Had my 2018 camaro serviced this past weekend. Told them I had notice a screw in front tire so please take care of it when you rotate tires. When work was completed I asked if they had taken care of the screw and was told there was no screw. Went home and checked. Not one but 2 screws in tire. So much for quality. Not happy.
Met sales rep Robert Adr as we entered the dealership. Robert listened to what I was looking for. Process was made easy. He kept me updated as to when truck would arrive and gave great instruction on features of the truck. Great experience. This is our second vehicle we have purchased for Days Chevrolet!
I am so happy with my experience at Days! I brought my car in 5 days before Christmas, thinking we had a transmission problem. We were supposed to go see family for Christmas in Florida and thought we had to change our plans. The service department was very busy and told me it would be a few days before they could look at it. Long story short, they figured out the problem in 24 hours, fixed it, and I was able to take my car home! Absolutely blown away with the service we received. THANK YOU so much!!!
Just bought a brand new 21 Suburban with ROBERT ARD. He was the best with making our family feel welcome and that we were in good hands. Everything went smoothly and he answered all of our questions. He stayed after business hours just to make sure our family got into that Suburban. He never rushed us into the sale, and was patient with us. There were no weird added on fees, the price was right on as expected. I highly recommend Day’s Chevrolet and will refer everyone to their dealership in specifically to Robert Ard! All around great, knowledgable guy.
Had to stop by to have a small part replaced. Was informed that we may need to leave the vehicle for a day since there were quite a few vehicles ahead of us. Service manager Brandon took time to replace the part for us in about 5 minutes. This is awesome and we truly appreciate the great customer service. Could not be more happy. We have purchased or leased multiple vehicles from Days Chevrolet. From ownership to management and throughout the entire team, this is a dealership that gets it. Extremely pleased with the service department. My service advisor Brandon contacted me throughout letting me know when the car would be ready or if any additional service should be done. Friendly staff and the car is running great. I will continue to use them as my go to for any service done.
Overall the service advisor and cashier were great and the service rates were reasonably priced. My only complaint is that the technician was not able to complete a tire balance on my 2015 Corvette Z06 because the wheel was too big to fit on the machine.I understand that my specific Corvette has very large tires on it, but they are the factory wheels, so it is disappointing that the Chevrolet dealership does not have the ability to service all maintenance-related items on my car. Now I have to take it somewhere else to complete the maintenance needed on my car, which is frustrating.
I had an appointment for an oil change. I arrived a few minutes early and they aligned me to a service bay immediately. Technician was very helpful and communicated what would be done - oil change, tire rotation, topping off fluids. He told me to wait in the customer service area and would contact me when done. He did so. Explained nothing out of ordinary found and provided me the keys. Vehicle was waiting for me outside the door. Nice! I appreciate when dealerships do what they say they will do.
Chris Massey was fantastic. Helped us find a vehicle in this challenging market. Financing was quick and painless. Absolutely no high pressure or pushy add-ons during any part of the process, however extended warranties were offered and discussed. Very smooth transaction and likable people.
The service writer Lee Waters had the appointment set up so when I got there the process started and was smooth. I was waiting on my truck instead of leaving and coming back, so he streamlined it through quick. The tech Kelly did a great job doing the work and got the job done in just about the time line he said it would take. I talked to the Service Manager Bed LaRue and he was great. He really knows a lot about Chevrolet vehicles. It is a pleasure going there working with those people. They all did a great job and should be recognized.
Very friendly and courteous staff. After numerous tries from several other companies as well as myself with no success in repairing the air-conditioning we decided to let Days give it a shot. It took a few times and days later they were able to fix it. They didnt give up on it like me and others have in the past 2 years. My wife is no longer suffering in the Georgia heat. Thank you Days for all you have done and will do for us in the future.
Brit in the collision shop was so great to work with. From literally the first inquiry call, she was hands down the most professional and helpful that I had encountered. I visited 3 other shops and called other Chevy dealerships in the area and chose to go with Days even though it was further away because of this. The process was clear and the repairs were done well, in a timely fashion and cost-effective.
Lee and Nicole were such a huge help. I needed a rental car so I did not have to take a day off of work and they pulled some strings to help get it done for me. Once my vehicle was diagnosed with the problem,they had it fixed in a couple hours. I live an hour from the dealership,with many Chevy dealerships closer to my home,but with the professionalism and family atmosphere at Days I will always continue going back. Thanks Days for an all around great experience.
I’ve been working out of state, I needed to get an oil change and had a Friday off for a doc appointment. The regular service appointments with Days had been taken already, I explained that I worked out of state and had only this Friday off for a while, could I come in and just take my chances of just fitting in. They said sure, I got there at 9, sat for about an hour or so and up pulled my Silverado, oil changed and tires rotated. There was several other people there at same time with appointments but I felt pleased to get out as quickly as I did. Everyone of Days staff was courteous, Very good experience for for me, I think Levi would have been proud.
