Cycle Gear in other cities:
Wesley was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the helmet selection and the difference between the safety ratings, and helped me try on and select something that was right for me. I didnt feel pressured to buy or like he was upselling me at all. I didnt get to look at the rest of the store besides helmets, but their selection is massive and Ill definitely be coming back when I need bike gear and not a helmet to autocross in. Thanks yall!
Cameron is the s***! Super easy going, knowledgeable, and all around cool dude. He didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need and made sure to recommend things I did. He answered a ton of questions I had because he rides a similar bike and definitely knew what he was talking about. Give this man a raise.
The people are helpful and nice. The store just doesnt stock a lot of stuff for big people. There are only three 3XL helmets in the store. There are about 4 3XL jackets as well. Basically, if you ever played football and were not a running back or kicker, they dont have your size.
Everytime I’ve been to cycle gear the customer service has been great. They haven’t ever let me down. I came in Monday for a part and one of the employees took me to the part and ensured that it would fit. When I got home it sure as heck fit. That employee deserves a raise. And every time im down there I always find great deals and things I can get to help the improvement for my bike. I truly appreciate everything y’all do for me. I will becoming there for all my parts needs for now on!!!
I had a question bout riding gear. I needed a chest plate for dirt bike riding. The staff was very helpful with helping me find the rite size an fit. I thought I needed an X-tra large. When in fact I needed a medium. Lol. They showed me the proper fit an answered all my questions. Also bout a motocross helmet from them earlier. Couldnt believe the price I paid for a (built) helmet. Best an cheapest helmet I found. I recommend these guys to anybody an I will do future business with them as well.
I have gone there several times and drive 45 minutes to get there. I bought some gloves and some stitching came out so they replaced them and then I bought some riding shoes and the zipper came off. I upgraded to some race boots and they gave me store credit for the ones that failed. Just yesterday I bought a Sena 20S and they installed it, modified my settings in the Sena app and showed me how to use it. Very professional staff and super friendly, its hard to find GREAT customer service nowadays! 💯
I am a new rider, and Daniel, Josh, and Tyler went above and beyond in teaching me on what to buy and how to use my gears. They were so nice and so easy to get along even though I cause them to close 10 mins later than their business hours. I will definitely shop here again.
Everyone there was really nice and supportive of me getting my first motorcycle they even invited me to a meetup that happens at the store i just had a really good experience there with all the employees and they helped any time i asked without making it seem like i was bothering them since im new to motorcycles
Best cycle gear experience I’ve had so far. Very friendly and helpful. Came to get a new bluetooth system. They installed it for me for free while continuing conversation and informing me about some perks of my riders plus membership I wasn’t aware of. Will continue to go through this CG for all of my future moto needs.Edit: Had yet another pleasant experience at this CG. You can really tell everyone loves the job and is just happy to be doing something for the community and helping out other riders.
I registered to riding class and they were asking to bring your own helmet. It will be first time i am going to buy cycle gear and did not have much information (except some google search).I did google search and found Cycle Gear shops around me. The closest one is in Lawrenceville. When i entered to shop, a beautiful lady welcome me with a cute smile (no mask 😕). First, i looked around and helmets. Prices very too much. For helmets, $100 to $600. So which one is best for me? At that point the kind and very helpful Maury C. (with mask 🙂👍🏻) appeared. He really tell all details, give helpful information and dont try to sell you an expensive item. He tries to help to find best item will fit you. Honestly i got happy to be there.I bought my first helmet and gloves. Thanks to Cycle Gear and all their stuff. And wish me luck in my riding class 🙂
We dropped in to get a helmet for our daughter. This was her first helmet and we tried on quite a few. With the help of the wonderful and patient young lady there (sorry I forgot her name!), we finally found one that she wanted. It was promptly taken for a ride. Very happy and will be back for replacement helmets for us. :-)
My first experience purchasing a helmet so I can ride my motorcycle. The staff was incredibly friendly and spent time showing me different options and ensuring I knew what a good fit should feel like. The store was very clean and the prices were affordable. This location offered a military/first responder discount on their house brand (Bilt and Sedici) gear which was awesome!
