Nice new fast food Tex-Mex. The food had a nice fresh taste. I had three crunchy tacos. All of them were well made/assembled. One weird thing about the restaurant is that there is no barrier or door to the back of the counter. So as soon as you go in you van walk to the back of the counter.

Didnt tell anyone in line, I asked the manager if she was going to let people know, she ignored me and some large male employee replied we will let people know, to which I replied when? After we all stand in line for 15 minutes?. He just turned away and still didnt tell any customers. So much for this place, back to Taco Bell we go. Wont return.Previous review from opening week:Came in tonight as they appeared to be open, but they were actually having a grand pre-opening. Came to door it was opened by an employee, very courteous, and offered me a menu of free items for tonight only. O ordered the number 1 for me: 2 tacos, fries and drink and number 5 for wife: 2 grilled chicken tacos, fries and drink. Cashier was Naveah, very helpful young lady, very professional and very courteous.Got the food, it was delicious. Ingredients were fresh and service was extremely fast. The tacos had an equal blend of ingredients, fries are the rippled type and darn good for a fast food mexican type restaurant.All of the staff were very courteous and efficient.Overall the interior was brightly lit, bustling, and clean.Plenty of parking!This restaurant is right next to a Taco Bell which should make for some interesting competition, but so far this one is going to get my business, unless something changes for the worse.
Super slow service at DriveThru!!! Taco Bell had a long line around the building so decided to come here (ONLY REASON WHY I CAME HERE) since they has 2 cars in line while Taco Bell had 10+ cars. Taco Bell finished their line while I was still stuck here!!
Finally open. Brand new drive-thru open and clean store ironically right next door to Taco Bell. Were going to see how this works out. Me being from Los Angeles Ive used both on the West Coast but Del Taco has a green burrito and fish tacos something that Taco Bell does not. Del Taco also has wet burritos which Taco Bell does not have. Del Taco is a little cheaper as well. This should be a high school favorite. Always trust my reviews.
Can never get good or even decent service here at night. Me and a lady sat at the drive thru for almost 20 mins just now and even blew our horns at the window and the workers walked off like they didn’t even see us
My wife and I have been going to this location ever since they started a few years ago.David runs an excellent operation. The quality of the food is definitely far better than Taco Bell which is right next door, and we always get plenty of napkins and sauces along with our food. Every. Single. Time. In fact, we have probably ordered over a hundred times at this location over the years.If you go on Facebook and visit the Paulding sites you will find one in particular that seems to specialize in complaining about fast food service and other local restaurants. The truth is for right now these places are short-staffed compared to the demand thats out there.Del Taco has been our number one stop for a quick bite. The quality of the food is way better than the nearby alternatives and Ill leave the bickering to the chronic complainers that dont understand how the free market works.
This location never seems to get my order right, and for some reason they dont put enough lettuce on the tacos? They will give you a lot of cheese though! Also they are not professional either, I have seen employees kissing and touching each other while putting orders in bags. I am guessing thats why they dont want Customers inside. Too much playing around the food people! Management needs to do better , the other locations are much better.
I give it 2 stars because the food does taste good but every time I order stuff I only get half of what I ordered they never put everything in there
This is a place that I visit maybe 2 or 3 times a month... but this last time wasnt a good visit... fries seem like theyve been sitting and was reheated in the microwave or something... THEY WERE HORRIBLE... my boos donuts were HORRIBLE which is very rare... so Im wondering how fresh was the food... cause when I pulled up to the drive thru the lady over the speaker said hello welcome to del taco what can we cook fresh for you... well the fries and donuts werent fresh... the queso nachos with beyond meat wasnt the best either which is what I always order...