I always have good experiences at Days. Lee was wonderful, helped me get the car picked up, kept me informed along the way of the repair, helped me make my extended warranty claim, and the car was even ready ahead of the original promise. Its running like a top and I am really happy with the service I was given. Its the reason we have bought 5 cars from your dealership, everyone is great. Thanks for a job well done!
Jeff Bradley was amazing! From the very beginning, he treated us like people not cows for the slaughter. He most impressed us with his concerns about how our chosen vehicle would fit our needs and the needs of our special needs son. Visiting Days Chevrolet and returning home without a car is impossible. The staff over there is one of a kind. I went to get oil change and Quincy was the best. He worked with me around my appointment time and greeted me from the time I got there showed me to where I can sit. Service was fast and he was great all the way to the end. I will definitely go back again.My second visit there for my oil change. I came in to get oil change. I prefer to deal with Quincy always because his customer service is outstanding. He goes above and beyond. I feel so comfortable and well taken care of once I leave there. Recently I just purchased a truck here and what I will say is this was one of the best dealers I have ever purchased a vehicle from. It was one of the easiest process Ive ever encountered when it came to purchasing a new vehicle. If you decide to purchase a vehicle here ask for Bill Bringhurst. He was an amazing person to deal with the vehicle buying process. I will definitely be coming back here when it comes time to purchase another vehicle.
This dealership is simply amazing. They listen to you, they don’t pressure you at all and make the whole experience a breeze like it should be! Bill and the finance manager (I can’t think of his name) were the absolute best! I love my 2020 enclave and plan to do any future business with them!!
Brenda was great. The mechanics told me it was my transmission after I spent $1200+ on fixing other things. Thank God I went to get a second opinion! It turned out to be a miss fire on the 1st and 5th cylinder. Which makes perfect sense!! So no, I will not be going back. Even though I love the service customer service team. I don’t have any trust in the mechanics!!
I called Day Chevolet for an appointment to have the fuel filter changed and oil change. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. I was immediately welcomed by an employee. The truck was pulled into the bay and I was told it would take about 45 minutes. 30 minutes later was ready. The service was reviewed as well as the 24 point inspection. Very friendly staff and a great place to do business. Thank you Day Chevolet
My first impression(s) were excellent. I week earlier I setup an appointment and indicated I would drop my car off the night before so I could pick up the next day. On the evening before I was greeted freindly just before closing to drop off my keys. The next morning at 7:30 I received an instructive text with connection and contact information from Brenda to enable communications to keep me posted on my cell phone.At 1:57 pm. I recieved my 1st vehicle related text of additional work to authorize, I asked for one clarification, received the answer at 2:55, and authorized the work at 3:03.At 5 p.m. when I heard nothing on status I decided not to make the 1 hour drive to pick up on the chance it would be ready.Next contact was text that it was ready the next morning at 10:20 a.m. I responded with a thank you and that I would be there about 5:30 p.m. Payed freindly cashier after checking over charges from service receipt and a technician promptly pulled my vehicle to the door.Conclusion: I thought I would value the experience of getting some sort of update by text that my vehicle was in the bay, about to finish service, or some sense of activity. From that standpoint the service failed. I liked that the app gave me Brendas contact information to load to my phone. In the future I will insist on a voice contact that is more timely and perhaps meets my expectations that 10 hours is long enough for all service to be completed when I have a 2 hour round trip for drop off and 2 hours for pick up.
Just WOW! We purchased our 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe from Days Chevrolet. Each time we’ve been back for service on our vehicle , we always get excellent service. Today, a young man in the QuickLube dept by the name of Quincy went above & beyond his job in helping me. He is one of the many “faces of Days Chevrolet“ and he is representing his employer well! Keep up the excellent work! Thank you again!I also need to mention Zion who checked me out at the cashiers desk. I’ve dealt with him twice this week and he was awesome, as well!
Scheduled an oil change/tire rotation online, the app suggested an appt on 7/5. When I showed up for my appointment, they were closed. Called the next day and the response was, Were sorry, would you like to reschedule? as if my time has $0 value. Im going to Carl Black instead
I am WAY beyond happy with my experience with Days Chevrolet, and WAY beyond pleased with all my dealings with Larry Eller. I ordered this vehicle in the midst of many Covid-related supply chain challenges, and Larry encouraged me several times to ... hang in there ... stick with me ..., etc. Every date estimate all along the way of the ordering process, Larry nailed it. When the vehicle did arrive and was prepared for me, the vehicle was even better than I Imagined - perfect.
I wasn’t notified preemptively of when my vehicle would be ready for me to pick it up.The oil change sticker reminder wasn’t placed on my windshield.I was never notified through text for any of the service items that needed to be done.I received a sheet of the inspection report when I picked up my vehicle and there were some red x marks on the items that I had just paid to have fixed.Not sure why they were there because the person who helped me never explained a thing to me. Only directed me to the cashier to pay $1,018 for all of the services.Needless to say, I’ll just go back to Carl Black going forward.
