Under renovations on one side so itll be noisy when youre settling down. The first room I had was infested with fruit flies and had an odd smells coming out of the AC unit. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, but theres only so much they can do. Once renovations & cleaning is down it should be a decent place.
The lamp did not work. The clock was broke. The house phone was dead. The internet did not work. The bathroom commode ran and stop constantly. The bathroom door would not close completely. Large gaps around the door allowed excessive light into the room from the hallway. The heater/air conditioner unit in another room was so loud that it made sleeping difficult.
Made my reservation the night of the 3rd. I specifically tapped for check in on 4th and check out on 5th. I got an email and text confirming. I show up and Im told it was for the 3rd. I had used my points and I paid. I was told they couldnt refund either nor would switch my appointment. Thankfully I had family an hour away that was able to take me and my 2 children in for the night. Oh, that text and email disappeared. Reception told me to use credit card next time. Then they can reverse the charges. Im thinking Hmmmm, obviously this has happened before. Good to know. But I wont be going here again EVER to find out.
First I will say that the staff was truly amazing. The pool was closed which was fine but they had the windows open to it where you can sit down and eat and the entire bottom of it was green. Free breakfast ended up just being a coffee bar with some muffins, packets of oatmeal, and some fruit and supposedly ended at 9am. The room felt a bit humid but we all slept well and the beds were comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner they provided actually made my hair soft instead of drying it out. We had a suite to accommodate 6 of us. The sheet for the mattress on the pull out couch was very oversized. One thing I really loved was the towels. They were large towels and not those small, thin ones. Overall, Id stay here again if we stayed in this area again.
I have to be honest I was very disappointed with this hotel. The pricing was overly expensive for what we got. The air conditioning unit was barley functional in the middle of the summer. And the entirity of the hotel smelled of a certain herbal substance. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
A hotel in renovations will be filing a complaint.filthy windows..gardening and litter on grounds un kept , pool closed they stated filter non functioning .. Four trips for card key to work to get in room. Starting a new day with no shower yep knob missing. Bad experience.
Arrived at the hotel late due to travel but Victoria the desk clerk was extremely nice and so helpful. My room was a suite and was very clean. The pool was clean and enjoyed my time there relaxing. The breakfast there is great with waffles, cereal, eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal and many other choices. Fantastic stay!
I stayed here for three days. The room is comfortable and very accommodating. The walls are a little thin but it wasnt a problem. The staff here are outstanding with customer service. Breakfast served promptly at 6 a.m. every morning which was always delicious. The Comfort Inn is conveniently located outside of the Air Force Base and I look forward to staying again sometime in the future.
We were in the middle of moving and TLF on base wasn’t able to give us a big enough room that would allow a pet. Comfort Inn did. They were SO kind and helpful. They let us know what was in the area that was great for families, and just really helped welcoming us to the area.
We really enjoyed our recent stay at Comfort Inn and Suites at Warner Robins AFB. The accommodations were extremely nice and our room was beautiful. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfast room and Miss Beverlys waffles. What an amazing way to start your day! The full breakfast was done perfectly and the evening cookies at 8 PM were always perfection. We had a great time with our family on our visit and the hotel just made it so much easier by providing for our needs and being very helpful and personable. It was great to get to stay there! If we ever would go back, this would be our hotel of choice for sure.
This Comfort Inn and Suites is the best place to stay. The staff is so very helpful and friendly. The rooms are so clean, you can wear white socks and not get your feet dirty. Did I say the breakfast is better than going to a restaurant...well it is! The waffles and sausage are the best. We have been going to this Comfort Inn and Suites for several years now and it just keeps getting better.
We were quite pleasantly surprised with virtually all aspects of our experience at this hotel. The gentleman at the desk for our arrival was extremely pleasant, genuinely nice and extra helpful. He made the check-in process enjoyable and even fun. For a very small additional charge, we booked a 2 room suite which was perfectly arranged so that the bedroom could stay dark while other people were in the living room, bathroom or sink/make-up area. There were ample electric plugs which we also appreciate. Everything was clean, neat and comfortable - we even liked the pillows! The suite was just perfect for our needs. The next morning the breakfast area was quite busy with all of the TKD customers eating and leaving early. The attendant was efficient, not flustered and unbelievably helpful, friendly and nice! (She even offered to make waffles for the guests!! Where do you find these employees??) We will be back for sure!
Booked a room at last minute and even though we didnt get in until nearly midnight the lady was super sweet! Had to get a suite because there were 5 of us. Room was super clean and beds were amazing! I wanted to swipe their pillows! It is out of the way and yes there is a train but didnt bother us at all. Oh and the breakfast was crazy good!
This was one of the best hotels that Ive stayed out in a long time everything was very clean staff was excellent customer service was really great I would definitely return got to take out a little and she enjoyed it also great place to take dance outside only if everyone would pick up their dog remains it would be nice need bags outside thank you for everything
Overall, my stay was fine. The room was exceptionally clean (thank you!) The breakfast was great and the staff is wonderful. The sign at the entrance could be bigger since it quite a distance before the actual hotel. The grounds outside are in rough shape which doesnt give a great first impression. You have to go inside to see the hotel is nice. Im not sure you can do much about there not being many places to eat close by other than fast food and it would be nice to have the breakfast area open and lit up during afternoon/evening hours. When a person is there for a week and needs to get out of their room but the weather is cold, being able to go into an open sitting area for a change of scenery would be nice. The last day there was some kind of bad odor in the hallway, but it did not make it into my room.
Nice, clean and neat hotel. Was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the mattress was. It has the typical choice hotel breakfast selections. The road directly after the hotel has some fast food restaurants less than a half mile away. They need a larger, better looking entrance sign and better lit driveway.
The room was great. Clean room & sheets & towels, modern, spacious. Check-in was easy. I chose this hotel & paid more over a couple of others because they had an outdoor pool & the weather was hot, and because they had free breakfast. Though the room was very nice, the pool was closed. Also the breakfast ended at 9am on a Sunday. I like to sleep in on the weekends - especially when on vacation. I made sure to get there by 8:45, but the eggs were gone & also the biscuits, gravy, & sausage. I asked for the eggs to be refilled & was told that unless I could eat the whole bag of eggs she wouldnt make more because it would be wasteful. The room was full, and 2 more came in after me. As I was eating, she turned the lights off promptly at 9am. I hope they will consider a later breakfast on Sundays.
I am happy to tell you about my experience at this Comfort Inn. I was very pleased with the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. Before choosing this hotel, my husband and I read the online reviews, and they were good. After staying here, I realize why the reviews were so good. My room key was ready as soon as I arrived. The front desk staff was extremely courteous and had cookies waiting and extra towels as soon as we needed them. The room was immaculate and the pool was well-kept. I was also impressed with the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and kept the food well stocked. And it was delicious! It seems that the staff/mgrs take great pride in their facility and it shows in the friendliness and cleanliness of this hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to my friends.
