Great experience, Clean. Onsite restaurant was still hotel food but it was among the best I have had. Beautiful acreage and I highly recommend walking the many paths situated there. If you have difficulty getting around, I would recommend requesting the lakeside property as it provides easier access to diner/lobby. I dont smoke but I witnessed many of those who do getting tickets for smoking in public areas (I believe its 25+ft away from certain entrances and 50+ft away for main entrances) this includes vaping. Peachtree doesnt play around with this and local PD is really good at catching those that dont follow this rule. Keep that in mind during your stay if you smoke. I did not check out onsite fitness center nor the pool. Tacomac and Ihop are closest to you from the plaza though there are many other good eateries nearby.
Positive: Location Negative: Floors and carpet always seemed to need sweeping/vacuuming. Trash and pieces of ΓΒΏstuffΓΒΏ were always on the floor despite staff always around working. I was surprised a Crown Plaza hotel was of such poor quality. Will not stay there again.
I always stay at motels, but decided to splurge for this quick weekend trip. Im so glad I did! This was the most relaxing hotel Ive ever stayed in. Comfy bed, amenities galore (a pool table in the lounge on my floor!), beautiful wooded setting, up-to-date, wonderfully clean... I could go on! I only wish I had had more time on my trip to check out the restaurant and pool first hand!
Positive: The location, The room was nicely appointed and reflected the newer designs in hotel rooms. Negative: Shower drain did not work. Alarm clock, fixed in place, was set to the wrong time and no directions were available. No ironing board. Only one coffee cup was supplied. Internet name was written in RED - remember some are color blind. Little things coun
Decent place to stay in the area. The rooms were clean but a but odd layout here imo. The biggest issue was the bathroom door. Its a sliding door that doesnt doo much for privacy or sound dampening. Your significant other would likely appreciate a fully closing door. The rooms are in clusters and give a campground vibe. Kinda cool.
Positive: The bed was marvelous, slept the best I have in years. Negative: The fact that they were only cleaning rooms once every 5 days unless requested was not disclosed join arrival. Signage to find building was poorly lit and hard to read. No morning coffee or tea I building other than room. Had to go to lobby area for more
Decent. Like others have said, it feels more like a resort. Kitchen staff isnβt great, but everyone else is awesome. I bet if COVID-19 wasnβt here right now, the place would be a booming. Not sure about the price tag though... pretty expensive for what youβre getting.
Positive: Location. Negative: The pool was working. The pool area was glassed in like a greenhouse with temps exceeding 130 degrees. Exterior doors could be opened to the outside to relieve the heat, but weΓΒΏr not.Additionally, the pool was covered with what appeared to be soap sud
This place is way out in the middle of wilderness. Nice to get away from traffic noise. The room was clean and the rates were reasonable. The room had a Keurig, but no cups or K-cups. When I called the front desk, though, they brought some right away. When I checked out, I asked for a receipt, but was told I would get one in an email. Well, I didnt. I had to call their front desk the next day to get it. They just dont have the attention to detail that I would expect from a nice convention center destination.
Wouldve been 1/5 if not for the excellent front desk staff, who were quick to help with my concerns. Visited on 2 separate stays - both times I was greeted with unclean pillows and bedsheets, with strands of hair all over. Unacceptable for any hotel and what a shame - the actual physical property was actually quite nice with its own private lake. Will not return, would advise staying at the newly-renovated Hilton down the road instead. On another note, no complimentary breakfast or room upgrades even for Spire members - turn to Hilton!
Just checked out after spending a few days here for my daughterβs wedding. The service was outstanding. Every employee was kind and courteous. Victor and his staff went above and bento ensure that every need was met with a smile. She had the wedding of her dreams. Thank you all!!!!
This is a sprawling conference center. It is not the typical high rise hotel. The setting is very natural and calming. Hotel room was clean, but a little worn.I might have given a higher rating, were it not for the fact that I was offered an emailed receipt by the front desk attendant and it never arrived. I had to call back and request my receipt again.
