This was my first time at this location since I moved to the area. I was very pleased with the customer service...everyone I encountered was very friendly. Even more impressive, was the social distancing practices: there are a limited number of people allowed in the store, masks are mandatory, and floor guides for 6ft distance are visible along with signs. I love shopping at Crate & Barrel and its very comforting to know that it cares about the health of its employees and customers.
I received a gift from Crate and Barrel and could not use the items. I didn’t want to offend the gift giver so I asked it to be returned for store credit. The sales associate made a mistake and returned it to the gift giver. The manager came over and said there is no way to reverse the transaction. Only solution is to call the gift giver. Not good for me since I already wrote a thank you note
Jimmie MADE my experience shopping at C&B. I was so confused at the direction for my space coming into the store and was feeling anxiety about a last minute deadline. I asked Jimmie a question, and he went above and beyond researching the item I needed, even though it wasnt something carried in store. After chatting for a minute and learning my needs, he helped me pick out the perfect pillows and decor. His design savvy and willingness to help put me at ease. Not only does he have refined taste, he was so personable and genuine! C&B is lucky to have this star human on their team.
I have been to this store twice in the past week. Each time in the store I haven’t felt extremely uncomfortable in the environment as a person of color. The first visit, everyone looked upon me as I wasn’t supposed to be there when no one else was getting the looks that I did to pick up an order. The second time, I was told to show my id to pick up an order (didn’t have to do that the first time) even after telling them that the order was under my parents name. The woman barely looked at my id when I showed it to her. The second experience definitely made me feel as if the woman believed I was lying about the order. It was a very condescending attitude. I will never choose to pick up from a store again, and very well will never shop there again, especially at this Lenox shop.
I love this store. The staff can be a little overbearing but I think that they work for commission or incentives. I love the layout and the clean/minimalistic feel of the place. Reminds me of a boutique, higher quality Target style decor. I need to go back and get some pamphas grass for fall
Called the store yesterday to place an order for an item that was sold out online. Happy to find out I was able to have it shipped directly from the store. It took a little bit for them to get the items and I revived a call quickly in order to purchase. Even though it took some effort to get all things in order the cashier/floor person (Ernest I think?) did a really excellent job staying positive and professional. The package arrived today! So fast. I am very pleased and all items were in great shape. Would recommend
I have shopped with crate and barrel on many occasions over many years. As well as sent many of my clients their way. While most experiences with the sales staff at the lenox store have been pleasant, there have been several occasions where the management and the corporate structure in this store have stood in the way efficiency and made very simple issues into very unpleasant situations. Things as simple as basic customer service seems to bewilder the management in the Lenox store. It’s a shame because it frankly makes me not want to shop with Crate and barrel. I recently bought an oxo product from the Lenox store. After not having the product at the store i ordered from the store while I was there. I ordered it through the store mainly to avoid shipping cost. PS Who still charges shipping cost on online orders! Lol . After getting my order In The mail....part of that product was damaged and when we tried to use the product the defective part broke. I called the customer service department with no response after over an hour on the phone. It was easier to obtain the broken component directly from the oxo company where I could just order a new part quickly and efficiently however I felt it was C&Bs responsibility to replace the defective Part seeing i bought it directly through them . As per crate and barrel wanted me to jump through hoops to replace the broken part vs simply ordering the broken part and having it sent to me. The words that the store used was at my convenience I could bring the entire item back and they would then order me a whole new item. I mean come on C&B. Drive 45 minutes at my convenience? Then wait again for a product that I had already waited on again? Commonsense and basic courtesy is not the management at Lenox Atlanta’s strong suit. I wish them well. Unfortunately I’ll take the antiquated online shipping route that C&B offers just to avoid the blunders of management in this location!
We bought a couple of items from off of the floor and agreed to pick them up the following day. When I came back the next day to pick the items up they not only had them ready to load, but they were wrapped with layers and layers of Styrofoam and paper. They did an awesome job! Regarding the service, Ive never experienced anything better. The people were very nice and helpful but not pushy. The furniture we purchased is quality; solid wood is used here. I will be back to C&B!
Wow!I literally can’t describe in words how great of an experience I have EVERY TIME I come to this store! This is a 4hr one-way trip for me and it is WORTH EVERY MINUTE AND EVERY DOLLAR!!!Sales Associate Mrs. Gloria is there every time and I THANK GOD for this WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WOMAN!!! She is knowledgeable, she is welcoming, she is enthusiastic, she is an all-around EXTRAORDINARY EMPLOYEE. I pray pray blessings for her and I hope she achieves and gains all of her career and earthly desires!Today I was not only blessed to have the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE from Mrs. Gloria, but, Mrs Sharon/Mrs Jamie/and Mr l. Clarence were all extraordinary! Way to go Lenox Mall Crate & Barrel!!!!
Im not typically one to write reviews but my wife and I were blown away by the quality of customer experience we recently received at this location on January 2nd.We recently got married and placed one of our wedding registries with C&B. As a gift, one of our family members purchased us a skillet from Crate and Barrel, and, while opening it, the skillet lid fell out and shattered. We visited this particular location to purchase a couple of items and ask about finding a replacement lid for the skillet. To our pleasant surprise the manager was quick to offer a free replacement, and the employees we dealt with during our visit were amazingly attentive and touch great care of us. It could not have been a better customer service experience, and they won lifelong customers in us that day. Cant recommend this store enough.
This crate and barrel has all the selections you would expect at a high end home store. Everything from furniture to silverware. Staff is friendly and takes covid seriously. Parking out front can be very tough some times, but there is parking under the store as well. Access from the back
