarFax Report.” Being that I had no issues a year ago, I had no reason to believe that CLM would direct me wrong this time.However, after getting the car inspected by a trusted mechanic, we were told that the car needed $3000+ in repairs. When trying to contact CLM about the vehicle, we have yet to get a call back from them or have been given the run around about the management not being available or in the office. There was even a point in time where Frank stated that “[he] didn’t even sell a car.” Again, very confusing and misleading.I usually don’t take the time to write out reviews but in this particular case, I felt as if my previous 5 star review would be misleading towards other future car buyers. Buyers beware!Old Review:Frank Brooks and Nick were super professional and helpful! Really patient during the whole process and got us in our new vehicle. Would recommend anyone to come here for their vehicle needs!
Very professional and friendly place! We had Anthony as our salesman and he did not disappoint! He went above and beyond to be sure we drove away with a reliable car in our price range! We ended up picking a 2012 White Ford Edge! We got to take the vehicle on a three hour test drive and they even put it on the lift so we could inspect the bottom of the car! I have had my car over a month WITH NO PROBLEMS! It’s so hard to find good used car dealerships but they are definitely a good one!! Be sure to ask for ANTHONY!!
Got pre approved for a car called them set up a time for me to come in person and I hit the road drove 6 hours from Mississippi I was told the car was available the day I hit the road and the next morning before they open I receive a sorry that car sold late last night text…. Real bad business letting me drive six hours and you sold the car !
I wrote a good review when i bought this raggedy truck 11 days ago. Nothing as advertised, works. Hell, the horn doesnt evdn work. Its like they get the cars in good enough condition for you to drive off. Just had my truck towed for 150 because every single light in the car came on out if nowhere. Called their office...no answer. Sent texts and emails...no response. Yet they expect a monthly payment on a piece of s**t. Dont even have the decency to at least offer a similar vehicle. Sitting here 11 days after purchase with a car that doesnt even crank up.

My husband and I recently purchased a Tundra truck from Cobb Luxury Cars and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is very friendly as well as professional. Everyone from Jacob, our original salesman, to the manager, Steve Sheehan, to Frank Collins who finished our transaction, was knowledgeable and terrific. Frank is a really special guy. Not only was it a smooth sale, but the tangential conversations were delightful. We’ve bought a lot of cars over the years and this was probably the most enjoyable transaction we’ve ever had. We highly recommend Cobb Luxury Cars.
I am not impressed one bit, this used car dealership seems to be fly by night operation which has poor follow up. I spoke with a salesman on the phone, as I am from out of state, he sent a video of the truck I was very much interested in, but used an email he doesnt use or follow up with, that seems fishy to me, and begs the question why is there not official company email for communication instead of personal gmail accounts, again a fly by night operation it appears. This experience has me more cautious about the notifications I receive from Car Fax notification, I will pay closer attention to make sure I am dealing with a Ram Dealership and not a used car lot business.
My loan with the bank has been completed 8 days ago. I have worked with Frank Booker and Steve. I have never dealt with such irresponsible and unprofessional service after the truck was sold. 7 days after the truck was sold to me but not delivered I was asked for my drivers license and to sign documents that looks very suspicious and couldnt be explained. This dealership received payment for the vehicle. But has yet to deliver my truck. Ive taken time away from both of my jobs. Im paying on a vehicle with insurance under my name and a payment with no vehicle.
Jacob made my car purchase simple and easy. I got a great no haggle price that included a 2 year warranty and gap insurance. He worked diligently to get me a better loan structure and payment than I was approved for with another lender before I even got to the dealership and when I got there I was in and out in less than an hour.
Whole transaction was smooth. Frank Brooks didn’t pressure us or try to over sale us. His manager came out and put a deal together with everything included and brought cash to seal the deal. Not to mention they let me test drive the truck and have it checked out by my mechanic. No major issues or problems with vehicle and the best level of customers service and respect. If I could give no stars I would. First truck they tried to sell had an ABS light on and brakes went all the way to the floor and would not stop while driving. Salesman said it’s just the brakes but go ahead and test drive it lol. We left that one alone and saw a different one. Purchased a 09 Silverado 2500 and was ensured an oil change, fuel filter, pulley would be fixed, headlight and rear window switch would be fixed before pickup. We paid for this vehicle CASH!!! Headlight was fixed, belt was sprayed with WD40 and that’s it. Safety recall not performed either but I took care of that in one hour. They could care less of your safety as long as they get you money. There was 3 other cars we were going get the next day but went somewhere else.
I’ve had my car for about 2 months now & I love it. I drove 4 hrs to purchase the vehicle and got there around closing, I really appreciate Frank for holding the vehicle and staying late to help, he had great customer service. I would’ve be giving 5 stars but the title clerk was terrible at returning my calls and seemed to give me the run around concerning my title. I learned the best way to contact them is through email but all is good now. Anyone doing business with them should just have patience with the paperwork.

