2022-03-09The chance to work out with women is great. Very organized and intentional. Whole body workout. Be very careful if you have to cancel your membership. It says 30 days written notice is what is required but it really means 30 days plus another month if you cancel after the day you are charged. (Charged on the 3rd, canceled 2 days later with 30 days notice and charged for another entire month). I have no problem paying for a couple of days but seems absurd to pay an entire month fee for 2 days.

2022-03-22My very best experience with fitness so far! All the workouts are different and super active. Love all the ladies there. Everybody is friendly and caring. Only 30 min for a workout with awesome outcome !

2022-07-07I have joined so many gyms and was so hesitate to join delta life. I finally took the leap with their free trial class and they won me over. I have seen a difference not only in my weight but my energy and self esteem. These women are so motivating and help you reach your full potential even when you want to give up. Plus the work outs are 30 mins and they have child care!

2022-03-05An amazing place to workout for women!! The coaches are encouraging and motivating. You can start to see the difference in no time!! No two days of workout are the same. You will never get bored :)

2022-06-07I love delta life fitness!!! I used to feel lazy and had no motivation to work out. But once I joined delta life I’m way more motivated to workout I’m stronger and I’ve actually seen improvement. fast too!! JOIN
