6:15 pm and the room is still not available. No apology or estimated time. Will not be able to clean up for dinner. The clerk at the desk couldn’t have cared less. I downloaded the app and checked in early as a Bonvoy member and still don’t have a room after 6 PM.Edit: room was not available until almost 8 PM. had no hot water. Cold showers suck. I would suggest staying elsewhere.
I highly recommend the Columbus Marriott. Their high standards and genuine hospitality is unbelievable. A big commendation to the MClub attendants - particularly Joyce - she genuinely seems to enjoy her job and is fantastic at it. Front Desk has amazing employees; all of them have been trained to high standards and under great leadership. Room cleanliness is outstanding - clearly they have great housekeepers who care. Restaurant still is a little sub-par, but their progress has been evident. All in all, this establishment is terrific. Kudos to leadership and staff at the hotel.
Lovely hotel! My wife and I stayed in one of the larger rooms in the historic building and it was well worth the upgrade. Friendly, helpful staff. The historic details were our favorite part. Has an M lounge that was pretty well stocked throughout the day with cold drinks and snacks. Walking distance to restaurant row and the river walk.
Everyone exemplified professionalism except the lack of information communicated to front desk Manager! I am aware that Valley hospitality has many branches of business. My experience of concern is with The Columbus Marriott. The lack of management and communication with guest are not priority. Several days have gone by and no response to fraudulent chargers have yet been addressed. The front desk Manager is well aware of the situation but never available to talk or respond. Hopefully Valley Hospitality can assist in resolving this unfortunate occurrence with the Columbus Marriott . The manager must be overworked and Valley Hospitality needs to support the manager in responding to guest services!
Was super impressed with hotel staff. All individuals went above and beyond during our stay. Excellent service! The “M Club Staff”rocks! Making certain all needs were met! You are fortunate to have such dedicated and hard-working staff. And know always with a happy smile!
Since we live across the river in the smartest state (Alabama), four As and a B, the thought of spending the night in Columbus never crosses our mind. Thanks to the Columbus Marriot we will be spending more nights in Columbus. The entrance to the lobby area was very welcoming. We were in town for a wedding. It started at 4pm. I had requested to check in early on my BONVOY App. However, the King size bed I booked wasnt ready. I forgot to mention, we arrived at 1:30ish. Nonetheless, the staff was able to put us in two queen beds and to accommodate my room not being ready, we were able to get access to the M Club. I apologize for not remembering the name of the two staff members. I do remember the female staff was in training. She was great and wore a big smile. Although our stay was only one night, we really enjoyed the room, the location of the hotel and the hotel parking was great. I am upset for not remembering the names of the friendly people at the front desk.Respectfully,KP
Beautiful hotel in a great location but the staff is the reason for this review. They have gone above and beyond to help us. Our trip was a very sad one as we are losing our dad but thanks to Artangela we felt like we had a refuge at the hotel. She took such good care of us and treated us as the broken-hearted people we are. She has been a light in this awful storm. I am eternally grateful for her kindness.
The entire hotel staff is world class, the operations are masterfully managed and the furnishing from the full renovation last year in the rooms and public areas is fantastic. Overall a brilliant experience and service delivery. Kudos to the front desk, guest services, housekeeping and restaurant staff for their unwavering commitment to high service standards, even during a difficult post-pandemic where labor is short and demand is just recovering. Highly recommend this hotel. 10/10.
The hotel, the management staff and all other staff were absolutely amazing. I was especially impressed with Kristi the Mgr. over the housekeeping and back of the house staff as well as Fiona the Front desk Supervisor, they exemplified professionalism and an absolute desire to please and ensure a positive guest experience. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed as this was my first hotel stay since the pandemic began. I felt safe, as everything in the hotel from the lobby and atrium, the M Club to my room was clean and sanitized. My only complaint was the terrible service that I received at the hotel restaurant, Houlihan’s at breakfast on my second morning. There was an hour and a half left before breakfast was over and there were no fresh grits out. I politely asked the waitress to check with the chef and find out the wait time on some fresh grits. The waitress embarrassingly came back and reluctantly told me that the chef informed her that she wouldn’t be cooking any more grits for that day. As a Lifetime Platinum member I have never experienced anything like that and I have stayed in Marriott hotels Internationally as well as in the continental United States. I conveyed the information to the restaurant manager and he apologized and told me that it shouldn’t have happened but he didn’t resolve the issue. We still got no grits. He tried to assure me that there would definitely be grits the next day but that didn’t help me because that was the last day of my stay. That was the worst restaurant experience that I’ve ever had at this restaurant in my many visits. That was quite disappointing.
Nice job Sebastian!! You made my wife and I feel like we were the most important guests in the hotel. I observed and you made everyone feel like they were the most important guests. I also observed how you treated your team like they were the most important team. Really nice job! You set the tone and your positive and attentive attitude is contagious!
Our stay was perfect. The only thing we did not like was the bathroom door not locking. This seems to be the new norm though in most hotels. The lady who checked us in was absolutely wonderful and seemed to really like her job. Everything was clean and well decorated. Mattresses are very comfortable and pillows are good quality. 10/10 would recommend for a romantic getaway. Everything in downtown is within walking distance. We parked our car for the whole weekend!
Will always recommend this property to everyone. The staff in all departments - front desk, housekeeping and restaurant is top class. Among the best I have ever seen. My compliments to all the hotel associate team and management for a superbly-run hotel during difficult times. May their hospitality continue to shine for years to come.
Really enjoyed the renovated historical location of the hotel, and easy walking distance to dining and entertainment options along the river walk in Columbus. Staff was very friendly and helpful, parking at hotel was close-by and plentiful, and the M club was great too. Enjoyed breakfast at Houlihans with helpful staff and had great other meal options as well.
The Marriott in Columbus is a beautiful hotel with a very welcoming staff. I will never forget my experience. It was amazing!! This team should be the model of how Marriott hotels should support their guests and each other. The interaction we saw among colleagues was respectful and professional. They go above and beyond for their guests and I haven’t experienced anything like this in awhile.
