These guys are awesome! My Samsung phone was broken to the point that the screen was completely inoperable. They were able to get all my data, pictures pulled off and transferred to my new phone. I had called at least 6 other places and no one could do it.These guys are heros in my book!
Had the back replaced on my phone and I was very satisfied with the service as they keep my info on file so not too many questions they completed the work in the time given and obliged my request to clean charge port at no extra cost friendly staff I would recommend them to friends and family 🙂
My kid was devastated that his PlayStation 4 was no longer working, when it was time for an update. We did everything to try and fix it.I decided, to take it to CPR, and they found out it was the hard drive. Saving me from having to buy a new PlayStation (that mind you, is hard to find right now). They were amazing, and the service was fast. Everyone was friendly and they were able to answer all of our questions.
It cost $40 to open a phone and check behind the battery for an IMEI. The cost was excessive. No repair was requested initially, and then when I inquired about a screen repair they informed me they could not replace a screen for a OnePlus phone because they can only purchase replacement screens from their vendor, and they dont have OnePlus screens. Im disappointed in their service.
My experience with Jason and Tyler, was fantastic. These gentlemen were upfront, helpful and enjoyable to work with. They laughed with me and were professional. My phone is as good as new! Thankful to have had such a great experience through a frustrating situation. Thank you guys again!
I wish I could give negative stars. My back glace broke on my S9 and it is hard to tell when this happened but they replaced it 28 days ago. So I went back to the store to have it replaced on their dimes as per their lifetime warranty policy. What a surprise when they say they give me 50% discount to replace it again... well if there are no apparent dents on it and I did not drop it I have the right to get it replaced for free! They were very prompt. The service i received was excellent. I had a I Phone 6s screen replaced they quoted me 87 dollars and i when I picked up the phone it was 80 dollars. All round amazing service. I wont go anywhere else from now on. Thank you CPR you are the best.
I was hesitant about taking my Samsung S8+ to have my cracked screen repaired, however I am glad I did! The crack on the upper corner of my screen had expanded to the opposite lower part of my screen and I was in panic mode! My entire life is on my phone! I left my S8+ with them around 1 he told me to come back in 2 hours, when I arrived my phone was fixed, it looked brand new! I asked if the technician noticed any other issues, he did and fixed that too. I am one happy customer especially since now I do not have to worry about purchasing a new phone, only a new protective case!Thank you for providing fast, professional and reliable service. I would recommend to others as it was recommended to me.●●●●●UPDATE●●●●My phone and I have been through it the past few months. I dropped it in some water last weekend. Even though I put 8t in some rice it stopped working. Let me tell you how amazing the guys are at CPR, I took it for repairs on Saturday afternoon, as soon as the screen went black. The personnel at this location were helpful and professional in receiving my device and assessing the issues. My device had to be shifted to the Macon store to be serviced by a technician specializing in its needs. That transfer was handled by CPR staff, saving me inconvenience. The result has been very good, with my device seeming to perform as it should, and I appreciate the excellent service. I highly recommend CPR!
Paid to have screen protector replaced on Saturday, the 29th, as it was cracked...the new screen protector is severely bubbled. Went in to store today, and the man refused to put a new screen protector on my phone. Said that my phone case, which has been on the phone since I bought the phone over a year ago, with no issues, is what caused the issue, and until I purchase a new case, he will not put a new screen protector on my phone.
CPR took care of what I needed in a quick and timely manner. Also took care of another customer that was ecstatic about what they did for her products also. Price point wasn’t disappointing either. If you have a cell phone or device that needs repair I highly recommend using CPR cell phone repair!
My surface pro 5 wouldnt charge. I took it in to have them change the battery, which would have been a very complicated process. They were able to charge the battery (the new charger from Amazon apparently didnt work) and they didnt charge me anything. Ill definitely recommend them to anyone with a computer or cellphone problem.
The door has a nice squeak to it opened it like 4 times. Very friendly staff not all were funny looking. Fixed my phone the charging oriphis was dirty. Go figure I leave my phone out side sometimes so I can ignore family. Took less time than Dr. Fauchi to announce a new covid strain. Will be visiting again. Parking is close enough to see yourself in glass which was horrific. But well worth it. BTW they have things for sale. If you have the coin. Drones, computers, tablets at a cheaper price. I was told Bill was naughty but I couldnt find a ATM. Oh well. Had fun may visit again to see theyre wears. Store could be bigger and they have this really loud suction device in the back. That must take a lot of self control to operate. Yay.
Today was my last day working at this location and I have never liked working for a job more than I have at this location. The owner, Pedro, is the best boss Ive ever worked for and has always made me feel welcome as part of the family. His kindness had helped me through some pretty difficult times. I will deeply miss working with the staff here as they are great, caring people who have made the working environment a blast to be a part of. I have learned so much alongside them and they have pushed me to strive for a better me. Jason, Lauren, Shane, Zane and Bill are all very knowledgeable and I have known them to stive to provide an excellent and welcoming customer experience. I know these people and I know they care and will do everything they can to take care of you.
