Waited an hour for pickup order from an entire day ago and 3+ cars come up 20 minutes after I do and gets their stuff first. All I had was 12 bottles, but the other cars had an ENTIRE cart of stuff! Walmart Pickup is trash. Just go in and get stuff yourself. Burford, GA Walmart get your stuff together.
Its a Walmart. Unfortunately the company never figured out what was the best set up for a store so most of them are different. Example the shoes could be in the front right at one store, the back left another or even the center. Grocery side could be on the left at one, right another, pharmacy, etc. They need a layout at all entrances so you can find your way around that particular store
Nice location conveniently close to the highways and the mall. I like the American flag on the outside of the building. I’ve never noticed that before. I was helped by a Black male manager to locate the frozen fruit. They are making some changes to the product signs and I couldn’t find it. He advised it was in the immediate process of being handled. Pretty clean without tons of stock items in the middle of the aisles. The lines were long, but thankfully they moved quickly. The restroom was clean as well, which is good for a busy store like Walmart. Two Redbox machines, three pre packaged ice containers, an Armor drink refrigerator, Sun trust bank, and much more. I was even greeted by the Caucasian male while exiting the self checkout area.
Every thing is disorganized. Cashier was great. But the greeter always checks my receipt like Im stealing. While letting other people walk on by. It happens every time I go to this location. It is insulting especially after they just watched me pay. I am tired of being harassed by this old black lady. Im walking out for now on. Send the cops. Ill press harassment and discrimination charges. Call me a thief. So rude.
While one of the older supercenters in the area and the parking lot is a bit shabby, theyve done what they can to incorporate pickup spaces and my experiences here doing pickup have been quick and easy. The store itself is well kept inside and better stocked than many nearby locations, as Im finding theyre the last one to have certain things in stock which are running low or out of stock elsewhere.
Lack of customer service and lack of accountability. Pickup/delivery is a joke and the associates will lie straight to your face. I understand short staffing and other issues, but I’ve never been to a store that could care less of their customers. Management never answers the phone or takes responsibility.
If I could give this store a negative rating I would. The staff is rude unprofessional and very unhelpful. The service desk associates do not know their job the floors are nasty the bathrooms are disgusting. The manager never comes out to speak with customer. This store needs to close and everyone take a class pertains retail and customer service. Please shop at another store not this one. Being that it is next to mall of Ga you would expect more but this store needs to be closed down. ITS HORRIBLE.
Went in with long list, found one thing on it. Art department is fully empty, hasnt been stocked or put into order since my previous update. Dont bother with this store, its useless.ms listed as in stock are not in the store. Art department is empty.Updating to indicate that the store actually is worse. Art and floral departments are empty. Broken items in cleaning area are being left on the shelves. KMart looked better when it was going out of business! NOTHING and I mean NOTHING has been stocked, cleaned or attended to since my initial review, just more deterioration. This is asinine. Fix the store.Store has not been stocked for several weeks. Art, cleaning and food areas with empty places. Online inventory system is inaccurate, indicating items that are unavailable as abundant. Other Walmart stores not affected, so isolated issue with this store. Fix it.
This Walmart is usually super great and everything in good order, but this visit didnt yield such results. I needed a gift for my daughter and the toy section is completely trashed, which isnt the workers fault, but it didnt look like anyone had been in that area in a while. I also needed some winter clothes and spent WAY more time there than I should have, no not because of all the great selections, but rather because clothes were on wrong hangers and being a small I had to check every hanger to find my size, which they had little to none. The employees were friendly and helpful, which is a plus for sure, it definitely helps. I dont know if they need more workers or something, but several departments are a complete wreck.
The Automotive person was very rude. They killed my battery while changing the tire and then charged me for a new battery because they closed at 7 and it was 7 and they didnt want to stay and let it charge!! One of the tire guys was laughing while eating a banana and I had to tell over the gate in automotive to get them to even talk to me about MY car. Tried to charge me more for my battery that I wouldnt have needed in the first place if they had been paying attention! Then my car overheated when I left..... 🙄 Never overheated before this incident. And I live an hour away!!! I pulled over 5 minutes after leaving Walmart and the hose was loose on my radiator and the brand new thermostat I had put in had been blown!!!! Fast forward to spending over 200$ later and pure negligence, my tire wasnt even on right and wobbled the whole way home!!! The ONLY reason I gave them 2 stars is because there was a young man in sporting goods who was really nice and helped me find what I was looking for inside the store.