Last year, had not done business with Day before. However, in October, with Scott Laytons help, i bought a 2020 Equinox. Great experience and liked that and the car so much i came back last week and bought a 2021 Equinox, also. Brought my son with me who bought another one. So, in the past 8 months we have bought 3 from Days. We were treated very well by all, especially Scott. Which is why we came back, and will continue to do so.
These guys are the best. They are upfront and honest, and their customer service is above and beyond expectations. I visited the service department a few times this year for some warranty work. This service department alone is the reason that Ill be back to this dealership for my future car purchases. They are super nice, they listen, and they know how to diagnose and fix issues without wasting your time. Brenda took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I had a courtesy vehicle to get me around while they worked (not a guarantee, but I got one). You know how your car never makes that noise when you take it to the shop? Well the service manager, Ben, rode around with me until the noise finally surfaced. It was a minor thing and they fixed it.The point is that I know they are busy, but they made me feel like I was their first priority. I couldnt be more impressed.
I like the way Days is structured. one dealer we visited had the bullpen type environment with everyone in a cube in the middle of the room and all sales folks had to go behind a smoke screen with all negotiations being passed along to the manager, which is BS. They pretend to have no control over anything. Thats not a welcoming environment. we passed up two dealerships because of similar structure and decided to drive over an hour to Days after the sales guy emailed us the final drive out price before embarking on our journey. thats the way I prefer to do business - no frills and straight up. My husband is ex GM employee (31 years) and one dealer tried to make us pay fees that my husband knew he didnt have to pay. both of the sales guys we dealt with at the other 2 dealers were good but it was the managers and the overall structure of the way they conduct the deal that is not something I choose to work with. Days was excellent..
Service department helped me get some cost relief from GM on a repair. I am dissatisfied with the problem with the vehicle since I had two vehicles that required this repair. A faulty design/part that got into later models in different years. This is changing my decision on the next car I buy. Brenda in service did great but the design of the vehicle and cost to the customer could be avoided . In previous GM models never had a AC repair. These were only 3 years old. I own $120k in GM vehicles and always bought them in past years. Looks like I am going to change. I do give the service department at Days a A+. They did what they could....
Each time Ive come from service, something has happened to my car and Ive had to come back. Each person I have dealt with has been very friendly and polite, but the service on my car has not. Tail light replaced, something breaks inside the lift gate and I have to come back. Go back to have that replaced and my bumper gets noticeably scratched from the service.
I brought my truck in for an oil change and a tire that was out of balance. It was more of a task because of the big tires so they had to be force balanced. They needed to keep my truck until the next day so they quickly put me in a free rental and sent me on my way. I will be bringing my truck only to days for any future needs because of how quick and professional your staff is.Thanks,Will L
I came to Days from a bad experience with another dealer. Jeff Bradley is my salesman and he is fantastic! He showed me the exactly what I told him I was interested in. The sales process was quick and easy. It was clear that Jeff is a seasoned pro when he walked me through all of the features in my new truck. He was a pleasure to work with. Top shelf experience!
Since my husband did business with Days Chevrolet, he has bought several brand new Silverado trucks from them: 2005, 2011, 2017, and 2021. I used their service department. However, to say the least I am extremely disappointment in their tactics. On 5/18/20, my 2012 Buick Enclave was taken for service because the A/C unit was blowing hot air out of the drivers side vents and not cooling the cabinet unless at 60 degrees. For a total of $493.27, Day’s claimed to have repaired it. On 7/18/20, my vehicle was taken back for service because the A/C unit was still not cooling. For a total of $783.52, Day’s claimed to have repaired again. On 11/16/20, my vehicle was taken for service because the dashboard kept flashing Traction Control On, then 10 seconds later Traction Control Off, then 10 seconds later Service Traction Control w/service engine light coming on and vehicle driving slowly and having to be shut-off. For a total of $1,983.53, Day’s claimed to repair the issue. Between May 2020 and November 2020, I spent $3,620 on services for my vehicle. On 4/15/21, I experienced the EXACT same issue with the A/C and called for an appointment. During the week of 5/3/21, I called again because the EXACT same issue occurred again with the Traction Control. On 5/13/2021, I took the vehicle back into service for Day’s to tell me it would be another $1,395 for them to repair the EXACT same issues with the A/C and Traction Control. I said, you must be kidding me because it is obvious you never fully repair the issues that I have already paid over $3,620 in repairs for so I asked to speak with the Service Manager. Brandon calls us back trying to give a lot of automotive mumbo jumbo jargon about charging $1,395 to repair the EXACT same issues but in the same sentence he says, we would need to bring the vehicle back the exact moment the traction control error message comes on. Problem with that...you cannot get an appointment that quick. Yet, Days still wanted to charge me $1,395 to repair the EXACT same issues that you did not properly repair in May, July, and November 2020. This is unscrupulous behavior and I will continue to fight this issue and will not pay $1,395 to fix yet again the EXACT same issues that I already paid over $3,620 for. Unacceptable...PERIOD!