Nice place, rooms a little dated. Front desk staff seem to be more interested in their cell phones than assisting me. Room was clean and spacious with kitchenette. Only a few old pots n pans, but no dinnerware or glasses. Highway and train noise at 3 in the morning will wake you up.
I stayed in room 112, a suite. it was perfect, I enjoyed it greatly (ok the sofa was too soft) but other than that all was great. Great Service by all members of the staff. The breakfast was typical, however it was nicely served and presented. The area had only one drawback, but the hotel can do nothing about it. As they are so close you can hear the jet engine test early in the morning, but did not last all that long. It is located to many nice places to eat. I enjoyed the closeness of the many Golf courses ..
The people at the front desk are always friendly and check in is a fast process. The hotel seems rather new and is very clean...beds are comfy. The breakfast is hosted by a lady who is always willing to make you a waffle or offer and additional breakfast goodies that she has made for that day. I have never had any problems or concerns when staying at this location.
This was our second time evacuating from the Savannah area and renting a room at this hotel. Although, I believe the rooms could use a bit of an update as well as a good clean it wasnt a bad stay either time. The staff was friendly. They also happen to offer nontraditional rooms further out in the parking lot which we think is brilliant if you are traveling with your fur pals. There is also a designated area which is large for your ability to walk and let your dogs go potty. All in all, it is a great place!
The staff was very accommodating, anything I asked for they provided for my extended stay. Cleaning service was always on top of it and ensured I had fresh linens, and coffee. Breakfast and to go breakfast packs were convenient especially when I had to be at work by 0615am. The bed was very comfortable. Small cardio gym, could use some free weights but nothing the base gym cant accommodate. Reasonable priced compared to the other hotels in the area.
You will not find a more friendly and polite staff anywhere. This Comfort Inn out does any other place we have ever stayed at. About 20 minutes after our arrival the front desk called our room to make sure everything was o.k. When we asked for directions they went out of their way to help. The breakfast was terrific. Beverly the lady who takes care of the breakfast room was so polite and friendly making sure we had what we wanted. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
This was my first time visiting Warner Robins, GA. From the moment I walked into the hotel lobby, I felt as if I was coming home. The women who were at the front desk as I checked in were very friendly, engaging, helpful and extremely respectful. I can honestly say that Ive never been more pleased with the way in which I was greeted by the Comfort Inn employees.I found my room was very clean, comfortable, and the temperature was suitable for the weather. Often a hotel will turn the heat off in the winter or turn the air conditioning off in the summer to save a few dollars in electricity. The room was cool as I entered, which really impressed me.When I checked out, the general manager was at the front desk. I took the time to express my gratitude for the wonderful employees he has at this location. He was very gracious and thankful for my honesty. He is very proud of his employees -- and he has every right to be. I have never stayed in a hotel where I felt this welcomed by the staff.I will not hesitate to stay here in the future when I come back to visit family. Thank you so much for the wonderful and positive experience!
The hotel was great. It was clean and the staff was nice. Rooms included a living room and clean beds. Didnt notice anything out of place. One of the TVs had a loose cord, but that was fixed easily. The breakfast was nice as well. For a quick stay while a family member was in the hospital, it was exactly what we needed.
Best thing about it was the price. Pre-paid and got a price in the mid to low 80s when most of the other hotels in Warner Robins are 90+, even the crappier hotels. And the nicer hotels are 130+. Very clean, quiet. The hotel breakfast had great options, outdoor pool is nice as well. And free cookies at 8 PM. Overall, highly satisfied, and would recommend others stay here. Fitness center has 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical. The weight machine device tower was non-functional (no pin).
The hotel is in an older part of the city and is a bit older itself. I stayed in Warner Robins for a weekend conference and compared notes with my fellow attendees about their accommodations. As such, even though there are a few other hotels around, I got the sense that this was the best one in the immediate proximity. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff, especially Aretha, went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
My husband and I along with our two small dogs were guests at the Comfort Inn Warner Robins, GA recently. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. They are warm, welcoming and pay attention to even the smallest detail. The breakfast served is good, and they also serve fresh baked warm cookies in the evening. We have stayed on properties all over the world where prices can reach several hundred dollars per night and have never been treated any better than the way we are treated here. I Everyone, from the manager to the head housekeeper to the front desk staff, is extremely accommodating. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean and comfortable room and staff who really care about their guests.
I would like to commend the staff of the Warner Robbins GA Comfort Inn for their commitment to outstanding customer service. The desk staff, especially Gladys were extremely helpful. They provided anything I needed cheerfuly and efficiently. Beverly in the kitchen is amazing. She serves a great selection for breakfast every day and is always checking to see her guests get anything they want. I was scheduled for a long term stay but had to leave early due to a family emergency. Gladys was right on the job getting my reciept ready and offered any assistance I needed to facilitate my departure. Very Highly Reccomended!
This hotel is located directly across form Robins Air Force Base and just a very short drive to the Air Force Museum. I made my reservation through the Choice Hotels website and check in was quite and easy. I was immediately greeted and recognized a a Choice Privileges member. The hotel was refreshing and painting the hallways but this did not distract from the cleanliness and quality of my room. As a Choice Privileges Member I was upgraded to a King Suite which was a great surprise. My suite was exceptionally clean and well made. The bed was comfortable which afforded me a great nights sleep. The breakfast are was nice and spacious and the breakfast attendant very nice and provided exceptional service. The wifi was strong and worked well during my stay. There are few hotel that I would drive out of my way to stay at, this is one of them. You cant go wrong in making this your home while in the Warner Robins Area.
I came to this hotel because of its proximity to my home church, not expecting the exceptional service. Employees were ending their holiday party, and I was greeted by every one. EVERY ONE. My morning greeting was just as pleasant. The lady who made breakfast was willing to make fresh food for me. I felt like I really did return home.I was not surprised at the professionalism, since this hotel is right across from the air force base. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth.Thank you so much.
I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and each visit is excellent. Hotel staff are professional and pleasant and always ready to help as needed. Check-in and check-out are always very quick. The rooms are well laid out and especially roomy if you stay in one of the suites as I did this time. The bed was quite comfortable and the noise levels were low throughout the stay. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to those looking for a good hotel conveniently located near Warner Robins AFB.
Upon driving up to this hotel, it appeared to be an older hotel, which made me nervous. It was two levels with stairs. My room was next to the stairs with the headboard of the bed sharing a wall with the stairwell, so every time someone came down the stairs I was awakened. The room was overall clean and functional; however, the bed was sagging in the middle and quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was decent. There is no room service at this hotel, which was a bummer when I was traveling alone for work and there arent any restaurants in very close proximity. And for some reason, the alarm clock, which wasnt set on the correct time anyway (but who really uses alarm clocks?), was set to go off in the middle of the night, only I couldnt figure out how to fix the problem. So two nights in a row, I was awakened somewhere between midnight and 1 a.m. by the alarm clock. Overall, it was clean, and thats my main concern when I travel. It could use some updating, but overall it was a decent stay. The staff was extremely polite and helpful.
