Myra was my stylist, and she was the absolute best!!! I walked in with little to no hope to find a dress because I had been to several stores before David’s Bridal. She was able to answer all of my questions and was extremely patient. I hope to work with her again in the future! It should be noted that I was looking for a dress for my senior recital.20/10 recommend Myra🤩
Miss Janis was the nicest lady I have ever met! She helped me pick the perfect dress for my prom and was very understanding of what I wanted. She showed my some belts I could pair and also let me know if what alternations would have to be done, how long they would take, and about how much they would cost. 10/5 stars
We went for an appointment for my daughter in law two weeks ago and had Aubree as our stylist, her energy is contagious and we all enjoyed the visit so much! Today I went back with my daughter for an appointment with Veronica. She was really accommodating and so sweet! Both girls are amazing and made the experience so much better.
Janice was absolutely amazing! She asked me what my price point was and stuck to it. And she was super sweet and accommodating of my 19 month old who didn’t always want to look at mama’s dress! I never thought I’d be searching g for a wedding dress again but I’m so grateful to David’s Bridal and to Janice at the store in Savannah for making it such an easy experience.
My stylist was Janis and she did an amazing job helping me find the perfect dress for a military ball. I went in to the store with a dress in mind that I saw online but she brought me more options. I ended up buying a dress that she picked out! She gave me accessorizing ideas as well as shoes options. She made the experience simple and enjoyable!
Wonderful experience picking out my bridesmaid dress today. Veronica was my consultant, and she was incredibly helping with measurements, picking out styles, and general advice. I was intimidated when I first got there, but everyone was very welcoming and that made it a lot less stressful for me!Addition: Julia was great during my fitting! She was very helpful and patient!!
Caitlyn was awesome and VERY VERY sweet! She listened and understood what I was looking for. She never rushed us, and even though another one of her appointments walked in, she still tended to us with respect and a smile on her face. She was very good at juggling both parties. Her Manager was also sweet and personal, as we found out we shared similar wedding vibes! I am glad I was able to say “Yes” to my dress!!
I came into the Savannah Georgia store initially very upset about my wedding gown and it not being able to get here in time. Janis USA god sent she got me my dress today. She is a miracle worker and I highly recommend her she should get a raise I absolutely love her. Kudos to Janis. The manager Amanda was so awesome and patient and calmed me down and iced everything I highly highly recommend the Savannah store
Returned to David’s Bridal today for final fitting of my bridesmaid dress. Amanda and Julia were so professional and such a joy to work with. Julia was even able to do a last minute minor alteration for me today so I wouldn’t have to make another 2 hour drive to the store. Thank you so much ladies! You made my experience a pleasure!
I went in my appointment hoping to find a modest wedding gown. Julia, my stylist for the day, was great! She was very patient with me as I tried on multiple dresses that just didnt seem the right fit for me. She worked very hard to help me find the perfect dress and was very accommodating to my group and I as we tried to find ways for the dress I loved to work into my modest taste.
This weekend I had a wonderful experience at Davids Bridal in Savannah, GA! It was my first time shopping for my wedding dress, and I was beyond nervous. However, Julia Fields assisted me throughout my appointment and helped me feel comfortable and confident! She select dresses that were exactly as I described, and worked with me to find more while I was there! She helped me have a great experience and I am so thankful I had her as my stylist! The rest of the staff present made me feel so special by showering me with compliments while I was in my dress. Thank you again to them ALL! ♡
Aubree was our stylist and she was such a wonderful person to work with. She had such a great personality and was extremely helpful with finding dress styles that fit my body type. She found me the perfect dress and helped me with every single thing I needed. 10/10 would recommend Aubree.
Julia was absolutely supurb for shopping for my bridal gown and my daughters wedding guest dress! She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed in our budget! She made the moment extra special for mother and daughter shopping! Julia is the best there is! She made our day extra special!
Helped me in every way. I was late on paying off the layaway and they allowed me to try on more dresses after I was unsure I had the right one. I tried on more dresses, confirmed the one I wanted and didnt lose my deposit!Chelsea G and Wendy are an excellent team and I wouldnt choose anyone else to work with again! Amanda was SO helpful when I needed to exchange my dress for a bigger size. She inspected the dress I was returning and was able to do an even exchange. The new dress will be here in plenty of time before the wedding. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! SO grateful for her!
Taylor C. was absolutely the BEST! My niece is getting married in October and we had an appointment for her and her wedding party of 7 bridesmaids and Moms. Taylor listened to what Raven wanted and went above and beyond to help her find the perfect dress! She was so patient and kind to all of us. She did the same for all the bridesmaids even though we ran over our scheduled time she didnt make us feel rushed. I highly recommend Taylor C. and Davids Bridal in Savannah Ga. She helped make our shopping day extra special!
Sue was so excellent. I showed up to my appointment nervous and I only had my shoes. She worked with me and still made me feel so beautiful in my dress. She was able to allow me to truly envision how I would look in my dress and gave me excellent suggestions that would help me for my wedding day. Thank Sue at David’s Bridal for everything.
From the time I walked in the store, I had an amazing experience! I came in for a bridal appointment with no idea what I wanted, what style I liked, and no thought at all of purchasing a dress today. Mrs. Janis was so sweet and beyond helpful from the time we met. The second dress I tried on was absolutely perfect! It was everything I had ever dreamed of and more and Mrs. Janis was the one who picked it for me! She dressed me up, let me try on other dresses, but the whole store knew it was the one.
I went in with my future sister in law for a dress for her. Aubree was our stylist and she was phenomenal! Her energy matched ours and she was extremely accommodating to any of our requests. I’ve scheduled an appointment for myself in 2 weeks, I look forward to working with her again. Thanks Aubree for helping make this day that much more special!
Liz was phenomenal! She helped our bride to be find her perfect dress! Our bride thought she had the dress and style and everything picked out in her head. But ended up with a style she didnt even want in the beginning! And ended up being the perfect dress! Thank you Liz!