Brenda Lee was my service advisor. I have dealt with her for many years. She is excellent and a pleasure to deal with. My hud problen on my Corvette turned out to be a senior moment on my part and nothing mechanically wrong. The tech found it quickly but gave the car a complete diagnostic check . No problems were found and I gladly paid the diagnostic fee.Thanks Brenda and Days service dept. See you shortly for my 30,000 mile service.

They were great. I had a deer hit my car three weeks ago. I called my insurance and they sent me here to get it repaired. Best decision. Days was professional and caring. They walked me through the process and answered all my questions. They kept me informed of the progress. They were the best choice. We will be back when we decide to buy a new car.
This is the third time I have been to this Dealership, 1st time was to purchase a front floor mat for my 2020 Silverado 1500, that experience was good. Now this is my second time in for a service/oil change. The first time was awesome and quite fast for how busy they were on that day.Now this past Saturday I got in to my appointment a good 30 mins early and somehow they got me finished up in about 25 minutes so I was rolling out of the door at just past my original appointment time. So I give that a big thumbs up!
Had a great and Covid safe experience. My sales associated Robert Ard was wonderful. Really knew about this new EV Bolt and could explain its features plus answer all my questions. He provided a follow up phone call the next day to check how things were going and to see now that I was actually driving the car did I have any more questions for him. Overall it was probably the best new car leasing/purchasing experience I have ever had. Thanks Robert!
I got the motor on my truck replaced and they had to cut the exhaust. They did a horrible job welding it back. I took it back to get it fixed and they wanted $4000 even though they are the ones that cut it in the first place. I took it to a exhaust shop and they charged me $200.
I brought my month old 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT in for repairs to the collision center under my State Farm insurance. It had a few minor dents and scratches after a dining pavilion tent was blow onto it during a thunderstorm. Minor pairs including repainting the lower front passenger door were needed. The CS team were professional and communicated well every step of the process. A job well done. Plus it looks just like new!
First off I must say my service advisor was knowledgeable & helpful. He has excellent communication. This is my 3rd visit where I have been extremely disappointed in the condition of my vehicle upon completion. On this visit I arrived, was given my checkout paperwork & my car was pulled up for me. After I left Im driving home & noticed a gouge in the plastic trim which was part of the trim removed to investigate the B-Pillar rattling issue. Upset I start looking and noticed not only was there a gouge as if someone tried to remove the a sctrim withrewdriver but there were several trim pieces around the seatbelt that were either hanging on or completely missing. The passenger side trim piece was not reattached & just left hanging. Everything that was in my trunk area was left in the back floor, scraps of plastic, and debris were left wherever they fell & there were greasy handprints everywhere. One of my issues was with the backseat armrest. The leather on the back drivers side seat was loose & wrinkled. I brought this to the attention of my service advisor after I left work the next day to bring my car back. He told me the cover for that seat had to be replaced and the wrinkling was normal & would work itself out. All in all I just feel like my brand new vehicle is never respected when I bring it in for service. This isnt the first time either. My Blazer is brand new & I am THE ONLY PERSON that has ever been in it. Every spot that is on it or in it I know about. I also have my vehicle detailed prior to bringing it in so to encourage a clean in clean out attitude but sadly that hasnt worked. Days Chevrolet is very convenient to my work. I dont want to have to start taking my car to another dealer but it looks like that is what Ill need to do.

Jeff was very professional and took my order in the morning and told me that it would be in on Thursday morning. Jeff called like he promised on the same day letting me know that my parts were in already. Jeff waited past the closing time of the parts department to insure that I would be able to pick them up. Just took my 2020 Silverado in for my second service…. This dealership is without a doubt the absolute best. They are honest, don’t sell what you don’t need, no hidden costs and all around the nicest bunch of people. I will never buy or take my vehicle to another dealership again. Picked out the Traverse I needed and after a couple of days of talk and offers I got the price I wanted. Scott was easy to deal with and promptly returned all my calls. Explained all the features and set up service reminders and OnStar. Even drove it over to the office. Thanks a bunch. About 5th Days Chevy I bought.
My car was in the Service Department from early on Friday morning until noon on Monday to have a new battery installed, oil changed & tires rotated. I kept being told on Friday how backed up they were. Finally around 1:00p they told me they would take me home because it would be Monday before they knew anything (?) I kept calling on Monday and finally had my husband just drop me off at the Service Dept. Finally, around 12:30 p. I was told it was ready and that they had checked everything out to see what caused the battery to fail. I drove the car home, On Tuesday morning when I went to find a Bank of America the warning light came on saying I had low tire pressure and to add air at once. I stopped in Day Chev and they put air in the tire but did not give me a reason for it being low. Inconvenient to say the least!
This was awful. I was lied to and then had to get a second oppion. What Chevy told me was that I needed two new batteries but what was really wrong was my battery module was broken. My batteries were perfectly fine. Then when I was reading this happens to Chevy all the time so I feel like Chevy new and refused to fix the problem. I will never use or buy from Chevrolet again.
