Great selection, friendly and helpful service, and competitive prices. Inventory is in their computer so they can show you what isnt out on the floor. Order at the register and pick up at the loading bay in the back (go around the right side and exit out the left side).

I don’t recommend this place. Been coming here years and what I thought was one bad pea in the pod is actually the whole front office. Two of the Mexican individuals are extremely rude Leo and and curly hair girl. They speak ill of black individuals in Spanish and make faces behind black customers back. If you’re black and don’t speak Spanish use your phone to record the conversations and translate later.

You should make arrangements well in advance before taking delivery of goods. Otherwise you have to hang around there whole day. The staff are good but they have so many customers to look into.
Yelp said they were open and they were not. Wasted a trip there. Found a better place to get my lamp fixed.

Got there and woman at the front register was totally rude when I asked here were I needed to go, to pick up what my boss orderd. I would not recommend this place at all. Doesnt seem to keep up with what employees are not there and send them orders to pull when they have vacation days. Order was supposed to be read to pick up and hadnt even been pulled yet

I havent been here in years and they have really scaled back on their offerings. Its likely that they will have something that youre looking for. There was a time when they had stuff that you didnt know that you wanted until it was in your car.
Dawson Jones should be renamed Awesome Jones! Great selection, great staff, great prices. Mani is the man - very helpful. Had one minor issue with an order (it happens to the best of us) which Mike fixed immediately, no questions asked. This is how a business should be run. Ill definitely be back - I used to shop at the other big fixture store in Atlanta (who I wont name, but rhymes with Champs), but Dawson Jones has won me over, especially now being open on Saturdays for those of us who cant get out on weekdays.
The staff was friendly. I came in to order 3 mannequins for art exhibit I was doing, but they ended up loading the wrong style into my car. I called them from the event, and they delivered the right mannequin to the exhibit within an hour. Great service.

Theyll let you buy all you want, then tell you how you can or cant transport your own merchandise. There needs to be more detail on the receipt if they are going to be that particular with items that a customer has paid for. Customer service here isnt my favorite. Definitely lost a frequent customer.

It amazes me that the staff at this place refuses to wear masks. It is probably the only business I have seen over the past few months where not a single person working there wears a mask. Absolutely ridiculous during a pandemic.
I bought 20 glass display cases from Dawson Jones over the last 3-5 years. I own an antique store. 3 of the glass cases have exploded causing damage and breaking close to $1000 in glassware and other antiques. The last explosion happened about a month ago. The top of the glass case exploded causing the glass doors to crash to the floor. Glass was everywhere. Luckily no customers were standing in front of case when this happened. I called Dawson Jones and explained to them what happened and they just said it was rare for this to happen and was nothing they could do. I have reported to Consumer Product Safety Commision. My advice to you is to be very careful when you consider buying these glass display cases. I would suggest you look for another alternative. I am also very disappointed in Dawson Jones as they just blew me off after all the business I had given them.

This is the 5th time that Ive bought a display case from Dawson Jones and Ive been pleased with the experience every time. The all-glass or frameless display cases are really nice, reasonably priced and have great LED lights.

I bought used gondola endcaps that wernt as expected. We tried to work it out and after exhausting many options they made it right for me. These guys will work to take care of you. Ill defiantly be back.

2022-01-17I love the people here. Theyre so nice to me. Its unfortunate they have trouble keeping certain fixtures in stock but doesnt stop me from getting everything else I need for my business. They do follow up calls, have your orders ready to pick up, and they have a website that shows everything including inventory stock. Other than stock issues, this place is amazing!

2021-10-27Weve been coming here for years and it is located where we do many of our errands. Its very convenient. Great place to buy supplies for your shop...wholesale. Boxes, bags, Jewelry stands, signs, tags, pins and so much more. A few of the things we needed or wanted were not available. We took what we could find. Our visit was not in vain though. With the rise of EVERYTHING we good ourselves a great deal. Thanks

2018-06-19As a business owner, I never like to leave reviews because I understand things happen and someone should always be given a chance to fix a problem. However, I have gave to many chances and I do not like false promises.Back in May 2017 we spent over $4000 and we went to pick up our items. After getting back to the new store and unboxing and putting items together we were missing the drawers, glass and hardware to two cases. After calling for months and getting a runaround. I decided to give up on the lost cause.On March 20, 2017I got a email from Trust Pilot asking me review my purchase. I Left a negative review and recieved a phone call asking to call a Mike. I called Mike and explained and I was asked to send pictures. I was told they would just send two new cases.Well now it was June 5, 2017 and I called back and Mike said now he might just send his guys down to look at the cases but i was told me he would check into everything and call me back.Today is June 19, 2017, I still havent received a phone call, email, or two display cases they were going to send. This has been a waste of my time, money and has affected my business by not having the display cases that were needed when we designed the store. So buyer beware.I attached the pictures of what we sent to Mike at Dawson Jones and as you can see, no glass, no drawers.

2019-02-16Service ok. I walk in. They speak. Ive been here several times over 7 years. I inquired about a full body mannequin. They were on sale for $65.00. Normally $85.00. I actually wanted to buy the displayed mannequin. Guy wanted to sell it, but didnt make a REAL EFFORT to assist me. Overall the sales associates are helpful. However, it was quiet this particular day; and maybe he was his best-self. Will go again though. They have almost all of your retail business supply needs. Mannequins, display desk, mirrors, stands, thank you shopping or decorative retail bags, etc. Anyway, I ended up ordering same manniquin from Wal-Mart online for $41.00 with FREE shipping and I received it in 3 days.