Friday was my worst experience ever. Three hours of waiting for money center to open. When online says 5am, get to the store and it says 8am. Two associates Naveen and Paulina where very helpful asked was everything okay as I waited. While rest walked around or standing on there phones. Thanks Paulina for helping me with my transaction. Both had great attitude.
Of course, dont expect a cashier, its a Walmart after all. They dont even train us or give a discount for making us do the work. Ha. But for it being a Walmart, its not the worst one around. Better stock than others. Better upkeep. They are trying to get the spreadnecks to wear mask, so, gotta appreciate the effort.
As always walmart always has what you need for any season, party or just your personal needs. Its clean and have plenty of black friday stuff at a reasonable price. The only problem we had was the staff being somewhat unknowledgeable and unwilling to help get what we needed even though there was plenty of workers to accommodate the request (something very simple). Other than that great place to shop
I have used the auto center at this location several times. The confusion that I am have is the try to charge me a different price each time when I request the same service, today the response was the price for the service went up but the products to change the oil had not . I have all the receipts to compare the coast. Also I had to leave to get a filter. Where is the honesty and customer service in this Buford GA Walmart.
Coach David was the nicest and most pleasant person I’ve ever encountered in wal mart! I was there after 8 for a pick up order and ended up having to go into the store. Every employee walked by us ignoring us and he immediately asked if we needed help and went above and beyond to get my order even though he didn’t have to. He was so kind and I’m so appreciative. Thank you coach David
This Walmart is the worst Ive ever had to use. There are multiple items out of stock every time I go. The last curbside pickup I did I waited 40 minutes and still didnt have my order and had to leave, the next day waited over 30 minutes, I called the pickup and the store number several times with no answer at all.
Horrible service.I am incredibly disappointed in the delivery service from the store. I set up an order on Saturday to be delivered in the evening on Sunday. The driver canceled the order and it wasnt reset. This happened exactly the same way last week. I requested a specific timeslot so that it would get delivered to me a day earlier.I try and call the store and I get a strange busy tone and nobody picks up. The online app people that I order the groceries from (while paying the 12.99 a month Walmart +) say they cant get in touch with the store and I can only cancel and reorder the order. The cancel will take 7 days to get back into my account. I need that money to buy the groceries that they promised would be delivered. And even then I would have to wait for their driver to decide if they want to take it and if theyre just going to cancel again.This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This happened exactly the same last week as it has this week. I have an injury that prevents me from walking the store to get my own groceries. Im relying on this service to get my weekly provisions while paying their premium to have them delivered (including the driver tip).Im just disgusted with this store at this point.
I had an interview in early March and was extended a job offer. Considering I arrived 15 minutes early and the gentleman that was supposed to interview me was 20 minutes late for the interview that HE scheduled, I knew I probably shouldnt have expected much, but I needed a job, so i brushed it off. I was told the job offer paperwork would be sent to me in 24-72 hours, and nothing. I reached out to the associate that interviewed me to ask for an update and was repeatedly told Ill have to ask and Ill get back in touch with you. Yeah, NO ONE got in touch with me. I called the store to ask for personnel EVERY DAY for two weeks straight and no one picked up the phone. Not at customer service, or any other department. I managed to reach someone once, and the associate told me the lady in personnel was out at the moment and to call back in 30-45 minutes. I did. No one picked up. I continued calling for a few more days and still never heard back. Im disappointed in the nonexistent communication from walmart, but somehow Im not surprised. Dont waste your time trying to get a job here, as they clearly dont keep their word. The staff are lacklustre, inconsiderate, and in my experience, unprofessional.
I wish I never had to go to Walmart but sometimes I must 😢 Walmart is a zoo, the employees have zero respect for the customers. I was standing in line at the self checkout. It was during the holiday season so the lines were pretty long.The Walmart employee was ringing people up right there at the front of the line. But when I got to the line he looked around me and offered to help the woman behind me.I asked the guy whats wrong with me, do you not see me; why are you looking at the customer behind me?He completely ignored me. The white woman behind me (a military vet) got so upset with the guy, she asked him, Whats your problem, shes next?He didnt answer her either. Before I knew it, a spot opened at self-checkout and I just walked away. I was disgusted and the woman behind me was disgusted as well.This white boy literally ignored me standing there as if I was invisible.After the woman rang her stuff up in self checkout, she came over to my register and said, That was completely and totally unfair how he completely ignored you.She said that she stood up for me because she say first hand what white people put black people through. Then she said...not on my watch! Thank you maam for serving our country and thank you for standing up for me that day.As far as Walmart is concerned, I despise that place 😡 Im going to start shopping at Target. Their stores are more appealing and the employees are certainly more helpful.F you Walmart!