I can not say enough wonderful things about the ladies at David’s bridal in Savannah. Vicky and Julie the alterations were so kind. We had an order mishap in another location. But they got me in a better wedding dress. Kim was awesome in helping me find the perfect dress. I love every one at this location
These guys are great! Super friendly and most helpful. When looking for the perfect dress ask for Charlotte. When doing alterations you must see Mrs Julia, Vicky, & Sam. You will regret it if you don’t.
My daughter and I came to look at different wedding gown styles to get an idea of what she would like. We didnt expect to find the one but we did. Janice, Amanda and Kim were amazing and so helpful. I was at this location two years ago for my sons wedding and had an awful experience. The lady was very rude and truly ruined what should have been a happy experience. I was dreading going in here today but so thankful that it was a better experience.
This afternoon I had the pleasure of being at Davids Bridal Shop. I went in to check on 2 specific wedding out fits. I must say I did find 2 unique formal items ,1 long formal and 1 short formal, Yes I plan to buy both as soon as the bride teaches back out to me. The young lady Jessica was very professional and helpful and did a great job assisting me and answering my questions.
Amanda is the best!!! She went above and behind to take care of a matter for me. Her customer service is impeccable!! She is genuinely concerned about the needs and the happiness of her customers and makes sure that they are taken care of no matter what. I would recommend her 1,0000 times to any and everybody. She is the epitome of any employee of the year!!!
We went into David’s Bridal with an unusual request (we were surprising the bride-to-be with a dress; the bride came later after several pieces had been selected) I know the staff thought we were crazy to shop for a dress WITHOUT the bride-to-be. LOL! Amber took on the assignment and executed it perfectly! She was patient and kind and paid attention to details. She understood we had a budget and kept us within it (We went slightly over but it was our fault, lol. Couldn’t pass up the must have pieces and BOGO sales). Absolute awesome person to work with. The whole staff was friendly but Amber is the bomb.com. The bride-to-be said YES TO THE DRESS! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Amber! Keep up the good work.
Amanda, the sales manager, was courteous when we first walked in for our appt. and occasionally checked on me throughout my visit. Taylor, my stylist, was awesome. In addition to helping me pick out just the right dress for my son’s upcoming wedding, she offered honest advise on my selections and was very accommodating. Very nice experience!!
Wendy and Chelsea were absolutely AMAZING today! After accommodating our tardiness, due to traffic, the bride of our party was treated like a queen - Chelsea took the extra time Bride needed to find The One; and Wendy solved an ordering issue swiftly and favorably. We were thrilled to work with this team; the Savannah store has never given me a reason to be disappointed!
Liz was super helpful in the process of choosing my wedding dress! We all had a great time.I went in their knowing exactly what I wanted and didnt want. The first dress I tried on was almost exactly the style that I was looking for...and I did not like it. I kept an open mind and tried on a dress that was a style that I was adamant that I would hate, but it turned out being the dress I loved the most and walked out with.
Julia and Amanda were so accommodating to my situation! I needed a bridesmaid dress altered to fit my new body due to breast cancer! They did a wonderful job and made me feel so welcome! So happy ☺️☺️☺️
Janis H. made our shopping experience so much fun today! She helped my daughter find several options to choose from for her formal occasion coming up. Helping a young teenage girl find something to feel beautiful in is a precious thing, and Janis was so warm and welcoming and knowledgeable. Vicky and Erynn were very helpful. We came in for my daughter’s alterations appointment and they ended up helping me find a perfect mother of the bride dress. They did a great job with my daughter’s alterations, helping her find shoes, and a dress to wear to her reception as well.
If I could only give more stars! Amanda, Claire, and Jessica at the Savannah, Ga. location were amazing and made our experience very personal and special. They were so in tune with our needs and went above and beyond to help my daughter find the perfect style and fit. I highly recommend this location to any new brides.
Rabon was absolutely amazing!!! She found so many dresses to flatter my figure and made me feel I was the center of attention! Never once felt rushed but had an enjoyable experience! Everyone spoke and was so friendly and helpful!! This David’s bridal is by far the best one I’ve been too!
Absolutely amazing service and beautiful dresses. My best friend and I decided to do last minute Prom dress shopping and after hitting a few stores decided to stop here to look around. The front counter service was amazing and the workers were attentive, and even completed our choices. Very thankful for their service!! There were many different dresses to choose from and even had a clearance section. Janice was great great! we really enjoyed our experience! she made it very relaxed and pressure free. she was very knowledgeable about the wedding industry and was very helpful in finding the bride a dress that fit her needs.
I walked in to this location to try on a bridesmaid dress that the bride had already picked out. I didnt have an appointment but Amanda was very helpful. Even though she had multiple people up front, the phone ringing and brides in the store, she helped me within a few minutes. She took measurements and had me try on the closest option for sizing. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. It was a very pleasant and easy experience.
Kayla was fantastic helping me select my bridesmaids dress. She helped me understand the sizes, made sure I felt comfortable, gave me extra ways we could save money by signing up for diamond loyalty program or what height of heel I could wear to avoid too much alterations. I will recommend future brides to use David’s bridal because they make it easy finding the best dress for a special day.
I loved my appointment here! Very sweet and welcoming ladies and my stylist Natalie was AMAZING. She asked all the right questions and accommodated me fantastically! I found my dress here!Just came for my alterations appointment and Sophie did SO great. She gave me options that I never thought about and she’s quick!
Veronica was an excellent helper. I came in expecting to get a purple dress for my wedding. By the end of the consult she had me in a beautiful traditional dress. Thanks for making me feel like a bride.
The staff was so helpful in helping me get the perfect dress for my little sisters junior prom! We ended up finding a beautiful green dresses picked out by a staff member! We will definitely be coming back in the future !

