CVS in other cities:
Eh, I have experienced much better. The CVS was the closest place to our hotel in the downtown area to get a few items I forgot and/or needed for my stay. I will say that my walk to the CVS from the Hyatt was a bit frightening. I was powerwalking the whole time just so I could get in and out. The CVS wasnt much better once I got inside. It was small, and they had very little options and it needed a good cleaning.
I was staying at a hotel nearby this Cvs. I had two small children to babysit for their mom while she was working. We walked over to the Cvs twice. Everyone that works here was so helpful. I even had a manager (I think he was a manager )named Ali who walked out of the store with me and show me the best way to get back. I have to say working in retail first Publix for 10 years and now I work at Whole foods, CVS seems to hire people that are really customer oriented!
Love the Pharmacists here. Nour is fantastic and the rest of the staff are quick, responsive and friendly. Feels more like the neighborhood pharmacy that I worked in as a teenager. The location is also really great for office workers downtown. However, I really wish they were open on the weekends too.
Staff is really helpful and got me to the art supplies I needed to grab. Its also conveniently located near the Peachtree Center, where I can easily walk from if I needed medicine or something for emergency. They also have an express self check out line, and have a good assortment of food and snacks as well.
I was staying at the Westin across the street and they dont have vending machines. I had to walk to this CVS to buy Pepsi, which is almost impossible to find down there since it is the Coke headquarters. The very friendly employee at CVS greeted me and pointed me in the right direction. He helped me find everything I needed and was very nice.
Open 24 hours in downtown, but that brings in all types of undesirables (this happened on two visits in three days)Store planogram is not the best. Staff is scarce and not knowledgeable.if you decide to visit this store in overnight hours, be sure to visit with a buddy.
I don’t know what cvs the negative reviews were at - but my experience with the store has never been anything but positive. It’s a high traffic location - so cut the folks some slack on organization and clutter. Go in at 8 and it’s spotless. Go in at 5pm and it’s not.

2022-03-153/9/22. CVS, have all The snacks and drinks for your hotel refrigerator. Need socks?, forgot your deodorant? Left your foundation on the bathroom sink? You know youll find your toothbrush as soon as open that side pocket at home! CVS GOT YOU COVERED! They have sales too! Even souvenirs!!

2022-07-13This was the worst CVS experience ever!! Discuss your name blossom (I don’t think that’s her real name) was so rude and disrespectful I felt like I was under attack. She even manage multiple curse words to my daughter while I was trying to cash out. I love CVS especially the ones I’m at home state of California but here in Atlanta I will never come here again. The up setting part is that I’m only here for the week and I have a lot of extra bucks in coupons I would like to use especially since my hotel is right across the street, but I’ll rather walk to Walgreens or Rite Aid then shop at CVS while she is on shift. 0 out of 10 would not recommend AT ALL

2022-05-04CVS is not convenient . I Called to get my otc meds pickup location changed. Apparently cvs doesn’t offer this service??? Spoke with management twice! No help- she had a separate conversation while I was stating my grievances to her. In addition to that there online service told me upon ordering the meds that the pharmacy is open 24 hr. Save yourself a headache and go with WALMART!!!

2021-11-15I had the best experience here. All of the staff was so polite, especially the sweet lady that helped get my babies passport photo done 30 minutes before her appointment at the passport agency! I believe her name was Kameryn. She absolutely made my day and went out of her way to make everything right! If you’re seeing this Kameryn, thank you tremendously!!!

2017-06-13I am not sure who runs this debacle of a place. But three cashiers, and two self-service registers that had no attendants. Lots of business, but the store barely felt like it was ready for business.

2021-02-27This CVS at Peachtree Center in Atlanta is a well managed CVS location that has all that you need in a CVS and more. The store is very conveniently located and easy to access from all directions when you need to get some essential items on the move. The staff here is very accommodating and is available to help when you need it.

2021-09-01This is a example of the good and the bad of customer service..I worked in peachtree center so Im very familiar with the store and some of their employees..Some cashiers are are friendly and quick to help you and others are too busy having gossip conversations to pay attention..Considering this store is in the middle of the hotel district..its all about when you get to the store, when it comes to finding what you want, cause products go fast..

2021-09-14Huge store with an amazing layout. Random dude snatched an energy drink from by the front door, looked at my kids and said thats how you do it while walking away?