Just went there and got a 12 cup ramens, I went to self checkout and started to scan then and an associate came over and said that’s not how you do it so she typed in her number and stuff and then told me to scan my item and i did and she decided to GRAB my ARM and yank the noodles out my hand and just yelled “stop. STOP. don’t touch it” She wore glasses and had curly hair working the self check out around 2:10-20pm 10/23/2021. I wish i’d gotten her name because no matter WHAT, You do not put your hands on a customer. She could’ve told me no let me do it or anything thing else BUT touch me. Disgusting.
Today I was so excited for the Black Friday event and so I bought the Samsung chromebook 4 online in Walmart and chose it to pick up only to discover hours after the payment was done that my order had been cancelled!!! They sold my chromebook to someone else who went to the physical store! And now they are out of stock. If Walmart is going to offer a website where we can order products, they should respect these orders we make online.
2/9/22Since I wrote the following a lot has changed. Most Walmarts got a renovation and have curbside pickup. Personnel have been getting better training. More self checkouts are available at most Walmarts. Shelves are stocked more frequently.2018This is by far the best Wal-Mart Super-center i have ever visited in this part of Georgia. (Not like in North & the North central areas). Instead of ducking, CSMS ask if you need help in central Georgia. CSMs knowledgeable about their jobs & how to load & reload gift cards. Shelves are stocked. I found grocery items other Walmarts stopped stocking for some strange reason, though i requested them. This is clean not cluttered. Im in love with this Walmart at Berkeley Lake & Old Norcross Rd. No checkout issues.!!
Today I parked in my space and waited for my curbside order. Mark attended to my order and from when he first approached had the most pleasant and welcoming demeanor. We laughed and talked and he was very sociable. In my over 30 years off visiting Walmart, he was the best associate and the company should make him a model employee in customer service!!! He gave me that Chick-fil-A experience if not a whole lot better. I thank Mark and hope he has the best year ever and am so grateful for his service today!
Every time I go it is more unpleasant to be in the grocery store, if you go after 7 pm there is no supply. the aisles are empty and the products I am looking for are not available because it is simply empty where it should be. They must be more aware of supplying the store.
I hate this Walmart. I just go here because it’s close to where I live. They never have food stocked. No matter what time of day you go, they only have two registers open. Even their baskets are the worst.And they never answer the phone when you call. I have to call other Walmarts in order to get a response.
Was terrible the way the store was set up was set up way different than any Walmart ever been in then when you go to check out its for cards only on both ends of the store after I have walked to both of them I ended up in the middle standing in line for close to 30 minutes with my mom and friend outside in the heat it was just terrible lots of people like to pay with cash they should have it more convenient
Needed A money order and at first the money center wasnt open even though it was way after 8am because they didnt have enough staff to open it but after complaining to management about its inaccessibility they sent one of the 20 employees standing around doing nothing to get the money order and she still took 15 min to come over there. Definitely never going here for that again!!!!!!!!
Good store, but we kept having trouble finding specific items. Its organized as a mirror image of the store in Collins Hill. Even after asking a store employee about an item which she cheerfully looked up on her phone, gave us an aisle number and said it was in stock, we had problems. As an afterthought she suggested we look in the infant section. So at the opposite end of the store under a huge BABY sign we found a similar item which we purchased as the closest match to the item we sought. But how the store has been organized is still a mystery.
Theyre Electronics department needs to carry A LOT MORE of what they have online onto in-store shelves, like standard CD jewel cases(black and clear) and DVD cases, among many other office/computer accessories!As far as groceries are concerned, you need to carry more Tyson Anytizer products like Buffalo-style Hot Wings, and Chicken Strips in both sizes of bags!
Dale who was working near the Sporting Goods section was very friendly and helpful. He gave great customer service, although we couldn’t find what I was looking for. Seems like all the Walmart locations are out of the propane tanks for camping stoves. But if you need help look for Dale!
Not a good experience even for a Walmart. People treat the store like its a playground. Kids running and wandering around unsupervised, teens playing basketball, kids riding bikes n scooters. Where are the parents? Smh not enough employees except at the self checkout.
