Comfort Inn Warner Robins - Robins Air Force Base Area in Warner Robins
Yes you get alot of room for your money, the room with jet tubs are working and huge over six feet long. Rooms are updated have mv and fridge.. dont judge place by exterior. But hallways and lobby have no AC. Good bfast for this chain. My complaint is we left an clothing article in the closet and nobody from HC or MGMT claims they found it. Yes it was my fault for leaving it but I know it was there. Smh
When I arrived, I waited 15 minutes before someone showed up at the front desk to check me in. I actually had to call a number in order to get them to come to the front. The first room they gave me a key to, there were two people in there and they were smoking (this is a non-smoking hotel). I told the host at the front and she said there wasnt supposed to be anyone in there. She gave me another key to a different room. As I was walking to my 2nd room, I saw the two guys come out of the room. One ran out the back door and the other used a key to get into a different room. I told the host about this and she confronted the guy that went into the other room, but he denied it. I saw the host and the guy from the first room taking a smoke break together and laughing later so I guess they were buddies? Also, breakfast in the morning was almost inedible. The only thing that was decent was the cereal and they had few options and not very much milk. The eggs were wet and salty and the bread options were stale. They had sausage, but it was that cheap frozen sausage and it was cold.
We stayed 7 days, when we first walked in the lobby was clean, checking in was a bit interesting; the young lady working the counter seemed either high or going through withdraws, she was not able to focus on typing in our information and her hands were shaking. I dont know what the policy is in regards to the staff parking but, everyday they were parked in front of the lobby. They only clean the room every 3 days, it would be nice to have known this in advance, when I did call to have a trash bag & towels I had go get them from the front desk. We were normally down stairs for breakfast between 0645 - 0715, every time we went down to get breakfast, the staff sitting down with a full plate and coffee. Out of the 7 days there was 2 mornings we got bagels and 1 morning we got sausage and eggs, other than that it was very limited on food, and 2 of mornings no regular coffee available. I didnt complain on spot as I felt like it wasnt worth my time. The room was nice enough however, fairly dark due to no overhead lights
We booked this through the 800 # choice Hotels. This specific hotel we picked because they have an out door pool. We traveled with approximately 25 people to this location. Upon our arrival we were informed that the pool is CLOSED (Green and out of order, in August!)We had a 2 bedroom suite, it was nice, the mattresses were old, the unit was similar to the front lobby(see pictures) it is a retro style 60s/70s all the furniture is new personally we liked the look and feel (aside from the mattresses) the hotel was clean, all the carpet throughout was new. Elevators were in good order. The staff at the front desk, needs a little work on Customer service, and attitude adjustment. The gentleman that checked us in was incredibly kind and polite, and accommodating, I think his name was Chris or maybe James. The manager Kathy was also nice. However, we lost a few of our friends to another hotel, because the front desk was exceptionally rude to them.I know that noone wants to work these days theyd rather sit home and collect unemployment... and those of us working are truly exhausted.. so take it all into consideration, just know the pool is NOT available, and this is not temporary.... Did not seem they intend to open it any time soon.Happy Traveling!
The broken marquee sign should have been the first clue. Then there’s the 5 year old gold award status. The person at the front desk greeted us with her phone in hand on a personal call. She stayed that way during the whole check in process. Our first room had a broken light in the bathroom that they knew about and have been waiting on a part for repair. The broken microwave in the main dining room and the broken snack machine (the only one in the hotel) with a $47 credit. Our second room seemed nice enough, at least the roaches thought so, until the second day when we realized there was no maid service. Yes, we would have checked out then but they had already charged our card for all three nights. The only good thing I can mention is that the manager, maintenance man, and breakfast staff were all very friendly. Will NOT stay there again.
Stayed here couple weeks back and it was terrible, we had a room next to another couple and I guess boy lives there or something and all night people were in and out his room. The girl in the room was very loud talking and profanity. I think the girl worked there at front desk, not sure. Doesnt look good on hotel if allowing someone like that to work there. We ask one time if they woukd quiet down when saw in them hallway and girl just laughed rudely and said whatever and walked in room. beside that the room was cleaner then next door hotel
Our room was noisy, as if the main air conditioner of the hotel was right on top of us. The door to our room was very difficult to enter. We had to fight to get into the room every single time and we stayed 6 days! We told the hotel staff the first day and all they did was give us another key, that didnt fix anything... it was the actual door! Upon entering room we always sanitize and removing the hotel sheets from the bed, we discovered black trash. That tells me that the custodial staff isnt properly cleaning after each customers stay which is alarming.

Let me start by saying location was great...now for the other. We arrived at check in only for our room not to be ready. We waited 30-40mins only for room to still not be ready. Finally after calling over and over we were put into a room with 2 full size beds. But here is why they received the 1-Star review...OUT ROOM HAD ROACHES AND WE WERE ITCHING. The hotel refused to do anything about the situations, would not move us nor comp us for our stay. Lets just say they will never get my service again. Only thing they did was blame the housekeepers for the issue.
Still no breakfast as of March 11th. Other than cold items. Please adjust the price to effect this would be my opinion. The room is very nice, very clean the bed is comfortable to pillow seemed good water pressure is good contest persons friendly good parking. Restaurants and stores close by. So all in all my stay has been satisfactory. Other than the lack of breakfast with scissors very upsetting because of the covid-19 going on. I find it interesting though, I traveled to many states and other Choice Properties actually have hot food and a full breakfast they just put containers out with different type of protective measures. So I dont know why you couldnt do that maybe its due to a staff issue Im not sure? Anyway thank you
Comfort inn is a super clean and quiet place. This place offer a jacuzzi tub in some rooms, you’ll have absolutely enough space to enjoy it. I love that you can use elevators to travel on the second floor. I will be back for the previous experience I had .. Thank you Comfort Inn
The hotel was clean, the room was nice, the bed was comfy, The pillows were not what I like they were to small and not very comfortable. The jacuzzi was nice to have in the room not many hotels have that amenity. The breakfast was good, lots of items offered, the staff was friendly and the parking was safe. The attendant that worked on Saturday night was very thoughtful after traveling all day we were so hungry and everything was closed she offered us some cereal. That was so kind of her.
Was charged 250 dollars to my card for smoking in a non-smoking room.I dont smoke tho, and neither does the one other person who stayed with me. So yea, they denied showing me camera footage or anything. Checked the room, no smell of anything and the manager was more than rude when I came to ask about the situation.
Stopped here for the night. A bit of the highway but worth it. The hotel was clean & the room was a nice size. The bed was very comfortable & made up with nice bedding. We slept well to wake up to a nice breakfast. A bit better than I expected. Lots of options - not just carb choices. I’d stay again.