I feel bad to leave my honest review. Because the 2 stars are to the sweet employees, who were so nice.. But, that being said. The food was terrible. They were out of queso (so, no Nachos) out of lettuce. Neither wouldve helped the food. I had high hopes. Childhood memories of del taco. When I crave drive thru mex- Ill stick to my taco bell, next door. Sadly disappointed 🙁 we had a #9, fish tacos, and some kind of specialty burrito. It was so bad. School lunch, on a good day.
This location, um to say the least dont eat there if youre hungry, the lack of attention on simple orders is ridiculous.
Always good food but watch your order past 2 times ordered and took food home, the first time they messed up my order and had to go back and without apology I had to pay more for what I ordered and paid for to begin with, the 2nd time today 7-14-2019 got home with our order and the burritos I ordered Del Beef were sparse little of nothing on them and the Epic Steak potato and bacon my wife ordered was mostly potato little steak and no Bacon not a crumb, so the food is good but you might not get what you order but you will be charged for it, never had issues next door.Also if you look at other reviews they dont respond to anybody so that shows you how much they care about customers, management wake up you have issues that need addressing.2 years later and still no response from management wow what customer service.
Andy was very professional and helpful with my large order. The food was fresh and tasted very good. They sometimes can be slow, but this is a very busy location in Hiram and it can get hectic, but the service far outweighs that.
What can I make fresh for you today is what they say, then proceed to give me a burrito thats not only room temp, but cold to the touch & tasted like it had been sitting for an hour. All the red sauce was literally in the first bite and then there was no more. Had to reheat and douse in salsa when I got home to make it remotely edible. I understand they probably have new hires in the back, but come on. Ive worked in fast food before, I get it can be stressful and busy but my experience tonight was absolutely terrible. This location is usually on top of things but real rough lately.
It doesnt matter if youre short staffed when you have customers waiting to order at the speaker for 5+ minutes all you have to do is come over the speaker and ask them to wait a minute. We thought the speaker was broken and finally pulled forward just for the lady at the window to give us attitude and tell us next time you just need to wait because we are short staffed 1) pay a living wage and you wouldnt be and 2) learn some customer service skills. In total we waited almost 30 minutes to get food. Ridiculous.
The food here was pretty decent. The employees on the other hand are not. They ask you to pull out of the drive thru even if there are no cars behind you. They do this to stop their timer so they look like they are doing a great job even when they are not. The guy brought our food out to the parking lot and the napkins were covered in grease from the fries. I asked if we could have some more napkins and he looked at me like I had two heads and went back inside without a word, never to return.
I would like to start off by saying this Del taco is extremely unprofessional. I went into this DelTaco a few days ago & right off of the bat I can tell these workers did not go through good training. The line was backed up & when I finally got the chance to order the lady was not friendly, did not talk in a professional matter and was just all over the place. When I received my order 30 minutes had already passed, even the people who ordered way after me got their order. When I opened the bag I could tell my food was cold and could have possibly sat there for a while. What did the manger do you might ask? Nothing! Absolutey nothing! I was severely disappointed & ended up going somewhere else. These works are clearly overworked, get little to no breaks and are stressed to the max. I do not recommend going here. Youre far more better off cooking at home or going some place else. Disgusting.
On average* the food is hot and accurate. Only once or twice have we had a problem out of the dozen times weve been. Better than the taco bell next door for sure

My family and I started going to this location shortly after they opened. They were okay for the first bit, but the service began lacking shortly after. We have three people with a dairy intolerance or allergy. I had issues with cheese ending up on our tacos, stuck to the shells and on our wrappers even with being very specific about allergies. They had to remake multiple tacos for us and we eventually stopped getting food from there.After a long break, I was craving a taco and decided to give them a try again a few days ago. I asked them to make sure someone with clean gloves made it and to make sure no cheese ended up on it. I had cheese on the taco shell, in the wrapper and in my taco. This is one of two places I can get food from on the area. I am NOT giving them anymore chances. I don’t have this problem at any other Del Taco locations.
Still not allowing customers in lobby, wont answer phone. No since in this all other restaurants in area have their lobby open.

