Courtyard by Marriott Warner Robins in Warner Robins

Warner Robins, Houston County, Georgia, US
The property is fine. The hotel was clean. There are no amenities. I never saw a bartender even though there was a bar. Furniture in the lobby needs to be replaced. The beds are not comfortable. The rooms need updating. All that being said, based on hotel options available in Warner Robbins, this is probably the best available. I will caveat my review by saying I generally stay in higher end hotels. The staff at check-in was very nice, professional and friendly. Plus they were wearing masks which I personally appreciated.
The hotel was a great stopover on our road trip to FL. We arrived late in the evening (around 10PM) and the staff was kind and courteous. Check-in was a breeze! The room was bigger than expected and clean. There was a grab and go breakfast due to understandable restrictions, so no complaints there. Overall, it was exactly what we needed and we would definitely stay there again.
The hotel is in a great location. Plenty of restaurants in the area and places to shop. Close to the Interstate but not so close you can hear the traffic. The hotel has plenty of parking and is very clean and kept up. It has an indoor pool and a small fitness center. The down side of this hotel over the other hotels I have stayed is the food. No free breakfast, the restaurant is just extension of the lobby. Not very private. I would not plan on a business dinner at this hotel restaurant. The staff have always been great, very friendly and helpful. Under the new Covid operating procedures the rooms are not serviced. During a recent 4 day stay no one ever freshened the room or brought fresh towels. Overall a good hotel, but it could be so much better with a few changes.
Would rate five except for a couple of concerns. No microwave, no breakfast, no ceiling fan in suite. Being a rewards member makes booking easy with a decent rate. The staff was professional and friendly. The interior and decor was spacious and nice. They have a bistro which is why they dont do breakfast and thats a bummer. The courtyard was actually a nice place to hangout after the sun goes down. Now the room was nice the most part. I liked some of the features if offered, like the slide out TV and the table on wheels that fit under the desk. The fridge was a little small. I was surprised to find they had real rock glasses. Overall it was a really good stay, and can see myself staying there again.
Checkout is at noon, but they knocked on the door at 9:55 am. So apparently you have to notify them if you plan on sleeping in. I’ve only had to deal with this at one other Marriott property before, so annoying. Even called the front desk to which the lady only said “uh huh”
My stay was so good I actually booked an extra night! I was so impressed by how clean the whole facility was, especially my room. The staff was super friendly and so respectful and the beds were so comfortable I didn’t want to get out of it. The shampoo, conditioner & soap was mounted in the shower and I loved not having to fumble with little bottles of shampoo...and it was great quality. I’ll definitely be back!!!
Sincerely enjoyed our experience. Comfortable bed and pillows, clean interior and exterior. Indoor pool and fitness area. Would have enjoyed the amenities more if our stay wasnt brief and the day so beautiful outside. Onsite bar with light eats was a plus, and the staff at the front desk and bar were very nice. Will certainly return.
Stayed here for one night. Pros: Nice staff, the bistro is open 24/7, room was clean but a little dated. I love that the shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash mounted to the shower wall and it smells lovely. This hotel has a nice sitting area along with a fire pit. The beds are super comfortable and soft. You’re also near many restaurants, Target and grocery stores. Cons: Staff is nice but the customer service is not to desired. I left 2 items there last week and it took multiple calls and several days to find out that the items I left were found. After someone at front desk acknowledged that my items were located, they took my credit card info and told me they they will mail my items via UPS and would email me a copy of the shipping label yesterday. Guess what? No shipping label was received. I called the hotel and spoke to Caroline, who said their manager was out and that per her manager my credit card declined. My credit card should have declined as I know there are enough funds on it, also there was never a follow up call or email to let me know there was an issue with the card so that it could be corrected. Super frustrating because the manager isn’t there today and I keep having to play phone rage to retrieve my items. So again, staff is nice but their customer service skills are terrible. Don’t leave anything there because it’ll take you forever to get them. No microwave in the room, it is located in the marketplace. The computers for guests isnt easy to use. I couldn’t access my email account because I kept receiving an error message saying that the Internet browser on Marriott’s computer is unsupported and unsafe to use. No continental breakfast, however you can order food through the bistro. Fridge is super small but it is cool. Room had a weird old smell but I carry disinfectant and air freshener so I took care it instead of asking to be moved. Luggage cart needs to be replaced, they are super hard to steer and tires on the cart need to be changed. Overall it is an ok place to stay but if you’re able, head to Valdosta and get a hotel there.
I got absolutely no sleep here. I only stay at Marriott but this was terrible. Whatever is broken that makes that loud noise every 15-20 minutes needs to be fixed asap. The building looks nice from the outside but needs to be updated very badly. Toilet was shaky, couch was dirty and the grout in the bathroom was filthy...and hair was on the bathroom floor so I know the room wasnt sanitized properly.
From check-in to check-out I received professional, courteous, five star service!! From the front desk hosts to the housekeeping staff they all greeted me in a pleasant manner...almost made me feel like family. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and the extra measures taken to ensure that elevator doors and buttons were being periodically wipe down throughout the day...Definitely a PLUS during these pandemic times. The property was both comforting and welcoming! Highly impressed and would definitely recommend a stay at this remarkable property!
Friendly staff. Overall, the hotel appeared clean. Most of our room was clean but a couple of details were overlooked. In the bathroom there was a lingering odor perhaps from urine or a dirty mop. There was a bar of soap that had been used and left behind from the previous guest in the shower. There was also a coffee stirring stick that was previously used and not removed from the beverage area. This carelessness causes concern as to how well the room was actually cleaned prior to our stay.
Nice clean room with a very comfortable bed. Close to stores and restaurants. We always stay at Marriott brands and this is the nicest one weve seen. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is breakfast. No free options and the items you can get are expensive. Not a huge deal, but plan accordingly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great stay.
This hotel is great because Staff were amazing. Always happy to help and greet you.Resolved any issues with grace. Very clean and well maintained. They made sure everyone wore masks. Great location. I would highly recommend. I even forgot some toiletries in the room they were nice enough to mail it home. Who does that anymore? Really impressive staff.
