If you have an issue dont expect them to fix it. If you express your want to change banks because of the issue, expect to hear, maybe thats best. I have never had a bank just not care about your issues. Colony doesnt care about the customers that keep it running. Colony is the lowest quality bank I have ever had.

The employees are nice and helpful at the branch locations. The website is terrible and not intuitive at all (could not find their routing number or where to login for online banking). The Automated phone system is frustrating (hangs up on you), and the call-back service took 6 hours. When you do get a human being on the phone they are nice and try to be helpful if they are not hindered by policy. I feel like a cow being milked and not a partner in productivity, much less a meaningfully respected customer.To be less judgmental they are not that different from other local banking services. They do not stand out from the crowd either.

The younger girls were extremely nice & acted as if they wanted to be there & help out the customers. However, Peggy Rogers was extremely rude!!!!! Ive never experienced this type of horrible service never before in my life!! I will be switching banks ASAP!!!!

My husband and I have been using Colony Bank for years. We love the fast friendly service and have no complaints at all!! Thank you!!
