Cycle Gear in other cities:
Great experience here yesterday! Best Cycle Gear I’ve ever been to. I live significantly closer to a different location but am glad to make the detour to this one. Knowledgeable and attentive staff, wide selection, and friendly team at checkout. Plus, they taught me about this great app for routing fun rides!
My daughter and I came in for new helmets. We looked at a few, picked out the ones we liked and went to check out. The guy asked who helped us and I told him nobody. He was surprised no one had helped us. He looked at the size of my daughters helmet and helped her get the correct size. Thats why you got a 4. If he hadnt helped, you would have gotten a 2 for service and a 3 for selection.
I was in CG looking for tires. Greg helped me decide on the perfect set for my riding style and plans of use. His experience and knowledge of riding on the streets and on track provided great insights into the tires selected. Greg also reminded me of the sales and rebates available on each product. I had and overall great experience and would recommend this CG to friends and riding bubbies alike.
The team here is great, we were being helped by Greg. I tried on several different helmets and Greg explained the difference between them and helped me make the right choice based on my head shape. They will not upsell you and prioritize safety over everything else. There is no pressure to get anything youre not ready for. I ended up getting a membership since I plan on shopping here often. A one stop shop for all bike gear. Highly recommended.
Fantastic experience heading to Cycle Gear Roswell. Went to pick up an online order, and MY stupid self ordered the wrong part. They made the return super easy, and were very helpful in getting me an alternative, as what I was looking for wasnt available. Helped me out a ton, and cant say enough good things. Ill be heading back, and you should too!
I spotted the Cycle Gear shop on April 1, 2022, on my way to somewhere else and stopped by. I will take ownership of a motorcycle soon , after being away from riding for decades, so I wanted to know about the latest gear I should buy. One of the employees there, Greg, could not have been more helpful. He spent at least a half hour explaining the features of helmets, protective clothing and footwear. Once I receive my bike, I definitely plan on supporting this local, Roswell shop by buying my gear there. Thanks for the education Greg!
I have been thoroughly pleased every time I have visited Cycle Gear. Everyone that works there has been very helpful and they always go above and beyond. Like today, we bought a cycle carrier. Greg was awesome and even put it together for us! If you are looking for cycle gear or other related products this is the place.
Greg took the time to show us several rain suits in detail. He also showed us a lot of cool features in the Revver app.The store seems to have everything the average motorcycle person needs. This will probably be my go to place to order modifications for my motorcycle and maintenance stuff.
I always have a good experience with the staff and products at Cycle Gear but today they really raised the bar on service. This compelled me to write a review on the great service provide by Jordan when kindly welcomed me into the store and quickly engaged me on how he could help me. I came in with a repair issue, the wires inside my CardoPack’s microphone we’re damaged and the mic was no longer functioning. Jordan quickly inspected it and proceeded to issue me a replacement part. No questions, no fuss. Easy warranty issue. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Jordan for the great service today. This kind of service is what keeps me coming back to CycleGear.
I was in dire need to get a flat fixed in my front tire of my motorcycle and these guys were busy with five tires ahead of me but they fit me in first thing next morning and within 10 minutes was on my way. They were very accommodating and quick. Will shop there for bike stuff in the future.
I have been calling around trying to find a back tire for my HD, 2 HD stores included, and was having no luck. Tires are hard to come by right now is what everyone keeps saying. Well I finally found the right place! Cycle Gear not only had my tire but 2 different brands to choose from. Not only that but they got me in and out in 1 1/2 hours. And they were very busy... Price was on the lower end of scale and they were knowledgeable and helpful. Cool accessories to browse too! Thanks again! You have definitely earned some loyalty!
Called to make sure they had a battery to fit my bike, the guy went and put his hands on it immediately without even asking and put the last one on hold for me to make sure I could ride that day!!! Awesome customer service!! Also they have awesome bike nights with real prizes not lame ones 😁
Not a fan.Dropped off a couple of tires to be mounted before 11am and was told they would be done by 1pm at the latest and they would call when they were done.1pm --nothing2:30 -- called and they said they would start them right away and they would be done in an hour3:30 -- got to the store and they still hadnt started them4:30 -- finally got my mounted tires @ $116 for mounting one tire, one tube exchange, and 2 tubesI know that life gets in the way but Im centrally located between the Roswell and Smyrna stores and I wont use this store again.