Garbage, do not eat here. Attitude and attention to detail suck! They did not get order correct. They were not even close to getting it correct! Again, DO NOT EAT HERE GO NEXT DOOR TO TACO BELL! We got a large order, I wont even go back to get money back.
Prices sky rocketed here and they got rid of the RBF burrito. I understand prices are going up everywhere, but a 40% price increase isn’t necessary
Ordered of their site at 1:10am, got there at 1:16am after receiving a confirmation that it would be ready at 1:15. Pulled in the drive thru (all lights were on and website said open until 3am. The lady said they were closed, so I asked for a refund and she continues to tell me they dont do refunds and then wouldnt respond further. I attempted to get my money through the web site but was unable to. Called to speak with a manager the next day and again I was treated very rudely. Asked for the persons name and corporates number to which he did not give me either. I looked up corporate and called to make a complaint and to get my money back, she said someone would call me and now 3 days later still no call back and still have no been reimbursed.
Super fresh and yummy. Their tacos are better than any fast food or dine in mex rest! I love the Del Tacos w/ soft corn tortillas, esp... and also the tacos al carbon w/ no onion! And prices cant be beat. I dont eat fries so cant comment on their fries but its interesting to see fries on all their value meals.

This is only about my second time going to this restaurant chain. I got a regular size of queso loaded nachos or some name like that. I wish there was more queso but other than that, it was really good. The staff is friendly. It takes a little longer and then most fast food I think, but I would say its worth it.
The drive thru was not moving so I go inside to order and I see one kid running everything. The manager was just standing bagging everything and handing it to people. The one kid was moving from making hamburgers to back to making tacos great job kid for doing your best. Wishing your manager could have helped out a little more and been a little more productive.
Customer service has gone down hill major. Food quality has also suffered along with portion size. This place was awesome. Tacos tasted fresh with a bunch cheese. Cheese dip was a fair price and good portion. Now the tacos have stale lettuces on them with less cheese then taco bell. The chips are a mix of stale fresh and god knows what else. The cheese dip is now expensive as hell for the size. I am so very sad i wont be back to this location till i start seeing some positive reviews out of this location.Open your dining room
Super disappointed. We ordered thru drive thru and picked up the order for my family of 5, we asked if we had everything and were assured we had everything. We got all the way home and my salad was left off, we couldn’t get anybody on the phone. I sent an email to the corporate office thru the contact is on their website on Sunday and as of Tuesday night I have not heard anything back.
Food is horribleI order a Epic Beyond mex burrito that was suppose to have beyond meat, rice, lettuce, tomatoes, beans, and FRESH GUACAMOLE that they love to advise about. What I got was a burrito filled with beans and beyond meat everything thing else was basically nonexistent. Then to add on they left off my chip and queso, when I went in the restaurant to get the rest of my food the chip bag was greasy like it’s been sitting there all day. When I asked about the chips the lady responses “well the chips have grease on them”. This was my first time trying Del Taco and I will never be back to any of the locations.

Worst still del Taco experience of my life. first of all that cashier had no idea how to use the app had to ask for the manager who took his sweet time coming over. then trying to get hot sauce and silverware was like trying to pull teeth out of a crocodiles mouth several times on deaf ears until finally someone heard me. And then we waited 40 minutes for my cold food. and its not like it was even anything to complicated burritos and nachos thats it. You never see me inside this Del Taco again.
Everytime I go it just gets worse and worse. Order is always wrong, chips are either stale or under cooked soaked in grease. Portion sizes are smaller than standard and you better always check your order before you leave because it is more than likely not right. I do not understand how it can be so difficult to simply make an order correctly. The employees do not care and unfriendly. It used to be so good when it first opened up but has gone down hill drastically.
Wife was SOO excited to see a Del Taco and have it for a late lunch/early dinner. Guy took our order, didnt listen to our requests correctly and the meals were both incorrect. Even after we asked him to repeat it at the window. Well try another location next time. ESPECIALLY with Taco Bell being right next door.