I broke my screen. Called and they told me to bring it to store. I did about 11 am. I went back at the time I was told it would be ready and IT WAS!!2 hours and it was fixed. Very nice people and very helpful. I will go backk if I need any phone repairs. Verizon never even answered the phone.
I brought my wife’s cellphone in for repair after another local shop damaged the phone installing a new battery. CPR immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it for pickup within two hours. Representatives were professional, cordial and provided great timely service at a great price, including a military discount and lifetime warranty on new parts. We’ll definitely be back, again! We thought there was no hope for our iPad but took it in just to see if it could be repaired. Staff (Jason) was very helpful and professional. He explained process and costs upfront. Had an I12 that got the black screen of death. Phone was on and working but nothing on screen. Shane at CPR gave me some options to get the broken phone functional enough to transfer all the data to a replacement phone from Verizon that their techs couldnt help with. They were very helpful! The battery on my IPhone 8 Plus was bad. CPR replaced it with no problems for much cheaper than a new phone! Then in just a couple weeks i accidentally dropped my phone and my Home button was making this terrible noise. I thought for sure the phone was done. I took it in, they repaired it in less than 5 minutes! I was So BLESSED! Every time I have gone, their customer service has been Excellent.
I had an issue with a broken laptop screen. The manager looked up a replacement only to find out that it was discontinued. He did find one, but it was going to be rather expensive. He informed me of the option of just having the hard drive removed and placed into a caddy to make it an external hard drive saving me money . It took him maybe 20 minutes to knock it out, and I was on my way.
The people were great, very concerned and wanted to help get my phone back up and going. I was there for a few minutes while they checked out my phone. Due to it being an iPhone they were going through Apple to get it checked in to Apples system. As I was standing there some lady came in with a phone that she could not get to come on. They fixed in about 10 seconds and did not change her. That is customer service. Great service and employees.
Horrible labor practices. As far as employers go, they almost make Walmart look good. As to the owners reply, I heard the recording of the actual conversation that took place. Ive been in the area many times but have not been a customer, and after hearing the recording in question I will be sure to avoid them in my future travels there. Its not cancel culture when you make a big mistake and people call you out for it, its called the consequences of your actions...apparently a foreign concept for some people out there.
Very pleased with their service today in helping me with a cover for my sons iPhone and a screen protector specially cut for my husbands phone with a curved edge that made it difficult to keep a screen protector on. Very friendly, helpful and took care of these issues promptly. Thanks so much!
I went in to get my phone fixed this morning for a loose home button. I told the gentleman about it and he said that it would be no problem but it’d be about an hour because they had prior projects. I said no problem, I’ll probably come back Friday because I have to be at work in an hour. He said “you know what? Hand it here. Give me 5 minutes.” And he got me out of there in 5 minutes in time for work! Great place and kind workers!
The entire experience was above and beyond, the service representatives were knowledgeable and provided a high level of dedicated technical services when it came to my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G back glass repair. My headphone jack wouldnt insert fully into my phone. I went to the store and they took the phone in back and were able to remove the debris that had gotten in there somehow and solved the problem. Took a couple of minutes and they didnt charge me. Will go back there if I get a more serious problem.
I came in from another state to visit family and started having issues with my phone. Was recommended to come here from a competitor and I most definitely see why. The customer service was impeccable from the time I called, having my phone repaired, and the turn around time. I made 3 different appointments with Best Buy attempting to get my phone fixed before I was referred to CPR. I was able to come in to the CPR store ad get my phone repaired for half the price Best Buy and SimplyMac both quoted me. They offered great customer service and quick repairs.
Great experience at CPR. My phone had several issues that needed attention. They had all of the parts on hand and had me up and running in no time. They were professional and friendly. One issue that I thought would require a replacement piece was fixed with a quick clean and no charge. I will definitely return to CPR if my phone needs repair in the future.

Dropped it off and they cleaned the charging port, ran diagnostics, then made a suggestion about charging the tablet.....fixed the issue and saved me $$. Very pleasant and professional staff! Went in for a repair on my S10plus display. Price is around where you will find other professional repairs. However, my returned devices back panel was not fully sealed to my device, I did not realize this until I was in my car on the way out of town. Minor issue but wouldve been caught if tech had spent more than 30 seconds handing my device to me and checking me out. And instead just showing me it worked and showing me the repairs performed. But, it was a quick repair and as stated above the price is about industry standard.