Such a bad experience today!Online freezer displays 1on hand, when you reach nobody can find it. I decided to choose a different style, HUNT for someone to help me bring it from the aisle to customer service, then after paying (20mins waiting for someone to carryout), finally i reach home and the freezer was dented. Omg i had to drive back to that store, i reached by 810pm ,waited 20mins to see a manager to at least return ut or get an adjustment and the manager response, was yes i can help you during customer service hours. So now managers only assit customers during customer service hours??. Never heard this before in my 17years of retail experience as Manager.Means tomorrow i will need to go to a different store to return it because this buford store is 25mins one way for me.
This review is only concerning Pick Up ONLY. Summary...Never do pick up with Walmart. They split my order between shipping and picking up, eventually cancelled some pick up stuff that was available online and at other stores. Closed the pick up service at 8pm and I was still waiting in the parking lot for them to come out after their confirmation at 7:45p. The stuff they are shipping to me is taking a week to arrive. This simple order is a logistic nightmare. Do your sanity a favor and order from AMAZON. I ended up cancelled my whole order and in two days Amazon delivered the same thing to my doorstep. Walmart step up your game and hire some IT and logistics talent to fix this.
I know its Wal-Mart!!! But what...da. !!! Is wrong with this ppl!! Anyway I feel sorry for whoever have no more choice to work in a place like this your employees actitud and faces said it all!!! Great staff spread super thin and over worked. Beware of young males trying to cause a fight for zero reason. Avoided a knock out game at scanners 50% being aware and 50 % nice staff lady working the scan area. I am 68 yrs old and young male customer in 20s talking trash with pure hate in voice and his eyes. Almost a quick problem. Store clean and super staff also lucky day for young customer acting violent. Merry Christmas to all!
Overnight manager Jodi is an absolute joke of an employee - this person is okay with false advertising and not honoring prices. Stay far away from dealing with her, she whispered something in another employees ear while I was trying to get help about a price, then carelessly walked off basically saying you dont like it? tough! Im embarrassed for this store for having employed such a joke.
I ordered grocery pickup from this location and let me tell you, I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM HERE EVER AGAIN. After waiting for 30 minutes I asked one of the employees if they had forgotten about me because I still didn’t have my groceries. He mentioned he was going to go inside and check, but he never came back. I called the pick up # about 5 times and no answer. I called the main Walmart # and also no answer. I called corporate and Corporate couldn’t get through to them either. After an hour of waiting I finally got ahold of the grocery manager and he tells me that apparently my groceries were given to the wrong person over an hour ago. AN HOUR AGO. The manager tells me they can’t issue me a cash refund, but they can give me a refund on my card which will take 2-3 days or they can reshop for me but it’s going to take some time. I don’t have 2-3 days to wait for a refund so guess who has to wait for Walmart to reshop. Its been 2 full hours and I’m still waiting on groceries. I order pickup to avoid exposure to myself and my kids since I am immune compromised. This is ridiculous!!! I understand people make mistakes, but I would have appreciated if if someone would have told me from the beginning that my groceries were given to the wrong person instead of leaving me here forgotten! I will never shop here again. This is the worst pickup experience I have ever had.
Its a Walmart, so that says what you need to know.My recent visit (Jan 2021) appalled me.The reason for the review: apparently customers at this particular location arent wearing their face masks. The store greeter gives free masks to those needing one. There were enough employees inside the store, this should not have been an issue. I did ask one to please correct the gathering of people (at least 8 unmasked adults) in the mens clothing section (to ask them to wear the mask). The employee said she would immediately notify supervisor. I dont know if any action was truly taken. However, I felt uncomfortable there and wont be returning to this location.
The online, pickup order was simple to place and showed what was added to my cart and what was no longer available. It also shows when stock is low and whether there are a maximum number you can order. Though not the closest Walmart Supercenter to my home, this location had everything in stock for same day pickup. Once I arrived and scanned the barcode from my email, my order was brought to me in under five minutes.HAPPY SHOPPER!!!
They say that they require every one to wear a face mask. Most, but not all were. The thing that bothered me the most is there is absolutely no social distancing. No one way directional aisles. No announced reminders to stay six feet apart. Not everyone will follow these suggestions but anything would be better than what theyre doing/not doing. I had to go out of my way to avoid customers and employees just standing in the middle of the walk ways.There was also a door blocked off so everyone has to use the only other door to get in and out. Employees werent even pretending to count people as they streamed inside.I dont expect much from Wal-Mart and I try to avoid it as much as I can but could they at least pretend to follow some kind of guidelines. This is not helping the community in any way.
Today, I went to Walmart in Buford, GA and I had a terrible experience when I was asking an employee about a product that I could not find in the sea food area. Suddenly, another employee named Sheryl came towards us with a rude attitude. It seems like she was directing her rude attitude to the employee who was helping me. Customer service should be first before anything. Please, train your employees to have better attitudes toward employees and customers.