They sold me a car with ABS lights on. Knowing it was a hazard. Then later wrote a work order to have it fix, but didn’t so i Wasted two days w/them and still did not fix my vehicle but had the audacity to keep it from me because they claimed the problem was a safety issue n I can’t drive it. Paperwork all screwed up and the trade in I brought them doesn’t even crank and they want to give it back now instead of putting me in something else. Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone ever. And this is facts. Unfortunately (March 2021) #red335i
This is the worst experience I have ever had. I bought 2 vehicles for my children the same day 6/1/20 and paid in cash! The BMW was fine for 3 weeks then I had to replace the AC compressor for $800. The check engine light came on in the Audi after 2 DAYS of purchase! The timing chain had to be replaced for $6k but I found someone to do it for $3k. I called the sales person Ralph multiple times and received no return call. To top it off I still cant register the Audi because this dealership hasnt completed the paperwork! Its been almost 3 months since purchase and not only have I put $3500 in the Audi that I just purchased but now it has to be parked because I cant get them to process my title. I emailed and call the office manager with no response. Ive asked for the owners contact info with no response. I came into the office of course no one is available to help me. Not only is this the worst customer service but the i have spent $5,000 between the 2 cars that I have had less than 3 months. I held off from making a bad review as I know that some times things happen but this company has done nothing to acknowledge the fact they sold me a car that needed major work and they havent done a thing about my title. I cant even sell the car even if I wanted to! This has been a nightmare that I still havent woke up from. Run dont buy here!!!!!!
I came from out of town 4 hours away to purchase a car that I understood I would get from Larry. When I arrived they had sold the car the night before. No communication. Finance manager was respectful enough to come clean and tell us they sold the car the night before. Do not recommend coming here.
Recently bought a car from this dealership and can’t say enough about how helpful and patient the salesman Larry was. He helped me from the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out. We just bought a 2011 BMW X5 at Cobb Luxury and were very pleased with the experience.My salesperson Alex was wonderful to work with. Be sure to ask for him. He was courteous, helpful and patient. We agreed on a sales price, without haggling and we received a fair value for our trade-in vehicle. The finance manager secured a loan for us quickly. We did not feel pressured at any time, like at some other dealers. They have a good inventory and prices. Overall, a very good experience. We would buy from CLC again and would definitely recommend them.
I found a car online that I liked and filled out the credit information. 10 minuets later got a call. He verified my information and then said he would call me back once he got a loan approval. He called back 5 minuets later. I went in that night with my husband and test drove the vehicle and loved it. I was in and out in about 45 min. We loved the experience so much my husband went in on Monday and traded in his older jeep to get a new car. The entire experience was amazing from top to bottom and I have literally 0 complaints. The warranty worked into the price of your monthly payments is super worth it. This was the exact opposite of my last car buying experience, it was awesome in every way.
Walking in to this dealership, I was very discouraged because I was denied at the previous dealership so I didnt think Id be able to get in a car. However, Frank eased my mind and assured me he would get me in a car that I wanted at the price I was comfortable with and he did EXACTLY that. I would give this company a 0 if I could. It needs to be changed from Cobb Luxury Cars to Cobb Lemon Cars. I recently purchased a car from there that had hidden secrets. I called the salesperson Frank Brooks about what was wrong about the car. At the time of purchase, he did nothing but lie. I offered to buy an extended warranty because the car was bought as is. He would not sell me one because he told me the car was in great shape. Come to find out that the sway bars, valve cover gasket, the left front half shaft, the front crank shaft seals and censor, the solenoid, etc. had a problem. I discovered having these problems after having the car inspected. After I called them, they are hard to get in touch with, he avoided my calls. I found out that the BBB have 11 complaints, not including mine, against them. Beware before you go to this dealer. They are not a good company, and as I said I would give them a -0 if I can, but Im forced to give them a 1. Beware of this dealership. Do your research.
I drove 3 hours to buy a truck. We settled on a price and they messed up the paperwork. Also I have already paid the bank over $5k on the truck and the bank STILL hasn’t received the title. The people are nice but don’t let smiles fool you. They will take there sweet time doing paperwork. Very unprofessional and overall a terrible service.
I Purchased a 2013 BMW in March, 2020. If I was able to give Cobb Luxury Cars 00000 raising I would. They told me the car was in good condition. I had to call them the next day they put me on hold for over 45 minutes and told me to come in, The sensor light for the tires came on, they told me would order the part and repair it. Even after they are repairing the car I continue to have problems. I would NOT recommend purchasing a car from this place. They buy from the auction and just cars on the lot without mechanical inspection.DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!
Purchased a BMW 135i. its a beautiful car, was told everything was working fine. my fault for trusting. just had $2k worth of work done to it to make it somewhat right on top of purchase price. buyer beware and make sure you dont take their word for it. Sales guy matt ignored my messages after the sale.
When they emphasize over and over again sold as is run because they know whats wrong with the car and you just didnt notice it YET!!! Took a few days but as soon as their jerry rigged fix on the bed of the truck fell out it was obvious what they had done!!! When I call about the tag not coming in the mail, they immediately blame it on the tag office!!! Nice lady at the tag office informed me, nah some shady car dealers just dont pay the 20.00 for the tag then blame it on us when the tag doesnt come. This is a crooked and garbage car dealership and wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy!!