I had stayed at this location in the past for work and hoped I would have a reason to come back. So when planning where to break our family trip to the breach I made sure our route would take us through Columbus, Ga. The hotel is architecturally and historically memorable. It is just steps from the scenic river walk and in the heart of the active historic downtown. Just walking around is a feast for the eyes, but there is a wonderful full-service restaurant/bar just through the lobby to do some actual feasting. We booked three rooms, my adult children experienced the rooms on the historic side, with exposed brick. My husband and I stayed in one of the King rooms on the newer side that was very modern and comfortable. I always appreciate the luxurious linens and branded toiletries I have come to expect with staying at a Marriott. The atmosphere is absolutely elegant and welcoming. We will be staying here again!
My wife and I arrived with a few requests as my wife recently had surgery. Sabastian one of the managers was very accommodating. He had asked the staff to make provisions but they had not and he took it upon his self to do so. He was awesome. He also after our arrival I listed the help of an employee who wasnt a housekeeper because our sheets had nasty looking stains on them. Mrs. Shemeisha was very very nice and helpful. She too was awesome. Because of their willingness to make us comfortable, I will stay again and recommend you. They saved the day. We wound up staying 2 nights as apposed to one as planned. Also why is it most hotels do not change the comforter. This should be priority just like the sheets.
The hotel was very nice and the staff courteous. Nice room, shower and shower gel and shampoo. We liked the location a block away from the river walk. The dinner banquet was nice and the flavor of the food was okay, but the portion served was pathetic. My wifes chicken was not tender, but hard. Hard and dry. My beef dish had string beans, a little rice, with beef gravy over it, and three tiny pieces of beef about an inch in diameter (actually 2 1/2 pieces). The salad consisted of a single layer of lettuce spread over the plate with a couple of radish slices and carrot shavings. Its the flattest side salad Ive ever seen in any restaurant. Considering what we paid for the dinner, we would have been better off having dinner elsewhere and just coming in for the banquet ceremony.
My husband and I came to Columbus for a concert and 1 night stay here, however the room and bed was so nice we decided to make a weekend and stay another night. The rooms were very clean, mattress was comfortable and the staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. This is where we will be staying from here on out when we come to Columbus.
The hotel itself is above average. It is clean, staff is polite, and a solid value if it weren’t for the restaurant. Columbus does not lend itself to walking to restaurants. So, if you want to grab a bite without having to drive you’re stuck with a restaurant and bar that I would characterize as so far below average that it by itself will prevent me from prioritizing Marriott. If you’re just looking to stay overnight, or you don’t mind not having a restaurant accessible, it’s a good value. But, if you are expecting a restaurant/bar you should stay somewhere else.
This is a premier location and the renovated rooms are immaculate!! I am a Titanium member and I stay at Marriott exclusively any where I go. With that being said, Columbus Marriott has exceptional staff, incredible rooms and as an added bonus Houlihan’s on property serving delicious meals. Also, cannot forget to mention the M Lounge, which is one of the best I’ve visited!
I really enjoyed my stay. There were some small issues with the A/C in one room, but the rooms for me were very good. The staff were all just very friendly and helpful.Sebastian and the front desk crew were all awesome. Ive never been to any hotel that offered me more free bottle of water than here. Very pleasant stay for me and my crew.
Awesome historic hotel and awesome front desk manager Sebastian Villa! First time at this hotel but no regrets at all. Would recommend it to all. The front desk manager Sebastian Villa made a difference in our stay. He was always very attentive to our needs and was always very helpful. Not to mention very professional and courteous at all times. The hotel room beds and shower are very, very nice and modern. Would definitely stay here again when I am in the area.
We enjoyed our stay for the most part. We requested a pool-view room when making the reservation but were given one near the elevator facing a parking lot. Because we had a late check in and there was no difference in the price, we didn’t request a change. We did find it odd that there was only one luggage cart in the entire establishment so my Husband had to carry all of our things. Other than that, the facility is nice, convenient to the things we wanted to do and the front desk staff at checkout was extremely nice.
There isnt a microwave in the room and the refrigerator was very small. The shower was not to our liking and there is no tub. There is very little space for clothes as there is no dresser in the room. Valet carts were only for those staying in the VIP suites area. Management took every opportunity to charge the guests for every amenity or service. Houlihans was either understaffed or improperly managed. The wait for seating was much longer than it should have been. Once seated, service was spotty at best. Generally, our group, which consisted of a couple hundred people. was disrespected to the point of being kicked out of a room we were using for gathering and socializing. Overall, the hotel was more interested in getting our money than in serving our needs.
The Columbus Marriott was an awesome place to stay and I will definitely be back. The lounge was great and the ladies that worked there did a great job. Breakfast was average but convenient and the coffee machine was 5 stars. My only complaint was the gym. They do offer passes to the YMCA but it’s a far walk (16 min) when you’re trying to get in a quick workout before work but I was able to get a decent workout. Hopefully they improve the machines they do have!
Stayed in this Marriott last week in downtown Columbus. Without hesitation, the best hotel for.professionals in the city. They take very good care of Elite Members and the lounge is extremely functional and useful for working and meetings. Very helpful people at the front desk, in the lounge and everywhere else. Adequate parking on both sides.
Hotel “looks” nice. We read reviews before choosing to stay here. We always read reviews.Cons:Very dirty. Bathroom floor had old bobby pins and someone’s lost earrings on the floor. There was hair everywhere on the floor. We have a one year old so you can see why this bothered us. There was also no way to clean it, other than my Lysol wipes, which took an entire pack. The shower floor and sink were nasty! The carpet under and between beds was nasty. Old food particles everywhere. Again, We have a one year old with us. Window, huge and great view but…. The window ledge inside room was so dirty. I cleaned it because of my one year old. Refrigerator in room did not get cold. We had to get a cooler with ice for my daughters formula. We chose this room because of the fridge. 🤦🏻♀️ Sheets on bed were dirty. We just took them off and slept on comforter. Door dead bolt locks on it’s own, sounds safe but it does it as soon as door opens so you have to fight with it for a few minutes to get the door to close again. We tried several times to speak to someone at the desk about the issues but every time we went down, no one was there. No one would answer the phone either.Pros: beds were comfy. Shower was hot.
The front desk/lobby staff was great. The condition and cleanliness of the room and hotel was great. The guest on the same floor as me were awful and I could not sleep. They were loud, running through halls, banging on doors. But a hotel has no control over how inconsiderate their guest are. HOWEVER, being woke up 3 times by housekeeping, with DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and well before Checkout time was a complete aggravation. After the knocked the first time and realized I was still there and sleeping, why come back TWO MORE TIMES. Between not being able to sleep because of my noisy neighbors or housekeeping not being able to read the LITERAL sign, my trip home was horrible and exhausting. I checked out before I intended, because obviously housekeeping was pressed for me to be out!
