Dekalb Tire & Automotive Service in other cities:
I had the worst tire experience at this location. I went there with a nail in one of my tires, it was determined that I need new shocks. I agreed to get this service performed. It took them more than 6 hours to fix one tire and to replace my shocks. When I left the place, I had 3 plastic covers missing from my back seat which they didnt have to touch, my car and trunk all covered with grease and dirt, not assembled correctly, all clips broken too, back seat disassembled and with a large cut on it. It wasnt till the next day when I woke up to a flat tire / the same one they fixed/ and extremely loud shocks due to not being assembled correctly. It turned out that they completely stripped the bolts for the shocks, I assume due to a complete lack of knowledge on how to perform this service. I have a lot more respect for people who admit that they cant do something, than for people who trash somebody elses property and dont own their mistakes. Very unprofessional, lack of knowledge on how to perform services that this place claims to specialize in. To me its unbelievable how they treat some of their customers and all this goes unnoticed and unpunished. I deeply regret letting them touch my car. So incompetent. I cant believe this is happening in 21st century. The fact that their management is not taking any actions on this matter, to me is mind blowing.Apologizing fixes nothing that you broke and lost from my car, by the way!The development: After many of phone calls, they sent me 2 of 3 missing parts. Thanks, but get that, they ordered black for my gray interior ... I never got reimbursed for the tire they didnt fix.In addition, I went to a BMW specialized center and it was assessed that these shocks are not at all for my make and model, as they said not even close... I wish the personnel at DeKalb Tire had google... In the era of communication and information, ignorance is a choice, a poor one.The lack of knowledge of the person that manages this place is truly vast.Be aware, some costumers dont make the cut and get the worst possible service. I dont know what is the criteria.I hope they get what they deserve :)
Was short staffed. They said a mechanic walked out which is understandable things happen. One of my decent tires was swapped out. Left me with bad one still. Staff could have been more proactive to find a solution. Possibly rotate bad tire to have it swapped out at the least but, only seem to care about policy or how mechanic generally changes tires.
Went to this place last minute because it was close to my job. Let me tell you it was a great stroke of luck. They got me in and out so fast and were so helpful and friendly. Thank you so much Tiffany!!!!! Shea even took photos of under my car to show me the work after.
I went in for a tire rotation, alignment, shock installation, brake bleed and inspection. They had to redo the alignment, there was still air in the brakes they said they couldnt get out, and when I got home I saw that the lower bolts on the rear shocks were falling out. Great job guys 🚫🔧
Have been here three times in the last three days. While here on the third day, have seen no less than FIVE customers (not including me) bring their vehicles back in because there was something wrong with the previous job. Bought two new tires yesterday, and later in the day, heard something rattling or loose in or around the tire replaced. It was flat by this morning. Brought it in and have been waiting for over three hours to have the tire replaced. Staff of four (two desk people and two techs) is never in the front office (this past desertion has been 20 minutes without anyone coming to the front). Phone rings and rings and rings. I don’t know how they stay in business despite it being obvious that there are no repeat customers due to the horrific service. Really a shame because it’s so convenient for me (3 blocks from my place).
They serviced my brakes a couple of months ago and my breaks are now squeaking much louder than before. They were supposed to have only had my car for 3 hours and ended up having it over 24 hours. There is a lot of miscommunication in this office. After complaining, they had me bring the car back a second time for them to fix the breaks and again, didnt fix it. So I took my car to another DeKalb Tire location in Sandy Springs off of Roswell Road for them to look at the brakes and guess what, the breaks are squeaking even louder than before after they touched it. All in all, the workers were very nice and seemed like they wanted to help, its just each time they had my car, the problem with the brakes got even worse. They had THREE chances to fix the problem and its gotten worse after each time they tried to fix it.
I had a good experience with Dekalb a couple of years ago so I trusted them to go back when I was having issues. I brought my car in for shaking in December and I also needed an oil change. They said they changed my oil and recommended something to clear my gas tank off of Amazon for the shaking. The whole next month the shaking got worse AND my oil light came back on. The manager told me they didn’t have a technician to diagnose the problem but it wasn’t the oil. I had to get it towed to a different reputable auto shop. When it got there, the cause for shaking was that my oil had in fact never been changed in over a year. I will not be coming anymore as I want to be sure when I’m paying for a premium oil change it actually gets done.
Been using Dekalb Tire for YEARS and for ALL of my vehicles(Honda, Infiniti, BMW). Fantastic work ALL OF THE TIME from this location - customer service is amazing and prices make sense when you compare to reputable shops in the area and online.Just recently had to have my car towed to the other dekalb tire location in Sandy Springs for a coolant leak and ended up having to replace all my rotors and breaks at the same time. Fast forward to now and the brakes are squeaking really bad after driving just a few thousand miles. I take my car back to my original location in Buckhead and they tell me the other location used cheaper parts than my car can handle which is the cause of the squeak. They are replacing ALL OF IT with higher quality brakes and rotors all the way around just to make my life easier. Keep in mind, these two stores are not connected and it was Tiffany’s decision alone to help me out even though the other location was at fault.Would tell ANYBODY to go to THIS Dekalb Tire location over any other shop in the area. They do not cheat and they have taken care of me every single time!!Thank you, Tiffany and the rest at Dekalb Tire Buckhead!!
A tire that i bought from them needed patching so i dropped off my truck yesterday. when i picked it up and drove it home, got grease all over myself cause it was all over the steering wheel. Also, they must have thought it was okay to change my radio station to the music they like
I went to get my tires done and the managers that were there made this experience a whole lot better for me. I just got the car and had issues with the tires sadly. Overall, friendly service and was very informative telling me everything I need to know. I believe the young lady at the front name was Shakira.Tiffany and Wyatt got me in and out just amazing…honestly! 10 out of 10!
Horrible experience at DeKalb. They have now wasted my time twice. I ordered a new set of tires and was told the appointment was on 1/12. When I came in on 1/12 I was told the order was cancelled. They had newer tires but they were $100 more per tire. They also did not call me to let me know AND they said said they cant mount 21 tires because their machine was broken. But again, no one called me to tell me. I will not do business here and will refer friends and colleagues away
I brought my car there because my tire was loosing air and I found out that there was nail in the tire. I told them which tire needs to be fixed. they told me Its going to take 2 and a half hours to get fixed. When I left my car at the shop the wheel covers were tied with zip ties to the rim. When I picked up the car zip ties were still on the wheel and it has never been taken off. They charged me $31 and they didnt do any work to my car. These people are bunch of crooks. Do not go there at any time.