Waited in line forever at the drive thru, when I finally got to the speaker I told them I had a mobile order and the worker told me to come to the window. When I FINALLY get to the window, the worker look confused when I told him I had a mobile order and told me to pull around to the door to WAIT SOME MORE! When I finally get my food, it’s cold and I just wasted my money.... I will never come here again! I will stick to Taco Bell next door that never made me waited over an hour for my food.....

Drive thru at 11:30 took way too long for an off time. Then when I made it to the window the two employees acted confused. I was given a drink with half the lid secure and soda dripping down the sides. As I pointed it out and tried to hand it back the employee attempted to push the lid down spilling it further verses just taking it back. Then I come back to my desk to old fries and lack luster chicken tacos. I added extra hot sauce just to add flavor. At this rate, I am not sure how they are still in business located next to a Taco Bell literally next door.
I am a big Del Taco fan, regulary visited the Columbus, GA location in the past & it was always an awesome experience. The Hiram location however is extremely disorganised, they dont get your order right, it took nearly 20 min to get our food & the employees talk very rude towards each other! Our cashier was clearly still relatively knew & seemed a bit overwhelmed, instead of her coworkers helping her they made it very obvious that they were annoyed by her questions! She was very sweet, and I felt really bad for how the rest of the staff treated her. This was on Feb 23rd around 7pm. Management should be ashamed to belittle & embarass their new employees like that infront of customers! On top off waiting that long on our food the shrimp tacos that I had ordered were barely warm!
Day time has been good. Late night is always very very slow. 30 or more minutes in drive thru every time. My visits have come less and less often here. Each time the wait is longer and the food colder.
Am so glad del taco is here. Like it much better than taco hell.Where else can you get awesome grilled chicken tacos for a dollar? Food is always fresh. However, have noticed inconsistencies in the way tacos are made on different shifts. Sometimes they are loaded and sometimes they are lacking filling in between the shell.Staff is pretty much always friendly. Have noticed a few bad eggs that have zero customer service skills though.
What is the point of using a delivery service like Door Dash if you dont make an effort to get the order right? If I am using your service, obviously there is a reason I cant get to your restaurant to pick up or make my purchase in person. If I were able to be there in person, I would check and double-check my order to make sure it was correct. Since I cant be there to check and re-check - I rely on YOU to get the order correct... because when YOU get it wrong and forget an item - someone in my house isnt eating dinner - or someone is going to have to share with that person and get a smaller meal. When that happens - nobody is happy. When theyre not happy, dads not happy. When dads not happy, he leaves bad reviews. Here is your bad review. Pay attention next time and GET THE ORDER RIGHT! The fast food is a decent attempt at fresh, except for the avocados. They really need to learn how to serve avocados...brown is not good. The people were busy, but a few of the kitchen staff moved like sloths. The manager on duty (Tabitha) was helping out in the kitchen and drive through, but really lacked customer service skills. The only person who even smiled was our cashier.We will probably eat at Del Taco again, but only if its the only option.
Im just leaving del taco... In hiram georgia.. 1:03@m in the morning.. lady told me they were closed I told her the website says Wednesday they close at two and Thursdays they close at 3@m. This is not the first time this has happened. This is false advertisement and this is law suit worthy. And a very easy one at that... Next time I come and they say its closed when there website clearly says open Im recording it and Im going to advise them of this to give them a chance to re open and non compliance gives me a free check on del taco ... So CEO who ever you are get on your people sir. I think this is more than fair as a review.... All I want is my taco not a issue
Tried Del Taco tonight for the first time. Me and my husband ordered several items to sample different things. Highly disappointed. Two of the main items were missing and the rest was not impressive. Will go to Taco Bell next time. On the bright side, the cashier was super nice!