Coach Ryan from the Buford store is one of the most un-professional managers that Ive deal with in my whole life.Trying to get a simple exchange turned into a mission impossible with this guy. He was rude as hell and he made me wait for about 25 minutes just to tell me that he didnt give a f%$k about my issue. I asked for his boss and he told me that he didnt have a boss. Unbelievable.
The Customer service lady was not in the mood.In which I personally feel too bad, do your job with a smile, thank you.(I work customer service too. )But I felt like I was lied to just to make her job easier.I had to return some stuff.But only had the option to return the money to my card. And she didnt know how long it would take roughly..So I was kind spite her being paid for the conversation..Ill just make a review. 😁
I Love shopping at walmart cant stay out of that place, Im in walmart 4 to 7 times a week. I noticed they have remodeled the whole entire store, which is cool for the new look but now i have to figure out the lay out of the store so i can find my favorite things. Lol
Store is always clean and well stocked.Rest rooms are well maintained but Customer service could be a tad better. Some cashiers dnt greet you,they just stare.The stare until you say something and I dnt.If Im not greeted I just stare back....until...the say something. I dnt want to feel that way when Im spending hard earned money... Other than that I like this location.
Last time Ill go to a Walmart. Hardly anything in stock. Cant fit buggies through the aisles with all the employees sprawling boxes across them. Not a single greeting or helpful employee. One person working the check out lines. Bags of clothing ripped open from thieves. Shelves are complete disasters with no organization.
Customer service at this Walmart is consistently awful. I understand not being able to answer a phone once maybe twice, but every time I call over (multiple days I might add) I have been on hold until the machine hangs up on me. When someone does finally answer, I’m sent to customer service and the same routine of hold for 10 minutes then hang up. Note, this is from an online perspective.
Have had bad service this time. TRIED for 4 hours to see if lost keys were found there ??? No one ever Answered the phone & we both tried to call over 4hrs.Got the pharmacy to answer but even they said they couldnt help and wouldnt try to get a manager or GSM TO CALL US !! VERY BAD SERVICE !!!
This location is remodeled. For those that are used to the way the store was set up before, will have a bit of a hard time finding things at first. There almost isnt a section that hasnt been changed in some small matter or moved completely. They have a sign up saying reopening however I still had a hard time finding where things were. It being so close to black Friday and Christmas it makes me wonder why they didnt do it sooner or after the holiday season.
Very rude staff. If you sell clothing, you need to make the fitting room available as long as the store is open. If you dont have fitting room staff at that time, then the store managers need to make themselves available for someone to use them. We went there for scrubs and had to negotiate a fitting room. The employee refused, at first, and then said she was ready to go home. I had her call a manager and they allowed her to open a room, as long as we were quick, because she couldnt go over her time. Then she kept saying, are you almost done? Management needs to do better. If this employee needed to go home, they should have taken her place for a few minutes. Thats just bad management.
1st you got people parked in fire zone, its raining, however its a hazard for people that are not lazy, trying to get in the store. Allmost got hit, 2nd, couldnt find pumpkin in a can, asked walmart lady she couldnt take time to turn round and make eye contact, I couldnt understand what she was saying. So. I asked young man and finally found it
Bad customer service, there was this cashier name antwone in cash register number five stating that we jump line while we were waiting around 10 minutes in line to be checked out and he stated that we jump line so we tell him no we didnt we were waiting in line, obviously he didnt wanted to ckecked us out, so I went to customer service to talk to the manager in charged and she just say I will take care and that was itThis is really bad customer service this store provides😡
Purchased a mainstays adjustable 2 tier rolling garment rack on clearance, probably paid by cash , opened the box and ready to use, them found missing all the brackets, so went to store to return or exchange. But the store wouldn’t return or exchange because they cannot find the item they sold in system. The manager wouldn’t come out and I was instructed to call Walmart customer service, waited 12 minutes to talk to a representative whose name is Samantha, she said Walmart doesn’t responsible for defective merchandise, it is manufacturer problem, so she transferred me to another department. The lady whoever I was transferred to said she has technical difficulties, then just hang me up. This is not the Walmart I used to shop at, customer doesn’t mean anything to them any more now. So today they lost a royal customer just like that, tomorrow they will lose more. So beware shopping at Walmart, especially their defensive merchandise.