Looking for a prom dress for my daughter. We went to Davids bridal cause we bought our daughter in laws dress here and was hoping for the same experience. Not so much this time. We got very little assistance. after trying on 3 dresses we decided to go elsewhere.
Mrs. Vicky Saint, Samantha and Julia Made my Sister and Me feel special, and beautiful. During the bride’s (Linda), my sister, last fitting, Mrs. Saint ALSO took the time to do my fitting which was schedule for the next day. I know this was service she was not required to provide. However, because of her compassion and caring sprit, she took the EXTRA time to take care of ME. It gives me hope that genuine one-on-one customer’s service is still available. Thank you ladies for giving us “That Special” touch.
We were provided the best service @ David’s Bridal Savannah. Janis went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect bridesmaid dress and Rabon was so helpful finding the brides account and ensuring everything was ordered correctly. Couldn’t have asked for a better team.

I had to buy a mother of the bride dress and I was dreading it. I came into David’s Bridal in Savannah GA Natalie was amazing with her help. Not only did I find my dress, my daughter found her an outfit for leaving after the wedding, her shoes for the wedding and my sister found her outfit for the wedding. I absolutely loved my consultants.... Taylor C. & Wendy was amazing. We laughed soo much they made the whole experience just awesome!!!!! Extremely disappointed with the customer service. They only care about brides and were rude and lackluster. Don’t say walk ins are welcome, if you’re not going to be so welcoming. Basically waited 4 hours for my stylist not to acknowledge me and when she did, it was rushed and no effort put into the appointment time they told me to come back at. I even showed them all the dresses I wanted to try on, I had at my initial walk in. For them to tell me they only have two, out of all the dresses. 1/10 experience. Will be making the trip to another location, and hopefully have a pleasant experience.
I had an amazing experience, I was there for a prom dress and had no idea what I was looking for. Their associate Liz was a big help! She definitely brought me out of my little box and helped me find my perfect prom dress!!
Caitlyn, Rachel & the entire staff @ Davids Bridal Savannah Georgia location were attentive, understood what I wanted without exhausting me to something different. My mind was set on what I wanted before I got there to make my experience as well as my stylist (Caitlyn) day run smoother. I have been married for 11 years & this was the first time I ever tried on a wedding gown. I have always been a bridesmaid & never a bride. I brought a non-David’s Bridal dress for alterations and they did an amazing job! After trying on the dress again I decided to bring the dress back to have the straps taken in and Erynn was so friendly and helpful, giving me options to get the dress altered in just a few weeks!