Much better than the Del Taco of my memories. The food was pretty good and very fresh. The restaurant was very clean. The decor was fresh and modern. The restaurant was well laid out and maintained with all of the napkins and condiments youd need for a meal there. And, the staff was friendly and courteous. Ill be back, soon!
Im not super experienced with del taco so this may just be a review of their food in general but what I had was really gross. The bean burrito had almost a watery inner filling. The taco meat tasted like something I made at home in a crock pot with grocery store taco seasoning. Again, I might just really not like del taco.
Had to make a late night run. Food was cooked hot, fresh and made to order. The customer service provided was exceptional. Friendly and professional. The order was correct including all the condiments. Definitely will return to this location
I love Del Taco’s food, but this location is incredibly slow. I just sat in line behind 5 cars for 45 minutes. They were still putting people on hold even though the cars were stacked. If you have their food ready it’s at least arguable, but obviously that’s not the case. Need help here for sure

Be careful when ordering beyond meat items. Staff doesnt always pay attention. I decided to give it a try and ended up with steak on my burrito. As a vegetarian its sometimes hard to eat out. When I saw them advertising beyond products I was beyond excited. This experience was beyond disappointing.
Have been going here frequently these last few weeks and have been short on food EVERY single time. Out of the last 5 visits they messed up my order 3 times. Out of my last 5 visits they shorted me on all of the toppings too. Barely any cheese at all, where any other store fills the taco with cheese. Burritos are always light too. Seems like either the make line is messing up, or management doesnt care. Either way, something needs to change soon or I am not coming back. My friends and I have had it, we are taking our business next door.
All I wanted was two burritos with beans, cheese, and beef. I pulled through the drive through three times and even had a manager take my order. They couldn’t get it right a single time. Got home after the manager helped me and it was still wrong.
We love Del Taco, until we tried this location. Ordered 6 Del Tacos and we got 6 value tacos. When complaining about the slack toppings, we were told they were out of cheese and could we come back tomorrow. Wont be back to this location. The douglasville location has this one beat by far.
Lady making the tacos was really rude to her employees, especially to a guy that seemed like he was a new hire. However, the man taking the order was very kind and informative, she was rude to him as well. Overall seemed like a hostile work environment.
First time eating at del taco and there were maybe 5 people there. It took almost 20 minutes to get my Togo order of 2 burritos and 3 rollers. Can say that the food had no flavor and ended up throwing to food away. Not to mention it cost $20. Better off going to Taco Bell.
I came on Friday June 5th 2020 at 2 pm. The man working the drive-thru and the young lady working the window were both really friendly and professional. The food was banging! I’m so upset that I didn’t order more churros 😭 Everything was fresh and hot and why have I never come here before? I’ll be going here instead of Taco Bell from now on!