This morning started off rough because of a flat tire omw to work 😠. I was able to get in and be seen promptly(I was here at 8am 😆). We had a few glitches but the staff here was phenomenal. They was very informative and was able to keep me in the loop about everything concerning my service. They expertise and service will keep me coming back
That’s ridiculous long wait time, despite I made an appointment 3 days prior. You don’t even need to make an appointment at this point. 3-4 hours to just replace 2 tires! And it doesn’t seem busy at all…here’s nobody waiting or no cars back there. After reading reviews, I have to check if they put right tires. Can’t trust this place and will never return.
I brought my car in on 12/18 for an oil change, break fluid replacement and air filter replacement. Everything was fine until I left with my car and drove over a speed bump after which the skid plate on the bottom of my car was pulled down (made a horrendous sound). Turns out they hadn’t properly reattached it. So we drove back to the garage, where they apologized and fixed the issue. Well today I noticed it was hanging down again! When I looked under the car, instead of replacing the screws, it was zip tied back together. I’m furious and will never be returning to this garage. What terrible customer service to not even tell the me that they couldn’t replace the screws (that they probably misplaced) properly!! They should have told me to take it to a dealership to get the parts properly replaced. Saving a few bucks isn’t worth the hassle this garage has caused me.
Ive had two really poor customer service experiences with the Mavis (formerly Dekalb Tire) Roswell Road location and they have now lost my business. I ordered a new tire on Monday and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. I went in Wednesday for my appointment and was notified the tire was never ordered. They placed the order and rescheduled me for Thursday. I called Thursday and the tire had not come in as expected. I called Friday morning and the tire had come in but I was told I didnt have a reservation and Id have to wait all day for the work to be done. When I explained that I had gotten the run around, there was no attempt to resolve the issue. This is the second time Ive had this same experience. The new management does not value customer service and attention to detail. After going to this location for years, I will now be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointed.
My wife and I have been a regular customer since living in Atlanta. Last visit with my wife, they quoted a much smaller amount than charged and left the vehicle in an absolute mess.I took my car in today for a routine oil change, and all the sudden they can’t get it onto the lift because my shocks have settled too much? Even though they did it 5k miles ago.. nothing has changed..Won’t be going back with either car.
Genuinely beside myself from my experience today. Today (10/25/21) I came in to get two new tires put on my car. We asked (three times) to put the new tires we purchased a few months ago in the back and the brand new tires (the ones we were purchasing today) in the front. We said this TWICE before the service began. As we were checking out we confirmed that our request was completed. They informed us “that he messed up” and that we would need to wait to get the problem resolved. Another 30-45 minutes go by and they say the job is done. I get home and realize they NEVER PUT NEW TIRES ON MY CAR. They took the tires I purchased a few months ago in the front and my old tires in the back. I was charged over 400$ for them to basically move my tires around. To top that: I also informed them that I’d like my windshield wiper fluid filled which was billed to me. That was never completed either. I would advicenot to come here because this was a complete scam.
My partner and I were on our way through Atlanta to Jacksonville, and discovered our flat tire mid afternoon, after a snack run at Trader Joe’s. ALL of the front desk employees were extremely kind and replaced our tire in record time - we were able to make it into Jacksonville before midnight. We are especially indebted to Jonathan, who evaluated the tire and worked hard to help us stay within our (small) budget. He made the whole process easy and was so personable and encouraging. We enjoyed the chance to explore the city and eat some fantastic tacos while we waited. All in all, an excellent experience. Many thanks to Dekalb Automotive!
Ive been coming to Dekalb Tires at 3163 Rosewell rd for a couple of months now AND I HAVE TO SAY... TIFFANY AND WYATT are angels sent to that company If They leave I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR BACK TO DEKALB TIRES(Mavis) And I will take every customer I refer with me... Ive had nothing BUT THE BEST CARE FOR my CARS, The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. EVERY ISSUE IVE HAD with my car theyve(Dekalb Tires) fixed the issues . Meanwhile other mechanics took my money and did not fix my issues that I brought my car there to fix. Tiffany and Wyatt get the job done and get it done fast with professional service. Please check out Dekalb Tires .The service is definitely 5 stars
I have had multiple wonderful experiences with Dekalb Tires location in Buckhead! Each visit, the staff has been accommodating with timing of drop off and pickup of my vehicle and prices have been competitive with other car shops. Unfortunately, my most recent visit with Dekalb tire was not as satisfying. After I picked up my vehicle, I noticed my glove box and center console had been left disheveled (my personal belongings were left scattered throughout my front seat). Upon my submission of a negative customer survey, stating what had happened, I received a call immediately from a Dekalb Tire employee, Tiffany. She was very kind and inquired about my negative survey comments. After our discussion, she apologized for my bad experience and offered a concession of 3 free oil changes to make up for my experience. After receiving this, once again, wonderful, customer service, I plan to continue to use Dekalb Tire as my vehicle servicing provider.
I waited a couple of days pass to avoid any review that was based on current feelings.I find it difficult to imagine a level of service so low as I encountered for the duration of last week while trying to get my tire replaced.I unfortunately hit a pothole in Atlanta, causing me to drive to the nearest tire location. It was DeKalb Tire on Roswell Rd in Atlanta. While there, the service level I experienced was very low. I was required to call to other locations to find a tire for my car as they could not verify if the tires listed in the system were accurate or had been allocated to others. I therefore had to call various locations. Each location IF they answered put me on hold. At the Cheshire Bridge location, I was on hold for 30+ minutes, until I disconnected. I asked the person at the store to call, and she replied that it was common that no one would answer, and sure enough no one answered her call. It was even suggested that I drive on a torn and deflated tire to another location. Not only is that poor service, but also dangerous!I had to leave my car, as I was traveling, and was hopeful that someone would confirm a tire had been found. I spent almost every day having to follow up with the store, and once again encountering the endless time being put on hold.Last Friday, I was on hold for 15m, then called from another phone to remind them. Thankfully that person helped in literally 5 minutes, but was unable to take my payment over the phone. My experience with DeKalb tire would be summed up as less than professional. I will not be a repeat customer.DeKalb Tire, please train your staff on how to answer the phone, manage customers (call them back!!) and also how to use your own inventory management system. If my experience for the duration of last week is indicative, then you have some serious culture and technology issues.FYI, this is not a staffing shortage issue, but rather a customer service and inventory management problem.
Management has changed in this place has completely gone downhill. This was a complete waste of money and time. The staff is rude, does not answer questions, and is clearly not informed on what is going on with your car. Once again do not go here and waste your time and money.