Room and bed were comfortable, but housekeeping needs improvement. Had to wait to get checked in— perhaps more attention should be given to the customer waiting to check in instead of a previous guest from a week or so past on the phone. Some hotels are able to offer items that can be taken to the room to heat—breakfast sandwiches, etc.
I was very impressed with this hotel. My room was spotless. The front desk staff and the rest of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi connection was good and consistent which is important to me because I need to work in the evenings. Breakfast was good and varied, eggs, sausages, waffle maker, cereal, etc.
I asked for my roo. To be clean in the am 6 am to be exact the clerk said he will tell house keeoing i been here a week and havent got towels wash clothes or ky room cleaned like i asked instead offred to switch my room this was after i asked for cleaning supplies to clean my room myself. I was told it is a hotel liability for them to give me cleaning supplies towels amd wash clothes i work 6am to 5 pm construction and cant even get the things i need to shower i dont recommend this hotel to anyone
We spent one night there but it is a nice hotel the whole hotel looked clean and well cared for. The room was nice and quite and clean. The staff was really nice. The breakfast was more than adequate plus the breakfast area was nice and clean. The desk clerk kept it stocked and the tables cleaned. We had a great stay.
The hotel was okay. I do not think it was work the price I was charged for it. I enjoyed being able to check out at noon; that is a great perk. I was very turned off by the smell of the hotel; it was an old, musty smell. The HVAC unit was inside the room and noisy as was the refrigerator. The fridge also cooled things moderately and there was not a way to adjust the temperature and make it cooler. In other Comfort Inn hotels Ive stayed in, the room was much more pleasant, modern, and up to date.
Overall, I received a clean room and had friendly interactions with staff. I did experience trouble with a randomly deactivated key card and the rear entry door to the hotel did not work when I tried it. The room itself was clean but there were aging elements such as: an old, hard to position desk chair, a non-working bathroom vent fan, a detached ac control panel cover, and the wifi seems to suffer under a load to the point that it was unusable at times. Only two items I would have liked more cleaning consideration: the coffee maker had scale and one of the given paper cups was already unwrapped. I have been in cheaper rooms with newer features, however it is likey a great deal for this area and especially to have your door on the inside of the hotel and for the general cleanliness and friendliness. Your individual room may be better than mine since these issues may not be universal. This chain has some of the comfiest beds/pillows Ive experienced.
I usually dont write reviews, but feel compelled to do so this time. Our stay at this hotel on November 20, 2015 was exceptional. We were given a very nice room, which was equipped with all the amenities we required. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the time we spent in the room was quiet throughout. The breakfast in the morning was complete with bacon and eggs, cereals, fruits, yogurt, etc. All told I would rate our stay at a 10, which is the first time I can actually say that for any hotel stay we have had. Keep up the great work, you are obviously putting customer service as a top priority.
This was a great place to stay. When we checked in there were fresh cookies in the lobby and a pitcher of water with sliced lemons.Because I am disabled we had the handicapped room. The bathroom was a great set up but with my condition I couldnt use the shower set up but a good set up for someone who is disabled and can use shower. For me I needed more space to move my wheelchair around. I could move some but the bed was too big for us. Would have rather have had a smaller bed and more around room. To be fair, I didnt make clear what my needs were. When I went outside to the smoking area the wind blew away my room key were I couldnt reach it. In spite the fact the young lady was off the clock she picked up my room key for me.I only got to eat at the breakfast bar once because I kept waking up late but it was a nice breakfast bar. It had the traditional breakfast bar with fruit, danish, bagels, waffles, coffee, hot tea, instant oatmeal, and instant grits. It also had yogurts, eggs, bacon, biscuits, and gravy. It all was fresh and tasty.Overall everyone wore a smile and went out of their to help. Every thing was clean and comfortable. I would stay again if I was in the area.
My room was not made up but I got to it. I had to change to two other rooms before getting one I had requested. I had requested a handicap accessible room, the desk clerk didnt even know which rooms were handicap accessible, nordid he know that room 252 would be on the second floor. He was unapologetic, and totally unprepared to do the job. Dont stay here.
This property was rated 4.5 by former guests. Personally I felt it was more like a 3. However, the front desk staff was very courteous and efficient. The room ok. Everything was in working order, no issues there, but, I think the floors could have been cleaner (particularly the bathroom), bedding a better quality linen, and the room decor brightened a bit. I realize that my expectations should be in line with a mid range property but I’ve stayed with mid range competitors and the comfy feeling of cleanliness was far better at those properties. This is our second Comfort Inn stay. Both locations were less than I’d like for future travel. I don’t believe I’ll stay with Choice Hotels a third time.
Stayed here 2 nights with a small group. We had 2 rooms. Everyone in our party was pleased with the hotel. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, biscuit & gravy WITH sausage in it, cereals, fresh fruit and great waffles! There was an attendant keeping tables clean and food stocked on Sat. morning. Sunday morning I didnt see an attendant in the breakfast area. My only complaint about the breakfast area is they should close the curtains during the summer. The breakfast area gets the FULL sun in the morning and even with the A/C it was a bit warm and the sun was always in someones eyes. Beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and we had good water pressure in the shower. The towels were better than most hotels Ive been in, which is many. The Fatz restaurant that sits in front of the hotel, gives a discount on your meal when you show them your key. The food/service was very good at this Fatz. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and will stay here again when were in this area.
Got the 2 bedroom suite with my dad and stepmom on vacation. Very clean, comfortable accommodations. Full size fridge, kitchen table for 6. Walk in closet. My complaints are few-not enough lighting in the living room area, and theres only one television, which is the one in the living room. The queen sized bed is very comfy. Bathroom is spacious. The slightly enhanced continental breakfast served its purpose. Parents only complaint was the lack of extra TVs as well. Other than that, enjoyed the stay! Highly recommended!
My stay with my husband was horrible!! There was an uninvited ROACH on the bed of ROOM 144, that I took a picture of!!! My husband told the attendant and asked for bug spray. At this point the manager came in and moved us out of this dusty dry mold smelling room to ROOM 254 something a step up better. The night manager was as dry as that room and very unapologetic about THEIR ROACH!!!
Very clean, excellent location , great price This hotel will exceed the expectations of most. Who ever in charge of house keeping is doing a fabulous job. My husband and I get away often due to having a 2 year old and WERE going to a hotel we felt was budget friendly, but you pay for what you get and that’s all I’ll say (eew). Staying at your establishment was a breath of fresh air.
The room we were given at check in time was not suitable. There were bugs we couldnt even identify in my daughters bed. So I would recommend pulling back the covers and sheets IMMEDIATELY when you enter any of their rooms. But I applaud the front desk clerk. She gave us great service and listened to our complaints and concerns. She also gave us a new room for the night so we slept peacefully after that incident.