Julia was an absolute delight! I walked in expecting stress, being overwhelmed and not finding THE dress for my wedding. My experience was the opposite, full of happy tears with “Oooohhs and awwwws”. Julia chose dresses that were exactly what I was looking for (including the most flattering for my figure) and the perfect veil to complement/tie everything together. She truly helped in adding the “wow” factor that the groom will not be able to help but tear up when he sees me. I highly recommend having her assist you in your preparation for whatever occasion you’re preparing to attend.
I was anxious & nervous when i first walked in the store since it was my first time and didnt know what to expect but i was lucky to have Taylor as my stylist! She gived me clear explanations. Her positive & calm vibes made me feel so comfortable, I felt at ease to say what i like & not. I had the most wonderful experience today. We came in looking for bridesmaids dresses. We didn’t have appointment but they helped us. Ms Avalon came to our recuse and got about 8 dresses to try on . Out of the 8 we found the perfect two dresses. My Neice put that dress on I was like yes, it was so pretty I was going to change the color of my wedding dress 🤣 but on a serious note this was so awesome didn’t take 5 hours . In a hour we had a dress and I was happy. Came from Newport News va to my home Savannah ga to say yes to my bridesmaids dress. Ms Amanda the manager was amazing and she have a wonderful staff we all need Amanda’s in our life . Thank you so much ❤️
Amanda and Liz really helped make this process smooth and enjoyable! Was able to book a follow up appointment with no hassle and everyone was so friendly & kind. Everything was better than I anticipated and the dress was made of high quality material. Very happy with the purchase :)
The dresses are of good quality that is why 1 star, customer service first visit was awful little to no assistance. Came back over 1 year later to hear the quote I had for alterations was inaccurate (not by a little either) per their employee who is no longer there, in fact, it doesnt appear anyone from back then was still here on location! Was now told I need 3 appointments for alterations not 2. Charge was not as quoted, added $60. Came back for 2nd fitting wanted to charge another $60 when I was told there would be no more charges....They also didnt have my appointment in the system even though I had it in writing from their employee. Customer service is awful, my advice if you are going to buy your dress here dont plan to have help picking it out and get it altered somewhere else. Sure hope they can fix their customer service to assure brides the experience they deserve. Would not recommend location.ADDING ON HERE - I added on here since your response below does NOT allow for additional response. Your store associates represented themselves at appt as if they knew what they were talking about when quoting so if they were not the proper person they should not have quoted, I thought I was speaking to a qualified person based on their actions in your store. Its far beyond a misquote, attitudes in here need a fine tuning as well.
The level of professionalism and courtesy was outstanding. Ms Wendy and her team have been wonderful helping us decide on colors, getting just the right fit, and all the accessories we needed. Thank you for checking off my to do list with me!