Reserved a room for one night and was unable to stay due to a flight delay. I booked the room on the same that I needed to cancel and received a message to contact customer care. I was unsuccessful at reaching someone. I was charged a no show fee and called the hotel for a refund. The front desk manager was rude and laughed at me for requesting to speak with the general manager. I left two voicemails and did not receive a call back. I called the next and was told to leave a message because the general manager was in a meeting. The same front desk manager had the same attitude the next day when I called. I was unable to cancel and the refused to give me a refund. Worst customer service I received and Iβm a IHG member.
This place is very nice. its set up more like a resort than a hotel. Ive been here 4 hours and want to come back with my girlfriend. other than the silly mask requirement, we all know covid is less lethal than the flu, the place is surrounded by woods, theres a huge pond and my room over looks it. very nice place to bring a woman.
From the second I called to get clarity on a couple of questions, I received nothing but SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM!!! Melissa was the manager on duty and theres nothing left to wonder on whether or not she leads by example. Again, the Customer Service was superb! When I arrived to Guest Services to get checked it was sprinkling a pretty good bit and guess what?!?!? Outcomes Guest Service with an umbrella to walk me in!!! The rest of our check in was amazing, our stay was amazing, our room was clean & very fresh, and the Facility is TOP OF THE NOTCH!!! For no reason in particular, I almost chose another hotel but decided to go ahead with Crown Plaza and I am very glad I did. From this point on, I will have NO second thoughts, I will certainly be a returning guest to Crown Plaza Atlanta SW, Peachtree City!!!
Being entirely fair, this is a tough review to write. Id love to give 5 stars for the courtesy of the staff & cleanliness of the room & common areas - but 1 star for the actual room & listing that led us here. The staff went above & beyond to be accommodating to our needs & thoughtful. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, but a nightmare in functionality. The TV did not work - going to a no signal error screen literally every 4-7 minutes the entire time we were there. The mini-fridge did not work - even overnight, it didnt KEEP things cold that had started out that way. The A/C would only go on or off - not up or down in temperature. I was just a bit cold, but when turning it off, it got too stuffy - no solution to this. The room had also been misrepresented in the hotels.com listing - claiming amenities that did not exist (not amenities that were halted or affected by COVID... they just did not exist). Lovely setting for a hotel/resort. Its a shame that our stay was nicked by easily fixable flaws. Would be happy to stay again, after travel gets a bit more back to normal, and when booking directly to be a bit more informed from the source.
Different experience, complicated buildings, entrances to the rooms and lobby. One elevator per building. Expensive restaurant, very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Natural grounds, wild life friendly. Recommend to use caution when driving, roads are shared with golf carts.
The hotel is in a gorgeous area. The hotel is very nice bed was great! The pool was very injoyable until a Karen an her two teenage boys came in. We had to exit the pool because they almost jumped on us.As we sat waiting for the mother to come back to the pool an see her boys acting like this or until one of them got hurt. Watch your pool area just alittle.
We came here for a wedding in the beginning of fall. The check-in was fast and easy. The people that work here are very caring and welcoming. For 10 more $ a night, get a lake view room. You will get the view from my picture below or similar. The bed was comfortable, king size, 5 pillows. I didnt hear noises from the adjacent rooms. This hotel makes you feel you are in the middle of the woods. I really enjoyed the experience.
The rooms are very nice, and clean too. The property is gorgeous and the staff are all helpful and friendly. And if you like a soft bed and pillows you will love the bed!If you order a dish from the restaurant itβs delicious! The buffet is good for lunch and dinner but I found all the breakfast items were cold and lacked flavor.
Customer service and night staff deserve a five star rating. Best late night check in service and friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Restaurant chefs, and waitress were incredible. Location and grounds were beautiful. Room was great. Very clean. Breakfast was amazing. TV signal was not good at times. I suggest asking for extra toiletries at the time of check in, because you will have to drive or walk to get to the front desk. (You could request them be delivered) They are taking very sanitary measures for Covid.
