What a great team you have hear every day I go thru the drive thru and place my 2 LG hot caramel Macchiato and sometimes bagel minis and before I can say bagel mini they ask me... Great customer service.. And Im just here out of town working... If I could give ten stars I would thank you
Service with a smile!🌝 The drink orders are pretty accurate and tasty no matter if you ask for additional pumps or less ice.😃. The donuts are fresh and very delicious.😋But I would caution against the breakfast items likes eggs and similar as they are awfully salty (not fresh, but microwaved or toasted from frozen?)😞
Stopped in to get a latte, but wasnt sure what flavors there were. The regular flavors are not displayed on the menu. The menu had the three signature lattes displayed: Blueberry Crisp, Caramel Craze and the Cocoa Mocha lattes. Ive never had a latte from Dunkin before, so I wanted to try one of the regular lattes to get an idea of the flavor of their lattes. The lady who took my order was very friendly and helpful. She explained all of the different flavors and even recommended trying the mocha or the caramel which were her two favorites.I ended up going with the mocha latte! I didnt get any added sugar, so that I could taste how sweet the latte was by itself with just the mocha syrup added in. Overall, I enjoyed the flavor! The mocha was not too overpowering, but still added a very nice chocolaty taste to the espressos strong and bitter flavor.The reason I gave this location a four out of five star rating is simply because they need better labeling of all the flavors they have to offer for their different drinks. I felt a little lost when looking at the drink menu. The list was very simple which made it easy to read and understand what drinks they had, but there were no flavors you can choose from list which made me have to ask the employee what flavors they were able to make with the latte. Besides that minor con, my overall experience was very good! The employees were friendly and quick and my mocha latte was hot and delicious! Keep up the excellent work you guys!
Went in after work to get a coffee and the guy who took my order was amazing and friendly. The reason why I’m giving it two stars is because I saw someone in regular clothes walk in and go behind the counter with a puppy. I then hear the lady who i believe was the manager at the moment tell the guy to go to the back. A few minutes later I see this guy go get donuts. I don’t know where he left this dog or if he washed his hands before grabbing anything but I definitely don’t think it was appropriate/ sanitary to let an animal go behind the counter where there is food.
Went through drive thru and my iced coffee needed more caramel and cream so I went inside. I believe it was the manager who offered to remake it but I declined just asking for more cream and caramel. Then the manager had Debbie (cashier) offer me a free donut. Debbie was very sweet and cheerful. I appreciate such great customer service of making sure I was happy. You don’t see this often! Thank you from a tired mommy!
TERRIBLE. The worst coffee experience ever. Just pure trash. Order a hot latte - they hand me a room temperature one that had clearly been sitting out for hours - maybe the made an extra from an hour before and were like “ah yes this will do”. Or there terrible at making hot coffee which is also probably true.Horrible service, rude. Nothing good to say. DONT VISIT HERE. Save your money.
Im mixed about this DD. They were busy so not everyone was the friendliest but they were hustling and trying. They moved quickly and my first order of a couple dozen donuts were ready almost immediately. Then placed a second order for my drink and sandwich. Initial cashier left for the back and another lady took over. I think she was new and she was trying but she was lost and/or hard of hearing. I ordered a drink and a sandwich. I had to reiterate my the sandwich twice (no special requests just the name of the sandwich) and my drink 3 times. My order comes out and the drink is hot when I asked for iced, same lady that wrang me up had left to make my drink for my order I guess. I mention its incorrect and she says what? as if she didnt hear me, not rudely just hard of hearing I guess. Get to my clients parking lot, no napkins in my bag or the bag of 4 dozen doughnuts.
When I first starting going here, I was fine with regular dairy milk in my coffees and lattes but Im sure this location actually serves it rotten/spoiled. This morning I ordered a chai latte with almond milk to be safe, and found that I have never had a worse latte from any dunkin donut location. If there s anything you can say about this particular store... is that they are constantly serving up food and drinks that barely resemble what you should be receiving from a so called dunkin. If I could give you a zero, I would.
Extremely slow service. We ordered two dozen donuts. Waited at the drive-thru window for 10-15 minutes with no cars in front of us. We were given the wrong types of donuts twice, and they were out of several kinds we asked for. Overall very disappointing. Would not stop at this location again.
Youll have a completely different experience if you go through the drive through vs going inside. The drive moves much faster and the orders from inside seem to come last. They need to have a new routine. The cashier is not soley taking orders but also making coffee during prime busy hours. As you can imagine this causes a back up in the line each time a coffee order has to be completed. Another team member should be present to assist with the front orders. If you order food your order will completely be on the back burner.When I finally got to work and looked at my order you could tell my wrap was completely thrown together and messy. This order was not worth the wait and frustration.
The only reason I’m leaving a review is because i have had CONSISTENT issues with this location, both inside and at the drive-thru. My order has been wrong multiple times at the drive-thru, twice i ordered a chipotle chicken bacon sandwich and there was no chicken. If you go inside, the cashiers are overextended with taking orders AND making drinks. I was originally the only customer inside and people came in after me. I ordered a macchiato with almond milk, a water and a sandwich. The sandwhich came super quick But the coffee took 10 minutes. All of the customers who came in after me received their food/beverages and i watched 5-10 cars get their orders while i waited for the coffee. After telling the cashier I’d settle for a regular coffee, she handed me a drink that was HALF FULL. I mean, it felt a little light but i didn’t think anything of it until i was at work at opened the lid. Let’s not even mention that every time i order a water, i ALWAYS have to ask again. The cashiers are rude and dismissive and one of the cooks has to apologize today when the cashier shoved a water in my hand and walked off before i could ask her for A LID. Needless to say, Ive changed my morning routine for Quiktrip.
Terrible service! I have never had my food thrown at me until I came to this location. The bagel and the coffee were cold. Open hostility from all of the employees behind the counter. I will just go to the location further up the road where the service is much, much better.
Nice new store! The service has become awful lately. On Saturday afternoon May the 2nd, I placed an order for curbside pick up. I skipped one of the 2 designated parking spaces for curbside because there was a lady there with her 2 children on bicycles. I parked in a next spot over to give them room and notified the employees that I was at the location via the app. After about 2 minutes the employee came outside looked at us, my wife and I, in the car, rolled his eyes and went back inside.We waited about 10 minutes, and then I went inside to check on in the order. The order was ready but he explained that he didnt bring it out because we were parked in the wrong spot. Note we were the only car in the parking lot.
I usually have a pleasant experience at this location. Everyone is usually pretty friendly and helpful. However, today there was this rude Indian lady at the drive thru. When I handed her my money she reached out and grabbed it as normal, but when she was giving me my coffee she stood there with a straight back and ever so slightly bent arm. Almost half of my body came out of the window to retrieve my items. Everyone else is usually nice though. OH!!! And she forgot my straws!
Worst Dunkin by far. Ive been to this one only a few times, and have had a problem each one. Today I ordered bagels for my office, and they all came out completely burnt. The manager caught an attitude because I pointed out out, so I asked for my money back. I wasnt spending $20 on burnt bagels. Horrible customer service.
This is by far the worst Dunkin i have been to across the country. All cups for sale are broken (for 6 months). They can never get the order right, have promotional flavors or items and ALWAYS charge full price with a refill cup. I am always in a rush and dont have time to dispute. There is a dunkin at the end of Mcfarland on HWY 9. Go there for excellent services
