Wait time is way too long. They need more people working there. I waited an hour to have my TB read its ridiculous. I asked that person who took care of me what took so long she told me its only three of them working and one is at the front desk one is working with the doctor and she has to do everything by herself. She further told me that the company itself says theyre not busy enough to have more people working there.
My experience went very well. Ms. Carolyn was very nice and very personable. She explained every step clearly and never made me feel uncomfortable or judged. She took her time and never made me feel rushed. The environment was clean and an overall friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this clinic!
Friendly staff but the only issue I experienced was the wait time. Seemed to move slow without having a lot of people waiting. If wait time was reduced, Id give 5☆

I arrived promptly at 9:00 and was made to wait til 10:15, when people who arrived after me started being seen. Extremely disappointed, wouldn’t recommend use to anyone.
The staff was Friendly, and accommodating.Was able to service my self and my daughter in less then an hour.
I visited for a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and vaccination. I really appreciated not having to wait long to be seen. The physician, front desk, and the other team members were courteous and efficient. Dr. Jay was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this office to others.

The girls at the front desk our nice and awesome. Can’t say nothing bad about them. My issue is with the older Black nurse or Medical Assistant she is rude and has a attitude I ask her questions and she is just giving me attitude I’m like if you don’t like your job retire already. And the PA there is Awful too he is another old person stuck in they ways don’t ask him a question he is going to direct you to the front desk and dismiss you like you are not important. But like I said the girls at the front desk are awesome can’t speak for the other staff there.
The facility was understaffed (which is the rest of the country) so the wait period was longer than I’ve ever encountered. Shane (the front desk rep) had tremendous hospitality to each and every guest. Repeating the same lines over n over to let everyone know what the issue was. Even brought out waters and checked on us periodically. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays and really next to none, but I appreciated his efforts in keeping everyone calm while waiting.
Everyone was very pleasant and very professional! I didnt give 5 starsbecause it was a 3 hour wait 😬 But the receptionist was up front, and honest about it. I respect that a lot more than someone telling me an hour, and it ends up being 3 hours. I had no other choice I had to wait, and Im glad I did.

The staff is great when they get to you. One person to draw labs, one physician to see patients for physicals and the walk-in clinic. I was there at 0805 and didnt leave until noon waiting for a physical, drug test, and blood work due to lack of staffing. You need more staff to see the patients that are coming to the clinic.
Im not happy with the blood pressure the way they do things I was under a lot of stress I was aggravated on top of that with the long wait so they got me in it would only take my blood pressure twice and I told the doctor Im calmed down now and Im feeling better take it a third time he said no so he only gave me a 3-month physical on my DOT thats like throwing $150 out the window what a rip off
Doctor held up my medical card due to 2 of my doctors clearing me to go back to work. A few phone calls would have solved the problem!
The person that greeted me at the front was excellent! But the person that did my drug test seemed irritated like she did not want to be there. Got even more upset when I told her I did not have my own personal pen to write with on me. But service was fast!
Worst place ever. I was left in the room for an hour and a half until I checked to see if anyone was coming. I can hear the workers talking about patients. Would not recommend, HIPAA violation to the max.
The wait time was Excellent. The facility was very clean and the staff was very professional, however, where you lock your things away the keys weren’t available to lock the drawer you put your things in. At first I was a little skeptical about leaving my personals in the drawer, but I was allowed to keep my cash, cards and any valuables on me. Overall the staff was Excellent. Safe distance was priority, sanitized for hands was available and I’ll give this Concentra 5 stars. Nothing was missing from my purse. A very Excellent Team. They are working on replacing the locks to the drawers, so that the patients will have a key.