We stayed here because the base pet friendly tlf was booked.Good things:Our room was spacious. It had a separate bedroom with a comfy king bed and a pull out couch in the living area.Bathroom was clean.Complementary water on arrival.Portible crib was ready in room!Pet friendly.Staff was very personable and had amazing customer service!Bad things:We always had a very humid feeling in our room. The air conditioner had two settings: hot and freezing. The floor smelled of urine. (Prob because we were in pet room.)The hotel was okay. We loved the staff and customer service! I just feel like the room could be updated some...especially the nasty carpet!!
We chose this hotel because it was close to the Museum of Aviation. We were greeted by John who checked us in. John was very informative about the area & he had a list of restaurants in the vicinity to hand us. This is a great amenity for a visitor. The room was very nice & up to date for electronic devices. The Breakfast was extraordinary. Beverly came up & was very courteous & even offered to serve you if you wished. The breakfast room was very clean due to Beverly continuous cleaning. If ever Im in the area again, I will definitely stay here.
From the moment we walked in, the staff was at the front desk and checked us in right away. Check-in was quick as I had reserved the room on-line through ChoiceHotels.com. Everything about this stay was easy from reservation to check-out. The room was clean and ready for us when we got there. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. The breakfast was hot and very good with a variety of items to choose. The staff member in charge of the breakfast was very nice and very helpful. Just an extremely pleasant experience.
It has been about 8 years since I have been that pampered at a hotel! The last time was when I stayed in this same hotel! The staff has changed, but the service has not: these people truly excel at taking care of travelers. Every staff member I encountered was like a concierge, meeting my every request. They are a 5-star staff in a pleasant, reasonably priced hotel in a great location. I am glad I have friends in this area, as it gives me an excuse to come to this unassuming hotel that has justifiably been a Platinum Award winner 5 years in a row! The restaurant at the end of the driveway was also very good! Many thanks to the staff for being so wonderful!
While we were fortunate to find availability not too far from home, as we had to evacuate, I would never choose this hotel under normal traveling circumstances. With that said, when you’re evacuating, you’re grateful for a place to lay your head. It just needs updating...a lot. But people were friendly and accommodating.
One of the best hotels Ive ever had the pleasure of staying. Extremely professional and friendly staff. Cleanilness is next to Godilness. All of the receptionist are top notch. The housing staff exceeds all expectation. Mrs. Beverly and her hospitality staff is are such sweethearts, they ensure your breakfast experience is enjoyable with a wide variety of breakfast favorites. I highly recommend this particular hotel!!!!
The room was awesome and the service was great. There is a train that goes by periodically, but it is quiet enough to not be heard. With that being said, the room was very clean and the customer service reps were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was really great too! The rep asked me if she could make me a waffle even!
Room was clean, bed comfortable, shower had nice pressure and temperature. Vanity sink was very low (well below my waist) which made it a little awkward to use. Front desk staff was great, especially when I had an issue where my room lost power, they were able to get it fixed over a couple hours while i was away. Stay included breakfast, but the eggs were watery, bacon wasnt great...basically stick with cereal or the croissants otherwise skip.
The hotel is not the newest hotel on the block, but they make-up for it in providing a very welcoming hotel to stay at. The hotel is clean, front-desk staff very warm and personable. Their breakfast has enough variety for everyone and their chocolate chip cookies in the evening are warm and delicious.
Dont use this hotel. Staff was very nice, but room was smelly. During the night 4 trains went through and one jet (Warner Robbins Air Base). Mattress was terrible. It was like a crater with all falling to the middle. The hotel was hard to access and the entrance was only acessable using a frontage road. Although it was highly rated, I would not stay in this hotel again. Period.
I have been a frequent customer of this hotel for a while now and every time that I visit, its always a pleasant experience. I am extremely impressed with the overall professionalism and customer service of the hotel staff and their ability to make me feel at home. OJ, who is the manager of the hotel, has always been extremely courteous and he always puts customers first. I am enthralled by OJs exceptional performance and his ability to accommodate guests. In addition, the hotel is in good proximity to Robins AFB, which makes it easier to visit the base and the museum without all the traffic. I would highly recommend this hotel to a friend and or family member.Thank you...
Theres a reason they keep winning awards. I love, love this hotel! They make you feel like a beloved family member. Stacey, and her exuberant personality, checked me in and out. John made delicious 8:00 p.m.warm cookies. Beverly, in the breakfast bar, made corned beef hash and bacon for us, when it wasnt on the scheduled day. She keeps the food station plentiful and immaculate. Pillows and mattress so comfy. Room so large you can truly relax. They try to meet ALL your requests and needs and with a smile! We were on the road for 9 days and this was the best nights sleep out of all stays. I only wish we would be in the vicinity more often. As far as Im concerned, this is the only place to stay in Warner Robbins. Kudos to the manager for having such a great team. Its obvious your employees love their job and I imagine you are a huge part of the reason why. Thanks for another great visit.
I have stayed at numerous Choice hotels aka Comfort Inns. This hotel has better staff and far better breakfast than any Ive been to so far. Of the 20 plus nights I was a guest over the coarse of 3mos..not once did I hear people slamming doors or loud parties and such, even when it was booked up once. Ok there is a train that does run on occasion behind the hotel but it didnt disturb me. However I did stay each time on the road facing side.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys courteous staff, hearty breakfast, and some peace and quiet.
We stayed at the Comfort Inn, Robins Air Force based during our PCS from RAFB to Spain. The room was clean, well appointed, and roomy. The staff is what really made our experience an EXCELLENT one. When we arrived at our room, it felt very humid. There had been a few rainy days and the air conditioners were not keeping up with the moisture. We notified the staff and they sent maintenance to come inspect right away. They cleaned out both units, adjusted the settings, and provided us with a dehumidifier to keep things dry. GREAT RESPONSE and GREAT SERVICE! The breakfast was great and the pool was clean. I would stay at this hotel again and I highly recommend it!