Nice hotel, I stayed I. The mill suite area. I travel a lot and this hotel doesnt have a snack bar or refreshments for normal people, however, they boast their private club for Marriott members in the lobby with snacks. Im okay with the Lounge, Im not okay with not having paid snacks for regular folk while having the lounge front and center for the premium guests.
Awesome and updated hotel! The rooms are large and have been recently renovated. The location is perfect - within a few minutes walk to the river walk and restaurants/Bars. The staff was so friendly and helpful, I was very impressed. The hotel lobby is beautiful with exposed brick and historic touches - great area to hang out and have a drink! I do not think the hotel was prepared for the breakfast rush in the morning. The food was good, but really slow getting our food and other service. I would absolutely come back again!!!
This Marriott is awesome. The renovations have made it even better. It is very comfortable, clean and the staff is always kind and helpfulIt is walking distance to the two major event centers in Columbus. I stay here often when visiting family. Having a great restaurant on site makes it even better.
Every time, every moment has been so pleasant! My husband and I have become regulars. Thank you Fiona, Shay, Netta et all for the laughs and fantastic professionalism and accommodations. No others like you! We always look forward to visiting with you. It feels like coming to visit our family! Look forward to seeing you all soon!!!People if you go somewhere else, you have made the wrong decision.Location! Location! Location! The right place for fun, food, and entertainmentThanks our story and we are sticking to it!
Very clean hotel, staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Only complaint is the buffet breakfast. They used to serve cook to order breakfast which was way better. The buffet was empty, guests were standing everywhere waiting for hot food. Definitely not worth the price tag for buffet and not something I would expect from such a nice hotel.
The location was great - right downtown Columbus and right along the Chattahoochee River Walk! Lovely pool area (although could be spruced up a bit and the lounge chairs are pretty uncomfortable). Negatives would be a VERY small fridge, no microwave and awful attached restaurant.
Our stay was most pleasant. The Marriott has done a wonderful job of incorporating the Empire Mill into the hotel. Our room was in the new section, very contemporary with a view of downtown. We were amused by the trains that ran by at a variety of times, both day and night. Houlihans is good, but with an air squadron reunion there, the service was slow but good food.
Sebastian and his front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a conference while I was there and its presence may have caught the wait staff at the bar and restaurant off guard. I know that during this COVID recovery however, that employees are hard to find and can sympathize with the hotel.
Everything was great except I wasn’t offered to have my room serviced during my stay. Also was interested in utilizing the pool and it was dirty when I asked the front desk if someone was able to clean it I was told nobody was there to do so but a man came out to clean it and was very rude and unfriendly told us he would clean it we sat around for 30 minutes when he told me it would take 1 and a half hours to clean mind you it was already 8:30 pm and the pool closes at 10pm I was very upset by this.
The Columbus downtown Marriott is a beautiful comfortable clean hotel with sizable modern rooms. Literally, across the street from Columbus Convention and Trade Ctr, it was easy to find and close to local shops and restaurants we ventured out to. Marriot does not disappoint.
Top-notch hotel in a great location in a splendid city. All the right touches, the rooms are clean and up to date, the standing shower setup is like taking a mini-vacation everyday. Its so quiet in the room and the bed...I was asleep as soon as I rested my head on the oversize not-too-firm, not-too-fluffy pillows. But, this is the best part, the restaurant is truly beyond comparison. Evening meal and beverages at the bar is the right way to go when faced with making where shall we go plans. Large groups are easily accommodated and receive wonderful hospitality. Breakfast is s hit, my personal favorite is Ms Teresa and the broken egg sandwich. Ms Teresa and her wonderful coffee is why I am a lifelong Marriott member. Thanks
This is by far the best hotel staff I have ever experienced! Every one was happy to be doing their job. This hotel was perfect for the occasion. My husband and I wanted a quick romantic getaway and everything about this hotel is romantic. The room was very clean and cozy. The bed was very comfy. The food was delicious also. They also offer late checkout, which we took advantage of!
The Marriott is the ONLY hotel I stay atxwhsn in Columbus. The staff is SO hospitable and accommodating. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible and that you have everything you need! The hotel is in a great location! Its right downtown, (they now call it uptown). It is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and fun things to do. The rooms are clean! They recently renovated the mill rooms and they are so beautiful! I would recommend this Marriott to anyone!!!
Fabulous! Eric greeted us at the door with a warm and friendly greeting. Theresa checked us in quickly, efficiently and with care. The hotel has beautifully appointed rooms, located close to all the activities in downtown Columbus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.
Had a terrific stay at the Columbus Marriott. Staff was very professional and hotel was clean! The one thing that did happen during the stay was either an alarm clock went off at 5am or someone was playing music Saturday morning did not get turned down till almost 630. Outside of that small incident, All in all a 10/10.
If you’re looking for a place to stay in Columbus, Georgia, look no further than the Marriott in the downtown historic district. After using an express check-in, we were greeted by the first of several helpful and genuinely cordial staff members who explained breakfast procedures in the adjoining Houlihan’s restaurant and offered suggestions for nearby restaurants for dinner. The room was well-appointed with comfortable bed, clean furniture and carpet, updated bathroom and a scannable code on the TV that enabled us to select channels without touching the remote. This hotel is well-situated in the old mill district, near shopping, restaurants, and the convention center. For a pleasant experience, you can’t go wrong with the downtown Marriott in Columbus.
This hotel was way beyond our expectations. This is a gorgeous, historic hotel. The rooms were upgraded and everything was excellent. Not one disappointment. Breakfast at Houlihan’s was another great surprise. Delicious! And beautiful atmosphere. We will go out of our way when traveling to stay here again. I highly recommend.
I really appreciated the staff taking of me that day and leading up to my Birthday CELEBRATION. The only problem I had was the light in the hallway didnt come on and I wasnt informed that the phones in the room wasnt working, so I had to use my cell phone to call the restaurant and/ the front desk. Other than that everything was great and the stay was awesome.
