Knowing the person that I am, I try not to degrade a business without giving them their fair chance at impressive results to me, the customer.Im not a difficult client because most of my hair I wont let you cut anyway because I have dreadlocks. I just basically need a tapered fade. This should be a simple task for a novice barber at best. For some reason, out of the 4 times Ive been to this barber shop not one barber has gotten my haircut straight and neat. They charge $20 when they are truly giving student quality haircuts. I had to take a picture of the crap I just paid for. Some may say, why not just have them fix it. I say, why not pay attention to what you are doing. Im paying for your best. This place is probably only good because of one barber. Thats sad because in 4 visits I havent had him.My son came here twice and he still didnt get the right cut and supposedly it was the best barber in the shop. Im still searching Augusta for a talent.

Grandsons first real haircut. He screamed almost the whole time but the men in here were completely professional and friendly. Even gave him.an icecream to try and help. Give these guys a shot. They do a great job.

I brought my kids there to get a cut. I was greeted right at the door. Usually when I walk into a male dominant place I dont get acknowledged. I was impressed and the barber Nico listened to how I wanted my kids hair cut and did exactly that. My children were happy and I was a happy momma!

Select the correct barber and your hair will be fire. Barbershop is under new management and many things have been upgraded including professionalism. The newer reviews reflect the hard work of the new barbers. Check them out and you wont be disappointed. Also they do appointments which is huge plus.

I stay half an hour away from this shop, would never have drove this far, but was recommended through a gym to go here and see Stone. Before I scheduled, I called Stone personally and asked would he be available according to his schedule which showed hed be there until 7:45pm. His response, yeah, Ill be here all day youre good. He didnt mention needing to go anywhere between these times which would have been nice. I called because I had to reschedule through the app and wanted to be respectful of his time. I get there 18 min before my scheduled time(6:30p) and Stone states hes leaving and cut his time availability so no one could schedule. I showed him on my phone where I scheduled. He says, Sorry, were going to a comedy show. My response, was, if you got to go then you got to go, I just wish you would have made me aware of this when I called you because I stay 30 min. out, its all good though, it happens. I think thats a reasonable response. So I walked out, no complaint. Stone comes out with his boys and says, come back Monday. I responded, my work schedule wont permit me to bring my boy back Monday and before I could finish Stone threw his hands up in defense as if I was arguing, I have no earthly clue why. I assume to throw a show. I stated, Im not arguing with you, Im just letting you know I cant through the week and he walks off before I finish. When he walks off, his guy says, shes just going to make you cut his hair. These are some rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate individuals. I guess I needed to respond, yes sir, Im sorry, youre busy, thank you for your graces. Didnt ask this fool to take my boy back in the shop. If I cant come during the week, then I cant. I work an hour away and when I get off work, I take the boys to the gym hes aware of and they finish late. I work too. Inconsiderate of the fact that I wasted an hour drive. Im not upset, because I was unaware of the app to find barbers in the area, so I got some good out of it. Be mindful and careful with this shop. I should have considered some of the reviews I read.

Kenny was my sons barber. My 4 yo had never had a haircut. This gentleman was super patient with my little one. He will be my go to. Im not an easy client. Neither is my little man. But Kenny made this smooth as could be. These before and after show the effort he put in it.

Went in for a hair cut and was the most UNPROFESSIONAL experience ever had at any barber shop. The barbers harassed me about leaving a tip. I dont mind leaving tips out of the kindness of my heart but dont harass a paying customer. Its unprofessional not called for. Lets do better brothers.

I had been to 3 barbershops in this area none had previously spoken to me and asked me if I needed a haircut or had an appointment. This one did. I highly recommend the barbershop for excellent service and high quality work.

Barbers are professional and I am very pleased with my natural cut as an older woman.