Up until recently I would have given 5 stars for in store selection and customer service. However, my last experience gets negative stars. Reserved on website an item in stock for in store pickup. Received notice my item was in store and ready for pick up. Arrived at store to be told person who reserved the in store item was unavailable and item could not be found😳. Employee advised me I would be contacted once he heard from the employee who set aside the reserved item. Ten days later I can still hear the silence and the crickets chirping as I wait for an explanation on why my item was NEVER in stock in the first place. Time to move on to a retailer that has up to date store inventory on their own website and honest employees who will admit their error and not just ghost customers.
I’m a newbie to the cycling world and came in to purchase some gear- helmet, jacket, gloves. The customer service was fantastic. Very knowledgeable. I appreciated they all ride and can speak from first hand experience. I appreciated they gave me the time and space to look around and ask a lot of questions. The store manager was very relatable and friendly and helpful. I was able to purchase some great gear and walk away with more of a sense of confidence about being safe and having a great time riding!
Excellent costumer service friendly & very well trained crew & Thier cycle gear is very well priced no hassle on any product that purchased needs returns or refunds for unsatisfactory reasons no questions asked .now thats a business notow not very many business practices these days .
Im always buying things from here and having tires put on. But this time when they replaced my daughters tire, they told me how they might pinch the tube or have to replace it because its old. I told them the wheel is from a 2022 bike so its not old. Imagine my surprise when they pinched my tube and charged me for their mistake. Pro-Line pinched a tube on a dirtbike I had, but they didnt charge me for their mistake. I guess Im going back to Pro-Line Motorsports from now on. Lesson learned.
Walking into the shop I was immediately greeted by a guy whose name is Daniel. Not only did he make my return a breeze, but his vast knowledge of helmets made it possible to get the right fit and style of helmet I needed! The crew at this location are amazing and def can assist you with any motorcycle, scooter, etc needs. You def wanna check them out. Ill most certainly be stopping by again!Randall
Yoooo cycle gear is awesome man.. if you ride and are in the area definitely check out these guys. Cameron sold me some beautiful alpine stars gear yesterday.. he made sure the fit was correct for myself. Great gentleman working there.. can’t speak more highly about them.
Been to multiple cycle gears around the Atlanta area and this one is the definite winner. Huge selection of items and a great staff as well. Very helpful when I have any questions and take the time to explain differences between brands and models. It isn’t the 1st or 2nd closest to me but I’ll always go out of my way to visit this store specifically.
This store had exactly what I needed and the sales person took me right to the brake pads I needed and two other items. Carried my items to the counter and promptly completed my transaction. All of this was done with a pleasant spirit of someone who enjoyed his job. I was very impressed!
I dont go I often. Im always delighted with the friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff. They know what theyre talking about and always relay information well.I went in for a jacket. Ive never actually bought a real motorcycle jacket with the armor and all that. The selection was a little overwhelming, but the person that helped me did a great show and tell AND picked out the right size for me immediately. They love motorcycles and all of us that ride.Im greatful for all they do.
Great place to get all your bike gear many options great prices order online and have it send to store or home 4 pickup, they have a huge catalog online, friendly staff helpful knowledgeable and willing to guide you for the best option for your purchase. Open everyday and right down the street huge parking available. They are loaded with stuff, huge selection of helmets, you can walk in tryout see the styles decide to buy online and have all bases covered, color size style etc.
Been a while since i have been on two wheels, so after getting a new MC I obviously needed some gear. I am happy I decided to make the trip to Cycle Gear, they are very knowledgeable, quick to see if I needed any assistance and extremely friendly. I ended up getting a new helmet, a phone mount and a lock for my bike. And couldnt be happier.
Awesome staff, good selection. Everyone greeted me promptly and offered help without being pushy. Jordan (80% sure that was her name) and the other staff members were very patient and knowledgeable. It was nice to be given true advice and not just be sold the product in front of me.
This store is one of hundreds of stores in the chain across the USA. Well stocked with a wide variety of quality gear for on and off road motorcycling. Cameron was my very knowledgeable salesman. These non commissioned people are very helpful but not pushy. 90 day return policy and the ability to return or get service from any store in the chain. Prices are reasonable with great pricing with some of their specials.
Another awesome experience with Cycle Gear online, and my local store! I picked up my Bilt armored jacket and my new Icon helmet. I also took in my second helmet kit for my Cardo Freecom 2+ communicator. I asked if they could install it for me, and not only did they install that, but they also swapped the clear shield for the dark smoke one, and installed the Supervent on top of the helmet. Now that’s customer service!
