Was able to pay for the vehicle at my local branch in Minneapolis, MN. I flew down to Atlanta and caught a ride to Cartersville. They drove the run and drive vehicle up to the parking lot and I was on my way. I know every car cant be driven away but the pictures and auction information were very accurate and it worked out for me! Thanks Copart!
This website love to take your money but give you the run around when its time to drop that money off aka return funds. I will never ever purchase a lemon again. Spread my knowledge to whoever read this review
For the unfortunate situation that brought us there (totaled car), the experience was pleasant. The office staff was helpful and quick, as was the outdoor staff. We turned in our paperwork and collected our personal belongings with no hassle and in much less time than we expected.
Absolutely abysmal customer service. I had to get rude in order to get help after waiting for about 15 minutes with 7 ppl just looking at me. Zero stars!
Forklift operator cost me $3,000 in damages.Those big forks are sure handy when you use them to pick up a car, however when you HOOK AND PULL THEY CAN CAUSE DAMAGE. And that is how they DESTROYED my power steering unit. Thanks a lot guys. Real nice. Called them, they said they are not liable. Great.
Get late for pickup 10 min , was 3:10pm on Friday , Copart open up to 5pm , manager of Copart told me I have to come back on Monday to pickup a vehicle because I was late 10 min , I have to stay at motel till Monday to pickup a vehicle

First and last time was it in this copart staff members are pretty nice but the forklift guy going to give you a hard time since he does care about yours equipment.

Unwilling to help me after I paid for my car. I cant get in touch with someone who can help me solve a simple problem. Seems like after they got their money they dont really care.
Could have been more organized
Oscar the loader deserves a raise! Everyone else however was rude and office staff didnt want to dispatch my car to the loaders (even through I got there well before closing time) until Oscar stepped in and helped. Would give 1 star if it wasnt for Oscar.
WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I sold my car and received a check. Not only did they misspell my name but the customer service was terrible. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. On top of dealing with bad service, complications came up when I tried to cash my check. My bank was holding my check because they weren’t sure the check would take out of their bank. I’ll be a week without electricity if it takes the 2 weeks that it says it takes to clear. Thank you copart scam. Please people stay away from this place.
I left my title with my car insurance and they told me to go here to pick it up. Per their policy any cars they received that has the plates are removed and stored. They were able to return my plates without a hassle.
I had a VERY good experience with a customer rep named Leslie Torres last week, truly very good at what she does, knows how to be kind and understanding and very patient,I have been in customer service for a automotive manufacturer for many years and have not seen too many people with Leslies skills!
I only give it 1 star because it wouldn’t let me leave 0 stars. I am positive that no body who was here on 12-16-19 would disagree. Sitting here for 3 hours and still waiting. Poorly managed location. I would rather go sit at the DMV. Don’t buy your cars here. There is way better managed and run Copart’s.
Long lines, staff is rude. Way to many buyers fees. Just all around bad experience. They had a temporary employee who was crying because staff was mean to her last time I was there. Not a good place to do business with.

The personal at Cartersville have always been friendly and helpful in any way they could. The overall experience was pleasant and easy.

Very organized junk yard. Sad to see so many cars crashed to know there were humans in them when the damage took place. Some of those people didnt make it..Very clean though friendly staff inside.

2022-06-25Took advantage of my accident situation. when in a accident & under stress, I did not remember many of the little things about my property. So after property retrieval & sign paper that I got everything. I had call them back.I got my license plate but they keep...STOLE the clear plastic rhinestoned rain protection AND my 12” mini Louis Vuttion umbrella. Then told me to claim it on my home insurance as a loss because I already signed the papers.NASTY POLICY. DISHONEST WORKERS.

2020-08-27I have visited this location a couple of times. It’s easy to find, quiet location, good cars but the best part of it will have to be their office staff. A young lady by the name of Sam has attended to me a couple of times and she welcomes you with a big smile and always willing to help you. And on a couple of occasions I have been attended to by other members of staff and they are equally pleasant and professional. The only small drawback is the yard needs to be better organized so the cars can be easily found. Looking forward to seeing you guys again.

2020-05-14Came to this location for the first time yesterday with my husband and I must say it was a pleasant one. I normally don’t do reviews but I had to acknowledge the nice and welcoming young lady at the front counter I think her name was sam. She explained the process so easily and even wrote down the locations for the lots we wanted to view. She was absolutely pleasant!! Me and my husband will be back to view more for sure !