Stayed at this hotel during a Summit. Very nice secluded location. The entire property was very clean and the staff were very cordial and accommodating, always greeting with a smile even in passing. The continental breakfast, lunch, morning and evening snacks were well thought out and delicious. Great conference center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Was here for a week-long stay for a cousins wedding. Fantastic, well kept grounds that look amazing during the fall. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Only nitpick would be the sliding bathroom doors in their hotel rooms--hardly offer any privacy (and technically dont even lock). Which can be awkward if youre having to share the room w/others.
I absolutely love this room. We had a birthday party for my motherβs 90th birthday, unfortunately they had wrote down our reservations for the next night. But the staff manager chef and bartenders all jumped in and pulled it all together. I have enjoyed going to the crown plaza on several occasions. Motherβs Day lunch buffet is off the chain. We will return. Thank you for everyone at the clown plaza who participated in pulling this party together at a moments notice. Sincerely Peggie Davidson
I had to stay here during my childβs state testing. I loved the land that the resort is situated on-itβs got plenty of space to take a walk, enjoy nature and just relax away from the city noise. Also, the restaurant has a delicious buffet with a beautiful view. It was a very rainy week; yet, I was able to enjoy the three days that I was a guest.
Visited for a private event in a banquet room. Very nice property and services. Parking was convenient. The food was surprisingly amazing - very tasty and fresh. This looks like a great place for a staycation. Suites/rooms looked appealing and the property is nested away in a wooded, natural setting.
I did not actually stay in this hotel, but I visited for a conference at the beginning of June. At the conference, I visited friends that were staying here as well as the suites. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. The grounds are gorgeous. Lunch every day was delicious. Rooms were spacious as well as clean. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will stay at this hotel for our next conference!
I stayed here for a meeting and found the grounds to be very relaxing. I didnt book the stay so I was quite surprised at the resort layout. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had a great layout to utilize the room efficiently. Even the good at the on-site restaurant was really good. I will definitely be back for my next meeting in Peachtree City.
Wonderful staff, and grounds. Rooms have been given excellent update with thoughtful touches, makeup mirror, full size ironing board and great steam iron. Extra comfy bed and big screen tv. Extra stars for breakfast buffet and restaurant staff. Great place to stay.
The room was clean and up to date but my second nights stay after wanting to come back to my room to relax I came back to running brown water ! I have videos and pictures of the incident ! They offered another room and free breakfast which I refused ! The front desk staff were under trained foreigners. I have stayed here before 3 -4 years ago and my stay was awesome! I will never stay here again after what transpired on 4th of a July weekend
I dont know what it cost to stay here, because i was comped for everything, but I loved it here. My room was newly remodeled, and it had all the amenities I want. The shower was great, no tube, because really, who takes a bath in a hotel? The Keurig had great coffee and tea selections. I had an over abundance of towels. The soap, shampoo, conditioner, the rag to buff my shoes, i thought that was a relic from the past. There was so many ways to charge my laptop, phone, tablet, it was great. No microwave, but they did have a fridge. The two queen sized beds had 2 reading lights on each one. There was lights every where. I am so used to having inadequate lighting in a hotel room, this was a pleasant surprise. I didnt use the TV much, but it was a nice size, my guess 40 inches. The service was excellent, I felt like they really cared about making my stay there as best as possible. I would definitely come back here again.
Although we were pleased with our room, at check-in, there was a $100 added to the cost of our room in case we wanted to charge something to our room. I wasnt told of any extra cost that would be applied to our initial check-in. I should have been informed of that when I reserved the room. When you check out, you get the money back if you dont use it. It would have been nice to know of the added charge beforehand.
I was at the hotel for a meeting and I have to say, they had the nicest facilities I have ever experienced at a hotel. I have been to many hotels around the world, so I was so surprised when I experienced such high quality services here in Peachtree City. We had a small auditorium (sat about 100) in which everyone had a good seat to watch the presentation. The break area was stocked with coffee, sodas, bottled water and juice. 5+ stars for my experience at this hotel! :)
Place environment was beautiful, surrounded by amazing nature, staff was very friendly and helpful. The positive about the hotel was that beds were comfortable and our room was clean and had good size. On the negative side, there is no one who received you and help with luggage at the front door or to take your belongings to your room on your arrival, there isnt spa services, they dont give you sleepers nor bath robes even if you ask for them, amenities on the bedroom are very few compared to other Crown Plaza hotels. I founded two dead huge roaches at the showers next to the pool, I dont know for how long they were there, but that shows a definitely poor cleaning. Will I stay on this hotel for my next trip to Peachtree city? Probably no
Food was decent. Rooms and room service were both were good. Hotel is located in a nice area, with plenty of activities. Its got a basketball court, and a beautiful path to jog on so I was able to stay active. The gym was a disappointment, as a lot of weights are missing as compared to the last time I was here.