My customer service experience in their Lawrenceville GA store was excellent. I was shopping for a helmet. They answered all my questions and encouraged me to try on as many as I liked. Their store brand BiLT modular helmet fit me the best and had great features. I saved so much money on this helmet that I bought the pin lock shield, a nice hi-viz jacket, and gloves. This is definitely the place to go for motorcycle riding gear. I highly recommend them and will definitely shop there again when I need other accessories. Give them a try!!!
This is my first time ever going to a bike store. The experience was great. Everyone were friendly and very helpful. I got to admit, I felt uncomfortable being older and being seen in there but the sales person reassured me that it was ok. I’m glad I went there and I was happy with my purchase.
Nice place, fair pricing and a good collection, went to purchase a new helmet, the staff were all super nice, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. They even offered to swap or take my helmet back within 30 days if I am unhappy with the fit...awesome customer service, you have a customer for life
A bit disappointed that this location doesn’t service motorcycles! You can get and find all different types of assorted items and accessories. The entire crew at this location are cool AF and do understand products and application sold at this location. Will definitely be returning.
Cameron & Daniel were absolutely wonderful! I needed my tires put on my wheels, and the service was super fast and again... Cameron & Daniel were just awesome! They were knowledgeable of how to do the change and were extremely professional! I would absolutely recommend this store as the staff is beyond helpful and they make it a great experience! As for the store, it was super clean and organized which anyone could appreciate!
The people here are so knowledgeable, and Brent The Great Gear Guru has or can get whatever I need for all my motorcycles. He helped me to get the correct fit for my helmet, and made sure I understood all the features, It still amazes me how I learn something new everytime I come here, I just dont know what we motorcycle riders would ever do without Brent and a Cycle Gear.
Came and spent almost $1000 on beginner riding gear and was helped out greatly by Travis. He helped me with his insight on what offers the most protection which is what I was looking for and we went through every piece of gear together. Great customer service and nice clean store is what’s gonna make me keep coming back for anything motorcycle related.
I went in to get my tires mounted and balanced because Cycle Gear partners with Revzilla and offer a deal when you purchase tires from Revzilla. Every where i called before finally ordering my tires from Revzilla were going to charge $75+ for each tire. Through Cycle Gear i got out of there around $50+tax for both wheels. Not only was the pricing fair, the customer service was great, they had me in and out within 45 minutes. My tires were mounted and balanced right which was a huge deal for me, the last place i went mounted my rear tire backwards and charged me to fix it. 10/10 would recommend anyone to go get their parts and gear from Cycle Gear.
I bought an Arai helmet way back in 2005 ! Expensive of course but great helmets are! Bought another Arai helmet today from Jordan, the most beautiful woman Ive ever met ! She was extremely helpful and I couldnt have been more happy with my purchase ! Have to go back and get a few more things hahaha
I called the store to verify the helment I wanted was in stock and they told me it was and they held it for me. When I got there I noticed it was not the helment I wanted and the one I was after was out of stock. The salesman went out of his way to help me find another helment similar to the one I wanted but it was more expensive and the salesman got me a discount so the price was close to what I had originally expected. I am happy with the helment and the service I received. I forgot to mention the salesmans name. Wesley was the guys name that helped me and was a pretty good fella to deal with.
I’ve been buying things here and there since 2009. First R6 spent $2600 there including my first Arai Helmet. People talk a lot of stuff there even if it is rhetoric it’s a place for business. Recently sold me a triple tree with 2 pins that wouldn’t fit in that I had to use clamps and pliers for. Disorganize gloves and one that tears within a year. However I have an alpinestars jacket I bought from there nearly 10 years ago still in great condition and the Arai Helmet I retired from nearly 10 years ago in great condition. About to buy tires and another suit will probably buy elsewhere. Great place for fitting not for purchasing. Customer service from some is a 5 some a 3. Parts and Products 4.8 out of 5.Redeemed but I will leave my original review. Brent have been with cyclegear for over a decade, I know. He helped me pick my first arai helmet. A few weeks ago he changed my tires and had my new pirelli supercorsa on in no time. If you want new tires go to Brent 5 star service10.23.21 Got new gears again Brent best customer service. Give that man a raise.
