Culvers in other cities:
Bad attitude, bad service from the manager MADISON!! They messed up my order, and they didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. I asked if they were still giving a small ice cream for a pup; her reply was very unprofessional and rude! The way they just throw your food in the bag is really sad! I WILL NOT RETURN TO CULVERS!!!Not because my pup didnt get a free ice cream, but the way MADISON handled things! Freddys has better service, better burgers, and the entire staff are really nice... And it all starts with the management!!! For the ice cream, GO TO THE ANDYS NOT CULVERS!!!
Stopped by for a late lunch today. Got the codfish sandwich with onion rings and a chocolate shake. The onion rings were better than most. The chocolate shake while ok did not really the deep chocolate flavor I was looking for. To me the biggest disappointment was the fish sandwich. It just.did not taste like fish to me. The lettuce, cheese, and whatever sauce on it completely hid the taste of the fish.
Why does Culvers offer pot roast dinners at all of there other locations and not this one. They didnt even have beef gravy. How can you eat a pot roast sandwich without gravy! If youre looking for this meal, go to another Culvers location like the new one they opened up on Hwy 92 in Woodstock. That location rocks and has everything! Not so much at the location in Canton. Sorry Canton.
Ive been in here a lot in the past 6 weeks as its on my way home from therapy due to injury. They seem to have a terrible problem with turnover as there arent but 1 or 2 familiar faces on each visit and all these kids act like its their first week at their first job. They try though and do a good job a vast majority of the time. Food has always been good, quick and fresh and theyre frequently cleaning the dining room.
Was disrespected by cashier with purple hair tonight. Im not a regular and had some questions about some menu items. She rolled her eyes, sighed, was very evasive in her response, gave half answers. I could tell she was annoyed. I asked for receipt and she refused. My wifes order came out wrong and she treated her the same way. I spoke with the manager about the incident. On the way out of the restaurant, she obnoxiously yells across the restaurant at us to have a good night like a bully in middle school would do to their victim. She should not be in customer service.
My favorite burger place - drive through packaging and accuracy need work. I am a HUGE fan of this place. If I need a splurge of burgers, fries and ice cream, this is my spot. Started seeing them in Indiana, then Michigan, now Georgia. I have zero issue recommending. They are nice folks who know how to make a burger, fries, fish and chips....good stuff. I would ask, please oh please - to make your take out presentation better and accuracy. I am not going to use the drive through anymore - which is saying a lot in the days of COVID. The last two times, - they forgot the ice cream - can you imagine how much that stinks getting home to that? And when you get a gluten free bun - and kudos for having one - you get a heated bun in a bag and then the contents of a burger thrown in a box- it looks awful. I need to rethink that strategy. Anyway - just some candid feedback for my favorite place. I hope they put some double check process on the drive up and figure some presentation skills for food. Other than that, so glad they are in town.
Excellent. I know Im not just lucky, but each time I go to a Culvers their food is always prepared as I requested. And always delicious. Always. And this consistency is across the board from Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida. Ive been to bunch of them with good results every time. Good food and good service. Delicious.
While the focus is on great burgers, they also have jumbo shrimp with coleslaw, fries and a dinner roll that is delicious. Weve enjoyed this in at least three Culvers locations and the quality is consistent. Only four stars here though, because the dinner roll definity needs a warmer and comes with an even colder pat of butter thats impossible to spread. Still, if you like deep-fried jumbo shrimp, you wont regret trying this one.
Just can’t go wrong! The burgers are fresh and delicious. Fries are SO CRISPY HOT AND PERFECT, very much worth waiting for. And the concretes and ice cream are wonderful. Just simple American delicious food here.Update: another great experience. They had an order wrong after I went through the drive through. I noticed it and walked in and said it was wrong. They immediately took the correct part of the order, put it in a heat oven (to keep it warm) and remade the incorrect part fresh. The service is amazing here. There is never any questioning of issues i have. They just take it and make it right. The way customer service should be!