Recently went to the store to purchase an item. Noticed the same item was cheaper at a different store, so before I left home, called customer service and the store to confirm they could match, which they said they could. Got to the store to use my gift cards and was told they would not match the price, since the item was on sale at the competitor store. Left the store with the intent on going to the other store to purchase.While in the parking lot, called customer service and they confirmed the store was wrong. Customer service had me go back in the store and they honored the price.I asked the same manager why he denied the same request and it took me calling customer service to verify. He claimed the associate misunderstood my request, even though he co-signed with denying the discount. Not a good reflection on the store when your customers know the policy better thank the manager.
We purchased a set a beautiful dresser and nightstand set for my daughter from pottery barn it came in and it doesnt match her headboard. I was so bummed. So I called crate and barrel and spoke with Martin. He went above and beyond pulled the swatches for the sets I was interested in said he thought they would work. So the next day we drove the 2 hrs to the store and Martin helped us with everything. Her new set will be here on the 10th and its perfect for what we need. They even give a military discount for my husbands service. Definitely will be back!
Staff was amazing! No one was breathing over my neck, yet I was always promptly greeted and asked if I needed help. It was just the perfect amount of here when you need me, but not overbearing. Had a conversation with 2 gorgeous ladies (one with long locs and the other with short hair). It was a fantastic visit and Ill definitely return.
I want to commend Michele Miller for outstanding customer service. She is knowledgeable about your products, made recommendations, printed sales sheets and because I was having issues walking she brought products to me, Michele is pleasant and courteous and when it was time to check out she came to me to process the order and schedule the delivery according to my needs. Went online to buy a Gift Card and got an offer from them to get a 10% discount on my purchase if I gave them my email address. Sounded great and as I did so I got this message...Offer valid on full-price items only and excludes furniture. Must be new email subscriber. I went on to make my purchase, entered the 10% discount code and got a message saying my discount had been applied. Got to the end of the transaction and then there was the fine print...Gift Cards are excluded from the discount.Really? You make the offer, fail to mention the exemption on Gift Cards, (although you mentioned other exemptions) tell me my discount has been applied and then hope I dont notice that it WAS NOT applied at the very end?I spoke to Supervisor Will and he declined to make it right. Cancelled my order. Good decision Will! Will never shop here again!
Bought a queen size bed. It was a floor model. The bed itself is very nice. However, when it was delivered there were no support legs. This was the week after Christmas that I made this purchase.When I called the store I spoke with Joseph who has been very professional. He ordered the legs for me and said they are on back order. Well not much I can do now. It is now Feb 4th and no legs. I have a beautiful bed that I cannot use. I have had guests come and go that have slept on the couch. I called last week and was told the legs will be shipped as soon as they are in stock. I have found this process very frustrating. If you are going to sell floor models you need to make sure the customer receives what they paid for. Crate and Barrel get it together. A very disappointed and frustrated customer.
UPDATE 2.23.2020 - Order complete date has now been revised to March. Just spoke to cusotmer service on Friday and was informed the order is due in on the 26th and Ill be contacted to arrange delivery date. Yesterday, the 22nd, an email arrives saying the order is now due in March. First order date and money collection: 11/3. What was a two week delivery promise is now going on four months. Interestingly enough, no one has offered an alternative solution to satisfy the inconveniene. Do I anticipate it arriving in March, no? Going elsewhere!UPDATE: 1.18.20 - promise to deliver by early January. As of today, thanks to my follow-up not CNBs, my expected delivery date is now mid-February. First order date: 11/3. Commit to delivery: week of 11/18. Now: mid-February.Crate and Barrel - outdoor furniture purchase.Pros: Online user experience is good.Cons: Cannot deliver to promise. Lack speed to home. Product availablity or deliver dates are arbitrary and continue to move back and back. They have suppliers who cannot deliver and the consumer ends up chasing down the company for updates. They post items online that are not available to ship. They show inventory that is available months down the road and then push it back time after time. You expect product to be available by the date they publish. Be truthful so I can do whats best for me and my household. If you cant deliver, let me know so I can make other choices. I ordered specifically for a occassion which allowed for even a small delay based on their promise. With each call, one piece was ready and even as of yesterday, they want to send me the cushion but no chair. Why? Per the latest discussion, my November order is now mid-January. If you cant deliver, then be honest and do right by me. Where there is no trust, there is no commitment or loyalty. #neveragainCrateandBarrel
I ordered the TRIANGLE SHOWER CURTAIN on September 9th, 2019 from CB2 and Ive had issues ever since. I will never order from CB2 again. First, even though I paid for express shipping the order came late to my building. When I got the notification by FedEx and CB2 it was delivered to my building I called my concierge to confirm. I was told nothing came for me. I called FedEx and CB2 and there was no record of a signature. They opened a complaint at FedEx and as of today Oct 14th. I still havent gotten a response. CB2 did reship the product and I got it a week later. After I received it, I decided it didnt work with my decor. I immediately shipped it back (which I had to pay for) and I still havent gotten my refund. This is my first online home decor purchase and this has definitely ruined it moving forward.
The employee named Susan working behind the returns register is incompetent and unable to do basic math. Messed up my return and my purchase. Her customer service is incredibly poor on top of everything. I’ve shopped here regularly since it opened and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had here.
My wife and I were ready to spend good money on a living and dining room sets, but after getting the booth on the parking lot because we were picking up something accross the street and cost us $75.00, and the signs are not even redable. We decided to buy at another complete different store that was amazing Ballard designs in Roswell just got $8000 worth of business. Stop the parking scams you will loose more business
I shopped at Crate and Barrel stores since the 1980s. Most of my stuff is from this store. However, since it was sold and stopped being an American company the products are increasingly cheesy, low quality, and overpriced. Customer service is no longer friendly and helpful. Its heartbreaking.
I had a great experience at this store. I was lucky to have met Marchant that day at the store, he was deeply interested in helping me, very knowledgeable of the stock they carry and I was very happy to bring with me my planter.Thank you so much! I’ll be back to this location for sure!!!
I tend to have a good experience with the store associates, anytime that I am at the store, except for on one occasion with a associate name MC, who apparently, due to having a bad day, decided to take out her anger and frustration on Crate and Barrels customers, which is unacceptable.