Absolutely refused to refund my reservation when travel policy was updated for Covid in 2021. I was given only one rate option with no other choices, and I was told that because I booked Too early (3 weeks in advance) I was given a better rate price, thus making in non-cancellable? Since when is booking TOO early the wrong way to go? I was also told that the option to cancel is not available because I am already checked in. How can I be checked in, when Im in a different STATE?After calling the customer service line, they called the hotel, and were told its not that the hotel CANT cancel the reservation, but that they are REFUSING to cancel it. What company does that during COVID19 times???I also booked another Choice Hotels place the following week in Tennessee as this is a business trip, and they were more than helpful and kindly cancelled the reservation anyway even though it was the same policy/rate plan.Simply put, this hotel is a joke, their management is shady and will steal your money when given the option. Im not even IN THE STATE, and they are claiming Im checked in, somehow, and wont refund something during times like this. Individual places like this are what ruins the entire name of a company for some people, including myself.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel when visiting my son and his family over the Thanksgiving holiday. The staff is helpful and a joy with which to visit. The floor tiles in the dining area were being replaced when I checked in and looked beautiful when it was all done. I am looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to the area.
I am a frequent traveler and Marriott exclusively. But I came to warner Robbins to see my son and was going to try base lodging. He called and room was available but since he didnt reserve me one I was out of luck when I arrived. They recommended comfort Inn and I was very pleasantly surprised. Extremely nice and very comforting room. Never heard a train and I love free breakfast. If I could stay in this hotel everywhere I traveled I would do so. Bed was awesome rooms were immaculate. Highly recommended
Happy and satisfied all around! Top rating however, if someone is not used to railroad tracks nearby, they may not sleep as well. No biggie for us as we have tracks near our home and are used to it.The staff at the front desk and the breakfast attendant are always so friendly and helpful. I love the water in our room and apples at the front desk to welcome us. Nice touch.Suites are lovely. Thanks again for a nice visit.
We had reserved two rooms for four nights when we were in town for our mothers funeral. Everyone at Comfort Inn was extremely nice. The desk clerks were very courteous and caring. The lady who who stocked the breakfast service was so very helpful, offering to fix waffles and checking on us to see if there was anything we needed. The kindness of the staff there helped to ease the pain of this sad time for us. The rooms were clean. There were plenty of options for breakfast. We will be making more trips to Warner Robins to settle our mothers estate, and the Comfort Inn will definitely be where we choose to stay.
I thought I was booking a room just off I-75, but I kept driving and driving. It was about 25 minutes from the Interstate Highway. The bed and room were clean and comfortable. I would have like it more if there wasnt a large Jacuzzi tube taking up so much room. The motel was remote and quiet. We felt safe. The breakfast area was small and loud. The food was subpar. Who prepares oatmeal and puts it on a warming plate??? The coffee cups were too small.
Great stay, very happy with the room-bigger than I thought and Im hoping to stay in the same room next time I head out this way. Best thing about this hotel besides the warm cookies at night is the complimentary home style breakfast. Better than some of the restaurants you go to. Highly recommended. Only negative thing is just getting of the ramp to the hotel, I easily missed it the first time and had to do a big loop to get back but no biggie, the stay itself made up for it. Heard this hotel is 10X better than the one on Watson Ave.
Everyone we interacted with were very hospitable and gracious upon our arrival to leaving the next morning.. The property is a little older, but very well maintained and updated. The rooms were clean with new bedding, etc. The special treat was with Beverly, our hostess for breakfast the next morning.. she was amazing and truly loves her job.
Wonderful staff, highly recommended. Moved here from TX and had to stay while waiting to close on our house for nearly a month! The staff was more than amazing and felt like family. Every morning ms Beverly offered an array of food and would even make the waffles for everyone. My sons miss her making them breakfast! Staci was very friendly and always had time to answer a question or get something needed. We will definitely recommend this hotel for family or friends coming to visit.
This hotel was terrific! The front staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms or clean and comfortable and the bed and pillows (The firm ones especially) were incredible. The only problem I can think of is that the entrance sign of the hotel needs to be more prominent. We passed the hotel before we knew it and it is not a simple matter of going around the block. The hotel and staff were excellent!
This is an EXCELLENT property! The grounds are VERY WELL maintained. Our room was well-appointed, had plenty of room, and once the few things that were not quite right were fixed, the room was a dream! The ENTIRE staff were EXTREMELY courteous, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had a terrific time! John, Paul, and Mr. O (the Proprietor) were SUPERB! Our housekeeper who cleaned our room (we didnt get her name) was thorough, efficient, and very friendly. The same for the other housekeepers who brought needed items to our room. The Maintenance man who worked on our mechanical issues was awesome! I dont believe I have EVER been taken care of this well at any other establishment! The hot breakfast was VERY delicious! It was a wonderful way to start the day!I HIGHLY recommend this establishment! We will DEFINITELY be back to visit this hotel! I STRONGLY urge folks to visit this facility. You wont be disappointed!
We were traveling past Warner Robbings, Ga numerous times and finally decided to visit the air museum; so we decided to also spend the night. After checking a few hotels decided that this Comfort Inn would be a great spot to stay. Good reviews lived up to an excellent stay with friendly staff, convenient parking, nice hot breakfast and comfortable room. Even though the room was not listed a accessible the bathroom door was wide enough for a walker/wheelchair. Furniture was arranged so it was easy for my husband to move around.( Personally, I feel that every bathroom should have safety rails, but that is another post). Extremely satisfied and would stay here again.
Overall we were quite happy. The room was neat and clean. Beds comfortable. While unloading our car we heard a very noisy tran just feet from the parking. Much to our delight, we never heard a sound in our room. Loved the controls on the two air conditioners. GREAT Mexican restaurant nearby, excellent service, ggod Mexican food.
Decent hotel. The service and attitude of the workers here was excellent, very friendly. The rooms were clean and as I expected. The only issues I had were with the continental breakfast, when I got there, they were mostly out of food and some of the food that they had (fruits), had rotten areas on them. There are also loud trains that occasionally go by but none of this ruined the experience.
Easy highway access. Great service! The staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. The beds were wonderful. We needed extra bedding and it was delivered immediately. All aspects of this hotel were well above average. I would definitely choose this hotel again!
The room was categorized as a king suite, but was the size of a standard room and felt like a standard room. The room had an odor. Housekeeping staff failed to clean my room on one of the days of my stay. The room felt old and damp. The bed broke and was not comfortable at all. The carpet was old, worn, and moldy smell. The furniture in the sitting area was old, worn, and uncomfortable. The refrigerator did not keep our drinks cold.
This hotel is convenient for travelers to the Middle GA area. We visit surrounding towns/counties and GA 247 makes it easy to move around. Been staying here for many years and the facility has been upgraded to all the comforts of home. Love the staff (even the maid who was afraid of our puppy!).
We stay here several times a year, my husband on travel orders for work, I go to rest and play. The hotel is always clean, always!! The entire staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is wonderful. I feel completely safe, there is good shopping nearby, the aircraft museum, the plenty of restaurants to choose from. I 100% recommend this hotel.