Superb Customer Service... Taneisha at the front desk has white glove customer service and treated us with such great hospitality! Both front desk receptionist were so kind and had pleasant attitude. The room was very clean and we appreciated seeing the sticker on the door assuring that the room was extra clean for our comfort. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and we think it was a genius idea to allow people to reserve times to use it due to Covid and keeping everyone safe versus just shutting it down completely like some hotels. We will be visiting here again very soon. Thanks for the awesome service!
This 5 star review is credited to the staff. Rotando, a front desk staff member absolutely went above and beyond. I received a phone call that my mother was in the ICU. I got in the car and headed down down to GA. My husband called around for me to find me a place to stay. Many places were full, but thanks to Rotando going above and beyond helping. My husband gave her my number and she called me, got us a great rate and made sure I didnt have to worry about this part of my stay. She informed the front desk staff of my REALLY late arrival (2 am) and even found me the next day to talk to me. What an amazing lady, and a wonderful staff member. While a few things might need to be upgraded in the hotel (its very minor), it is nicely maintained and clean.
Amazing staff and wonderful hotel. I slept so good when I was there. The Beds were really comfortable. The young lady at the desk when I checked in on December 28. 2020 was really welcoming. The place was super clean. Overall I will be coming back to visit this hotel again. The laundry was only 1.00 to wash and dry. I have ocd I love to clean cant stand dirty clothes. So thats cheap. For me that is lol. Wonderful place to stay. The hotel staff were so polite I have been in many many Marriotts over the passed year. This one is the best one. Wonderful waterfall to the pool was nice and clean. I didnt go swimming but nice pool. Thanks
Wonderful weeklong stay! The staff was almost all very friendly (theres always one exception). However, the beauty of the hotel, cleanliness of the fitness center, lovely outdoor trail and seating under the pagodas with the pretty fountain morw than made up for the one less than pleasurable experience.i would definitely stay here again!
Very sweet employees. The front counter person was very helpful with every question I had for them. The rooms are so clean and smell really good as well. The water was perfect and they had everything that we needed for a pleasant stay. Our family felt welcomed and safe our entire stay. These guys are great and deserve a big pat on the back for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👍Thank you for your excellence and hospitality!!!
Outside of hotel very clean, at night parking lot was well lit. Our room was spacious and clean, bathroom was clean with very hot water. Beds and pillows were comfy, even slept in both mornings of our stay. Staff and housekeeping were very friendly and gave us great information on the surrounding area. The staff staid on top of things to make sure their guest was well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel!
The comforter was covered in HEAVY makeup smudges when I pulled it up to my face. It grossed me out that during a pandemic, I was pulling a dirty comforter up to my face with makeup and most-likely saliva all over it. I know that the sheets above and below the comforter are (usually) washed daily and comforters only every once in a while (maybe). Most hotels do this, as they cannot realistically wash a comforter daily. This is why a sheet protects both sides and not a duvet cover--for ease of cleaning. The persons hair was still by the stains so I know it wasnt cleaned. I politely told the front desk person and they assured me that the beds are stripped and laundered daily, but I know this was not a true statement. Please just do a better job at inspecting the comforters--it was VERY very obviously soiled. The customer service was good but I was grossed out by the bedding.
With the ratings this place had I figured it would be a lot cleaner than it was during my stay. I had plumbing issues at my house so I decided to get a hotel room for the night I checked in at 3 & was gone by 6 that same day... I told staff it was dirty they could careless so I respected their no refund policy but I couldn’t force myself to stay the night...
Im updating this review adding two stars, and some framing comments. The stay details captured below still hold.Meh. Stayed here twice in the last 45 days. Sorry I booked it the second time (Only did so because team mates were already staying there.) December trip was notable because the same long black hair that greeted me on the bathroom floor on arrival was there the next afternoon after the maid(s) visited.Found out last weekend that they dont clean rooms during a stay, apparently not even after themselves. Also found out that if you ask for the TV to be serviced, they wont. In fact they apparently dont have batteries for the TV remotes. They also dont have proper replacement for expected i room hygiene items like shampoo. Worst of all is they are not proactive in communicating any of this. Nor does management (onsite and corporate care about feedback from guests whove had a bad experience.Since writing this management reached out with a pretty honest admission of failure, both for stay issues, and delay in reaching out. I believe that the current management is a bit overwhelmed and doing their best in the Covid-19 environment and will grant them the benefit of grace, hoping they improve.Marriott itself has significant Customer Service response issues that hampered the response here, and keep me a Hilton Honors fan. The proprietary franchisee, Peach State Hospitality, also appear to have accountability issues. Nevertheless I would give this property another chance in the future.
I came to Warner Robins to bury my Dad. I had concerns about covid but the staff was wearing their masks properly, they were very professional, accommodating and personable. The food in the Bistro is delicious and the cook makes a mean burger. I would stay here every time I come if they room for me. Thank you all
I really enjoyed my stay here. Beds are comfortable, the shower water gets HOT, which is important for me. The only downside is the a/c in my room had a weird noise that kind of bothered me at night but I didn’t bother to call for help as I couldn’t be asked. Service is friendly. Their Starbucks is not exactly the same as a usual Starbucks, the quality of drinks is not the same. I’m still giving them 5 stars though.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Not only was the staff and rooms perfect, but the atmosphere was very relaxing. There was plenty of outdoor seating behind the hotel and pool, the seating near the bar/bistro was perfect with separate booth and walls including your own TV.The food couldnt have been better, plus it was healthy. We will certainly stay here again on our travels.
We enjoyed a lovely overnight at this facility which was welcoming and attractive starting in the lobby and all of the facility that we experienced. The pool was oversized with a lovely spa. The staff was helpful and made us feel as if we were their only concern. The beds are quite comfortable with lots of pillows to choose one that fits your needs. Cleanliness is an obvious priority here. The Bistro was not only an attractive and comfortable place to enjoy breakfast but the menu offered healthy choices and was made to order.
