Loved this restaurant! Fun drinks for my wife and I to try! The food was outstanding! The atmosphere is fun and a great place to hang out with friends. Difficult to find a place to park during prime time so be prepared. The wood fire pizza was delicious and we could watch them cook it over the counter. Truly enjoyed the night!
Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. Waited an hour and half to two hours for a small table used for those in the waiting area to place drinks. We had to put our pizza and table garnishes on the floor to make room for 2 plates and 2 drinks. When asked for a bigger table before we received our food, we were told that another party was waiting for the bigger table. An hour after when we finished our meal, the larger table which also seated 2 was still empty.
Called the restaurant and the phone was answered placing me on a 10 minute hold. Called back from 8 to 11 pm a few times during their open business hours and call kept getting forwarded to voicemail. Mind you this is Thursday evening. Too much hassle to get a hold of someone from the restaurant let alone considering to make a trip there. Definitely lost my business!
Good service and solid food. We got the Pepperoni and Mushroom Wood-Fired Pizzas To-Go. However, it was extremely crowded and kind of hectic, but fortunately all of the staff were wearing masks and social distancing. The Pepperoni Pizza was wonderful, crispy crust that you know was hand made. The topics were great too. The mushroom pizza wasn’t as good. I usually like mushroom pizza, but this pizza was just all mushrooms, nothing else. The crust was a bit burnt too so it honestly just tasted like burnt mushrooms. Would only recommend if you are a diehard mushroom fan.
Craft and Vine is an upscale (meaning not inexpensive) lively place with really good brick oven pizza and, I think, pretty expensive drinks. In my case my pizza, The Pepperoni, was $14... I think a fair price for the quality and my glass of 6 oz wine was $25. 2/3 of the bill is liquor??? I dont know...maybe? Anyway it was the most expensive glass of wine on the menu but still. Wines are offered in the taste 1oz , 1/2 glass 3 oz, glass 6 oz, and bottle 25 oz. It turns out the the most expensive glass is also the best deal. Tables are spaced well and spacing was good at the bar. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. If you can limit yourself to one glass of whatever you will do fine. Or maybe you dont mind spending for good quality drinks. You cant go wrong with the food though.
My finance and I had a really nice dinner out at Craft & Vine. Our first experience here and first time out to an excellent dinner in a few months. The hostess(s) provided excellent attention and genuinely worked hard to make sure we had a comfortable & timely seating plan. Distancing, masks and attention to keeping things clean were followed to the fullest at this restaurant. The evening made you feel like you were not in the middle of a pandemic :)! We sat at the bar, our bartender, Alex and another, Calvin who jumped right in any time she was busy were outstanding. You could tell they enjoyed working there and were super attentive - drinks were great! The food was so good - all small plates - exceptional! Look forward to our next visit.
If you are looking for true cocktail artistry in Augusta you need to stop in this unassuming spot! We came for one, maybe two drinks, but the craft that the bartenders Chase & Calvin poured for us keep us here for round after round! From gin to mezcal, there was no shortage of variety in the base of their creativity! Their personalities matched their amazing cocktails!Ask for the Watership Down, Mezaronni, or the Down South... You wont be disappointed!100% we shall return to this amazing place!
An amazing atmosphere with great service and a wide selection of food and drinks. Never had I been to a wine bar before. Its great to be able to sample an expensive bottle before pulling the trigger, or just sampling it for fun! Walking in and being seated in a cocktail area while we waited for our table was a wonderful experience. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. I absolutely will return!
This was our first time here, we had my birthday celebration tonight! This place did not disappoint. We sat at the bar, the bartenders were very knowledgeable of the menu and suggested plates for us to try. I had the “coffee at midnight” cocktail, it was so amazing I had to try it a second time! Overall experience was fantastic, we will definitely be back! Thank you so much!
Will definitely be back!! Our favorite place we have found in Augusta so far- the atmosphere was super enjoyable and they had great music. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and guided us through our choices throughout our 4 courses. We didn’t catch his name but he had a great ‘stache. The truffles for dessert were exactly what we hoped for!! We can’t wait to come back!