We were in town for a horse show in Perry, GA. We decided to stay here based on reviews even though it was a little further away. Upon check in, around 9pm the room wasnt quite as we had hoped. There was some debris in one of the beds. It appeared as though the sheets had been changed just dont know where the debris came from. We asked for new sheets but the manager insisted we change rooms. We did and it was in good shape. Being we were only using the room to sleep, we werent around much. The manager made every effort to talk with me in person but it just wasnt possible so she called me and took care of one of our nights stay. She went above and beyond to make things right and I was appreciative even a little shocked at the excellent service offered because I didnt think it was all that big of a deal and i didnt make a fuss about it. Check in staff was very nice as well. Cookies were a nice touch and the breakfast was good, even had strawberry sauce for the waffles! We didnt use the pool. Room was clean (other than the sheet issue), quiet and air worked well. Water pressure was excellent too!
This hotel is as good as any Hampton, Marriott or Ramada Ive stayed in. There is ample parking and its free. Every member of the staff that we interacted act with was friendly, pleasant and helpful. The lobby is quite grand and spacious and is two stories--the second story appears to be sitting area. I had a room with two beds and there was plenty of walking room in the room (nothing was cramped). Also one of my sisters favorite features, the toilet and shower/tub were separated by a door from the sink. The bed was comfortable, the only odd feature was that the 4 pillows on the bed were each the size of a throw pillow--they were comfortable though. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area and will definitely stay there if/when I need a place to stay in Warner Robins again.
I saw the reviews prior to booking but couldnt believe the exceptional rating. That was something I wanted to experience. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly, outgoing person on the front desk. She explained everything clearly and with a smile. Looked like she really enjoyed her job. That was refreshing. She offered cookies before we went to our room. The room was lovely and clean, as was the bathroom. Even the baseboards were clean. There were none of those ugly stains on the carpet that I have seen in so many hotels. We dont stay in hotels much the last couple of years since purchasing our RV. I am always skeptical when finding a place to stay. This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. Thanks you.
Will definitely stay here again. The staff, room and dining facility were all well above average for most choicehotels that Ive stayed in, which are plenty. The breakfast attendant on Saturday kept everything stocked and wiped up. On Sunday, there was no attendant and the trash was overflowing but the desk clerk took care of it. Loved the shower...good pressure and the shower head was up enough for even a 64 person. Very comfortable bed.
The facility is much older than the photos displayed. Our room & refrigerator wasnt very clean(also, ice buildup in fridge), there was visible dirt & dust everywhere. The air/heat unit was extremely loud, the beds were uncomfortable & an old smell throughout the room. My husband & I went to Walmart & bought air freshener & a cinnamon air filter. The pool was horrible & I can only hope that was because of the covid restrictions.
Housekeeping doesnt clean rooms as often as they are supposed to. It appears they only do a full cleaning when someone checks out. My room hasnt been cleaned since Ive been here. They frequently take used towels off racks and do not replace them with clean towels. When you ask for the correct amount of towels they frequently tell you they have to see if they have enough after distributing to other rooms first. What kind of hotel doesnt have enough towels? Housekeeping also doesnt clean the kitchen area or replace kleenex. You get very little kitchen utensils (one pan, one pot, and place setting for one) which is why I would not consider the place an extended stay. You cant cook a proper meal here. Only one front desk person seems to be knowledgable about anything at all and I only saw her the first day I checked in out of a week stay. Everyone else I spoke to when I called or in person gave me totally incorrect information about extended stay pricing, etc. Housekeeping plays loud profane music while cleaning adjacent rooms and the front desk is sometimes closed (at a hotel!). The staff is amongst the most unprofessional I have ever encoundered but the living areas are clean (when the housekeeping actually decides to do what they are supposed to) and the place is safe. Its not the most expensive place either so in this case you probably just get what you pay for.
My husband and I were amazed by every aspect of our stay at Comfort Inn Warner Robins. We were coming from NC to visit my grandma in the ICU at a nearby hospital. When I called the hotel to make a last minute reservation, the receptionist was accommodating and told us about a discount for those staying at the hotel while visiting someone at the hospital, which made our room rate better than reasonable! The hotel looks brand new inside and everything is top-notch! The standard room and bathroom were large and clean and better than those of most pricey hotels. The bed was extremely comfortable and offered both soft and firm pillows. We had an amazing nights sleep here! The breakfast assortment was the best I have ever had at a hotel. In addition to the expected breakfast items, they had sliced, slightly-sweetened, fresh strawberries for my waffles, gravy for my husbands biscuits, sausage, and eggs, and a crockpot of the most amazing potatoes with onions and peppers. Yummy! This was one of the best hotel stays we have ever had and would highly recommend this Comfort Inn to others. We will definitely be staying at Comfort Inn hotels for future out-of-town trips!
My dad got this hotel room for my husband and I the night of our wedding and it was AMAZING. The person at the front desk was nice when she was checking us in and the room was perfect. The hot tub was the reason why my dad chose this hotel verses another because he knew we would both enjoy a long soak after a hectic day. Let me tell you, we stayed there for around 12 hours and we took three baths. It was heavenly. The water was hot, the bath fits two comfortably, and the jets helped melt away the stress. The bed was fantastic, and Im usually really picky when it comes to beds. We slept like babies that night. The breakfast in the morning had a wide variety of food, from the usual waffles, cereal, and fruit, to breakfast meats and omelettes. The price was very fair for the room we got and for it to be a holiday (Christmas). I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Stayed for 2 weeks on business. Felt 100% comfortable and at home here. Only complaint would be the gym/fitness area, however, they more than compensated by offering a free membership to a local gym in the area. This was even better than having a larger fitness room on the property. Evening cookies were delicious and addicting. Breakfast accommodations each morning were welcome and appreciated. I honestly was not looking forward to leaving when my stay was up.
Stay here every time I come to visit my daughter and grandkids. Love the staff, they are friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean, rooms are nice and spacious, I get the suite which has 2 bedrooms, small kitchenette, and living space which is great for my grandkids to have more room to play and with 8 of us in there we dont get cramped and stressed. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet.
Horrible! The cleaning lady should have been the Manager. She was excellent. No rooms ready at check in. Some not till 9 pm!! No sir in room! 45 min. Per person to check in. CRAZY Oh... 2 channels on TV and the front desk stated they were hazing issues with cable company. Great.... so pool shut down for season and its 94 outside. No TV and no ac.
The room was clean and roomy. Though the room was cool the long hallway leading to it was hot. The mattresses were hard and sank a little in the middle. The bathroom was clean. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The breakfast was o.k. The outside of the building looked older and not that great. The lobby was clean and inviting. Overall, an average stay, but might not choose again due to the hard beds.