On Saturday, January 23, I checked into the Columbus, Georgia Marriott for my usual quarterly visit with my aging mother. Over the following 10 days, that visit culminated into one of the most heartfelt Marriott experiences Ill remember for a lifetime. I discovered my mother was transitioning due to terminal cancer. When I shared my pain during breakfast with Ms. Theresa, my server, the Marriott employees rallied around me to create an environment of comfort for me and my family. Over the next 10 days, the Marriott team, ensured I had rooms for incoming family members, checked on my well being everyday at breakfast, continually offered their heartfelt condolences, delivered a sympathy basket to my room, and hosted my mothers funeral repast for 50 people within three days notice! It was an emotionally painful time for me, but EVERY SINGLE DAY, the Marriott Team was there reminding me that I was not alone. I will never forget the kindness of Ms. Theresa, my breakfast server, Ms. Rosalyn, the Chef in Houlihans, Ms. Joyce, the host in Houlihans, Ms. Crystal, the Front Desk Manager, and Ms. Wesley, who quickly executed a beautiful funeral Repast with catering for my mothers homegoing in the Chattahoochee Room. Ive been hearing a lot about vacation rentals by owners (VRBOs). Im so grateful that I was in a Marriott hotel rather than a VRBO, as I would have been all alone. I pray the world understands that the service Marriott hotels provide cannot be replicated in a VRBO, and strongly suggest Marriott launch a marketing campaign to explain the difference and why hotels are extremely important. THANK YOU AGAIN TO THE ENTIRE STAFF AT THE COLUMBUS, GEORGIA MARRIOTT. When I look back on my mothers last days on this earth, Ill always remember the world-class service, comfort and kindness Marriott employees provided to make me feel at home.
Made reservations over telephone. Quoted 160.00, Marriott member, senior discount. When I checked out was charged 189.00. It is a beautiful hotel ! Employees are great. Lady at front told me she could not refund difference but would give me points. I said ok BUT its not really ok since I have had a similar experience...ALSO very loud train noise at 230am and 6am. Sounded like it was coming thru the room. Dont think I will return.
My room was decor and staging was very nice. However, when I arrived the toilet seat had urine on the under side and the floor and rug wasnt clean and I could see finger prints on the closet door. There should be extra attention for cleaning follow up due to the pandemic.
Cooler was broken weird design shower had to figure how does it work to bath this place took my 25 dollars when i paid for room and didnt get it back on bank card when. It was time three weeks later no money this place is old view is bad you gotta see damage roof top looking out of window old pool and gotta pay for WI fi this place is just old and needs to be knock down and rebuilt clearly the worst marriot in the city of columbus clearly antique museum that was once great but not anymore i wouldn recommend to no one just one bad experience
I attempted to check in around 1:00 AM. There was no one at the front desk. I called multiple times in attempt to get some one to respond to the front desk, no one. I stayed there for about 10 mins thinking that maybe the they were in the restroom. No one came.A friend of mine had checked in about an hour and a half earlier so I went to his room. From his room I proceded to call the front desk approximately 10 times and no one ever answered. I went back downstairs to the front desk, I shouted towards the back offices and no one responded. I walked down the service hallway just to the left of the front desk and knocked on a door. Sure enough he was in there and was immediately rude to me. He eventually checked me in while being disrespectful the entire time as well as implying that I was lying about being there earlier. I want my money back and compensation for my time. This was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had in all my years booking with Marriot.
We purchased a motorcycle in Birmingham and decided we were going to ride it home to South Florida. Our first stop on this journey was in Columbus Georgia and we stayed at this Marriott. From the moment we rode up Eric who was working at the front door greeted us I asked about our motorcycle and proceeded to tell us about all the historical sites near the hotel. He was very knowledgeable and very nice. Sebastian and Jake both checked us in at the front desk and could not have been more accommodating. There is a Houlihan’s restaurant on site at this hotel and as you can imagine after a long ride we didn’t want to get back on the bike to go to dinner so we ate at the restaurant. What a pleasant surprise not only was the food very good, but our waitress Cletha Was so pleasant and so attentive to our needs at dinner that it was just the icing on the cake for a whole experience in Columbus.Although this hotel is a block off of the Chattahoochee River it was very nice. Don’t hesitate to stay here. If we are ever in Columbus again this will be the hotel that we stayed at.
Very good hotel. Highly Recommend staying again. Elevators didn’t work so maintenance should have made this a priority being that the hotel was full to capacity due to concert across street and many people staying there for it. OnlyOne bellhop guy and management should have had another to help with bags.
This hotel is in a cool building. The beds were very comfy and the coffee shop has a lot of essentials. The bar/restaurant is open till midnight. The food and drinks were very good, but I would skip the breakfast buffet next time and order off the menu. Overall, a nice stay for two nights.
This place is close to all things downtown. Houlihans is a bonus with a bar and restaurant. There is a coffee shop Ive always wanted to check out but it has always been closed. The rooms are nice and clean.Ive stayed here multiple times. My only complaint is there are no Do Not Disturb signs. The cleaning service is knocking on your door around 8 am but check-out isnt until noon. Being able to check out at noon is great -- its the knocking and yelling every hour before I leave thats annoying. Bring your own door hanger if you want to sleep/relax/be comfortable and undisturbed.
The Columbus Marriott was very nice. The front desk attendants we spoke to on check in and out were great. We were here for GTOA and all the accommodations were better than expected. Upon booking I received an email stating to expect some renovations upon our arrival but everything was in order and very nice. The beds, although smaller than the standard queens, were comfortable and the room accommodations were great.
While we had a little difficulty with check in, but once we were in the room, we were comfortable. The room was clean and my daughters and husband rested well! It wasVERY convenient to have an amazing on-site restaurant that stayed open until 11 pm. The breakfast the next morning was great, and the restaurant staff was super helpful! The late checkout is always beneficial!
While our room was very nice, in the 26 hours while attending the GA State PTA annual Conference for the 2020-2021 school year, there was so much that went wrong here at this lovely Marriott. We arrived at the Marriott on Friday June 11th, 2021 about 1:00 pm, left June 12th about 3:00pm. Inconsistent service at Houlihans, wonky wifi from the hotel, a power outage that had a bunch of us getting off an elevator to descend stairs in the dark, smoke detectors chirping in meeting rooms and the lobby, the AC going out in Houlihans, an overcharge of breakfast on our bill that was supposed to be complimentary all occured during our 26 hours here. This Conference Center was clearly not prepared for the 50-60 guests to have use of their facilities on June 11th and 12th.Houlihans is the only restaurant within the hotel and Conference Center and they provided poor lunch service on 6-11, and poor breakfast service on 6-12.Spotty wifi and internet connections had our welcome meetings zoom portion going in and out. We were in one of the hotels meeting rooms, and the presenters were also zooming for the conferences participants that were not there in person. So while we sat in seats in the Columbus Marriott meeting room we would hear crackles, echos, reverberations from connections coming in and out. The need for the presenters to stop and start again while fixing connections was disruptive and disjointed. I dont think this Marriott was the best location for our annual PTA Conference.