I have placed several calls within the past year, and every person I have talked with has been experienced, helpful, and attentive to fixing issues quickly. 2022-04-05Extremely neat and organized store. I would love to come back here, I just don’t visit Atlanta that often. You can also spot some celebrities in here from time to time as I did when I went! So cool.The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. A pleasant experience!

2022-04-03Great service! I always purchase online and pick up at the store. The process is super easy. The curb side service is the best service. Very pleasant employees and provides the best service. I love that you can park in the parking deck and take the elevator in to the store.

2021-06-27I like Crate and Barrel but I had a negative experience here. My family and was in the store 3 minutes past closing and we were escorted out. Usually, you are informed of closing and then given a couple minutes to leave. I have never been escorted out. When I voiced my concern to another employee, he simply said sorry and walked to the door to show us out. At the price point Crate and Barrel works in, I expect better customer service and I will not return to this store.

2021-07-05Everyone is very nice and helpful but this location needs to consider having more staff on days after and before holidays. We were working with Susan who left us in the middle of refunding our order to work with someone else. It was incredibly rude. She was apologetic but why are were there only 3 ppl on the floor?!? Customer service is everything when you are asking people to pay premium prices for your items. You could also tell your customer to wait while you finish working with us on a two minute return.

2020-12-03I had a wonderful time selecting the furniture for my new house at Crate & Barrel. I made multiple visits and all of the salespeople were patient, took a personal interest and provided excellent advice. There was a problem while the custom pieces were being manufactured, and both the sales team and store management went above and beyond to quickly resolve the issue. So impressed with the staff at this store! Thanks to their help, I have a beautiful new living room!