Young guy at counter was not helpful at all.Mumbled a lotCould not find my name in systemI’ve spent almost $2000 thereI asked about a product and he pointedWhile I was going to pay I asked if I could add somethingHe stated it was too lateClearly he gets paid the same whether I buy or notNormally a really good experienceWe ride all over the USA and have stopped at probably 6 different locations
I have user this location for the 13yrs I have been in GA and would go nowhere else for my motorcycle gear. The team has always been professional, the store organized and everything is easy to find. The best part, is the CG team is knowledgeable about cycle gear products for my machine. Yesterdays visit (1.11.20) was no different and Brett daytime (hope i have name correct) and Cameron/Daniel at night (again I hope I have names correct). I appreciate the customer service and will continue to use CG for my motorcycle products and gear.
Courteous, knowledgeable staff. The store has a good selection of all the gear you might need. You can also get your new tires mounted here, though you may need to leave them overnight. I would have given five stars except they didnt have the particular brand of jacket I was hoping to find. Even so, I did find s good jacket at a good price.
Every time i walk into this cycle gear I am instantly greeted with respectable and helpful cycle gear employees. Every one of them treats my decision and help me with respect. Also my girlfriend is a rider and they speak to her same way they do me. They go above and beyond with their service and helping you find the perfect part, gear, lubricants, etc. Cameron was one of the helpful men who helped me figure out what to get and what was comfortable to me. I really appreciate the respect and gratitude they have up there. Genuine people.
I was looking for a pair of replace mirrors for a Kawasaki Vulcan cruiser. Viewed their only web page via cell phones and found an attractive mirror that I though was a pair. Theyre Out of Stock online but showed them at my local store so I reserved the item for pickup. When I arrived the next day they had trouble locating the item, and when they did only had one and not a pair. All other possible alternatives they also only had one of.
I have never experienced anything but the absolute best customer service at Cycle Gear Lawrenceville. I dont know how they do it, but they have exceptional employees and I have had a positive experience on every visit. I would highly recommend Cycle Gear for all your motorcycle parts or riding gear needs. You can look at their selection of gear online, then try on items in the store to find the best fit.
I was at the lawranceville location roswell and Smyrna ga shopped around for a helment kinda of hard with the colors so bounced around between these 3 locations but I have to say that the staff was amazing and informed the guy at roswell was on point with his knowledge the manager at the lawranceville location is always amazing he always goes beyond with all the purchase that Ive done there over the years.over all ended up with a new arai wich Im very happy with.
10-10-20 UpdateThe replacement jacket from Cycle Gear had a defect. The threads on the velcro strap at the wrist came apart after a few long rides.Brian at Cycle Gear in Lawrenceville, GA, offered to honor my 30-day no-hassle warranty. But, the jacket was just right for me, except for the defective sewing. After assuring me that Cycle Gear would make it right he said I could have the velcro sewn on at a shoe repair shop or alterations shop -- without telling me thats what I had to do.So, I bought a set of rear brake pads. Brian knocked off a few bucks on that sale, to pay to have the jacket repaired. An hour later, the local shoe shop made the jacket better than ever for a few bucks -- that Brian wisely covered. Can you imagine how much time and wasted money Brian saved Cycle Gear and me? Anybody could have processed the return and have another jacket shipped to me -- whenever. Brian was willing to make the deal work, and I was too.Thats why I do business with Brian at Cycle Gear in Lawrenceville.September 2020Brian and the crew at Cycle Gear in Lawrenceville, GA, deserve commendations for how well they treated me when I bought a leather riding jacket in September 2020.I have shopped there several times, but I was always a bit suspicious of their 30-day no-hassle return policy because I never had to return anything. At first, I liked the brown ballistic leather jacket for $280. Bought it. Took it home. Regretted not buying the black one instead. Took it back, tags and all, and exchanged it for the black one -- with no hassle. Went for my first 100+ mile ride and one of the snaps broke. Not a great sign for how long the jacket would last.Took it back. Got a different style ... but learned it was too big. Gathered up the tags and called them back. They didnt have the correct size in stock. They called the store in Roswell, where Eric set the correct size and style aside for me to pick up, as I requested.Happily drove to Roswell to get the jacket. I love it. Fits perfectly.Very thankful for the friendly guys who upheld the high standards of Cycle Gear and helped me get the right jacket in the right size. The process was so pleasant that I also bought two pairs of riding gloves. Thanks to Brian, Eric and to the folks who serve Cycle Gear and its customers so very well.I highly recommend Cycle Gear and its stores in Lawrenceville & Roswell.
