This is an absolutely wonderful place and everybody seems to mind their own business. The owner is super nice and the lady that answers the phones usually named Taylor is as sweet as can be. They are also helpful. this place has two bathrooms that have two showers they also have three washers and three dryers and a major part they have an ice machine in which we absolutely love! Most of the RV parks do not have ice machines so this is a major perk above all other RV parks that we have been too and we travel all over the US and never ever have we ever ran into a part that has the ice machine except for one that you have to put your cup under and that was in the clubhouse of course so you couldnt bring ice chest and fill up this here is a regular ice machine that you scoop ice out of so it is absolutely beneficial for people staying here to be able to get ice for their coolers especially for the guys that were out in the heat all day long. they have Woods in the bag that the owner is making trails through currently that leads down to the creek absolutely beautiful walking through the trails very Serene and peaceful I tell you I love it here and I hate that we are leaving so soon.
Nice place to stay. The woman who runs the place, Taylor, is very sweet and helpful. The site has everything you need during your stay. Free ice and Free wifi are definitely a big PLUS! There are 2 bathrooms complete with showers. The laundry facilities are located right next door. The sites occupants are quiet at night. There is some road noise due to the location buy nothing too major. A few gas stations and a Dollar General are just a mile or so up the road for anything tou may have forgotten. They also have a small playground for the kids! We will definitely be staying again. Located between both Albany and Camilla which both have a Walmart so the location is convenient.
We stayed last night and the owners/people that run it are very nice people! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Its quiet and peaceful minus the farm across the street, but other than that it was nice. We didnt go through the walking path because we got there late but it was still pleasant! Would definitely go again!
Creekside Campground is the perfect balance of community and quiet. Its located just outside of Albany which means access to resources and fun activities while still being away from the city enough to enjoy nature. The campground has a beautiful trail network to roam around in and lots of friendly folks to chat with. Owner, Blair and his daughter, Taylor partner together to make their guests feel welcome. They are some of the kindest people we have ever met. They truely go the extra mile to make sure we are comfortable and enjoying our stay. Theres also a maintenance man on-site to help tend to the grounds and give a hand with anything you need. We will definitely be coming back next year!
Nice campground, sites are not jam packed together. Everywhere has plenty of shade. Access roads are gravel. Hookups were easy to connect, good water pressure. Theres a fenced in play area for kids. The owner/managers boy (pre-teen) was extremely disrespectful as I was checking in, slapping his mother on the back and butt, and shouting no at her when she told him to stop because she was attending to a check in. He was being very loud, talking over both her and I as she was explaining the rates and I was asking questions. She repeatedly told him to be quiet and he would shout no. The scene made me skeptical of our stay, and I almost cancelled the stay to go elsewhere. If not for this horrible first impression I would give the campground itself a full five stars.
I stayed at Creekside RV park for an extended stay and found the grounds to be well cared for and very pretty, the paths are well marked and safe for any age. the people there are the real asset and the reason that I will return as soon as I physically can. I would recommend this park to anyone who wants nature, quiet, down south hospitality at a full service park.
My family was evacuated by Hurricane Matthew. We traveled up to Albany for safety. No vacancy in all Hotels. I called Creekside and they were wonderful. They allowed us to stay in our tent. Everyone was so nice. My family appreciates your generosity. We had a fun spontaneous family camping trip! Thank you again Creekside!
We loved our extended stay at Creekside!! The hospitality was great! The people that own it and the people that run it and also the people around you are very friendly people!! We are disappointed that they are so full right now that we couldnt get a spot!!! Highly reccomended!! Great campground!!

2022-04-03I am a little leary about leaving a good review cuz this place is so awesome Im afraid it would get out and be hard to get into! The people were super nice, Taylor was great and Kenny(I am hoping I got his name right) was so sweet and accommodating! The price was kind of a steal for full hook up! Play area for the kids, shower house and laundry facility as well as a free ice machine! Even though its close to a expressway it was quiet and you very rarely heard road noise. The only downfall was pad sites were sand and dirt, but ours was level anyway! I would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.

2021-04-15Creekside is a sweet little gem in the country. Quiet and peaceful but close to Albany. My husband and I stayed here for 7 months while on contract with Phoebe. Taylor goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. We would 100% recommend this park. Nothing fancy with limited amenities but really all y’all need!!!

2021-09-07A good place to park the rv with good shade. She also has RVs for rent. Has a little lake with fish and a forest as your back yard. Had washers and dryers ( you have to pay), complimentary restroom and shower free ice. Overall nice looking park.

2021-06-02Stayed here for a month for work, luckily I had the southwire surge protector that protected my TT from low voltage. Tripped off more than once a week. If you stay here make sure youre adequately protected. Everyone that works here is nice though!

2020-09-13Weve only stayed here 2 times. And both times we were able to sleep very well. The campground looks iffy, but it isnt bad. The sites are ok leveled. They have full hookups. Their rates are very inexpensive too. The people that run it are extremely nice. Theres a Mikes Country Market not far from the campground. His prices are very fair. Youll take a right onto the main road or highway right in front of their car lot to get to it. And if you drive a little bit down, youll take exit 2 to get to a few restaurants and auto parts places. Staying there was a whole lot better than sleeping at a Walmart parking lot or rest area.

2020-07-22My wife and I stayed here for about 3 months while she was on assignment with Phoebe Health. Out site and several of them here are dirt however depending on your site you might can get gravel or the few paved pads they have. The majority of rvs here are permanent residents and the rest are mostly travel workers. We stayed here during the summer so it being south west Georgia it was always hot and muggy. A lot of sites have tree coverage unfortunately ours and several lots for larger rigs had zero coverage or very minimal making ours quite hot during the day. The location is quite most days and nights but there are fields of trees across the street and maybe once a week they have load machinery out spraying their trees and you may here the occasional car on the hwy but that never bothered us. My wife nor I ever used the bath room facilities or showers so I cannot comment on them, the laundry is fine not great, it is not air conditioned and can be messy at times but over all served us well for the 3 months we were here. The wifi here does not reach every rv site and did not reach ours so Im unsure of its speed and reliability. We ended up using a Verizon mifi box for our stay and service from it was excellent here. The staff are friendly and always answered or call or texts promptly, we never had a complaint regarding them. Overall a perfectly fine camp site that served us well. It would be excellent for an over night stay as you pass through the area.