Worse stocked and least trained employees of any Wal-Mart. Never more than 4 registers open at a time. I worked for them when they first opened here and we walked people to items in any dept. and as a Dept. Mgr. my people had knowledge of all items. I really hate having to shop here !
Always out of the items I am looking for. Very poor inventory control. Never enough Cashiers with long lines at checkout. I have started to shop at Aldi. If the checkout lined are too slow, I just leave my loaded cart and go somewhere else. I can not walk and there are seldom any electric handicap carts available so I have to go to another store.
The only positive was a nice young man helping me get my large containers to my car. No one helped me in the store. Whoever set up the containers section put all of the labels toward the back so I had to pull a whole stack out and turn it around to see the sizes. The cashier rushed me away after making a mess of the buggy, and the lady the cashier asked to help me pushed the buggy about ten feet before she decided her yellow vest meant she was too important to help a customer.
Store Associte at the door .Shouldnt be rude to people as if you are the store security guard. Ive been coming here since the day the door opened sometimes twice a week. Never had anyone treat me as if I stole something. Yall need to fix that. Perhaps take some classes on Customer Service. I apologize Buford Walmart yall know Im here all the time Love Yall.Please dont let a rude employee bring this store down like this. Shout out to my other friends that Ive made over the years. Self chkout lines so long backed into clothing dept. Regular chkout only 5 people but stood in line for 25 min. Cashiers did not seem to know what they were doing. Extremely hot, everyone dripping in sweat, we all looked at coolers for water or soft drinks, none, only energy drinks. They are unhealthy & cost more. Been several months since I went there & hope it will be longer before I go back.
You would think that 6 oclock on a Saturday evening would be busy. It was. Yet there were only 3 middle registers open, and the lines for all was back into the departments. I can understand short handed, but having 3 employees walking around a dead electronic department seems like missed staffing opportunities.
Its a Walmart. The pharmacy is good and like most other Walmarts its okay to shop here during the week before 3pm but never go after work or on the weekend. Unless you like crowds and youre a glutton for punishment and enjoying waiting in line at one of the two cash registers that are open.
Fast oil change! Spent about 30-45 minutes in the store picking up a few items and as usual the car was ready when we got back to the auto center. The employees there are friendly and attentive and I drive past the Hamilton Mill store for oil changes here because I dont have to spend 2-3 hours waiting. Its a no brainier!
I just Had the most positive experience I’ve ever had at any Walmart. I came into the store with my two young kids in search of specific goggles and was having trouble finding them since it’s the end of summer.I asked Anthony (employee) if he knew where they might be. He walked with us and checked three different areas. He did locate a pair for us (the last one!) but it didn’t stop there — he then walked us to the front of the store to find us a good line to checkout in and made sure we were taken care of before he left. He was the most helpful, kind, and efficient employee I’ve ever dealt with at any Walmart and I’m so appreciative of the time he took to take care of us when it’s so much easier to just point someone in a direction or say It’s out of stock. I needed a relaxer kit for my hair and it seemed that all the relaxers boxes were damaged, though at first glance it seemed that everything was in there. Angela was able to give me a discount of 10% because the box was so damaged it could have easily dumped the products out. I am so thankful she did because it turned out that the kit was in fact missing an item due to someone or something ripping the box open and it falling out or being taken out. Thank you Angela!
Tried to purchase a scooter for my daughter and the sale was refused in the store due to it being a black Friday item, even though there was a display of them on the floor with no advertising for black Friday. The manager told me to come back on the 25th, the next day, to buy the scooter and that they would pull the scooters off the floor so it wouldnt happen again. We made a special trip out on the 25th to buy the scooter, which was still on the floor, with no special pricing or advertising, and the sale was refused once again. Great store, great customer service from the employees, only complaint is OPEN MORE CHECKOUTS!!! Why you have 25 checkouts but only 3-5 open to service hundreds of people baffles me. Checking out always takes at least 10 min, so if you have one or two items be prepared to wait. The self-check out gets hogged by people with basket fulls of things.
So I thought the employees were suppose to park far from the store. So that the customers could park close. We were trying to park and an employee got off the car and I asked her. She twirled her eyes and kept walking. No she wasn’t pregnant and no she wasn’t handicapped. Like no respect for the elders or crusty.
Ridiculous! Over 100 people waiting in line with TWO registers open. Yes TWO. No self check out. It would have taken me over an hour to check out so they can put my groceries up. Normally Id wait, but that was a bit much. Not worth it. Hate to leave my groceries behind for someone else to clean up, but that was ridiculous. No thanks.