I am getting back into riding after a long time and had to get set of complete gear (Jacket, Pants, Boots, Gloves, armor, Helmet and Headset) before I picked up my motorcycle.I spent a few hours over two days at CycleGear in Roswell to try many items. Jordan patiently asked me about my needs and helped me at every step over the entire time when I was going through their collection. He gave space for me to try out to my hearts content while alway being there to answer questions and provide guidance on selection. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable on the entire collection of products of interest to me and was able to articulate the pros and cons from my requirements perspective. You can clearly see that his motivation was more to enable me rather than pushing products. He also informed me about the 15% discount for MSF participation and they honored my MSF certificate that was over a decade old!He also explained in detail about their return policy in case things dont work out. It looks like the place has a great culture of customer service!
Cycle Gear talked me into a discount program when I purchased my helmet. After the transaction I noticed there was no discount, it was then I was told Shoei did not participate in the discount program.Tried to buy my new rear tire from cycle gear. They did not have the size needed. Bought from their sister company Revzilla and again coud not use my discount. So I spent over $900 and could not use the discount program I paid for.Took my wheel and tire to have it mounted, since cycle gear would mount the tire at no cost. Got there, they had 5 tires ahead of me. Though I was standing there. Left the tire there. Was told it would be ready by noon the next day. Got there after noon and the tire was not ready. The tech said there was one tire ahead of me. An hour later my tire was done. I loaded my tire and drove 45 min home. As I was getting the tire from my truck, I noticed it had been mounted backwards. Now I had to make a new 45 min trip to cycle gear to have them fix my tire.Onced corrected, and after making the 45 min drive home, I started to clean up the wheel. While rubbing the wheel with a damp cloth, I hit the weights which proceeded to fall off. The tech had not bothered to dry the wheel before applying the weight. I dried the liquid from the weight and reapplied to where I thought it it was.My interactions with cycle gear has been pathetic. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Had tires mounted on some wheels I brought in for my dual sport. It took a little longer than expected, and also cost a little more than I thought. I was confused by “off-road tires”, but I guess they are DOT legal so I was charged “street tire” price. Buy your tires direct from them if you can for in house mounting prices. They saved my old tubes so I can pack up in for an emergency off road tube change. Thanks
I would like to give it 10 stars if I could the team at cycle gear ! In every aspect of searching for a helmet that is comfortable safe and also cool looking I had so many questions and they answered every single one of them with knowledge and patience! Bri was outstanding she helped me find the right one for me she held my helmet for me while I was going through a surgery until I was able to get back into the store to try on. Jourdun was very knowledgeable and funny and helpful with a Agv k6 The whole team work together to make this customer very happy! Highly recommend going there to get your next helmet!Dawn Davis
Moto, Greg and Nick were very very helpful. Moto and Greg work tirelessly to make sure I got the right helmet and the right fit. Moto is specially knowledgeable and helmets. Greg also help me find suitable riding pants for the weather I was looking to ride in. Their professionalism and friendliness is unmatched in this industry. I never once felt pressured to buy something more expensive or anything of that nature. I will be back for all my motorcycle needs.
I trust these Guys with their advice and suggestions when it comes to accessories, parts, and even questions with me fixing my own bike. Great group of individuals that work at this location in Roswell. Greg, Moto, and Eric (among others) have helped me so much I refer people to their location in Roswell all the time. Give these guys a raise.
I was in need of a new helmet and was planning on just shopping and fitting at the shop, then buying online. After trying on multiple lids, and getting some great advice from Brandon, I settled on a Schuberth modular. When we got to the price, we found out the helmet was on sale and was able to get the bluetooth accessory for about the same as some of their other helmets solo. Brandon also installed the bluetooth for me, while i waited.5 stars for salesmanship and Customer Service! As I was riding that day I had to leave my old lid at the shop to pick up later. When i called today (about 15min before they closed ) The guy Greg that answered said, “you are just picking up your old helmet, c’mon by… we will still be here closing up. ….” True customer service!Anything i need for riding in the future will be any easy choice!! Thanks guys and Thanks Cycle Gear for hiring such good folks!!
First time visiting the store and I was very pleased with the vibes in the store. The guy upfront cleaned my helmet visor and I didn’t have to ask! Didn’t want to break the budget for my riding gear but the guys pointed me to the right gear for my riding style and I left feeling great with my new equipment. Definitely coming back for my motorcycle needs. 10/10!