Was awesome when it first opened. Then it quickly went downhill. Already no better than Taco Bell which is sad. Portions have decreased, restaurant is dirty (always), drive thru at night takes forever and orders are wrong with promises to be better next time, wifi NEVER works for customers and just watched a guy with dreadlocks make my food with NO head net or cover. Music is terrible and too loud.Last time Ill ever be in this place. I have given to many chances and now Im done. Keep it up and youll be out of business in next year or two.
This place use too be good service and food. now its terrible beans are dried out and they are SLOW. Ask for mild sauce no sauce no silverware. Their off my list.
Everything Ive tried has been great! Especially for a fast food restaurant. I recommend the epic chipotle chicken avocado burrito. My husband didnt like a few things hes tried, but enjoys the chicken tacos. My kids love the kids menu meals!
Horrible! Food was okay. But after a 3 hour wait for fast food never again. Ordered online ahead for drive thru pick up. So many people were waiting for food and refunds. Kept calling into the store as they had by now locked door because so many people were upset and stopped taking drive thru took my order again twice and still took 3 whole hours. I tried to order delivery from here about 2 weeks ago and after waiting an hour for delivery I get a text saying my order was canceled. Just horrible service!!!
5 stars for the food but 1 star for the weird service. Came in to order around 9:30 pm to eat inside. Was told I would have to take it to go since no one was allowed in the dining room after 9. But half the employees were there eating. Next time just lock the doors if you dont want customers inside.
The service was quick, the employees were very friendly. The food was amazing, I had never eaten at Del Taco before but Ill be sure to make it a regular spot from now on.
This is the 5th time trying this locations drive thru and out of these 5 times this is the 3rd time Ive gone through and ordered things theyre advertising only to be told theyre not selling them anymore. Today it was 2 DIFFERENT ITEMS that I tried ordering BOTH advertised in the drive-thru, one even had its own standalone sign and the other on the main menu board! The 3rd time this has happened to me in the past year out of 5 visits total. And I feel that is just unacceptable. Someone needs to change the sign or even tape a handwritten unavailable to it. Ive never experienced this issue to this extent anywhere else. And then to make matters worse last time we were even missing part of our order and the time before that it was made wrong. Ridiculous! Customers need to know what available for them to order in real time and it shouldnt be a recurring issue. People raved about how awesome this locations service and food were and Ive been less than impressed to say the least.
Dont use postmates, tonight was our 3rd fouled up order from del taco. We were missing 3 item . Shorted on another, and the stuff specifically ordered with no cilantro was packed with it and swimming in sour cream that no one asked for and wasnt supposed to be on the taco. I am super disappointed with the store. My original review was 5 star. Now if I could given zero i would . I hope management and the owners see the issues and fix this, maybe we will try again in a few months but if this continues i see that building likely empty again in the near future
First time eating here, I ordered a Taco Salad and for 4 tortilla chips, a half hand full of beef ( barely nothing), no avacodo (very disappointing as thats why I ordered it, the picture had avacado) and a lot of chopped up lettuce. Terrible I went through the drive thru and waited till I got home. VERY VERY DISSAPPOINTED.
I came through the drive thru late night my first time here and Shawn was AWESOME. So helpful & happy to be of service! I asked for more time to look over the menu & he happily obliged. He apologized that they were missing some items but informed me of what they did have beforehand, which I greatly appreciated. By far, the most genuine & polite person I’ve encountered in a long time :) I work in customer service and it’s hard to find people who don’t hate their job! Thanks dude! You rock!
Edit: this place has gone so far downhill they cant even manage to get the whole order in a bag. When you go back to get the items you are missing its met with an attitude by management. Really disappointing.Ive always heard great things about Del Taco and I was not disappointed! The food and staff was nothing short of fabulous!
It was my first time at Del Taco. I was really pleased with everything I ordered or tasted from my Husband. Mine was still good when I had the leftovers that night. I would definitely recommend trying them out.

All the good reviews are from employees. Took advantage of the free lunch for the grand opening, just some fresh-squeezed, unseasoned 70/30 beef in watery taco sauce stuffed in a chewy burrito with some kind of plastic cheese. Ate half and threw the rest away, and the grease is currently waging war on my stomach.Putting an overpriced Taco Bell right next to a Taco Bell is not a good idea. Plus, that Taco Bell is actually good in comparison.I will go there or to any of the other 3 cheaper and better Mexican restaurants on the same road instead (Los Arcos, Tequila, and the Salvadorian bakery all have better food at the same or lower prices).
I recently bought a Del Taco from this store and there was little meat, no tomatoes when I asked for some and the managers were disrespectful to their employees! FIX IT! Not one manager helped its team members on fixing the food! GET IT TOGETHER!
I previously posted a very poor review ... which is no longer here ???However, for $14 we received a lot of food. The person recording our order was nice, helpful and pleasant. This time the dining room was clean. Food is good and we will likely come again.
Waited 30-45 min in the drive through and when I got my tacos there was little meat, no lettuce, very little tomato and the rest was packed with that nasty cheese. The avocados on my street taco were brown also. All bad!!