Went on a whim to look and get ideas, Wendy helped so much! I had one dress that was my must try on, however I gave Wendy the freedom to pick a few dresses out for me, and I fell in love with her choices. I thought I knew what dress was my dress but she found the one!!

Kenderly & Erynn were so awesome!!! We were running against a time line and needed alterations within a couple of weeks. They got us in, totally redone the top of my sister’s gown adding modesty to the whole look! I will definitely be back in the near future.

I can not express how much I appreciate Valerie on yesterday. Valerie was amazing. She was very patient and so kind. I was shopping for a prom dress for my daughter who’s very picky and dresses are limited in her size. Just when I was about to give up Valerie pulled two more dresses (may I add these two dresses were the dresses my daughter was sending my sister to ask for). My daughter was happy. Needless to say Valerie saved the day!!!
My bride is in Savannah, so even though I personally didn’t buy anything, I found it to be an amazing experience for the entire party! Julia Fields was the BEST stylist, so cheerful and did an amazing job.
Staff were very helpful. I didnt have an appointment but they were willing to make time for me. I found the dress!!! They contacted me when my items arrived, when I was out of the state I called and they made sure to hold my belongings.
Liz was the absolute best. She was just so helpful and attentive. I found the dress of my dreams, and she helped me do so!
I made an appointment to find a bridesmaid dress for my friends wedding and Julia was so amazing we found the perfect dress in the exact color I needed, she made the appointment so much more comfortable than I was expecting!!!
So I thought I had the perfect dress... it was perfect just not for my body. After my alterations appointments I went home and couldn’t stop thinking about my dress. Well I lost over 80 lbs and I wanted to get something that made me happy and comfortable. My stylist Taylor Nelson, Ms Vicky from alterations, and the store Manager Kim made sure I got exactly that. Being that my wedding was 6 weeks away at the time I couldn’t order anything I had to find someone out of the store and it had to be perfect. Let’s just say these ladies were the absolute best! They didn’t stop until I found the perfect dress and tweaked it to my liking. Like every other female I had my problem area...my back but that didn’t stop anything. Taylor and Ms Vicky had the best idea to add fabric to the back of the dress and it looks amazing! I’m soooooo happy and excited. I can’t wait until my husband sees me. My Consultant was Caitlyn M. She was the absolute best! The only thing I wasnt happy about was we were placed by the bathroom and it was a disaster having everyone walk by. But overall a great experience.

My Davids Bridal experience was nothing short of a miracle! Each visit I was booked with a different stylist. First appointment was pretty good. The second was very disappointing so by the time I booked my third appointment, I was dreading having to go and convinced they didnt have the dress. I was lastly placed with stylist, Dashauna. She greeted me with enthusiasm and seemed excited to help me find the perfect wedding dress. She was extremely helpful and made me feel so comfortable. She assisted in every possible aspect and even went the extra mile to bring additional items. Before we knew it, other employees were joining in on the excitement and fun. After many different styles and designs, I still hadnt found THE one. Dashauna didnt give up!! She ran back to the rack to find me some other options and when she returned, she asked if I would consider a style I originally hadnt wanted. I would have NEVER normally considered that type of dress but she convinced me to try it and see. It turned out to be the dress!!! I not only found the dress but I had such an amazing time with everyone who helped. If you are a picky bride, do not give up!! Consider other options. I HIGHLY recommend the stylist Dashauna at DAVIDS BRIDAL in Savannah!!!! I cant wait to go back and see everyone for my final fitting!!!