Awesome experience here! Eric was able to help with couple of fixes to the helmet and share his riding experience. When I asked him about how much to pay for the helmet fixes, his response was Come on Buddy. If you get into any such issues, just come and visit. Thats Eric for you 😀. Guys at this CG are knowledgeable and willing to help you always. When I was enquiring about winter Gloves, they recommended a $15 winter liner for Gloves which worked like a charm. Thank you for being kind and helpful.
Friendly, helpful, timely. Great service 10/10. They stand by what they sell and they change tires and tubes! I will buy any gear here before going online. Can’t recommend this location enough. Nick and Eric were very kind and courteous over the phone and accommodated my minimal contact request.
Went here for a helmet and received an education.I had an exceptional experience with Eric and Moto. I was guided through every aspect and feature of multiple helmets. I was able to decide on both the safety and design of the helmet much further than I could have on my own. These two were able to give me information on tracks as well and the best places to ride. When it comes to knowledge and service I don’t think I could have had a better experience. I’ll definitely be using them for my continued purchases in the future and any info I might need.
Update:6/15/2022: the bike night that cyclegear puts on its outstanding and so much fun! I love interacting with the staff and other bikers.Update: 3/4/2022: once again… cycle gear exceeds my expectations every time. I love these guys and girls. My local cycle gear is right next door to my job and i love coming here on my lunch break. It always eases my mind when coming in this place during a stressful day at work to unwind and just talk bikes with the employees. In this case, they let me try out a ram mount and license plate bracket on my Ducati 996 before buying it. It was much appreciated. I love cycle gear and their employees are top notch. They really seem to love their jobs and helping people.
Greg helped me out install a Cardo pack talk into my new helmet. He was so careful and did some extra taping behind the helmet liner so I wouldn’t have to go back in because everything was so secure. He was very friendly and even though they were busy when I went in, it took no longer than 15 minutes for him to do it nicely and carefully. It wouldn’t taken me hours. Great store for the gear it has in stock
I went in to get some last minute Christmas items for my son. Was greeted by a Greg who helped me select a great gear bag. He told me about their rewards program as well which I also purchased so my son could save money year round. Terry was also very helpful in giving me some stocking stuffer ideas. Overall, my experience as a non motor cyclist was fantastic. I highly recommend cycle gear for their expertise and customer service.
Cycle Gear is my favorite place to get gear and parts. They are conveniently located, always seem to have items in stock (or will get it), and have extremely knowledgeable, responsive and helpful staff. Can’t ask for more. While you can get lower pricing online and you might wanna go that way you if that’s your main concern, for me the above combo works at cyclegear every time.
I frequently come in to check sizing before being indecisive and not buying anything for myself, stores been well put together and staffed the whole time. Yesterday I decided Id buy a heated jacket liner, the guy behind the counter sized me, had me try it on, and reassured me by answering way too many questions about the power draw. Then, this magical wizard behind the counter, informs me that I can read CEL codes on my Kawi without a scanner and adapter plug. Ive looked online for months trying to figure out the issue and the info is just not readily available, yet the dude pulled it off the top of his head. Cant be happier with the service at this location and will absolutely keep this store in mind as a great quick pick-up location when Amazon next delays my 300v delivery or I finally destroy my perfectly worn-in decade old gloves.
I received a helmet for Christmas purchased at Cycle Gear Roswell. We took my helmet back so that I could get an in person fitting. I can’t imagine better or more friendly service. All the right questions helped to match the best product to my personal needs, safety, and use. Greg was the associate who extended to me extraordinary assistance. He even identified me as a veteran and thanked me for my service. I had no idea that the choice of a helmet could be so uniquely personal nor did ever imagine the broad range of products each of which can be matched to the individual serious competitive rider or a casual senior rider like me. Thanks to the staff at Cycle Gear Roswell, I will refer anyone I know to your store, and I will be back for all my future needs.
Many thanks to all the staff especially Moto!I needed a helmet/gloves to take the beginner motorcycle class and went into the store not having a clue about either. Everyone was great with tips and pointers trying to help me! Moto was extremely patient with all my questions and explained the benefits of gear while riding. He took his time to make sure I had exactly what was the best fit for me.Appreciate the attentive staff helping to ensure I had everything needed.Thank you!!!!
Purchased a rear tire via Cycle Gear and had it delivered to the Roswell store, needed it mounted and balanced. Once it arrived at the store; I called in to check on scheduling the mount and balance. I was assured they had sufficient staff to do the job quickly. Arriving at 5:30pm and I was out the door in less than 20 minutes. Counter staff was helpful, friendly and efficient, got me in and out quickly. A+ for the staff, great job.