Favorite spot for dinner downtown. It isnt cheap, but you can get away with a very reasonably priced meal if you avoid too many drinks and apps... the problem is both are too good to pass up! I have tried most of the menu over time and aside from a very rare occasion, everything is always delicious and very well done. The staff are also top notch! Two favorites are the pretzel bites and sliders. Only thing on the menu that did not impress was the poutine, came out soggy with far too much oil in the cast iron. I not a regular poutine eater, so perhaps it is how the dish is served. One critique for the restaurant is the pimento cheese sauce that comes with the pretzel bites could use some refinement. The bites themselves are incredible; flawless victory. The dipping sauce flavor is wonderful as well, however the texture is too watery and the texture often grainy.
Awesome time! Ive had this on my go-to list for a while and we finally visited tonight. Highly recommend! Their drinks are of course delicious (I tried the Paddle to New Zealand tonight) but their food is also spectacular. I didnt expect it to be so good because its a bar! I personally recommend their low boil shrimp (:
Very pricy for super small portions. Be warned. The pizza selections are great and they have some fairly esoteric choices (the spicy pizza here is very similar to a delicious pizza sold by a restaurant in Atlanta called Antico due to the calabrian peppers and soppressata sausage). This place is great for special occasions but dont come here unless youre willing to spend upwards of 30 dollars per person to be satisfied. Quality of food is of course great, and service is great otherwise.
My husband and I went to Craft & Vine for date night and we were not disappointed. Although the kitchen closes an hour before closing time, the food is still fresh and delicious. I fully recommend the steak. Although the grits in the scallops and grits dish were okay, the scallops were succulent and delicious. I enjoyed the popcorn cauliflower with the lemon sauce and the poutine, while not traditional, was still very tasty. The farmhouse deviled eggs were bland and not a dish Id recommend for flavor seekers. Our drinks were well crafted and the service was excellent. The ambience of Craft & Vine expresses mellow sophistication. I wouldnt mind patronizing this establishment again.
I have been coming here for a little over 6 years and just in love with this place! From the food to the drinks has been hands down amazing. When we had some suggestions on some of the food they listened and actually changed it which I have seen at all establishments. Have gotten some many of my friends hooked on this place and just everyone to know about this gem.
We called ahead to get on the wait list and only had to wait about 10 minutes on a Friday night. We could order drinks to the waiting area, making it a nicer time. The food was wonderful, the curtains between tables allowed it to feel intimate, and the service was great. We had three courses for two people for just under $100.
Outstanding as one of the best places to try on Broad St. They’ve clearly done a phenomenal job with their interior, which feels cozy and busy without being too chaotic. Wine selections are great and their food is top notch. You NEED to anticipate a wait, especially on the weekend, as they don’t take reservations. Put your name on the list and either enjoy a glass in their reception area or pop over to a nearby bar for a drink while you wait. The wait, however, is definitely worth it
For Google formula sake Ill say 5 but Id give 4.5 if I could. Honestly, amazing atmosphere and perfect lighting for that mid to late night vibe with casual eats. Perfect for appetizers and the drinks are both strong and tasty. Id recommend eating a meal before coming to this establishment for sake of flavor and portion as my New York strip was a little pricey for its cost and my satisfaction. The restaurant does boast its tapas, afterall. Fancy critic verbiage aside, its honestly a great restaurant and having been there once, ill know how to prepare myself for the many more visits Ill be making!
We’ve been to Craft and Vine numerous times and it has always been good. But tonight, it was absolutely the best! Our server, Gabby, was over the top amazing! She suggested the best items, nailed our order and was sweet as Texas Sweet Tea! She made our evening so special. The food was good, the atmosphere was good but our server was incredible!
One of my favourite little places in Augusta. Now a warning, that this place gets INCREDIBLY crowded and definitely caters to the younger crowd. There is a lot of alcohol, but also a lot of decent food although not what is expected necessarily at a lot of restaurants. Check out the menu before you go.