We were warmly greeted and welcomed to this store. The protective screen protector had broken and we brought it in to be replaced/repaired. When the technician looked at the screen, he asked a few questions. We were told that the screen could be replaced under the warranty that came with the purchased of this screen protector. We had 2 ipad screens replaced. About 3 weeks later, my sons ipad home button was getting stuck. It being a kid, it very well couldve been caused by him. However, the kind, professional staff at CPR never questioned it. They covered it in full. Never asked any questions or anything. They have always been so kind and willing to help. I will be a customer of theres for good!
First time customer and I did not know what to expect. I walked in to get my iPhone battery replaced. Was told it would be 45 to an hour. Went for a little walk and came back 30 minutes after and phone was done. Did a full charge on the battery, and did my normal day with the phone and it is better than better. Great job guys, and I will recommend you to others.
Called in ahead to inquire about services for a customer of mine who had gotten their SIM card stuck in their new phone. The rep was incredibly helpful and informed us that if the card could be extracted without the need for disassembly, the service would be free. I run a group of restaurants in town who need Microsoft tablet repairs often. Ive always enjoyed the folks at CPR, however, today Im frustrated because this location tells me that they are unable to fix a tablet screen because the only tech who can fix it is at the Macon location.This really blows my mind. Out of 2 businesses how can there be only 1 guy who can fix Microsoft tablet screens?? Are the management teams in these stores not trained to do repairs? Shouldnt general managers be experts in the business they run? Why dont you have your 1 specialist train someone new?
I’ve used the business on two separate occasions. Each time the service was great and they diagnosed the situation with speed and accuracy. The wait time in which to fix the issue was 45 minutes to an hour which was expected. There are other places within that area to shop or possibly eat out to pass the time away while you wait for your cell phone to be fixed. Thanks for your professionalism and prompt service.Mrs. D
The gentleman I spoke with was super kind, polite and professional. They called me in less than one hour of dropping off my phone to tell me the phone was ready. Upon picking my phone up the gentleman was just as polite and professional. Definitely would recommend for cell phone repair needs.
I was having problems with my phones screen warping, so I went to CPR Phone Repair and they told me the battery was what was causing it. I had a Samsung Galaxy S5, and I asked what could be done, how it could be fixed, and what my best options would be. They provided me with a few options and recommended I purchase a new battery. they gave me realistic options such as I could purchase the battery on amazon and get it quicker cuz at the time they didnt have the means to fix the issue right there but that getting off of the S5 as quickly as possible would be my best bet. They showed me a couple phones that I could switch to that arent super expensive and have good history to them with no problems being reported so far for the options. So I got the battery, but because parts for the S5 I knew would start not being made anymore, I knew if something else were to mess up with this phone it would be more of a headache to keep fixing new problems each time because it is an old phone, and I came back and asked them if they could help switch everything over to the new phone which was the Galaxy S9+ and it was handled very professionally. I am very happy with my new phone and the customer service was very good there, providing a calm atmosphere while being very informative. The entire process was easy.
There was an accident at work and my phone was smashed both front and back and I had only had it 2 weeks!! My husband called CPR and made us an appointment, when we arrived they were very welcoming and helpful!! The customer service was excellent and they fixed my phone as though it had never been broken!!! I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again!!!
Came in with a completely cracked screen and about hour and a half later had a brand new screen that made my phone look brand new. Its been about a week and so far there is nothing wrong with the phone and everything works beautifully. A bit pricey but they were the only people to have the screen to even fix my phone that day, definitely recommend them. The man who helped was very open and honest and did a good job doing the repair.
Walked it to have a earpiece speaker replaced for an iPhone 7 Plus. I was already impressed that they would do it for $40 but when I arrived, they checked the earpiece for gunk, gave it a quick clean, and it totally fixed the issue. Plus the guys didn’t even charge me. These are great people operating a very professional business. I will continue to use them for anything cell phone or table related. Plus they do a custom invisible shield (think laminating machine for your phone) for your device onsite. 5 stars all the way!
I shattered the back glass on my iPhone X. The guys at CPR did an amazing job from start to finish! They told me beforehand exactly what they would do during the repair, the cost and amount of time it would take. When I picked up my repaired phone the tech went through a series of tests with me to make sure everything on my phone was operational and to my satisfaction before I left. This wouldnt matter to most people, but I love how they keep the door open to the repair area and even have a window that looks into the area. Gave me confidence that they know they are doing a great job. Although I hope I dont need to, I would certainly use CPR in the future! Thanks CPR for a job well done at an awesome price!!
This was my first time visiting CPR. The gentleman who assisted me was courteous and knowledgeable of repairs. I told him that I believed the battery was the issue and once evaluated, that it was. Being the only company to repair Motorola phones locally, they got me back on track. Thanks CPRIf you need your cell phone repaired, try CPR first, especially if your phone is out of warranty. It may be less than sending your phone back to the manufacturer or paying for a new one.
Dropped in unannounced because my Pixel 2 wouldnt charge. The professional looking gentleman took my phone in the back and returned a few minutes later telling me the charging port had pocket lint. He cleaned it out, no charge! They get 5 stars for being extra nice and having a well organized shop with three pros working the counter. So yes, go here first.