Unprofessional and poor service. I inquired about a vehicle online, Ralph texted me back, we made an appointment for me to see the vehicle. I was given the address via text, fine so far. On arrival, no receptionist was present to help me find Ralph, I just asked a salesperson who was at their desk. After waiting to speak with him, he communicated that the vehicle in question was at their other location a few miles down the road, with no apology for wasting my time. On arrival at that location the vehicle was not there either. No apology, no enthusiasm to find the car advertised from the gentleman there either. I test drove another vehicle just to feel like my time was not a complete wash.
I would like to thank everyone here for a good job!! My fiance and went there to look at a truck we saw online. Was greeted right away by Frank, and he gave us the keys to test drive it. Rick was very helpful also with everything to make sure we had what we needed to buy the truck. They were so busy, but they still gave us the time and help we needed. We left with a new truck thanks to the help of Rick and Frank. It was a very great experience, I highly recommend :)

From the moment we walked up we were greeted with smiles, treated with respect and helped promptly. Archie was so nice and helpful, I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. He was patient, kind and understanding. Never once was he pushy or try to get us in something we didn’t want. He let us take our time and help us in our decision. Here is an HONEST review of my husband and my experience at Cobb luxury cars. PLEASE READ, IT WILL BE WORTH YOUR WHILE.We bought a truck on Saturday. The catalytic converter was apparently stolen out of many trucks on the lot. They told us that they fixed them with after market parts (which we thought was fine). Turns out the just straight piped the truck and did a half def delete on the vehicle. We did not notice anything while test driving but when we left the lot I noticed there was a lot of white smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe. We drove an hour home and it never stopped smoking. We took it to a diesel mechanic and they told us it would be $5000 to fix. Cobb luxury cars did offer to fix the truck but we honestly didn’t trust them to do it correctly. They had a tow truck come and get the truck (which I told them not to do until I made a decision of what I wanted to do about fixing it) the GM (Rick was his name) yelled and cussed at me when I told him the truck wasn’t leaving my house. We did eventually come to a mutual agreement and returned the truck. The overall customer service was EXCELLENT but ONLY while we were closing on the deal. After we realized the truck was broken they ignored our phone calls and were extremely rude when speaking with me or my husband. As previously stated the GM was very unprofessional AFTER the deal. The owner (Alex/Farzad) doesn’t care what you have to say and will yell over you and threaten with “recorded lines” while on the phone. He told us that he didn’t need our business cause he has plenty. So overall the customer service was very good while we were actually there. The GM was actually the one who sold the car to us because our sales rep honestly didn’t care if we bought the truck or not. We did receive a good deal on the truck too. And they did try to work with us. We did get ignored and calls forwarded for 3 days in a row. All of this took place from saturday to Thursday. We just can’t get passed the unprofessionalism after the deal is closed. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND MINDFUL. Bring an experienced person with you and don’t let them screw you over. Three stars I feel is fair since the GM was nice and did help with lowing my interest and payment.
I can not express my gratitude enough for this amazing business. We needed a new vehicle badly, they took the time to work with us and were understanding to our situation. No pushing just up front and realistic. I love my new vehicle and I will definitely be a client for life. Thanks even more to the finance manager who worked so hard to make this a possibility. I recently had some unexpected medical expenses that negatively effected my credit, but Archie was able to get me with second chance financing which is rebuilding my credit. To be honest, I was dreading looking for a new vehicle. I don’t do it often and buy vehicles for longevity. I can pretty much count on one hand how many vehicles I’ve had in my adult life. The minute I pulled up JJ came walking out and we just clicked. He has been absolutely fantastic. This was truly a painless experience and he went above and beyond to help us and accommodate our schedules. Hes very good at what he does. They were great with our closing as well. We have had an awesome experience with everyone at this car lot.
I wish I didnt have to even give 1 star. They deserve absolutely no stars at all. I purchased a vehicle back in April. It was a 90 day same as cash deal. It was paid off super early. Here it is October and I still have not received my title yet. They must have my name and number posted somewhere because when I call now, im left on hold. Ive called left emails and still nothing. If I wouldve been late or missed a payment im sure I would have heard something or possibly repossessed. The salesmen are rude and no help at all. This is the worst place of business ever. I warn you do not shop with these people.
Great experience with Cobb Luxury. The salesman, Frank, was very knowledgeable of the inventory and guided us to vehicles that fit our description. The whole process from locating a vehicle ro financing and out the door was done quickly. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will be returning to purchase another vehicle soon. My boyfriend and I recently went into Cobb Luxury looking to buy a used car. The first time we went in we test drove a used outback, we were helped by Chuck, the experience was great, he was very friendly, informative and never once was he pushy. We wanted to think about it a little bit before purchasing. A few weeks later we went back in and test drove a brand new outback. He was great, never pushy, gave his honest opinion, and found us exactly what we were looking for, we walked out with a brand new car! Awesome dealership and staff especially Chuck, I emailed him a couple of times asking a couple of questions, he answered professionaly and discussed all the available options. I went to see Chuck and decided to buy the car after finishing the test drive. After 2 days , I took the car home. I am impressed by his dedication of work and customer service. I will definitely come back when I need another car.