I called this location yesterday to inquire about prices for an oil change for a specific car. I was quoted a reasonable price, so I set an appointment for the very next morning with a tire rotation included. Just left from picking up my car. Paid more than what I was originally quoted & the cashier or whoever ran me out could not give me a clear explanation of why my services were more expensive. Next when I get to my next destination I notice my tires were not rotated. A couple of weeks ago I scratched my rim on the front passenger side, that’s how I know my tires were not rotated. That same tires in still on the front passenger. Another indication is the tire tread. The reason I wanted rotate my tires is due to my last road trips I know I’ve worked down the front tires more than the back & wanted them rotated but no the tires are in the same position as when I dropped them off. I will not return to this location again. If you don’t want to do the working properly then don’t do it at all. It’s thousands of people looking for jobs, & I’m sure they would be excited to work & do the job correctly. I will not recommend this place & im telling my coworkers, friends & family not to visit here.
Let me just tell you how Ms. Sheila is the best! Great customer service from her & all of the guys! All my tire services will be done here! The turn around time for my services wasn’t bad at all . Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service! It is truly appreciated.
Nice people but service is horrible. I shouldnt have to beg to buy a tire. I was told a tire was ordered for me Monday, called everyday and was told it was on the way or tomorrow up until Thursday night when i cut it off. Clearly customer service doesnt care about telling the truth or doesnt care about peoples safety on the road. I dont know but the beating around the bush and the dishonesty from a business are a huge never going back for me.
Me and my sister got a flat while driving.. we were worried we weren’t going to make it to our family’s funeral on time… Tiffany customer service and people skills were amazing. She made a horrible day better within minutes. I highly suggest anyone who needs tire services to see Tiffany!! She definitely made our day and lives so much easier. GO SEE TIFFANY IN BUCKHEAD FOR ANY TIRE NEEDS!!!
I called around 3:30 PM to schedule an appointment, dropped the car off for brake pads to be replaced about 45 minutes later, and within 1.5 hours I got a call saying it was ready to pick up. Service was great. Price was great. In particular, Anshals service and approach was exceptional. He took time to walk around the car, and noticed some accelerated wear on rear rotors that had been resurfaced by another shop just a month ago when getting rear brakes and rotors taken care of. I asked him if hed go back out to the car with me to show exactly what hed seen and he did. He then explained to me what the cause could be, and made notes of his analysis in the work order so that I could go back to the other shop to get the prior work addressed under warranty. I had been focused on the brake pad wear on front brakes, and hadnt looked appropriately to see what Anshal spotted. Thankful.
We brought our car with a problem of one tire slowly losing air 4 different times and every time we were assured it was fixed, and every time 2 days later, low again. Last visit it showed low as we picked up the car, the manager stated it will reset after driving. Came home the pressure was at 23 and not 34. When I called, I was told I must have run over another nail on the way home. 4 waisted visits. Took to another location, and found out I have a perfectly good tire and the problem was with the rim. They sanded & sealed the rim, problem solved. Manager is a liar & the location is dishonest and incompetent. How could I ever trust this place, never!!!
Call in on June 21st about a flat tire was able to make an appointment for the next day. The staff were very friendly and informative. They let me know all the options of tires available, the different prices, and helped me decide which one was best for me. They finished service in the allotted time. I highly recommend them and will be going back to them for future services.
I always have my auto work done here! They are always prepared to handle my needs within my specific timeframes and Ive never been disappointed. Most recently, when i came in for a tire patch, Angel even recognized me and greeted me specifically. I feel like that just shows how they pay attention and cares about my needs, they dont just look at customers for the dollar. I definitely recommend!
This review is late. Forgive me Dekalb Tire lol! I visited this location for tires almost a month ago. They accommodated my schedule and worked to get the job done quickly. The manager was friendly, and each technician encountered was extremely pleasant. The new tires made the difference in the ride home, but the service received made this a location I will revisit!
Amazing customer service! They are super knowledgeable at diagnosing. The best prices on tires. I have been going here to Dekalb Tire/Mavis Roswell Road for over 10 years. I send all my family and friends here too and they are always equally pleased with the great service they receive.
I have had a great experience every time I have needed to come to this shop! Rich was absolutely amazing! He offered great customer service and my tire was replaced extremely fast! He definitely handled the pressure of multitasking -multiple customers coming in, the phone ringing all while smiling and holding genuine conversation. I was very impressed with this location and would 100% recommend!!
Brought my car in for regular maintenance and the service was amazing , Shakira was nice and respectable gave me a good time frame Tiffany called me about the updates I needed to do to my car and she was super nice ...Ive been coming to you guys for about a year now and I havent been disappointed Im really happy with the service you guys provide me Everytime thank you guys so much
I had an appointment for 8 am to have my oil changed. I requested none of the complimentary safety checks because I needed to be at work by 9 and I just wanted to be in and out. I only asked that while they were there they take off the piece of plastic that was hanging under my car. The man at the store was very nice to me but I was sitting and waiting and it was 8:40 before they pulled my car around. They finished at 9:15. I tried to pay and that was when they told me they don’t accept cash. He was cool about me not having my debit card and said I could call back later and give him a card number. Most places refill the windshield wiper fluid. Not here. They also didn’t take the plastic off like they told me they would. $65 for an oil change that took over an hour. But they were nice. Don’t go if you’re in a hurry!
Called Wednesday and ordered tires. They said they would be in and done Thursday afternoon. I dropped my car off Thursday and they said it would be Friday cause tires had not come. Friday, nothing was done and told it was first car for Saturday. As of 10AM on Saturday they were starting. 3 hours later had only done two tires and their excuse for taking so long was those tires are heavy and had no idea when they would be done. I chose them because they had the cheapest price and it certainly shows. Never using or recommending these degenerates again
My daughter’s undercarriage drip / protective plate on her Fusion was dragging the pavement. I arrived ,unscheduled, to Dekalb Tire Buckhead at 1707 dripping wet from the storming rain (May 03,2021). I was immediately greeted twice and told that they would take care of my vehicle but it would be a while. This was perfectly fine with me. In less than an hour, not only was I surprised with the customer service but immensely impressed with how quickly they took care of my situation. I am back driving.... back to deliver my daughter’s vehicle to her. Thank you Dekalb Tire.
I discovered Dekalb tire and automotive when I was reading reviews at a different service provider in midtown. The review for the other service provider in Midtown was negative however they mentioned DeKalb tire and Auto positively in their review because of the service they provided. Im glad that I ran across the review because I had an excellent experience at the cab tire and Auto today to get my rear axle brakes done including rotors. Pricing is very competitive and the customer service and peripheral service recommendation was great period I would highly recommend this place.