In the past, I have never had an issue with customer service at Craft & Vine. However, last night my family and I (7 people) wanted to dine there for my sisters birthday. The hostess was extremely rude explaining she couldn’t sit us because she can only fit 6 people to a table. Ok fine, no big deal. I asked if she could just sit us at tables near each other. Her demeanor was just all around hostile at this point and even the server seemed unfriendly when greeting us. We decided to leave and dine elsewhere. I see that host/hostess have been other customers complaints. Hopefully something is done about the customer service for the sake of the restaurant.
Tried to make reservations for my daughters 21st birthday. We had a party of 7. Was told they dont take reservations. When we got there told hostess we had a party of 7. She stated should could only sit 6. And could not accommodate 7 people that night. She was very rude about it. This was a Thursday at 6:30.
We (2) entered Craft and Vine 9:08pm and departed 9:51pm 11/13/2021. This was far yet the most uncomfortable experience ever. Upon enter the Wi-Fi was down per the host. 2 parties were ahead of us. Once the Wi-Fi came up we were ask, after the other 2 parties if we were on the waitlist(not reservation). I responded no I was waiting to give my name. She said oh just have a seat. She seated the other 1st then she seated a party that entered the door which is the party 4. Then party 2 was seated. 15 mins later we were seated at the bar but requested a booth or table between bar and booth. There were 2 open booths and all but one high top cleared. We were told to wait a second. They then got another guest seated (3) in the area we requested that had just entered. 15mins later we asked why did we have to wait. The host stated “ she has to see if it’s waiters to wait open tables”. We waited 10 mins and saw the host never left to see if waiters were gonna wait on us. So we ask a waiter, she informed us she doesn’t know why we were told that. So we left, the host just giggled with another host and watched us walk out. WE WENT TO SOLE GOT SEATED AND ORDERED BY 09:58pm. Best wishes to your business. Please do better.
Just moved to the area and decided to give this place a try after hearing and reading some great things. Well, I’m glad I did because the food is on point. The service was excellent and their staff appears to take pride in the restaurant and bar, and it shows. I started off with a small order if their deviled eggs. I think these were the Nashville Hot style, score! And the pork collar with the kimchi collard greens was freaking delicious. Go! Enjoy...
We only had to wait a few minutes for a table when we arrived. Our server was wonderful he was attentive, but not intrusive. All the servers helped each other, so our table was always neat and not cluttered that was especially nice since it was a small table. We asked particular questions about food and our server made great suggestions. The food was tasty and interesting. My only criticism would be the bread that was served with the charcuterie board was dry and almost seemed stale, other than that the evening was a hit. Thanks for a great birthday meal!
The food was amazing. The customer service was horrible (host). We had an amazing server but the host was rude. She made multiple comments in front of our group about wanting to slap us and using vulgar terms. She was very unprofessional not only to us but infront of other customers. She made our experience there not welcoming. Food was great though, somebody else just needs to be at the door.
Ordered wine by the glass and obviously the waitress misunderstood me I ordered a 14 dollar glass of wine she sent out a 20 dollar glass of course I drank it and didn’t realize it was different until the bill came out. I said something to her and she said she had to get her manager. She was very unprofessional the manger came out and he was as well. So I paid for the wine and left was going to have dinner there but they lost my business over 6 dollars. What happen to customer being right. Will not be returning. This was a Friday night.
Loved visiting Craft & Vine when I would come into town for business and always had the pleasure of requesting Trevor as my server. It was extremely disheartening to learn that management had let him go. I cant say enough about how personable and talented he was with his wine and meal pairing suggestions. I was never disappointed in his personalized yet professional demeanor and my table always felt like his priority. It will be hard to return knowing that he wont be a part of the experience.
This restaurant is everything!!! The food was phenomenal! It takes you out of the normal food and thrusts your taste buds in another world! Just delicious and we ate 5 things off the menu. The duck poutine is a must and the oysters will not disappoint! The steak, wowsers and the goat cheese dip and pizza were sooooo good.
My husband and I along with another couple put ourselves (4 of us) on the waiting list at 6:15 pm. We came at 8:00 pm since we were #1 on the waiting list. I checked in and asked the hostess how long and she couldn’t give us a response. She then said we had enough time to get another drink somewhere else… at least another hour… she said since I didn’t check prior other parties went in front of me. Why would I get on the waitlist if people could skip me?Been here before and this wasn’t the issue. Her and the other hostess were both very rude. Customer service was horrendous .