Very Disappointed in the business that this dealership has called I purchased a 2009 Mercedes Benz E350 May 20, 2020 had to turn around the following day being the car back it had faulty wiring got it back home and it started out act crazy thought nothing of it took it to jiffy lube payed $126.00 Oil Change thinking maybe that would work so Sunday on my way from Savannah it cut off on my 5 times total one time in the middle oF the interstate and I almost was in a very bad accident not being able to mash the gas or brake so the following Monday took it to Mercedes-Benz Of Augusta they said the car thermostat is about to go out ,it has an oil leak and everything which totaled up to be $4,413.00 then i put down $2,000.00 which it’s kinda like they are now refusing to give me back when you all already knew something was wrong with it which is very disappointing to someone who is purchasing their very own first car. This Is Definitely not the way to do business.

I have paid $50,000 for a car and I have paid $150 for a car and several in between. This was the worst experience ever, my daughter bought a Kia Optima 2013 car from them on June 19, 2020 for $8300. She takes it off the lot and less than an hour latter the car stops in the middle of the street with her three young kids with her. So angry I called TJ and he said he would take it to the dealer because there was a recall on the engine. They told us the engine was bad and we would have to pay $2800 to get a new motor put in. They are the worst company I have every had to work with. I doubt if they took it to the dealer and I will have my own mechanic look at it. I dont know how this company is still in business but I will make sure that everyone knows about the shoddy business they are running.
We just bought BMW. The whole team was outstanding to work with. They took a low pressure approach, but thoroughly answered all my questions. I liked their approach to pricing vehicles. I am extremely upset with cobb luxury. They told me that i could do 90 days same as cash. The car that i got was priced for $5500. I went in yesterday to pay my car off and get my title and they told me that I still owed $5900 after giving them $3400 already!! Frank was very rude! He didnt want to explain anything to me! How is it possible for me to owe more than the cash price after Ive been paying on it? They are trying to stick me into paying on this car for 2 years. Its a 03 Lexus. I wouldnt have stepped into this deal if I wouldve known i was going to have a to pay almost $10,000 for a 03. Clearly this was a scam and i will not stop until I get justice!
When I arrived I was greeted at the door by Chuck who was just awesome. He had the car outside and ready to test drive in 5 minutes. I have bad credit and not too much to put down but Chuck worked with me. I was able to get the car today he worked with me. Great job guys!
They have the friendliest staff! The process was short quick and easy. They worked with me on imperfections on a vehicle. And have extended warranties on all parts on the car if necessary. Ive already recommended them to two other people and I havent even left the lot.
Just purchased a Kia Forte from NICOLE!! She really made the process easy from start to finish. There were scratches on the car and marker on the headliner but she promised they would be taken care of, and they were!! I got a pretty good deal on the car and they were able to work with me so I could take it home same day. Would definitely recommend.

OUTSTANDING!!! We arrived on their lot to browse their inventory just before closing time. We were quickly approached by a very friendly salesman. He asked us a few questions about what we were looking for and immediately showed us two trucks that fit our parameters. He told us the good, the bad, and the ugly about both vehicles and offered to have us test drive both of them. At this point, we were past closing and that didnt seem to bother him at all. There was NO pressure to sign, buy, nothing like that at all. We told him we would be using our own financing and he immediately gave us the paperwork necessary to proceed. The next day we showed up to take delivery and the truck had been detailed and was ready for us to go. We were in and out in no time. SUCCESS!!!
The best experience Ive ever had looking for a car. I just went in to look around and get an idea for when Im ready to buy a car. Super easy to take a test drive and salesperson was very friendly and laid back. He didnt try to pressure me into buying right then. I will be back next week to make a deal with them!