Doctor was so rude accused me of calling out sick from work on a holiday weekend when I was actually off. Made assumptions about me and said I wasnt sick by looking at me called my fellow colleagues liars and was upset my company was sending us there.told me I should have went to my own doctor cuz I was sick and thats what people normally do when they are sick. I had to go there due to company orders. I felt discriminated against and not by skin color. This doctor had no compassion. She had her mind made up the moment she walked into the room .less the 30 min after leaving went to another urgent care and was diagnosed with same illness she said I was lying about.
I got in and out within 1 hour i went around 11 am on a monday. I did some screenings for employment and it went smoothly. Due to the pandemic wait times were longer but I appreciate how they spaced out the chairs in the waiting room. There was a good show on about buying houses and it was nice to watch tv other than staring at my phone and there was magazines. There was also a water dispenser it was out of cups but you could fill your bottle up with water. It was clean and the staff had a sense of urgency to quickly help people in and out.
The ladies at the front desk wasn’t that pleasant. The Caucasian/white girl seemed like she had an attitude and while I was waiting for her to copy my ID she pulled the other front desk ladies over to gossip or express her concerns about someone in the facility. You can see she was annoyed because she then turned around and was still talking to her co workers which is unprofessional. The older lady that did my screening was nice and funny but I don’t think she should yell out PHI while other clients are in the back or the front of the lobby. But it wasn’t a long wait just need better customer service skills.
They front desk staff were very unprofessional and inpatient. They continued to say my name wrong after I corrected them on 4 occasions. They put people in front of us I feel because of the name correction.

I had a great experience at Concentra urgent care center. I had to complete a drug screening within 24 hours. However, the system I used scheduled the selection when the facility was closed. The associate at the front desk was very compassionate and took the initiative to let me know that I may be able to have the time extended. She provided relief to an already stressful situation, which I appreciated.I also witnessed this compassionate attitude displayed by the other front desk associate. I wanted to note that she went above and beyond to help someone that did not have all the correct paperwork to be seen. She was accommodating and let the lady know all the paperwork that she needed when she returned. She went above and beyond to call, as well, to find out as much information as she could. That was just an extra level of care that I really respected and shows that they have compassion, along with a caring attitude. Other employees here were also amicable and accommodating, and the facility was spotless and sanitary.
The clinic was professional and very quick! The interpersonal skills were awesome. The staff liked their job and continued to maintain distance and infection control but be polite! The lady also told me what to expect.

I visited here last Monday for a pre employment physical. Horrible customer service. The medical assistant at the front desk was very rude. She asked me a few questions and every time I answered, she responded sarcastically. I waited to be called to the back where my physical was performed patiently. I was the only patient being seen, yet I still had to wait 20 minutes. As I followed the medical assistant to the back, all of the other staff had horrible attitudes as if I was disturbing their break time. All of them conducted a very unprofessional and inappropriate conversation rather loudly. I will never return to this location.
The ladies at the Aistell, Ga facility including Jaime at the front desk were very rude. The drug test technician was very condescending and loud. She even yelled at a fellow employee for using the drug test area for physicals. I wont ever return to this location.
The staff and the Physio Doctors are really good at what they do. Everything is in order and it makes you feel good in their hands.Keep up the good work. Thanks and God bless you all Amen.

Today I went in for a drug test and was met by Ayanna. She surpassed my expectation and set the bar high for bedside manner, hospitality, and knowledge. My comfort level grew the moment I seen her warm smile and friendly yet respectful embrace. Since drug test arent every day, I would find an excuse to have that presence in my life as often as possible. I hope someone sees her effortless and seamless work ethic because personally this is standard behavior.