Amazing hidden gem! Wonderful Sunday brunch too. From the hotel staff to the front desk, everyone is amazingly nice. My wife and I did date weekend here and was a great choice. Best ballroom venvue for weddings and events. Updated recently. Contact Met for events. Great guy.
Second time staying here. We stayed last Christmas in the lakeside part and this spring in Woodlands. The grounds do not disappoint. This place is beautiful and is in the middle of everything. The rooms are super clean and modern. The beds are so comfy as well. We will continue to stay here everytime we visit family in the area.
The people at the crowne plaza are ready and willing to assist you. Everyone is friendly and respectful, and the place is cleaned regularly. The hotel itself is a bit older, but fairly well kept up, the scenery is calming especially on longer business trips. There are plenty of golf cart or bike trails to ride on and a good exercise room and pool to keep active. I have had very few issues with anything here and those were fixed immediately by the great staff.
I attended a professional meeting in the Grand Ballroom. The facility was fantastic! There were 250-300 in attendance. We each had plenty of room. The tables and chairs were all in great condition and quite comfortable. I didnt have much occasion to deal with the staff, but those I did encounter were friendly and helpful. The grounds were lovely, or as lovely as possible in the dead of winter. If I had one complaint it would be signage. I didnt use the front lobby door, and there was no sign indicating the entrance I used, so when I left, finding my way back to the same door was... Well actually it wasnt. I ended up at another door which required me to walk a good distance to my car. I probably wouldnt have minded had it not been bitterly cold (felt like 1Β° and the wind was blowing). So, outside of the potential for getting lost, all in all, my experience was great.
Woodsy and Resort Type Setting. Very nice, upscale, resort type hotel. Pool was adequate, heated, and indoors, but workout area seemed way undersized for the resort theme. Food offerings were acceptable, not great in that they were not particularly tasty or Southern, but reasonable. Service in the bar and restaurant was slow. Rooms were a good size and clean. Offers a great deal of meeting space. Biggest negative was the distance to the airport and Atlanta.
Negative: Had construction to 7:00pm the first night. Had lawn working being done the second night. Stayed an extra night and got back late come to find out our keys didnΓΒΏt work. The last day went back to our room at 10:30am and they had already turn our key off
The rooms were okay. Mine was clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The parking wasnt very convenient and o was very disappointed that there wasnt a hot tub. Overall, a nice stay. The grounds and atmosphere were very relaxing and peaceful....(only thing that could have been more relaxing would have been a hot tub ;)
Nice place, away from nearly everything, which makes this place unique and nice getaway, however one thing i was there during construction times, which took bit away from the stay and scenery. Nevertheless, place nice overall, good food and really friendly staff, great service both food & beverage as well as hotels. Would recommend for quiet escapes.
Lovely room and grounds, excellent staff. Everyone I encountered went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. While I would say the room was clean, there were a few out of the way spots such as a smudge on the wall (I was able wipe off with a damp cloth) and an overlooked scrap of paper against the wall and the bed. This may be picky, but these oversights slightly diminished an otherwise lovely stay.
During our weekend event we experienced the most amazing and professional staff. We received excellent customer service throughout our stay. The accommodations exceeded my expectations; the guest room, meeting space and hotel location was perfect.I would recommend this hotel for your next offsite meeting or just an in town getaway.
Great facilities, great staff, terrible management. We used Crowne as our hotel block for our wedding and regret it. The management required all names for the shuttle to the venue 2 weeks in advance and charged $5 per person, the restaurant had one server and no chef the day we told them weβd all come to eat, and the manager did nothing to help me or my bride make the experience less stressful.