The whole experience was so easy and stress free! We had a great salesman (Sean Kelly).....we live over an hour away from this dealership so most of this was done over the phone!!! We made a trip down around 7 pm one night to look at the car and talk to a salesman, he took down our information and immediately the next morning he was working on our deal and corresponding via text to make everything fall into place and that afternoon we picked up our brand new 2019 Chevy Traverse!! The service was exceptional and we were in and out in no time. We would definitely recommend Days Chevrolet to everyone!!

Rob in service went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Now for the sales side CHRIS MASSEY is the best in the business, he always goes above and beyond to take care of me and my family no matter if its purchasing a car or having service done. Unbelievable experience and customer service. My car literally quit working today, and this was the first and only place we stopped. He contacted us based on some inquiries my husband had made on-line. He knew exactly what we wanted, took us on the test drive taking the time to explain the technology side of everything. He helped us set-up our apps and On Star and went over the whole dash. I wasnt feeling well due to a lung infection I was getting over and he was very patient and accommodateing! He even brought me some food from the breakroom because I was feeling dizzy. We were there late so the detailers had gone for the day, Robert set-up a time for us to come back to have it detailed. When we came back my husband inquired about a storage box that was supposed to go under the seat. Come to find out the truck was sent from the Jasper dealership and they had removed it there, however Robert had a replacement for us within a few hours and had it installed later that day when we returned. He also let us know that he ordered in a sunshade that we had been asking about so we could feel it and look at it before we made the decision to purchase it. We didnt even ask him to do that. Jennifer Still is the one who helped us with our financial side of it I believe. We talked so much it was like we catching up with an old friend rather than signing ourselves up for an 8 year debt. She took the time to explain stuff, had multiple plans laid out for is including costs and options, and encouraged questions. The whole staff was absolutely awesome and the dealership was very clean. I couldnt have asked for a better or easier car buying experience! The nice envelope at the time of purchase and the hand-signed letter we received in the mail a few days after purchase were a very nice touch. Like a bow on an already beautifully wrapped gift. Im an old-fashioned soul for someone in their late 20s and I really appreciate those personal touches! Excellent, excellent experience!!!
Service Department is always friendly and courteous. Preforming the requested service quickly and taking the time to explain the service provided and going over all checks they preformed. Never feel pressured or that Im getting sold a service. I recommend the Sales Department as well if you are in the market for a vehicle Scott Layton is terrific!
Dealing with my salesman, Mark Simpson, was a real pleasure. I truly appreciated the transparency from him and the management team at Days during the negotiation process. We worked out a deal via email and phone that was acceptable to both parties, and a few days later I drove up to sign the paperwork and take possession of the car. In a profession that is unfortunately tarnished by disreputable sales tactics and unethical salespeople, working with the team at Days was like a breath of fresh air and without a doubt, the easiest car purchase Ive had to-date. Though there are other Chevrolet dealers much closer to my home, I will be making the 60 mile trek back to Days when Im ready for my next new vehicle. My sincere thanks again to Mark and the team.
From the moment you walk in to their service and/or sales departments, we are treated like Family. There is never any pressure applied by anyone and from a service perspective, NO service is ever pushed on you. When needed, they provide recommendations and leave the decision to act on their recommendations completely up to you. The sales department is the same. They professionally greet you when I walk in and are their to answer any questions I have an allow me to freely browse. Overall, there is NO reason whatsoever to visit any other Chevrolet dealership (of course except their second location).
We had a miss Communication On both parties when quoting the work I wanted done and the wrong part was changed. But we Came to a fair compromise to get the issue fixed. I understand mistakes happened but it was nice not to have to fight to get the mistakes fixed and my family back on the road quicker than promised.
Days Chevrolet is the best place within the Greater Atlanta Area to buy a Chevy! I have been in the market for a 2014 Silverado for a while now and with the recent incentives it just made sense to go ahead and make the purchase. Not only did I get the best price on the Silverado but I also got the best price for my trade-in. Over the course of 6 months I had around 4-5 offers/appraisals for my trade all from Atlanta area dealers, Days was the last offer I got because it was the best out of all the others. I shopped at a few other Chevy dealers within the area and felt like I consistently had to watch my back and fact check everything. Not so with Days. They were patient and honest with me. Days customer service and sales methodology was refreshing compared to the other dealers I had interaction with and I felt like I was getting honesty up front which I huge since I was a first time buyer. Also, Days proved to me they had the most knowledge about the cars they sell which isnt true for the associates of the other dealers I visited, who often times would guess for answers to the questions they didnt know. Days also was a huge factor in getting me the best financing rate and terms for my purchase. I also, interacted directly with the owner for all the documentation and paperwork I signed. He was willing to explain everything and was also patient when I had questions. I wasnt rushed. Overall, I had a very nice experience buying from Days Chevrolet, so I would urge anyone in the market to visit Days and ask for Bill!!