Owner and wife are incredibly rude and abrupt. Speak to you like you’re stupid, gave us wrong order, don’t honor coupons. Multiple occasions same issues. Rest of their workers (not owners) are polite and friendly. Maybe owners should get out of the store and let the better employees keep customers happy. Dunkin new ownership has ruined so many stores. Bring back good owners who care about their customers.
See update below.*The sign on the door says Free WiFi, but there was none available. According to an employee, the WiFi hasnt worked in three months. The coffee and bagel I had were of normal quality, but I chose this place because I needed a WiFi connection.*Update - Im here on 2/13/20 and the WiFi is on and works great. I now give the place 4 stars.
Hello everyone,This is gonna be long. TL; DR is dont work here, dont come here, stay away from this Dunkin location. Youre better off going to a starbucks.I am a sophomore at Denmark High School, and I live in the apartments adjacent to this Dunkin location. I originally applied and got hired for this job late April of this year. This place has SEVERAL faults, and Id go as far as to say a good 90% of them stem from management. The manager, Gopi Patel, is completely unprofessional both to customers and to staff. I will begin by talking about my working experience here, and will follow up by exposing a few of the shady practices here.At first when I got hired for this job I noticed the high rate of staff rotation: people would get hired, work for 2 mo. max on average, then quit. I found this to be peculiar, but since it was my first job I thought that maybe this was the nature of this sort of work (this is foreshadowing). I was working here to cover costs of a car Ive bought, and to try to finally get some stable income. The first red flag was Gopis inability to work with anyones schedule ESPECIALLY high schoolers. But at that time I wasnt too bothered by it. Over the summer my parents scheduled a 6 week trip overseas to my home country to visit my family, so I told Gopi ahead of time, and let her know when I would be back, and that Id still like to work by then, and she assured me this was fine. When I came back in August, I discovered I had been unknowingly fired! Gopi proceeded to hand me all the paperwork I had done in order to be hired all over again, and this already got on my nerves. I also let her know that this year I am taking 3 AP college level classes, and so I have a heavy workload from school, and Id like to work preferably on weekends, twice a week. But yet again she revealed her inability to work with anyones schedules. A lot of the staff are overworked and underpaid, and this leads to some big problems as you will see below.Additionally, one of my co-workers recently had some serious stuff going on in her life, and Gopi refuses to cooperate with that. For the past few weeks Gopi has had one person close the store down by themselves, which should never occur, and these people are being completely overworked. But, for instance today (09-08-2019), that co-worker couldnt come in so Gopi is having to fill in for her, and oh would you be so surprised if I told you that when GOPI has to close by herself, she doesnt want to. Gopi called me today asking me to stay until 10 (closing time) so that she didnt close by herself. I told her I cant, and that she had already sent me my schedule for today, and she yelled at me for never cooperating with her schedule. I am not her slave! I have stuff to do, even as a teenager, and ESPECIALLY as a teenager! The world fortunately doesnt revolve around people going to work at Dunkin.And finally, first of all, just never get anything with skim milk from here. It barely gets changed out. Second, just dont get whole milk either, because people just barely clean the milk containers. If you eat here regularly, Im surprised youve never had food poisoning from this place, with how some of the things are stored at times. At this point I dont even know if Im coherent anymore, but just know that going anywhere else for coffee would be a better shot. And as for the donuts, I dont really have anything to say about them, theres not much wrong with them.
Went to drive thru at 9:25. Went through twice with no service and waited at the Window to try and get someones attention. Ignored the entire time. Drove around to the front to see the lady countkng down the drawers. Knocked at 9:45 and she ignored me. Terrible service. Went to the waffle house next door and was served there before 10:00.
The owner at this brand new location should really consider how to manage the volume at this Dunkin’ Donuts. If America runs on Dunkin, then you need to be able to be able to run your unit with the volume it comes. I ordered a sandwich and two donuts and it took over 15 minutes through the drive-thru. The whole purpose of the drive-thru is to get a customer in and out in a timely fashion. Our community will eventually shut this Dunkin’ Donuts down or change management. At 10:16 AM theres only 3 cars in line but they took over 15 minutes for a basic order. The car behind me left bc it was taking too long. They need to change management. I like the store not the service.
Omg Raj is amazing. Every morning I visit this location for my coffee and sometimes the $2 donut holes and/bagel, yummy! I’m aleays greeted with a wonderful smile, good morning, and a prompt CORRECTLY made coffee and I’m on my way to work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Without Raj I would not go to this location!
I have been going here long time.it used to be good but unfortunately today (April 12,2018)@ 1.30pm Indian lady at Drive true are not helpful and talking rude.we are totally disappointed and on Drive true counter she’s talking to us some different language looks like she told some bad words for us and I explain her mam I’m from srilankan and I don’t understand your language she is keep talking and she’s not listen to customers.And last I went inside the store and I explain to another employee who working in front desk.she is good and she’s trying to help me.but that Indian lady she is disturbed to us and she is talking something looks like Hindi.she speaks hard.so I walked off because I can’t deal with dishonesty and rudeness.They losing customers because of this bad attitude lady. I’m really really disappointed and we love dunking coffee but today was it’s like a watter with milk.No taste at all.she better need learn how to handle the customer and how to talk with them.Wish I could give Zero stars.Never visiting again
Was there not even 10 minutes ago. Found what looks like a chipped piece of an acrylic nail in my food. It was very hard when I bit into it, pulled it out if my mouth and looked at it, and its purple...Then I tried calling. Number disconnected. I didnt even get a receipt. My lunch break is only 30 minutes so now Im hangry.Would love to be contacted
I would stay away during rush hour. They dont know how to manage the volume. I wont be going back. I waited several minutes where you place your order for someone to take my order but no one answered. Not even, please hold for just a minute. So I thought the intercom was broken so I pulled up. Next thing I hear is the person taking the order of the car behind me. Spending my money at Einstein Bros.
So giving one star for this Dunkin Donuts because of the experience and the rudness of the lady that worked there. We went through the drive through and while ordering to a ladys voice, another lady (with a heavy Indian accent) barged in and started talking over the lady that was already taking the order.So we pull up to the window and I politely asked the lady to throw away a fountain soda cup that was in my cup holder. And the lady (with the heavy Indian accent) asked me why should I? This is not from here and we will fail inspection! I was like for throwing away an empty cup? My wife and I were dumbfounded. She was rude for no reason. Never going here again!
Been here twice...if you go ..go inside the drive thru is terrible...I waited one time for 8 mins when I was the only car .. I nearly drove off .. inside I have no problems they have a clean place with nice people at the registers...fix that drive thru and we will talk
The girl at the drive up window was not nice at all. I placed my order and she gave me a price of $6.71 twice. When I got to the window she handed me the bag and I gave her $7.00. She turned away then back to the window and said agravated. Its $8.01 as I was reaching for my walett I explained I was told $6.71. Her snotty retort was that was a mistake. I asked her for the $7.00 I had handed her and I gave her back the bag. For $1.30 and a snotty attitude.... I will not be back.
I went through the drive thru window and had a simple order, not only rude but very loud the Indian lady is repeatedly saying my order wrong and speaking over me as was trying to fix my order. I get asked to come to the window and Zoila took my order as I wanted , other lady apologizes at window for “not understanding me” .