Had the battery in my S7 edge replaced. Pricing was very fair and the work was completed faster than I had expected. Staff was courteous and made sure my phone worked well prior to returning it to me. I was initially worried about damage to my phone as a result of opening it, but they did a great job! With the exception of some adhesive on the edge of the phone (this is to be expected) you cant even tell it was opened. I would recommend them and will use their services again in the future.
Great customer care. Was welcomed upon entry into the business. Service attendant Was very presentable and polite. The service technician was also very presentable and knowledgeable of the repair. They made suggestions and kept the price within my budget, which I liked.They repairs my device within the time estimated and it was tested prior to returning back to customer. Outstanding customer service! I am a happy repeat customer that cant say enough good things about this company and its staff. First, before they sell you on a repair, they ensure it is worth it and offer alternatives that could save you hundreds of dollars. I had a Mac Book that was repaired by them before with no issues, but had to return it due to a water spill 8 mos later. They took the laptop diagnosed it free of charge and informed me that the repair was not economical. Rather than take my money they recommended comparable items and referred me to a specialist to get a second look. It took a couple of days. I was impressed and now I have a good solution. I walked in during my very brief lunch break to attempt to get some tiny bits of gravel out of my phone charging port (probably a better name for that), and they immediately took care of me even though phones were ringing and all the techs were busy. Everyone i spoke with was very kind and helpful and didn’t try to take advantage of my ape-like appearance and get me to buy anything I didn’t need. Awesome to know if I have issues In the future that these guys are here!
CPR was a very good experience. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The pricing was very reasonable for my phones needed repairs. Being able to get an estimate on line or over the phone was a nice touch seeing how other repair shops make you have to come in. Turn around time for repairs to be completed was fantastic. Thought I was going to have to buy a new battery or a new charging port. Took it to CPR and they informed me that was not going to be the case. They couldve easily lied and replaced it anyway to make money off me, but instead they cleaned it out and it was good to go! Couldnt have asked for better service!
I came to your store a out 7 or 8 months ago to get my back glass and screen replaced for my note 8. Only to find out that the color of my phone didnt match the frame. I didnt worry about the color very much because I keep my phone in a case. After the service was done and the payment was made, the representative told me that he could put on one of your expensive $30 screen protectors on my phone and he made a big spectacle of how my screen will never break with it on. To prove his point, he threw his iPhone onto a hard table and proved that his screen didnt break with it on. He then told me that for any reason, if my screen was to break with this amazing glass screen protector, that I can get my screen fixed with no charge. I was also told when I got the screen protector that they had to put some kind of adhesive to bond the glass and screen. Fast forwarding time to a week ago, I came into the store because my phone fell and the bottom right corner got cracked on the screen. So I came in and proceeded to tell another representative what had happened and what I was previously told. She then told me that the warranty only covered the screen protector ( I was not told this before or else I would have taken a different approach to keep my screen protected like buying an otterbox or something) then she told me I had to pay 10,or 11 dollars to have the screen protector replaced. I told her what kind of phone I had and she brought me a cheaper half vinyl/ half glass screen protector telling me that other people were having touch problems with the glass screen protector. I never had touch problems with mine ever. While she was talking to me she was brutally ripping off the old glass screen protector with the special adhesive with her bare hands and basically getting crushed glass everywhere and further damaging the screen of my phone. She then went into the back to put on the new screen protector. When she came back, at first glance my screen looked ok but after I payed and left, I got Into my truck and the sunlight revealed that the screen had in fact broke more and started spidering outwards and to the other corner of my screen due to someone putting more pressure on the screen. I want this issue to be fixed without having to have to pay an extra $300 for my front screen to be replaced due to your employees mishandling of my phone and that I have already gotten a screen replacement from your company before. I have neve seen such unprofessionalism before when she handled my device and brutally ripped off the glass in front of me like that. Please help me out here. Id hate to report this to the BBB.
Fantastic! The employees here are so friendly and helpful, and definitely knowledgeable about all things tech. I took my Macbook Pro to them with a broken screen and within a day they were able to give me a quote for the parts and labor. Three days after that, it was fixed and ready to go-- good as new. They even surprised me at checkout, and threw on a discount because through casual talking they heard and remembered that I was a teacher. They are honest and loyal to their customers. I cant speak highly enough about this place!

I dont live in Warner Robins. I called them to schedule a phone repair and was told they could take care of me same day if I came in right away. This was a good hour and a half before they closed. I got there within 5 minutes of being told that and was promptly turned away by Im assuming the manager. Not only turned away but told me I was lying in essence that it had been over 20 minutes since I talked to the tech. I offered to show my call log and the manager basically told me it didnt matter to them. So I will happily take my business somewhere else. Just beware they dont take much to disregard you..