Quite, staff was amazing, if you called front desk needing something they got it right to your room, awesome location, the pool was nice I liked it most because you made reservations for it and it wasnt crowded, the location is awesome next time Im in peachtree ga I will be staying here, also we had problems with the air in our room the first night told the front desk and right away they brought room keys for a new room
Ate Easter brunch at the two 01 restaurant. The staff was extremely helpful using carts to transport elderly and mothers with children from the parking lot to the restaurant. The food was very good and professionally prepared/displayed. We will return to two01 for future dinners/ events.
Friendly staff. Stayed here for 3 nights, 4 days. A lot of construction taking place during the visit. Very comfortable and upgraded rooms. Very quiet hidden location (outside of the construction) in a wooded area. Great amenities and perks offered to guest including, complimentary bike rental and shuttle. Also great to have access to the onsite restaurant. Would love to give higher rating but the construction was draw back.
Clean comfortable, needs better directional signage, check in seemed in organized. Then once we got settled in the room they to had had to move us because they Didi not have a good out bed which we reserved weeks ago. Hardly any street. Lights on the property at night, it was confusing driving on the property. But the rooms and buildings were very modern
The hotel room I stayed in had two queen size beds, one toilet/sink, iron, ironing board. Facilities were clean, room service was professional, and the pillows were excellent. Room did not have a hair dryer or microwave or refrigerator. Hotel had umbrellas at the doors to be used and returned by guests in case of bad weather.
The staff is amazing and very accommodating! The property is beautiful, has well maintained landscaping, rooms, etc. My largest issue is that this property is not ADA compliant, so if you have any accessibility needs this isnt the place for you. Many doors dont have automatic open, theres lots of areas outside that you cannot reach without taking the stairs. The cobblestone walkways are beautiful but were very bumpy terrain for my knee scooter. There was a wheelchair lift in the restaurant, however staff on duty didnt know how to operate it. The bartender who was so kind literally had to let me lean on him to hop down the steps into the bar area. Because the company advertises the beautiful 38 acre property as a selling point everyone who pays to stay here should be able to access it. They were very good about picking me up in a golf cart and driving me from my room to the ballroom, front desk etc. Over all its a beautiful place, but needs work on becoming ADA compliant ASAP.
Beautiful property and glad to see the owners doing what they can to maintain the natural beauty of the area providing clean energy with solar power. Theyre even going to add real time reporting on the solar production in the lobby I hear! I wish everyone in GA had that much good sense.
Just a great place to stay. Big screen TV super fast wifi. A work station in your room for the laptop with all the plugs. Found all the plug ins you would need for to plug up all your chargers and gear Beds soft side nice with a mix of pillows. Fridge safe and closet to hang and store cloths. Has iron and board and a hair dryer. Kcup maker with 8 cups to get you going. Just a perfect experience! I would lean on it for business or couples. Not set up for familys. (Kid stuff)
We were here for a wedding; lunch price was variable depending on the server you got ($5 for a burger vs. $14.95). We double checked the day before that we would have a breakfast buffet for 20-25 people, which was confirmed, but the next morning the servers had no idea and no food was prepared. Instead of family eating together, we had to split up and leave because Fathers Day had every other restaurant packed. Staff and management were not helpful. Also, my brother was locked out of the room in the morning, and the cleaning lady let him in without so much as a question. While convenient, thats a serious breach of security. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The event I attended took place in the Grand Ballroom. It was very clean and set up nicely. The only improvement I would make would be to have signs next time that direct you to the event once you enter the hotel. I ended up walking all the way to the end of the hall before seeing the event going on below me on my way back.
The rooms were beautiful, and the hotel as a whole was great. I do however have two minor concerns. The first concern is where the pool table and games are located. They are really close to the rooms. With large groups it will get a little noisy. Move the games to the main building into a game room. The other is large groups need a place where they can congregate after hours wihhout disturbing other people that are not a part of the group.
A fancy hotel nestled deep in the woods far south of Atlanta. I asked myself multiple times if this was real life because the town, the hotel and the job interview I went to all seemed oddly surreal. Im pretty sure this town is actually a cult designed to lure people out of Atlanta to be sacrificed to their dark gods but its probably worth it.