Came in here to grab a helmet and some other gear and right off the bat everything is very well organized and the shop looks great! But on top of that the two guys that helped me find everything, Greg and Jordan, made the experience so easy and personal. They helped me weigh out the options that fit my budget and get me into the gear I need. This location is defiantly my go to when it comes to bike shops now!
Cycle Gear is always a great place to get all motorcycle related items. The staff are both experienced and super friendly. Today Stephen was super helpful trying to find the right helmet size and explaining the difference between different types and brands. This wasnt my first visit and definitely wont be my last.
It is highly valuable to me that there is a local store where I can try on helmets, boots, pants, gloves, etc. In my experience it is difficult to get sizing right when purchasing online. For this reason I like to shop Cycle gear whenever I can. However, their online experience is not great and whenever anything needs to be shipped it always seems to take too long.
I loved how expansive the place was on the inside rather than on the outside it was like walking into Narnia for motorcycle gear haha! I’d say the only thing that I wasn’t happy with was not being greeted until like 30 minutes after I was already looking for what I was looking for, but then when they did greet me I had three people ask me if I was doing all right and trying to help me look for my jacket and I’m happy I found a great jacket and I got a better perspective on what the fit for my jacket should be like and now I know how to look for things a little better when I go hunting for gear! Thanks!
So I’m new to the sport and needed some advice with choosing the right gear for me. Matt at the Roswell location helped me with just that. He was very knowledgeable and spent a good bit of time with me helping me get what I need and answering all of my questions about the sport. Really nice customer service and wide selection. Will be going back!
I would like to thank Greg, Moto, Matt, Nick, and Eric for great service and knowledge to help me choose riding gear -gloves, jacket, pants... Been in this store at least 5-6 times in last 2 months and every time one of them greets me from the door and helps me choose what suits me best without pressure selling making sure I am happy and satisfied with the purchase and most importantly safe riding. Thank you guys!Happy birthday Greg : )
The local Roswell, GA store team consistently does a great job for me. When I call in for with favors, they have always come through. The manager recognizes me when i come in, and calls me by name. The team is broadly knowledgeable and is able to help me with the different styles of bikes I have and the types of riding I do. The employees are quick to ask each other for help or information if they need it, and they obviously have a good team comradery to help each other service customers. The individual employees obviously have a passion for bikes and riding, but they also have a culture of providing excellent customer service.I highly recommend Cycle Gear corporate, the Roswell store, and especially the Roswell employee team.
All the guys were very helpful. I was looking for mesh gloves and also for some leathers. All were very knowledgeable about all the gear. It was very refreshing as many stores know nothing about the products they sell. Nice selection too! Highly recommend if youre shopping for gear..
Absolutely love this location! Everyone in the store is really friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable. As a woman rider, I don’t feel uncomfortable walking in and asking any and all questions to the store associates and managers. Matt is pretty awesome and informative! This will be my regular Cycle Gear for sure!!
Ive bought a helmet, gloves, and jacket from the Roswell store. my helmet I ordered online, based on the sizing I received from the store, and the first helmet was too tight, sent it back, and ordered the next larger size, a perfect fit! we determined that the HJC helmets run a size small. The Jacket and Gloves were a perfect fit! this is now my go to store for accessories
I love Cycle Gear! I’m a beginner rider, and they have a vast selection of motorcycle gear and accessories. I definitely was blown away! To be honest, it gave me a feeling of nostalgia. For it felt as if I were a kid again walking through the multiple aisles of a toy store. However with that being said, the questions definitely were there in mass, and I came firing them out. Nevertheless, the Cycle Gear team in Morrow, GA, answered each and every question without skipping a beat. The guys there we’re definitely knowledgeable, helpful, and credulous, with many years of riding experience combined. I can only say, how much I appreciate them. I was guided to a helmet, which I still believe to this day was the best choice for me.What’s crazy, is that I’m a strong believer that most franchises are hit or miss with their service. However, I was proven wrong when I visited the Cycle Gear in Roswell. I was running late for my motorcycle course and I needed some new gloves. I still believe the guys their sensed my urgency. For one team member helped me find the right gloves in an instant! I even ended up purchasing a new jacket as well!I did this within 10 minutes. Keep in mind, there was definitely a line. However, the guy that was helping me, allowed me to bypass it. He logged into the empty register so I could complete the purchase. Again, I’m blown away by the service and the knowledge that backs it up! I would recommend everyone and anyone to this place for all of their riding needs!