2022-03-17I ordered from this location through Uber Eats. When my driver arrived, she had a single coffee and a bag with, both of which were not my items. My order was a larger order, and immediately looking at it, I knew it was wrong. I tried to call this location to let them know. The kid who answered was very unprofessional. When I told him my issue, instead of saying let me get my manager for you and putting me on hold, he starts asking his coworkers where he is, even yelling to one person. Then proceeds to tell me he is using the facilities, which I didnt need to know, he could have said he is currently unavailable. Then the phone was handed off to another coworker and she proceeds to tell me to call back when there is a manager on the floor. Like how am I supposed to know when the manager will be on the floor. Thankfully I was able to cancel the order and get my money back since I didnt even keep the wrong order that was delivered. I thought a customers name came across on the order, so things like this couldnt happen, but apparently, when you have employees like this, it is bound to happen. I am very disappointed in this location. I have not has any issues like this at any other location around the area.

2022-01-06So I’ll start by saying the coffee and food isn’t bad but the service is. I just tried to order on the app and it was having technical issues so fine…. I went through the drive through. I ordered a medium iced winter blend with oat milk and brown sugar swirl, turkey sausage egg and cheese on english muffin, and sausage egg and cheese on english muffin. The food and coffee tasted good BUT they rang my coffee up as hot coffee and when I got to the window I was told they don’t sell winter blend iced. So why wasn’t I just told that when I ordered it? I would have just ordered a regular iced coffee? Then I heard the woman say that I changed my order at the window. I didn’t change it at the window? Don’t blame me for holding up the line when you didn’t communicate to me that you didn’t sell it iced when I said iced at the speaker. Bad service.