Words cant began to describe the great experience I went through to purchase a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze at Days Chevrolet. At the very moment I pulled into the lot I was greeted by Mr. Drake and he was perfect. He had pretty much everything prepared and ready to go. He took his time with me and covered everything so well that I barely had a question to ask. He, Daniel and Mr. Dewayne were so kind and friendly. Purchased a truck in 2016 was a good experience. Service has been good. Customer care outstanding! Recently camping with my family and had an issue with the electronics. Dealership reached out to service manager after hours. Got a call from service manager who told me the only option to fix my self. The fix worked and they followed up to make sure I was ok.
The dealership went above and beyond for me. Ben Larue helped me in every way possible to get a new car after my engine went bad in mine. He found me a car that was in my budget and kept me updated every step of the way! I had the best experience and I am forever grateful for the help and support I received. Called on a Saturday and was seen as soon as I got there. Explained my windshield wiper arm situation which was caused by another dealership (Steve Rayman Chevrolet) followed by a horrible experience there. Lee was like a breath of fresh air. Fixed the issue with my car in the matter of seconds that the other dealership told me that it was on me to fix even though it was because of them that my windshield wiper arm was bent (ran it through a car wash most likely). Will definitely make this my primary dealership.
We took our GMC to the body shop for repairs from an accident. While it was there we asked to have scratches removed and pay for them. They took three weeks longer than planned and we had to pay for the rental. When we picked up the truck we paid what we were told, both parties signed and we left. Within a couple days there was a terrible rattle and we called to bring it back in. We told them we need a rental since we both work and they told us no. We explained the problem came from the work they did and they still said no. Shortly after, we received a bill for $851. They said it was missed. When I looked through the paper work given to me by the body shop, the $851 said insurance pay. We questioned it and their response, thats just what prints. We told them both parties settled and signed. A few months later, the A/C went out. We took it to another local dealer as we have a warranty. They asked if we had work done and we told them yes. They said there was metal in the line from Days work and the warranty wouldnt cover it. It cost us over $400. Days continued to call and send letters. My husband explained we settled, we already had to pay to fix their problem and we still had the rattle. They threatened to sue us or send us to collections. I adamantly disagree that we owed it but after a ton of back and forth, my husband settled with them and they agreed to give us a rental and fix the rattle. He went up there today and waited over two hours and no rental but they still wanted their money. We refused to pay until the rattle is fixed. Worst dealership ever!!! Do NOT go here...they are a scam! Drive to Carl Black!!

I purchased my vehicle from Days 3 weeks ago. Bill H. helped us and he was amazing and very nice. We were in and out within an hour and half. I would highly recommend Days! Their prices were also lower online than any other Chevrolet dealership we looked at with a much bigger selection!
Ive been coming to Days to get my oil changed regularly for about 10 years now and I just ran into the first problem I have ever had there today. It had to do with a part that was needed for my 2008 Honda that they wouldnt be expected to keep on hand anyways, given the year and make of my car. Quincy took full responsibility for something that was not at his or Days fault in any way, and went above and beyond to rectify the situation and make sure that I was well taken care of. Its really hard to find this kind of customer service these days. I will always continue trust Days Chevrolet for any car need I might have. Expectations exceeded. Thank you again!
In terms of a dealership it is much like others, they sell cars. However, I am giving this a 5 star because of the amazing customer service I received from Andy. See, Andy sold me my 2016 Ford Explorer, but not only did he sell me a great car in peak condition, he stayed with me after business hours as I squared away my insurance, and months later he would answer questions about the purchase via text. He was always very respectful, helpful and responsive. I hope all of my car buying experiences are as pleasant as they were with Andy
I will say that from the moment I drove on the lot and met the salesman he was great. Kyle Bradley did everything I needed and ask of him on the vehicle I wanted. I did however encountered a issue during the financing process. After the issue the owner reached out to me and took care of what my issue was. Can not say that would have happened at other dealerships, because most of the time the owner does not care about you as a person. Not in this dealership, you are more valued then the bottom line. I will definitely be back here when I am ready to purchase again.
Matt and the entire team was great and very helpful. But had to bring Tahoe back to dealership on Saturday because of check engine light and they also found a bad cv boot and auxiliary pump. Less then 200 miles. Maybe happened in transit. Wife was notHappy with loaner car given. Nissan Pathfinder she would have preferred a Chevrolet. But hopeful we can get vehicle back today.
I purchased my used 2005 Yukon XL from Ed Drake, it is my 3rd purchase from him over the years. It is a solid clean vehicle. I love it! I have followed Ed from another Dealership he worked at years ago. Ed is Awesome!! He is always honest, straight forward, no nonsense to deal with. Days is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. After several dealerships and getting the run around they where the only ones willing to help us get in a car after our bankruptcy with no money down. Everything was handled online and by phone and when I went to pick up my new Chevy Trax we where in and out. Very happy with Robert and Bill who went above and beyond for us. Will be back again.