This place was definitely a winner in my book. I saved the location as a place to try out, they didnt disappoint. I sat at the bar, great ambience, there are hooks available for bags to hang underneath the bar. The bartenders were very pleasant and helpful with placing an order from the menu. The wine selection is awesome and they have unique craft drinks that will please most customers. If youre trying to unwind from work or just having appetizers this is definitely the place to go. I reccomend that you make reservations if you have a large party. The menu is not overwhelming but theres enough variety, the appetizers are a nice size. I had the shaved Brussels sprouts as a salad and followed with scallops that came with smoked tequila as a drink. Again absolutely awesome. Ill definitely be going back.
Great atmosphere. Nice dining, but not all quiet and awkward like other nice places. Our waitress was very helpful in explaining what the items on the menu were and how the menu worked. The food was amazing! We got The Duck pizza and the flavors all paired together perfectly. 15/10 would eat here again.
I highly recommend! The food is super fresh, excellent quality, and delicious! The restaurant is very clean. You really can’t go wrong with anything you choose off the menu. The food is delivered fast. The service is excellent. Trevor is an amazing waiter! My personal favorite is The Boss pizza 🍕.
I think the service here was top notch! The atmosphere was out of this world! I enjoyed my server and his recommendations. The pizza was excellent and made with flavorful ingredients. The cauliflower popcorn was really unique and flavorful! The only thing I didnt fully enjoy was the goat cheese blueberry jam with bread. I thought those two combinations of food were not palatable but over all everything else about my experience was top! (Right down to the dessert)
Our waiter was Michael and he was great! He had some great recommendations and even told us about the venison sliders that we did not see on the menu.Food was wonderful, drinks were delicious, and they are all very fun to talk to. We will definitely be back!P.s. get the scallops - theyre worth it
EVERYTHING about Craft & Vine is both INVITING and RELAXING. From the greeting you receive when you walk through the door, to the clean, comfortable lines of the space, the lighting, the music...the drinks crafted by bartenders who care deeply about your experience and the perfection of their creations, the food that is not only visually explosive; but incredibly delicious and complex in flavor and texture. I have a sweet tooth and some of the most AMAZING desserts come out of their kitchen that are pure artwork. Looking to unwind somewhere with a great VIBE...look no further! The Atmosphere...the Drinks...the Food...the Staff...top notch!
Very nice place overall. A cozy but trendy atmosphere and really great food and drinks. The service was great and set the stage for a good evening for my boyfriend and I. The waitresses were kind and polite and knew what they were doing. The only complaint I had of the place was the acoustics of the dining room made things very loud at times. But overall its a great place with great food and drinks.
This place is amazing! If you go you must get The Spicy pizza, its perfect. When my friend and I last went we ordered two pizzas and our waiter forgot about the second one, it took forever to get it once we reminded him but the manager came over, was really sweet and took it off of our bill. Although we were kinda upset, the food is so good and the service is awesome
Unassuming restaurant from the street, but inside is a vibrant space, was a 20 minute wait on a Thursday, but with bar service in the waiting area. Service was very good, the appetizer/small plate approach was perfect for a dinner party and the wine list extensive. If back in Augusta we would definitely return. Recommended.
Posting this review after the second time my wife and I have been here, and everything has been perfect. The servers are friendly and very personable, the food is excellent and even unique at times, and the ambiance is perfect with dim, warm lighting and fun music. Our first time here we ordered pizzas which had a nice balance of crispiness and flavor. And, on our second time here we branched out and ordered the pork rinds snack which were delicious, fresh, and crackling. My wife ordered shaved brussel sprouts of all things that had pear, pecans, honey cream, and parmesan and it was surprisingly very good. I ordered the Blackened Beef Tongue which was crazy tender and perfectly spiced, and I probably couldve eaten three servings of it. And, to top it off its an establishment in Augusta that actually stays open later than 10:30. Their closing time on a Friday is 1 am. Overall, fantastic spot and a must-go for anyone in the area.