My son passed away unexpectedly from a construction site accident in Warner Robins. We were in a panic to find a place to stay that was close to everything and affordable. In contacting the Comfort Inn & Suites they were very pleasant and sympathetic to our needs. We were very lucky to have people take care of our family during this stay that didnt need any added stress. We were more than pleased with the wonderful woman in charge of the morning breakfast. Made anyone walking into the room happy and wanted to make sure they had what they wanted for a good breakfast. She wanted everyone to leave full and with a smile on their face for a happy day, which SHE put the smile on our face during one of our hardest times. THANK YOU!
Everything was above average. Great staff, clean room, good breakfast & coffee. The one downfall was Choice hotels did not take into consideration when building this hotel was how close the railroad tracks are. Did NOT get much sleep even with earplugs the LOUD TRAIN woke us up off/on throughout the night during our 3 night stay :( I would not stay here again b/c of this.
Although the hotel is a little older, we found the rooms very clean (and we had a pet room). The staff is excellent. We were able to get into our room early which was all because Lauren went above and beyond to ensure that our cats had a place to stay. Our breakfast was awesome and the staff very accommodating.
This hotel would be 5 Star for this class of hotel except for the severe moisture issues. The hotel was neat, tidy, and clean. The employees were pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. The a/c, ice machines, and refrigerators are all mildewy and have obvious visual mold and/or smell so bad! Please fix this as the location is great, and it has great things going for it.
We stayed at the hotel because there was a fire at our home and our rental company put us up here. We had our pets with us and we were expecting the hotel to be terrible and we were so shocked because it was wonderful. The front desk helper had been told we were coming and she knew we would be tired; she had us all ready to go and I just basically walked in, showed ID, and walked out with keys. The pet room was great; there was even a little dog house. There was plenty of space and everything was very clean. The breakfast was exceptional. I didnt catch the breakfast attendants name, but I want to personally point her out. She was so gracious, helped us with everything, was there the whole time making sure things were fresh, and she had a delicious iced coffee that she made. I felt like I was having breakfast at my grandmas house; it was wonderful. Thanks to all the staff there; I know where Ill be telling family to stay when they come to visit!
Ive stayed at this property dozens of times over the past 15 years. The location is perfect if you have business at Robins AFB. Management is always striving to update and improve the facility by modernizing the rooms and adding to the amenities. Housekeeping keeps my room immaculate and well-supplied. A buffet breakfast is included and fresh baked cookies are furnished every evening. Most of all, the staff is always helpful an friendly.
It is my pleasure to recommend this hotel. They are consistently good at what they do. The hotel is always clean. I have yet to encounter an employee there who did not value our patronage. Mrs. Beverlys breakfasts have no equal in the hotel business. There is a Vietnamese restaurant within walking distance that I also recommend.
This hotel was great and it is in the perfect location if you plan on visiting the Aviation Museum. The staff greeted us with smiles and recommended places to eat and places that deliver if we didnt want to get out in the rain. The clean spacious room offered a feeling of home away from home.
I called and made a reservation less then a week before our arrival. Over the phone the service was amazing. When we arrived reception was spotless and customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in a suite that was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful!!!! The breakfast had everything fresh and catered to all tastes. Overall service was excellent. Thank you so much.
The property is showing its age. I stopped at a Comfort Inn on Watson Blvd. thinking it was the hotel. That property was in far better condition. The staff at this hotel, however, was great. I was well treated at the front desk and the woman in charge of breakfast could not have been nicer. I also rented a conference room that was excellent for the price charged. I would definitely come back if I have business in the area.
The room was nice the breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. That being said we did pay extra to have a room with the 2 person whirlpool in the room. When we got there the room looked NOTHING like the pictures online. The 2 person. Whirlpool was in the bathroom and the whole place smelled like bleach. Apparently if you want a room with the whirlpool in the room with you, you have to call in and tell them after you reserve the room with the 2 person whirlpool in the actual bedroom not the bathroom.
Clean, comfortable and affordable. Nice breakfast room with better than continental breakfast. Wonderful desk clerks, very helpful in every way. Ooooooo [ the cookies and milk idea. Great! Who thought of that. We were completely satisfied, except for the train, but I guess you cant do anything about that short of moving the whole building lol, love ya.
The hotel staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was nice also. I wish the entrance to the hotel was more clearly marked as it is hard to see there is even a street to get into the hotel. Other than that, I am overall satisfied with our experience there.
Absolute wonderful place to stay. We were just in town to meet up with some friends. Ms. Stacey at the front desk is awesome. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Could not ask for a better employee. The breakfast clerk was great too. This is a great place to stay for the price. I will definately stay here again.
Absolutely excellent hotel and staff. Active duty military guys I highly recommend if youre TDY or just visiting. Clean rooms, nice beds, quiet location. Delicious breakfast, had biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, eggs, waffles, cinnamon rolls...I mean everything you could want. Few minutes from the gate, ideal distance to everything and just an amazing front desk staff. I wont stay anywhere else if I am back in town.
I was caught up up in that Atlanta snow/ice storm fiasco the last week of January 2014. In making many alternate arrangements to reach my destination at Warner Robins, I also contacted the Comfort Inn desk staff about the many changes I had to make, and they were excellent in not only being flexible with me, but also helping me beyond just the reservation and looking up travel distances and calling me back unsolicited with information that would be helpful to me on drive routes et al. This was my first time staying at this facility and will now be the only place I stay when visiting Warner Robins. Hotel is tucked away from main stream so is peaceful; great breakfast and well kept for cleanliness. Every staff member was very engaging and friendly.
From the helpfulness of the desk staff to the excellent full breakfast (including super friendly service) the staff in this make this the place to stay. Exactly as advertised at a reasonable price. If you are driving, keep close look out for the entrance to what is, in effect, service road access to the hotel. Turn around can be tricky. No hassle stay - which is always nice.
The service was good. the manager was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but showed signs of age and very worn out. The shower worked but something was wrong with adjusting the hot and cold. At one point I thought I might not be able to turn off the water but I finally did.
This hotel was clean, nicely decorated and had everything a person would need for a night or two in Warner Robins. The staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The cookies were eaten by the time we checked in at 9 pm... All in all, it was worth the reasonable price.
Victoria went above and beyond to get my friend and I a room at 2 in the morning because the Quality Inn in McDonough Georgia gave our room to someone else even after receiving verbal confirmation as well as a email confirmation for our booked room. We definitely could not make the 6 hour drive home and we were having so much trouble finding another place to stay with our friends and family discount voucher! Thank you for making sure we had a safe place to sleep in such a timely manner!! We will definitely refer anyone to this location for future visits!