I asked for no guacamole no avocados 3 times.... 3 times. I sat in line for 10 minutes. I drove 20. And got home to realize I still had guacamole on my fries.... more guacamole than carne. Highly disappointed
Del taco is, by far, Leaps and Bounds above Taco Bell. Del Taco uses more fresh ingredients then other Taco chains. I love their fish tacos, and their shrimp tacos, and their excessively Large Burritos. Their mobile app has coupons encouraging you to try new things. The mobile app is not the greatest in the world, but it sure aint bad.
Updating this review to reflect the odd experience we had in the drive thru. Food was fine, but the drive-thru employee was making strange remarks over both the loudspeaker and to our face at the window. I dont mean typical rude or apathetic fast food service, but odd and insulting comments about what we ordered (Combos with no modifications- not some huge or personalised order) and other strange comments. (best word I have to describe it because at first we thought he was joking but were then further confused when it continued with a serious expression at window) Said loud enough that we were meant to hear but not loud enough for me to discern what exactly was said/happening and bad enough vibes to scare us off.
At least a 30 min wait had 3 cars ahead of me Taco Bell next door had 20 customers in through their line before even got to order I dont know if theyre short staffed of what but geez this is ridiculous
Waited for 45 + minutes on the food. So many people left after getting refunds. Not sure what the problem was. Have never experienced this before here at this Del Taco
Good food fast and excellent selections
The drink machine (mello yello) was very weak and I brought it to their attention and they acted like they didnt know what to do about it. My tacos had 4x too much cheese and barely ANY tomatos. And the caramel cheesecake bites cost 3$.. 2 tiny pieces. One side of the bites had no caramel on it. It wasnt even that good in the first place.
This is literally the worst wanna be taco place EVER. This is also the first time I have ever had to return food for a refund! The first week they opened, I thought my life had changed. Now? Id literally rather eat the dirt off my own shoes.
Stopped to eat Del Taco for the first time and placed my order then grabbed a table. After 25 minutes of waiting I walked up to the counter and 3 of the people that ordered before me were standing there waiting on their food as well. Needless to say I got my money back and went to waffle house!
My new favorite fast food place hands down. I always have a good experience every visit. Employees are very friendly as well.
Cant beat their dollar menu. The chicken habanero tacos are awesome and chicken quesadilla too. Staff was super courteous and food was prepared quickly even when the line was long. Well done!

WHY does Drive thru take so long!? Got a employee here you pull up to the intercom and he says “one moment” and then takes 5 minutes to even start taking their order. Order some people that know how to work??
EXTREMELY slow, 13 minutes in the drive-thru. After the 13 minute wait, we were asked to pull around to the doors and wait. We waited there for 7 more minutes to receive our order. Also, dining room is closed when most others are open.

The food is good despite the pound of cheese they put on a single taco.... I Iike the vegan tacos!!Yet the customer service SUCKS and heaven forbid you go after the lobby closes, the drive thru is a parking lot that never moves!!Help!!!!!!!
I’ve visited 2 times the past week and both times they told me that they were out of Ground Turkey. They said their truck would be in Thursday night (last night). I came back by today and they told me that they no longer sell Turkey Tacos. I’ll never be back. We go here and not Taco Bell strictly for the Turkey.
I have had bad experiences at other Del Tocas, but this was great. Very friendly staff, orders were all correct, and the vibe was chill (I dont like the hostility at some fast food joints).

Went through the drive thru got a #4 meal and a value taco . I asked for a pack of ranch and the girl in the drive thru told me it was a 50 cent charge. Got my food and was cold with no lettuce on my taco. Y’all need to do better if you expect to stay open long
There should be a - ☆ in this reviews. The only better thing was ordering and that too took a while. The staff attitude and how they laugh about the fact that they messed up your food and make fun with their coworkers right in front of you is so unprofessional and annoying. No chance to ever come back here again.
Ive tried and tried to give this place a chance, but Im done. The serve is slow, the employees seem like they dont care, and at this location, food is sub-par.This is the 4th and last time I will be eating here.
First time visit and Im not in a hurry to return!!! Had a Fresca Chicken Bowl. The rice was mushy and the black beans looked like a tar paste. When I asked the person at the counter, she said thats how their beans were. Nothing looked fresh to me. Im giving it 1 star because there is nothing lower.
The food is good... if / when you get what you actually order...This is insanely frustrating to order food, pay for it, get home only to find it is wrong.When I got back and asked for the items I was missing I got a lot of attitude as well.
Cashier was very friendly. My order ask for no jalopenas. After I burned my mouth I was told it has the hot peppers in the cheese. So I order again and the food was cold . Not pleased at all

Sat in line 10 minutes and saw taco bell serve several customers so I jumped the line and went there. The car in front of me was still in line after I got my nasty taco bell
Ask for small nachos and they tried to sell me large. Charged me for large and I had to ask for refund. They knew what they did and tried to just shrug it off until I refused to take food.