I have been going to this Culvers for several years now and the service and food has always been very good! I have to say they have the best burger in town. I tried the pot roast sandwich today and it was also very good as you can see from the pic attached. Thank you Tre for your excellent service!
Great mushroom and Swiss burger. Very impressed and is as good if not better than any non-fast food restaurant. The cheese curds were better than I thought they would be. And the hot caramel custard with pecans was delicious. We took the cruiser and this will be one of our regular stops as long as they keep up the good work. Highly recommended
The food is real!! The food is fresh, well sourced, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You get real food made fresh(while they are fast delivering it to you it is NOT fast food).Food so yummy and affordable. And their daily freshly made custard ice cream with a special flavor of the day is wondeful.Probably the worst problem is that youre gonna want to buy a 1/2 dozen of the frozen custard pints out of the case so you can sample all those flavors( Their siren call will make you raid the freezer that day) and that might ruin the diet youre trying so you can fit into holiday clothes.
Have eaten here quite enough to know there isnt a better burger in Canton. Just trust me, if you havent had a butter burger from here yet, you need to try one! Great management and friendly staff. Only had one mix-up with a drive thru order that was immediately fixed. Good food and good people👍.
Best burger in Canton without a doubt. Unique Midwestern sides that go along with main meal. They have excellent value to their food. The service is above the rest, the staff has a positive attitude and is very helpful towards all customers. I make it a goal to come here whenever I pass by. Its an A+.
Fast food at its finest! The Deluxe bacon cheeseburger that my grandson and I had was awesome!! The onion rings are amazing!! The staff was quick, friendly, and curtious. The place was packed on a Friday night, we had our food in minutes. Great service! Awesome fast food try them you will be glad you did.
Burger was ok, not great. Sign says they close at 10, we go there at 8:30 and ask what the soup of the day is. The girl says they have already put up all the soups. It is an hour and a half until close and 35° outside, somebody might want some hot soup but no youve already started closing.
I know people rave about this but I dont get it. It is very clean and stylish but as far as the food goes give me 5 Guys. The food is average. Not bad. Just average burgers and fries. Way better than the junk at McDs and the other drive through heart attack joints but its too pricey.
Kid taking my order at the drive through sounded fed up as soon as I pulled up, repeated my order back to me but then I get all my food and my recipes after waiting a while and he didn’t even ring in one of my concretes or the cheese sauce I asked for. Kind of a bummer as it was something I had been talking about forever and it being my first time at this Culver’s.
I love Culvers burgers. Hands down the best around town. Their staff is very friendly and bring your food to you quickly, and they keep the restaurant and parking lot very clean. Their frozen custard is excellent as well, make sure to try their flavor of the day, it rotates and you cant go wrong with it!
Disclaimer I went through the drive through and ordered a mini frozen custard to see what it was. I pulled around to the window and he give me a spoon to taste it before he took my money. I was impressed by that. So for those who are wondering a frozen custard is a really rich ice cream. I enjoyed the frozen custard. I cant tell much else about the restaurant
From the second I walked through the door, every one was super nice and professional. Overall first impression was exceptional. Actually had a very minor issue unrelated to the employees when I walked in. I advised the lady at the front counter, a shift leader stepped in immediately to address the issue and then even a manager came to again apologize and work on a resolution to the problem. Completely something out of the control of the staff, but once I told them what the issue was, they immediately wanted to find a solution and even though they didnt have to, gave me a free meal for it. Hands down one of the best fast food restaurants Ive been to in a long time
I’m not really sure what happened but, this was the worst meal I’ve ever had! This place used to be great. The burger was horrible! The bun was stale and actually flaked apart or should I say broke apart! The onion rings were so over cooked that I’m not sure if there was even any onion in them! If this is the new standard for this place I think I’ll just go to Wendy’s next time!
I was thrilled to find that they have a gluten-free bun! Its wrapped separately to avoid contamination, and they heat it up for you so that you have a nice, hot hamburger bun for your sandwich. Of course, they cant guarantee that your food will not be cross-contaminated. I adore their concrete mixers!