Ok, so Im from out of state. VA tags, VA license, here on business and Im leaving again, just picked up a nail on the way here. I really expected to get raked over the coals when I jumped on google and found the closest tire shop. I couldnt have been more wrong.Friendly, polite, and oh-so-fast. Quick and easy repair, quick and easy price. Honest work without getting ripped off.Glad to see there still businesses like this one out there. Thanks, guys!
Dekalb Tire does great work with a customer-centered attitude. Fair with pricing, willing to provide helpful additional information, and they go the extra mile to inspect your vehicle but arent pushy about fixes they recommend. I had an amazing customer service experience with Rich the other day.
Don’t come here.I called to see if I could get an appointment and was told the tire was in stock at this location and I could come and the tire would be ready for pickup. I come and am told it would be 2 hours until it is ready, and then get a call ah hour and a half into my wait time that the tire I ordered is actually NOT available at this location and they will use a similar tire “if I’d like to go forward.”Three hours later and I’m still waiting for my car. The young man at the Roswell Rd location was polite and apologetic (which earns them an extra star) but was absolutely misled by the first person I called at the Howell Mill location. He rushed me, was condescending, and his information was wrong. Now I’ve wasted my entire day here and feel like I’m in the twilight zone. Also the parking situation is dreadful.I called this particular tire place because they are open on Sundays. My advice - wait until Monday and call Midtown tire. I will not patron this tire shop again.
No idea how they have such a great rating. I called in TWICE ahead of time to confirm an appointment time, and to confirm that they could help get wheel locks off. When I got there they acted like they had never heard of me and told me theyre not allowed to remove wheel locks. Oh and what seemed to be an employee in a big yellow box truck backed into a customers car right in front of me and then just drove off, so that was nice. They didnt even seem to care.
I work for Domino’s and my Engine was Running Hot on my way to work one day. Luckily for me Dekalb Tire is located next door so I went there to fix the issue. They Offered me incredible customer service with outstanding pricing. Rich was very Courteous, and the crew went the Extra Mile to make sure my Vehicle was in Top Condition. I would recommend anyone who’s in need of Auto Care to consider Dekalb Tire First.
Jonathan was remarkable with attending to my needs. I came in to have a tire renewal and all of my tires were inspected. A nail was found in a different tire. It was repaired complimentary and Jonathan kept me abreast every step of the way. Thanks for speedy and impeccable service
The only reason Im giving them 1 star instead of 0 stars is because the mechanic (Ramon) was its one saving grace. I made an appointment online, but that didnt even seem to matter. The guy running the shop is HORRIBLE! I went in and he had me drive to the back to the shop. The mechanic told me I could wait inside the front office, so I went back in there while he patched my tire. I was the only one in the office the entire time. The man running the office came up to me and said why are you in here? I told you to wait out back. I explained that the mechanic said I could wait inside. He then said, well now its going to take a lot longer since youre waiting here. You shouldnt be in here. He was also trying to force me to leave a 5 star google review before the work even started on my car. He kept saying, Pull up google reviews for us and write a five star review and then show me. Also, since we are in a pandemic, I had my mask on, but none of the staff did. As I was waiting in the front office, the man was rude to customers on the phone. He was talking to them on speakerphone so I could hear the entire conversations and he was not friendly nor helpful. After he got tired of me being inside, he said he would walk me out back. As we approached the bay with my car, he told the mechanic I had to show him my five star review before I left. Well, heres your review! The man running the shop should know that bad service always spreads faster than good service. I wouldve been happy with average service. There is no need to be rude to customers for no reason.I originally chose this place because of the good reviews, but now I know why they have good ones. They force you to write one before your car is even done being serviced. The only way Im coming back here is if I bypass the front desk and head straight back to the mechanics.
They did a great job giving me honest feedback on the phone (the associate answering calling and hustling around) and was well versed with knowledge.Kay, who seemed to be in charge of the shop on Sunday was an attentive problem solver that could handle any situation thrown her way, with a positive customer 1st mentality. I waiting for around 3 hours for some repairs and replacements and EVERY time she saw me as she was hustling from the shop to the front desk, made me feel at home. Every business NEEDS MORE PEOPLE LIKE THIS IN THE WORKPLACE AND NEEDS TO PAY THEM MORE because they are servant leaders who dont have to be told to go above and beyond connecting with customers on a personal level and giving them a solution. Without these types of people, businesses fail. Great service overall. Too long of a wait, but hey. Their nails everywhere in Buckhead and I watched this team led by Kay (shoutout to women breaking down barriers in the workplace) serve every single person in a flawless fashion. I come from a highly professional background that is rooted in detailed customer service and I notice how hard she is working and that what needs to happen here. Do not tell your best employees you appreciate them, SHOW THEM THE MONEY! Awesome job Dekalb Tire.
Dekalb Tire in Buckhead was able to get me in the same day, evaluate the problem with my car, order and receive all parts, and get it done the same day. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I have taken my car in before for nails in my tire, and never have they tried to upsell me. If it is fixable, they fix it. If it needs replacement, they walk you through your options and pricing associated with each.
BEWARE of the SCAM! Been a customer for years. Took my car in to replace tires. When I checked out the sales associate mentioned my brakes seemed faulty. Didnt think much of it as I had just recently had brakes replaced. Got in car and drove home and on the way the brake sensor light came on. Got home and investigated. Found out they CUT THE BRAKE SENSOR!! Its a clear snip right at the line. I called them to share this and they immediately denied it. Extremely disturbed by this unethical scam they are running and wont ever be back!
I went to another place in the area and was getting the run around. I called here the guy gave me a great price on a tire and set it up for me to go ASAP. When I arrived I was greeted and they were able to pull my appointment up. My car went back immediately. They kept me updated on the status. Let me know I needed struts but no pressure to get it done then. My overall experience was great. Great prices! Great Customer Service and Overall Great Experience. Thank you guys for getting me back on the road!
Fast and great customer service. I was referred by another location to them. At first, I was hesitant to drive past so many other similar stores, but I am so glad that I did. They executed the service within the time that they stated. Additionally, I enjoyed that their waiting area is COVID-friendly, so I didnt have to worry about catching an Uber, while they serviced my car. Definitely will return!
I chose this location for convenience as its walking distance from my work. I made an online appointment for 12pm for oil change and tire rotation. Dropped car off at 11:55am and was quoted 2.5 hours timeframe. Decided to walk back to office and get some work done. Went back around 2:30pm. THREE hours later, I was paying for services rendered, met with a I hope you didnt have to wait long.THIS NEXT PART IS WHAT LED ME TO THIS WEBSITE TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW......I ended up on the side of the road a few hours later because oil was spewing everywhere due to there being NO OIL CAP.Some wonderful people helped me and the oil cap was found lodged under the engine. I made it to my final destination, thankfully, but curious to see if my tires were even rotated. They were not.I will choose inconvenience next time.