Nice store. Had a decent selection of everything. Was able to purchase everything needed with the exception of Halloween candies and decor. Now it may seem early but all comparable store including the dollar tree have a large selection of Halloween merchandise out already. Overall a good store
This Walmart has to be the worst by far. They never keep items stocked that I need. I couldnt find the items needed in the frozen section very easy. The labels for items were all wrong and several of us customers were totally confused and spent way too much time searching for items. One of the employees walked with me to locate items because she couldnt find the items quickly either. Ive been having issues with this location for about a year now. It seems like the manager would be concerned about loosing customers and making sure that the employees are doing their jobs. I called right after I walked out of the store to speak to the manager. The lady that answered the phone, ask me questions that were none of here concern. I needed a manager. I held for 53 minutes and still no one even bothered to pick the phone back up! I was very ill to say the least. I wrote corporate to vent by email and its been almost 2 weeks and I have yet to get a reply. Im totally fed up with their poor customer service! Ive never experienced this at any Walmart the whole 56 years if my life!!
Placed an order online which said my order would be ready the following day. Went in the next day after 6pm and my order was still not ready. Waited two more days and tried calling in to see if my order was ready and every time I called I was placed on hold for 5-10 minutes then hung up on.
Had to go to 4 different registers to finally find one that would take cash for my $4 purchase. Then she did not have enough money in her drawer to give me my change ($6) back. She did not seem to know how to call a manager to get cash for her drawer. Finally the cashier in another lane gave me my change. Poorly run store and incompetent employees.
Store was ok. Well stocked and l was able to find what l needed. Stepped up to Briannas register and my experience changed. She was in a hurry so l tried to help her bag items. When l suggested she not put poisons with food items, she practically streamed IM NOT. l finished my shopping experience without a thank you, goodbye, kiss my butt or anything else. Guess she showed me. Nice customer service, Walmart.
I will not go here anymore! The employees have attitudes and dont want to help you when you are looking for something. When you try to go up to them and ask for help they try to speed walk so that you cannot ask them anything. Every time I go into this Walmart its never enough cash registers open and employees are in the aisles just standing around and talking.
Went grocery shopping late at night. Staff member monitoring the self check out lanes refused to help when an item rang up incorrectly. Instead, he acted like I was lying about the price. I asked to speak with the manager who said they cant change the price because the item is from another department whose manager isnt working at night. They refused to simply go and check on the price and said to come in the morning. Left extremely upset due to inconsiderate and rude staff.
This is a great store and the employees really care but there are some management issues. 1. During the evening hours there are never enough registers open. 2. Distribution / stocking issues in the food store. Shelves are routinely empty or when an item sells out it takes WEEKs to be restocked.
I came in to return 2 items that I bought at a Walmart in Florida. I had the receipts and the card that it was purchased on. The lady that helped me was rude from the beginning. Apparently you cant return items without the UPC on them anymore. And she was rude explaining it to me. Well I had the receipt that PROVED I bought it. I work customer service and return items everyday, I know how it works. Well She called a manager, Rachel. She was very helpful and got what I needed. She told the lady who was helping me to go ahead and return the products for me. Well I guess that kissed her off, she started scanning the receipts and typing in the stuff and just told me to sign and didnt explain if she was giving me cash or back on my card, so I had to ask, she rolled her eyes. Thats no way to act in customer service. I asked what her name was and she said in Spanish so fast that I couldnt understand her and I asked her twice and then she said would you like me to write it down extremely hateful. I am not happy with how she handle things at all. Every time I come to this Walmart I leave angry. They need better customer service.

2022-05-05My bag broke and I dropped a drink that was in a glass bottle right when I walked outside. I went back inside and asked if I could replace it. She said I don’t know what you did with it. I pointed outside and showed her like you could literally see all the glass and liquid on the ground from where I dropped it and she STILL said well I don’t know what you did with it…HUH!?! Is she insinuating I drank it that fast or somehow made it to my car in 40 seconds? It’s all on the ground right there. Liquid, glass, and all. And people even witnessed me drop it. It was right where the doors open. So I had to go back grab another one and pay for it. So I paid double the price for one drink. Like you really made me pay for another item cause YOUR bag broke. It’s really just the principle of the thing. You all are that cheap and rude to not let me replace it. Hopefully she got to walk out of her shift that day and forget the glass was there. Then maybe it would’ve refreshed her memory on making me pay for it twice.