Great staff.... they were professional, courteous and very informative about the area restaurants, entertainment and shopping. the room was comfortable and had great lighting and unique design. the new Paul Mitchell products were awesome for my hair after a relaxing swim in the warm inside pool. me and my husband had a nice and refreshing workout in there easily accessible gym.
I travel quite a bit and have stayed in hotels that advertised friendly staff and cleanliness. This hotel stood out to me as one that really delivered. The staff was super friendly and quick to be helpful. The grounds and the hotel itself are clean and well maintained. My family and I stayed in a large, two queen bed suite. It was quite luxurious for the area and offered more than enough space, privacy, and comfort. We used the hotels basic internet and didnt have any issues with speed or connectivity. This hotel is located just off the main strip in Warner Robins (Watson Blvd), so if youre looking for a place to eat or shop, everything is pretty close by.
Front desk associate was not very accommodating upon arrival. We were very tired after a long day of travel and although we did not report issues with room smell and cleanliness of the bathroom, we should have. There was hair throughout our bathroom along with stains inside the bathtub and floor. The internet service was not available throughout the entirety of our stay. Day of check out - no internet. Unable to effectively conduct business. The property appears to be well maintained but is obviously due for a decor upgrade. Floors are squeaky with extensive carpet wear. Other Courtyard properties that we frequent have updated decor that make this location less attractive for future stays.
Everyone that works here is very friendly, from the wait staff to the staff who check you in. The rooms were clean and welcoming. I was here for a regional meeting and all the accomodations were great! The meals provided were great. The only complaint I would have is they only have Pepsi products and I prefer Coke products! But dont let that stop you from staying here, just bring your own!!
Stopped over on our way to Disney. Very satisfied with our entire stay from check in to check out. Location of hotel was close to highway with plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. Room was very modern and very clean. It was also very quiet. Bed was super comfortable. Price was very affordable for a room of this caliber. I had to double check the cost. I thought it was a mistake! This is the type of stay families strive for especially when traveling with children. A clean, modern, safe, affordable place to spend the night. Ive searched the area for a decent place to stay and booked this one based on TripAdvisor ratings. Now I know why they got the high ratings that they did.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Well designed lobby area and guest rooms. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Lots of plug-ins for all your devices. The lobby is a very nice place to grab something to eat or drink and relax in several sitting areas. My family liked our stay there, but I would definitely consider it for business travel as well.
Very professional staff in all areas of the hotel. Great location in terms of access of shopping and dining out if necessary.Very clean and comfortable room. Entire property is attractive.Hotel manager placed a welcome card in the room along with some snacks and a small bottle of wine, Greatly appreciated.
Great stay... We were in town for just a couple of days to support our Little Leagues Girls in their Southeastern Regional Tournament. The hotel was very clean, and spacious. We had a Two room King Suite and there was plenty of room for everyone. Seating in the living area was more than adequate and the pull out sofa for my kids (12 and 6) was perfect as well; they slept without complaint or waking in the middle of the night. The bed was amazingly comfortable (of course this is one of the reasons we are Marriott Rewards members...the beds are always comfortable). We have rebooked this hotel for our boys tournament the following weekend and are looking forward to our stay.
We stayed 2 nights for our family members retirement from the Air Force and it was great! There was a dinner at the Courtyard, the food was excellent and the ballroom was decorated beautifully! I unknowingly left a necklace in our room, the front desk called shortly after we checked out to notify me. They were willing to do whatever it took to get it back to me. Great service and beautiful place to stay, would stay again!
The front desk staff at this hotel was very friendly, welcoming and informative. The room configuration was great, making the most out of the space. The bed was more comfortable than most hotel beds. The shower/tub area is great. There is a seat in the tub. Great idea! It was unseasonably warm during this visit, but the A/C worked very well. The location is very convenient. Lots of restaurants and retail within walking distance.
Stayed here for 1 night while traveling to FL. Arrived late, but we were greeted by the very friendly front desk receptionist, who was able to assign us two rooms next to each other. The rooms were updated, comfortable and very clean. I also noticed that the hotel was very quiet and I did not hear other guests (which is unusual). We would definitely stay here again.
This hotel is incredibly clean and comfortable and the service providers are polite and efficient. Coming from far out of town I was very pleasantly surprised by such a great quality hotel. I have paid 3 times as much for poor experiences at other hotels in other cities. I truly enjoyed our stay.
Room was nice, it was large with enough space to walk around comfortably and fit 3 people in with 2 full size beds. There was a recently updated kitchenette in the room with a full sized fridge and dishwasher (different). The bathroom was very clean. The price was a bit much but it was a nice clean hotel. Only one elevator located off center of the building though and also no breakfast provided. For over $150 for one night I felt that should have at least been provided. You can hear doors closing on the same floor near you but other than that it is pretty peaceful. Well lit parking lot with rooms having view of the spaces. I was comfortable over all.
We got 2 rooms but only stayed for 1night! We were in town for a family wedding. Overall very nice hotel. Clean, nice staff, comfy beds, good areas. Lots to do nearby. One employee stood out. Louis is such a wonderful young man. Hes at the front desk and is very pleasant and professional.Only reason we didnt give it a 5 is because the bar and restaurant closes to early on weekends. And we booked the 2nd room for my cousin(the ones getting married). Asked about a honeymoon/romance package, and they said they didnt have it. I later found they did have it, and even saw it on their website. But it was too late cause I had already purchased champagne, glasses, and all other goodies to decorate the room for the honeymooners.
I had a very nice stay at this hotel, I was here for a veterans meeting, everything was great, but I think the price of the rooms were a little high for this area, that I think was due to the fact that we needed a conference room and banquet room, the other hotels in Warner Robbins dont have that. but overall the hotel was very nice and CLEAN. The staff made you feel welcomed. The banquet food was really good, I didnt eat at the bistro that was there. Would I come back maybe but the price of the room would be the ONLY reason why I wouldnt stay here.