Horrible stay!!!!!! Was there for a work conference. Had a NOT completely clean room, air conditioner went out. Finally offered to move my room but made me move myself at 11:30pm at night by myself and no one offered to help. Asked for general manager to contact me about problems and no response after repeated calls. Got an assistant manager after demanding to speak to manager that said her hands were tied and couldnβt help as she is just an assistant. Very dissatisfied! WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!
They are in the process of updating guest rooms in phases. I hate that the renovations including going from two sinks to one in the double rooms. I also dont like that a barn door has replaced a normal door into the bathroom area and that the door now separates the sink/toilet/shower area from the bedroom area. In the old rooms, the door separated the toilet/shower area from the double sink area; that way, someone could continue getting ready in the sink area (with 2 sinks by the way) and another person could still take a shower. In the remodel, the bathroom area is completely out of commission when someone showers, especially since the shower door is completely glass. Please think of families in the future.
Short version: reserved an area of the Two 01 bar for a graduation party and confirmed before the event. Upon arrival, the entire bar had been reserved for another graduation party. We were forced into the restaurant area, leading to a much shorter gathering than expected after buying lunch for a group of almost 30 people. No apology or explanation was ever offered by hotel management.Full version: The hotel itself is very nice and in a beautiful location. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. They are set up primarily for business travelers and not really for families with children, but we still enjoyed that part of our stay. There were a few minor issues, which are listed at the bottom of this review. We were introduced to this hotel when some family members were staying there. The area around the Two 01 bar/restaurant is fantastic, and we liked it so much we decided to have our daughterβs graduation party there. About two weeks before graduation we cancelled our reservation at another restaurant and reserved a few tables in the bar/deck area for our group of 25-30 people. A few days later, we called again to finalize a few details. The day before the event we also stopped in (we were staying at the hotel at this point) to confirm when we should arrive and get set up, though the person we booked with was not working that day.The next day when we arrived there were decorations already set up for another graduation party, and every table in the bar and deck area was covered. We were told the entire bar had been reserved for that group, and none of the staff knew anything about our party. Not only would we have to set up in the restaurant area, but we would have to order all drinks through the wait staff. We were not allowed to order directly from the bar, even soft drinks. To their credit, the wait staff, who were put in a horrible position by their management, moved a number of tables together and accommodated us as best they could, but the area we had to use was not well suited for socializing.Lunch was over in about an hour and, because there was no other place to gather, the party was effectively over. We were able to get a few pictures and then everyone left. Some family members that we do not get to see often had come from out-of-state. Others, including grandparents in their eighties, had driven more than two hours. What should have been a fun family gathering will be remembered for all the wrong reasons.Just as bad has been the response, or lack thereof, by hotel management. The wait staff at lunch was very apologetic, and upon checkout the desk staff was profuse with their apologies, as well, but with a mistake of this magnitude you would expect at the very least to be contacted by hotel management for an apology. Not only did that not happen, but we have called the hotel three times since our stay to find out what went wrong. In the first call we were sent through to the person with whom we set the reservation. They remembered us, said the reservation had been confirmed before the event, and said they would find out what happened and get back to us. That was a little more than a week ago. We have called and left messages twice since then, with no reply. It is apparent the hotel is hoping this issue will simply go away. Reviews like this are our only recourse. It is stunning that a hotel whose primary focus is events would fail to coordinate a fairly simple gathering, and appalling they would neglect to contact us to offer an apology. We cannot recommend doing any business with this hotel.Minor issues with the room: The bathroom is accessible through a sliding door, which does not lock and leaves a significant gap between the wall. There is no vent fan in the bathroom, leading to fogged mirrors after showers and odors carrying through the large door gap into the rest of the room. There is no setting for a constant fan on the climate control, which we use for white noise during sleeping hours so that inconsiderate noise-makers donβt wake us up (which they did).