No one was on shift in the department, however the manager on duty came to department to help us customers for whom needed assistance... not can be said for many brick and mortar or any kind of retail these days, it was refreshing and pleasant to experience a visit upon which the need was met with great customer service! Much appreciation to this manager and staff! Thanks so much!

2022-04-11This store is almost always out of the most common items. I don’t personally like coming to this location but sometimes I do just because it is on the way. If you really need something, don’t count on them having it in stock here. Even if it says they have it online, they usually don’t.They are doing some construction in the freezer area today. All the coolers are blocked off with no access. I’m not sure but it doesn’t look like they will have it closed for too long.

2022-02-16I went to return 2 items and didnt have the card with me or the receipt for return. Willie who is the front lane supervisor refused to return my item.. never before have I had such rude service. I shop this store at least several times a week. I will be contacting the store manager Leah Samson and will go higher if necessary.

2022-05-24This was the worst experience I have ever had at Walmart. The customer support was horrible and I asked one guy named James for help and he just lifted his hands up in the air and said go to customer service. I know he worked for Walmart because he had a smock on and he flagrantly pulled his badge out from me. When I asked him his name. The guy just did not care. If possible, I will never visit this Walmart again. I will go to Target, Best Buy and or any mom and pop store first.

2022-03-24AUTOMOTIVE: This is the first time I ordered tires from Walmart and it has been a horrible experience. Ive waited for a month and a half for 4 tires with no update from Walmart.com and the store I sent it to for pick-up. I called Walmart.com several times and each person was giving me a different answers like: its delayed, still processing, its at the store for pickup, its coming in this day or that day. One Walmart.com customer service representative lied and said it was at the store ready for pickup. I went to the store and they said it never came in and theres no recorded of it being received by the store. I tried giving Walmart several chances to fix this issue and no one knows where the 4 tires are. After I went to the store, I was fed up with Walmart and this whole process of getting what I paid for which was almost 700 dollars. So I canceled that day all 4 tires and also this was a horrible experience. I double checked the cancelation by calling Walmart.com to verify that ALL 4 tires were cancel. The representative said they were all canceled and to wait 3 to 5 days. I waited and saw I was refunded 1 tire. Call again and they said to wait. I waited almost a week and still no refund of the 3 others. I called again they said they found the problem and will be refunding the other 3 tires. 4 days I was refunded one tire again! I call again, they said the 2 tires are still pending in canceled and they will escalate it to get the 2 tires refunded to me. I havent received answers about the tires for a month and half and I havent received my full refund of all 4 tires for for almost a month(which is still going on btw). I am beyond upset and frustrated with Walmart. NO ONE should have to experience this level of incompetence and lack of care for their customers, specially when they spend that much money on their products and services. I will never order products from Walmart.com again because if they cant handle delivering 4 paid truck tires that cost around 700 dollars what makes them capable of handling smaller price items.

2022-05-27WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I rarely write reviews, but I had to do so today because I was so disappointed with the way Walmart works and the attitude of Walmart employees to its customers. I ordered some Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 3 285/55-20 122 S tires on walmart.com, but they delivered the Deestone 20.5x8.0-10 tires. I called Walmart Customer Service and asked them to resolve the issue. The rep told me he didnt know why there was this type of tire on Walmarts website because they dont carry it (I came back to the website to check and saw its still there!?!?!). He said the only way I could get my money back was to return it to the local store. I had to pay $70 to hire someone to drive me to the nearest store in order to return the items because I just wanted to get my money back. I couldnt believe the staff in Walmart store didnt allow me to return the tires that Walmart delivered to me by mistake. The reasons she gave me were that there was no place to stock these items and the store couldnt sell this type of tire. The employee named SUZIE, who claimed to be the manager, also had a nasty and disrespectful attitude toward me. She kept telling me stupid things like I have to call Walmart (even though I told her Ive tried to call them many times already) because I ordered on walmart.com, not in store (seriously!?!?!). My family and I have been Walmart customers for years and have never had any issues regarding exchanges or returns. And Im smart enough to understand that Walmart return policy is that items purchased in stores or on walmart.com may be returned or exchanged in-store or by mail within 90 days of purchase. But the lady just walked away after driving me nuts. I had to drive to another local store and they did allowed me to return stuff finally.I am so disappointed with the way Walmart local store employees handle their work and treat their customers. If you dont want to help people, if you dont want to do your job, just dont WORK at Walmart

2022-06-13One of the best kept Walmarts Ive been to.Staff at money service was very kind and accomodating.Recently nicer areas Walmarts have been improving slow checkout system with self help kiosks.
