When I got to the window I received my coffee but waited 10 min and then was told they suddenly ran out of what I ordered. I didn’t want to hold up the drive through window anymore so I came inside. The staff ignored me. Time was an issue (had to head on to work). Guess they got one over on me. I’ll never go there again. I may be old and ugly, but I didn’t deserve that .
Stopped by earlier this evening for a dozen variety, 3 glazed, 3 chocolate frosted, 3 lemon, and 3 Boston creme donuts to be EXACT and was giving a dozen of wet, and sloppy donuts. None of the icing or toppings stuck on the donuts and it dropped everywhere with majority of it being on the inside of the box. Very disappointed because I expected so much more. On top of me returning the donuts I wasn’t given my refund back because Talayah said her manager wasn’t there at the moment. A waste of $10.59
Every time I get my LARGE vanilla chai, it’s got at least 1/4 of it empty. Like why am I paying for a large, and getting the amount of a small? For four days in a row, this is what I’ve got! If this wasn’t the only Dunkin’ on my way, I would stop going through the drive through. Guess I’ll have to go inside from now on and open my cup every time and have it remade each time. This is extremely disappointing.
I was excited to see a new Dunkin on my route but this location doesnt have a wide drive thru lane. Meaning if you get stuck in a long, slow line you CANT get out! They have curbing installed to really keep you in too! Otherwise, my iced coffee was made just how I like it and Thank goodness the line moved quickly.
Horrible customer service ordered twice online first time got to store and no one was there called no one answered had to come back the next morning to get items which was to late by that time second time I ordered got to the window and was told they didnt have any donuts and couldnt make frozen drinks asked to talk to manager but wasnt one on duty and they would not refund money since it was online order so then I went online and filed a claim and was told I had to go to the store to get money but manager is never there so I guess they have my money im tired of dealing with them Krispy Kreme from now on
The employees who work there are very hard working & friendly. They truly try to make every customer happy.However, the last time I was there 2 big groups of people walked in with no masks on. I wish the public would treat the employees with the same respect & care as the employees should them. There is NO reason not to have a mask on before you actually sit down to eat or drink.I hope your employees stay healthy and the customers find it in their hearts to help them stay healthy by wearing a simple piece of cloth on their faces & disinfecting their hands.
This location is hardly running. Today they couldn’t make espresso drinks, yesterday they didn’t have enough staff to make food or any specialty drinks. I went tonight at 8 PM and there was no one there (they should have been open). Only go there if you want plain coffee and a doughnut. I’m sure they will shut down soon.
Love it they always get my order right! I have to have almond milk and they do a great job. Other Dunk in Donuts I have gone to always make an error and then are rude to me as if I screwed it up. Staff is joyful.. I Only go on my days off from work cause its closer to home. Wish they were on my way to work. Definitely five stars.
Horrible service. This location continues to go down hill. They are consistently getting our orders wrong. The afternoon crew could care less. The headsets were down, and used that as an excuse for being slow. It took me 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee, and there was one car in front me. The response I got, Not our fault...no apology, nothing.
I’ve been an avid DD fan for almost 20 yrs. This particular location needs a lot of improvement and training. I come here most days and there’s always an issue or problem. Half the workers try and the other half, don’t care. The early morning crew, never wear masks and the drive through is completely backed up. Today I watched the worker pull up trash from the bin, tie it up then proceeded to make my coffee while touching the lid (hot coffee lid where my mouth goes) without washing or sanitizing their hands prior to...this is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. Management needs to do a better job educating or maybe corporate should get involved. I’m really disappointed with this location...
I have been coming to this location almost daily every morning for over 4 years. In the last several months the long wait times has been a growing issue. It’s not the question of if you will have to wait but the question of how long you will have to wait today. An example is today I rolled up at 8:05 and it is now 8:30 and I still have not even made it up to order. It did not used to be like this and I enjoyed coming every morning on my way to work but, not any longer. After today I will be taking my business to another location.