I stayed at this hotel 28 straight nights in March 2017. The only slight negative on this hotel is that the walls are thin, but turn on the fan or a/c and wala the neighbor noise is gone; plus, most of the time the guests in this hotel are not noisy at all... mostly military and other considerate friendly guests. There was maybe two or three nights out of 28 nights that I could hear neighbors beside me or above me, but with the fan going I wasnt disturbed from sleeping at all. Now let me tell you about all the amazing pluses of this hotel. Beverly does the breakfast, and you could easily forget that you are eating at a hotel rather than a restaurant! There is a ton of selection... cereal, muffins, fresh fruit, waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage and bacon. Beverly is such a sweet lady and even makes special breakfast items upon request. If she makes you French toast, wow it is like heaven! All I can say is amazing. All the staff are super friendly and helpful! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Theres also free gym use at Edge fitness center about a mile down the road is awesome. I used it almost every morning, and you can go in 24 hours with a key fob from the front desk. Oh I cant forget to mention the delicious chocolate chip cookies offered every night. I couldnt have wished for a better stay!!! I was almost a little sad to leave there because it was like I was leaving friends with such personable staff, but I was also happy to go home after being away for a month. I would definitely stay here again, and I really hope I have a chance.
As you can see if gave this hotel a 10 across the board. Thats because it really is that good !! The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Beverly in the kitchen made a wonderful breakfast every morning. She really puts her heart into that kitchen !! Great way to start the day. Stacy and her whole staff remembered my name and always said good morning and gave directions to everywhere I needed to go. I really think this was the most pleasant hotel I have stayed at in many years. I will stay at this hotel every time I work at Robins AFB. And if this is the example of all Choice Hotels, I will be a customer for life. I tried to thank everyone I saw on the way out. Can you please thank them all for me? And please tell Beverly I miss her breakfast !Have a great day,Skip Wilson
Had to stay here for a week for a conference on base. It was easy to book over the phone, they checked my credit card when I checked in (for security), and they were very willing to help. What I liked about the hotel was the rooms were clean, house keeping did a good job, there are a lot of facilities and the Wi-Fi was excellent (although it does not have any password). The Continental breakfast was decent and what most people would expect. The one thing I didnt like was their business room or guest computer is pretty outdated and not very usable. Programs like Adobe need to be updated to use, it runs on Windows 7, and all the internet programs were old. A small thing but I actually really needed to use it one morning. Other than this, I highly recommend the hotel.
For being a two star hotel, I was impressed with the service and appearance of this hotel. The staff was very professional and friendly. Although my toiletries never got replenished, I was able to make do. I did notice a difference in the level of cleanliness my room was between the first half of my stay and the second half. I was blown away the first couple of days and a tad disappointed the last couple.
Wonderful for the price. Wish one could go walking from here but youll have to drive to walk. Its right on the highway but quiet. Nice toiletries when you can wrest them away from maid. Home baked cookies, coffee and tea all evening in the lobby. Best, most complete free breakfast Ive seen in a hotel.
I have stayed at this hotel for business for over a year and a half. Over this time, I have come to know the hotel staff personally. This says two things about this hotel. First, I keep seeing the same personnel. The turnover rate of employees at this hotel is minimal. I assume that this is due in large part to the treatment of the hotel employees by the management. I have heard the employees speak well of the hotel owner and that he involves them in day-to-day decision making. Second, the staff is knowable. The staff engages me in conversation from the time I make my reservation to the time that I check out. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers. This hotel has well deserved its platinum awards.
1. Beverly(Breakfast)....what a great lady! She was always helping folks get going in the morning by remembering what you had the first day and then offering to help you out the rest of your stay. She remembered our names and what we had for breakfast the prior morning and told us to sit down, grab a coffee and she will get our plates for us. GIVE HER A RAISE for being the on-site Grandma and taking care of her customers!2, John(front desk)....Very helpful with the local area and where to grab a bite to eat after a long day of travel. Great attitude and very professional.I will stay here again on my next trip because of the people there.Hotel is very clean and the beds are very comfortable.
Well maintained facilities. Great bed. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle makers, and the regular stuff. Room layouts are a little weird, flat screen TVs with cable including HBO. Small fridge and microwave. Older trim and air units, but they work well. All and all nice.
This hotels was modern, clean, convenient to everything and the staff were always welcoming and helpful. The manager here is so great, he even came to our room and fixed our heater thermostat!! Very helpful. Breakfast was good. Great shower power. Will visit here again. Close to mall and ikea.
We needed a place to include our dog. A pet-friendly King suite was assigned, and we were very satisfied. The place was kept clean, and there was plenty of space outside for the dog to be walked and exercised. We also enjoyed the included breakfasts, and coffee was always available. We also looked forward to our 8 oclock warm chocolate chip cookie every night!!
This was hands down the best Hotel and stay that we have experienced in many years. The Hotel was first class and every staff member from top to bottom provided that Old Fashion Hospitality. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Every staff member made you feel like you were at a home away from home. We will definitely stay their anytime we are in the state of Georgia. Do yourself a favor and put this hotel on your list.
We are Choice Diamond members and travel a lot for business. This is the best Comfort Inn we stay at! They have large clean rooms, great internet connection, large TVs, and a large selection at breakfast every day. They even have hot cookies for you when you get in at night. The front desk is wonderful and this hotel is really great!
I would like to say the staff at this Comfort Inn is Excellent. I have stayed at the other Comfort Inn on Watson and feel that this one is much better especially in terms of the breakfast food selection and service both in the breakfast area and also the front desk. The suite room is very nice with two air conditioners so that one doesnt blow on me all night and it has lots of counter space etc.Only issue was that the room smelled. I think it was mostly from the air conditioner units, sort of a combination of mildew and a fragrance to cover it up. I have stayed there 3 times and will continue to choose it!
I love the location of this hotel, right across from the base, though if you want to be very close to restaurants, service stations, shopping, etc. (i.e. more than a 5 minute drive) youll want to look on the two main drags through town. Clean, comfy, and very friendly staff. Breakfast was fine, probably top end of the continental breakfast scale. One thing of definite note: the hotel advertises high-speed wireless internet. For once, that was not an empty boast. Even when the hotel was full(er) in the evening, the wireless was the fastest Ive ever experienced in a hotel, and was actually faster than at my house these days (too many customers there...)
My wife had a conference in Warner Robins, planned to bring our two small pups, and made a reservation for a suite . Very nice accommodations, very clean and well cared for. The staff was especially nice, the breakfast as expected, and ever so convenient to our venue, The Museum of Aircraft, was across the street.
It is always a pleasure to stay with OJ and his staff. Extremely friendly staff that always go the extra mile. I have stayed in most hotels in Warner Robins and Centerville and this hotel has the best staff by far. Complimentary bottled water in the room and dont miss the fresh baked cookies and milk each night in the lobby. Best location if you are visiting the base or museum and dont want to fight Warner Robins traffic. If you are a light sleeper request a room opposite of the railroad tracks; no horn blowing but some people notice the faint rumble of the train rolling by. I personally have never noticed it.