Waited over an hour for the standard drug test with no communication or acknowledgment of the wait time. There didn’t seem to be much of a sense of urgency from the staff. Inconsistent with customer service.
I went in on a Friday evening without an appointment and they were very busy. With all of that said the staff remained friendly and I was in and out of there in decent time. This facility was close to my home, convenient, and very clean.
I was completely frustrated and irritated with some of concentras locations 2 of which im not going to mention but i will warn u and make u aware if its a srug screen for employment expect to be ignored for atleast 30 minutes to the point i got up to leave and then was rudely aknowledged and tossed a clipboard in disgust like i was bothering them and told fill it out which i did then after asking 1 hr later how much longer and was told sit down we will get to u when we can so another hour Goes by and I’m still waiting to at least turn the clipboard in u At this point I’ve been there 2 1/2 hours and I was really debating whether I even wanted this job or not finally they called my name gave them my drivers license took the test did everything They asked me to was never shown anything as far as the results or the temperature or the opening of it of the cup but I did notice that when I talk to strange what’s the temperature gage was the top of the cup but OK so come back wash my hands but I was kind of odd it was other people standing there being tested at the same time considering Covid is going on and every buddy is putting everybody’s business out there which I thought was very rude and disrespectful I could care less with those other two individual situationwas to be told that my temperature did not register and it was almost as if she was hoping her happy are trying to find something wrong she called in the head nurse who didn’t even bother looking at it claiming oh yeah there’s no temperature well obviously you took my temperature when I came in here so obviously there’s got to be something wrong with the test I immediately asked for another test which refused another test with all go sit down and drink some water I will try to get you today but you cannot leave until give me the test now I was refused irritated after waiting almost 3 hours of my time I told my company the issue and they scheduled me for another test in the next afternoon well the next afternoon I go to take the test at another location I was never giving back my drivers license so immediately I called the other facility and of course nobody even knows what I’m talking about and honestly I could not have expected anything less from that place so eventually I had to go get another drivers license finally I have a Maya my company relocate to testing Center to Cobb Parkway, Marietta‘s location and which I was not very happy about because I was terrified that they were going to tribal smoke shop but to my surprise which people were the most professional was obligated to their job even though they were so super Duper busy they got people in to get people out they did one at a time they were very professional about how they did everything open the cup in front of me they did everything they were supposed to do correctly properly and I appreciate it and respect me I respect him and everything‘s great I was in I was out in less than an hour it was refreshing to actually have professional individuals I felt like I was almost actually in a doctors office so So thank you. Five stars to thumbs up most professional individuals around the pleasure of giving a drug screen to thank you
It shouldn’t take 50 minutes from start to finish a drug test if I was the first to arrive and no one in there but me. You should not ask for my SSN if I have all of my identification needed for identification theft is in epic proportion today. Unsatisfactory grade, please work on your efficiency thank you
From the Receptionist to Lab Tech, I felt I was just a number. No smiles or positive energy from the staff who gave a Drug Test. I didn’t feel my business was appreciated. This has not been my experience at other Concentra’s I’ve dealt with in the past. Maybe everyone was just having a bad day.
Fantastic experience. Went for employment drug screen and TB test. Quick & easy. They even waited AFTER CLOSING on a FRIDAY because I got stuck in traffic on my way to get my TB test read. A+ customer service.
Facility was clean service was fairly quick. The reception staff did not acknowledge me for over 10 min.

I went here for a DOT physical and I was there for over 2 hours and there were very few people there. I was put in the room to see the Dr. and it was a hour and a half before the Dr came in. I was told that they forgot I was in the room.
The experience with the staff was excellent and top-notch their knowledge in their professionalism was exceptional
Service at this Concentra location was outstanding! The customer service A+ plus! The wait time was minimum. And the doctor on site was A+ plus as well. *Most of all very clean sanitize environment!!!
My experience with Concentra was very good. Although I did not fill the cup up to the line, the rep gave me three small bottles of water and I drank them all as I patiently waited until I had to fill up the cup again to give a substantial amount of urine.
I used mouthwash prior to entering for my breathalyzer test. I don’t drink alcohol and never have. Employees treated me as someone who was trying to beat the alcohol test...they were acting very accusatory until I blew a 0.00. Then they treated very nice....crazy.

I needed to have blood drawn and my veins are difficult. There were two ladies working that day. I let the first Lady know exactly where my “good” place was. She stuck the needle in without first using an alcohol wipe. Then she immediately pulled it out without even looking for the vein. She put the dirty needle on the counter and expected the second lady to use it on my because it was the last butterfly (there were more because she ended up going to get some). The second lady let her know you don’t do that and never use a dirty needle. How does she not already know this? So after getting another needle the second lady got it right away.I never leave bad reviews, but this was scary and honestly just gross.
The staff was very knowledgeable! They kept giving me the wrong assumptions about my blood pressure. That I had three different medical staff to check my pressure. That they all almost had the same reading of 133/88
I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the receptionist was friendly and helped me as I filled out the proper paperwork. I didn’t have to wait to long to be seen. It was a great and friendly experience.

I was told my urine was to hot, when the concentra contacted my employer she said that its impossible for a urine sample to be over 103 degrees. The human body normal tempature is 98.9. If a oerson has a fever or did a extenuates workout, the tempature of the urine can rise higher than 100 degree
The wait to get Seen was the only thing it was around lunch time so no big deal the lady that took care of me was great made me feel comfortable and that was big I’m not big fan of Dr office overall the visit was pretty good thanks
The all around services were good but the shortage of staff kinda took its toll on the nurses that were there,& all the paperwork is a bit much,caused everybody to be a bit pressed for time & aggetated,the nurses had to do the physicals as well,but if you guys ever need a custodian Im your guy.

