We ordered our blizzards at drive thru on our bikes. We were instructed to come away from the line of cars to a place of safety at the side of drive-in window and a salesperson came outside to us to take our money, bring us spoons, napkins and our change, and our blizzards. All while being very cheerful and helpful. We appreciate the thoughtfulness.
A coworker and I eat here once a month and order the same thing every time. Chicken strips with these little cheese drop fried things and they are out of this world delicious. Although the place is usually packed around noon there is not much of a wait and they will bring your food right to your table. Friendly staff and just all around a good place to grab a bite. The military memorial is an eye shot away so if you visit this place walk over and check out the wall and the helicopter IT IS AWESOME
The Lobby needs to be open. We enjoy eating there. But we dislike going thru drive thruYou have to find a shady place to eat in your car.
Ive never had a bad experience here. Food is usually quick and exactly what I asked for in both terms of the items and taste. Youre likely to not regret going here.
Always the best food the quickest service and the employees are always friendly I would recommend it to anyone sometimes you have to wait but when the line is long it moves really fast

Best Dairy Queen I have EVER been to. The staff is nice, but more than anything, I have never had a better blizzard. They add a ton of topping, and you can tell they want you to enjoy it, not just save money. We were here for the week and came back 6 times just for the blizzards. Incredible.

This is the cleanest DQ we have been to in a very long time. The food was fresh, hot and accurate!!! The cashier could have been a little friendlier and when we were leaving an employees child was behind the counter.

Somebody was rude to me at the drive Thur today on 8/3/2021 and I been going there for years and I have never had one single person be rude to me honey but today this “girl” that was working honey she was so freaking rude I just wanted to snatch her right through that window
Ordered ice cream cones and fresh coffee made a point to say fresh coffee Cones came to table no coffee inform they were making the coffee Some 30 minutes later still I asked a worker who was sweeping the floor to check on our coffee she did and a girl showed up two cups of coffee which you could stand up a spoon in it I walk up to counter and ask the cashier who took my order some 35 to 45 minutes earlier and asked her old was this coffee she informed me it was here when she came in and I said can you made me a fresh cup. She said that she didnt know how to make coffee Glad she informed me manager came said she sorry and would solve the problem. She did my solution dont order coffee at DQ on a Friday afternoon
The few times I have been here the service and quality of food has been great. Although a fast food restaurant I enjoy sitting down and eating inside with my family. Very great franchise I recommend eating here.
I have frequented this fine Dairy Queen for over 5 years. The blizzards pass the The upside-down test easily. The strawberry smoothies are still the best I can find, Everytime I am delighted to find real strawberries in my shake.The only downside is, when I visit other Dairy Queens I find myself disappointed.

It was 8:16pm when we entered. There were 3 customers already inside and a young worker had the entire dining room mopped and basically mopped us into a very small space after wed ordered. We were planning on eating there but couldnt because the girl was mopping. I asked when they were closing and was told 11pm. So, I asked her why she was mopping the entire floor and not leaving at least half open for her customers and she just shrugged. I told her I didnt think mopping the entire dining area at that time was a great idea. Three more customers came in the door and barely had enough space to get around us to order. At this point I asked if her Manager knew she was doing this and her reply, Shes the one who told me to do it. Not a great impression of your Dairy Queen. Wont stop there again.
Ordered double meat burger with out cheese. I noticed it was taking quite a while (line was getting longer). A young lady came to the window and asked me to pull up because the cook forgot and added cheese. I said, oops thats a free drink for me to pull over, she had no clue, and brought the burger (not the best I ve had at a Diary Queen).
My only reason for giving them a 3 is not because of the food being bad..it is usually fresh but getting orders wrong here and there. Work on being more consistent in that and easily a 4-5 star worthy place.
The most well managed and cleanest establishment in the surrounding counties. The staff are always nice and polite, even its busy or seems to be a bad day. Thanks, you guys are the greatest!
Great food! As well a very hospitable staff, atmosphere and great with all the amenities. You also get your meal the way you ordered it the first time. With a very short wait time. AS OF 07/06/17 THEY RATED A 98 IN CLEENLENESS!!!

This friendly group of associates made our Matthew Hurricane Evacuation trip so memorable.Traveling from Jacksonville to Milledgeville was going to be arduous enough, so the warm greeting that we received from the staff was very much appreciated and a relief to this tired driver.It was my grandsons first close call with a hurricane and as we worked to make the trip more of an adventure than a fearful flight, these guys seemed to get it!After watching my kiddo do splits in front of them and took time to listen to his evacuation story, they treated him with a complimentary frozen drink.He will will remember you guys for a long time! A huge Thank you goes out to the early afternoon shift on Thursday October 5!

Im a big fan of Dairy Queen in Alma, Georgia! The food is off the chain. The restaurant is always clean and the employees are very respectful. When you visit Dairy Queen, youre treated like youre family. I most definetley would refer Dairy Queen to my friends and a lot of others.
Delicious ice cream, multiple options and friendly employees. Clean restaurant. Likeable family restaurant. Indoor and outdoor dining. Only complaint is they dont season their food.
Rotisserie chicken and fried fish, served hot and fresh, with a cold root beer float, a great combo!

We had 3 cheeseburger combos ( specials) burgers were cold and some of the French fries were hard and were all cold.

There was a hair as long as the Satilla river in my food. Just save your money or be ready to pay a hospital bill for Salmonella if you eat here.

2022-03-19I had a large complicated order for 9 people. From the moment the manager answered the phone until the moment they assisted me in getting everything in my car, I experienced 5 star customer service. I was asked intelligent questions to make sure my order was not only correct but made in a way that it was fresh and hot when picked up. They even wrote the orders on the bags so I wouldn’t have to sort through them. Outstanding food, perfect order, fantastic service. Great job DQ of Alma!!

2022-05-03Well my hubby went inside and few other people went in front of him 2 young girls and a lady and then him. Well there was about ten workers. Well the lady came in before the two girls and then it was my husband before the 2 girls and what is bad is the 2 girls got their food before the lady who order hers first and my husbands dip cone and milkshake. And when the lady came out she was made cause it should had went the lady then my husband and then the two girls. And dont ask me about my dip cone it was soppuse to be the purple and it is the color pink but hey go figure. And I think they got his milkshake wrong it was soppuse to be a medium chocolate banana milkshake and it was a small chocolate banana milkshake. Just saying

2021-11-07Yesterday I ordered a medium sundae with Hot fudge, I added caramel and whipped topping as extra paid for toppings. When I got my sundae it had very little caramel and even less hot fudge which is the main topping I wanted. I asked the girl where the hot fudge was and she responded you got 3 toppings and she isnt supposed to put much. I said I paid for 3 toppings and expected the regular amount. Needless to say she did not add any and I left feeling very jipped . I posted a picture yesterday. Basically half of my Sunday was icecream only. Do better DQ