I was in town for a conference and stayed here for 3 nights. Everyone was welcoming and so pleasant. They went above and beyond to make sure my every need was taken care of.I used many of the facilities to include the Bistro, exercise room, pool and hot tub. Usually I find heated pools cold, but the temperature at this pool was even warm enough for me!I had a wonderful time and wish I could have stayed longer!
The staff was very friendly and the location was awesome right in the middle of everything very close to other places we visited the room was very clean we didn’t eat at the hotel but only because there were so many restaurants close to us and a lot of places we wanted to try
I needed a clean, comfortable hotel with good internet service, and this one provided everything I needed. I had four devices running off the wireless with no problems. The staff was very upbeat and happy to see me, tending to my every need (including providing a razor that forgot to bring). There is a Starbucks in the lobby that provides great coffee and food, and even serves as a bar. The breakfast is not free, but it is reasonable and good. Ill be staying here again.
Overpriced hotel considering location. Tv remote didnt work, the room wasnt cleaned in the two days we were there (not at our request) and we didnt get any clean towels. The phones also didnt work. Overall not horrible but we didnt spend much time in the room. Staff was very nice, building was clean and the air conditioning was working which considering it was July in South Georgia was the most important part.
If you need to stay around this area I would recommend the Courtyard Warner Robins. There isnt much to do in this area in my opinion, so I wouldnt exactly call it a destination. But this was a very comfortable place while I was here for business. The lobby setup is a great place to hang out, lounge, eat, work, etc... the seating is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. There are two restaurants practically on the same property, and there is a huge shopping complex across the road with anything you need. I like the pool, gym, outdoor seating, and the rooms are quite comfortable too. Free Wifi was fast enough to stream Netflix, and secure enough to access my work network, so thats great.
I was at the hotel for a wedding reception, which the hotel hosted and catered -the food was De-Lish!!. The hotel was quite lovely; stylish with current amenities. The room was equally as nice, comfortable and very clean. The beds were comfortable ( a bit soft for my preference), but nonetheless comfortable. The staff were nice, helpful and had very pleasant attitudes. The hotel is conveniently and centrally located to mostly everything, i.e. restaurants, theaters, shopping.
Having stayed at another hotel in Warner Robins & been disappointed, we werent sure what to expect... but, all our needs were met, the hotel is neat, clean & very nicely decorated. From the landscaping to the guest room, everything was nice. The room was large, clean & each bed had 5 pillows. Theres a refreshment area in the room (fridge, coffee/tea). The bathroom was clean & well stocked with towels & toiletries. The pool & hot tub area are very nice. Theres a Starbucks in the lobby, as well as a snack/wine/conveniences area.We were pleased with our stay - for as long as my daughter and granddaughter live in WR, this will be our home away from home.
As a Platinum member that spends a minimum of 150 a year in Marriott properties, I can say this is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! I typically find something that could be cleaner in my hotel rooms, but nothing caught my eye in this hotel. Aside from that, the staff, front desk to housekeeping, are nice and welcoming. It’s a good location near lots of restaurants and only about 5 miles from I-75. I didnt eat at the Bistro here but Im sure its just like all the other Courtyard Bistros. I do wish something more, aside for 400 points and a coffee or market item, were offered to Platinum guests as a welcome gift. I think, overall, Marriott could do better by their loyal Platinum guests where recognition is concerned, but that has nothing to do, directly, with the property. Overall, I’d recommend this place!
The room was nice and so was the staff. However I had cold showers each morning and the water pressure would come and go as much as the temperature did. My door lock broke 4 times over my 2 month stay, and only after the 4th time did they just replace the lock with and extra one they had. I was given a room over the conference center so I was not quite lulled to sleep by the sounds of parties and weddings till the late hours of the night when I had to be up at 5am for work. One would think that as a platinum premier elite member I would have been better taken care of.
The hotel itself was very nice. Clean and stylish. However, I was traveling for business and we had 2 rooms booked, and paid for prior to arrival. The clerk at check in was friendly, I have no issues with their demeanor. I do have issues with the clerk at check out billing my personal card for the room and telling me it was fine, all taken care of. And he did it with BOTH of the rooms.Because the room was charged to my personal debit card, which was ONLY TO BE USED FOR INCIDENTALS, I was charged $70 in fees from my bank. The management at this property claims there is nothing they can do to correct this, I am just out $70 because of their error.I will not be staying at a Marriott property again until this is satisfactorily resolved and I am requesting my company follow suit.
I will say, upon my arrival the lady and gentleman that were on shift, was so pleasant and actually made me feel very comfortable with their smiling faces and outstanding customer service. A lot of hotels at check in, the clerks are nice and do their job. But these two over rates any customer service and friendliness Ive ever experienced anywhere. One more things, this was my first time on a business trip traveling alone, I was a little nervous, but with there sweet smiles and friendliness, when I arrived over came it all.
Only 4 stars because the rooms didnt have microwaves, and for extended stay travelers, thats one thing we look for.EVERYTHING else was fantastic! The lobby was nice, comfortable furniture, friendly staff, restaurant seating (YOU HAVE TO TRY THE CHEESEBURGER), bar seating, a separate section to watch tv and another section for the computers/business. The rooms were AMAZING, so were the bathrooms. This was one of the most relaxing pool areas Ive ever been in. The pool was the perfect size to swim laps or exercise and play around. The whirlpool was the perfect temperature and also roomy.Across from the pool was the workout room and right outside was a large patio with plenty of separate seating areas, there was even a human sized chess game.Kahlil was at the front desk, he was extremely professional, kind, friendly, authentic, funny and truly an attention-to- detail type of guy. I just wish i wouldve had a chance to tell him how he impacted my stay.I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Warner Robins, or just passing through.
Really like your hotel and will seek them out more in future stays. Would like softer toilet tissue and tissues. Love the seat bench and light in shower and high bath counter and love coffee nook and whole room layout. Perfect suite like King room. Like mobile app check in too. Smokers bothered us upon check in at entrance while unloading and smoke coming in lobby but service was great and we will returnm Thanks.