2022-01-25I called prior to walking in. I was told by the young lady that answered, I did not need an appointment and no cut off time for Physicals and Drug testing. I arrived at 1515. The young lady behind the desk states, we dont do physicals after 3pm. I stated i had called to inquire about am appointment and cut off times. She clearly did not want to take my paperwork. So another thing lady did. I received paperwork completed it in a timely manner. Besides myself, there were two others waiting. One person a male walked in after me was called back. I sat for an hour and half before I began to inquire. This was at 1635. I stood there awaiting to be acknowledged for 5 minutes. Finally, another young lady answered my question about the wait time. She states there was only 2 people working the floor but she wasnt because she was clocked out; she was sitting there doing paperwork. I sat down for 5 more minutes. As Im sitting, I see the FedEx courier walk in. Having experience running a lab Im aware that my specimens would be delayed. I got up and asked for my paperwork back. I was met with attitude and resentment from the young ladies behind the desk. I told her that I would contact my recruiter to obtain another one to go elsewhere. I have used various Concentra facilities and never experienced anything like this. I received a text to complete medical history at 1725 requesting me to complete medical history.

2022-06-21I went for a drug screening with 2 people in front of me. I got there at 2:40. I didn’t leave until 5 mins to 5 and people in front of me where gone before I was! One staff lady was nice the other dry. The lady that did my screenings was nice and professional.

2022-07-06I was very disappointed with the service that I received from this facility. The PA Roberts told me that because I had a temperature of 102.8 that he couldn’t see me. He stated that it was dangerously high and I needed to go to the emergency room. I didn’t understand it because I had to drive to the emergency room, so it couldn’t have been that alarming. He didn’t offer to call an ambulance if it was in a danger zone. I think he didn’t want to see me as a patient. I was totally disappointed. I called and made a complaint on him but I haven’t heard anything back yet. Shanika Edwards

2022-03-07Came here for a drug test and the short haired receptionist openly talked about me to her co workers while I standing there. I was absolutely disgusted with her behavior. Also to leave out a few things they need to let only one person take a drug test at a time. They make you bring it out yourself with a cup with no lid, AND THEY WERE BRINGING SOMEONE ELSE BACK! I was one misstep away from a gross accident don’t come here.

2022-04-20Please avoid this place at all cost. The workers have very bad attitudes and talk down to people. Every time someone complains, the front desk lady says “I have such a bad headache.” And the wait times are longer than they say. Like if they say 90 minute wait, add 30-60 minutes. There are just so many other better options than this, and if you, like me, have a choice between different locations, please don’t choose this one.

2022-01-24I arrived at 815am for a physical and drug test. I didnt get called to the back. A few people who came in after me were called back before me. I was finally done after 1130. This was my 2nd visit that week because the 1st time I came in they were unable to get my blood after 3 attempts. This time it took them 2 attempts and the 2nd I showed the lady where to stick me. Also it was freezing in there. I think it was warmer outside. All the employees were pleasant.

2022-01-10My mother had to go here for a workers comp concussion claim. She tested positive for covid after her initial appointment and was told she could not attend her follow-up appointment until she was clear. She waited two weeks and got re-tested (test was negative) and then went to the clinic again. While in the waiting room, she coughed once (she sometimes gets a nervous dry cough when wearing a mask) and the receptionist kicked her out of the clinic saying she couldnt be seen by the doctor if she was coughing. She waived her documents in the air and repeatedly said bye in a mocking manner. I called and explained that this cough was not due to covid, I pleaded and begged with the manager and doctor, himself. I explained that she likely had nerve damage and the clinic is so far from her home. I didnt even know she had driven out there by herself in her condition. All she needed was for this doctor to give her a referral to see a neurologist. After an hour of bouncing back and forth between staff members and customer service and being on hold, they told me they wouldnt see her. She sat in the parking lot in her car crying this whole time in the cold, still hoping they might change their mind. The reality of it is that she is an older woman who is an immigrant and has an accent when she speaks English. She has a concussion and so was unable to advocate for herself and defend her own rights. The people who work here are not only unprofessional, but they are inhumane and heartless as well. I only hope they will understand what it feels like to be the victim of prejudice when it is their loved-one in need.