I can not express how much I appreciate and am grateful for store Manager Ms. Wendy. I came in on Friday 1/7 in absolute tears out of fear that the dress I ordered at another store would arrive 2 days before my wedding. As a plus size Bride size 26w it was very hard to find a dress that made me feel beautiful, soft, feminine and dainty for our special day. The store I originally ordered my dress from in Columbia, GA promised me my dress would arrive by 1/20. Upon following up they told me my dress would not arrive until 2/20/2022.Ms. Wendy not only calmed me down but three days later I am leaving with a new dress (the same dress I ordered). Ms. Wendy is the absolute BEST!!!! She is professional and has a calming energy that will give any Bride peace of mind and joy! Thank you Ms. Wendy. I am now a happy bride to with peace of mind. I am going to GLOW AND LOOK MY ABSOLUTE BEST ON 2/22/2022 thanks to Ms. Wendy.I also have to say thank you to Ms. Janice as well. She helped me find the perfect bra to accommodate my dress and made trying on my dress so comfortable.

We had a WONDERFUL experience! Janice was our consultant and she was super knowledgeable and helpful. She knew how to make dresses fit perfectly and she was genuinely enjoying the process. I was shopping for a cheap dress under $500, so I did not expect to get that much personal attention, it was great! The manager Wendy checked in with us a few times too, so the whole store was super attentive.

Ruby is a miracle worker!I have a wedding coming up in May and had ordered the strapless dress that the bride wanted me to order, I came in, tried on a dress and ordered the size that fit me best. I am getting into body building so I had been going to the gym everyday. When I came in my dress no longer fit around my chest because of the muscle I put on. I freaked out and was in tears because I didn’t think I would be able to find a dress in time. BUT RUBY CAME THROUGH!!! She was able to find the dress I needed and it would arrive 9 weeks before the wedding! Talk about perfect timing. Thank you ruby for boosting my confidence, and pulling all the strings to make this happen for me. I cannot thank you enough!

Janice was phenomenal! I was looking for a dress to wear to my sons wedding. After what my husband and I did not consider a very warm welcome from the girls in the front, Janice was immediately engaging. We moved from one foot out the door and negative experience to exceptional customer experience and a wealth of knowledgeable recommendations. I had a few sizing & delivery date issues with my dress, which is frustrating on its own. However, Charlotte, Jessica & Catherine went WAY ABOVE and beyond assisting me to correct the issue! Julia at Davids Bridal was so sweet and helpful during my first appt. Although I didn’t make a purchase, She showed so much patience and pulled so many dresses for me. She was never pushy and was very understanding when I wasn’t ready to make a decision. I highly recommend Julia and her manager was also so helpful in giving me different options as well.
We made a last minute appointment with our stylist while visiting Savannah for my SONS wedding. My daughter wanted to try some styles on, and I found a dress as well! Janice was an exceptional stylist! She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and happy to accommodate all of my daughters requests, providing tons of veil, shoe and accessory options. She explained how different dresses were altered, as a lot of detail can be found along the bottom of the dress, and shes only 4 11 and was concerned that part of the dress would be removed during alteration.The entire staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. IF I had one suggestion, it would be that the ladies room were cleaner..but thats the only thing. I think we found her dress, but since its over a year till her wedding, she decided to hold off..I would highly recommended this location!!Thanks, ladies!
My future daughter in law came in with a pretty strict budget, and she ended up finding a beautiful dress, perfectly suited to her, for even less. Whats most important is that our stylist, Charlotte, never tried to push her to spend more, but helped her find the best thing she could afford. She was also very knowledgeable about what alterations would need to be done and how much they should cost. Well done!