Thin burger patty packed with flavor, slightly crispy on the edges. I suggest getting the double (bacon cheese double to be specific). Excellent gluten free bun option (served steamed in plastic pouch to prevent cross contamination)Custard is creamy (not gritty) with good flavor.Staff is polite and attentative. Dining room is clean and comfortable.
Never heard of a butter burger until you, never had a shake so thick and creamy TIL you. If you grew up in the mid west welcome home for the rest of us get over here NOW and indulge on everything on the menu. Flavors of the month always spot on. Your stomach will thank you. Enjoy❤️
The best part about this place is the frozen custard. The food is okay, lots of grease. Normally average friendliness and tend to get the orders correct. Id give 4 stars if they didnt cram that plastic number on my car. Not that I drive a fancy car or anything but I normally dont like people forcefully cramming a plastic object down the window slot of my vehicle. That irritates me... just a little...
An amazing place to eat for children and young adults, but still a great place to eat for older adults. The ice cream is great and all of the food is locally grown and harvested. The customer service is great and the food is delicious. Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day.
I love the custard ice cream. We stop by all the time. I have only tried a couple of other food items. Not a fast food person for the most part, so...but the ice cream is to die for. The chocolate covered strawberry, goodness me! And the salted caramel shake and the malt!yummy!!!
I enjoy Culvers. My husband is from Michigan so it is a place that we enjoy. Their frozen custers are so good. They also seem to have better quality chicken than some other fast food places. The reason this location did not receive a five star review is because they did get my order wrong. I asked for everything except ketchup on my burger and said it more than once because I really really dont like ketchup. But they put it on there anyway which for me just ruins the taste of my whole burger and makes it not a very enjoyable meal.
Salad lovers, just dont bother! Bitter lettuce that wasnt fresh, tasteless chicken, very few toppings and the dressing left a great deal to be desired, too. The chicken, burgers and fries may be good but we certainly wont return for one of the worst salads I have ever ordered at any restaurant.
Culvers is another greesey spoon with fresh ingredients and a lack of taste. The atmosphere is good and I noticed how clean it is. Minus a star for flavor and another for typical and unhealthy food. There may be a salad on the menu but hard to see for all the fried food and milkshakes.
Went to drive thru per pandemic. Ordered double swiss burger and med drink. Unsure how many I would need and since I was working didnt have a bottle with me so requested 6 ketchups, like to dip my burger in ketchup. Pulled up and waited for order. Man came out, handed me the bag and told me I only got 2 ketchups, because 2 ketchups is all I need for a burger and I didnt even have fries.
Ordered a very simple meal through the drive-through, got home - no fries! Thanks, guys - no one noticed that there was only a burger in the bag?! Useless. They werent even busy - I wont be going back. Their prices are wayyyyy above other fast food - if that doesnt come with a better level of service, youre just ripping me off.
The burger patties tasted like theyve been sitting on the grill for an hour, very distinct burnt flavor (not the good charred flavor) and the grease was literally dripping from my bacon and cheese. Worst burger Ive had in a long time, I threw away half of it. Not worth the 25 minute wait time. Their concrete mixers however are very good. But for the money and time it took to get the food (2 burgers 2 concretes) I could have driven up to Cheeseburger Bobbys and actually enjoyed my food. This was my first time here (02/26/17), and my last.