This is an excellent hotel. Staff was friendly, and professional. Outside appearance very welcoming. Beautiful lobby area and breakfast area. Everything was clean and well maintained. Rooms were comfy, clean, and beds were great! I would stay again when in the area. It is a very nice hotel and the rates are very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone.
This hotel was the best Comfort Inn we have ever stayed at before. They had the best staff, service, food, cleanliness, and hospitality of any hotel we have been at before. Megan checked us in and was so nice to call and see if we needed anything, and immediately got the things we needed before going to sleep that night. This hotel had the best biscuits, waffles, sausage, and bacon we have ever had at any hotel breakfast buffet. The staff went out of their way to find my 6-year old sons favorite pillow he had left in the room after we checked out. They found it the next day, and it was immediately mailed back to us. That is what I call exceptional service. We will be staying here every time we go on vacation to Florida.
When we came, they didn’t have our 2 queen beds room clean even though it was well past check-in time. The desk clerk (Christopher J.) then tried to give us a 1 bed room to us because he didn’t feel like cleaning our room. Poor customer service. Old run down building.
I was excited as soon as I entered the lobby. Loved the architecture, as well as the freshly baked cookies and lemon water awaiting me. I was greeted promptly and warmly. The room was very clean and comfortable.Breakfast was very good. I really enjoyed having a lot of choices, from eggs and sausage to biscuits, toast, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. All of it was nicely presented and very tasty. Check out was quick and I was on my way.Ill definitely stay here, again, when Im in the area.
Brian who checked me in was polite warm and attentive. he went the extra mile to make sure my families experience was excellent. The rooms were clean comfy and in a great location.Everything you need is on the same street as the hotel including, shopping ,food and gas I would stay here every time I’m in the area. It’s only 12 mins from Rugby’s Entertainment for family fun and water activities.
No problem with cleanliness of room but it was very dark. Key card had to continually be redone. Would not hold the room number, although we were very careful not to demagnetize. AC in Libby and breakfast area only worked 1 of 4 days we were there. Pool was not clean.
This was the nicest hotel Ive stayed in. The rooms were clean and quiet. Usually you can hear water running or people talking but it seemed we were the only ones staying there until we left the room. The beds were outstanding. I didnt experience my usual aches and pains from sleeping in bed. And the breakfast was great too.
Room was very clean, staff were great. Liked having homemade cookies in the lobby. Breakfast was wonderful, and very enjoyable dining area. Only complaint regarding the hotel is the parking lot. Most spaces on sides of hotel, or behind hotel. Very little parking in front of hotel. Overall the experience was most enjoyable, would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in this area. This was my second time of staying in the hotel.
Overall, the hotel has a mostly friendly staff, clean/semi-modern rooms, good breakfast, and a great lobby for studying. Unfortunately, the attitude of a select few employees take away from the welcoming/friendly environment. The rooms are nice but are not cleaned enough to accommodate someone like me who stays a minimum of two weeks each week. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance.
The hotel is well-maintained and the appearance from the road is attractive. Lobby...very well decorated and comfortable. Our room was clean and comfortable. (Bed was a little soft per my husband but we had no problem falling asleep that evening.) We passed a number of other hotels on our way to this Comfort Inn but were happy we chose this Choice Hotel.
Our room upon checking in was in very good clean condition and the next morning we were much more pleased with the breakfast than before. They have a very good selection of breakfast items and the quality was good, not great. We also had problems that morning with our TV when we went to watch the news. All the local stations were like we were using rabbit ears like years ago. The reception was horrid to say the least. We learned that afternoon when we returned that there were local stations on higher up channels not even shown on the TV guide card used to locate channels. We had brought back some danish from breakfast that morning to enjoy with our coffee and a good amount of crumbs were left on the carpet. We had also crumpled the bed spread onto the sitting chair and left it that way as we left. That afternoon we returned and it looked like the housekeeper rushed in, tossed in some towels and straightened the bed and that was it. There were lights left on in the bathroom, and hallway for some reason, and the bedspread had not been folded or returned to the bed. It was also very obvious the room had not been vacuumed. In short... what cleaning was done I could have done in 5 minutes.
I was in Warner Robins for a school-related assignment. I didnt want to drive back to Atlanta at night so I booked a room at this property because the online reviews were pretty consistent. The lobby is nicely decorated and I had a smooth check-in process. I booked a king room and was able to choose on which floor I wanted it. My room was nicely appointed and had everything I could possibly have needed (mini-fridge, microwave, etc.). The only minus I saw was that it appeared the toilet bowl was not scrubbed. Otherwise, the room appeared clean, but I always travel with a can of Lysol and spray down everything no matter how clean it looks.
Avoid this place at all costs.Checked in last night, and they gave me a room key to someone elses room, put me in a different room after that.Come back to the hotel after work and go to my room and its stripped down, and all of my belongings missing... go to the front desk and let them know. They put me in another room again with someone elses stuff in said room.I go back to the front desk, and they put me in another room. I get in the room and ac doesnt work at all. I go through my stuff to notice some things are also missing. I go back to the front desk and let them know whats going on and theyre now putting me in the room I was originally in last night from which they removed all my belongings and when I went through my things there was several items missing..
Very nice, clean hotel with friendly and courteous staff. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We slept well, even though we normally dont sleep well if were not at home. My husband and I stayed here with our 15 year old son. Unfortunately, we were only in town for one night. We would have enjoyed staying longer. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Even though it is along a major road in Warner Robins with a lot of traffic, it was quiet and peaceful.
Great rooms. Good price. Tasty breakfast. Comfortable Beds. All good. Unfortunately, the staffs lack of response to a loud group of guests who had gathered in the parking lot at midnight (saying they could not do anything because they were outside--what?!), ruined the experience. After my second call, they did get the music to be turned off, but the drinking and loud conversations continued until after 1:00 AM. In the morning, the same staff told me that they were sorry for my experience, but the group outside were also paying guests, so they needed to be respectful of everybody. I guess that makes sense, but they did nothing to help us have a good experience. We will not be back to this location. We have choices, so wont choose this Choice Hotel.
As usual, one of the best hotels in Warner Robins, awesome breakfast buffet, good comfortable rooms with an iron board, iron, refrigerator and microwave. Awesome hotel management. BTW, the last time I was here they had better tea and coffee selection, now they only have the dollar store tea bags.
