Terrible place to send your loved ones if you can’t check in on them physically EVERY DAY!! The majority of the nursing staff has no compassion and poor bedside manner. The best nurses they have are Mrs. Linda & Rachel. They treated my fiancé with such love & care. The wound nurse has a TERRIBLE attitude. You have to go through hell and high waters to get any information concerning your loved ones plan of care. The nurses never know anything you ask them and respiratory was a joke. The doctors had no compassion & also had poor bedside manner. My fiancé passed away and we heard nothing from the facility after his passing. I went by to pick up his things and they already had it all packed up and did not offer their condolences or anything. His techs Braya & Octavia were THE BEST!! The communication between staff here is also very poor. I don’t feel like they did anything to try and help my fiancé get better! Don’t go here unless you just want your family member to be treated like they are nothing more than a vegetable. Not to mention how many times they called him the wrong name and would just come to the bedside and not even try to talk to him. Our whole month here was TERRIBLE!!

Most of the nurses are horrible. Lady in wound care is the absolute worst, has a really bad attitude and goes again everything you say concerning your family member. I fully believe this facility killed my mom. Never take your loved ones here. Find another place!!.

I was sent here to wean me off oxygen and to get physical therapy after I was treated for COVID-19 in LaGrange and on a ventilator. Some of my care was questionable. Im not going into that...but...when I finally left this facility less than 2 weeks later i was back in another hospital with full blown pneumonia. Thats why I couldnt hardly breathe and couldnt get my oxygen down further.

Some of the nurses were helpful but most are passive aggressive and condescending. Case manager was unhelpful and went against wishes of the patient and family. Communication is ineffective and unclear. My one conversation with a doctor was him explaining things to me like I was dumb. Overall terrible experience. If you can go somewhere else do that.

Staff is very friendly and their facilities are top notch. Everything Ive seen leads me to believe that this is a high quality specialty care hospital.

Great hospital. Staff is experienced and understands what youre going through and was a godsend in our time of need.