Dont apply there they are the worst place are very strict and the manager name lexus had all of my groups phone and when mine went off someone was calling and she decides to pick my phone up and decline the call. And lexus isnt suppose to be touching my phone it was om vibrate and not bothering anyone. So i have reported the general manager and lexus for this.

This place is not food delivery friendly. If you are delivering food, you WILL have to wait in line. And you will most likely be waiting longer than what the delivery is worth. Decline deliveries from this place and go on to the next one.

Del Taco was good. I had shrimp tacos and I enjoyed them and the service was very fast.
Long waiting time and restaurant was not even half full. Took for ever to get my order, Wrong order, they remaked the order, took for ever again and got it wrong a second time and also took for ever to correct it and gave it back in pieces.
The food was out of this world and very reasonably priced. Your manager Rolanda was a true brand ambassador and really attentive to us guests.

33 minute drive thru time got to the window was handed the wrong drink, if the drive thru is that slow they need to make it to where you can get out instead of being trapped.

I had no idea this place was vegan! The meat isnt meat but it is 100% protein . The food was bland and not good to me but I like real meat and they dont serve it. Everyone with me was very gassy after eating here. Dont want to go back!

2022-06-04I work late so I tried to order late night for door dash. My order was never picked up. Just kept spinning saying that it was submitting instead of processing. I’d give this place no star because funny enough I called the business and they were still open. The time on door dash ran out before I could order a meal because the workers at del taco refused to pick up my meal. My advise get some better workers at night cause the people you have are nothing but slackers.

2022-06-03Dont go here if steak and shake is open, overpriced. 11:30pm, waited in the drive through for 20 minutes, then got a shake with barely any chocolate in it, and after giving a poor expression and telling the dude, he said all you had to do was ask nicely. I shouldnt have to ask nicely, or at all, for chocolate in my chocolate shake. Thats what the 6$ is for.

2022-01-30Tried this place for the first time last night around 8 something ordered a burrito with chicken rice tomatoes lettuce onion. It tasted like paper, iono what type of chicken that was but it had a weird smell, texture and taste basically no season whatsoever I couldn’t even eat it and my friend got 3 tacos. He said they was aight that’s what the 2 stars are for. But I immediately felt sick, never again!

2022-03-19Went through the drive through- first ordered a chicken burrito and sprite - I should’ve checked received 2 hard shell tacos and what tastes like lemonade and sprite? Second the tacos are horribly made. I little to nothing on them very little chicken and all clumped on one side of the taco. Horrible del taco.

2022-04-09Dont know whats wrong with me, but 30+yrs ago I had a cheeseburger from Del Taco {I was a late adapter to tacos} and.... well... that tasty memory had me do a U-turn because I was trynna see somethin LOL Well, they are still tasty! I tria hardshell and soft shell tacos too. I have no complaints. Granted, Id never do that for the competition, but Del Taco is aiight wit me❗️

2022-05-13I asked for no tomatoes, due to a food allergy. The young lady repeated, no tomatoes. We waited in the drive thru line for well over 5 minutes. She was kind, but there were tomatoes.

2022-05-29Had this place once before and tasted terrible. Thought I ordered something that was just bad on the menu. Went there again today and found a hair in my food. My girlfriend went in and they remade it. They acted very nonchalant. Wouldn’t be surprised if it had happened before and they were used to it. After we ate it we both got sick to our stomachs. Will not be coming back again.