I brought my car in for a standard oil change and tire rotation, they did a full inspection of the car. There were suggestions of what needed to be done outside of the work requested, some based on mileage while others were based on inspection which were a safety concern (2 tires). No pressure for the additional work which as a customer is appreciated. They were honest about the wait & the car was ready when expected, I will definitely use them again.
Brought a jetta in for an oil change. All good except had a leak on the drain plug. Took it back to them, they tightened it up so tight that a breaker bar wouldnt budge the bolt. Going to have to take it to a mechanic. So there goes 150$ for a 5 dollar bolt. Fix the problem not the symptoms next time
Great experience with this place. Went in to get my tire checked out. Richard and the technician (sorry, forgot your name) were both very informative and helpful. They gave me multiple options for what to do with my tire without any pressure and I felt that they were being honest. The thing that impressed me the most was their demeanor. They were obviously short staffed and very busy but they took the time to explain things to me and treated me with respect. I highly recommend this place
They got my car in and out on the same day, despite all of the work it needed. They also were half the price of the shop that did the original look over. Took the time to sit down with me and look over the list of work that needed to be done and was straightforward with me about what the car needed.
The team members at Dekalb Tire are friendly, polite, and helpful. They patched my tire and kept me updated along the way. Steven called me to inform me my brake pads badly needed to be replaced and explained why as well as the process / expense of replacing them. I appreciate the teams professionalism and care for my safety. I will definitely be back when I need my tires replaced.
I had a great experience at DeKalb Tire in Buckhead. I brought my vehicle in to get a tire repaired and Rich told me that I did not need to leave my vehicle and return later in the day to pick it up. The staff completed the work while I waited inside. I recommend this store for any vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Terrible, terrible customer service. I went in 20min after they opened and was the only person waiting while the associate was on the phone. He got off the phone a bit later and started to assist me. He explained everything that needed to be done and I agreed with the assessment. He walked into the back office, came back, got on the phone to order a certain sized tire- mind you I was not buying a tire and was not updated about having to wait while he had to make a call. During this time an older gentleman walks in and is in line behind me. The associate is placed on hold at that moment and goes on to tell me they’re too busy today. Why did I have to wait 30min and go through the assessment only to be told I can’t be seen today? I was asking for my tire to be patched. Seems easy enough to know how long that takes and if it’s possible to patch today. I don’t know if sexism or ageism played a role, but it definitely seemed like it to me.
DO NOT USE THIS AS YOUR SERVICE SHOP. I brought my car in due to the tire pressure alert being on even through pressure was correct. After initial assessment, they determined my car had not one, but two faulty tire pressure sensors. I got the car back and tire pressure light came back on three days later. Also car started to make strange squealing noise that was not occurring prior to first visit. After bringing the car back in, they determined that it was a THIRD faulty sensor which need to be replaced AND new brakes on front and back (which they never mentioned during their first assessment.....). They asked if I wanted to go ahead and replace the fourth tire sensor so that all of them will be brand new even though it was not returning an error code. I told them I only want it fixed if its not working so they went ahead and replaced the third sensor and brakes (bills racking up now...). Got the car back a second time and made it less than a mile down the road before the tire pressure light came on again. Immediately, i brought it back in and was told that it was the fourth tire pressure sensor (didnt mention any issues with it prior to giving me the car back). At this point, I told them to go ahead and replace the fourth so I could be done with it...Received a call today that fourth sensor was replaced and the tire pressure sensor light was still on. They are now saying that its something wrong with the computer in the car interacting with the sensors and that can be only fixed at the dealership. So now after spending over $200 on new tire pressure sensors and labor, i requested a full refund because all of the work they completed was misdiagnosed. The person at the front desk said no and I asked to speak to a manager who proceeded to tell me that I couldnt get the tire pressure sensors for free and they would not be issuing a refund. The only reason I went in is to get my tire pressure light to turn off and its still not resolved and they still want me to pay for all of the work and parts that didnt fix my issue! Absolutely terrible customer service and handling of the situation. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
Where to start. I made an appointment for an oil change on the 9th, for Friday the 10th. I confirmed the appt and even received a phone call verifying that I will be there at or before 1pm. I then show up on my lunch and at 1pm for the oil change, only to be told that I might get my car looked at by the end of the day . What is the point of placing a 1pm appointment to have an oil change if you’re expected to leave the car there indefinitely.
DeKalb Tire is a life saver. Twice we’ve randomly gotten a nail in one of our tires driving through areas under construction in Buckhead. Both times DeKalb Tire took us in without an appointment, took care of the tire within an hour, charged us a very fair price and treated us like valued customers. From Barry to Michael to the rest of the staff there, everyone was super pleasant. They’ll continue to get our business. I highly recommend them.
Took my truck in for a starter replacement and Charles was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the whole process. I was really impressed by how fast they were able get everything installed and ready to go (under 2 hours). 100% recommend Charles at Dekalb Tire to get your car worked on professionally and promptly!
This Dekalb Tire location is under new management. Customers beware!!! I have been going to this location for nearly 30 years and have never had an experience like this. I went in to purchase new tires for my car, got a great price as I usually do, But it went downhill from there. After giving me a great price quote, the manager called me back and tied to renege on his offer and charge me more. I pushed back and he did honor the price. Then, however, he recommended that I get new front struts, rear shocks, replace a top motor mount, get a brake fluid flush, and a power steering flush. All of which would cost me over $1,100. He did not tell me the recommendation for struts was based on the mileage of my car. (he told me that later when I called back to complain. ) He specifically told me my rear shocks were leaking. I took my car to the dealership to confirm whether or not the work needed to be done. This is what I learned. My car does not need new struts. My car does not need new shocks. They are not leaking. My automobile manufacturer specifically recommends AGAINST doing fluid flushes as it can damage other seals in the system. The only thing my car needed was the top motor mount, which I’m having the dealer repair. I have lodged a complaint with the corporate office.
I want to personally communicate what an enjoyable experience I have had with Dekalb Tire. Specifically the customer service that I have given. I have taken my car in on multiple occasions and been given fast service with excellent pricing. This is saying a lot for a bulkhead store. When you are in Dekalb Tire be sure to ask for Rich. Hes the one I usually deal with.