Perfect food, great servers. We started with the deviled eggs. They were beautiful and tasty and we finished the tray in no time. The wood fired goat cheese spread was warm and creamy. Next was the BLT with fried green tomatoes and bacon jam. After eating this, I realized that I had been eating garbage my whole life. We next had the Elote which is a blistered corn salad. It had a sweet and tangy flavor. My daughter and her boyfriend both ordered wood fired pizzas that were cooked perfectly. We were surprised with the portions sizes of the “small plate” offerings which all came with plenty to share among the four of us. Overall, it was a perfect evening and a perfect MEAL.
I have never had an experience there that hasnt been total quality... from the check in to the cocktail service through dinner and dessert and coffee service...they miss nothing. Great service (especially Aussie Jonathan) delicious food, creative preparation, beautiful presentation. Couldnt ask for anything more. Even the look of the place is pleasing from the front of the house to the lavatories. Ya gotta go!!!
We LOVE Craft & Vine!! The menu changes regularly so its hard to pick favorites, but if they are available, the mussels win hands down in my book. The cocktails are always amazing! The staff is always kind and courteous, and smiling! How often do you get that at a restaurant? And the bathrooms are impressive too (at least the ladys is- I wouldnt expect any less from the mens) lol.. definitely worth a visit if youve never been, and if youve already checked them out, its time to visit again!!
Overall a great experience and a perfect place to get a drink with friends! The plates are unique and one of a kind. We have enjoyed ox tail, cow toung, goat cheese and birthday cake truffles. They were all exceptional dishes! They offer a terrific selection of cocktails and are sure to impress!
Im not gonna lie, this place is bougie and hipster, but the food is SO GOOD. I have tried the cauliflower popcorn, wood oven goat cheese dip, aged gouda, and cucumber salad. I would recommend every single one, especially the goat cheese and cauliflower popcorn. The service was awesome; our server took back a drink my mom didnt like no questions asked. The atmosphere is really nice and cozy, probably romantic. The only problem is I wanted to try so much more but the prices are kinda high for the amount of food you get.
Proper grown-ups bar with great food. The have loads of locally developed cocktails, as well as all of the old standards. Fantastic food as well. The charcuterie plates are to your taste (mix and match), the mussels, fried oysters, and lobster poutine are also not to be missed. The pizzas are all a bit eclectic, and welcome departures from the norm.

Great new addition to the CSRA. Pizzas are reasonably priced and theyre actually pretty large and shareable . Cocktails and other entrees are pricey but very good. The website made it sound more strict/formal than it actually was. You dont necessarily have to dress fancy, but dont go in a t-shirt and cut-offs. Clean, crisp jeans and a polo or button-up would have been fine the night I went. Fun atmosphere and friendly staff.
Food is tapas style and EVERYTHING is good! If youre looking for a lighter meal, tis great. If youre more hungary, their pizzas are awesome.Ive never had issues with serviceBut, going there for dinner on the weekend will mean a long wait.No reservations :(But they will serve drinks in the waiting area*My suggestion*Go here on a weeknight to really enjoy the restaurant, it gets VERY loud when its crowded, and the waiting area is very small
Rustic & quirky decor. Waiting staff are efficient & friendly. This isn’t a special occasion restaurant but it is unpretentious serving basic Italian fayre. If you feel hungry & fancy a pizza this place fits the bill.We enjoyed a beautifully cooked Italian three course dinner. The restaurant isnt flash because it is a very olde worldy style Italian restaurant,
You could come here for the food. You could come here for the atmosphere. The real reason you come here is for the drinks.Park yourself over to the bar counter; Craft & Vines bartenders dont disappoint. What you want, outlandish it maybe for any bar, there is a high chance they have made it. Champagne flutes for your group? Go right ahead. An Old-Fashioned? Served right every step of the way. I stress to any and all patrons who read this: if you are brave and your bartender is not overwhelmed by the sheer traffic Craft & Vine gets, ask them to surprise you and theyll pull something out of the hat that could be so far left you can name a drink after yourself. The resources that Craft & Vine provides to the bartenders are extensive and exotic, of course as legally as it could be. Go out of country for absinthe.Craft & Vine is the place to go to on Broad Street.