I love this Dunkin!The new girl working the drive thru window this morning has amazing customer service skills!I accidentally drove off without my coffee, immediately realized it, and went inside. There was a line in the store (3 people in line, and about 6 people waiting for drinks). No one was at the in-store register, but there were no cars in queue for payment/pickup at the window. The new girl spotted me, recognized that I had just pulled off without my coffee after paying, and promptly asked me which drink was mine so it could be re-made; however, she was quickly reprimanded for stepping away from the window. Someone took her by the shoulders and guided her back to the window without saying a word to me. I dont honestly care that I was ignored because they were all very busy and efficiently working together to handle the morning rush, but I do care that one employee put their hands on another employee and physically herded her back to her spot. The new girl did not resist, and she looked scared. From a customers standpoint that kind of behavior doesnt look good. I am also not going to describe the person or their job role for the day, as I do not believe that would be constructive.I was honestly impressed that the new girl had such amazing customer service skills and how aware she is of the customers and their needs. I believe she may be shy or softspoken, and thats why I wanted to write this review as I am hoping this is a first and last time kind of deal.That being said, I absolutely love this Dunkin and believe this location has the best staff! Everyone is always so polite & prompt when handling customers. I just wish they were a little bit nicer to one another. The food, drinks, and donuts at this location are by far the freshest, and best tasting around. My coworkers were really impressed with how fresh your donuts are as that is not their standard Dunkin donut expectations.TLDR:The new girl working should be acknowledged for going above and beyond for the customer, but there also needs to be pharassment training at this location.Best coffee & food & freshes donuts around
This DD is the slowest. Always slow in the drive through and always out of items. I leave for work at 4:30 in the morning and cannot stop here because it will literally take 15-20 mins to get a coffee and bagel in the morning or at any time after that as well. Makes it impossible to get a simple convenient breakfast in the mornings.
This store Mgr is awesome!! I live near exit 14 off I575 and placed an online order to the wrong DD store... easy mistake... bcuz theyre both in Canton, GA and both off Marietta Hwy. There was going to be a huge hassle to call the app customer service to cancel my order with the first store to get my refund. These two stores arent connected and are a separate franchise. The Store Mgr gave me my order at no charge as a one time courtesy. Man... thank you sooooo much 😀😀😀
We have always been huge Dunkin fans because of the coffee & consistency but this location has us looking for alternative options. I understand that the Sixes Rd store is relatively new and have tried to allow time to work out the kinks in training but it’s been 6 months since opening & things are no better today than they were on day 1. Coffee is consistently burnt (at 9am no less...), what’s in the bag is never what you ordered, and no one in the store seems to care very much. I spoke with the manager today after getting home to discover the order was not anything resembling what we ordered. (Ironically, there was a lady leaving as I returned with the wrong order. As I entered she asked if I my order was incorrect too. We compared orders, thinking I had just gotten hers by mistake but I didn’t have her order either...which means there was at least one more customer displeased this morning. At least 3 incorrect orders in a half hour span.) She was polite & apologetic but offered up excuse after excuse, from the fact that they have lots of trainees working there to blaming the food issues on a non-English speaking employee. Whatever is causing the issues needs to be addressed rather than making excuses for it. My food was remade, somewhat correctly...but I’m still out the two trips back & forth to the restaurant (passed their competitor twice...next time I’ll just go there). Until the franchisee makes some changes, we will not be back.
Needs to be shut down. Whoever was working the window gave me the wrong order twice and acted like it was my fault. Then when I asked if the cup she handed me was cold brew, she turned around and tossed espresso into it and said it is now ... It tastes disgustingly sour and bitter like its been sitting out for days. DISGUSTING!!! Go a mile down the road to the one on Riverstone its way better! Whoever was working the window should not be doing any type of customer facing position. She wasnt wearing a uniform and was wearing sunglasses with a mask around her chin.
Unsanitary! I had to throw away my purchase. The woman that took my order was wearing gloves (protecting herself from germs), but she picked my donut and took my payment with the same glove. This does not comply with food service industry. Management needs to educate employees on cleanliness during CoVid times.
I have had terrible experiences the past few times I’ve been to this DD. They have given me the wrong donut order, wrong iced latte flavor, and today’s experience was the worst. The drive thru line was long, so I decided to go in. The cashier was very unpleasant. I ordered an iced latte and a donut. Several people who ordered after me received their drinks and food. I had to say something to 2 separate employees asking if they had my order. I ended up waiting 15 mins for my 2 items. My iced caramel latte was very milky not worth the wait or money.
Waiting in the drive the for over 5 minutes. There was only one car ahead of me the whole time. . Staff needs to learn how to have that one car up so others can get their orders. I only order a few do doughnuts that they had in stock. The doughnuts are ok. Nothing spataculer but at 1am its the only thing we have right now. . Just was upset at the staff for not having that one car at least move up if it was going to take that long.Also I never recived a recipe with my order.