Worst car buying experience I ever had! Salesman Frank Collins lied about what amenities were in the car! They told me they had 2 keys for the car and that was a lie also! Told the Sales Manager what went on about the extra key and he gave me the run around also! And they never got me another key! Basically told me if I was buying a BMW I should have money to purchase a extra key! Wrong answer!! To top it off they messed up the title paperwork and let the 45 days expired before I could get a out of state plate! Being a African American Man I was very disappointed to see us do each other like this! Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!
Service here is horrible. I do not recommend this place! My family and I just left this place after being there for about 30 minutes. They seemed like they didn’t care to sell any cars. We asked a guy if someone could help us and he quickly brought a young girl over to us. She was hesitant in giving us information and the keys to a truck we had been looking at since we got there. We also asked her about another truck before she left to “get” the keys and told us the down payment would be $5000 without even knowing our credit. Wth! After waiting for maybe another 10 minutes we decided to leave. Would give this place zero stars if I could!
Criminals running a dealership. Long story short, don’t pay cash for anything here or they will pocket a portion of your money, I made a strong down payment of 4500$ per request of their manager Tony (a guy who has some kind of leg injury that affects the way he walks) when I reviewed the bill of sale they reported only 3000$. On top of all this I inquired about a warranty through a vendor they partnered with and they wanted cash AGAIN so I left. I get a random withdrawal from my bank account days later for a warranty coverage program that they used my personal information to setup without my consent. Avoid this dealership if possible cause I’m still regretting their business years later.

Unprofessionalism like Ive never seen. I submitted all of my documents and I guess I didnt qualify for a loan. That was ok with me, no problem. But, what I did have a problem with is the person that was working on my loan never called me back to say I didnt qualify or give me and opportunity to see if I could work something out. When called to speak to him he wouldnt take five minutes to speak to me. The receptionist called me honey and said she would give him another message and hung up in my face. The negative reviews are true.

Both Anthonys, Frank and Rick all were involved with my great experience there. I am a single mother dealing with health issues, I can not and will not post anything unless they are facts, so being a single mother who fights for my health daily, I will tell everyone that this is a place to invest in a vehicle. I explained to them about my challenging credit and they explained everything (the process) from the beginning to the end to ensure that they put me in one of their vehicles. They really cared about helping me and putting me into something that I really wanted and could afford! Just a FYI, the vehicles are all BEA-TI-FUL! I had a hard decision to make between the one I chose and another one!I am happy and i strongly recommend whoever reading this to go by and check them out. Ohhh...I must add, they are all funny and down to earth as well as very professional! They will have you laughing the whole time.I drove off in a 2016 Ford fusion in which Ive gotten so many compliments on! As a matter of fact, my co worker liked mine so much that she went and got her one just like mine! All are great, but I always call on the dark skinned Anthony! Lol!

Sold us a flood vehicle(confirmed by our mechanic). Won’t crank half the time, wiring is all messed up and check engine lights came on days after purchase along with multiple other dash lights that had to of been cleared out before our purchase by the dealership. We had to have it towed home from town 24 hrs after purchase and a new starter put on. Just had a shop put new injectors in and new fuel hoses because the hoses kept blowing off leaving us stranded on the side of the road twice!We’ve had the truck 3 weeks and it’s been a nightmare. Do not purchase a vehicle from this place!
If I could give them zero stars I would. I called before I drove 90 miles to look at a truck to make sure it was available. I was told it was. Get there, they dont know how to operate the 4 wheel drive. I drive the truck, start the process and after being there an hour, I am informed that someone else is going to take the truck home while they work out the financing for them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