Well staffed and several employees asked me if I needed help. I had tires shipped to the store and bought my wheels to have them installed. Employee that helped me was very professional. Only reason for not a 5 rating was that he told me they would be ready until the next day. I was surprised to get a call about an hour later that they would be ready in about 10 minutes. If I had know there was a chance they would get done I could have saved the 35 mile round trip. Otherwise it was great.
As a qualifier: I am 66 y.o. and havent been on a bike in 48 years, so I have no knowledge or basis of current equipment. I just purchased a bike and needed gear (helmet). In walking into Cycle Gear I found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful...they spent the time to supply the information that I could base my decision. Although there was a vast range in price, the staff did not try to upsale me. I was shown, fitted and tested from base price to the premium helmets and asked about fit and comfort. The experience was quite positive and informative. I recommend Cycle Gear and will return as need dictates. Lastly, I searched the internet prior to and after making my helmet purchase and found Cycle Gear to be inline with prices posted for the exact brand, model and color of my purchase.
I will rate 3.5 only because the customer service was lacking in energy and attentiveness. The sales associate made me feel like I was bothering him or maybe frustrating him with my questions. I am a new rider so I did not know the difference between the helmet names, models, styles etc... excellent Customer service is everything to me. All sales associates should make all customers feel welcomed and comfortable. Love my helmet though. 🙂
Staff is super friendly and helped me get everything I needed!! I walked in and I forget his name, but was a shorter dude and had been riding for a year, well he helped me out big time! He was telling me a lot of tricks and helped me pick out a lot of new gear! Definitely coming back!
I recently purchased a helmet and it just wasn’t what I expected. So I proceeded to return it for another helmet I should have purchased originally. This helmet was a great deal more in price. The whole staff was very helpful to get me what I needed. The manager( I forget his name) gave me a major discount I was not expecting and also hooked me up with some polish for my helmet or anything with a gloss finish. I highly recommend you come here for whatever you need to be safe on the streets. These guys are knowledgeable and extremely helpful!
Dude was awesome, helped me get all the gear I needed to be safe, hooked me up with the rewards program to save some money, talked me through the pros and cons of all my choices so I could make the best decision for my budget and spent quality time making sure I had everything I needed even though the store was packed. I wish I could remember his name cause dude deserves a raise for sure
My husband and I recently shopped at Cycle Gear and had a wonderful experience. Moto and the entire staff at the Roswell location were very informative and patient. Being a woman making a way in this unfamiliar male-dominated space can be quite intimidating. But Moto was phenomenal in setting both of us up for success to start exploring this new world of riding as safely and comfortably as possible. We left the shop having received the best deals and exceptional service. We highly recommend visiting Cycle Gear! My husband and I plan to be long-standing customers of Cycle Gear/Roswell.
This is my second trip to this location. I am a new rider and all the employees are more than happy to help and talk about riding and everything related to it. They really go the extra mile and try to remember the customers who come in. Greg recognized me from a few weeks ago and was extremely helpful today again. I would recommend anyone who rides or is interested in riding to come here, I know Ill be back.
Ive been very pleased with the service, the quality and selection of the gear, and the general attitude there. Very nice people to talk with.Update: Ive ordered two different batteries and had two different tires mounted by this shop. They have been excellent about speedy service, mounting, balancing and notifying me when the batteries came in. Eric, the manager, young guy, knows how to run his business right and is doing it.UPDATE 2: Its at least a year later and I found out yesterday there is a new manager in this store, Its the previous Asst Mgr promoted to Store Mgr. The previous guy, Eric was doing so well in this little store they promoted him to a bigger store to try to get it up to the level of this one!! Plus its only 15 min from his home. CONGRATS to Eric AND to Moto, the new manager!! SAME great people there, front to back, top to bottom, friendly, sharp, straight-up people trying every thing they can to help anyone coming thru the door. If they dont have it they will find it for you somewhere.
This place is great! They have a wide selection of gear to meet all of your needs. I was able to pick out the perfect helmet by trying on nearly a dozen from a huge selection. I was also able to pick up quite a bit of riding gear at reasonable prices and good sales. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend going to this place instead of buying blindly on the internet.