The check in process was amazing. The room was great. We had a small issues with the air conditioner not run right. Front desk very quickly moved us to another room. The breakfast the next morning was the best hotel breakfast Ive ever had. The breakfast attendant was amazing. The problem came when we left the hotel for a walk. When we returned to the hotel we were grabbing some complimentary hotel hot chocolate on the way to our room. The cafe attendant asked if we had a room there. No problem we answered yes. A short minute later a housekeeper came over and questioned us again. We said yes. She then asked what our room number was. We had to think about it. Because we had changed rooms the night before. So we then told her 144 and explained why it took us a second to remember. She then asked our name. So I told her our names. We were already beginning to feel a bit weird. So headed to our room. When we got there realized we hadnt returned the extra key from the old room. So we ran it down to the desk. Returned to our room again. It wasnt but a few minutes till we heard a knock on the door. It was the housekeeper and the front desk attendant. They seemed shocked that someone actually answered. Then asked if I needed any dirty towels removed. I said no. They then asked if I needed anything. I said shampoo and conditioner would be nice. Housekeeper then tells me ,oh sorry I dont have any with me. I will have to bring it back. Why did housekeeping come knocking if they werent even on our hallway cleaning. She didnt have a cart because I seen them on the other hall just a few minutes before. At this point my wife was fired up. Why were they still questioning us. What was the problem. She went to the front desk and talked to them. While she was gone. The housekeeper came and apologized for asking if we had a room. I explained that it was not a problem that they asked. But what was the need to keep asking and coming down to our room. My wife and I didnt feel comfortable any more. So even though we had booked the room for 2 days we got a refund for the second day and went home. This was suppose to be our valentines weekend together away from our kids. We hadnt been away together in 6 years. We saved up for months to afford the room for the weekend. Had a great first night. But hated that it ended so bad. Work on your customer service.
Weve stayed here many times since we retired in 2008, and it is ALWAYS a positive experience. The personnel is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, beds comfy, sheets and towels are fresh and white, and the room quiet! And then there is Breakfast!! Everything from apples to yogurt -- and hot choices too. The hot food is hot and plentiful thanks to the watchful eye of Ms Bettie. Peggy Kay, the Manager, runs a top-notch haven for the weary traveler. Thanks, and Thanks Again for all your efforts Friends!
I was pleased to get a clean room. The breakfast was average, would have been better if it was hot biscuits and gravy. my only real issue was when I advised the staff of the broken chair in my room and the fact the sink would not hold water. I did not expect them to fix the sink but was told they would replace the chair. neither was done.
We have stayed there 3 nights. Staff are extremely friendly. Breakfast was terrific! Sausage patties, omelet, gravy, 3 kind of serial, you could make fresh waffles on waffle maker, bagels, cookies, muffins, 4 kind of juice, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, just to name some of the served items.Mattress was comfortable, pillows were firm and soft in same time, linen was fresh and feel nice.
For the nightly rate GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!It was dirty and the staff did nothing about loud guests in the middle of the week. The construction crew I had booked 3 rooms for a week at $108/night/room moved themselves to the days inn down the street because they couldn’t stand it there anymore. When asked for a refund for the last night management was nowhere . I left 2 voicemails with the manager and wrote an email and still haven’t heard anything. Horribly run and in need of new management.
Good location and very nice staff. Ive stayed there several times for work related things, along with personal. Staff is always great and very nice. Only thing I wish is larger and more firm pillows. They are always very soft and they use 5 for a king size bed. Thats my only issue. But that doesnt keep me from coming back.
A wonderful place to stay! From the moment we walked it we were greet by staff that treated us like family. The rooms were spacious, clean and decorated like home. Internet is a must these days and it was FREE! Great place to stay for one night or for your vacation. Close to restaurants and shopping. I will definitely stay again when I am in the area. Peggy is a wonderful General Manager and make sure our stay was comfortable. Whether it is the pool, exercise room, homemade cookies or the breakfast brunch the accommodates were top rate.
The decay in this hotel over the last 2 years has been remarkable. One of few hotels in the area that you can get at government rate. This should be booked solid if the conditions were one would expect. Having a bucket in the dinning area to catch dripping water is a sure turnoff and a lack of upkeep. Pretty sure I had the same room a year earlier, with the same running toilet. Electrical outlet closest to the coffee pot was not operational.
We booked this not knowing the area and Im so glad we did. This hotel was so clean, modern and the beds/pillows were amazing. We had free WiFi and we had a very good, hot, full breakfast before getting back on the road. It was 4 miles off 75 and was glad not to have any road noise. Tons of places to eat and shop. Great stay!
I have stayed in several wonderful Comfort Inns, but this one was far above my expectations. My husband and I went to the fair in Perry, GA to see his granddaughter compete in one of the livestock shows there. We arrived late in the evening to check in, and there was warm chocolate chip cookies in their beautiful lobby. Our room was very very clean and up to date. We cant say enough about the manager and the whole staff at this hotel. Good quality room for the price!
This hotel is a MUST!!! Rooms are spotless and staff is awesome. Peggy Kay, the manager, is the best. She knows everyone staying there by name and always has a smile. I always rate a business on their customer service and this place is second to none. If you are in the Warner Robins area, definitely stay here. A few places to eat in walking distance too. Thanks Peggy and staff. Ill be back.
We stayed here for one night on our way to Orlando. This is the second stay for us, our last one was in June, and both times we were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly staff. As we were traveling with extended family, this time I booked four rooms online. However, I called the hotel directly to request adjoining rooms and a crib. The staff was happy to fulfill my request and everything was ready for our late arrival. Breakfast was hot and ready the next morning and they sent us on our way with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
During a 2 week stay, my carpet was not vacuumed. My room was cleaned but when I returned to the room that afternoon, I had NO clean towels. My bathroom was never cleaned in 2 weeks. The bed was made and the trash was taken out. I dont consider that cleaning. The positives were a very helpful front desk clerk, and the free breakfast was great.
Breakfast was hot and ready each morning and was very tasty. Close to restaurants and shopping. Most staff members were friendly and accommodating. Hotel room has dim lighting and a weak internet signal which is not conducive for studying/working. Rooms were not cleaned to my standard daily. Hotel staff members entertain company at night in the dining area/lobby which made me uncomfortable when working/studying. Witnessed that same staff member walk into the food prep area/pantry without shoes on. Limited equipment in the gym (3-4 pieces). Multi-room suites have only one TV in common area. Management has limited to no impact on employee performance after complaint was made. Management did not follow-up on additional TV request made twice for 2br suite, very unprofessional, a simple we cant accommodate your request would have sufficed. One room in suite smelled moldy. Fresh towels were not readily available. Hotel is not the worst in the area but theses are some of the issues I ran into after a month.
This was easy the worst experiences Ive ever had in a hotel! Our suite was overpriced ($162.00 after tax), stank like 20-year old cigarettes, was very clearly not cleaned after the last occupant, trash, food, and hair in the bathroom was left from those past occupants and the bed creaked loudly with any movement. Avoid this hotel at all costs! There are plenty of other in the area that likely wont waste your money! Im not sure what was worse - evacuating Hurricane Irma or this terrible hotel!Update: after speaking with the property manager, our money was refunded. This does speak to the quality character of the Choice Hotels Brand.