The food was so good. The price was ok. A bit pricey for my penny pinching self, but definitely worth going for all the fun. I went with 3 other ladies and 2 guy friends for a small birthday get together. The waiter was pretty cool. He accidently messed up on her bill, but gave us free shots to make up for it. They were delicious. And the chocolate truffles were good as well. Very rich and thick. Yumm. The place was really nice. I definitely want to go there again when I can. I ordered the baba gahnoush and yummm, along with the deviled eggs.
Excellent service. Everyone was very sweet. I was disappointed they were out of deviled eggs. They were the reason we decided there for dinner in the first place. The Champagne shooters were fun. $140 later, the pizza was subpar, the grilled cheese was gross with the mustard and on burnt bread, the spinach dip was good. But other than that, I felt it was a waste of money.
The ambiance here is amazing and has a great vibe. The bar is pretty big, and seating is mainly high top, its a great atmosphere if youre looking for a night out with crafted drinks and plates. I had the pretzel bites with pimento cheese dip and the Margherita flatbread, both were excellent. They have a great drink menu and wine selection, and even the presentation of a vodka water had me impressed. My friends tried chambongs, Ive never seen them before but they were cute. Definitely recommend, this place is a great addition to the growing downtown Augusta today.
Where do I begin... from the ambiance and delicious food to the courteous personnel, this is the place to be! We were greeted cheerfully upon our arrival, and although it wasnt very busy we were still treated like valued customers. The food is delectable - the charcuterie plates are always amazing, and the care that goes into the homemade items that complement the meats and cheeses is just out of this world! The pretzels are unique and sooo delicious with the pimento cheese dip. All of the brick oven pizzas weve tried so far have been awesome. I wish they would bring back the rabbit pizza with artichokes (please!). Happy hour drink list has a great selection, and they also offer a very nice wine list. You will not be disappointed!Also... our server, Preston, was the bomb! Very attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you for making our 10th anniversary late night dinner a great dining experience!
DONT GO! Save yourself a uncomfortable experience. I go to the bar to order a drink. Like most people around the world. But then the bartender tells me in a cheeky way to go to the host to make a reservation for a table???? At a bar seriously! This would probably make more sense if there was a “HOST” when I first walked through the door. Not my cup of tea. If you wanna feel chastised and awkward. Then come to this place.
10 Outta 10!So! This past Sunday, i turned 21, and my husband wanted to take me out to have my first drink at midnight. i looked around Yelp and Google for some reviews of the bars in the area and found Craft & Vine. It seemed like people really liked it, especially compared to other nearby bars. We stopped in 10 til midnight and were promply welcomed and told about the nights specials and happy hour drinks. i let them know i had to wait 10 minutes til i could order because i technically wasnt 21 yet. The bartender happily suggested a drink for me and said shed have it to me when the clock stuck 12. While we waited, we order the pretzel bites (They werent very salted, but thats a personal preference). Before midnight hit, we were greeted by the manager, he was very personable and kind, he even offered to take care of my first drink! Anyways, midnight hit and i could officially (legally) enjoy my first drink! It was super sour, but it was also very good. Throughout the night, we chatted with the manager, our two bartenders, and my new friend who also happened to be celebrating her birthday right next to us at the bar. i had one more drink that night, a stronger, less sour version of my first drink, and i also got to try a very purple liquor, which i will be requesting the next time we visit. When we finally asked for our check, we were both surprised to hear we didnt owe anything! The manager got my first drink, our first bartender got the pretzels, and our second bartender got my second drink and my husbands beer! The food we had was yummy. The drinks we had were yummy. The customer service was spot on! The atmosphere was upscale and relaxed. My night could not have started off better and i have everyone at Craft & Vine, staff and customers, to thank. i cant wait to go back!