Had to call the front desk with numerous complaints throughout the night for noise complaints. Didnt get good sleep because of it and was charged extra for something I cant seem to figure out. I was given the wrong room, told I needed to ask for the one that I had booked, however for waiting in line for a while to check in I was given a 10$ gift certificate to the restaurant in the hotel as an accomodation. I would have rather received an accomodation for having given the wrong room and a bad experience at the hotel instead of having extra unknown charges added to my bill after checkout.
I had a reception at the Columbus Marriott in May 2016. The event manager, Julia, was very very helpful, responsive, and attentive to details. As I do not live in Columbus, I had to call and email her many times. She was on the phone with me patiently all the time, explaining every details that I asked. When she could not answer the phone, she always returned the phone call in a timely manner. The email communication was also great with her. So, although I visited only three times--looking at the venue, tasting the food, and delivering some miscellaneous stuff like wedding favor--as she scheduled the appointments with us and accommodated us very well, we had no problem on planning. On the reception date, we were very satisfied as well. Everything was just like what we have discussed before, and the Marriott did not miss anything. When our guests needed something, they were always there to meet our guests needs. Also, the services and attentions that everyone there gave for our reception was very satisfying. I dont think I could have asked any better services than we got. I am so glad that everything went well, and I would like to thank Julia and other Marriott event team members for that!
For starters, the Hotel is located in an old historic district of Columbus, within walking distance to a huge convention center. Marriot kept the historic architecture of the old mill and converted that into this hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel with a lot of history in its walls!!! The staff are extremely nice and tentative to your needs. The room we stayed in was excellent, everything clean with zero odd smells. Our entire stay was an awesome experience and it certainly rates in our top 3 best stays at a Marriott... and that includes staying at fancy Marriott’s in other countries!!!
The staff at Columbus Marriott were not what I would call overly helpful, but they were professional. When I asked where I could park, they said around back as if that explained everything. However, when I exited the front of the building in order to park, it became obvious that there was a parking lot directly to the side of the hotel with spaces available not 100 feet from the entrance. When I asked for room service after a difficult day of teaching at the conference, it was not available because there were so many minors staying in the hotel (for the Thespian Conference) that they couldnt offer room service because they couldnt tell if it was adult ordering over the phone and not a minor. SeriouslyThat was the reason I was given. The room itself was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was up-to-date and clean. The TV allowed me to log into my Amazon Prime and Netflix account which was a nice convenience. The staff in the restaurant was efficient and helpful when I went in for breakfast. The lobby is beautiful. Its a nice hotel and I would stay there again, just.withoit the expectation of great customer service.
I enjoyed my stay. I did not miss a beat. I was able to get my work done without any interruptions. The staff are very helpful and polite. Its locating in a good area. You can walking around town and enjoy the Riverwalk. You do not have to leave the hotel to eat good food. The restaurant is outstanding. Most of all, the bed slept well. Be ready for a good night sleep.
The hotel was beautiful.... great appointments in the room... and lobby...... on the whole, the staff was very goof.....however..... they did not fix the air conditioner problem.... treated it as if we were making the the warm air up.... also the food on the buffet was good.... but not kept full and we had to wait for the food to be prepared.
My husband and I booked the romance package and were so excited to have one night “away” on our wedding night. We were promised a 3 PM check in, but we’re not handed our keys until 4 PM. We asked the front desk two to three times between 3-4 when our room would be ready and we were continuously told “oh, just ten more minutes”... If we didn’t ask the last time at 4 PM, I’m not sure when we would have gotten to our room. After finally making it upstairs, our room had an awful odor that never seemed to go away with time. One positive note would be that our champagne was in our room before we got back from dinner as we had planned which was definitely a nice surprise. Then, the next morning, we were promised a 9 AM breakfast. Unfortunately, much like our check in, we called the front desk twice to check that status of our order. 45 minutes later, breakfast showed up. Much to our disappointment, our breakfast order was incorrect. At this point, my husband and I had no more fight left in us and checked out hours before we had to. My husband and I are disappointed in our stay. We wanted a relaxing, stress free wedding night, but unfortunately, that’s not what we got. We will never stay at this Marriott again.
We had a lovely stay at the columbus marriott. We have stayed there several times as our son is stationed at fort benning. the bed was very comfortable the only thing was there was a shortage of wash cloths. But housekeeping was excellent in providing us what we needed.I think the pool area needs to be renovated as there is no shade, its extremely hot in the summer. When I asked for an umbrella we immediately had one brought to us. I did notice new pool furniture but i feel there should be umbrellas at every table as it is so hot.The pool aslo needs updating but i was told by the staff that this the hotel was going to have major renovations. I did notice the lobby had new tables and it was a nice atmosphere but needed some warmth, lighting, music, etc.
There is a historical look in the lobby and Grist rooms. It was convenient to have a restaurant within the hotel. We had a fabulous waitress so it made the meal enjoyable. The breakfast is the same as other hotels with complementary breakfast. The convenience of being in that area for a business the stay would be worth it.
My family and I stayed at the Marriott in downtown Columbus while my husband fulfilled his military business at Fort Benning. We had a room in the Mill Suites side of the facility. The accommodations were great! The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, the bathroom clean and updated. The decor very well put together. We loved the beauty of the timber support beam and the exposed brick in our room. We also appreciated the ample outlets, big t.v, back lit tv remote, and mood lighting. The shower head was great too! Our thirteen year old daughter commented that she would be asking for one for Christmas! Joyce at Houlihan’s gets a special shout out for her stellar customer service. I had locked my key with my breakfast vouchers in my room a half hour before breakfast would close for the day. I thought I’d be able to quickly go to the front desk to get a key copy made, but the tending agent was on a break. That break very well could of cost me breakfast. Thankfully, Joyce was on top of it! She took excellent care of me, ensuring that I was seated before the kitchen closed and trusting that the rest of the details could be sorted afterwards. Thank you Joyce! You have the service gift!!