This was a great experience! This was our first stay at this property and the internet pictures and information was correct. The staff was sooo very helpful at the time of check-in, during our stay, during breakfast, and at check-out. Everyone was friendly and continuously checked to make sure that everything was to our liking.I told the staff on our way out that we no longer have to try other hotels in Warner Robins when we visit - you are it!Thanks for a wonderful stay!
This is one of the very best motels we have stayed at. I have walking issues and they gave me an accessible room right next to the front desk. The room was neat and clean. We hadnt had dinner yet so I went to the office to ask who has good pizza and would deliver it. She told me there was real good restaurant right next door. She went as far as to tell me she would go and pick up what ever I ordered. Now that was on and above her duties. I told her I could get it myself.I cant say enough good things about her and the rest of the staff.
We just wanted to thank the entire staff for an enjoyable stay. Everybody there was so friendly. The front lobby is just awesome. The room was comfortable and clean. You wont go away hungry because the hot breakfast is just great! Oh yes and the girls just loved the cookies in the lobby when we came back in the afternoons. Thank You again. We found a new home when we do our Blue-Bird training in Ft. Valley :-)
Very Dirty, The rooms are moist and wet, Lamps and desks look like they havent been dusted in months. Extremely expensive for what youre getting. This hotel is worth $70 maybe not $130. Dont take your chance here go to Hilton instead. Im sure Ill find some cockroach friends tonight when I sleep so wish me luck. 10/10 would rather sleep in a box outside in the rain...
All of the hotel staff was exceptional. Peggy was very professional and helpful and went above and beyond. Breakfast staff were very pleasant and personable in the mornings, which made the stressful training bearable in the mornings. Even though the staff jobs could have been stressful, I did not experience any of their stress, which was very commendable. I would stay with Comfort Inn again and highly recommend your hotel. It was highly recommended to me and I received quality attention.
Came in during Hurricane Michael and it was clean and the staff was friendly. Not the closest hotel from the highway but Walmart is right in front of it. So it is definitely more convenient in that way. The breakfast was your typical complimentary breakfast. I was please for the last minute stop.
We were very pleased with the fact that this property is not located right next to an interstate highway. Also, there are a couple of places to eat that are within walking distance of the property and at least one of them gives a discount for hotel guests. The breakfast room was one of the best were have ever used. The one thing that might help people is that the front desk should indicate that most of the parking is in the back of the building and has very access to the building. We plan to stay there often in the future on the way to and from Florida.
This hotel meets the requirements you would expect of a Comfort Inn-it just needs a little attention in the area of friendlier customer service at the front desk and the knowledge that the micro-fridge is not of the best quality for keeping items that you need for your road trip. The breakfast area is very nice, fully stocked and the staff there is friendly and eager to assist you with anything you dont see or need replenished. We liked the convenience of walking to Starbucks, both in the morning and late evening, and the close proximity to restaurants and shopping.
Friendly staff and clean hotel/rooms. Wouldnt mind staying there again, but a few things were disappointing. Leftover food (doughnuts) were in my mini-fridge when I checked into the room, the workout room was dated/worn (the olyptical neesd maintenance, its rusty and creaky) and there were no towels or water cups (also, the emergency telephone in the workout room was non-functioning!). Breakfast was depressing, but expected. The bed was hard and stiff, even for my tastes.
They are doing renovations at this hotel and had already done the room we were in. Our room was alright. Its your basic hotel room. What bothered us was the AC which was incredibly noisy and the room was very musty and humid. In the TWO WEEKS that we stayed, they changed the sheets zero times, restocked the soaps and shampoo twice and we took out our own trash and asked for towels and toilet paper.
Room was very clean and comfortable loved the home type feel. My stay was only one night but was very nice. Staff was nice and breakfast was included and was very tasty. I really loved the personal touch by the General Manger Peggy Kay thank you note I received with her phone number if I needed anything else. Thanks Peggy Kay my family and I will be back again sometime. Thanks Again Billy Oliver Room 270
During my business trip Aug 23 thru Aug 29 I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was very professional, and the hotel was clean. Fresh cookies were provided daily, and the front desk personnel was always helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel, as the location is accommodating for shopping, dinning, etc... .
Well I must say the person working the front desk clearly didnt know what they were doing nor did they know they layout of the hotel. When I arrived and was checking in I reserved a suite for a reason with 2 beds cause I was traveling with children. I was downgraded to a regular king room. She told me thats what I reseved. Which it wasnt so I showed her my reservation email. So then she proceeded to tell me they only have a regular 2 queen bed room. And I once again told her thats not what I wanted nor I payed for. So after about another 10 minutes she finally ser where i reserved the 2 queen bed suite. Got that taken care of and then headed to the room she told us the wrong way in the hotel and sent us to the total opposite side of the hotel. And our room was on the other side of the hotel. Alot of time wasted.
The room was clean, the bed super comfy and the coffee hot. The cookies in the lobby are a nice touch! I wish the back entrance near the Taco Bell would lock at a certain time, I did not like knowing anyone could walk into the hotel. And the breakfast was VERY bland and the boiled eggs were bad.
We were on our way home to Nashville from Tampa/St. Pete and just needed a place to stay overnight. We were looking for an inexpensive hotel so didnt expect much, but were pleasantly surprised when we entered the lobby. It is quite impressive. The place was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.
I was really impressed when I walked in. Room was very spacious and clean also indoor halls and room access. It was quiet from outside noise. Very reasonable priced. That deserves 4-5 stars... the reason for 3 was house keeping started banging doors (edit my gf said it wasnt housekeeping slamming doors but idk)and yelling housekeeping around 830-9, (check out is 12 here) and after a long night of hearing my toilet run all night long I was ill. Also the sink didnt drain properly. The ac clicks on and off waaaaay toooo much. Beware of Room 148.
Very pleased with our stay. Upon arrival we were informed that a previous guest had cut holes in the carpet. We reserved a room with whirpool and this was the only one left. The Assistant Manager let us look at the room to see if we still wanted it, then gave us a great discount because of the carpet. Very friendly staff. Excellent experience and will stay here again.
A really great hotel to stay at. The beds and bedding are super comfortable. The hotel is clean and spacious. The breakfast is very filling. This location is great, even if just a few min off 75. We have stayed here a few times & would stay again. Lots of shopping and eating in this area.
This is the third time Ive stayed at this location. I believe that in itself tells the story that the folks that work there know how to treat consumers and listen to what they say. Then if there is an issue it is addressed immediately. The staff is friendly and courteous. They seem to have a good time and enjoy there work.Definitely a location for folks to check out for a reliable stay.Good Job Staff !
Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The young man at the front desk called several stores nearby to find one that would be open early enough so I could stop by and make a purchase before heading to my conference at 8:30. The woman taking care of the breakfast buffet was very friendly and asked if there was anything she could get for me. A housekeeper even offered to help me carry my luggage down to the car when she saw me struggling with it as I was leaving my room. All in all, they exemplified southern hospitality!
Very pleasant stay. Booked on line, arrived late and tired. Hotel was full of loud pre wedding guests....I cringed a little because I really needed sleep. The woman at the front desk must have seen my face, the dear, and gave me the farthest, biggest, nicest quietest room in the hotel.... and for that I thank her. Nice breakfast. Nice bathroom. All stores and restaurants are in walking distance including Starbucks! and TJ Maxx
We had sold our home in NC and were moving to our home in FL and wanted a nice relaxing experience in a motel with a good restaurant nearby. The hotel was just what we needed. The bed was very comfortable, the cookies as a night snack were great. We went to the Longhorn which is very close and had a wonderful meal. All in all we were very pleased with the hotel, staff and breakfast. We would return to this hotel if we were traveling that way again.
I like it... I have a nice room...But when I say this place is in the absolute most perfect spot on this strip, it is... Smack dab in the middle. The thing is..Its a older hotel... Gives me original 90s early 2000s motel VIBES... The patterns... The look... Paint splotches... Bathroom is clean...( Personal Suggestion )Check your provided convenient toiletries , toilet tissue , fridge and microwave... just in caseCONCLUSION:::✨✨Very old school vibes.. the people are pretty polite... If u dont need to stay long, and not worried about looks.... this is a quick place and pretty clean place to lay your head down. ✨✨
Overall clean and quiet. Breakfast was traditional buffet. Above average lobby for a Comfort Inn. Workout room was horrible with only three machines. I used the elliptical which made terrible screeching sounds and tipped to the left with each rotation. There were no towels and no wipes with which to wipe down the equipment. I consider this unacceptable.
The staff lacked smiles and didnt really act like they wanted to be bothered...but they did let my daughter check in early when we asked them to. Beautiful hotel...but it just would have felt good if staff had of at least said Welcome or hello to us when we arrived..
We didnt have a reservation to this hotel, and other area hotels were filled. I was a little skeptical because its a little ways off the highway but was extremely pleased with the stay. The hotel has been remodeled/updated within the past three years (I asked) and the facility has withheld the new-ambiance feel. Room was clean, staff was friendly, open feeling - didnt feel cramped in room, breakfast area or main counter in lobby. Pleasant stay and staff was friendly and helpful.
This was our sixth stay at this hotel. Miss Peggy and her staff are like family. Miss Betty is an extremely nice person and presents a beautiful breakfast. Never had a problem that was not addressed and solved in a timely manner. Great people, great price, great hotel. Whats not to like? Will stay here again on our next visit.
My overnight stay here was excellent...the room was extremely clean, large bathroom, fresh cookies and water in lobby on arrival, clean pool area, quiet hallways, delicious breakfast with a wide selection of items, and super nice staff. The hotel is very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!
We have found the Comfort Inn family to be our favorite place to stay. For the past several years, my wife and I go to the location on Fernandina Beach, FL--some years twice !! The location is outstanding and the staff is wonderful. We have also recently stayed at the Comfort location in Warner Robins. With our daughter moving to that part of Georgia, we have stayed at the Warner Robins hotel at 2527 Watson Blvd. five times since late June. The staff there is one of the best if not the best that we have experienced. We were particularly impressed by the manager as she met with us personally to help meet our needs. Finally, we stayed in a Comfort Inn near Raleigh, NC in early June for our daughter to do a job interview in a nearby small town. The front desk staff was quite friendly and helpful giving us directions about the area.
It is located in a good location, close to food, coffee shop, and shopping. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast starts at 6:00 AM and the food variety is good (scrambled eggs, waffle, cereals, yogurt, danish, etc...). I was satisfied with my stay and would go back. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly.
Everyone was very polite, professional, and attentive from the moment we arrived. The location allows for a lot of dining and shopping options. The hotel is older, so, there are some cosmetic issues. My room was very quiet for a busy area. I would stay at this location again.
I cant say enough of how great the Staff at this hotel was. We were in town for a softball tournament and they supported any and all request from the members of the team that stayed there to the fullest of their ability. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast had a great variety. Very convenient to local restaurants.
Awesome. Booked online while on the road - came in at midnight. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean and quiet! The bed was comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. I woke up well rested for the second leg of our drive. Breakfast in the morning was delightful - and free! Them showing Psych in the morning was just an added bonus.
We found the Comfort Inn in Warner Robins, Georgia to be one of the nicest Comfort Inns we have experienced. It is conveniently located near I-75, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We travel a lot and almost always stay in a Choice Hotel. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. When we checked in, our beds were turned down, lamps were on and the room was clean and inviting. The breakfast was outstanding, with every item fresh and nicely presented. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, efficient and professional. We will make this property a regular stopping off point in the future on way to and from Florida .
I stayed at the Comfort Inn on 9/25 while participating in the Georgia Golden Olympics. A good location within a short walk to Cracker Barrel, IHOP, and a steakhouse. And a Starbucks is less than a hundred yards away. Hotel breakfast offering was typical Comfort Inn offering, well-stocked and available in a clean and modern area.Room was quiet, clean, and odor-free. Bathroom was clean and all appliances worked. Shower had lots of pressure and hot water!Every associate I encountered was helpful and professional in every way.I would stay here again if I was in the Warner-Robbins area.
Was ok for a stop over on the way home from my vacation. Will stay here again in the future . I have stayed here before because I have family in the area. I actually made sure I was booked into this particular hotel. The room with a view of the wall was a little odd but I was there to sleep so it really didn’t bother me to much. But I still would recommend this as a place to stay.
This hotel is a great place for my wife and I to stay while seeing our children and grandchildren. The rooms are a good size, bed is comfortable and sleeps well, internet connection consistent, bath clean and roomy, staff friendly and courteous, and the overall hotel is appointed well but worn looking. Still, very clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Warner Robins area.
I usually stay at this hotel because it has a good variety of breakfast items, coffee around the clock, and cookies in the evening. Often fruit items are left out for snacks throughout the day. TVs are flat screens, and have adequate channels. Rooms have a desk, refrigerator, and microwave.
This Comfort Inn provided excellent service and the rooms were very clean. Also, the breakfast was very good. The only negative that I have about this hotel is the close proximity of the hotel directly behind Comfort Inn. That hotel had some guests who were loitering under a stair case and who were sitting in their cars a long time. This made me a little nervous so I parked far away from them.
Everyone was courteous from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was awesome! The bathroom was clean and had room to move around. I greatly appreciate the breakfast. It would be nice if it had some variety, but, it is a great convenience.