This hotel offers an AMAZING and friendly staff... it is exceptionally clean and tidy. The Staff is very open and accommodating to your every need and request. I would also like to share that I recently returned for a second stay (for business), and the Front Desk Associates referenced me BY name, thats a wonderful feeling!
If youre looking for a beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel, then stop looking. This is it!! I recently stayed overnight during a family trip to Florida and it was great. I dont normally sleep well in hotel beds, but I did in this one. The facilities are immaculate and the staff is incredible. All-around one of the best hotel experiences Ive had in the past few years. I travel frequently for work and pleasure, and I would go out of my way to stay in this hotel again.
Very convenient and comfortable hotel . Near interstate and restaurants, has in-door heated pool and hot tub, nice patio for some 1st floor occupants, and a nice Fire-pit area to relax after supper at near-by restaurants. The folks that work there are polite, helpful and professional and your feel the Marriott Class in how things are handled. Have stayed there 3 times and each was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
As a disabled traveler I find it very difficult to find offer accommodations especially for someone with severe mobility issues such as myself. I am a high level quadriplegic finding rooms that are electric wheelchair friendly with the roll in showers are extremely difficult. Whenever I visit small towns I run into many issues. The courtyard at Marriott never disappoints. The accommodations were adequate, there was plenty of space to move around, breakfast was amazing although I hate having to pay for my breakfast when I stay at a hotel. But, the thing that will make me come back over and over again is Caroline. She is The sweetest woman who made sure that I had the accommodations I needed. She has some of the best customer service that is complemented by European accent. Thank you Caroline for making my day how much what stress bal thank you Caroline for making my day and stay stress free.
My stay was great from booking the room to the moment I checked out. The grounds were impeccable. I loved sitting out on the back patio reading a book or in the hot tub to relax. As mentioned previously, Jessica made me feel welcome with that big beautiful smile each time I passed, and Daphne was so sweet, patient and professional that I knew my room was being cleaned by the best. I cant say enough good things about those two pretty young ladies. Courtyard has quite an asset in each of them.
This is by far the BEST HOTEL STAY Ive had in years. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions. Loved how the room made me feel like I was at home!! It was very comfortable and relaxing! And they were very, very, very clean! Wouldnt stay anywhere else if Im in Warner Robins!!
We stayed here on the way down to Florida for a family vacation. It was a very nice hotel, the breakfast service was wonderful. The patio area was very pretty and relaxing. My only concern was that the core function of a hotel is providing the guest comfortable night sleep. This hotel let me down on that regard. The rooms, while perfect for a single person traveling on business, were very small for four people. The bed in my room had a permanent indentation from where prior guests slept
Nice clean property. Pool In indoors and there is no outside sunning/tanning area. ( easy to correct with just a few lounge chairs outside Pool door.Big outdoor patio area with large chess pieces and seating area.Have a nice size event venue, seems popular for wedding and family reunions.Staff is very professional and friendly, rooms well kept & clean.
I would normally recommend this property to anyone. The staff is superb but the management has chosen to charge an outrageous price on veterans who served this country and keep him safe over doing the right thing. When i got to the hotel i asked to speak to him and the lady checking in took my name and number for him to call. he never did, which leads me to believe he does not care. i am certain i can find other locations to stay either in Warner Robins, Macon, or Perry that my business and service to country are appreciated.
We stayed at the Courtyard while visiting friends in the area. My mother and husband were with me, and it was a last-minute decision. The room was large, comfortable, and very clean. The lobby was also nice and clean...and smelled wonderful! The food at the in-hotel cafe was delicious and served quickly. Overall, it was a great stay!
We were on our way to Florida and chose to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. What a great choice. We were greeted warmly by the staff. The lobby first class. The room was so comfortable. The AC was quiet and did not blow directly on the beds. The bath was large and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our travels.
I have stayed multiple times over the past year at this hotel. As a Gold Elite member they always welcome me with open arms each time I come back. The hotel is very modern, always clean and beds are extremely comfortable. They have a great fitness center, nice hot tub and indoor pool. They are located close to several good restaurants as well. The staff here is top notch and I always look forward to my stay at this hotel.
Do not stay here! The front desk staff with the exception of the young lady with glasses was rude and inconsiderate. I drove 3 hours for a work conference with my partner and two children and did a mobile check in prior to my arrival only to be told that my room had been given away and we had no place to stay. The front desk personnel Glenn was smug and unavailable to truly help us. We sat in the lobby while they suggested we drive 30 mins back to Macon for a room. How was our reservation given away even though we checked in? Then the other night desk representative said the hotel was not pet friendly for our SERVICE DOG! My partner is a war vet! I cannot explain the frustration and lack of compassion shown by these individuals especially being a Marriott Titanium Member. Never again!
This location was great. It was recommended to me as other hotels in the area are dated. The staff was very friendly and professional and the rooms and entire location is very clean. I have a sensitivity to Mold/mildew so the fact they maintain their a/c wall units properly is extremely important to me. This hotel is fantastic and I recommend anyone in the area for any reason should stay there.
From the time we drove up to the Courtyard, I knew we would enjoy our stay! Very friendly staff, brand new hotel, chic decor, and very comfortable rooms. I was very pleased with how clean the bathrooms were and fresh the bed felt. The Starbucks was a huge bonus and the food at the convention center was superb! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back when we need a hotel in Warner Robins.
I have very high standards for cleanliness (I sanitize everything) and this is one of the cleanest hotels that I have visited. Also, the rooms are quiet and absolutely everyone that works at this hotel seems to value their job and even seems to enjoy being there. The service is great and the oatmeal for breakfast was delicious!