This is an update to a previous review. I’ve been coming here for about 6 years but recently they were bought out or changed ownership and it’s been a terrible experience. Customer service is awful. First when calling to set an appointment I’m basically hung up on before I can clarify and ask questions. That should’ve been the point where I stopped and decided to go somewhere else. Then when I went to drop off my car I explained I needed an oil change and my right tail light and blinker fixed. Then the gentleman at the desk walked out to my car and said okay so you want 4 tires? What? No sir. No tires. Oil change and blinker and tail light fixed. It was pretty clear he wasn’t paying attention. I later picked up my car and paid and went along my way only to find out once I was on the road the blinker wasn’t fixed. After arranging for rides and the poor service I had no interest in going back so I asked for a refund and was told a store manager would have to call me in the morning. The next day midday someone from the front desk called and said I can bring my car back and they will replace the tail light. I said no I want a refund and he said he would have to get a store manager to call me. I already asked for that but okay. Now it’s been 24 hours since picking up my car and I’ve paid for services that haven’t been rendered and no call from a store manager. I called back and have been on hold for 22 minutes because the guy at the front desk doesn’t know where the store manager is. Great! The old Dekalb Tire was great but this place is a nightmare.
I have used them numerous times for nails in tires, new tires, etc and always super friendly and helpful! I have recently moved, but I was in town and was having car troubles (the place I got my oil changed forgot to put the oil cap back on). They solved my issue, cleaned up the mess, and topped me off with oil free of charge. 10/10 would recommend.
The staff at Dekalb Tire Buckhead is amazing and will definitely be going back again. They balanced and aligned my tires and Destiny did a great job of keeping me updated. Cody and Jack in the service department also taught me a few things and overall, I was very satisfied with their level of customer service!
Barry Bellamy worked at Tires plus for yrs where I took my car. Several girls on my office did also. We were so upset when he left. He is one of the nicest honest kindestmen I have ever dealed with the automatic industry. I will go out of my way for him to service my car.
I was travelling to the area on business got a flat while driving. Dekalb Tire was one of many tire shops close to my hotel, but they had great reviews, so I said Ill give them a try. The service was excellent they got right to me right away! the price was awesome! And they do more hat just tires! I wish they were in my home state. They are what the reviews say they are and I was pleasantly surprised by that!
Buying tires is never a fun thing for me. My experience Tuesday April 27th was made easy for me by Barry in the Buckhead Roswell Rd store. I had limited time and he made everything go perfectly. I appreciate this level of service and knowledge. Our jeep is now ready to enjoy. Scott Murphy & David Spirt
Needed a new tire as a toenail clipper on the street had its way with the sidewall of my girlfriends tire. This was third place we came to as every other place was either closed or booked for the day (Sunday). We were promptly taken care of, less than an hour in and out. Cost way less than we were anticipating. Never heard of the brand of tire they put on, but it was mounted and balanced well, aired up correctly, and no cosmetic damage was done, which is more than you can say for other tire places. If I needed another tire, I would come here again.
AWFUL! Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Called to replace my front right tire, the call center in NY said yes we have one tire in that size left, we will make a reservation, I expressed multiple times I have a trip and need to be out 2 at the latest. They made a reservation for me. I drove 20 minutes to them and they take my car in. I AGAIN expressed the urgency. They said you will need an alignment as well so the total went from $200 to $335 and at that point I have no option because I have a trip and my front tire had a bubble in it. “We will have it done by 1!” They said we will give you a call. My friend picked me up (945am) and 12 o’clock comes around, I decide to give them a call to see how much longer approximately. THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED. THEY (Supposedly) DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE TIRE. I don’t understand why I didn’t receive a phone call. There was no urgency. There was no help or communication. I will NEVER bring my vehicle here and will definitely express to my family and friends to not trust this place. Go to another place. Don’t waste your time or money. They will lie to you and they will take your money. I went to another place and got everything done for $270 with a much better tire. And after calling my friend Taylor who lives in Buckhead, she told me that she brought her car there once and they told her a list of things she had to replace, one of them being brake pads, and she could only afford one and so they did that. After that she had to take her car in again and she took it to a place next to her house and she told them she knows the brake pads are bad and she could only afford to replace one but will replace the others later and they told her her brake pads were fine. So I assume they just did that for extra money.
DO NOT go to the location on Roswell. The worse service I’ve ever experienced. How can a place like this survive in Buckhead. Rich runs the location and is unprofessional and below average to have the responsible of running a store. I had to call 3 times to get an update on the status of my tires. Each time Rich seemed offended that I called to check the status. When each time he said he would call me back. Next time I’ll go somewhere else, but definitely not here.
Took my car in after a small accident and to get four tires. Absolutely excellent service. Reece took the time to walk through every option with me, letting me decide what I wanted done with the car based on price and quality. He showed me several options on tires, explaining the pros and cons of each. They seem to really value their customers in a way that most auto shops dont. I will definitely be returning for future service to my car.
Really nice people here. They were always available via the phone and were incredibly nice when I came into the store.Unfortunately, I have to give them 1 star for the following 3 reasons:1) Price. They tried to charge me $670 for a job that a name brand shop down the street (Firestone) would do for $450. Before I took my car there, they estimated that it would be $400-$500.2) Quality/honesty. Essentially, they tried to charge me $670 for a job that did not have to happen at all. I was told that I needed a new starter (after replacing the battery) because the car would not start. Long story short, I got my car tested at another facility and the starter works perfectly. My car starts and runs perfectly. There was absolutely no need for the $670 job that they insistent I needed. This is unacceptable.3) Speed. One two separate occasions they were unimpressive with timing. I was told that it would take 20-30 minutes to check my car, but I showed up 2.5 hours later and they hadnt gotten a chance to look at it yet. Later that day, they told me they were too busy to perform a short test on my car that day at 3pm (their shop didnt close for another 3 hours)
I would recommend Dekalb Tire to anyone. Ive gone to them as long as Ive lived in Atlanta. When Ive attempted to go somewhere else, it reminds me why I go to Dekalb Tire. Rich was awesome and helped me out with several issues. I needed new tires, wipers, my check engine light was on, and I had a tire sensor malfunction. They took care of all of it, at a fair price.
I was pressured by a manager to open a credit card. I was told there would be no hard inquiry. This was incorrect and my credit took a hit. The manager scolded me because I didnt open the card in a way that would get him the commission. While my car was being serviced, an employee drove me in their personal vehicle to my office. The same employee then clocked out and drove home with my car keys in their pocket. When I returned to the shop to collect my car, I had to wait over an hour after paying for the employee to return with my keys. I was not given any updates during that hour until the employee returned and told me.