I recently purchased my first bike and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful to ensure that I found what I was looking for and ensuring I had everything I needed. (Bonus points) for also let me borrow a screwdriver so I could adjust something on my bike. I will definitely be going back soon for more gear and some other motorcycle accessories!
Those guys go out of their way to accommodate their customers! It is the day before Thanksgiving, and I am traveling out of state tomorrow and I am in desperate need of gloves due to the cold weather. Because this is the eve of a holiday, they were closing sooner than I thought. So I called and explained my situation, and Greg and Eric were super awesome to offer to stay open for 15 mins after hours so I could go and pick up some gloves.
Moto and another guy (I did not catch his name sadly) we’re amazing. Went in and talked with them for over an hour or so. They helped me get all the gear I wanted and answered every question I had. Super cool guys really love what they do and will do their best to make you leave with a smile on your face!
Just wanted to say thank you to the Roswell Cycle Gear crew. I regularly buy a variety of off-road product, and Cycle Gear is always my first stop. They always have a good selection of product and gear. The entire staff has always been very kind and helpful (for years). I personaly like the good selection of Motocross tires and tire changing services. I love that I can drop wheels off, have tires/tubes changed, at a good price, and not worry about anything. Eric stands out to me for consistency and care. Its nice to know, that attention to detail is a focus for him. Gives you peace of mind when you go to ride. Id encourage every to visit Cycle Gear Roswell.
Staff is always really friendly snd helpful. Not sure what her name is but one employee who has short hair and wears glasses is always very helpful and great at the register. Another employee, looks like a Harley guy, but is super knowledgeable and goes out of his way to talk to you about items and to help you with anything that you need. Super place for your motorcycle accessories n clothing.
I really wanted to give the place three stars, but they had what I needed. Heard the staff dissing a customers bike because they were not into that sort of motorcycle - they need to support all riders, not just ones who ride what they ride. That was discouraging. Also the way the mens apparel was laid out is a bit of a cluster. Finding a name brand pair of gloves and a jacket was tough between all the Bilt and Sedici house brand stuff. The store could be better executed at a retail level and will benefit from the Triumph shop down the street not stocking much. I know its hard to get good help, but it;s not hard for management to be better leaders.
I don’t often leave reviews on businesses but I wanted to give my compliments to Cycle Gear of Roswell, GA. All of the folks there are great but my goto man is Eric. He always goes out of his way to provide the absolute best experience. I don’t trust anyone else to mount my tires. I know that when Eric does the work the wheels will be in perfect condition when I get them back. The prices here are on par or better than anywhere else I go and the added convenience of being able to pick things up locally vs Mail order is an added bonus. As a military veteran, I especially appreciate that Cycle Gear offers a military discount on pretty much every brand in the store except for tires. This means a lot to me. I prefer to do business with places that recognize years of military service. So stop by if you’ve never been in and check them out.
I have been doing business with cycle gear for years and have always been taken care of , they do do a great job on informing customers about products. My go to guy is Eric at the Roswell store he is very good and extremely knowledgeable with any products in the store . Great place .
Super nice young man (wears glasses) waited on me today. He was very nice and understanding when my card was declined today after bringing >$100 worth of merch to the counter.. Didnt realize until then that I had left home with the wrong card in tow. He kept my bag of merch at the counter and didnt skip a beat when I returned later with the correct funds. Youre in good hands with that kid there! Cheers 😊🤙🏼
Updated Dec 21, 2021 - Staff turnover is less now, was a bit surprises the other day when I walk in and was grated with a, Hello Mr. ..... The store seems more busy. Bought a new jacket, its quality seems a bit better than the one I bought a few years ago. Their gloves are still not comfortable enough that Ill buy any of the store brands. But good values on everything (I buy or so far want to buy).Review:The store seems to consistently get people in who are helpful, knowledgeable, and who also ride :D (so they get it). It think they are becoming a better store.Typically I buy all my tires from CG (3 bikes: K1600 GLT, ST1300, GW250), most of our cloths, waxes and stuff too. This past weekend I needed brake pads so I stopped at Mountain Motor Sport (where I bought the Honda ST). They didnt have them, couldnt tell me if the Marietta store had them, suggested I should call them first (oh, thanks guys!). The bike used the same pads as the Gold Wing and as a dealer I was surprised they wouldnt have them in stock. Regardless, the wife says, Try Cycle Gear so we shot down there.Turns out CG has a good selection. Although they only had 2 sets in stock (most bikes take 3 total, 2 front, 1 back), I was happy to get the fronts replaced.Earlier Review:This place is kind of hit and miss according to whos working there. Just when I think someone is going to be there a while, it seems like theyre gone.Although the last time I was in (to buy some riding jeans), the two guys in there were really good.