I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at the Courtyard Warner Robins and shared with the staff that I plan to return in the near future. I left a wallet in the room, and did not notice it until after check-out and miles down the road. I called back to the hotel and spoke with the front desk (Maybe Chasity) and she was wonderful. I askedif she would contact the manager and/or the cleaning staff because lost items were locked up and would not be opened until the next morning at 9AM. I needed an immediate answer about the lost wallet, because if not left in the room financial institutions needed to be notified immediately. She made a couple of calls, located the wallet and called me back. What a delighted staff person at Courtyard. I had left a tip and thank note in my room upon check-out, so my server received that and she also did a wonderful deed by returning the wallet to the appropriate location. I might recommend that in the future when items are left in the room, it would be a service for the hotel to call the guest immediately and the guest might be able to retrieve their items left before they even leave the city. I was on my way back home to another state and had to have a friend pick the wallet up the next day and mail it to me. The wallet still has not arrived, but I know it is on the way. Thank you courtyard Marriot at Warner Robins and a special thank you to the Sunday afternoon front desk clerk and the housekeeper.
All the details are perfect. Nice, new facility, top notch staff who were extremely pleasant, making me feel welcome, cleanest, freshest room I can remember in 9 years of business travel, comfortable mattresses and pillows, fast internet, quieter and efficient A/C and heater. Clean, well kept, great parking, well lit at night, impressive hotel and staff!
I attended a catered event this past week. Not only was the food provided delicious, but the staff was welcoming, kind, and helpful. The clean, well-appointed room is to be expected at a Courtyard (consistentcy is one of Marriotts strengths), but the outstanding service went above and beyond my expectations. Kudos to the Courtyard staff!
Our week-long stay at the Courtyard Warner Robins was, without a doubt, one of our best hotel experiences. The room was spacious enough for the two adults and two kids and every staff member we ran into was friendly, courteous, and helpful. A lightning strike earlier in the month was still affecting some electronics, but the staff did what they could to minimize the issues for guests.
Horrible experience yesterday!I booked this hotel online using my Marriott rewards points due to the lack of power at my house. I realize that this hotel is only 3 stars, but I expect clean linens on the bed at a minimum. Once I checked in and realized the linens had multiple areas with dried, caked on residue, I called down to the front desk. She said she would tell the manager immediately and then get housekeeping to the room. After 30 minutes without process, I went down to the front desk. She apologized but she hadn’t yet spoken to management or housekeeping. I was given a second room, but the linens were dirty again. After this, I was directed to the general manager (Glen). I explained the situation and offered to show pictures of the nasty linens. He told me that I didn’t need to take pictures. He offered me a third room, but he added the disclaimer “if this room doesn’t work for you, I can’t help you any further.” How as a general manager can you not help me further when your hotel staff is making the bed with nasty linens?! He never offered to check the room before I hauled up to the 4th floor with my fussy infant son who was due for his afternoon nap. This third room also had dirty linens, so I opted to cancel my reservation and return to my own home, even without power.Thankfully, Marriot Elite Rewards customer service staff was wonderful and took care of the horrible experience.I do not recommend this hotel at all.
Ive stayed in several hotels around town over the past 3 years and this one is outstanding. Great amenities and a very friendly staff. The in-house restaurant is exceptional quality at a reasonable cost and I was able to stay in my room until 1pm on my last day which was extremely convenient. Increased costs in other hotels in town was a driver for trying this hotel out and Im so glad I did.
Hotel is in a good location, ample parking that is well lit. Internet is good, staff is outstanding. Now for the bad, no microwave or K cup coffee machines in the rooms, no free breakfast bar. Tend to be large groups at times for conventions and meetings which become annoyingly loud at night and crowd the lobby area.
When you arrive, you will be greeted by a friendly, professional staff that will make you feel welcome and appreciated. Expect that level of service throughout your stay. Glenn, the Manager will greet you at breakfast and may very well prepare it or serve it to you himself. The Bistro food is a great option, the food is great and the staff will make you feel at home. I highly recommend the Courtyard Warner Robins. I really cannot say enough great things about them!
We where passing threw on our drive from FL to MI. We always try to stay at a Marriott when we travel. We where so happy we found this one, friendly stay, clean and as always comfortable bed. We got a great night of sleep which was what we needed to continue our drive.
The service at this location is excellent. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The facility has a warm, pleasant decorum, indoor and outdoor. You will feel comfortable... Immediately! With so many options, in close proximity, you will not be disappointed if you select this one. A FREE complimentary breakfast would be icing on the cake!
The is a very nice hotel. The rooms are nice and clear. The staff is very friendly. the gym has good cardio, but not but in the way of weights, so you might need to find a local gym if your into fitness like I am. Breakfast offerings are good, but can take a little time to get. Even a regular coffee costs and you have to wait for. So plan accordingly.
The rooms are not very spacious but nice and clean. The staff provided exceptional customer service. They kept the lounge open several hours past closing time two nights in a row to accommodate our group. My daughter left her brand new fitbit in the room and they called us to say they had it and shipped it to us! Chic filet customer service!
I had the distinct pleasure of not only staying at this wonderful hotel (Aug 31st- Sept 3rd) but also using their event services and the experience was above and beyond my expectations. The hotel looks new or newly remodeled and is particularly clean, comfortable, well appointed and definitely the Marriott standard that you would expect. The hotel staff is friendly, warm and welcoming in every way. The GM Glen Starlnecker was the epitome of a hospitality ambassador. He went out of his way to greet me and other guests to make certain that my stay and that of my guests was pleasant. The real hidden gem is the Bistro! We thought that it was little more than a Starbucks style eatery with prepackaged items but it was not. It is a great spot for breakfast, lunch, later and later fare. During our stay among the things we had were the Egg White Frittata that had a wonderful mixed green salad topping, fresh chopped avocado and salsa, it was so good. We also had the Wings, Tomato and Cheese Flatbread, a fabulous Reuben sandwich, wraps, beer and wine. My great experience with this hotel started even before I arrived when I reached out to a local event production company looking for a referral and was given John Rucker as a contact. With a very short turnaround time I needed a block of 15 rooms plus offsite catering for 100 guests at a venue in the area. As I was planning this important event remotely I needed an expert team on the ground and Marriott took it upon themselves to do two site visits for me to the venue to determine logistical and implementation needs. The tireless Mark Banks worked with me to plan an excellent menu that would suit our taste and handled every single detail while keeping in touch with me via email and voice call. I flew in the night before the event and when the team arrived the next day nearly four hours before the event headed by the dynamite Executive Chef Jason De La Sota I was completely blown away. Everything was nothing short of outstanding! The food was absolutely delicious, the catering staff was professional, methodical and attentive. The setup, presentation and well thought out floor plan worked beautifully and I could not have asked for more, it was Marriott Marvelous! This hotel offers 5 star service on every level. You may not need everything that I required but you will get the very best of everything if you choose the Courtyard Marriott Conference Center Warner Robins, GA for your stay and event needs.