Fast service! Called around 11 AM on a Saturday to get a quote on 4 tires. Had already decided my Saturday would be shot waiting on my car somewhere. They got tires for my car to this location in an hour. I was home by 1:30 with a set of 4 new tires and alignment. Super courtesy employees.
I have visited this specific location for tire patches (most recently yesterday) and other minor maintenance work like oil changes on several occasions and each time they always pull through. Great customer service and they do their best to get you out as quickly as possible and if not possible they always try to be accurate with their time estimates. They also do little things like fill up your liquids and dont even mention it sometimes but its done! These are the little things that always keep me loyal to this place!
I have used DeKalb Tire three times and give them an A+. If you have an appointment, they are ready the minute you get there, and get your car done fast. Their work is excellent. They gave me a free balance and rotation for tires I had not bought there. The first time I went there, I was having an emergency; they put on a new tire and had me out in like 20 or 30 minutes! A very well-managed business.Note: Dekalb Tire has apparently been bought out by Mavis Tires. I dont know whether this will change the service at this Dekalb Tire locations or not, but Mavis does not have the same high reputation.
Jeh-Rod’s customer service is unmatched! He went above and beyond to help fix our tire. He truly turned my bad day around. He’s truly an asset to this store. The service manager and the lady at the front were exceptionally nice as well! Thank you for making my day way better!!!
Cody handled almost all of my transaction and was amazingly easy to work with. Kept me up to date with all the progress on the car and was extremely professional. Jake was also at the front desk upon pickup of the car and made this easily the best shop experience I’ve had yet here in Atlanta! Couldn’t recommend them more to anyone who’s looking for an honest and seemless experience.
Dropped of my car at 8:30am for general maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc) expecting to pick it up after work around 6pm, they call me at 9:30am telling me that my car was ready for pickup. They work quickly, have great customer service, and are $20 cheaper than the place I normally go to for the same grade oil/work. Will be taking my car here in the future!
I entered the store masked as we are in the midst of the pandemic. I noticed none of the staff wearing masks but that’s their choice. I asked about getting a set of tires and before I could even tell them my vehicle and model, the manager told me to speak to him outside?! I thought it was to look at my vehicle but then he simply stated he didn’t sell tires for my vehicle. Did not check the computer or inventory. Just escorted me out the door for no other reason than my mask and, I hate to go there, but my race. Do not go here if you can avoid it. Awful and offensive behavior
Honest, friendly, helpful, and convenient. I called because of a flat tire I suffered over the weekend, and they encouraged me to bring it in and let them look. Within a couple minutes of pulling in, they were outside looking at the damage. Even the waiting area inside was clean and accommodating. They couldve easily sold me on a new tire; instead, they removed it from the rim and told me it was safe to repair instead. I was back on the road with my tire fixed in ~30 minutes. For $20 instead of $100+, and very friendly service to boot, I will definitely bring my car back to them when I do need new tires.
Made an appointment for 8am and no one showed up until 8:13. Corporate was curt and unhelpful. They hung up before I finished asking my question.Do not come here if you value your time and money. Try tire plus, better service and actually staffed by great hard working people.
THIEVES! A good mechanic is hard to find, and at Dekalb Tire and Automotive it is impossible. After taking my car to this supposedly reputable shop for some minor work, imagine my surprise when I found that their mechanics had stolen items from my car. The mechanic stole money from my car and other valuables as well. When I reported the theft to management they promised to look into it but of course they never did. I never heard back from them. Save yourself time, heartache, and definitely money by avoiding these thieves.
Friendly employees and reasonable customer service but this business has continued to decline in trust as Mavis pushes them to sell services. Pricing has also moved to be in line with the dealerships where I trust the recommendations much more than Mavis. Always get a second opinion when they make a recommendation.
They install new tires on My infiniti fx and they forgot to install my center wheel logo cap. I ask them and they said they will order me new one but its almost more then week havent got any call from these guyz. Be carefull of your car and make sure to check everything before you leave from this store. I have to waste my time to again and again just to ask them about my wheel center cap. I called customer care but they just keep transfering my call. None of car from my family will go ever that place again.
Past experiences have been good, but today I brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation. After paying, realized tires had not been rotated. I went back in and asked why they hadnt been rotated, and was told that tires looked fine so no need to rotate. Sad to say this simple situation has made me lose trust in Dekalb tire. If I pay for a service, and it is not completed, how can I trust the service provider? How can I trust my oil has been changed? Or oil filter replaced?Update: Two weeks later, I get a nail in my tire. Take it to Dekalb Tire, they tell me I need a new one. Leave it with them overnight, come back next morning, pay for the new tire, and see that they did NOT change the tire. Same tire as day before, same nail in same exact location. What do they say? We work across the street from a construction site, this happens all the time, you probably got another nail in your new tire. Tire tread was 8/32. I checked manufacturer website, new tire should be 11/32. Long story short, they did not change my tire, and kept pretending they did. I got my refund and left. Never returning.
Edit: Hi Mavis thank you for reaching out to me and making an effort to provide the best customer service. I came to the shop and unfortunately your condescending manager who apparently has been working there for 4 years was rude. I appreciate you and I’m sorry it didn’t work out! However, the integrity of my original review still stands.Original:I came here last year and the previous management were awesome! Now that is under new management the customer service is ok! Literally call to make an appointment and they guy just sounded annoyed from the get go and I was only calling to schedule an appointment to get my oil change. Didn’t want to show up on busy day! I’ll go to AAA.
3/31/2020If I could give less stars, I would. The manager there (his name was James, maybe?) was phenomenal and very helpful. After a day of cruising around in my brand new car, one of the ATL potholes completely DEMOLISHED my tire — we came here as they were the only place still open and willing to help us. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the correct tire in stock, but as we had a run-flat, we slowly drove home and got it changed the next day at our local location.HOWEVER, when we pulled into the lot, I had my syncwire magnetic phone mount attached to my dash. After the assistant manager (younger, black-haired woman) pulled my car through the lane and brought it back out (after trying to install & have us pay for a tire that was much too large), the phone mount was gone. We thoroughly checked the floor to see if it had simply fallen off the dash, but it was nowhere to be found. Whether it was the assistant manager woman (I failed to get her name) or one of the guys in the lane, the phone mount was deliberately stolen.Luckily, it’s only $13 — but we shouldn’t HAVE to buy a new one because someone felt the impulse to steal ours.JOKE IS ON THEM THOUGH, the mount can’t be “stuck and re-stuck”, and I have the magnet that attaches to the phone.