I really like this hotel. It is off the beaten path but still close to restaurants and the air base. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Fitness center is well equipped but a little on the small side. Rooms are large and clean. Some of the furniture is starting to show its age. Overall, I think this is a very good place to stay.
OJ, the General Manager, always takes good care of us when we come down there in September. He tries to get us our favorite room, or else an equivalent room. We are always pleased with the quality of this hotel and the way the staff treats us. We will continue to stay there in the future as it is one of the best Comfort Inns we have stayed at.By the way, those hot chocolate chip cookies baked and made ready at 8:00 PM are absolutely delicious!
I stayed for a week at this hotel. I was on crutches on the time and the staff was very helpful in assisting me with my needs. The rooms were very clean. The facility was quiet for resting and there is a very good breakfast available in the morning. I am a member of the US Air Force and stayed at this location for temporary duty at Robins AFB. There were other members of the USAF at this location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other USAF members because of the proximity to the base, the safety, and the quality of the rooms.
A little hard to find the entrance to the hotel at first. The rooms are clean, but there was a smell in the room and hallway, like a perfumed smell that was trying to cover- up another odor. Staff was friendly and breakfast was great. I give it a good overall but not excellent.
I recently stayed at the hotel while visiting a friend at the Air Force Base. I liked that it was not on the strip with all of the other hotels and traffic. The room and hotel were clean, and the pool was beautiful. I spent a couple of afternoons lounging by the pool, moving from the chaise lounge to the pool and back. I felt like I was at a resort in Mexico - private and lovely.I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.
The staff are very nice and attentive. The hotel is always clean and neat. They go out of their way to make your stay inviting and comfortable. They provide complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea, lemon water, apples, and cookies. Free breakfast. We also like the location. It is located near the Warner Robins Air Museum.
We were traveling through the area late at night and had stopped at another hotel for the night. We felt extremely unsafe at the other location so we were trying to find another location and happened to come across this location. And WOW! What an amazing experience. We will definitely be staying here again on our many family trips to Orlando.
I had absolutely no complaints with this location everything was on point. The customer service was remarkable, the beds are very comfortable, the entire hotel and rooms were clean and immaculate, the breakfast was good and fulfilling. I will definitely stay here again!
The General Manager, is WONDERFUL. He always looks out for us and reserves our favorite room when we come, as well as helping our friends that we refer to him. The staff there is very accomodating and go the extra mile to take care of our needs. They even bake fresh chocolate chip cookies and make coffee available for guests which are available in the lobby. The complimentary breakfasts are outstanding with a wide assortment of selections. The beds are the most comfortable we have ever slept in and the TV is modern and flat screen. We always look forward to staying at this Comfort Inn as the entire experience is top notch. This particular Comfort Inn at Warner Robins, GA could serve as an example for all the others to emulate.
I love the convenience of the location next to work, and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Most rooms have been recently updated, though a few suites still have worn furniture (hide-a-bed) in the living room. Any maintenance issues are quickly addressed.
Breakfast was heavenly because the cook added special touches to breakfast items like the sausage gravey. She even asked if we wanted her to fix a waffle for us. Wow!Also, the hotel was flying high with clean grounds, very personal front desk plus the evening cookies were a home run. The room and beds were perfect. Also, the business center was up to date with computer, internet and printer.
I recently stayed at this hotel because my mom got married. We did not enjoy our stay and the manager Shaun is not very nice either. When we checked in we were debating if we wanted to get two rooms and while the front desk receptionist was processing my card information we told her never mind that we did not want 2 rooms because while she was processing us she said that they have a room with a sofa and to queen beds...So, since it was only Me, my husband, my mother in law, and our 3 year old daughter we said perfect this will be fine for us instead of 2 rooms the receptionist told us that she could not change the rooms and that we had to keep both..So, I call 3 days later to speak with the manager because Im furious at the way we were treated and the extra fees that were charged because Alabama is not the same and this place doesnt even tell you your total....Every time I call the manager is never in and the time I did speak with him he stated that he would call me back but he never called back and he was very rude as well...I only wanted my refund back for one room since we were forced to get it but I guess that can never happened because the front desk never gives the manager my messages when I call or the manager is just rude and will not call me back....I will never stay here again.....Horrible service.....Stay away.....
Nice property, good stuff, would never stay again due to how the staff handled a barking dog. This time Mark continuously. It took three request by us to the staff to stop the dog from barking. The second and third times the stuff called the owners of the dog back to the hotel. We should’ve never had to ask for this. The staff even admitted that they could hear the dog barking at the front desk.
This list could take a while. But to just name a few....upon arriving the motel felt secluded and dark. After check in we grab our luggage and proceed to our room to find a roach on the desk. Then we leave first thing Saturday morning and ask for our room to be done before 11AM due to the Alabama game coming on and was informed by desk clerk they are very short handed that she will see what she can do. We arrived back at the hotel to our rooms not being touched so we missed kick off. Then we go to get a shower prior to going out Saturday night and there was only 2 towels. Which wouldn’t have been a problem if we didn’t book a SUITE for THREE people. And the room was 112 dollars a night and this is what we got
The room was comfortable, appealing and quiet. Very good location to the base and town as well as off the beaten path made for quite nights. The breakfast offering was not only good, but very palatable and pleasing. If there were a good way to warm the biscuits, it would be awesome.
Staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean, and hotel is close to the base. The cleaning staff here is amazing they knocked on my door came in and got to work. They even offered to vacuum the room for me. Took all the sheets off the bed and put clean ones on. If I come back Ill be staying here again.
The hotel is rundown and in desperate need of a remodel. Perhaps because I was in one of the pet friendly rooms it was more rundown than other rooms, but I was definitely not impressed. I seriously considered checking out and going elsewhere for my 2nd night in Warner Robins. However, Stacey at the front desk was so kind and welcoming that I decided to stay. She is a gem.
This property is staffed by very pleasant and helpful desk and breakfast staff. Ms. Beverly is amazingly attentive to the breakfast guests. The rooms are very well maintained by housekeeping. There is a large dog walk area, and although it is immediately adjacent to the railroad, surprisingly quiet inside. Great place to stay near Robins AFB.
READ WHOLE REVIEW Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, plentiful and large variety. Freight train was right outside our window and woke us up three times through every night!!!Decor dark and dingy and dated - house keeping left someone’s empty bag of pretzels behind night stand and didn’t clean up our coffee machine or leave us enough sugar or cream each next day
Spent 2 comfortable nights in a king suite. We were visiting a friend we haven’t seen in 30 yrs and the suite afforded us the separate living area to have her over. The king bed was in another room with a TV and dresser. The room was clean. The staff was awesome. There is a exercise room, business center, and pool (was not opened yet). Breakfast had such a variety ....cereals, bagels, toast, eggs with peppers, juices, coffee, tea, hard boiled eggs, fruit, or make your own waffles! In the evening, the staff on duty puts out a batch of fresh, hot chocolate chip cookies!!! There is also coffee available and a free newspaper. There is also wrapped apples at the check in counter! The Air Force base is across the street and Macon is close and we enjoyed our visit there as well.