I have never given a business a 1 Star before, because usually if something is less-then-average, I can find something else that makes up for it. On top of that, even if I have a poor experience, I never write the place off entirely until I have a chance to come back a second time.My experience with this place was so beyond horrible that I have no problem bypassing my norm and just writing it off now.The service at this restaurant is LITERALLY the worst I have ever experienced at any restaurant I have ever been to. I am not exaggerating. We arrive the place is busy. We place an order, get the number they give us, find a table, and sit down to wait for them to bring our food.30 minutes later, nothing. We see 4 full families come in, sit down, get their food, eat, and leave. I go up to talk to someone, and they say yeah were really busy. How long have you been waiting? I tell them 30 minutes and they say oh well it should be coming soon!10 minutes later, nothing. I go up and ask again.Well what number do you have?I tell them. They check with the packer, who says I never got that order. So they write down my order again. Well get it to you asap15 minutes later, Ive now seen 10 families cycle through. My Little girl is starving and my baby had since woken up from his now ~1 hour napMy wife goes up, and they hand her the food, no comment, no apology, nothing. We get back to the table. They got our order wrong. My wife goes back up to ask for gravy for her mashed potatoes. Oh we dont have any.She asks why they would not tell us that when we ordered. The guy rolls his eyes and says Ill go check with the cookHe then brings us gravy. They had it, he just couldnt be bothered to get it.We get back to the table. Im fuming at this point. Im holding the baby so my wife can eat and trying to get my girl to eat too. Finally my wife finishes and takes the baby. I open my food. They got my food wrong too.I dont care. I make my own burger better with my own onion rings and the BBQ sauce from my daughters chicken. You know, because making your own meal even moderately acceptable is the entire reason you pay someone else to do it at a restaurant.Food was absolutely average. Nothing notable at all.The best part about my visit? On my way out the door, hauling the babys car seat and my Little girl past employees annoyed that I was getting in their way, a customer stopped to hold the door for me. Thanks dude!I like restaurants. I like to like restaurants.I will never be coming back to this place again.
1st time in, but my wife has been once before. I thought it was a good burger, fries and tea, all for a good price. My wife thought it was as good as her 1st time in with friends out shopping. Well definately be back, though Culvers location is not real close to home. Maybe 25 minutes and 8-10 miles away +/-.
I like the cod, but ordering it is frustrating. The 2 pc platter with a lot of extras I wont use, and a lot of plastic I dont need, is less expensive than ordering just 2 pieces in a paper basket (and it costs them more). So, its at the high end of my quick service budget before I decide whether to add a drink. Then, on top of that, sometimes its not good. Usually it is, but Im always wondering when I order it, if this will be the time its not. Loving the cod, but really disliking the question of whether stretching my funds will get me the good visit, I end up going there mostly when I want a burger.
I visited the Hickory Flat location on 3-4-2017 at lunch time. It took about 5 minutes to get my order placed, which was fine. All the employees appeared to be high school aged except for maybe 2 or 3 and half of them were just wondering around aimlessly or hugging their buddies that had come inside the restaurant to eat. Meanwhile the line inside was almost out the door. There did not appear to be any visible management keeping things on track. After sitting down it took 10-15 minutes for them to bring me our food. The custard tasted exactly like a Dairy Queen blizzard. it was nothing special. The fish sandwich had no flavor and the chicken tenders tasted like some frozen chicken fingers I could have warmed up at home. I have no idea why this place is so busy all the time. I will not be back.
Wonderful addition to the Hickory Flat Community! It does get rather busy at times, but they are able to handle the crowds pretty well. I enjoy the Butter Burger minus the butter. I dont care for a buttery or greasy bun. I love the onion rings and oh my, the custard is to die for! LOVE LOVE LOVE. Have enjoyed being waited on by Savannah! THANKS!
This is the 2nd time to eat at a Culvers. NOTHING special besides over priced hamburgers. Place full of kids working and not knowing what to do. My burger was burnt to crisp and was so thin you could see sunlight through it. The ice cream was nothing to cheer about. Dont waste your money, go to Steak & Shake. Better food better prices. Stay away!
Having eaten lunch and dinner multiple times per month over the course of a year, I can attest to Culvers ability to consistently deliver a fresh, delicious product. Id go so far as to proclaim their burger The Very Best! How does McD and BK stay in business with competition like Culvers?
The first time we tried Culvers we were in Michigan. My husband is a cell phone tower climber and travels all over the United States. He often eats fast food, obviously, since he is staying in area hotels each night. We were so excited to find Culvers! They not only have wonderful Burgers, but pot roast, chicken fingers, fish and chips, A Cut Above your general fast food. The Frozen Custard shakes are to die for!