Jehrod (service technician) and Anchal (front desk) were a huge, amazing help on Christmas Eve when my car decided to give up on me. Because they werent too busy, Jehrod was able to come install a new battery where I work nearby (less than a mile away). Anchal made sure that it was ok to send a tech to me, and took my info and payment by phone. Ill definitely be going there when I need repairs in the future.
My car was making a really loud noise because of bad bearings and I was able to get this fixed at Dekalb so now I hear no noise. I really appreciated the attention to detail and service from the mechanic/technician and worked w Rich at the front desk who helped me a lot.
I had a flat yestersay called AAA to come put my spare on. When this company opened i called them told them my situation that i was in GA for work and had to be back in Ohio that evening. They was very understanding told me to come in tell them i called in the morning and they would get me in as soon as possible. They put a new tire on and i was on my way in no time. Great work great people. Had one small problem but very understandable i got in my car to leave and my mph and trips was all set to km/h instead of mph but i was able to change it back and be on my way back to Ohio. Thank you guy so much for the hard work and understanding of my situation.
Low air light came on my car, so I stopped here to have air checked....they immediately filled my tired without any wait during busy lunch time. AND they are the nicest people ever - From the gentleman At the front desk to the man who filled my tires ...highly recommend
Great experience at DeKalb Buckhead. Manager Jason was very helpful and polite when I arrived just before closing with a leaking rear tire in the rain at night. Will return for oil change and other services I didn’t know they provided. Glad to see the same DeKalb service level continues yes with their new parent co.
Absolutely wonderful experience with Dekalb tire. In the midst of a return trip back home to Florida, I managed to blow a tire. Dekalb was able to help me find the right tire immediately at a very reasonable price. It was not long before I was back on the road. Thanks to the team at Dekalb for helping to defuse a potentially stressful situation!
Great service, great prices, very accommodating. Its rare to find a mechanic that you actually feel is honest. The people here are very honest and will try to help you in anyway they can. Ive bought countless tires and brakes from here. Honest mechanics and best prices you can find. Need I say more ?

2022-05-16Today was my first visit and I almost honestly say I am impressed so far. I came in needing 2 new tires and an alignment. I got these in a very timely manner for a pretty good price. Mike and the other female employee were real helpful, and made the process easy. I’m pretty sure I’ll bring my car back here for future needs.

2022-06-06Edited from 1 Star to 5 StarsPlenty of thanks to Tiffany, the awesome store manager over at this location. This had originally been an incredibly negative review but since returning, Ive decided to change my rating of this place. Its clear now that what had happened to me previously was an honest mistake and not indicative of their usual professionalism. This time around, my car was serviced in a timely manner and they helped point out several issues my tires had. As usual, everyone was extremely polite and courteous. Great service and even better people.

2021-11-05So far the only good thing I can say is the cheap tire price. Went to book an appointment online since there was a special deal.I couldn’t book online so I called and made an appointment. Thankfully they were able to get my car 2 new tires on the same day. However… I was quoted an hour long wait….It took them 4 hours. I also paid for an alignment which apparently was not done. The TPMS light won’t turn off even after adding air and the entire car shakes went I hit around 50mph.

2022-05-20My husband found this place because we needed to get a tire patched up, he was in contact with Tiffany and she let him know she was able to help. Because he had to go out of town, I keep checking back throughout the week to see if I can get the tire patched up, my schedule was not allowing me to go right away but because my family was going out of town I desperately needed to get this done.I called about 1 and a half hour close to closing and she said to bring it on by! I literally rushed over! I was SOOOO thankful for her willingness to work with me and my schedule, and boom it was fixed right before closing! 🙏🏾She even took a step further to explain where and how she patched the tire and if there were any issues she said I could come back.I was really thankful for her and the professionalism she gave us. This is definitely our new go-to tire shop!

2022-07-08Great great experience with Tiffany. I work across the street from here and was pleasantly surprised by her knowledge and understanding when I arrived to explain what I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future for all of my car needs. Thanks overall! And Keep up the great work Tiffany.

2022-06-17Never again. Dont bring your car here unless you like empty promises. Had it not been for the warranty I probably would not have come this time. It is 9:00pm and I am just leaving their location after leaving my car there for two days for them to replace two tires. I dropped my car off Tuesday night after calling and letting them know I would be brining it after hours. They gave me the night drop instructions and I had it towed to the shop. That was Tuesday night. The next afternoon, Wednesday, around 1:30 I get a call from the manager to tell me what tires he had available to replace the two that were flat. I asked him were they the same tires I had on the car, he said he had no idea, could I hold while he checked. He came back and informed me that what I had were better than what he had in stock. He could order them and have them here by tomorrow and have my car ready to go after lunch. I said ok, no problem I can make it one more day without a car but I have to have the car back tomorrow, Thursday. He assured me it would be ready he next day, Thursday. At about 1:30 Thursday I call. The tires have not arrived and my car is not ready but Tiffany who answered the phone assured me that they were unloading the tires as we spoke and they would have my car ready by that evening. They close late on Thursdays, 8:30. I told her I would definitely come get my car that night. I might be there right before 8:30 but Im definitely coming. 8:10 I call and let them know I am walking up the street but I am almost there. The young lady, Jolie, who answered the phone informs me that my car is not ready and all the technicians have left for the day. I start to panic and she says while she doesnt usually do tires at this location she can get my tires done tonight. She assures me she is certified to put them on. Jolie is the only reason they got this one star. She stayed after hours and put the tires on for me. This is the second time they have given me bad service. Last time they put a busted tire back instead of the full size spare I paid for and I didnt realize until I needed to put the spare on. Save yourself a headache. Go somewhere else.

2022-05-28I dropped my vehicle off at 10:30 am after calling and confirming availability to have my tires balanced and rotated. The guy tells me there is a maximum of 2 hrs wait, cool. So I left my vehicle. I called back around 1:45 and the guys says hey your vehicle is next. 3:00 comes and I don’t hear anything, so I go up to the location and they still haven’t started on my vehicle. So I politely asked for my keys….all this for a simple balance and rotation. Ruined my entire Saturday morning. RIDICULOUS

2022-06-03I drove in one Friday afternoon with a flat tire. Randy and Tiffany took care of me right away!! My front left tire was oldest tire on car and had sidewall damage. Tiffany gave me the BEST PRICE EVER for a new tire for my Volvo! I am now a customer for life!!!! Thank you, thank you Tiffany and Randy!!! I appreciate both of you!

2022-06-17Tiffany simplified the options available to replace my specialty tire. Was very clear on how long it would take and made sure I had all my questions answered before leaving. Friendly people and honest with their options. Highly recommend them!