I had water leaking leaking in from the back window on my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado I contacted GM and only got the run around , I took it to Days Chevrolet in Acworth Georgia , Rob & Benjamin in the service department took care of the problem and had it fixed. If you want great service go to Days Chevrolet for your next vehicle or service. If you want a great salesman ask for Scott Layton he will hook you up. Recommended 100%
To date our last 3 vehicle purchase experience(s) with Days has been GREAT! Bill Bringhurst was MOST helpful and more importantly made my wife feel comfortable with the whole transaction. We hope to continue doing business here. The only exception might have been the receptionist Unwelcoming demeanor. Resolve that consideration and you have a grand slam!
So despite my issue with not getting new brakes on the used Sierra I bought, I have to give them a 5 Star. I had an issue with a salesman, but Daniel, the GM personally helped me. I told him simply, if he makes it right he’s got a loyal customer in me because that’s the right thing for both of us to do. So if I ever buy a GM product, it’ll be with them.
Odd story, I did not end up buying from Mark Simpson at Days Chevrolet only because we couldnt get the color we wanted. HOWEVER, I think it would be a disservice to discount how pleasant the total experience it was working with Mark and Jennifer (manager). I did not feel pressure at all and they were up front on every detail. I recommend that you check them out if you are looking to buy used or new. A+ dealer in my book!
Day’s Chevrolet exceeds expectations on every level. They are overwilling to make sure you are happy. I’ve purchased my last two vehicles from them and I will purchase my future vehicles there as well. The salesman are respectful and are overwilling to work with anyone who walks thru the door. They are not overbearing and are always professional. The service department is great and the turn-around is very fast on getting your vehicle back. I would highly recommend Lee in service, he was very helpful in overseeing and coordinating the repairs on my vehicle. You can’t go wrong with Day’s. Give them a chance to earn your business.
Bill Wallace was great. Fastest, easiest, car buying experience I have ever had. For years, I have bought cars at places like Carmax and Carvana, specifically because I hated the car buying experience at traditional dealerships. I had been taking my last Chevy and my wifes GMC (Both bought from Carvana) to Days for several years for service and I was always impressed with the service that Brenda and the rest of the service department had given us. So, I decided to give Days a shot when I needed to replace my Chevy due to an accident (the five star crash rating saved my daughters and my life). I am glad I did. Very pleased with the deal I got and the transparency during the process. I would highly recommend Days to anyone. Beware of the service department. They are paid by the task. So they may try to tell you something is wrong that actually isn’t. If they want to fix this problem, they should start paying thier service writers and techs hourly. They tried to tell me my brakes were bad and they are fine. Always get a second opinion.
This is where I bought my first car, and it was a GREAT car buying experience. None of the stereotypes or horror stories Ive heard time after time from people talking about other dealerships. In the past 30 years, my family has bought 10 cars from Days, because they are fair, and really know how to treat their customers.
I cannot say enough about this dealership.. I bought a car last night and it has issues. Ill called Mark Sheppard this morning and he said bring the car back. When I got to this dealership Brandon Barfield and Mark Sheppard was already in the process of taking care of our problem. Im so happy with this dealership. Dishonest 😕 My husband and I drove quite a way to look at a 2018 Acadia for sale at Day’s in Ackworth. We were helped by two different gentlemen. Both were very polite when speaking with us, however we felt like we were lied to and given the run around a little bit. First thing, the Acadia we were looking at had an issue with the back gate. You could see that it was off center and not closing properly. My husband could fit his pinky finger through the side where the gate should be sealed. These concerns were quickly brushed off by the sales rep and we were told all Acadias were like that 🙄 he did say if we were really concerned it might be covered under warranty if we wanted to have it “adjusted” because that’s all it would need... We started looking at the other Acadias on the lot to compare. Three of the four we checked out had broken tail lights. Three of the four had rear gates that were off center. Next, when my husband tried to open the hood, he couldn’t get it to unlatch and when he asked for help, he again was quickly brushed off and we were distracted by the salesman. We never saw under the hood. We did decide to go speak inside about working out a trade because I really have my heart set on an Acadia and this one was listed for a great price. Huge surprise... the low balled us on a trade in offer. Really really low. They claimed the carfax report showed an accident with air bags deployed and that’s why the offer was so low... we bought our car brand new and can say with 100% certainty the air bags have never deployed. They never showed us the carfax report that claimed our car had been in an accident with airbags deployed and told us we would have to figure out how to dispute it with carfax. They offered slightly more ($500) after we told them adamantly that it never happened, but not enough for us to feel good about trading. The offer was still well below the kbb trade in value.The last thing that really bugged me was the first sales man told us he was going to “let the boss man help us get a better trade deal” and went to help someone else. When the “boss man” came to help HE told us he was retired and just came back to help out for the day because someone was out... So who knows who this person was.Like I said, both gentleman were respectful when speaking to us and never rude, but that is really the only positive thing I can say about our experience with this dealership. If we were just unable to agree to terms that would be one thing and I wouldn’t be leaving a bad review. Sometimes things just don’t work out. But the dishonesty was infuriating.