This was my first time ever at a motorcycle gear shop. From the first second I walked in Moto, a sales rep, made me feel welcome. He was not pushy or condescending. He took tons of time to show me each product and I ended ended up walking out with some great stuff. I will go back here for my riding gear in the future. Thanks Moto!
The staff at Cyclegear is always super knowledgeable and helpful. I love going there. Most times I don’t need anything and I end up buying something anyway just because I wanna support a business that hire such good people. I have nothing but good things to say about Cyclegear… I just wish they would build one closer to my house which is Conyers Georgia. Highly recommend and especially how competitive their tire prices are... you are hard pressed to beat their prices on tires anywhere on the Internet. Just stellar.
Sales associate was not very knowledgeable overall and then was trying to upsell us into a very expensive helmet when I told them what we wanted and needed. They must work on commission. Other than that well organized store, decent stock of items and sale was smooth once we got what we needed.
Moto at Cycle gear is the MAN!! More then just being in sales there he genuinely cared about my safety. What helped me build my trust was when he respected my budget as sport bike gear can climb and quickly. He spent time with me and even stayed slightly longer then close to take care of me. Whoever the owner of the store is needs to be aware how much of a rockstar they have on board. Brii also assisted and made the process smooth for me!

2022-06-06The store is clean and full of inventory. The staff has knowledge of the products they sell. It was 06/06/22 around 4.40 pm - 5 pm and I had stop by to buy rain suit and they both (I forgot their names) were very friendly and guided me with the right product.

2022-01-15I have been trading with this store since it opened ( I started trading with Cycle Gear , at what I believe to be their first store in SoCal just as it opened ). Ive seen many employees and a few managers come an go. Most of my experiences have been positive. Regarding my last visit I have to say my experience was nothing less than excellent! Eric, who Ive dealt with many times, rose above my expectations in helping me return an item and guide the process of getting the correct item. I have to add that this is typical of my experiences with Eric. He represents Cycle Gear very, very well! Greg, who may be new to the store and/or business was also very helpful in ensuring the new item would work for my application. Every business hopes to hire and retain employees like Eric and Greg!

2022-07-02Went to the store this morning to purchase a helmet and a jacket. Greg was helping me with my purchases. He was really nice and helpful. Gave me lots of good advice as I am a beginner rider. He was super patient while I was choosing my gear and did not pressure me at all into purchasing more expensive stuff. I will definitely be back to buy more gear from these guys.I recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase anything motorcycle related.

2022-02-06Was tired of riding in the cold, wanted some warm gear, stopped in Cycle Gear in Roswell. Got help right away from Eric. He explained the gear, the brands, showed me the features of each, answered all my questions, and helped me with trying on the different sizes to find a good fit. Had he not helped me, I’d have bought the incorrect sized jacket, an expensive choice with higher quality gear. I was very happy and satisfied with the purchase, and the no nonsense, relaxed and informative assistance from Eric. I rode warm that evening, the gear worked perfectly!

2022-06-02I forgot his name, but the Awesome Bearded man mounted tires on my wheels I painted with only a couple of scratches (witch is amazing because I just touched the up at home). He lined up the factory witness marks for the valve stems perfectly (the yellow circles).

2022-03-06I had a great experience with Cycle Gear in Roswell. I’ve been in 3 times (as they remembered me) looking at a new helmet. They were very patient with me and took the much needed time that I needed to make the correct choice. Thanks for the great customer service!

2022-04-07Worth the 45 minute drive, staff here was extremely helpful in getting my wife appropriately fitted for a helmet and some riding shoes. I buy most of my gear from them online, but I highly recommend visiting in store if you want to ask questions or try out different styles. I’ll be going back when I decide to get a new helmet for myself.

2022-01-26This visit was for an all weather motorcycle cover:once again I’m grateful for a brick and morter location so that I could try out the different sizes to find the proper fit. The recommended size would’ve been too small because of all the accessories I have bolted onto this thing but these folks were kind enough to let me take the covers into the parking lot and try them on until I found one that fit properly over my racks and saddlebags. I’m glad we still have a good bike shop in the community, And staff friendly and supportive enough to understand sometimes you just need to try things out. appreciate y’all.