The staff at this Marriott were very attentive ... from the valet parking to the check-in to the housekeeping supervisor. I had a small problem with cleaning my room on one day, but the housekeeping supervisor went above and beyond to rectify the situation, as well as make sure the same thing did not happen the remaining days of my stay. Also, the young lady in the Concierge Lounge was very personable and accommodating to EVERYBODY that came in the lounge. Also, the food was excellent during the week. You could tell that on Friday night there was either a different crew or they were super busy. The quality of the food and portions were distinguishable noticeable - although it still was good. The food was excellent 3 out of the four days.
Very nice historic hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and always made sure we were good. Room service was a little slow but it was expected. Love the location, it’s so close to the river. I would say it’s a bit pricy for such a small town but I definitely enjoyed it and would go back again.
Great experience! The staff was excellent, everyone we met was very nice and helpful! We stayed in one of the king suites on the mill side and the room was large; brick walls, wooden beams exposed, comfy bed & clean restrooms. Train is loud but we only heard it once a night & it didnt last long. Our family will definitely stay here during our next visit to Columbus!
If you enjoy sleeping in on weekend hotel stays please reconsider this location. Renovations make it impossible to sleep past 8:30. However, renovations are much need as we found mold and mildew in the extremely dated room we booked. I definitely didn’t feel the Marriott Bonvoy experience at this location.
Giving 4 stars because the building is old and our room leaked lots of water after a rainstorm making it musty and humid. Again, because of the building the room layout is dated. HOWEVER, the staff was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating and the hotel satisfied our inconveniences with the room to our liking. They really aim to make things right for you. A special shout out to Virgie for her efforts. She is so pleasant. Overall, a pleasant stay. We will return if in the area again!!!
The facility was very clean and the rooms very comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice and professional. The coffee shop was really nice. The Houlihan restaurant located in the hotel had excellent food. Directly across from the convention hall. The concierge lounge staff were so nice. Both women gave us great information about places to eat and things to do. Will definitely be staying here for any future visits to the area.
The accommodations were exceptional. Staff amazing!!! Facility was beautiful and sofisticated. A hint of the new and old blended wonderfully to create the perfect stay. We had a wonderful romantic weekend stay. The staff went above and beyond and made sure everything was perfect as a surprise for my husband. Shawn from the front desk was so helpful!!
The staff was very professional and accommodating, and the location was in a pretty, downtown area convenient to where we were. The grounds were also lovely, but a few features could use maintenance. The room was quite small and outdated - the bed was comfortable but loud and woke me every time I moved, and the rooms had almost no sound buffer between each other or the hallway. The furnishings need to be replaced with new. Overall it was fine for one night but I would have preferred a more updated hotel for my stay.
The Columbus Marriott is one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed at. I love the old feel of the building. The hotel has a Houlihans restaurant within the hotel. It is also conveniently located near the river and downtown area. It is within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The only thing that would make my stay better there would be if they had newspapers for the guests.
We wanted to spend independence day downtown and not have to drive home after the fireworks. Staying at the Marriott was a great idea. We arrived in town late afternoon and got settled in our comfortable room to plan our evening. We enjoyed the festivities along the river walk and had dinner before watching the fireworks display. We then had a nightcap at Houlihans bar and retired to room. What a great evening!
The hotel was beautiful and service was excellent. My family stayed there while in town for a wedding and we requested early check in so we had time to get ready before the wedding. All our rooms werent ready but when we arrived but right as we were about to leave my room was ready and one of the ladies at the front desk offered to take my bags up to the room so I didnt delay the shuttle waiting on us. That was a huge help and the bed was very comfortable. My parents did have an issue with the heat in their room, it would not cut off, a maintenance guy did come look at it and got it turned off but by the middle of the night they got cold and turned it on to the lowest temp setting, by morning it was 84 in the room and they were dripping sweat and could not get it back off again.Other than that issue we all had a great stay.
The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is great and the restaurant downstairs is an added bonus. My 2 star rating is due to the customer service being odd - it took me over an hour to speak with someone over the phone three different times I called prior to arriving. When trying to make a reservation for an additional day, they said they couldnt and had to wait until the actual day to book the room. Different discounts were offered depending on who I talked with...it was all just strange for a Marriott. The hotel was very nice...just call when you have a lot of time to kill :)
The staff does everything to make sure that you are well taken care of. Mist notably Joyce in the Concierge will remember your name and will greet you with a smile each morning. You will definitely feel appreciated here. There is a noise issue that is beyond the control of the hotel in that a train goes through the center of town, but the hotel itself is great.
🤗Hands down the best service I have ever had at a hotel!! So clean! 🤩Very accessible to downtown Columbus. We had such an amazing stay! My family was treated like royalty! 💕JASMINE 💕was the absolute best asset to there team!! She really did make a lasting impression!!!!
Love the location. Beautiful, historic hotel within walking distance of a quaint downtown district with lots to do. Weve stayed here many times. The only thing keeping this from a 5-star is the rooms, theyre in desperate need of renovation. we had an issue that was resolved to our satisfaction by a very engaged manager. Thanks.
Loved the hotel. Stayed for a few days for a conference. Staff were warm and welcoming. The public areas are a perfect blend of historic and modern that really suits the Columbus riverfront. Nice restaurant with outdoor seating and a coffee shop for the morning too.Our room was well appointed and comfortable. Plenty of space for two adults. The minifridge is always a nice amenity.Would certainly stay here again if we were in the area!
This hotel is very conveniently located in the downtown area within walking distance to many restaurants and the River Center. Parking is adequate. Pool area is nice and attractive. Hotel lobby is very nice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The two lobby elevators can be somewhat slow but that may be due to a fully booked hotel. Overall the hotel is nice and comfortable.
The valet, Robert was so friendly and offered to drive us to city locations so we wouldn’t have to get an Uber. He took our baggage to the room and handled our bags with care. The check in staff was so friendly and inviting. They were that way that afternoon when we arrived and also early in the morning when we checked out. Daniel who was a bar host at Holihauns also was very friendly and took time to tell us about the theater we were attending. It was a breath of fresh air to be back home in true southern hospitality.