The hotel was mostly clean, the bed was comfortable, and I was rarely disturbed by any noise. Couple of nooks and crannies were a little dusty and grimy, but Im not going to fault them for a bit of dust in the back corner behind the armchair. Good location for my business as well.
Thisnhotel was very clean and very nice. It is conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. The management helped us out tremendously when my company left me in a pinch. I would like to thank them and will recommend them to anyone.
The staff at the hotel was exceptional! We went to buy waters from the vending machine and they only had small bottles and as we were going to get on the road we asked the front desk if they had other machines that sold larger bottles the young lady just gave us some of her personal water bottles! I was taken back by just how accommodating and gracious this was if we are ever in the area again we will be going to this hotel for sure!
At first, we were skeptical about staying here because we were so used to staying off of moody road, but once we got here, we realized that this hotel was sooooooo nice and they had the nicest staff. Everyone was so welcoming and they were super nice. I will start staying here from now on out!!
This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we travel the world . The management and staff are very friendly and courteous. The hotel is first class all the way. A pleasure to use such nice accommodations and meet such friendly people. Ms Betty your breakfast was excellent. Will stay again.
From check in to check out, the staff were friendly and efficient. The room and bathroom was clean. The price is reasonable. The breakfast attendant was also efficient and the food was excellent. The side or back way was convenient to get to a traffic light to get back to the main road. Lots of places to eat in walking distance.
I went to the Comfort Inn for a 25th Wedding Anniversary and yes I had the Best Weekend Ever. The hotel accommodated us the room to have our meet and greet that Friday and get our Make-up and lashes done that Saturday for the wedding. The hotel staff felt more like family to us. Great hospitality and I will be back.
The Comfort Inn in Warner Robins GA is very consistent. The staff is always warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is always hot and outstanding. The rooms are always clean and fresh. I travel very frequent and the only Hotel that I will stay in while visiting WRGA is the Comfort Inn. The manager Peggy is the epitome of what a customer service manager should be. She has very high standards and is easy to talk with on any subject. My recommendations are to keep doing what you are doing and you will always have my business.
The staff at Comfort Inn Warner Robins are extremely friendly and professional. The room was clean. I think the only issue I noticed was that the fridge didnt seem to work. Other than that, the room was fine. I would definitely stay here if Im ever in the area again.
Newly renovated. Clean rooms. Stayed in 4 different hotels in the area due to lack of availability. This one stands out. Peg the manager is hands on in this place making sure you have a good stay...the staff is all smiles and very polite. Handwritten note making sure everything went well!

2022-04-25The hotel smelled bad. I understand there are issues with supply chain. But there was no soap in the rooms. We were offered hand sanitizer instead. The shampoo bottle was half empty. The whole place had a bad odor. Christmas decorations were still in the lobby in April. If it hadnt been so expensive, I wouldnt give it as bad of a review. When you spend more than 100$ for a night, it should have soap and new shampoo and not smell.

2022-04-12A great gem of a hotel to stay in Warner Robins if you want to get the most out of your money for a room. The rooms are spacious and quite reasonable. There is a free breakfast for guest and the service at the front desk is very hospitable! I am enjoying my stay and look forward to staying here again when I am working in the area!

2022-03-20Positive: Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of parking to accommodate uhaul and semi trucks, staff was great! Negative: Breakfast could have been a little better. I understand its grab and go right now due to covid, but there was pretty much just bagels, cereal, and yogurt.

2022-06-30I will NEVER stay here again. The workers at the front desk were NOT helpful. There was a leak in the ceiling of the breakfast bar, so half the dining was closed, and the bucket with which they were catching the water splashed on our food. Also, they overcharged my credit card by $300 for “incidentals”, and they only refunded $150 despite me being told more than once there was no issue with the room and it was left in perfect condition. There was a group of men outside barbecuing that catcalled my daughter. She’s ten. The front desk said they could not report the men despite them not having rooms at the hotel and being on hotel property.Absolutely the WORST hotel stay I can ever remember having to endure. Just awful in every level.Do not stay here.

2022-02-02When I checked in I was given room 243 . That room is directly over the a/c room downstairs . Everything in this room rattled. Asked for a new suite room and was told they didn’t have anymore . Took all the dishes out of the cabinets so they wouldn’t rattle . And stayed in this horrible room for two more nights . Don’t have the space or time to post everything wrong . Next morning breakfast at 6:00 . Not even close . By the time the gentleman put everything out for breakfast it was 6:35. Staff doesn’t seem to care about anything . I will be in this area for the next 2 months doing work and have cancelled my reservations with this hotel for those stays . I will not stay in this hotel again . Would rather sleep inn my car. Stay away . Don’t know how this hotel ever got a rating of 4.3 . More like a 2 at best .

2022-02-23I stopped by for a few hours because I was falling asleep on the road with my baby Lesa was at the front desk. she got me checked in really quick and was so sweet it was after midnight and she asked if I was ok or if I was just tired and that might not seem like much to a lot of people but the fact that she cared enough to ask wondering why a woman and a baby show up at midnight if I needed help made my whole night. She made sure I didnt have to walk through the whole hotel with my baby and the next morning the staff was making breakfast and asked if I was cold or too hot if I needed anything from the back. This was by far the most courteous staff I ever dealt with at a hotel. I slept so peaceful

2022-06-18Our experience was not good at all ! The Ac was not properly working and the whole building was so hot. The furniture looks old and unclean. There were spots on the curtain ?? It def hasnt been washed in a long time. The coffee machine was in the bathroom which is very unsanitary. Also it doesnt smell good and feels damp in the air. The worst part was the breakfast. There was nothing available to eat other than the staple bagel and buiscuit. No eggs, no sausage … nothing that usually is provided with hotel breakfasts. I would say the only good thing is that the staff at front desk were nice but thats about it. We paid $170 for one night and it was a total waste of money…

2022-03-27I usually dont write reviews. I want to commend Chris the manager for his leadership. There were a few issues but they were immediately resolved and handled in a professional and accommodating manner. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and effective communication skills.

2022-05-08The room was clean and comfortable. I love the way it sits back away from the main road. The staff was excellent and the area felt safe. Great shopping and restaurants around.

2022-04-01When we got there the girl behind the desk was vaping, even though the sign they posted says its a 100% smoke-free building. Our TV wasnt working and no book that is usually in rooms to explain the hotel or area, like for food etc... so I called the front desk 4 times and didnt get an answer so I went down to the front desk. The same girl that signed us in was out front of the desk doing selfies and vaping in different poses. I seemed to startle her. She did help and try to find us a room that the TV worked but after 4 tries it seemed none of them worked. She was friendly enough but the other stuff she was doing just seemed inappropriate. We picked this hotel because of its high rating on its site so maybe we just caught it on a funny night. But I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Sorry.
