Considering where its at this is the best CVS in the world. The tall African pharmacist is the absolute best in the world. Hes respectful no matter what the surroundings are hes courteous and attentive. Hands down the best service Ive ever received. Anywhere I would highly recommend going the extra mile to go to the hood to go to this one. Sounds weird but its absolutely amazing.
I am a DOCTORs office and have been on hold now for over 30 MINUTES! This is the worst CVS I have ever called in to. ALL CVSs are awful but this one is by far the WORST!
This CVS pharmacy is THE BEST pharmacy hands down! The pharmacists actually care about their customers. They go the extra MILES (not just a mile) to satisfy and care for us, their clients. Thank you all for excellent service and caring.
CVS Pharmacy I need for someone to reach out to me. I just received THE WORST customer service from your 5815 Campbellton Rd Atlanta, GA 30331 location. I am not happy at all. Not looking for any compensation but I need to voice what I experienced. This is exactly why I go to Walgreens. If it wasn’t for my company that I have to use Cvs Pharmacy I would definitely be using Walgreens pharmacy!
BRIANNA was GREAT she immediately greeted me, while serving another customer. I noticed she also greeted other entering customers too. The store was generally clean, however after visiting the restrooms it was clear... the Restrooms need attention!
Please CVS help us understand how much profit do you make over selling condoms? I am so outraged by the price of 12 condoms being at $16 Really really really??? Walmart sells it at $7 but you guys double the profit???? This crazy, stupid and redicioulas , if people get HIV is your happiness??? How dare you and how long will you have to become rich over people’s lives and health?? I definitely encourage everyone to choose other options, I bought them from CVS because Walmart was far but hey CVS it’s mellenial generation let’s see how long you will keep doing this
As a doctor, you expect professionalism for the pharmacist. This was not the case from the pharmacist, Kendra Dobbs. I attemmpted to call in a very needed antibiotic for my patient, and was grilled by the pharmacist for my NPI, DEA, office address, etc. Out of 16 years of practice in 2 different states, I have never been treated like this from a nother medical professinal. If i could give this CVS 0 stars, I would. I will make sure to direct my patients to another pharmacy in the future.
The management company handling the exterior lot needs to be put on notice. The place is disheveled and filthy. Trash and debris are all over the parking lots and store front. I came to this location to get some cough syrup at 7:36 am. The store was supposed to open at 7:00 am. The interior lights were on but the doors were locked.
I have had the great pleasure of being serviced by the best worker at CVS on Campbellton. Her name is Razi and she always greet me with a smile and inform me of specials that are going on. Thank you Razi for your great customer service.
The hold time was horrible. I had to call and ask for a manager after Being on hold for 17 minutes. Then they picked up after another 3 minutes. They really need to do better. Especially when dealing with people medical

This location is a joke!! This is the second time they lost my photos. Look at this clutter!! The second time my 1 hour photos werent ready in an hour so I called before coming so they would be ready. Now their lost . HUH?
The absolute worst pharmacy ever. I went there and was told they were out of the prescribed medication. I told them I would wait until Thursday, then the pharmacist (dobbs) said the prescription was written over. There are so many ways to verify a prescription, I guess they didnt feel like I was worth it.
Called 2xs to get the price of a prescription and was hung up twice by Kimberly- rude called back no one answers . Poor customer service
Pharmacy sucks. It seems the techs lack knowledge of how to transfer prescriptions. This will be my last time at this CVS. I will deal with Smyrna CVS.
These people are unbelievable. I am amazed at how friendly the entire team is. Everyone knows me by name here. If I ever move I will drive the distance to continue coming here. These amazing people are worth the drive.

2022-06-18After going to three cvs locations to pick up my prescription, I was told to come to this location because it is where my prescription was sent last Thursday. I arrived only to find out that it hadnt been filled and they wanted me to wait two hours to get it but I was on my way out of town.When I explained that Id been given the runaround and needed the meds urgently, the pharmacist literally LAUGHED in my face. Now I will have to go without a critical medication for several days. I am having my meditation moved to a pharmacy that cares about the people they serve.Watch out for the short, bald Indian pharmacist with glasses, he wont be helpful!

2021-10-04Im on hold for 30 minutes or more for the Pharmacy each time I call. I am trying to update my RX information on the Mobile app and was told by customer service to reach out to the pharmacist at my store to send me a link for the update to happen. I guess I will have to go in the store and hold the line up for mobile app assistance since this pharmacy is too busy to answer calls. **Sidenote, the front of the store always answers and will send a message to the pharmacy that a call is holding - unfortunately after waiting for 30 minutes I have to hang up.

2021-07-27Getting the run around about my Rx that I urgently needed and requested the refill hours ago....Ive called a total of 5 times, a young man sent me on an unnecessary mission of phone calls to another CVS....called back, was on hold twice longer than 10 minutes both times. The second time, I was on hold almost 15 minutes...someone hung up on me, probably because it was near closing time. Good job on customer service with a Rx need 👏🏽

2020-10-17Went to pick up prescription from CVS drive-thru. Waited almost 45 minutes because car in front of me filling multiple prescriptions or one that had issues. Would have been better if they made that person come inside, drive around or pull aside and bring out to them, rather than having me, and multiple cars behind me, wait. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Thank God pharmacist was apologetic about the wait.

2021-09-26Horrible COVID-19 vaccine shots at this pharmacy! My mother went to get her booster shot today. The guy who gave her the shot lacked empathy, to put it mildly. He jabbed her in the arm such that in her words he “used my arm as a dart board.” WHY?? If the pharmacy technicians cannot administer an injection better than this, they should hire someone who can. This is an unacceptable way to treat older members of our community and an awful way to reduce vaccine hesitancy. DO BETTER!

2020-11-14Omg! Slowest pharmacy drive thru EVER! I literally sat in line for a whole hour!!!! It was a 20 minute wait per car!!! WTH?!?? Do yourself a favor and go to the new Publix across the way which has a drive thru as well. This was my first drive thru pickup at this location and the only reason I didn’t get out was because I had on a thin tshirt with no bra on (TMI)... I was expecting to pick up the prescription real quick and go home! Never again!!!!!!!

2021-09-07Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with, everytime I call the automated service hangs up no matter which department I ask for, whether its pharmacy, photos, front of store it doesnt matter. Now Im driving way out of my way to another cvs because no one there answers the phone.

2021-02-13Take them mean little girls off the drive-thru. They need customer service training. Allow the customer to ask their questions before you start answering! I go to CVS in Target....everybody is professional and knowledgeable!

2021-03-18Campbellton Rd CVS Pharmacy is horrible. It must be the store manager. After having a conversation with the store manager, it was clear that she does not care. When the manager does not care, the employees do not care. Manager had a very rude tone.

2020-10-14The staff has always been kind. But the restroom is still disgusting. I visit this store often and spend a good amount of money everytime. This is unexceptional and needs to be corrected immediately. Its soo bad at this point they need a professional service to come in. I could not stay in there long enough to get a photo.