When checking in I sat at the desk in my room in my bare feet and the carpet was soaked in a 3 by 6 foot area probably from the air conditioner. Black mold in spots. I stayed in room until 6pm next day. Room had not been cleaned since I was there. I went to the front desk and Mona put me in a suite and gave me a voucher for the restaurant . She was great. Anyone can make a mistake but not many can fix the situation as well as Mona did. To be fair the cleaning staff would never notice the carpet unless they had their shoes off. A great stay with a little bump in the road. I highly recommend.
This hotel had the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever experienced at a hotel.. Southern hospitality at its finest. I wish I could remember the name of the fine lady who was cleaning the hotel late at night. When I needed to do laundry she personally showed me to the laundry room, provided a few spare quarters and REFUSED my offer to repay her. I hope that she is well rewarded for her exceptional service. Excellent location, as well.
I have been coming to Columbus, GA on business for more than two decades and frequently stay at the Columbus Marriott. In the countless times that I have been a guest at this hotel, I cannot recall a negative experience. I love staying in the historic (mill) side of the property where the rooms have high ceilings and original brick walls. For me, the best part of my stays here have always been the people who have been warm, friendly, and beyond courteous. This includes everyone in every position -- from the front desk staff to housekeeping the gentlemen/bellmen at the front door whose warm greeting give you a sense of what to expect during your stay. I am a frequent traveler and the focus of staff at the Columbus Marriott to make their guests stays pleasant is quite noticeable. While I should do it more often, I would like to thank Erika at the front desk for her courteousness and warmth as I arrived and checked in. There was a small hiccup with room which she handled perfectly. Erikas personality seemed to be ideal in creating an exemplary customer experience and Marriott is fortunate to have people like her on the front lines interacting with guest. The GM (Fyzal) greeted me personally and did everything conceivable to make me feel welcome. The people are simply wonderful here. Also, I learned that the hotel will be soon beginning renovations and expansion. Im looking forward to enjoying the new M Lounge and . Highly recommend this hotel.
My stay was great, first room had some problems which were quickly fixed by the Manager, Sean. He was kind and gracious and pleasant. The next room he put us in had a few problems, which we reported in the AM and he made note to have maintenance check it out immediately. All In all it is a beautiful hotel, with kind staff and I love staying there. Sean, the manager gave us history of the hotel and directions on things to do and see.
I had the best stay! I visit this hotel frequently and always enjoy my stay. The staff is so very nice and the rooms are always clean and tasteful. I stayed in one of the Mill Suites for the first time. It was the best room! The history of the room was fantastic, the exposed brick and wooden beams made you feel like stepping back in time. I will be sure to request the Mill Suites in the future!
Quality hotel with excellent amenities. Definitely a step above other hotels in the area. The rooms are clean and well cared for, and the lobby is grand. Houlihans restaurant in the lobby had delicious food and friendly service. I would not hesitate to enjoy dinner here again. The one negative that I would point out is that the air conditioner in the room was noisy, and did not remove the humidity. The temperature would reach the desired number, but due to the high humidity, the room never felt as cool as it should have been.
Late spring in south is sweltering. The lack of operating AC on the floor when stepping off elevator took your breath away. We went to room hoping for different outcome to find the same outcome. The room would only get cool to 73. Mostly remained at 74 when we were in room. Requested 3 different times to multiple staff at guest services to have all requests ignored. Not pleased at all. Never informed of the issues (if there was something major going on that couldn’t be fixed. We would have worked with them on it if we were updated or informed of issues taking a lengthy time to repair. We never heard anything). Even after 3rd service request they never offered to switch rooms or try to accommodate us any further. I just expected more from a Marriott.
Staff were wonderful! So friendly, and not nice-for-tips, just genuinely friendly. Hotel was spotless (dont think Ive ever said that about a hotel before) including the bathrooms. We stayed in a concierge lounge room but breakfast isnt available on the weekends so the front desk gave us cards to cover breakfast. We ordered room service with ours (which was picture-worthy and delicious!!!) but my in-laws went downstairs for breakfast. They said it was horrible- cold food, nothing more than eggs and bacon.
Overall a very nice stay, pleasant staff, rooms were nice, big enough for 2 people, bed was really comfy! The staff is really nice, the gals cleaning the rooms were very accommodating to our schedule. Located in the historic district and easy to walk out the door of the hotel to bars, restaurants, riverwalk which offered bikes, rafting, etc. We wanted a full service hotel and the restaurant on site had overall, good food. Beware tho to tell the bartender if you want house liquor in your drink! I wasnt asked and didnt specify and got a higher brand a lot more $! The downside is the pool is clear and clean but needs updating.
Food at Hoolilhans was excellent. Marriotts staff impressed me more than anything else they offered. Apparently, there is a very good training program for all, because I was treated as royalty. In many venues, it seems to me that customer service is neither taught nor practiced as it used to be. Thanks to management for whatever you are doing to maintain that special talent of making your customers feel special.
Excellent facility and staff. Friendly and clean facility. They were very busy but made us feel at home. The dinner at the restaurant was excellent even when we dined at 11 PM. However breakfast was not what we normally anticipate from Marriott. There was limited selection with no fruit or waffle/omelette station.
This place normally knocks it out the park. I ordered curbside pick up and was highly disappointed. My honest gold mashed potatoes tasted like a bag of salt. I could not eat them. My nachos were burned and my steak was under cooked. I was only able to eat my house salad 😒
Columbus Marriott staff make the stay an excellent experience taking care of you and answering questions about local attractions, The restaurant wait staff does an excellent job offering excellent service and good food and coffee in the mornings. The location is downtown and next to all the downtown amenities. The part of the hotel in the old historic flour mill adds to the ambiance of the stay and the rooms are kept very clean and stocked.
Great location. Closer to many great restaurants. clean rooms and I love the shampoo/soap products provided. My complaints are my room doesnt seem to get cold and you can hear EVERYTHING. almost seems like walls dont exist. Also my check in was messed up initially, they only put me for 1 night when i said 3 initially. Got it fixed the next morning.
Staff was amazingly kind (as usual), but the stay was ridiculously loud due to renovations. It does not matter what floor you were on, the noise was irritatingly loud. The times that the renovations were scheduled to go on, were inaccurate and extended for longer periods of time. I was only notified of the renovations upon my arrival, which is unfortunate for those who are unable to cancel. Even with the TV loud and the AC on, you could not drown out the sound. I would not recommend the location to families with special needs.