Honest burger; honest prices. The menu was a wall of confusing text. Took a few minutes to figure out what was going ton and place an order. It wasnt just me. Plenty of people were standing, pressing their backs against the counter, taking in the whole thing and attempting to make sense of it before wandering over to place their order.I decided to try the snack pack, which is basically a small fry, drink, and a type of single-patty burger of your choice. Lets see now.Positives:. Burgers taste great.. Fries are crinkle cut (yum).. Most of the snack packs are < $5.Negatives:. Burger patties are very thin. I would recommend going with a double patty.. Fries were overdone.Other oddities include things like... difficulty finding utensils, could not find any condiments other than ketchup, and staff running around blindly trying to match food to person with the little table number markers.Ice cream was pretty good, btw. I would stop by again if I was in the area.
Just got back from our last visit to Culver’s. Because of dietary restrictions my wife ordered a hamburger with no bun with pickles, onions and mayonnaise When delivered the hamburger had 2 pitifully paper thin onions and 2 small strips of onion and no mayonnaise. I took it up the manager and she informed me that’s how it came and wouldn’t offer any additional. Also said mayo was at the counter when I checked it was out. Save your money and go to McDonald’s or Burger King!!
Long wait and the food was terrible. I could have got some frozen burgers and fries from kroger and it would have been better tasting than this. Crinkle cut fries with no salt and thin meat and a drink that would be considered a medium everywhere else was almost 9 bucks. First and last time im going here. I thought they must be good cause they are always busy.......but its because they are really slow. This place will fail once the newness wares off for sure
We went at 10 minutes before closing and we know everyone hates those people. We asked if it was too late and Ashley was so sweet and made us feel welcomed. Most places would not be friendly in this circumstance, but we appreciate her kind attitude. We will always come back! Thank you!
Well for sure not a good first experience. I hesitate to even give 3 stars. The meal was horrible both mine and my daughter s. We bot had the pot roast and it was tough and extra dry. There was nothing but beef and gravy but everyone cooks different. The mashed potatos where so thick you could cut them with a knife. The green beans where smothered in onions to the poi t that all you could taste was onions. Im not kidding. The staff was friendly enough and the custard was the only thing edible. Not sure if we will even return
Received wrong item at drive-through had to return the store. Manager had an attitude and never apologized once And was heard saying “what is this guy want” as he approached the drive through window. No wonder I was the only customer at the store. How hard is it to put the right a burger in a bag? And, we want to pay people more through higher minimum-wage when they can’t even get the minimum wage job they have now right?
The meat on my burger was PAPER THIN. The lettuce was literally thicker than the meat. I wouldnt have bothered with a review but when you pay almost restaurant-like prices for this, there is just too much disappointment. This the first and last time my family will be coming here for food. We didnt try any desserts so to be fair maybe their desserts are better than the burgers.
Im from WI so was super excited to have Culvers opening so close to us. However, the service is super slow! The staff is not particularly interested in being there. There are a few solid performers but the rest could care less that they have a job. We were there around 7:00 at night and there were employees on break sitting at several tables. One was dropping the F bomb like crazy... A LOT of employees standing around, not many working. Food was ok, took almost 20 minutes to get our food and had to go to the counter to ask about it. This is our second time there and honestly Im really disappointed.
Waited 50 minutes for 3 value pack orders to go. When we got our orders and drove off we found that 2 orders were incorrect. Cheese curds were good, burger tasted just like a Whopper from Burger King. Staff seemed bothered when I attempted to follow up on my order. Very frustrating experience.
Ive came to Culvers twice now. First time I ordered the shrimp basket (it tasted very moist and soggy in the inside like it was barely cooked). And also ordered a cookies and cream custard which was very expensive for the size you get. Youre bettering off just buying Blue Bell and mixing Oreo cookies from the grocery store. The second time I ordered the chicken sandwich to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt. The chicken sandwich tasted bland like they didnt even put any seasoning on it.And honestly the price for all of their items seem too expensive for the quality you get. Dont bother wasting your time here.
