After going to three cvs locations to pick up my prescription, I was told to come to this location because it is where my prescription was sent last Thursday. I arrived only to find out that it hadnt been filled and they wanted me to wait two hours to get it but I was on my way out of town.When I explained that Id been given the runaround and needed the meds urgently, the pharmacist literally LAUGHED in my face. Now I will have to go without a critical medication for several days. I am having my meditation moved to a pharmacy that cares about the people they serve.Watch out for the short, bald Indian pharmacist with glasses, he wont be helpful!

Im on hold for 30 minutes or more for the Pharmacy each time I call. I am trying to update my RX information on the Mobile app and was told by customer service to reach out to the pharmacist at my store to send me a link for the update to happen. I guess I will have to go in the store and hold the line up for mobile app assistance since this pharmacy is too busy to answer calls. **Sidenote, the front of the store always answers and will send a message to the pharmacy that a call is holding - unfortunately after waiting for 30 minutes I have to hang up.

Getting the run around about my Rx that I urgently needed and requested the refill hours ago....Ive called a total of 5 times, a young man sent me on an unnecessary mission of phone calls to another CVS....called back, was on hold twice longer than 10 minutes both times. The second time, I was on hold almost 15 minutes...someone hung up on me, probably because it was near closing time. Good job on customer service with a Rx need 👏🏽

Went to pick up prescription from CVS drive-thru. Waited almost 45 minutes because car in front of me filling multiple prescriptions or one that had issues. Would have been better if they made that person come inside, drive around or pull aside and bring out to them, rather than having me, and multiple cars behind me, wait. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Thank God pharmacist was apologetic about the wait.

Horrible COVID-19 vaccine shots at this pharmacy! My mother went to get her booster shot today. The guy who gave her the shot lacked empathy, to put it mildly. He jabbed her in the arm such that in her words he “used my arm as a dart board.” WHY?? If the pharmacy technicians cannot administer an injection better than this, they should hire someone who can. This is an unacceptable way to treat older members of our community and an awful way to reduce vaccine hesitancy. DO BETTER!

Omg! Slowest pharmacy drive thru EVER! I literally sat in line for a whole hour!!!! It was a 20 minute wait per car!!! WTH?!?? Do yourself a favor and go to the new Publix across the way which has a drive thru as well. This was my first drive thru pickup at this location and the only reason I didn’t get out was because I had on a thin tshirt with no bra on (TMI)... I was expecting to pick up the prescription real quick and go home! Never again!!!!!!!

Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with, everytime I call the automated service hangs up no matter which department I ask for, whether its pharmacy, photos, front of store it doesnt matter. Now Im driving way out of my way to another cvs because no one there answers the phone.

Take them mean little girls off the drive-thru. They need customer service training. Allow the customer to ask their questions before you start answering! I go to CVS in Target....everybody is professional and knowledgeable!

Campbellton Rd CVS Pharmacy is horrible. It must be the store manager. After having a conversation with the store manager, it was clear that she does not care. When the manager does not care, the employees do not care. Manager had a very rude tone.

The staff has always been kind. But the restroom is still disgusting. I visit this store often and spend a good amount of money everytime. This is unexceptional and needs to be corrected immediately. Its soo bad at this point they need a professional service to come in. I could not stay in there long enough to get a photo.