My husband and I traveled from St. Petersburg, FL to Columbus, GA for the Brits in the Valley Car Show. When we arrived, we were greeted by helpful and friendly staff who answered any questions we had. Check-In was a breeze and the accommodations were excellent. The Marriott was close to many local restaurants and museums, which we enjoyed. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Love this hotel. Been coming for years. Close proximity to downtown restaurants and bars. Staff is great. Only reason 4 instead of 5 stars is little things. The doors are hard to close to the room. You have to slam them to shut and its loud. Its not very convenient when trying to sleep. Also, maids need new vacuums. The room above me was getting cleaned and sounded like a power drill above my head. Was working nights and inconvenient when trying to sleep
The hotel is in a great location, close to the river and downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful, the lobby is beautiful. Now for the not so good. The rooms desperately need updating from top to bottom. The restaurant on site is average at best, the service is terrible and the food is not that great. Would give 4 or 5 for the hotel if the rooms weren’t so rundown, they are disappointing compared to the beautiful lobby.
When we are able to travel to Columbus GA to visit our Son and daughter-in-law it is always nice to stay at our home away from home. From the friendliness of the staff (front desk-Mona) and the spacious, and cleanliness room, staying at the Marriott gives us a great retreat to recharge and renew. Even with the bad Thunderstorm that passed through while we were there-the staff made us feel safe and secure. When in Columbus for business or pleasure stay At Home, The Marriott!
When I checked in, I was checked into rm 612 -a moldy, stale-smelling room that was not fresh. I was moved to 511 and the TV was not working “no signal” when I first chgd rooms. However, we were going out. Later that evening, Maintenance ckd the TV. Also, in the bathroom, which looked clean, there was a slug on the bathroom counter. I took a picture of him. The next day I called the front desk, bc the room was hot- there were no shears to the window and heat was coming in. At this location you have to be either in a dark room with all the lights on or in a hot room because we open the curtains, heat from sunlight through the window, cooks you. I asked for shears. That request was basically ignored on Saturday. Sunday was my ck out date. The room was so hot that morning. We were sweating, trying to get showered & dressed to check out. Upon checking out of the hotel on Sunday, I was told by a manager that the location doesn’t have shears. I showed him a picture of the slug and the thermostat setting. It was 92° in my room I had the AC set on 72. He told me what he said to the customer in front of me, “thank you for bringing that to my attention; we make every effort ...” During our stay, my husband and I both heard lots of complaints about this Marriott not being up to standards. It certainly was not. It is not the usual Marriott standards. If this is the direction Marriott is going, I am not inclined to stay with Marriott in the future.
This hotel is beautiful - a converted mill. The room was comfortable. However, my room overlooked active train tracks. The trains ran throughout the night each blowing their horn multiple times - thus preventing sleep. If I had been informed about the trains I could have gone out and purchased ear plugs or requested a room in another location.
Our visit for a funeral situation. This place was great; a caring staff, a comfy, clean room, and a totally peaceful visit. Absolutely no problems! The staff cared about our situation and responded genuinely - not a business as usual response.Would recommend this hotel any time to anyone!

2022-04-12Beautiful building, wonderful suites, comfortable beds, although a little too soft for me, and accommodating staff. Easy check-in. Great breakfast!I did have a couple issues like no hot water but that was handled within 24 hrs. Also all my lights went out as I was getting ready for a banquet. That was handled right away.

2022-02-15This hotel staff have made my home away from home in Columbus. I travel often for work and have ample experience with different hotels and the staff here have always been the best. From Sebastian, Fiona, Shay, to the lounge staff Ms Joyce and Ms Kia, they have always gone above and beyond. They are very understanding and will always make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The restaurant on site is actually a good restaurant and worth the breakfast and dinner. Although the hotel is near the train tracks the staff is well aware and provide earplugs for those who are sensitive to the noise. The noise never bothered me, so you may not even notice the train passing through. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Columbus, it is in a perfect location in downtown and across the street from the river. 10/10. I tried to leave this review on the Marriott website but they would not send me the link.

2021-12-30My husband and I stay here every anniversary. We love the area, the old building and great staff. The beds are soft and clean. The bathrooms are nice and clean with plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The staff are very kind, polite and caring. I would recommend staying here. I know Columbus has some new fancy hotels but the Marriott is just as nice without the cost. Plus, they have Houlihans restaurant that has great food as well. Also, cant forget about the M Club.

2022-06-01Columbus Marriott is in a perfect location! You just park your car and walk most of the time. The staff is very friendly and helpful as always here! The pool is clean and refreshing with fresh towels. The gym has a TV, water, towels available. Very nice visit as expected 😊

2022-05-12When you walk in, you feel like you went back in time. The lobby area is great. Hotel staff are very helpful. The hotel is within a short walking distance from the old town neighborhood with some nice restaurants. The only downside for light sleepers is its next to train tracks. Couple of freight trains go in the middle of the night blowing their horns. The hotel does provide ear plugs to drown the noise. Also, the hotel staff said the cleaning staff cleans the rooms every four days. So if you need your bed to be made every day, this may not be the hotel.

2022-05-17Great hotel. We loved it. It is in a great area. We walked down to an outside jazz concert. We had access to the lounge which had good food. People were very nice.

2022-02-01Very nice personnel at the front desk, along with Kay Kay at Houihans! Best was the service at the M Club. Tykia the host was extremely welcoming, and made my extended stay much better. The final night I met Marcus, he is the chef. He brought out great appetizers and the best (which I never have desert) was the fried apple pie. Great job Marriott team, and thank for making the 4 nights wonderful.

2022-03-19We checked out a night early because it was so bad. Should not be considered a Marriott. From a disorganized and painful check in to poor service at the restaurant to being told no one was available to give us towels (despite housekeeping being right on our floor) to no wipes or hand sanitizer in the gym. We switched to the AC Marriott downtown Columbus and immediately felt better.

2022-02-26Great venue with class. The restaurant attached is Houlihan’s which has a first class chef and server staff. The rooms are fantastic. Nice place to get away for a weekend even if you’re not traveling.

2022-05-31I was at Houlihans which is inside the hotel. Love their food and the servers are fabulous. The only thing wrong is the chairs and table need to be repaired or thrown away. My friends broke. Table wobbly. As we looked at other chairs they are passed their prime. Sit in the booth if possible. Our group loves the place but may have to change our meeting spot. We are at the age where falling leads to breakage.