This review isnt even about the food poisoning I got from eating this food, its about the poor service. We ordered, paid, and pulled up with the plastic number they put on your door. We waited. Then out comes this ill-mannered teen and throws our food at us...well, half of our food. My boyfriend goes inside to get the other half, and apparently it was a joke, because the employees did nothing but laugh and goof off. They had to cook another corn dog and just waisted more of our time. It seems this place is another establishment over run by teens who have no respect or work ethic. Im disappointed and will not return.
The food here is good, but it takes waaaaay to long to get it. Granted, Ive only been to the the drive through a few times (havent been inside yet), but the line is always long, it takes forever to order, and Ive always had to pull up and park and wait for my food for 10 minutes or more. Theyve got to get that figured out our I wont be coming back.
Fast food restaurant, dont let the long lines fool you. it took over an half hour to get our order never got our custard had to ask for it. Number system doesnt appear to work when place is busy. Workers walking around with food cant see them, also carrying around three to four custards with them in their arms up to their chest...yuck! Who wants to eat custard after that...some of the help looked unclean. 1St and last time!
Admittedly 1st visit to this restaurant or any Culvers, so didnt know what to expect. What I did think was we would walk in, be seated similarly to a Steak and Shake, or maybe a Johnny Rocket, but a little more like a cross between a diner/burger/ sandwich place. After all they serve pot roast and green beans.I had looked at the menu online, so I knew I wanted the Wisconsin burger melt on sourdough bread, just as described online. My wife the fried cod sandwich.First walked in and theres a crowd in front of the counter trying to figure out the menu board. So, do not go to this place expecting table service. This is a fast food restaurant pure and simple.Ordered, paid and got a number to put on the table. I will say the food came fast, but had no condiments at all. My wife wanted malt vinegar, fork/knife and mayo. Me, mayo and mustard. So I find the self serve station for that sort stuff, but they only put out lots and lots of ketchup. Basically nothing else. Not even plastic dinnerware. We flag down the high school age runner and ask for the above items. Poor kid tells us hell get it even though he doesnt know what malt vinegar is, but will ask. He comes back with everything but the vinegar. My wife who is no shrinking violet inquires if he even asked, to which he said no. At least he was honest. She tells him shell ask herself, and of course any fried fish place has it.Finally we got to eat! What a riculous hassle. Even Burger King puts what you want on your sandwich. As for a final statement on the food: the Melt was ok, but served on Rye, not Sourdough as advertised. I happen to really, really dislike rye bread, so didnt enjoy it at all. Maybe they have the other bread, but didnt ask my preference when I ordered.I wasnt going to try sort it out at this point. I was pretty irked since most days I only eat one meal - dinner. My one meal!! (I usually eat a LOT healthier meal, but once a week we get lazy and do something questionable like going somewhere like this). Guess I deserve what I paid for...thus this rant.Cod sandwich, not good and didnt get eaten. My wife said Captain Ds much better.Onion rings were pretty good. So if you like onion rings this might be your place.Last thought: I have to believe the ice cream or frozen custard are the stars at Culvers. But I dont eat those items often. Wont be back. Hope this helps someone from wasting time and money....or who loves ice cream and would enjoy Culvers.
This Culver’s is usually pretty good but tonight I went to the drive thru and got a banana split... while waiting for my food I watched the lady make my banana split with no gloves on and was touching all of the food.... I noticed she only touched the peel or at least tried not to touch the actual banana. Then she goes to put on whip cream and touches the spout with her bare finger... I took off all of the whip cream but under it was a melted sloppy mess and needless to say I did not eat that banana split. I am very disappointed with the melted split and the lack of gloves while preparing food. I understand it’s fast food, so not exactly the best, but to not wear gloves by the drive thru window where a customer can clearly see you is just careless. :(
Honestly, why arent there more Culvers throughout the land? Why do we get awful Freddys with their over salted burgers infesting the nation. What we need is more Culvers. Do yourself a favor and venture a bit out of the way and taste what Freddys should have been. Then request they build more and take over the south from the cold Wisconsin north. Also, get the fried cheese curds, delicious.