I went to CPR after an absolutely terrible experience at “smartphone repair” as it was right up the road. The service was amazing, quick, economical and very pleasant. The staff treated me as if I was the only customer that day. I would recommend them to anyone. In comparison, I was appalled at how I was treated and spoke to at smartphone repair.....it was the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Thank you CPR for saving the day!!! A year ago I posted a bad review about CPR, but today I decided to delete it and write something nice. The last two-three times I’ve been in the store for screen protector replacement, putting new protectors on some new devices and receiving advise about cases, all the staff have been very friendly and helpful. A year ago I was upset they wouldn’t take a case back or exchange it since had been opened, but I now understand their policy and can see their view point. They are a great place and know what they are doing and have friendly employees, I will continue to give them my business.
My charging port stopped working on my iPhone X and I was given a almost $500 estimate to have it fixed by another business. CPR identified the issue ( dust packed in it from work), and fixed the problem with no charge.I loved an honest business. I highly recommend them. Five stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I walked in for the first time, needing my phone repaired because it wouldnt charge. The lady behind the desk was very nice and said she could fix it in 5 .minutes. She fixed it, saving me having to upgrade my phone!!!! She didnt even charge me at all!!! Told me to just come back for repairs!!! How nice!!! I fully recommend this company. They know service!!!
I expect fair, honest and timely customer service when I patronize any business or service provider. CPR Cell Phone Repair not only met my expectations, but actually exceeded them. I would not hesitate to recommend their service to anyone needing phone or tablet repairs, but also for assistance with transferring data or information from an old phone to a new one. They were patient, courteous and honest during the time they resolved and explained the problems that led to my use of their business.
My mobile was repaired in less than a couple of hours. My repair was replacing the screen to a Galaxy S10. In addition, I did purchase the stronger touch sensitive screen protector ($35). However within a week, that screen started to peel off. I took it back to CPR and they fixed it because their workmanship was guaranteed for 14 days. The down side is that I left on a trip for two weeks after that repair and the $35 screen protector is peeling off again.
We were having problems with our IPhones charging so we took our phones to get checked out. After examining the phones, they cleaned out the charging ports and they work great now. They said they do not charge for the cleaning. We were there for maybe 5 minutes, we will definitely go back if we have any problems in the future. The service was outstanding!
I took my Macbook Pro here after spilled soda into it and it would not start up. I knew it was probably not fixable but it was worth a try. They assessed the computer and was not able to fix it for less than it would cost me to get a replacement. I shopped around and actually purchased a replacement from them for a very competitive price. I highly recommend their services for phone/computer repairs. They offered very honest, professional service.
Everyone I encountered at the store was exceptionally professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgable. The best customer service Ive gotten from a business in Warner Robins in a long time.They diagnosed the problem with the charging port on my Note 8, gave me a solution, and immediately made a phone call to the Macon store to secure the parts needed to repair my phone the next business day. Repair was done right and at what I consider a fair price.Thanks again CPR. Ill definitely come again if I need any cellphone repairs.
The people here are always so nice and accommodating. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes and they always do what’s best for my device, not just to make a sale. It’s the only place I’ll go for my tech needs, even though it’s a 20 minute drive and there are definitely places closer. Always 5 stars!
Wonderful experience at CPR. I was just so excited that I didnt have to drive an hour and a half to the nearest major city or major chain to get the replacement battery. I was about to attempt to do it myself when I found them. Friendly team. Very efficient; took a little less than 30 minutes. Im happy to have my phone back and working well.
Went to this store because I saw they were an authorized dealer for zagg products and my zagg screen protector wasnt sticking to my screen. When I arrived at the store, I was immediately greeted by a friendly voice behind the counter How may I help you sir?When I explained that I wanted to do a warranty replacement for my screen protector, he said No problem sir.i can do that. Im not but 38, so its uncommon for someone to address me as sir. The employee got my information and collected the $10 as per the warranty agreement and then he began to install a new screen protector. Once the job was completed, he came out and held the door open for me as I am in a wheelchair.The employee was very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and happy. Its hard to find the level of customer service /customer satisfaction that I received here. I will definitely recommend this place and I will be returning to conduct more business.
Service was straight forward and completed in a timely manner. Disappointed that the screen was finished before close the same day when I was told it wouldn’t be ready before 12 the next day (even after being told ON THE PHONE (I called at 6pm) (it would take an hour to fix and you were open until 7:30pm). Then I received an email stating it was ready for pickup at 7:19pm that same night but I wasn’t looking for any email (after the conversation IN STORE with the salesperson who said not until noon the next day) So I missed the pickup window and had to wait until the next afternoon.All in all I’m sure we will use the services here again but I wish they had some less expensive screen protecting options but I guess that would cost them money.