Staying here for 3 weeks. At time of this posting the bar at two1 is being renovated and the lobby had some renovations going on. Other than the renovations, it is a cozy place to stay at for an extended getaway. The food is good. The indoor pool is nice as well as the fitness center. Gocarts are available for renting as well as a compimentary bicycle to check out. Shuttles to and from airports and local destinations available.
Stayed here for a corporate training in PTC, and Crowne Plaza once again outdid themselves. The rooms, at least in Lakeside where I stayed, have recently been remodeled to have in-room minifridges, personal safes, and a walk-in shower. The restaurant on site, the Two01 Restaurant and Bar, is decent if a tad expensive. The shuttle service was extremely accommodating to my schedule, running from 6:30 AM at the earliest to 11:00 PM at the latest. I wasnt a fan of how little they did to clean up icy walkways following a minor snow storm while I stayed, but given the rarity of snow in Georgia, I cant really hold that against them. Definitely a good place to stay if youre in the Atlanta area!
Room was clean, service was quick when called, most of the area other than the rooms we stayed in is still under renovation. Outside area was nice and woodsy and breakfast was kept fresh with a lot of variety. Extremely close to the Iglesia Ni Cristo South Atlanta chapel so it was very convenient.
Went there for a special occasion, was truly disappointed. First, the bathroom sink was backed up, they were unsuccessful at resolving, moved to another room, i appreciated that. Second room, water wouldnt warm up, only one trash receptacle in room, mind i am there to celebrate a special occasion, lots of bubbly flowing, have keep bags to contain overflow. I will not return to the facility again.

2022-06-30Beautiful setting and very polite and helpful staff. Was here for corporate training. Served breakfast and lunch every day and the meals were very good. Great paved off road walking/biking trails but gotta use caution with those silent speeding golf carts π

2022-06-09Positive: The serene location. If its a nice location with a lot of land to roam. Negative: They need better food options being that they are remote. Room service or smaller cafe spaces.

2022-06-21Stayed here 2 nights for a conference. Place is beautiful. Looks like youre driving into the woods in Peachtree City then suddenly this resort appears. All employees were friendly and helpful. It was near freezing and raining and one of the maintenance men stopped and walked us to a different door that would allow us to get from one building to another with only about 30 seconds outside.Breakfast buffet is amazing! Omelet, Waffles, and eggs made to order plus plenty of meats, fruits, and oatmeal to serve yourself.

2022-03-20Management was great, so kind and gave a discount when we expressed concerns at checkout (not usual at hotels). Experience and room was fine- bartender was very friendly and attentive. The only real negative was the restaurant. It is all chicken fingers and kid menu food, not at all what is advertised. We paid $30 each for their buffet that was all cold pasta and garlic bread you could break a window with.

2022-05-16Poor customer service. Front desk very slow in responding. Had to call/walk several times to the main building because of items that were either missing or not in working condition. The worst part was not getting any sleep due to loud noises in the room next to us and out in the hallway. Drunks were walking in the hall holding beer bottles. It was after 1AM before security showed up and asked them to keep it down, which only lasted for a few minutes. Front desk refused to do anything else about it.Will probably not come back to this place.

2022-04-20Positive: I loved this hotel. It really resembled a resort type hotel. It was so different than what I was used too. I love the fact that the rooms was not in the same building as the main lobby. Their rooms where in different buildings. Negative: The only thing I didnΓΒΏt like about my room was the fact that the sink in the bathroom seemed clogged. The water took forever to go down and the shower water pressure was TERRIBLE!

2022-04-09I went here for a baby shower and the food was so good! Everyone was shocked that it was hotel food. The staff really did an amazing job and they kept the restrooms clean for the large group that was there

2022-04-08An amazing 3 week stay for business. Staff goes above and beyond and the place is always clean ! Several accommodations for a pleasant relaxing stay. NCR placed us here for training and will definitely choose Crowne Plaza for any future staysππ

2022-05-14I arrived around 1030pm the route in from the main road is a bit of a maze and is quite dark making navigation into this Hotel a bit of a challenge. Also found out that the Restaurant was closed so no food after 9pm. A bit of a disappointment as I thought I might be able to eat once I got their. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful was only their for two meals but it seemed OK.