I have to say I was so mad. I went to this Dunkin donuts today at 645 am. It was a friends birthday and I know she likes their donuts. By the time I got to work and I we had donuts the entire box was stale. I thought getting there early I would have fresh donuts. Never again. We threw the box out because nobody wanted to eat hard stale.donuts.
I wish I had only one scenario where there was an issue. Every other week it gets worse and worse. It starts as missing things from orders, then it moves to orders just being wrong. Maybe its just the crew that works Saturdays. Then today the serve me a coffee with a piece missing from the top of the cup. Small enough to be hidden by the lid, large enough that as soon I tried to take my first drink it spills all over me as I pull away from the parking lot. I called to talk to the manager, they said the manager wasnt available and put me on a brief hold. The girl who answered the phone gets back on and offers to remake my coffee. Although that would be nice, I got no apology for the hot coffee that just poured on my clothes, or the fact I could have potentially gotten into a car accident. Its cool Ill drive the extra five minutes to go over to riverstone from now on, where they train their employees and it isnt run by children.
Been going to this location on and off for a few years, early morning drive thur has been hit or miss. This morning 5-9-21 at 5am, the doors were locked, the sign was on that said open 24 hrs, it was not. Website says inside dining ? Not if the doors are locked. Will not go to this location anymore.
We’ve been coming here almost every Friday for over 2 years. Today, Tonya struck up a conversation with my 6 yr old. Gave him a little cup of extra sprinkles for his donut. I listened to her being so kind and to everyone coming in while we sat and ate. It’s the little things. Especially it today’s world. DD she needs a raise!
I go to this location very often and they’ve always been 24/7 but last night I went around 10 pm and the lights were on and the open 24/7 sign was on but I waited at the drive thru for about 5 minutes until going to the window and no one was there so then I went in and there were chairs blocking the door and a lady came out of the bathrooms and ignored me until I asked if they were open and she said they’re closed and I asked if they dont do 24/7 anymore and she said they’re closed and I asked why the open sign was on and she said they’re closed again and she started smiling so I left. This isn’t the first time the workers have hid before but atleast turn the lights and the sign off if you don’t want to do your job because I know for a fact they should’ve been open. very rude people working at this location. I normally don’t leave reviews or anything but this situation didn’t sit right with me. I tried calling the store in the drive thru as well and no one answered.
Would love for the manager to call me!!! Have had more than one bad experience here. Today when i had to go in after drive thru and have my drink remade the guy said sorry we’re training today. Seems like they are always training. Can’t keep employees for anything. Also wanted to ask him who was training who because I watched him make my drink the first time. Then when I finally got a replacement drink I ended up having to throw it away because it taste terrible

Worst DD location ever. I have been around a dozen times and the VAST MAJORITY of the times I have gone, they have been out of a popular and/or common item (ie chocolate frosted donuts). How is it possible for one location to be so bad at forecasting customer demand??? I can say they have somewhat improved the staff at least. Got some nice kids there lately.. Late this summer they had a kid working there who literally tossed the change into my hand.....or rather, towards my hand, it missed and hit the pavement. The other times I had been there, the staff all seemed stoned out of their minds. At least, I hope they were stoned rather than that dim witted. Such a disappointment. We were so excited to get a DD by our house. Not anymore.
Manager on duty today @ 8am was the best. She deserves a raise. My order was placed wrong on the mobile app. She immediately stopped what she was doing and called the other location and made my order. I work a block away from this location and she had my breakfast brought to me. AAA+++ service.
Incompetent customer service. Limited product selection near lunchtime Saturday. The seating area was a disaster. Major crumbs etc. on the floor and booth seats everywhere. Every table crumby or smeared with stuff. I could not even get my trash in the trashcan it was so full. All these issues with well over a half dozen employees on duty. Always loved Dunkin (whatever), wont be back to this one.
Now being pregnant i wanted fries and barbecue sauce but low and be hold everything was closed and I swore i would never touch dunkin again but whoever worked last night on exit 14 thanks for making my order exactly how I wanted it yall were truly angels and I loved my crispy hashbrowns 🥰 even though they were out of my favorite bacon she made me a snack wrap which I sat in the car and smashed it was amazing 🤣🤣 thanks ladies
Extremely unhappy with this location. Just left and every donut I went to order they were out of. So I ordered an apple fritter (knowing it was an upcharge) thinking since they were out of everything I wanted they wouldnt upcharge me. WRONG!!! I work in customer service and they did absolutely nothing to make me happy. Poor management if they are running out of food. Not going back.