1.ordered a mushroom swiss:It was so greasy i had to go get a new bun b/c mine was LITERALLY sopping wet2. Burger was so thin it made steak and shake look thick& i only ordered a single. Silly me. A McDonalds reg. Hamburger is thicker. Whats worse , I almost broke my tooth on a very small pc of something that was so hard i couldnt bust it with my pocket knife. I Took it to the counter & explained it was in my food & they looked at me like I had 6 heads. No one said a word, they just stood there & stared3.fries werent tasty at all.. bland. To heavy of a fry. & cold4. Much too expensive for what you get i think.Everybodys trying to make a killing so quick anymore that there just isnt any quality in anything any more. Just another overpriced burger joint.
I picked up 3 fish sandwiches...you can squeeze the oil out. They were made in such a messy way ...ended up in trash can. I called owner answered and he was being sarcastic and explained that it’s just water that comes out of the fish when they fry it! The paper bag was soaked with oil stains. Stay away pure nastiness .
This does not represent a true Wisconsin culvers burger they are far from that @home😡 we talk about culvers all the time this is a big disappointment. Thought this would be a great revenue for Woodstock they have delicious custard. If you truly want a delicious burger go to the counter in Alpharetta.
HORRIBLE service!!!!! Bad attitude!!!!! Missing several items! Lazy not wanting to be there drive thru attendant who messed our order up three ways and gave attitude when I returned. I never do this but this location absolutely deserves no stars!!!!! I will not be returning!!!

2022-01-25Came to eat in on Sunday 2/23/22 went to wash my hands for diner no hot water which is a code violation ordered a double deluxe with cheese lettuce, tomato, onion, there was so little you couldn’t even see it on top come to discover it was under the burgers since when do you put the condiments under the burger? So they could hide how little you were being given, I mentioned this to the server he said that was all that came with it. The quality of service and quality of product at this restaurant location is of direct reflection of the girl who is managing this location her attitude was disconcerting towards me the customer, to her it’s about the bottom line $$$ Saving money!! She never offered to make it good. Burger King makes a good burger and they load it up , they are less than a half mile away.Time for a change.

2022-07-08Order was correct and all food was hot and fresh. Except for the custard and root beer float, which were cool and refreshing...If you havent been to a Culvers yet, it is worth it just for the custard and cheese curds... Get the family size curds...best value for the money and they reheat very well in an air fryer later.

2022-06-23Location was clean. We ordered a Reuben with fries and spicy chicken sandwich with onion rings. The Reuben’s bread was soggy. The spicy chicken sandwich wasn’t the best I’ve had. It was a bit dry. Onion rings and fries were good.

2022-04-12These burgers are one of the best around. You can really tell everything is fresh and cooked to order. Cant beat the frozen custard either.

2022-03-20We have passed Culvers many times and it is always crowded. We recently received coupons in the mail and decided to try it. We ordered 3 double cheeseburgers, 1 fried shrimp, 4 French fries, 4 sodas, 1 chocolate shake and 1 concrete custard mixer with Oreos and salted caramel. They accepted multiple coupons and our bill was $35 with table service. We have been to Steak and Shake and Freddies and Culvers was better than both. Now we know why it is always crowded! Highly recommend.

2022-05-10This Culvers is located near my work, so we often go to lunch there, really good in the Drive-Thru with good customer service and good food... I can recommend the patty melt combo with crinkle fries or my favorite the onion rings!!

2022-06-03I don’t go to Culver’s very often so I had lots of questions about the menu. Lydia, one of the team members, was very nice and helpful in sharing which flavors and toppings go well together.