One of the best hotel options in Warner Robbins!Well-run Courtyard with updated lobby, restaurant, and conference area. There is plenty of conference space for this sized hotel, and their catering for your meetings is well done. The restaurant has a good menu, and they use quality food. The rooms have plenty of space and are up-to-date with smart TVs in them. The price is a little high for the area in my opinion.
The motel is located just off a major city roadway, with easy access to many local dining and retail outlets. The motel offers plenty of free parking which is easily accessible. I found the motel to be quite modern, very clean and providing every service necessary to make my stay a comfortable one. The staff I had the pleasure to deal with were courteous, efficient and very friendly. I stayed for a period of 6 nights and no complaint or issue with my stay. I highly recommend this motel to anyone requiring accommodation in the Warner Robins area.
My husband & I were pleasantly surprised during our recent stay. We came as part of a group for a wedding. We all come ded on how nice the rooms were, the housekeepers were all so friendly were we met in the hall and the front desk clerks were awesome! We will definitely stay here again.
I cant say enough about our stay at the Courtyard in Warner Robins. Staff was super friendly, knowledgeable.. Place was convenient to I-75, few minutes from interstate so you dont hear traffic noise. On the way you have lots of places to dine in, clean & safe neighborhood. Room was larger than most places we have stayed in. Lounge area was nice inside the Courtyard if you didnt want to dine out. Bar & grill type food available. Just a terrific place.
Have stayed here before and loved it... this trip was not the same experience. We had no hot water for our room when we arrived at 1am... we informed the desk at check out at 8 am.. we weren’t even offered an apology, she acted like we were bothering her by telling her of the issue and provided no resolution... not how I expect to be treated as a platinum member
Nicole at the front desk required me to provide my personal information and documentation for my service animal. She stated I needed to email or provide physical documentation to be allowed to stay with my service animal at this hotel. She provided me with the email of [email protected]. She requested medical documentation from my doctors and or certification of proof that my animal was such. She proceeded to ask about my animal and what type it was. I have the email she’s requested as proof. By law I am not to be asked for proof or documentation of my ailment, medical forms, proof or anything in regards to my service animal/condition. Further action needs to be filled and followed.
Place was clean and staff was very professional and freindly. My only complaint is that they only have safes in the office behind the regisrtation desks, not in the rooms. Although, the staff made it easy to get valuables in and out safe, I find it more convienent to have the safe in my room. This complaint was not enough to lower there overall rating.
This Marriott hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean and classy. I traveled from San Antonio, TX with two other ladies and upon arriving at Warner Robins, we had reservations at another hotel which we could not stay in due to uncleanliness in all of our rooms. We checked many of the other area hotels and could not be accommodated for the two weeks we needed to stay at government rate. We were given the number to this Marriott hotel by the Robins AFB lodging office and Mike was the one to answer our call and was so nice and patient on the phone. He gave us directions to the hotel and got us checked in quickly which was a relief because we were tired from our full day of travel. Ive never had a bad experience with Marriott hotels so they will be my choice when traveling from now on.
I am pleased to be able to provide feedback on the Courtyard Marriott hotel. Our stay was exceptional and definitely exceeded our expectations, especially for the size of the city. Though, we have heard great things about this location, it was much more than we had expected. Lastly, do not miss the opportunity to enjoy the outstanding service and professionalism provided by the superior staff.
We were passing through on our way to the NC mountains and looking for a comfortable overnight stop. I found the hotel while Googling Warner Robins hotels. I wanted a reasonable suite because my Mom needed comfortable seating, aside from the obligatory chair found in most rooms. The Courtyard met our needs, completely. The suite was well priced and comfortable. We were very pleased with our room, the restaurant and the staff.
Great hotel for the price. Located on a very busy street. You will find almost every type of restaurant or shop nearby. There was a wedding happening outdoors and then a reception in one of the ballrooms. Nice indoor pool. Closets are very large. TVs are Netflix ready (with your own subscription). Water pressure in the shower is amazing! No complaints.
Very nice and quiet! Huge thank you for the professional and friendly assistance by the folks there on the graveyard shift! I couldnt have figured it out by myself. Marriott should be proud of their staff and facility. I now live minutes from this property but plan to occasionally stay a night or two!
This hotel is a very nice place located in a easy access part of Warner-Robbins. If youre headed to the Frito-Lay plant in Kathleen or visiting the Air Force Base this is the place to stay and relax. This hotel has all the amenities of some more expensive hotels with a staff of team members ready to make your stay the perfect situation. It really was nice to see management and staff working together curing the breakfast rush to help guests get out the door in a timely manner and with a good healthy breakfast. I saw at least two to three different management types (suit and tie) helping the breakfast counter folks get the orders to the tables and actively asking customers what they needed and bussing tables.
This hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff at check in was very pleasant and quick. Rooms are modern, comfortable and very clean. Overall an excellent experience. Breakfast only available until 9:30 am. Missed it because got in very late and slept in. My bad. But would suggest they extended it to 11:00 am.
Great spot for a stay in Warner Robins. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable with great amenities. I think it is relatively new. Please book in advance because of the proximity to the military base it’s occupancy levels are solid on certain days of the week. The hotel is located in a great commercial district that has a additional restaurants and a Walmart as well. The fitness center at the hotel is good too.