My wife and I spent the day looking at different cars and test driving them from multiple dealerships. They made us feel welcome while also not suffocating us with a lot of pressure. At the end of the day thats where we got our car and we were very happy with our purchase and the dealership.
Well heres my experience, mr Anthony Young was my sales person I submitted all documents, everything was finalizing and ready to go all I had to do was test drive and down payment, well when I arrived Mr Young wasnt in, so I waited for his return.well another customer approached the dealership inquiring about the same vehicle that I was promised, another salesperson assisted her and she bought the vehicle just like that. well mr young returned and apologized to me and promised me another vehicle.I lost trust with them at this time. but I soon returned and decided to let him redeem himself so we went for a older vehicle and it cost less,so I decided I will not pay the same deposit for an older model with less value.he agreed so he stated he only had to change over the Numbers from one vehicle to the next but instead he ran my credit again deflating my chances of getting a decent rate. He then Said I was good to go approved but I still had to pay the same deposit,it didnt make sense to me but I eventually agreed so were back rolling again until they said I needed to prove mortgage payment so I did that aswell.my mortgage was paid it was just late.now remember days and weeks are going by. So they returned with another dilemma, I had an open car loan so that needed to be explained to the bank.Mr Young says can I put my wife on here to show two people,two vehicles, now we specifically stated ,this is not as a Cosigner correct, Mr Young stated of course not, I was already approved and she was not a co signer.so we said why do you need her social, he then stated it was just standard procedures for that company UACC in term was really UAC correction. Well we later found out that he was running her as a co signer and we were alerted on her credit that she was hit 4x and one of the companies was not UAC, so now this situation turned into deception and Lies just to close a deal.Mr Young stated to me one thing and the manager stated another.no one was on the Same page.now they have my private bank statements and ran my wifes credit without her consent and to top it off,I still have no vehicle.and I can barely reach him for a direct answer, he keep saying their busy or Ill get back to you or he wont answer my text nor phone calls., when I finally reached him, he then said the 4x4 doesnt work Hmmm🤔. So SHAME ON MR YOUNG and the MANAGER 😡😡 for not being totally honest with me and my wife.
My car buying experience from this dealership has been a nightmare to the point it caused health problems. No doubt my sales rep Frank was outstanding, however, the car i purchased is a LEMON. I found my self 2 weeks after purchased on the side of the road. The car was gasping for air. Come to find out, the car need a new engine. I did reach out to Frank who in return advised me to engaqe Ashton, Mgr. He requested I bring the car in for his mechanic to check it out. When I produced the inspection sheet ( which was performed by CERTIFIED BMW MECHANIC) he informed me that his mechanic did not have the correct tools to work on my car and gave me a referral to a repair shop(mention his name to get a discount and oh yeah, dont show the inspection sheet. Needless to say.. BUYER BEWARE!!! One star for Frank..
This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with buying a used car! Let’s start from the beginning 11/02/2018... They have cars listed on their lots that have bent frames! Do your research! The list price they have online is not the sale price, when it’s time to sign watch the numbers.. They y’all a fast game and give you a bunch of b.s. as to why the figures are different! (P.S.— No where on the website does it say there’s a cash price and a financed price!) I drove the car off the lot, not even 7 days after it left the lot, and it BROKE-DOWN (11/9/2018)! I immediately got on the phone with the General Manager, whom ensured me they would rectify whatever was causing the problem. (He ensured me he would be emailing the Owner to get it taken care of!) Now mind you I purchased an extended warranty with them... I was advised to call back on Monday(11/12/18) that they would have me a slot open to get this fixed. I called on Monday, and to no avail.. No one was there to take my call. I called several times through out the day, left multiple messages both on voicemail and with Salesmen for a return call with my name and number. Dealt with the same thing on Tuesday (11/13/18)! Finally got the receptionist (the only helpful one) to get the GM On the phone. he said he had a slot open Wednesday (11/14/18). So, I did what I was asked and had the car towed (at my expense) to their shop at 1400 Atlanta Rd. I followed up to let them know the car was on its way, as requested! No follow up after! Went to the dealership on Friday (11/16/18) to attempt to talk face to face to the GM. Upon arriving I saw him, waited to be called back and just like that, he was unavailable (he hid)! The “Service Manager” then assured me they would take care of me and rectify the problem! I was told they were having to do it behind the scenes, because the “Owner saw it back on the lot and refused to fix it!” Was told one more time to call on Monday (11/19/18), called as directed and surprise, surprise he was off! Spoke to the GM again, and he advised of the same thing with the Owner, but that they were going to make this right! Now keep in mind the car was sitting on the side of he rode for 6 days, outside the lot.. Finally today (11/20/18) My Husband went to Cobb Luxury Auto to take back possession of the vehicle and the keys, to have it Towed to the Dealership to get the repair done! So, out of all this run around, two tow jobs, and countless unanswered phone calls... Cobb Luxury Cars at 1400 Atlanta Rd Marietta Ga is a place that will NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN! And, I will be sure to tell everyone I know, that they know and so on and so forth to NEVER do business with them! If the owner would ever like to discuss his business practices with a very reasonable customer, please message me.

These people proved to me that they dont care about nothing else but customer service. They stayed focus on getting your job done and keep you happy. There is a handful of guys who I received excellent customer service from. #1 susan is a phenomenal guy, he listen to the customer very fast in his delivery. #2 tony my service adviser, He think when under pressure meet your needs reach out to his team member to make things possible. The manager for the service department he stayed on things fallow up with customers. I dont know what else to say more thank, there is no place like Gwinnett BMW Dealer.

Archie went out of his way to help me get this amazing red v6 Lexus with tiptronic paddle shifters. Drove it twice. Takes the corners so smoothly and awesome sound system. This deal was challenging to say the least as my credit was not the best. Archie found a way to make it work. Way to go. If you need a car this is the place to go.

Do not and I mean do NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE OR EZ AUTO FINANCE.! I didn’t have my car for 4 months and something messed up with the transmission. Then that give you a faulty warranty company that doesn’t cover anything gives you the run around.! I’m still paying on a car note when I can’t even use to car.! They are unprofessional and unorganized.! They couldn’t even figure out they sold me the car.!!! Don’t do it.!!!!!!!!!! I’m saving you a lot of heart ache....
Worst car buying experience ever. I had to do $3,000 of work to the car when the check engine light mysteriously comes on the week after I bought it. It wasn’t a cheap car either. Apparently the owner and his brother(Archie) private sell off the lot and they said they wouldn’t help with repairs because it was a private sell and not the lots sell.. even though I called the car lot when asking location, went to the car lot, did all the paper work in the car lots building on the car lots papers, payed in the car lots office, and drove off that lot. Also now they won’t respond to calls or text to Archie inwhich was my “salesmen” that sold the vehicle. I wish I didn’t even have to leave 1 Star!

