If I could give this restaurant/lounge -5 stars I would!!!! Where do I begin hmmmm... I came to this establishment to celebrate my birthday and that was the worst mistake I ever made. If you are celebrating anything special DO NOT come to this establishment. We waited over an hour to be seated, we waited over 45 minutes to be greeted. Once she did greet us she was moving very fast and barely even stop to listen to what we were saying. Once the food finally came out our server completely forgot about us. She never came to check on us personally, her only way of checking on us was looking at us from across the room. After I had enough of their unprofessional ratchet ways. I was ready to go, I had the hardest time getting anybody to cash us out. Of course before we sat down she didnt want to tell us that it was cash only but after we bought food and ready to go somebody else, helping her told us that the card machine was down and we would have to use cash. After pulling out cash I began to try to pay our server multiple times as she began to ignore me and even look past me. At that point I figured they just didnt want my money and I was exiting the building then the two servers sent security chasing after me and said that I tried to run off and not pay for my food. This is a complete lie!!! After attempting to pay her over 10 times I just decided to leave at that point. After being brought back into the building by security I was able to then pay the girls and leave. I will not be back!!!! Just horrible!!!

Great place, great vibes. Music not to loud. Very good prices. Alert staff earns every penny of their tips. I didnt get to try their food out, but their hookah flavors are really good and they only cost $7.50 Monday though Thursday. I definitely recommend, and I will back going back whenever Im in town.

Not going to lie I was very skeptical at first when they told us it would be a 30 minute wait and we had to leave til we were called on the phone. They kept their word and called. I am so happy we waited! The staff was great and the drinks and hookah were on point! Keep up the good work we will be back!
My experience was a good one. The food and drinks are reasonable. Security was amazing and attentive.i wasnt sure why the ladies room door was propped open which made me feel uncomfortable. A member of our party food was served super late and not together. Her fries came out before her tacos which she wanted together and her water cup had food in and on the cup.
Been here a few times now; good vibe + consistently solid hookah. The folks in the back are absolute masters of their hookah craft! Prices are a little high though compared to other dedicated hookah bars Ive been to in Vegas/LA/Miami/DC/Atlanta. Coal service/maintainence could use a little work as well.However, being ushered out shortly after having a refill suggested/delivered by the server is a huge turn off for me. This practice seems counterproductive to the business considering Im trying to spend more money! Im not sure if this a covid thing or if its always been this way but I left feeling unwelcome.
This was a great environment for fun with friends. Our waitress was very informative. We entered the establishment after our couples white water rafting trip.. we were able to laugh, drink, play games and just simply have a good time.. I cant remember the waitress name but I know shes from Louisiana. I highly recommend her! Thank you for your service!
One of the most amazing, high-quality, all-around excellent dining experiences Ive ever had. My 9 year old son commented upon our arrival that it looked like the end scene of Dark Phoenix (in Paris) so; mission accomplished.
Found this place as me and my friend were walking after dinner. The music drew me in at first, they played such good music that we ended up with drinks and even had our first hookah experience. Amanda was very helpful. She took care of us and provided excellent customer service. The whole experience was worth it. I highly recommend this place it is very clean and relaxing. I would totally come back.

The owner and the manager are always around if you have any issues and they are able to correct it. Definitely something Different and unique in town!

AMAZINGGG staff. From jump the security was very profession & nice. Our waitress Yvonne continuously made sure we was okay.The food was great and the hookah lasted a long time.Definitely coming back!

The pricing on the menu was not what I was charged for. The waitress proceeded to argue with me when I asked for the extra charge to be taken off. She tells the manager I requested to have the food removed. Thankfully the manager was smarter than that and asked me before assuming the waitress was truthful. The price was adjusted accordingly. I still gave the waitress $2 because thats the amount that taken off my ticket. The service prior to the incident didnt warrant a tip at all.

Quite a lot of fun. The food is good and reasonably priced, the staff is attentive and friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed, despite the music being a bit too loud for my taste. Its a great place to go with a group of friends or on a double date.

The positive was that the atmosphere is really nice, dim, and cozy. After walking in things went downhill. There was only a table of 4 people in the entire restaurant yet it took 10 mins to get the cook to take my order being that the bartender was swamped lol. I order the chicken tender meal with lemon pepper. It came out pretty fast but the bartender forgot that I hadnt paid. I waited almost 20 minutes to pay for my meal when others probably would have left. After telling him I needed to pay he took my money & sent me on my way with lukewarm food. Not to mention when I got home to eat the tenders they were not tossed but covered in lemon pepper seasoning. Super salty I wasted $12.00 on this bad overpriced meal. I wont be returning.
You have to get here early because seating it limited. However, the food, drinks, and Hookah are all good. The music and atmosphere is nice too. Ill be visiting again real soon.

Its funny how some local businesses cater to big names but wont to the locals who are here to help support. smh #DoBetter P.S. We just want to enjoy like everyone else, not trying to bad mouth the celebs, Im just not happy with the fact that there is that invisible bar that is set higher for some people when it should be even for all
First time my fiance and I went it was great! It was a sat night and packed they got us right in about 10 min later. The security was helpful and once we got in all good vibes. Good music and good wings. Althougj we coughed alot were going bck tonite to get out the house.
Worst experience I have ever had. Our waiter told me I had broken one of the hookahs and demanded that I pay for it right then ($130) but I did not think I had broken anything so I demanded them to show me the broken piece in which they claimed to be my fault. Imma and my friends were taken outside and was told the cops are on the way if we did not pay for the broken hookah right then. We then came to an agreement that if I gave them the money and then shown the broken piece, and it was truly broken, then we would not have any problems, but right when they let us inside to see the hookah, we look in the trash where the manager claimed he had put it, and there was no hookah to be found. Not even pieces of the hookah. After we realized that there wasn’t a broken hookah anywhere in the building, we demanded for our money back and was then forcefully throw out of the bar and told not to ever come back.
No dancing aloud. Not a big smoker to enjoy the hookah experience but food was hot and delicious. If dancing was permitted, the experience would have been great!
The so called reservations at night on the weekends is a fluke. We waited an hour as people just went in walking up being added to the list after us but got in before us. I guess you have to be friends with them or a certain age to get in. Never coming back!