I will admit that I made it very difficult for them but their team especially the Manager Amanda has been so helpful and patient with me even when I was in full blown panic. LOVED my time here. We originally came for my mom to find a dress for her, and ended up finding THE dress for me. I had previously bought a gown, but absolutely fell in love with dress here. I ended up returning my original one, and getting this fairytale gem at David’s. Went in for a bridal appointment and was extremely happy. Amber was amazing I told her everything I like and she picked the perfect dress for me. She is extremely patient and polite and so happy. I loved my experience with her. I ended taking my wedding dress home the same day and ordered my reception dress and milk ball dress. 10/10 highly recommend making an appointment with Amber.
Jules is so kind and helpful. She brought me all the dresses I already had chosen, and I ultimately chose one that she found for me. She explained all my options for alterations, answered my questions, and she has a very graceful way of guiding me to narrow down the choices and then telling me that it looks perfect on me based on the specific concerns I have about fit. Every sales person in the store was encouraging and joyful. They made my experience so much fun.
I worked with Mrs. Julie 2x so far and I couldn’t be any happier. She helped me find a bridesmaids dress for me in my friends wedding, and the second trip she helped me find my wedding dress and let my mother in law find her perfect dress for my wedding, even though she wasn’t scheduled. She was super nice and extremely helpful. Words can’t describe how happy I am with her. I scheduled an appointment today, months early, for my bridesmaids in January just to be sure that I had her to help with it. She listens to everything you say and she’ll help find the perfect one. David’s Bridal was my first shopping experience as a Bride. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed so excited for me and was very helpful. Ms. Charlotte was both my stylist and the highlight of the visit. She guided me, encouraged me, helped me, and in the end, I found the perfect dress. I rang the bell and felt so loved by the staff.
I had the best experience with Sue Green! I had an alterations appointment two months before my wedding, my dress was a little tight and she allowed for me to come back in a month to redo my alterations. I came back and the dress wasn’t as tight and the work she did to make me look beautiful was hard work! I am so excited and so happy with how the dress looks on me! Highly recommend this location!

After recovering from 3 surgeries to be able to walk again, had my alterations appointment for my wedding dress, they were so accommodating - I couldn’t stand for long periods of time and had to take breaks, and because my recovery took quite I had gained some weight and they were so helpful in making my dress look so beautiful on me! Vicky, Sue, both Erin’s, Amanda the manager, and so many others were just wonderful and great to work with - I love David’s Bridal!! ❤️

My sales person was extremely helpful. She attempted to get the dressed ordering in time for my Dec 2021 wedding however that wasn’t possible so instead she made arrangement with alterations to customize the dress instead. The same day my maids of honors were fitted and their dress orders were placed. Overall great experience. Only negative… now after I’ve spent over $1500 on a dress I’m getting coupons via email 🤦🏽♀️

Came in after shopping all over Savannah for a outfit for my grandson’s wedding and boy was I glad I did!! A class act from Wendy, the Manager, Kim her Assistant and Janis who assisted me in the fitting room.I found the perfect outfit in no time flat. They had a marvelous selection to choose from. I would highly recommend giving them a shot before wasting your time elsewhere.
I had a few accessories for my upcoming wedding delivered to me out of state; however, when I went to go retrieve them, they were not the correct items. I went to the Savannah store to explain what had happened and Mrs. Kim and her staff were amazing. She scheduled to have me exchange my accessories for the correct ones and even advised me on the proper attire to accentuatemy dress. Her whole staff is very welcoming and helpful.
I was apprehensive about my appointment at Davids Bridal. Ive been in the store before throughout the years and havent received much help. My experience was completely different this time around. My stylist Taylor Nelson was very sweet and helpful. She chose beautiful veils to go with the dresses I chose. My mom was allowed to help a bit more and it made all the difference.

There were so many pretty dresses and after I tried on a few I knew I liked, she kept my budget in mind and pulled a few more that matched what I was looking for. I had a great experience at Davids Bridal in Savannah, GA. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding that was a week away. I busted the threads that were holding the chest to the dress together and needed a modesty piece added. They took a look to see what they could do in a short amount of time. A really nice lady from alterations took time to try and find solution, even without me making an appointment (I didnt know I needed one). She was super honest with me and did her best to help because this was a wedding emergency. She ended up pinning the front and giving me some suggestions that would work. Every employee that I encountered was super nice and helpful! They all were working to make my dress work for me. I would absolutely recommend their services to others!