Great service! They replaced the screen on my iPhone 8 Plus and after found the speaker proximity was messed up. I wasn’t sure if it was a result from when I dropped it, or if it was messed up during screen replacement. Either way, I was expecting to pay; however, they (on their own) put it as a warranty repair. HONEST WORK!
I have used this business when it was TechRx and now that it is CPR. They have repaired several phones, replaced batteries, and provided screen savers for our phones. The owner is very knowledgeable and super helpful! All of his employees have always been very responsive and provided great customer service. I recommend them to anyone needing repairs or assistance with their electronics.
Had a great experience at this location. Came in about my charging port not working on my phone, and Brandon helped me in no time. Left with a phone that works, and he had such a great attitude, honest service, and I was really pleased with the atmosphere in the store and service i received. Will be returning with any phone problems i have. Everyone knows what they are talking about, and are willing to help anyone however they can.
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Just took my Samsung tablet in that was having software update issues. Geek Squad told me to try here or they would have to ship it off for 2-4 weeks to troubleshoot. CPR looked at it, had it on their rapid charger, and had the issue resolved in ten minutes. Problem was a ultra dead battery that the chargers I was using had not worked on. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. They didnt even charge me for figuring out my operator error. SUPER impressed with their professionalism and help.
Excellent service and great repairs! Highly recommended. I also bought a Steelie car dashboard mount for my iPhone. It is great, I can rotate it in any direction I want and mount my phone easily for use as a GPS or hands free phone. I liked it so much I bought some more as Christmas gifts for my employees and they LOVE them.
Went in for a screen replacement, and left 24 hrs later with a phone that had to be completely wiped. They claimed it was a one in a million occurrence, but as someone that travels was extremely frustrating. The front desk employees were great and tried to give good customer support. They never once offered a credit or gift card for future issues.
Phone looks brand new and appears as if the screen was never damaged. Associates were nice and helpful. Glad they were able to help due to the age of my phone. Also a relief when they placed a screen protector on my phone so I would not have to worry too much about possible scratches on the new screen. Will use again if needs be.
The staff at CPR did an amazing job repairing my sons cell phone. He ran over the phone with a huge tractor the day before he was in a car accident.The phone was not in a case when he ran over it and the screen was broken, the phone was bent and it wouldnt charge. I explained how precious the photos and such on his phone were to us and they took extraordinary care of his phone! They were able to repair his phone without losing any of the data and they were so very kind and gracious to me. I cannot thank them enough for saving those precious precious memories for my family and I. We will be forever grateful!

Let me start by saying I never post reviews. (I know I should) I went in today and had my battery replaced on my ancient iPhone 6. The rep was courteous and knowledgeable. My phone was repaired much faster than anticipated. I am very happy with the price and service I received.I received an email to provide feedback. Im sure this is much more common than I realize but I had to agree to third party T&C to simply say well done. I simply want to plus one on stating that you guys probably have a lot of good reviews omitted because people wanting to say Well Done will probably not read T&C and abort the feedback due to time limitations. I am sure you know this.I understand this is a litigious world we live in. Its just sad that we have to read and agree to terms and conditions to simply say Well Done. People with complaints will *probably* click and agree to anything to try to harm your business so I doubt this is much of a deterrent to them.To reiterate, I am sure you know everything I am typing. Just wanted toplus one or whatever the current saying is. I typed all of this just to say the guys and gals in Warner Robins (by Target) know what they are doing. Made my laptop worse than what it was.Revised 7/26I had to come back & respond to your comment because I wasnt given the option to. I took my laptop to Apple 1st who wanted to charge $600 to replace the keyboard & track pad. Im unsure where you got the message that it could not be fixed. I only came to CPR because your Price was cheaper. The power button on the keyboard was the only thing that worked. Only reason why I received the down payment refund of $100 was because he damaged the power button while restoring the rest of the keys & fixing the track pad. He said, it should work if it stays plugged up &/or even if it does, it will power up on its own when its plugged up.
My tablet wouldnt turn on or charge, so I took it in. The guys at the register were very helpful and professional. They gave me ideas of what it could be and the price it could be right away so I would be aware and plan for it. They also said they would do a diagnostic test first to figure out what was wrong which was free and let me know by text in an hour what the diagnoses was. In an hour I got a text that they were able to fix it and turn it on without having to replace anything and I could come and pick it up for free. I was so happy that my tablet was working again and that they were truthful about what happened. I came to the right place.
I cant say enough good things about Tech RX! I have 5 kids and multiple devices and I have used them a few times now. We have been to them for screen repairs as well as cell phone purchases! They are friendly and knowledgeable and they back their work. The prices are very fair and they work quickly! I recommend them to everyone!