Our whole family has been shopping there since the 80s for vehicles. With the high tech computerized motors now it is best to go to the dealership even though they might be a little higher priced. Their guarantees are amazing and I love my car that we got from them last year. It’s a Chevy equinox.

Went here to get 2 front tires and have several dashboard lights checked out to see why they were malfunctioning, tires were not in stock, so service advisor said he would order them, and have them put on after lunch time the following day. I held off on the wire harness to get replaced because it was over $800. .Called about 5:20 in the afternoon since we have not heard from them. The service advisor that we originally dealt with was not in. He was at a class from what we were told. The 2nd service advisor told us he didnt know what the status of our car was.It wouldve been nice if someone could have let us know what going on!
I have bought my last 4 vehicles from Bill Bringhurst at Days Chevrolet. Ive bought many vehicles from different dealers over the years before I found Bill at Days, and quite frankly I dont want to buy from any other dealer or Salesperson. Bill and Days make the process of reaching a deal so easy and everything is transparent and explained upfront. Other dealers Ive tried to deal with show a good initial price, only to leave me disappointed when I see thousands of more dollars added on to the drive out price that simply doesnt happen at Days.
We received great service when the check engine light came on while on a camping trip vacation. Luke our service consultant managed to get us in right away! They had the part in stock and even provided us with a Silverado to drive while doing the repair. Thanks to them we still went to Amicalola Falls as planned that day! Thanks Luke, the mechanics and everyone at Days Chevrolet! Great job! I highly recommend them!
I just purchased a 2018 GMC Acadia and I absolutely love it!!!! Bill Wallace was awesome to work with. He made sure we got the best deal and that the process was as quick and easy as possible. I highly suggest to do the prequalifing online before you go in. It makes the process go quicker and easier.
I had took my truck in for oil change only to learn there was a problem with my brakes I thank God The nice man came back and told me he went to pull it in and it scared him he didnt think it was gonna stop i thought it was where we put brakes on it no it was the Brake Booster.. Took two weeks to fix the AC in my car. There was grease and scratches inside my vehicle when I picked it up. They cleaned my vehicle and barely fixed the scratches. Now I see creases in my dashboard and there is a spot on my windshield that wont go away. The girl that finally ended up helping me was very nice... everyone else acts like I am a bother. Oh, did I mention I have 8k miles and purchased the car from them? This is our 4th car from them and more than likely our last.
Bottom line, these guys lied to sell me a car and refused to appropriately engage follow-up inquiries to address the matter. They really put on a good show. The place, including the service dept all appear to have it figured out but if you ask even just a couple questions their facade starts to fall away. I actually thought I found a dealership I could trust and was actually looking forward to doing more business with them but that ship has sailed. My recommendation - dont do it, not with these guys.
Gary in used cars was great! He worked with me to trade in my Jeep for a 2014 Durango R/T and still come out with some cash. After the purchase I realized I only had one key and the check engine light was on. Gary personally delivered my second key to me at work and they covered the repair for the engine light as well. Between him and the manager Dwane, I felt a sense of trust which I didn’t feel much at other dealerships. It’s been about 3 weeks since I purchased the Durango and it’s been great. Thanks again.

2022-06-06I was very pleased, I showed up @ 7am on Friday to get my 1st. Free service before leaving on a week vacation to have some fresh oil in my truck for the long drive. I am a firm believer of regular oil @ filter changes on any engines that require oil & filter changes.I was in & out in less than 45” and on my way.Great service.

2022-04-18Basically charged me a fee to tell me nothing. 4 other shops looked over my car and did not mention 1 time it was the water pump. They tell me it’s the water pump that needs to be replaced and “we are not sure that will solve the problem”. I spoke with the guy that helped me and he basically gave me the runaround for the real issue. Long story short they stated they fixed a few items and they didn’t having the same problem I had when I dropped it off. They have officially lost me as a customer, I have bought a car from them over the past year and taken my other two cars there for service over the past 2 years. Thought they were honest just like any other dealership!

They wanted to add $3000 to the sticker price . And they said every dealership is doing this . WRONG Days Chevrolet didn’t.This was the easiest car buying experience that I have ever had . Jeff and your group offered me the GM discount as a retiree, and gave me a better interest rate and more than quite a generous market value for my 2020 Equinox, as I traded it in for my new 202 Equinox I purchased from Day Chevrolet.Jeff and the whole team were friendly, courteous, prompt and very professional until I picked up my vehicle on 1/28/22.

2022-06-06I talked to about 7 other dealerships before Days and they were all jerking me around with market adjustor pricing or adding stuff I didnt want to drive the price up. I told Days what I was looking for and they werent able to get exactly what I wanted but it was very close and I didnt have to play any games with them about the price. They did everything they said they were going to do and it was one of the best car buying experiences Ive had.