We were in Warner Robbins for a weekend wedding. Marriott made it easy for the wedding family to book a block of rooms so that a small group of us could be together (12) and share rides. The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful. We arrived after the Bistro was closed, however some fresh snack packs ( yogurt/fruit) were available, and hit the spot at 10:30 p.m. The receptionist, Khalil, made us aware of all the eateries nearby that were open in the late night. Malaysia had our breakfast orders prepared and she delivered them efficiently! She was cheery and kind.
As someone who travels 100 plus nights per year my requirements are always the same when I am going to a hotel. Good Service, Good Room with Nice Bathroom and Good BreakfastThis hotel scores a 5 plus in every category which I deem important. A big shout out for the outstanding customer service during my stay.I highly recommend this hotel
Room was clean; staff helpful. There was no TV channel listing in the room, and no TV guide. Scrolling thru the channels every time we wanted to watch TV was a pain in the neck. Bathroom had only one towel hook, so towels wouldnt fully dry to be re-used, so we ended up having to get fresh towels every day. No free coffee in lobby. Big, noisy party on Saturday night; staff didnt seem to care that at 3am, the party still going strong in the hallways. Would not return to this hotel.
We were relocating to the area in a few weeks and stayed at the Courtyard Warner Robins while looking for a house. The staff was very friendly and directed us to family friendly communities in the surrounding area. They told us the areas with good dchools and the area to avoid. Based on this information, we found a house in a great neighborhood that we could afford. The only drawback is the hotel did not offer a Governmet rate at the time of our stay, but other than this everything was great.
The Marriott Courtyard at Warner Robins Georgia was just an excellent experience. The staff was professional and very personable, and made us feel right at home. The room was extremely clean and the bed was the most comfortable we have experienced in a very long time. We are only sorry we did not have more time to spend at this beautiful and very clean hotel.
My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times on our travels from Florida to the Smoky Mountains, TN. It is always a very pleasant stay. The rooms are very attractive and CLEAN and the employees are always friendly. We look forward to staying here each time we travel.
I have experienced many issues at this place over the last three years and reported many of them and sadly Managerment do not care. I have one open issue with them now, if they do not address adequately, I will post the details at a later time. They assigned the same room to someone else who walked on me at 3AM. Not acceptable by any measure.Update: GM does not care about his most loyal customers. This is not surprising given the fact his VP did not care either.I will be stopping all my Marriott activities because of this bad experience.Something is not right with this location, it is not the Marriott service you expect.Update: I have ended all my relationships with Marriott due to their bad management and extremely poor customer care.Bonvoy to that.
One of the things I look for when traveling is the hospitality of the staff. Your folks are awesome! They care about making sure you have what you need and to be sure you are comfortable. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good experience and I will be back next month.
The rooms are nice and clean for the most part. The customer service is good depending on the representative. April(a representative ) is rude and snobbish. People have bad days but you have no right to question whether or not I can afford to stay at a hotel. A hotel where if you would have taken the time to listen, that I am an elite member. Rude!!! You have some nerve. The manager at this hotel is not as readily available as most managers are at other marriott locations.
Professional and customer oriented. We were driving as I booked the room and sleepily forgot to update number of people on our reservation. Fortunately, when my husband and I showed up road weary with three boys 12 and under, staff acted as though THEY had made the mistake and got our beds together immediately... The boys were tucked in and sleeping less than an hour after we got there. Thank you so much!! Take the time to check out the Aviation Museum, ten minutes away.

2022-01-16BED BUGS IN THIS FACILITY! I stayed at this property for 4 nights the first week, then following week I found a bedbug squashed under my pillow! I asked the night manager to move me into another room to ensure I dont get infested. Rest assured, I did! I woke up with bites all over my arms and legs. I checked out in the morning and asked the front desk to get the manager to call me. I simply wanted to discuss their plans to handle this issue and if I can be comforted to return. I never got a call. In fact, the only call I received was from the front desk asking if I wanted to cancel the next 2 weeks of bookings I had.The only action they took to help me was to reimburse me for 1 night! This incident was 2 weeks ago and I waited to give the Marriott a chance. Needless to say, I took myself to the Hampton Inn and its far better in location and room quality! As a consultant, I travel alot across the country and my choices are split between Marriott and Hilton. This experience has made my choice that much clearer on where I should take my chances.

2022-02-05We stayed here for only one night, but can’t believe how friendly the entire staff was! We had to switch rooms & Ricky was super accommodating and so nice. The bartender … I can’t remember her name, but she’s blonde, She was absolutely amazing! So friendly and made a killer Old fashion. There was another staff member who went and got our kids a snack .. I thought that was the kindest thing ever. The lady who checked us out the next day was soooo sweet. We were all just really impressed with the hospitality as we were passing through to get to Tennessee.

2022-03-24A majority of the staff are wonderful but the new general manager is the rudest manager Ive ever encountered at any Marriot property. How she made it to GM in a customer service field with that nasty attitude is mind boggling. Stayed at that property for 7 months prior to her arrival only to be treated like yesterdays trash upon her arrival. :/

2022-04-28Always clean, everyone is friendly and will go over and beyond to help and make your bistro visit pleasurable. Food is always good, hot and freshly cooked, drinks are prepared to perfection and wine is chilled just right.

2022-07-07Very disappointed with this hotel. I checked on while TDY (weird power issues with my DTS-booked hotel) and was told I would get a government rate. The agent was new and said he would have the next shift take care of adjusting the rate. The next morning, I double checked to ensure the rates were correct, and I found out the “lowest rate available” was $40 over per diem. Great way to take care of your military customers Marriott! Won’t be staying here again.

2021-10-14The Hotel is clean, comfortable and with a friendly Staff. I enjoy my stay as it was quiet with nicely lit parking lot and elevator away from the front desk which made the hotel roomy - not congested when checking in or going to the room. Will I would like to have/see are larger size room refrigerators and standard microwaves in the rooms. I believe all customer has food leftovers they would like to warm up or to cook over small items.Enjoyed the Stay!

2022-03-13Friendly staff, clean rooms, slow breakfast service. The focus of this hotel seems to be on corporate meetings. It was also a long drive off the interstate.