Date night with my wife of soon to be 25 years. Our first visit to Craft & Vine. Will was a wonderful server, the food, the beverages awesome! Our only suggestion would be a simple green salad on the menu, nothing trendy or chic . Spinach or simple mixed greens would be all that is required. We are already planning our next visit. A+
Food is good, but I would not expect to be served bottled tea in an upscale restaurant such as this. At least pour the tea into the glass in the back so that we dont know it is bottled tea! Also, the temperature of the two glasses of white wine we had was not cold enough. It was more room temperature, not chilled.
I have been here numerous times since this place opened. As a downtown resident, places like this are exactly what Augustas downtown needs.First the ambience - a prohibition style bar that feels fresh and modern. The servers are dressed appropriately to match, with an impressively styled liquor and wine collection behind the bar and bartenders carefully making each drink. The quality and though put into the design feels more like a place you would stumble into in a larger city like Dallas or Atlanta, and is a fresh breath of air for Augusta.Next are the drinks. You can tell someone put an excessive amount of time into this menu. The cocktail list is diverse and interesting, with throwbacks to the classic liquor forward drinks and some with modern day twists that will challenge your palate. The wines (I have only sampled the reds) are extremely well chosen and I have to give my hats off to the sommelier as I have never had one I have been disappointed with there. The markup is extremely low for the quality of bottle, meaning your money goes a long way when getting some very nice wines. Additionally, they have a vacuum sealed wine system that allows them to serve even their nicest bottles by the glass or even a 1 oz pour - ever feel like sipping on some Opus One or Caymus without dropping for a full bottle? Then theres the food. A diverse array of meats and cheeses, tapas style veggies, meats and pizzas. Again, clearly a lot of thought went into these dishes - you arent going to find anything like them at your standard Augusta restaurants. Their menus is constantly changing and never fails to impress, with the various items ranging from interesting to utterly delicious. I could have given recommendations prior but their menus just changed and so many of the current dishes are new to me.Finally there is the staff. They are friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in navigating the menu. This is obviously to be expected at any quality place, but it is nice to see it routinely done.Places like craft and vine excite me about the re-vitalization of downtown Augusta as I have watched it grow over the past few years, and Ill be sad to be leaving one of my favorite restaurants here. If you havent tried it out, youre missing one of the newest and brightest gems in Augusta.
Full disclosure, I have never had food here, just mixed drinks. And for that purpose, this place is great. The downside to this place is that it is always packed, almost uncomfortably. The drinks are priced about the same here as other places in the area, 8 to 13 bucks per drink.
We walked in on a satSatur night .the menu and the reviews were great. The hostess said it is against their policy to give a wait time. We walked out. Hopefully we will get to try it. Maybe at least say, while we cant guarantee it, you are looking at about 30 minutes .That would be better .
Ive never had a bad experience here. The food is always delicious and well-prepared. A lot of thought goes into the creativity of the dishes. The bar staff is amazing and fun to sit and chat with. The servers are top-notch when it comes to their knowledge of the drinks and dishes. If you have never been to Craft & Vine and are looking for a great date night location or just want to grab a quick drink late at night, this is definitely one of my favorite spots.
It was so great I went on a Friday night and turned around and went that following Saturday night. On Friday it was just 3 of us. On Saturday we invited 3 more friends. They enjoyed it as well. Kevin the bartender remembered who we were by name. He and the rest of the staff were awesome. I will be going back.
Ultra modern space that serves craft cocktails, small plates and flatbreads(pizzas). I sat at the bar on a busy Saturday night, it gave the opportunity to watch the mixologist. I hate using the word mixologist but the only other word that comes to mind is wizard. He expertly made cocktails with exactness that showed he knew his craft. The food was excellent. The pretzel bites with pimiento cheese sauce was by far the best Ive had. My waitress suggested the special of the night which was a pork jowl(cheek)hash, which was unctuous and fatty in all the right ways. When Im back in Augusta Im definitely coming back.

2022-04-19Craft and Vine is my FAVORITE dining spot. Friday night, my date and I indulged in the Lobster Corn Dogs, the Spicy Pizza, a couple of Manhattans, Espresso Martini’s, a nice bottle of Shiraz, following up with dessert and french press coffee for two! We always sit at the bar as we both LOVE Calvin and Alex. Thank you Craft and Vine for always providing me with the ULTIMATE dining experience!