We been getting our coffee at the Dunkin Donuts on Riverstone parkway but this location is closer.. the older lady that was working at the drive through was so rude.. we have bought our own cups cause we get our coffee every day.. she told us that if we wanted more cream in our coffee we had to pay extra. Our coffee was stillBlack after we told her cream and sugar.. go to the one at riverstone parkway, they are super nice and makes our coffee just right and never ask for more money
The workers arent properly trained in cleanliness/food safety. Ive seen two different workers who (rightfully) use a sheet to transfer the donuts, but their bare fingers nevertheless make direct contact with the donuts. This is unsanitary as they may have touched restroom doorhandles and/or handled dirty cash prior to making physical contact with the donuts.
Absolutely hate this location! The service sucks, the workers arent trained properly, and they have the slightest idea how to work the on the go app! Multiple times I have had to pay for an on the go order because they cant find the order on their computer. Ugh I rather drive 3 miles out of my way to the other Canton location.
The problem happened as soon as I attempted to order a vanilla bean coolada. The manager clearly did not understand the menu or English. I thought that we had established at the drive thru, that I had wanted 2 iced coffees and 1 VBC, so I come up to the window and get handed 2 iced coffees and get told that is all I ordered. After some back and forth between me and the manager , she agrees to make me the drink free of charge. I thought the problem was solved, I was wrong. Then it took 3 times to make it. Finally she gave me an iced coffee with the letters VBC on it.
Worst Dunken Donuts ever... I’ve been here several times and there out of items. They even forgot to put sugar and cream in the coffee I order and them for got to put cream cheese on my bagel, then HE said I’ll give you some on the side. Why would I order a cream cheese bagel to put it on my self GOING down the road when I paid YOU to put it on. ya hat needs to happen is some training because this place sucks!!!
I lived close by this holly springs Dunkin Donuts location. Never have I ever eaten at a Dunkin Donuts until I realized they served breakfast other than donuts and coffee. Specifically a breakfast croissant. I ordered an egg and cheese croissant. It looked delicious but tasted like bleach but I was so hungry I ate it and thought perhaps my taste buds were off for some reason. The second time I ordered the same thing and it tasted great. The 3rd time it tasted like bleach and I immediately threw it away without asking for a refund because I was in a hurry. The 4th time it tasted like bleach and I was so frustrated that I went inside to explain my issue that the first and past few times Ive ordered this, its tasted like bleach! I thought perhaps you guys clean your preparing station with bleach and thats why its tasting like it. Instead of the manager trying to determine the culprit or empathize or even communicate with me, he simply appeared annoyed and without words made another one in front of me and only stated upon handing it to me, We dont clean with bleach. Again, in a hurry, I thank him, took the sandwich and left only to taste bleach in the sandwich while on my way to work. The 5th time, yes I gave them a 5th time, I bought the sandwich and it tasted like bleach AGAIN. I throw it away and tell myself I will never eat there again. I tell my sister in law about my bleachy egg and cheese croissant experience and how these fast food restaurants are clearly trying to kill us. She one day goes to this same location to do her own research and tells me she too tasted bleach in the egg and cheese croissant and told them about it only to be asked if she wanted anything else in replacement. Bleach! How and why would the egg and cheese taste exactly like bleach smells.More recently I thought I would try out a Dunkin Donuts in Alpharetta, GA, ordered the usual and this was the best egg and cheese croissant Ive ever had minus the bleach! Thank you Old Milton Parkway Dunkin Donuts, youre friendly, prompt and tasty!
Absolutely awesome place. I was having a very difficult morning and Lauren asked me if I had any plans for St.Patricks day and how my day was going. Usually people just hardly talk to you, take your money and you go. But she made me feel like family. She genuinely cared. What an awesome person!!!
I usually like to come here. This morning I came to get some coffee and donuts and some breakfast, paid a lady, some cash, I notice her gloves seem to be very used and she went ahead and grabbed the donut without changing gloves or grabbing any protection between donut and glove!