Arriving well after midnight didnt reduce the level of experience that I received. A smiling friendly face directed me to my room quickly and efficiently. Great experience and friendly service every step of the way! Great job and thank you! I didnt use the wi-fi, because I carry a hot spot, so I cant speak to that amenity.
A bunch of family from all over the country descended upon the comfort inn and suites in Warner Robins, GA. They had large spacious rooms, hot and tasty breakfast, the hot cookies and milk at night were a nice treat. The hotel was quiet and the pool was refreshing. I would stay here again given the need to return to the area.
Wonderful accomodation for dogs--and people. Staff was great, breakfast delicious, and huge area to walk the dog. We were given a 2-room suite that was perfect for our 3-day stay. We were able to invite friends over after a meal and didnt have to sit on beds! We will stay here on our next visit to Georgia to visit family and friends.
They said they had truck parking, they do not. There is a gap between the floor and door that was so big the room stayed lit up all night. There was a blinking green light on the smoke detector in the room; that was fun to try sleeping through. The thermostat on the AC unit did not work so it ran continuously. Worst nights stay I have ever had at a Comfort Inn.
We stayed here while visiting our grandchildren stationed at Robbins. This hotel is very convenient to the base and gave a good military discount (retired Air Force) . The service was good. The staff friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. A train goes behind the hotel but it did not bother us
The lodging on base could not accommodate me during my temporary stay so it was suggested that I stay at the Comfort Inn. This was a great choice because of the location and close approximation to the base. The customer service was great and the room made my stay very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with various healthy selections to choose from. Overall, this was an excellent choice and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Robins Air Force Base.
Staff was wonderful, room spacious and clean, beds and pillows can not be beat, atmosphere is great. Feels like home and I enjoy my stay every time I am there. Thank you to Mr. OJ....It is obvious that he is a wonderful leader and takes care of his staff. He is a fine man.
First impressions are lasting impressions. Well I sought this hotel out on its prior ratings....it ranked 4 out of 5.Walked into my room and the room had a malorderous aroma....somewhere between damp and a smelly dog.I approached the front desk explaining the situation, but the representative concluded he had no other room to make a switch. He did offer a dehumidifier (He assumed that it was humidity and that I was not a Georgia resident).....brought it to my room and commented on the odor himself.I did reiterate to him that it was an inconvenience to put up with the smell....all he offered was Im sorry.Would NOT recommended this Comfort Inn....poor customer service folks.
This is one of the best Comfort Inn/Suites we have every stayed at and definitely the best in Warner Robins. The staff go above and beyond the requirement to please the customers. OJ is definitely the most conscientious manager weve ever met. Dont even think of staying anywhere else when in this area -- this is the best and the prices are right. Also love those delicious hot baked chocolate chip cookies each night in the lobby!
I would recommend anyone staying in Warner Robbing to book the Comfort in near the base. It was clean and Guest Services provided excellent Customer Service. Breakfast was also outstanding!!! I ever have to come back to Warner Robbins, I would definitely book this hotel again. Thanks for the great Customer Service and accommodating my needs!!!
Staff was outstanding-very kind and considerate. The bedding was the most comfortable of any hotel weve ever stayed at; never woke up during the 3 night stay with any aches or pains-awesome!Appreciate the pet room; our dog loved it too!We will most certainly stay here every visit to Warner Robins. Highly recommend.
This is an excellent property with owners and staff who aim to please. Everyone seems to go out of their way to accommodate all needs of guests. The hotel is always clean and is constantly being taken care of. The people who work there are justifiably proud of the facility and want guests to be happy.
Attended an event in Perry but closer hotels were booked. Found this gem. A little further away than I wanted to be but worth the drive. Spacious room, excellent amenities (although not the fastest wi-fi), good breakfast & even evening cookies. Would definitely stay here again.
Nice clean hotel right across the highway from Robins AFB. No stores or restaurants in walking distance but thats a minor inconvenience. Staff was friendly. Room was big enough for my family of 4 with two teenagers. Breakfast was buffet style with eggs bacon, sausage, oatmeal, grits, cereal, etc. Ends at 930 though so you better get up early if you want to eat. Id stay there again.
I was in for one night for a meeting in the hotel. Since we meet here twice per year, I was familiar with the hotel and greeted well as a regular. The accommodations were very good and the new elevator a positive. The staff, as always, were exceptionally pleasant and efficient.

2022-06-21Company is cleaning the carpets and we were checked into a room on the first floor with only a king bed (traveling with a child)We were switched to another double suite on the first floor and about a half inside the freezing room my child goes, “ why are the floors wet?” She had been walking around the air conditioned room with wet feet for long enough to make her sick this morning after taking her sandals off inside the room. The touch pad on the air conditioner in the second floor room we were finally moved to (3 room changes) was stuck and had to deal with whatever temp it was on. The pool was closed (which honestly was the only reason we chose this hotel) so absolutely no entertainment for the evening while stuck in a smelly (smells like bad Italian food and we ate out except for the ice cream that we brought back so not us) hotel room with a stuck thermostat. Everything from the soap holders in the shower to the “suite” doors are messed up and in need of repair. We stay in the Warner Robins/Byron area every time we drive through and this is by far DOUBLE the price than any other hotel we’ve stayed at. The spiked room rate you’ll pay is going to the full scale remodel that they so desperately need and your stay will be less than satisfactory compared to a 60 dollar rate with the other competitors. When I told the desk about this they’re response was, “well, you would have had to drive two hours to get a hotel with a pool”No, the point is that we could have stayed in a cleaner room 15 min down the road, with less hassle for $60, and given the circumstances we should have.

2022-04-07Our first room was next to another guest who talked so loudly on the phone (with offensive language) that we asked to be moved. The manager cheerfully accommodated us, giving us a free upgrade and a much quieter room. We would stay here again without question.

2022-05-06Location is not everything. This hotel needs much improvement. The jacuzzi tub in the bedroom is time traveling back to 1960. The main bathroom is old and needs remodeling. The price $$ in todays rates, the accommodations are so 1960.

2022-01-18I stayed at this hotel because it was the official hotel partner for the Museum of Aviation Foundation race in Warner Robins. The group discount was a welcome benefit, the facilities and amenities were very good, and the hotel made my stay comfortable and pleasant.

2021-12-03This is a decent hotel with good service. The location is central to many things but it is right next to the train tracks. Theres also a very busy road just adjacent to this property. If you must stay here, it is serviceable.

2022-02-27I always enjoy staying at this updated and friendly hotel. Rooms are spacious and affordable. Hotel is very clean and fresh.