2022-02-21We only stop in Alpharetta once or twice a year to visit friends who dont drink coffee! They recommended this location, and weve been coming here since it opened. Great service, friendly staff, awesome coffee, and such a cozy feel in the sitting area. We will stop here every morning of our visits to Alpharetta, now and in the future.

2021-09-25This was my first time to this location. I did a mobile order for pick up and when I got there, there was no pumpkin donuts, no French crullers, and no pumpkin or jelly munchkins. All of which I ordered so kind of disappointing. I made my trip around 10am so didn’t expect them to be out of all these donuts. The donuts I got were lacking in frosting and just looked ehh okay. Coffee was okay and I felt like my latte was only 3/4 of the way filled in the cup. I’ll probably go to the other location that’s a little further next time.

2019-06-19You would think a place that serves Donuts as their core business would not serve them like this. This is probably the fifth time this has happened to me as well as several other mess ups with my bagel orders (burnt, cold, not sliced, not toasted....) If you pass another location stop at that one instead.

2020-11-27Great staff, very few issues unlike some other locations that Ive been too. This is my preferred location and I have 4 options around me. 10/10 would recommend.

2021-11-05I went in and order a Bacon Egg Cheese Croissant from this location, and the food tasted like it had been soaked in chlorinated water. It was extremely nasty. I have never had this experience at other Dunkin Locations.