I highly recommend Tech RX, the staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I never expect a military discount, but was happy they offered one. I dropped and cracked the screen of my Samsung Tab S3 all the way across. These guys were able to give me a quote and order the screen (digitizer) with a 50% deposit, which was fine with me. It took them a couple hours to install it once the screen came in (3 or 4 days). I also had them install an invisible shield on the new screen to just preven minor scratching. Staff was always courteous, helpful, and professional. I recommend these folks 100%. My Tab is good as new.
I am so thankful for all the help I was given. I haven’t been having much luck in the past couple of days and my phone crashing was the tip of the scale. Luckily, they were able to pull some important documents off my dead phone and help set me up with a new used phone I could afford. Thank you Bill for all of your help and looking out for me today. Very friendly staff just had a small quick issue with my iPhone something was stuck in the headphone plug in and had no sound and they were very quick and fixed it within a few minutes second time I’ve used them and service has been great both times I recommend them to anybody that needs anything fixed..
Ive used CPR a couple of different times in recent months and Ive been impressed with their service. I was looking for a new Pixel 2 case for my phone... Checked every Verizon and Best Buy in Macon and Warner Robins with no luck, walked into the CPR and walked away with my new phone case!
I was in need of a screen replacement for my Samsung note 9. The repair price was the same as all others around WR. They were very professional and it only took 1hr for repairs. They had the part in stock. I would recommend them to and friend and definitely use them in the future.
After replacing the battery in my phone myself the screen on my iPhone no longer worked properly. So I decided no more DIY and let’s take it to a pro. And that’s exactly what the folks at CPR are, Pros. I was a walk in, no appointment and they took my phone said it’d be ready in 45 mins and they weren’t kidding. Came back 45 mins later and the phone was like new. They even cleaned it, it was great.
Went to the Warner Robins location to get the battery in my iPad checked. Fast friendly service, no pressure selling and honest associate. Great experience each time I have needed their help. Previously needed battery replaced in iPhone, service was great then. Refreshing to feel like your problem is their top priority....will tell all my friends about this place and recommend their service!
Revising my review because of the customer service. They fixed me up! Not sure my issue isnt related to a problem with the battery swelling and popping off the display. The owner, Pedro, did an amazing job. Customer service was an A+ on 6/27/18. So far, my repair is working.
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! So I had to have my phone reformatted due to iOS update error. I went to 2 Verizon Stores and they denied assisting me. I walked into this TechRX location and they were more than happy to assist me. They walked me through the entire process of resetting my phone and were pleasant the whole time. The owner was very friendly and we had fun conversations while the phone was resetting. At the end I asked him who I needed to check out with to pay and he told me free of charge since they dont normally fix these type of things. I pressed him hard to let me pay him something for their troubles but they told me to not worry about it. I have never received such amazing customer service nor have I enjoyed having my phone fixed more. Thanks again TechRX for the amazing experience!!
Super fast. Uber fast. Surprisingly fast. Tony Hawk in 2001 extreme fast. Really friendly. Very clean. Over all pleasant experience. I hope I never break my phone again, but if I do, I know where to go. And they sell cases, so you dont have to leave the shop without protection. Wish I wouldve known that before I ordered one offline.
This by far is one of if not the best repair stores. They actually take their time to show you what is wrong with your device. They allow you to see the work area and parts they use to work/fix your phone. I took my Note 3 to get fix the charging port hand completely demolish itself. The manager in training and tech went over and beyond to find the replacement part. The owner happen to be out of town so we thought it might of taken about a week to fix it. I was still happy with the turn around time. But to my surprise a 1hr after I left the shop I received a call that the general manager had a part in the Warner Robins store and drove it right on down to the Macon location. It only took them about 15-20 minutes to fix. It worked perfectly they even plugged it in to show me before I left. Everything about the Macon location exceeds expectations of any repair shop I have ever been to.
I was there on business and looked them up on the web. Went into the store and my Note 5 battery was replace in an hour as promised with a full functional tour of my phone before leaving the store. I would recommend this store for all your electronic needs. Very proffesional.

I worked with a gentleman named Zane who was very knowledgeable about the MacBook as well as ordered a specialty park for an existing laptop of mine to have repaired, part ordered ahead of the ETA and was repaired very fast and great quality repair. I bought a battery for my iPh6, having tech skills. But said skills, and my eyes, are 35 years old! Tech RX replaced my battery and fixed the broken glass (grandchildren). They are professional, friendly, courteous. The rundown when I picked up my phone was awesome. I recommend this location 100%. They will be figuring out my iPad mini issue next. Prices are good comps to other repair locations. It is the Customer Care that will bring me back. Kudos!
Awesome people and great service! I had an IPhone that would no longer charge and took it to TechRX. They cleaned out the charging port, tested to ensure it was charging and then gave it back to me, NO CHARGE. If I have any electronics issues in the future, Ill be sure to trust them to take care of the problem. Thanks for all of your help!