The first issue is the car they sold me a BMW 750LI broke down while I was driving it so I returned the vehicle only for them to tell me they had fixed the problem and it just sat on the lot for 2 weeks and returned it once again and it sat another week and was never fixed. I took it to the BMW shop and had to pay almost $2000 to have it repaired. The next issue is that my account is set up for automatic payment through my debit card they recently not only charged my bank account by an access of $125.00 this caused my account to be over drawn this caused that bank account to be charged a overdraft fee of $32 over three times. I tried to contact them to have the extra money reversed but was told it would be I was placed on hold for over an hour then hung up on.I have even went back up to the dealership only to be given the run around. They continue to charge a late fee when the money is taken out on the due date but they take over a week to process and charge me the late fee. This happens every two weeks. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!
Archie and Aaron were a pleasure to work with. They stayed late after hours and allowed me to test drive the car. They worked a deal to get me into a 07 Infiniti G35. These days honerable honest car salesmen are hard to find.These two went above and beyond to accommodate me. Archie even gave $20.00 out of his pocket to gas it up. Aaron worked out a 90 day same as cash deal for me so that after I make 6 payments Ill own the vehicle. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. If you are looking for a reliable vehicle at a great price and well maintained car please go see Archie and Aaron. I will go back to CLC and refer anyone to them no matter your situation or status credit wise they will take care of you!
Of course, as you’re in the process of buying the car it’s peaches but as soon as you drive off the lot.. everything wrong with the car seems to surface. They knew this car was a piece of junk because not only did they had to fix the tire rod, the light bulbs was out. Ended up having to pay $3k in repairs within the 2nd month of having the car! Remind you, the light bulb been out before purchase. I kept reminding them to put it in they said they will do it. Come to find out it’s an electric shortage in the car! Poor customer service and clearly doesn’t care about pleasing guest. I strongly do not recommend
I went to this place with about ready to pay cash for a Jaguar and they were like so not connected with society in there, the vibe was way off no energy none what so ever. I wanted to pay cash for a car. One guy say give him 2 minutes. I waited 10 minutes then went and spoke to another guy. He acted as if he were going to speak to someone about this and never came back. Then the 2 minute sales man came and ask have someone helped me i said he can help me then he said give me 2 minutes and walked like he was trying to help only to go outside and get in a car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ALL TOGETHER.
Cobb auto gets 1 star and im being way too nice. Nancy (5 Stars) is a valuable asset to Cobb and I dont know how she could deal with them. She is the one that kept me from going ballistic in there. I brought a Mercedes there and didnt know it had a transmission leak. I went to get a oil change and the mechanic said is a bad leak under the car it was coming from the transmission. He said they should have never sold me that car and they knew it had a leak. This was after I have driven the car for about 2 weeks they promise to fix it but the car wouldnt run anymore and went into what they call limp mode. I spoke to my sales rep Hasani. He said bring it in and a day was set. Make a long story short, he got fired they were never gonna fix the car themself. It would of been on my dime. The supervisor was no help. Nancy was a sweetheart and talked to me like a human being and not another sale. I was planning not to give them another dime and let them try to repo the car. She went above and beyond to take the time to make me feel important not like the sales reps and supervisior with all their lies. I did get screwed with my car but Nancy showed me the light at the end of the tunnel. Cars fixed but if i go back there it would be to say hi to that sweet heart of a woman Nancy. Nancy gets 5 stars!!!Lets see how long they keep this post up
Drove over an hour from McDonough,GA to their location after to speaking extensively Frank one of their salesmen about 2 BMW listed on their site. He even quoted me a down payment and monthly payment. I went down with all the docs and was told it was on another lot 10 mins away. Drove their and still there was NO CAR. Tony the manager tried to slick talk me saying that Frank made a mistake and shouldnt have given me a qoute over the phone. They are liars, I even test drive a BMW that he said he could get me in with a $7,000 down payment, beautiful BMW but the navigation and display wasnt working and it was smoking bad out the exhaust. BUYER BEWARE
Very relaxed selling environment here. No pressure at all. Was not able to get a deal worked out but the experience of dealing with Julz was very nice. Would definitely recommend going in to see him if your in the market for something new. He worked very hard for us I just wish we couldve made as deal.
Emailed and confirmed that they had a specific vehicle I was interested in, in stock the night before. Drove over an hour to test drive it the next day, only to arrive and find out it had been sold days prior. Couldve been an honest mistake but it honestly felt like I was told it was in stock to get me on the lot and then show me alternatives.
Great experience with this dealership. Big shout out to Faylasha who helped me with the purchase of a truck. Even in the midst of my continuous mind-changing, Faylasha was very professional, courteous and helpful. I love the truck, and would highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase.
Same as EZ AUTO in Cobb that is now permanently closed down, I bought a Audi A5 in June 2019 and in November I was told the engine is going out on the car, I called them the same week I purchased abou the check engine light coming on, they took the car some where and had the engine light taken off ( NO WORK WAS DONE) now 5 months later the engine is going out and I have a car note. Very bad business since I spoke with them a few times about issues the car had in the first week!! BE CAREFUL WITH THESE SCAMMERS.
They were great! I had my two crazy toddlers with me, and they helped me corral them into the awesome kids table! I had packed in all kinds of snacks, drinks, tablets, thinking I would be there for a crazy amount of time but was shocked at how fast they serviced me. I was very pleased!
I dislike dealerships but Cobb Luxury was great, unlike most, They helped me get into the car I needed, no hassle, very professional, understood what I needed and gave me a great deal, it was a pleasure doing business with her, would highly recommend to family and friends.