Being a first time bike owner. I was told by many to shop at Cycle Gear. I was pleasantly greeted by Brent. Brent then explained to me all I need to know as a first time Helmet buyer and helped me pick the one that fitted my needs and budget. Thank you for all the advice and time.
Great people, great service, and great experience. The guys that work here are really intentional about helping out and giving the correct information or suggestions. I had trouble with my tire and they were able to not only educate me but also help me in making it right.
The prices are fair. at the time of my visit, a BILT leather & mesh combination jacket was on sale. my sales consultant took the time to really access my needs and help me to the best of his ability even though Im picky. I even picked up a heat away shirt for $10 or so (with purchase). the store has great people who care about your safety. never at any point did I feel neglected or mislead. I will definitely return one day.
Went to Cycle Gear as always they were great I have bought thousands of dollars worth of motorcycle gear from rain or summer wear 2 heavy winter gear today we went and got my girlfriend a helmet the gentleman there were nice enough. to even wire in a Bluetooth set that we brought in for her new helmet and my old helmet. Great people Cycle Gear has been to three or four different ones in the Atlanta area but today was the one in Lawrenceville
For the last couple of months Ive visited the Lawrenceville store. Ive purchased a helmet, gloves, boots, stands, decals, lubricants, etc. The staff is always friendly and helpful. A couple of times Ive had to return some items. Cycle Gears policy was honored, no questions asked. This beats shopping online and the hassle of returning items via mail. CGs prices are generally competitive and their specials pretty much unbeatable. Unless they dont have your brand or size, this is the place to get your gear.

2022-07-13As a soon to be new rider (taking basic riding course in Aug), Im a little nervous. So Ive been doing a lot of online research on gear. 📝 I brought my list of questions in with me and Daniel was VERY helpful in educating me on different products including gloves, helmets, jackets and boots. 🧤🧥🥾 He did not make me feel inferior since he has 19 years of riding. He patiently answered my questioned, provided me several items to try on, and allowed me just to get the feel of the various products without rushing me to make a purchase. 👍🏽⭐ If you are new to riding or just want to receive high level, quality customer service, I recommend to go see Daniel at Cycle Gear - Lawrenceville. 💯🅰️

2022-07-13As a beginner rider with virtually zero knowledge I couldnt have asked for a better experience purchasing my gear! Great location, all the staff here deserve a raise, and Eric was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while ensuring I only spent what was within my budget and necessary. This will be my home store for years to come I hope, and highly recommend this location!

2022-05-26Eric and Tyler were super helpful and patient! As a new rider, they walked me through everything I needed to know regarding equipment and safety. They helped me to find products that fit my preference and price range. After leaving, I felt much more confident in what I was getting into, would highly recommend.

2022-07-16I had a tire for my Harley mounted and balanced and they did a great job in a timely manner. It didnt cost much at all. Its $25 if you buy the tire from them and $50 if you buy the tire elsewhere. I got a chance to walk around the store and they dont have much for cruisers but they have an entire wall of helmets for every rider.

2022-06-18I saw a price online of$62.99. Price on box in store was $69.99. I asked about matching the online price and he said sure and pulled up an online ad that said $64.49 and that was what he could sell it for. I then asked about my Rider Plus 10% and was told it did not qualify for it. I was not made to feel like a valuable customer. They will have have something I really need and cannot get anyplace else before I go back.

2022-02-19There’s Cycle Gear and then there is Cycle Gear of Lawrenceville. They ROCK!! Friendly, skilled, knowledgeable and customer focused. They help me buy what I need and don’t try to sell me what I don’t need.Cameron & team are the bomb! Can’t remember the guy who helped me yesterday but he was great as well!! (Brian, maybe??)Helmet fits, they know exactly how to recommend and fit you properly. Headset installs and instructions on how to use are quick and painless.Buying from these guys is better than buying on line from CG. It’s the customer service thing I promise. You won’t be disappointed!!

2022-06-07The return policy is amazing, riders plus is actually a great value, everybody that works there is cool AF, if they dont have it in stock they can have it shipped to your house within the week. There are no cons to this place 10 /10. They might just be the best company.

2022-06-29Picked up a nail in my tire on the way home from work Friday, was able to ride Sunday since my tube was in stock and the guys were able to get it swapped out in a couple of hours. ALWAYS got good service when buying tires but this was just a tube... Won my repeat business again.