Oh boy! What can I say about CPR except that they did a ((GREAT)) job to my iPad I am so ecstatic, my iPad was fixed within a few hours I thought I was going to have to leave it for a few days. My screened was smashed and they replaced it, when I got it back it was like brand new. Thanks CPR. I’ve been getting repairs on all my mobile devices done at TechRX for over 3 years. I keep going back because they are the utmost professionals, they have the BEST customer service, and get the job done.Most recently my phone was thrown from the roof of my daighter’s car at 55 miles an hour down hwy 247, don’t ask, and of course the screen cracked. I had a case and tempered glass on it that TechRX suggested but I though All was lost. Brought the phone in the next day and they had it fixed within 45mins. Now that is Service!On top of all that I found out at their new location they’ve expanded as an authorized Mac sales and repair center among other small computing devices.Bring your damaged mobile in and you won’t be disappointed.
I can’t say enough in regards to the quality of service I have received at CPR. I’ve had to make several trips in recently due to various technological needs. Service for my MacBook Pro, screen protector and a screen replacement for my iPhone. Nate is their “Mac guy” and he has gone above and beyond to assist me with all my Apple needs. He (& his co-workers) will do all they can (within their means) to assist you in getting to the bottom of your technological issues. They are always upbeat, polite & friendly. I received an email to leave a review on my phone repair experience. Well dropped my phone (Samsung Galaxy S7)off to get the charging port fixed/changed and after they did that there happened to be 4 other issues with the phone. NOTHING was wrong with that phone other than the charging port. Also they broke the screen (which they told me could happen). Needless to say, I didnt have to pay and they didnt repair my phone. Had to go to Verizon and purchase a new one. Of course I had to down grade cause I just couldnt afford to buy a new one. LG K20V is what I got. Not happy at all....I will not return nor recommend this place to anyone else.

The prices for thier products and their services with repairing phones is phenomenal. The best in the middle Georgia area. They also offer military discount. Ive used them twice with repairing two different phones over the last two years and have sent several family and friends to them and they have been very pleased with the service of CPR Cell Phone Repair.

2022-07-04Apparently this place believes in a “WE break it, YOU buy it” motto. I brought my iPhone 8 in to get my screen fixed, and I will say that they did a good job at replacing the screen. However they broke my home button. They told me this was a possibility before I got my screen fixed, however they said if that did happen, I would be responsible for paying for the fix. CPR, you guys didn’t have to work on my phone, especially if you thought that you were going to break my phone! and I believe that any respected business will fix something they break.And to be completely honest, I almost feel like I was lied to. When the nice lady told me that there was a possibility of it breaking, she said that they would replace the home button. And when I asked her if it would cost extra? A conspicuous “Yes” came out of her mouth. She then said several things that didn’t line up. Like “the replacement home button wouldn’t have Touch ID, but it would be $60”, etc. Before I left the store, I told the girl at the front desk to “not replace it, IF IT COST EXTRA,” (which It shouldn’t in the first place). Of course this gave them a large window to carelessly rip my old button out and put the broken one back on the new screen.Long story short, this place is an absolute joke of an establishment. They broke my property and refused to pay for the repair. I feel like you shouldn’t fix my phone but screw me over with a broken home button. And refuse to pay for it because you told me beforehand, that’s your responsibility as a business, to replace what you broke. That’s like telling me there’s a chance you might cut my phone in half, and then you do cut it and refuse to do anything about it.Overall, they did fix my screen, however they left me with a broken mess. And lost any trust and respect I have for this establishment.Response to owner: Personally, I feel like a “reasonable“ fix for this problem, would be to replace the home button with your “non-touch ID home button“. But there’s no way that it should cost $60 for that replacement. You literally already have a home button taken off my phone. Because I see that you put my old home button onto my new screen. I’m OK with spending a few bucks. But not $60 for something that you’re already going to do. I understand parts aren’t free, and I don’t know where you get your parts from. But you can find home buttons WITH touch ID for as little as $14. So where you get off, trying to charge $60 for that type of repair. Blows me away.

2021-06-24I experienced an exceptional first time service when I arrived to get my screen repaired I was just going to drop it off and come back in a day or two to pickup the repaired device. The technician was able to repair my screen on my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G while I was in the store, the level of service that I received was above and beyond. I would most certainly recommend CPR for all repairs on any electronic devices they service. They entire staff were very professional and knowledgeable and its just all around the best experience you could imagine. I highly recommend if you have a CPR in your area go check them out you wont be disappointed.

2022-04-14Dropped iPad off for glass repair Saturday. Was told they would have screen repaired by Tuesday. They had to order screen. Called on Tuesday they said would be ready Wednesday. Called Thursday they said screen that came in was defective. Said they had to reorder screen and hope it would be in by Saturday. In the midst of this not one time did they call to tell me the problem. Have never had service this bad from them before. Now iPad is in pieces and I have to leave it there. Absolutely will never use this store again.