I just wanted to take a moment to leave some positive words about my stylist, Julia, at Davids Bridal Savannah. From the moment we walked in, she was attentive, encouraging, and helpful. She took note of my likes and dislikes for dresses, and helped pull dresses for me to try on. Throughout the try-on process, she asked questions that greatly helped narrow the dresses down, such as what was preventing a dress from being a love or what specifically about a dress made it a no. My favorite part about my dress experience with Julia was that she seemed to know exactly which dress I loved the most before I did. When I went to try my final contenders on again, she guessed which I was going back to. To help me, she picked out the perfect belt, veil, and hair piece to really pop the dress and solidify my decision. I cannot speak highly enough about how much her expertise and positive attitude assisted me to saying YES TO THE DRESS!

2022-08-21The lady I worked with was amazing although they did try to put me in a corner so I really couldn’t see myself to good to try on wedding dresses. I made an appointment and they stuck me in a side area with hardly any room thank goodness we talked them into letting me use the other side which was already available. But that was very frustrating and upsetting when they bring you in and put you in the smallest area possible and tell you there are other appointments who of which was not there. But anyways very much enjoyed my try on session loved a few dresses but overall picked a different dress from another location!

2022-09-19I had the best experience here with Veronica! This was my first place to try on wedding dresses, and she helped pick out the most beautiful selection. She was so supportive and listened to all my likes and dislikes, and even helped me pick out the right sized veil! I’d definitely recommend her.*** edit: we came back 3 weeks later to say yes to the dress! Veronica and Amanda helped us once again and were absolutely phenomenal.

2022-07-01Amanda and Claire were extremely helpful on my return visit! I found a dress I loved at a previous store, and they assisted me right to saying yes to that dress again! Their patience as I tried on many other dresses just to return to my favorite was wonderful. Thank you Amanda and Claire!

2022-07-12I went with my daughter to just look at dresses. Our experience was so awesome. She picked out her dress!! Liz was our dress attendant, in one word she was fabulous. Aubrey also found the perfect veil. My daughter didnt even want one originally, but it was so perfect. Amanda the store manager showed us the best time, she is kind and truly cares about the future brides. Amanda made sure that this experience was perfect! I cant recommend this bridal team anymore..they are awesome.

2022-07-30This was the best experience!!!!!! The ladies were super nice and helpful!!!! If you are looking for a dress for any occasion come here!!!!!! We came looking for a mother of the bride dress for me and my mom……. Not only did we find them but I found my wedding dress too!!!!! So we left with 3 dresses and a pair of shoes!!!!❤️❤️❤️

2022-03-19Wendy and Cameron were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING today! They helped me with my alterations and made sure that my dress and all of my accessories to go with were perfect. I could not have had a better alterations experience. They were very attentive and helpful through the whole process. I would recommend them to any one! Thank you for everything Cameron & Wendy. 2022-06-12I had such an amazing time today with Veronica. She helped me and my bridal party out so well! She was patient and kind and amazing. Wendy also kept checking on me and making sure I was happy. And Kim came through in a clutch when I had an emergency. They truly treated us like princesses. I am so happy I said “Yes To The Dress”! Thanks to Veronica C! She is the best and I WILL be back and I plan to send my friends here. Thanks David’s Bridal on Abercorn in Savannah! Ask for Veronica!

2022-07-28I came in last minute to buy a ball gown and could not have been more impressed or pleased by the customer service I received from Janis. She is very knowledgeable and had great suggestions. I tried on dresses that I never would have chosen on my own and I loved them so much I bought two. I am not a shopper and I actually dread clothes shopping but she made this experience so much more pleasurable for me. Thank you Janis for still caring about the customers and going out of your way to be kind and helpful!

2022-08-09I had my first bridal appointment here and Liz was absolutely amazing! She knew just what to say and do and grabbed all the right accessories for me. I have to go back to make a final decision and I look forward to working with her again! She gave me her opinions but made sure to let me know at the end of the day it’s the dress I want not anyone else’s. Also, she did not overly push anything that I didn’t want on me. If I wasn’t feeling a dress she knew instantly. I hope every other bride gets the same experience I did at David’s Bridal and with Liz. Truly was a 10/10 stylist and a 10/10 experience!!