Continuation from Vincent Culley..... I explained to him which option I would like to go with. He then said ok well get it done as soon as possible. Every day after that I reached out to “JT”, he either stated that it was getting worked on or it was getting put back together. I continuously called him every day, two times a day for over two and a half weeks to check to see when my truck would be done. After a week in a half of having my truck in his possession he stated that I could come pick it up the following week. Once the date finally arrived after another week had passed of not having the truck “JT” then stated that it was done, and he would have someone deliver it to me. He stated that I didn’t have to come get it and it should be arriving by the end of the day. I reached out and expressed my concern because I hadn’t received my truck by 8pm. I didn’t hear from “JT” until the next day explaining that it will be arriving by lunch. I still didn’t receive the truck by lunch. I then reached out to see were we still on schedule to have the truck delivered. He stated “Yes, you should be hearing from transport soon”. I never heard from transport. I then became frustrated because “JT” had possession of my truck since the 5/6/20 to present day which is 5/22/20. I informed “JT” that I will be coming to pick up the truck because the transport that he had been talking about for the past 3 days never arrived. “JT” stated that “Everything was done, and the truck was ready”. He then asked, “When would I be arriving because he had to retrieve my truck from the guy that was supposed to be transporting it”? I told him that I would be arriving as soon as they opened. Once arriving my truck was on empty and in the same spot I left it on 5/6/20, but the engine light was off. 20 mins down the road the engine light returned with the same message. I then turned around to express to “JT” that the engine light came back on. He then proceeded to tell me that “He’s a salesperson and its over his head” and asked me to leave. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a lot and a person with “JT’s” character. He is a habitual liar and should not be trusted. I went back and forth driving a hour for almost a month to get a slap in the face at the end and my truck wasnt even touched.
Visited this location to see a car, took 10-15 mins of waiting before they figured out the car was sold. She attempted to show us another car and it was trapped behind other cars but that didnt matter because the car didnt start. Was actually considering a car for myself from this location but I think ill pass. Great looking dealer online but was sub-par service in person.

2022-03-14I recently purchased a Ram 3500 dully pickup truck with Cobb Luxury Cars in Marietta. When I test drove the truck I pointed out to the sales person, Frank, that the truck seemed to not feel correct while driving. Frank assured me it was just the tires because they needed replaced. I purchased the truck and 3 days later I was towed to the garage because the ball joints came apart.Needless to say, its a used truck and I understand the no warranty with a used auto. However, in this case, since I pointed out the issue before I purchased the truck and 3 days after I purchased it, the front-end falls out from under the truck.Ive tried for a month to get resolution but today, after dragging me by the chain, around my neck, they determine that they will not offer to cover the costs of the repairs. And, all I was asking for was half of a $1600.00 garage repair bill.They said I should have bought a warranty, but the warranty is for the power train, not for ball joints.I suggest caution when dealing with this company as things they say may not always be as they really are.

2022-07-11I bought a truck from them in may and has yet to receive my title from them. I paid in full with cash and at first their customer service was good but when they get your money all that niceness they gave in the began goes out the door. They don’t return your calls, leaves you on hold forever or just flat out hang up in your face, you can never reach the owner and I have yet to be given any information about where’s my title, who has it, is it or has it already been processed, or how long it will take to get to me but they been had my money since the second week of May

2022-01-15We were not planning to purchase a car today but after stopping by, seeing, and test driving the Mercedes SUV we were sold. Danise was our sales person and she was professional and very helpful. The process was smooth and efficient. We rolled off the lot the same day. 2022-06-24We purchased a Buick LaCrosse on June 16. The salesperson, Frank, assured us that the Carfax was clean, it rides smooth, and didnt have any mechanical defects. As soon as I got it home, the car had trouble starting. Next was the glorious check engine light came on. So we took it for a diagnostic test and were given a report containing three pages of issues. Ive contacted the dealership and spoke with the manager who fell back on the As-is clause but totally ignored the fact that his salesperson misrepresented the car.Even by doing the bare minimum repairs were already on the hook for almost $3000 in repairs.