I CAME HERE TODAY AND ORDERED A ICE VANILLA CHAI TO LATTE I GET TO THE WINDOW ITS HOT. THE ASSOCIATE SAID WE DONT MAKE IT ICED. I TOLD HIM I GET THE SAME DRINK EVERYDAY AND HE ARGUED ME DOWN SO I JUST TOOK IT. I GOT HOME ITS NOT EVEN A CHAI ITS A COFFE IM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

2022-04-26Ordered 2 sausage biscuits was told they were out of biscuits. Took two croissants with sausage instead. Then I ordered 2 sesame seed bagels with bacon , egg, and cheese; they only had one sesame seed bagel. I told them I would take the one sesame seed and a multi gran bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. When I got home I had the two croissants and the multi grain bagel. I called them and was told I could come back and they would make me another bagel. I asked if they could just credit it back to my card. I had the order takers number and the ticket number, but they could only give me credit if I brought in the card I used. There should be a way to give the person their money back without having to drive all the way back to the store for their mistake. This store really needs help with the day to day managing.I went back the next day and ordered two bagels and when I got to the window I told them what had happened the day before. They just looked at me like I had grown another head or something. A girl (with Angel tattooed on her upper arm) came to the window and just looked at me. I told her what had happened the day before and that I had been told to come back and get a refund. I told her to just not charge me for one of the bagels I was purchasing today and it would be the same thing. She acted like I was speaking a foreign language or something. They gave me the bagel but acted like I had just totally upset the works.I know they work hard and have to put up with alot, but attitude makes a world of difference in how you are treated by your customers. I always try to treat people the way I want to be treated. I was not ugly or loud, just told them what happened. I probably wont be going back to this location even though its within 5 miles of my house.

2022-06-19Coffee is good. Donut selection is poor to average. No thought to make more donuts on holidays. When out, they are not apt to resupply. Servers are nice and the place is clean. Overall they are only O.K.

2022-02-20Nothing but little teenagers working here that don’t care about the way your $ is spent or the way your food and drink is. Definitely suggest not going here unless you enjoy paying 15 bucks for wrong orders or undercooked food and black coffee after ordering vanilla mocha with espresso. What a joke. Hopefully they lose there jobs and this Dunkin gets better.

2022-03-14I received the wrong donuts multiples times along with the wrong amount and wrong drink and When asked to fix my order 2 times they still got it wrong and didn’t care and I wanted a refund and got denied a refund, a receipt, and a managers name! This is not a one time thing with this specific location and needs to be fixed. Terrible drinks, food, service and management over all. I don’t even know how this location is still open with all these bad reviews but wouldn’t recommend. (Also Very tired of a manager never being present and getting my money stolen)

2022-04-06Was given a box full of munchkins that were all stale and hard as a rock. Tried to return them and was told I needed to wait for a manager. Tried to get a copy of the receipt, was told I would have to wait on manager. Was told everything was made in the morning and there was nothing they could do about them being hard. In other words I was sold horrible quality doughnuts and then told that there was nothing that could be done, not even a refund. Not happy with service out of this store 0/10 would not buy doughnuts again.

2022-06-19Wow.. just wow. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. I honestly can’t believe what I witnessed in here today. 1. A guy came in complaining about his coffee being watered down and not made correctly YESTERDAY!!! So he wanted the coffee remade today.. ok? But the worst one is2. A lady came in for an interview. The manager was just standing there talking to a customer casually just about whatever I guess, they may have been friends or something I don’t know, I don’t care. The lady told her she had an interview with her today so the manager just said “ok have a seat over there.” Then proceeded to just converse with the same customer and COMPLETELY ignore the lady that sat down waiting for her. Wow.. I mean I can’t even believe that. The manager just stood there talking to the customer for another 30 mins, just to go to the back without even acknowledging the lady waiting for her. The girl that took our order earlier, who clearly wasn’t qualified to interview anyone, walked over to the lady and talked to her for a few minutes just to say “sorry we’re not hiring” THERES LITERALLY A TABLE WITH APPLICATIONS THAT IS BEGGING FOR PEOPLE!!! Omg I can’t.. Dunkin has gone way downhill. This is the third Dunkin that has disappointed us. Y’all need to fire every single employee and just start from scratch… Jesus. I will not be bringing anymore business to you guys just because of what I witnessed today..

2020-07-16This location kills me. I wanted to love it so bad but ever since leaving the military I moved kind of close to this location and NEVER experienced a day of getting my order right. Today was the last straw. I ordered two simple drinks both sugar free flavors with almond milk and received this and paid almost $7 because I was charged extra for the swirl version of what I asked them not to use! One even had a film on the top with bubbles in and around the sides. Not sure what this was, but I was too scared to drink them after getting attitude the entire time from the girl who took my order. Needless to say my friends and I will not be giving this place business anymore.