2021-12-18One of our new favorite places in Augusta! We went during Christmastime when the whole place is completely decked out in Christmas decorations and it’s magical. We ordered the poutine and The Boss pizza. The pizza was to die for and tasted just like French onion soup. We both ordered one of their holiday drinks that came in fun cups and were yummy. Definitely plan on coming back!! **tip: if coming during Christmastime definitely get there before they open because there’s always a line waiting!

2022-05-20Very cute restaurant/bar and they stay open pretty late. We came by on a Friday night around 9:30pm, there was a wait but we were able to sit at the bar quickly. They had happy hour the time we were there so the normal $12 average for a drink was about $7. Drinks were good. Tried the fried oysters as well, full disclaimer, I DO NOT EAT SEAFOOD LIKE THAT and that was my first time trying an oyster in any form, it wasn’t bad at all lol. I will come back and order an actual entree next time. Decor is super chíc and staff had a cool eclectic vibe.

2021-12-17Upscale-ish. Nice place. Really well done craft cocktails. Food selections are interesting and very well prepared. Service is great but also a little bit interesting with unique characters and not tired and plastic smiles. You can tell that this is a college town though because so many customers were dressed like they were going to class. Very casual. Too casual. Like why not go to McDonalds dressed like that casual. Oh well, what can you do? I think my favorite thing was the curation of the cocktail menu.

2021-12-15I have been a regular at craft and vine for the past 4 years! It is one of my favorite restaurants downtown so I am disappointed that it has taken me this long to write a review. I will say that they went all out this Christmas as far as decorations go. They completely transformed the inside of the restaurant which makes the experience even better. I love how they do themes on a regular (thanksgiving, Halloween, campfire, Latin etc.). This weekend my girlfriends and I stopped by right at 1700 to celebrate a birthday and we were lucky enough to get a table rather quickly. We did have to put our name on the waitlist right at 5 and be outside the restaurant in order to make sure we got a table as it seems this place is pretty busy now a days. When we showed up around 1650 there was already about 10-15 people in line so keep that in mind for planning purposes and I highly recommend that once 1700 hits that you also put your name on waitlist (powered by OpenTable) as that’s also another tool they go by. The burrata pesto pizza is one of my favorites (you really can’t go wrong with any of their pizzas). We also had the cauliflower popcorn, scallops and smoked Salomon roulettes amongst many more. We were there during happy hour (runs 1700-1830) so got great deals on some of their cocktails. Will definitely continue enjoying this amazing tapas style restaurant. Love the staff and the ambiance.

2022-05-28Been here multiple times, they do have good food and a unique atmosphere, and really do go all out with decorating for the holidays, especially Christmas. However, the vibe is like a wanna be speak easy with very snooty bartenders. They advertise on their website that they have a happy hour, but the bartenders will never give you a happy hour menu, or let you know there is a happy hour during happy hour times unless you specifically ask. They will also attempt to overcharge you, and then when questioned will say they gave you the wrong bill from another customer, which is believable if it did not happen every time I have gone there.

2022-05-31Craft and Vine is one of my favorite places in downtown Augusta. My most recent visit was beyond fantastic, our server Mahogany (hope I got her name right) was super sweet. She made sure everything went smoothly and got our food orders timed so we had a few minutes between courses. The manager Nick delivered one of the drinks to check in and introduce himself. Overall, my best experience yet.

2021-10-17Deviled eggs were salty. My pizza was burnt on the bottom. The guy who brought the food over put his arm over my pasta and left it there while talking to my friend. I sent it back because if I even wanted to try to enjoy it that notion was over. Our waiter was the best part of the experience.

2021-09-12So once again we came to Craft & Vine .this time for my belated birthday dinner & it happened to be tiki room night. It was decorated very cute & everyone was pleasant. We had John helping us & Stephine as our server. We ordered just about everything on the charcuterie menu & the cauliflower as well as the macadamia nut shrimp & 2 pizzas. Service was great & the vibe was awesome. Chambongs are my go to. Always a pleasure at this establishment