Im a regular patron since it opened, they,truly have it down. I have been able to watch the growing pains and they come thru with 5 stars. Customer first attitude! If its not right they fix it! If you looking for a chill spot, birthday, or grab a bite to eat and watch tv its a great choice. By far the best hookah in town. Even some of those in atlanta cant compare to the service size and taste of Crowne!If you planning on coming on the weekends come early or be prepared for a small wait!

Advertised as being open until 12:00am so when me and my friends get there at 11:00pm we here the guy making our hookah cussing at us because we ordered a hookah. He then went on to talk trash about customers that were there because he was ready to leave. The place was great, but his service was horrendous. We can here you big guy :(
The bartender is amazing . hands down. Really crafty with whisky and the food is great. Everyones so friendly and really engage in conversation with guests.

This place is real chill. You can smoke hookah and get hooked up with some great meals and drinks. The staff is friendly and everyone seems to have a good time whenever I go there.

The only reason I am giving 1 star is because of the atmosphere...... I waited over 40 mins to get a seat..... Once seated we received our drinks but 20 mins into receiving our drink order we never received our hookah order (but this is a hookah lounge).... Just wanted to celebrate our 9th anniversary finally in Columbus GA instead of going out of the area...... DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! Waitress was rude offered my husband to see what was taking so long (in her defense it wasnt her)....... Manger wrote something on the back of my receipt ( for a free hookah)...... Guess we will go back to ATLANTA for our 10 year anniversary........ SMH

Awesome customer service, awesome ambiance, awesome food and a really cool hookah experience. I would recommend this to anyone! Even on a weekday after work its a perfect place to grab a bite and relax.

2021-09-25What a chill place! The “vibes where on point” for sure, the hookah was decent, the hookahs used though could’ve been better quality but that’s perfectly fine because we where there to have a good time and that’s what we did! Taylor was our server and was super helpful and cool to us! Definitely night we will all remember. We got there a little early so we got to watch the place fill up and everyone just looked so awesome. Thank you for the experience and give Taylor a “hey” for us and a raise!!

2022-06-26My friend and I went to this establishment, and I’m sorry we didn’t go elsewhere. First, we waited for 40 minutes to get in after being put on a wait list. That’s fine at 9:30 on a Saturday night. However, once we were seated inside, they told us it would be $10 each to be served which was never told to us once. We decide to stay since we already waited so long and order a hookah. It arrives and the hookah was absolutely terrible. It tasted like smoking burnt air. After our amazing and patient waitress (the only positive thing about this experience besides the DJ) tried to remake it (twice!). I have experience making hookahs, so I asked if they watered down their shisha and she told me yes and that multiple people had complained about their smoking experience too. A woman I’m assuming to be an owner or manager was annoyed by us complaining and still made us pay for our entrance fees as well as half of the cost of the hookah even though we never got to enjoy it. We will not be returning. Terrible experience!

2022-06-26Celebrated my wifes birthday, the food was good, the vibe was good and the waitress did a good job. But they definitely short you on the drinks and the furniture(couches) need to be thrown away, the seating area was ripped and torn in multiple spots. They also were terribly uncomfortable to sit on, absolutely wont return until they did the atrocious seating they provide for their guest. Note this was our first visit to the lounge.

2021-12-03I always come here everytime I come to town. One of the best hookah bars in the area. The hookah never disappoints and the food is delicious. It is sometimes hard to get a servers attention because it is so busy and sometimes the music is too loud to have an actual conversation but overall I still enjoy my experience there.

2022-02-17First of all, they pour half shots. You can see the difference in the size and they tried to tell me they measure them. WRONG. Then the hookah tasted horrible, no flavor. This is on Wednesday, the alleged ladies night. I definitely won’t be coming back, I came because it’s close to where I live. I’ll drive to a different hookah spot for this.

2022-02-15The drinks are watered down. They’re always low in stock of most popular brands because they struggle with inventory maintenance. The drinks were definitely the wrong liquor. They’re also always cutting corners. I went for a “brunch” before and our “mimosas” were 3/4 orange juice and they added ice. When we asked to just purchase a bottle so we can make our own they said they couldn’t because of the low supply they needed to ration them out. My food has been served to me cold on three separate occasions so I assume that’s the standard. The couches are ripped apart so bad they’re uncomfortable and will scratch your legs. They refuse to upgrade their furniture.

2019-04-04The servers was funny and nice. The place was clean ! The fries was allot for $5 bucks which was pretty awesome . They tasted absolutely amazing ! When I go back I seriously just want the fries. We had wine, which also tasted like gold !

2022-04-26Wonderful environment from the start. Security is professional and the staff is great, especially Yvonne. She is always joking and upbeat. She makes sure you have everything you want and need in a timely fashion no matter how many tables she has. This is a great place to relax and unwind no matter if its the weekend with friends or just a stop after work before heading home. I love this place and would recommend it to everyone.
